Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a frame structure that constitutes a panel such as a switchboard or control panel. [Background technology]
[0002] Panels such as distribution boards and control panels have a framework (panel frame) that forms the skeleton of the panel, and have an exterior appearance with panels attached to the left and right sides, front, bottom, and top of the frame. Various units equipped with distribution equipment and control equipment are housed inside these panels.
[0003] The panel frame is generally constructed by combining vertical steel materials, horizontal steel materials, and depth steel materials into a box shape, and the connecting strength required for the panel frame is ensured by joining each steel material by welding.
[0004] In recent years, the steel materials that make up the panel frame have also been joined together by methods other than welding. For example, as described in Patent Document 1 below, a method is known in which a floor panel made by bending thin plates, left and right side panels, and a widthwise frame that is arranged to straddle the upper parts of the left and right side panels and form the top plate are combined, and these panels are fastened together with bolts and nuts or rivets. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 9-322324 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] However, in the assembly method described in Patent Document 1, in order to ensure the mechanical strength required for the panel frame when the panels are fastened to each other with bolts and nuts or riveted, it is necessary to use panels made of rectangular steel plates with all four sides bent inward to form an L-shape or a U-shape, or a widthwise frame made of long steel plates with both ends bent at right angles so that the connecting pieces face each other.
[0007] This results in a problem that the manufacturing of each panel and width-direction frame requires a lot of man-hours, leading to an increase in manufacturing costs.
[0008] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a panel frame that can reduce the manufacturing labor required for the panel frame by simplifying the configuration of each framework (frame) that makes up the panel frame as much as possible, and that can ensure the required mechanical strength even when joining is not done by welding. [0025] An embodiment of a panel frame according to the present invention will be described below with reference to Figs. 1 to 6. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing each frame (framework) that constitutes the panel frame of the present invention. In Fig. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a base frame of a panel frame that constitutes a switchboard or control panel, and is based on a rectangular flat plate having a hollow portion 1e. Reference numerals 1a to 1d denote lower flanges that stand upward from the four sides of the flat plate of base frame 1.
[0026] The panel frame is made up of a pair of side frames 2 and 3. The side frames 2 and 3 are based on a rectangular flat plate having a plurality of hollows 2e and 3e, and have extensions 2a to 2d and 3a to 3d extending from four upper and lower ends toward the other side frame 3 and 2.
[0027] Reference numerals 2f and 3f denote bridging portions provided to span the front and rear directions of the side frames 2 and 3, and the presence of the bridging portions 2f and 3f forms the plurality of hollow portions 2e and 3e in the flat plate.
[0028] Reference numerals 5 and 6 denote first reinforcing members each having a substantially U-shaped planar shape and attached to the bridging portions 2f and 3f of the side frames 2 and 3.
[0029] Reference numerals 2g and 3g denote panel support parts formed between the extension parts 2a, 2b, 3a, and 3b formed in front of the side frames 2 and 3 (left side in FIG. 1), and the exterior panel 7 (described later, see FIG. 6), which constitutes the board, is attached using the panel support parts 2g and 3g.
[0030] Reference numerals 2h and 3h denote third reinforcing members attached to the rear of the panel support portions 2g and 3g of the side frames 2 and 3 so as to extend in parallel to the support portions 2g and 3g.
[0031] The top frame 4 of the panel frame constituting the switchboard or control panel is based on a rectangular flat plate having a hollow portion 4e. Upper flanges 4a to 4d stand downward from the four sides of the flat plate of the top frame 4.
[0032] The panel frame of the present invention is formed by assembling the above-described frames 1 to 4. The frames 1 to 4 are assembled in the following manner.
[0033] First, the base frame 1 is placed so that its lower flanges 1a to 1d face upward. Next, with the pair of side frames 2, 3 standing, the side frame 2 is fixed to the lower flange 1b of the base frame 1, and the side frame 3 is fixed to the lower flange 1c.
[0034] The base frame 1 and the side frame 2 are fixed to each other by overlapping the extension 2b of the side frame 2 with the lower flange 1a of the base frame 1, and the side frame 2d with the lower flange 1d, and the overlapping parts are fastened together with bolts and nuts or rivets. The base frame 1 and the side frame 3 are fixed to each other by overlapping the extension 3b of the side frame 3 with the lower flange 1a of the base frame 1, and the extension 3d of the side frame 3d with the lower flange 1d, and the overlapping parts are fastened together with bolts and nuts or rivets. In this state, the lower flanges 1b and 1c of the base frame 1 are arranged so as to be sandwiched between the extensions 2b and 2d of the side frame 2 and the extensions 3b and 3d of the side frame 3.
[0035] Next, the upper flange 4b of the top frame 4 is fixed to the side frame 2, and the upper flange 4c is fixed to the side frame 3. The method of fixing the top frame 4 and the side frame 2 is to place the upper flange 4b of the top frame 4 against the side frame 2 so as to be positioned between the extensions 2a, 2c of the side frame 2, and to place the upper flange 4c against the side frame 3 so as to be positioned between the extensions 3a, 3c of the side frame 3, thereby placing the top frame 4 between the side frames 2, 3.
[0036] In this state, the upper flange 4a of the top frame 4 is overlapped with the extending portions 2a, 3a of the side frames 2, 3, and the upper flange 4d is overlapped with the extending portions 2c, 3c of the side frames 2, 3. Then, the upper flange 4a of the top frame 4 and the extending portions 2a, 3a of the side frames 2, 3 are fastened with bolts and nuts or riveted, and the upper flange 4d of the top frame 4 and the extending portions 2c, 3c of the side frames 2, 3 are fastened with bolts and nuts or riveted, thereby fixing the top frame 4 to the side frames 2, 3.
[0037] Fig. 2 shows the panel frame A of the present invention constructed in this manner. As shown in Fig. 2, in the panel frame A of the present invention, the first reinforcing members 5, 6 are attached between the pair of side frames 2, 3 in a manner that they face each other. Fig. 3 shows a plan view of the structure of the first reinforcing member 5 (6). The first reinforcing member 5 (6) is substantially U-shaped and is composed of a pair of mounting portions 5a (6a) that abut against the bridging portions 2f (3f) of the side frames 2, 3, and a U-shaped central portion 5b (6b) that connects the mounting portions 5a (6a). The pair of mounting portions 5a (6a) and the bridging portions 2f, 3f are joined by spot welding.
[0038] As shown in FIG. 2, the third reinforcing member 2h (3h) is attached to the panel frame A in a manner facing between the pair of side frames 2 and 3. FIG. 4 shows a plan view of the structure of the third reinforcing member 2h (3h). As shown in FIG. 4, the third reinforcing member 2h (3h) is arranged on the back side (right side of FIG. 4) of the extension portion 2a, 2b (3a, 3b) of the side frame 2 (3), and is composed of a first portion 2h1 (3h1), a second portion 2h2 (3h2) extending from the first portion 2h1 (3h1) in the front-rear direction of the side frame 2 (3), and a third portion 2g (3g) extending from the second portion 2h2 (3h2) in the width direction of the side frame 2 (3). The third portion 2g (3g) also functions as the panel support portion described above.
[0039] The first reinforcing members 5, 6 and the third reinforcing member 2h (3h) literally function as reinforcements to improve the strength of the panel frame A, minimizing twisting and distortion of the panel frame A, and suppressing vibration, thereby contributing to preventing noise generation.
[0040] In the panel frame A of the present invention configured as described above, the second reinforcing member 8 is attached using the central portion 5b (6b) of the first reinforcing member 5 (6), as shown in Fig. 5. Specifically, the second reinforcing member 8 is fixed by screws or the like so as to straddle the first reinforcing members 5 (6) lined up in the vertical direction. Note that Fig. 5 shows the state in which the second reinforcing member 8 is attached to the first reinforcing member 5 on the side frame 2 side, but a similar second reinforcing member 8 is also attached to the first reinforcing member 6 on the side frame 3 side.
[0041] An attachment bar 9 shown in Fig. 5 is fixed by screws or the like between the second reinforcing members 8 attached to the first reinforcing members 5, 6 of the side frames 2, 3. This attachment bar 9 also functions as a support member for arranging various devices constituting a panel such as a switchboard or control panel inside the panel frame A.
[0042] In other words, the panel frame A of the present invention can be constructed with a small number of parts because the first reinforcing members 5, 6 for reinforcing the strength of the panel frame A can be used to attach members (mounting bars 9) for supporting various devices that constitute the panel. Also, by fixing the second reinforcing members 8 to the first reinforcing members 5, 6, the strength of the panel frame A can be increased. Furthermore, by fixing the mounting bars 9 between the second reinforcing members 8, the strength can be further improved, and various devices can be arranged in the panel frame A using the mounting bars 9. The various devices may be fixed directly to the mounting bars 9 using screws or the like, or a mounting plate (not shown) may be fixed to the mounting bars 9 using screws or the like, and then the various devices may be fixed to the mounting plate using screws or the like.
[0043] 5, a mounting plate 11 is fixed to the panel frame A by using third reinforcing members 2h, 3h. Specifically, the mounting plate 11 is disposed between the third reinforcing members 2h, 3h attached to the side frames 2, 3, respectively, so as to span the width direction of the panel frame A, and the mounting plate 11 is fixed to the third reinforcing members 2h, 3h by screws or the like.
[0044] The mounting plate 11 is a plate for mounting various devices that constitute the panel, and by being disposed between the second reinforcing members 2h, 3h, it is possible to strengthen the reinforcement of the panel frame A. The mounting plate 11 and the various devices can be fixed by, for example, screws.
[0045] In this way, the panel frame A of the present invention can utilize the third reinforcing members 2h, 3h to attach a member (mounting plate 11) for supporting various equipment that makes up the panel, so that the panel frame A can be constructed with a small number of parts.
[0046] As shown in FIG. 6, exterior side panels 12 are attached to the side frames 2, 3 of the panel frame A, and an exterior front panel 7 is attached to the front surface of the panel frame A using panel support parts 2g, 3g.
[0047] As explained above, the panel frame A of the present invention can reduce the number of steps required to manufacture the panel frame by simplifying the structure of each framework (frame) that constitutes the panel frame as much as possible. In addition, the required mechanical strength can be ensured without welding the frameworks (frames) together. [Industrial Applicability]
[0048] The present invention is applicable to frames that form the framework of various electrical devices. [Explanation of symbols]
