[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2021-14282 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] The box described in Patent Document 1 can be used to store items that need to be kept cold, such as frozen foods and fresh foods, by putting frozen ice packs (cooling agents) inside the box, but no special measures are provided inside the box to support the ice packs.

[0006] As a result, the positions of the items that need to be kept cold and the ice packs inside the box may be unstable, making it impossible to provide proper cooling, or the items to be kept cold may be deformed due to contact with the ice packs. As a result, the boxes are not necessarily suitable for stably storing items that need to be kept cold, such as frozen foods and fresh foods.

[0007] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide a box which can be assembled from a single sheet and is suitable for stably storing items which require refrigeration. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in claim 1 provides a box assembled from a single sheet having a support means for supporting a rectangular plate-shaped ice pack therein, the box having a rectangular bottom with first side wall portions connected to two opposing sides of the bottom via a first fold line, and second side wall portions connected to the other two opposing sides of the bottom via a second fold line, and between the first side wall portion and the second side wall portion adjacent to each other, third fold lines and fourth fold lines are connected to both side edges, The folding portion is formed into a square with two sides being the edges, and is folded inward in half with the diagonal line between the third fold line and the fourth fold line as the fifth fold line to form a triangle that is folded toward the inner surface side of the second side wall portion. The folding portion has protruding pieces on two open sides, and a locking piece is provided that is connected to the open side of the second side wall portion via a sixth fold line. A fitting opening is formed between the locking piece and the second side wall portion, into which the protruding piece provided on the folding portion fits. The locking piece is valley-folded from the sixth fold line, A protruding piece provided on an open side of the folded portion folded toward the inner surface side of the second side wall portion is fitted into the fitting opening, and two ice pack receiving pieces having a length approximately equal to the length between the corresponding first side wall portions are provided on both sides of the open side of one of the first side wall portions, one end of each of which is connected via a seventh fold line, and the seventh fold line is formed in the first side wall portion from the open side toward the bottom, and is approximately equal to or smaller than the thickness dimension of the ice pack. a notch of a length equal to or greater than the seventh fold line is provided, and a line connecting the tips of the notches is the seventh fold line, and a connecting piece portion is provided at the other end of the ice pack receiving piece portion which connects the two ice pack receiving piece portions via the eighth fold line, and the connecting piece portion is provided with a support piece portion located inside the two ice pack receiving piece portions and which is capable of contacting the inner surface of the other of the first side wall portions when the ice pack receiving piece portion is valley-folded from the seventh fold line and the connecting piece portion is mountain-folded from the eighth fold line.

[0009] According to the invention described in claim 1, the folded portion provided between the adjacent first side wall portion and the second side wall portion is folded inwardly in two by valley-folding the third fold line and the fourth fold line and mountain-folding the fifth fold line, while the first side wall portion and the second side wall portion are raised from the bottom by valley-folding the first fold line and the second fold line, and the folded portion folded in two is folded toward the inner surface of the second side wall portion and overlapped on the inner surface of the second side wall portion. From this state, the locking piece portion provided on the open side of the second side wall portion is locked in the A box can be assembled from a single sheet by the simple steps of making a valley fold from the sixth fold line, fitting the protruding piece portion on the open edge of the folded portion folded toward the inner surface of the second side wall portion into the fitting opening formed between the locking piece portion and the second side wall portion, then valley folding the ice pack receiving piece portion on the open edge of one of the first side walls from the seventh fold line, mountain folding the connecting piece portion from the eighth fold line, and contacting the supporting piece portion together with the connecting piece portion with the inner surface of the other first side wall portion.

[0010] In a box assembled in this manner, the connecting piece and the support piece provided at the other end of the ice pack receiving piece come into contact with the inner surface of the other of the first side wall portions, and the frictional resistance fixes the ice pack receiving piece so as to connect the opposing first side wall portions at a position near the opening inside the box. Therefore, by placing the ice pack on the fixed ice pack receiving piece, the ice pack can be supported in a position near the opening inside the box.

[0011] The seventh fold line is a cut in the first side wall portion that extends from the open edge toward the bottom to form part of the ice pack receiving piece, and has a length roughly equal to or greater than the thickness of the ice pack, and the line connecting the ends of the cut is the eighth fold line. Therefore, the ice pack placed and supported on the ice pack receiving piece is securely contained within the box and does not interfere with the lid covering the opening.

[0012] The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that the support piece portion provided on the connecting piece portion described in claim 1 is of a length such that when the ice pack receiving piece portion is valley-folded approximately at a right angle from the seventh fold line and the connecting piece portion is mountain-folded approximately at a right angle from the eighth fold line, its tip abuts the bottom portion.

[0013] According to the invention described in claim 2, the support piece portion provided on the connecting piece is long enough that when the ice pack receiving piece portion is valley folded at approximately right angles from the seventh fold line and the connecting piece portion is mountain folded at approximately right angles from the eighth fold line, its tip abuts the bottom. Therefore, even if the ice pack placed on the ice pack receiving piece portion is heavy and exceeds the frictional resistance between the connecting piece portion and the support piece portion and the inner surface of the other first side wall portion, the ice pack can be reliably supported in a position near the opening inside the box because the support piece portion abutting the bottom supports it.

[0014] The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that the ice pack receiving piece described in claim 1 or 2 has at least one ice pack abutting piece connected to its outer edge via a ninth fold line, spaced apart by the width of the ice pack, and when the ice pack receiving piece is valley-folded from the seventh fold line, the ice pack abutting piece rides on the locking piece which is valley-folded from the sixth fold line and is mountain-folded from the ninth fold line.

[0015] According to the invention described in claim 3, the ice pack receiving piece portion has at least one ice pack abutment piece connected to its outer edge via a ninth fold line and spaced apart by the width of the ice pack, and when the ice pack receiving piece portion is valley-folded from the seventh fold line, the ice pack abutment piece rides on the locking piece portion which is valley-folded from the sixth fold line and is mountain-folded from the ninth fold line. Therefore, when the ice pack is placed on the ice pack receiving piece portion, at least one of the ice pack abutment pieces which ride on the locking piece portion and are mountain-folded from the ninth fold line abuts both sides of the ice pack, thereby reliably supporting the ice pack in a stable state.

[0016] The invention described in claim 4 is characterized in that the ice pack receiving piece described in claim 1 or 2 has at least one leg piece portion with one end connected to its outer edge via an 11th fold line, and the other end of the leg piece has a pressing piece portion connecting the at least one leg piece portion via a 12th fold line, and by mountain-folding the leg piece portion from the 11th fold line and mountain-folding the pressing piece portion from the 12th fold line, an opening into which an end of the ice pack can be inserted is formed between the ice pack receiving piece portion and the pressing piece portion.

[0017] According to the invention described in claim 4, the ice pack receiving piece portion has at least one leg piece portion having one end connected to its outer edge via an eleventh fold line, and the other end of the leg piece portion has a pressing piece portion connecting the at least one leg piece portion via a twelfth fold line, and by mountain-folding the leg piece portion from the eleventh fold line and mountain-folding the pressing piece portion from the twelfth fold line, an opening into which an end of the ice pack can be inserted is formed between the ice pack receiving piece portion and the pressing piece portion. Therefore, by placing the ice pack on the ice pack receiving piece portion so that an end of the ice pack can be inserted into the opening formed between the ice pack receiving piece and the pressing piece portion, the ice pack can be reliably supported in a stable state. Effect of the Invention

[0018] As described above, the box according to the present invention is easy to assemble, convenient to handle, and suitable for stably storing items that require refrigeration. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0020] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a box according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 9 show a first example of an embodiment of a box according to the present invention, with Figure 1 being an oblique view of the first example box, Figure 2 being an expanded view of the box shown in Figure 1, Figures 3 and 4 being enlarged views of portions of the expanded view shown in Figure 2, Figures 5, 6, and 7 being explanatory views showing the process of assembling the box shown in Figure 1, Figure 8 being an oblique view showing an example of an ice pack to be supported by the box shown in Figure 1, and Figure 9 being an explanatory view showing the state in which an ice pack is supported by the box shown in Figure 1.

[0021] The box 1 of the first example has a support means for supporting a rectangular plate-like ice pack 100 therein, and is assembled from a single sheet. The sheet to be used is not particularly limited as long as it is a sheet-like material, and examples of the sheet that can be used include paper sheets, plastic sheets, etc. Paper sheets include thick paper sheets, white paperboard sheets, paper corrugated sheets, etc., and plastic sheets include plastic plate sheets, plastic corrugated sheets, etc.

[0022] The sheet may have at least one surface that will become the inner surface of the box treated to be liquid-resistant. For liquid-resistant treatment, a paper sheet such as a thick paper sheet, a white paperboard sheet, or a corrugated paper sheet may be laminated with a liquid-resistant film or coated with a liquid-resistant paint, or a liquid-resistant agent may be contained in the paper layer. In the first example, the sheet used to assemble the box 1 is a paper corrugated cardboard sheet coated with liquid-resistant paint on one side that will become the inner surface of the box 1.

[0023] As shown in the developed view of Figure 2, a box 1 made of such a cardboard sheet has a first side wall portion 4 provided on each of two opposing sides of a rectangular bottom portion 2 via a first fold line 3, and a second side wall portion 6 provided on each of the other two opposing sides of the bottom portion 2 via a second fold line 5.

[0024] Between the adjacent first side wall portion 4 and second side wall portion 6, there is provided a folded portion 10 which is connected to both side edges via a third fold line 7 and a fourth fold line 8, respectively, and is formed into a square with both side edges as two sides, and is folded inward in half with the diagonal line between the third fold line 7 and the fourth fold line 8 as a fifth fold line 9, to form a triangle which is then folded toward the inner surface side of the second side wall portion 6.

[0025] In the first example, the lengths of both side edges of the first side wall 4 and the second side wall 6 are the same as the lengths of the two sides of the bottom 2 that contact the second side wall 6. Therefore, when the folded-in portion formed into a square with both side edges of the first side wall 4 and the second side wall 6 as two sides is folded in half and folded into the inner surface side of the second side wall 6, a notch 11 is formed in the open corner of the square folded-in portion 10 before folding so that the tips of the folded-in portion 10 that has become a triangle do not overlap each other.

[0026] In addition, protrusions 12a and 12b are provided on the two open sides of the folding portion 10. In the first example, the central portion of each of the two open sides of the folding portion 10 is cut to a depth exceeding the sheet thickness to form a recess 13, and the protrusions on both sides of the recess 13 are the protrusions 12a and 12b, so that the recesses 13 formed on the two open sides of the folding portion 10 and the protrusions 12a and 12b overlap when the folding portion 10 is folded in half along the fifth fold line 9.

[0027] In addition, a locking piece portion 15 is provided on the open edge of the second side wall portion 6, which is connected via a sixth fold line 14, and fitting openings 16a, 16b are formed between the locking piece portion 15 and the second side wall portion 6, into which the protrusions 12a, 12b provided on the folded portion 10 fit. By folding the locking piece portion 15 in a valley from the sixth fold line 14, the protrusions 12a, 12b provided on the folded portion 10 folded toward the inner surface of the second side wall portion 2 fit into the fitting openings 16a, 16b.

[0028] In this example, the fitting openings 16a, 16b are formed by slits provided between the locking piece portion 15 and the second side wall portion 6, and as described below, by folding the locking piece portion 15 from the sixth fold line 14, the slits open and the fitting opening 16a opens in a hole-like shape, and the fitting opening 16b opens in a groove-like shape.

[0029] In the present example, in the locking piece portion 15 provided on the open edge of the second side wall portion 6, an engagement opening 16a is formed in the center along the open edge of the second side wall portion 6, into which the two overlapping protrusion portions 12a fit, and engagement openings 16b are formed on both sides of the locking piece portion 15 along the open edge of the second side wall portion 6, into which the two overlapping protrusion portions 12b fit.

[0030] Between fitting opening 16a and fitting opening 16b is connecting portion 17 where locking piece 15 is connected to second side wall 6, and connecting portion 17 has a width that allows it to fit into recesses 12 formed in the two open sides of fold-in portion 10, and second side wall 6 is provided with cuts 18 that form connecting portion 17 within a range that does not exceed the depth of recess 12, and the line connecting the tips of cuts 18 forms sixth fold line 14. By folding locking piece 15 from sixth fold line 14, connecting portion 17 is formed by cuts 18, and a slit is opened so that fitting opening 16a opens in a hole-like shape and fitting opening 16b opens in a groove-like shape.

[0031] Further, two ice pack receiving pieces 20 having approximately the same length as the length between the corresponding first side walls 4, 4 are provided on both sides of the open edge of one of the first side walls 4, with one end connected via a seventh fold line 19. The ice pack receiving pieces 20 function as a support means for supporting the ice pack 100 by placing the ice pack 100 on them when the box 1 is assembled as described below.

[0032] At the seventh fold line 19, a notch 21 of a length roughly equal to or greater than the thickness dimension of the ice pack 100 is provided in the first side wall portion 4 from its open edge toward the bottom 2, forming part of the ice pack receiving piece portion 20, and the line connecting the tips of the notch 21 forms the seventh fold line 19.

[0033] In addition, a connecting piece portion 23 is provided at the other end of the ice pack receiving piece portion 20, which connects the two ice pack receiving piece portions 20 via the eighth fold line 22, and a support piece portion 24 is provided integrally with the connecting piece portion 23, located inside the two ice pack receiving piece portions 20 and capable of contacting the inner surface of the other first side wall portion 4 when the ice pack receiving piece portion 20 is valley-folded from the seventh fold line 19 and the connecting piece portion 23 is mountain-folded from the eighth fold line 22.

[0034] In the first example, the support piece portion 24 formed integrally with the connecting piece portion 23 is long enough that its tip abuts the bottom portion 2 when the ice pack receiving piece portion 20 is valley folded at approximately a right angle from the seventh fold line 19 and the connecting piece portion 23 is mountain folded at approximately a right angle from the eighth fold line 22.

[0035] In addition, in the first example, the ice pack receiving piece portion 20 has two ice pack abutment pieces 26 connected to its outer edge via a ninth fold line 25, spaced apart by the width of the ice pack 100, and when the ice pack receiving piece portion 20 is valley folded from the seventh fold line 19, the ice pack abutment piece portion 26 rides on the locking piece portion 15, which is valley folded from the sixth fold line 14, and is mountain folded from the ninth fold line 25.

[0036] In the first example, a lid portion 28 is provided on the open side of the other first side wall portion 4, the lid portion 28 being connected via a tenth fold line 27.

[0037] The box 1 of the first example having such an unfolded structure is assembled as follows. First, the first side wall 4 provided on two opposing sides of the bottom 2 is raised by valley folding from the first fold line 3, and the second side wall 6 provided on the other two opposing sides of the bottom 2 is raised by valley folding from the second fold line 5. In synchronization with the raising of the first side wall 4 and the second side wall 6, the square folded portion 10 provided between the adjacent first side wall 4 and second side wall 6 is folded in half inwardly to form a triangle by mountain folding the diagonal fifth fold line 9 and valley folding the third fold line 7 and the fourth fold line 8, and then folded into the inner surface side of the second side wall 6. When the folded portion 10 is folded in half inwardly to form a triangle, the recesses 13 formed on the two open sides of the folded portion 10 and the protruding pieces 12a and 12b overlap each other (see FIG. 5).

[0038] Next, the locking piece portion 15 provided on the open edge of the second side wall portion 6 is folded inwardly from the sixth fold line 14, and the protrusion portions 12a, 12b provided on the folded portion 10 are fitted into the fitting openings 16a, 16b formed between the locking piece portion 15 and the second side wall portion 6.

[0039] In the first example, in the locking piece portion 15, a fitting opening 16a is formed in the center along the open edge of the second side wall portion 6, into which the two overlapping protrusions 12a fit, and fitting openings 16b are formed on both sides of the locking piece portion 15 along the open edge of the second side wall portion 6, into which the two overlapping protrusions 12b fit. Between the fitting openings 16a and 16b is a connecting portion 17 where the locking piece portion 15 is connected to the second side wall portion 6, and the connecting portion 17 has a width that can fit into the recesses 13 formed on the two open edges of the fold-in portion 10, and further, the second side wall portion 6 has a connecting portion 17 extending in a direction not exceeding the depth of the recesses 13. A cut 18 is provided to form a joint 17, and a line connecting the tips of the cut 18 is the sixth fold line 14. The locking piece 15 is folded in a valley from the sixth fold line 14 to form the connecting portion 17 by the cut 18, and a slit is opened so that the fitting opening 16a opens in a hole shape and the fitting opening 16b opens in a groove shape. The locking piece 15 is folded inward from the sixth fold line 14 and the connecting portion 17 is fitted into the recess 13, so that the protruding pieces 12a and 12b provided on the folded portion 10 are fitted into the fitting openings 16a and 16b formed between the locking piece 15 and the second side wall 6 (see FIG. 6). In this manner, the box body 1a is first assembled.

[0040] Next, the ice pack receiving piece portion 20 provided on the open edge of one of the first side wall portions 4 is valley-folded from the seventh fold line 19, and the connecting piece portion 23 is mountain-folded from the eighth fold line 22, and the supporting piece portion 24 together with the connecting piece portion 23 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the other first side wall portion 4 (see Figures 6 and 7). In this manner, the assembly of the box 1 of the first example is completed (see FIG. 7).

[0041] In this manner, in the box 1 of the first example, the folded-in portion 10 provided between the adjacent first side wall portion 4 and second side wall portion 6 is folded inward in two by valley-folding the third fold line 7 and the fourth fold line 8 and mountain-folding the fifth fold line 9, while the first side wall portion 4 and the second side wall portion 6 are raised from the bottom portion 2 by valley-folding the first fold line 3 and the second fold line 5, and the folded-in portion 10 is folded toward the inner surface of the second side wall portion 6 and overlapped on the inner surface of the second side wall portion 6. From this state, the locking piece portion 15 provided on the open side of the second side wall portion 6 is valley-folded from the sixth fold line 14 to lock the locking piece portion 1 Box body 1a is assembled by fitting protrusions 12a, 12b provided on the open edge of fold-in portion 10 folded toward the inner surface of second side wall portion 6 into fitting openings 16a, 16b formed between first side wall portion 5 and second side wall portion 6, and then ice pack receiving piece portion 20 provided on the open edge of one of first side wall portions 4 is valley-folded from seventh fold line 19, connecting piece portion 23 is mountain-folded from eighth fold line 22, and supporting piece portion 24 together with connecting piece portion 23 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the other first side wall portion 4, thereby enabling box 1 to be assembled from a single sheet by such simple operations.

[0042] In box 1 assembled in this manner, connecting piece 23 and supporting piece 24 provided at the other end of ice pack receiving piece 20 come into contact with the inner surface of the other first side wall portion 4, and the frictional resistance causes ice pack receiving piece 20 to be fixed so as to connect the opposing first side wall portion 4 at a position near the opening inside box 1. Therefore, by placing ice pack 100 on fixed ice pack receiving piece 20, it becomes possible to support ice pack 100 as a support means for supporting ice pack 100 at a position near the opening inside box 1 (see Figure 9).

[0043] Furthermore, in the first example, the support piece 24 provided on the connecting piece 23 is long enough that its tip will abut against the bottom 2 when the ice pack receiving piece 20 is valley-folded at approximately right angles from the seventh fold line 19 and the connecting piece 23 is mountain-folded at approximately right angles from the eighth fold line 22. Therefore, even if the ice pack 100 placed on the ice pack receiving piece 20 is heavy and exceeds the frictional resistance between the connecting piece 23 and support piece 24 and the inner surface of the other first side wall 4, the support piece 24 abutting the bottom 2 supports it, so that the ice pack 100 can be reliably supported at a position near the opening inside the box 1 (see FIG. 7).

[0044] In the first example, the ice pack receiving piece 20 has two ice pack contact pieces 26 connected to its outer edge via the ninth fold line 25, spaced apart by the width of the ice pack 100. When the ice pack receiving piece 20 is valley-folded from the seventh fold line 19, the ice pack contact piece 26 rides up on the locking piece 15 which is valley-folded from the sixth fold line 14 and is mountain-folded from the ninth fold line 25. Therefore, when the ice pack 100 is placed on the ice pack receiving piece 20, the two ice pack contact pieces 26 which ride up on the locking piece 15 and are mountain-folded from the ninth fold line 25 abut on both sides of the ice pack 100, so that the ice pack 100 can be reliably supported in a stable state (see FIG. 9).

[0045] In the first example, the number of ice pack contact pieces 26 is not limited to the two illustrated, and although not shown, may be changed as appropriate depending on the size and installation position of the ice pack 100, and only one may be provided so that one side of the ice pack 100 contacts the first side wall 4, or three or more may be provided so that multiple ice packs 100 can be set. Also, the number of ice pack receiving pieces 20 is not limited to the two illustrated near the second side wall 6, and the installation position in the long side direction of the box 1 may be changed as appropriate within a range in which the ice pack 100 does not fall into the box 1, and three or more ice pack receiving pieces 20 may be provided so that multiple ice packs 100 can be set.

[0046] Figures 10 to 16 show a second example of an embodiment of a box according to the present invention, where Figure 10 is an oblique view of the box of the second example, Figure 11 is an exploded view of the box shown in Figure 10, Figure 12 is an enlarged partial view of the exploded view shown in Figure 11, Figures 13, 14, and 15 are explanatory views showing the process of assembling the box shown in Figure 10, and Figure 16 is an explanatory view showing the box shown in Figure 10 with ice packs supported thereon.

[0047] Regarding the box 1 of the second example, the same components as those in the first example are given the same reference numerals and their explanation is omitted, and only the components different from those in the first example will be explained. In the second example, the ice pack receiving piece 20 does not have the ice pack abutment piece 26 provided on the ice pack receiving piece 20 in the first example. Instead, the ice pack receiving piece 20 is provided with two leg pieces 30 whose one ends are connected via an eleventh fold line 29 on its outer side, and a pressing piece 32 that connects the two leg pieces 30 via a twelfth fold line 31 is provided on the other end of the leg pieces 30, and by mountain-folding the leg pieces 30 from the eleventh fold line 29 and mountain-folding the pressing piece 32 from the twelfth fold line 31, an opening 33 into which an end of the ice pack 100 can be inserted is formed between the ice pack receiving piece 20 and the pressing piece 32. The other configurations are the same as those in the first example.

[0048] The box 1 of the second example having such an unfolded structure is assembled as follows. First, the box body 1a is assembled in the same manner as in the first example. Next, the leg piece portion 30 provided on the ice pack receiving piece portion 20 is mountain folded along the 11th fold line 29, and the pressing piece portion 32 is mountain folded along the 12th fold line 31. In this state, the ice pack receiving piece portion 20 provided on the open edge of the first side wall portion 4 is valley folded along the seventh fold line 19, and the connecting piece portion 23 is mountain folded along the eighth fold line 22, so that the supporting piece portion 24 together with the connecting piece portion 23 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the other first side wall portion 4 (see Figures 14 and 15). In this manner, the assembly of the box 1 of the second example is completed (see FIG. 15).

[0049] In the box 1 assembled in this manner, the leg piece 30 on the ice pack receiving piece 20 is mountain-folded at the eleventh fold line 29, and the pressing piece 32 is mountain-folded at the twelfth fold line 31, so that an opening 33 into which an end of the ice pack 100 can be inserted is formed between the ice pack receiving piece 20 and the pressing piece 32. Therefore, by placing the ice pack 100 on the ice pack receiving piece 20 so that the end of the ice pack 100 is inserted into the opening 33, the ice pack 100 can be reliably supported in a stable state (see FIG. 16 ). The other effects are similar to those of the first example, so the explanation of the first example will be cited.

[0050] In the second example, the number of leg pieces 30 is not limited to the two illustrated, and although not shown, may be changed appropriately according to the size and installation position of the ice pack 100. Only one may be provided so that one side of the ice pack 100 contacts the first side wall 4, or three or more may be provided so that multiple ice packs 100 can be set. Similarly, the position and number of leg pieces 30 in the opening 33 are not limited, and they may be biased toward one side of the first side wall 4, or multiple pieces may be provided. In addition, the ice pack receiving piece 20 is not limited to the two locations near the second side wall 6 illustrated, and the installation position in the long side direction of the box 1 may be changed appropriately within a range in which the ice pack 100 does not fall into the box 1, and three or more ice pack receiving piece pieces 20 may be provided so that multiple ice packs 100 can be set.

[0051] Incidentally, there is no particular limitation on the ice pack that can be used in the box of the present invention, but it is preferable that the ice pack be a cold storage container type (hard type, blow molded container type) ice pack that is in the form of a roughly rectangular plate and has a flat storage area on the inside for storing the refrigerant storage medium, as disclosed in, for example, JP 2001-253437 A, JP 2004-293841 A, JP 2006-97984 A, etc.

[0052] Furthermore, in the box body 1a of the present invention, the configurations of the protrusion portion 12a, the recess 13, the fitting opening 16a, and the connecting portion 17 are not limited to the shapes exemplified, and the protrusion portion 12a, the recess 13, the fitting opening 16a, and the connecting portion 17 may be provided in multiple locations.
