Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a trigger-type liquid ejector. [Background technology]

[0002] There is known a trigger type liquid ejector that sucks up liquid from a container by operating a trigger member and ejects the liquid through an ejection hole. The trigger type liquid ejector described in Patent Document 1 below is equipped with a stopper member that restricts the rearward movement of the trigger member when not in use. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2023-98189 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In the above-mentioned trigger type liquid ejector, the stopper member is disposed rotatably together with the nozzle member, and is sandwiched between the trigger member and the cylinder (ejector main body), thereby restricting the rearward movement of the trigger member. Incidentally, in the past, a rotation restricting portion was sometimes provided between the nozzle member and the ejector body to prevent excessive rotation (overrun) of such a stopper member when it rotates to a position that allows the rearward movement of the trigger member. However, in this structure, since the rotation restricting portion is formed at a position close to the rotation axis of the nozzle member, when the stopper member is rotated, a strong rotational force is applied due to the principle of leverage, and there is a possibility that the stopper member will overrun by climbing over the rotation restricting portion.

[0005] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a trigger-type liquid ejector that can suppress overrun of a stopper member. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] (1) A trigger type liquid ejector according to the present invention comprises a ejector body attached to a container body containing liquid, a nozzle member attached to the ejector body and having an ejection hole for ejecting liquid, a trigger member disposed in front of the ejector body so as to be movable rearward in a forward biased state, the rearward movement of which causes liquid to flow from the ejector body to the nozzle member, and a stopper member movable between a restricting position which restricts the rearward movement of the trigger member and a releasing position which allows the rearward movement of the trigger member, the stopper member being disposed radially outside the nozzle member. the stopper body tubular portion is disposed in the nozzle hole and rotates together with the nozzle member around the central axis of the ejection hole; a stopper regulating portion is interposed between the trigger member and the ejector body when located at the regulating position and disengages from between the trigger member and the ejector body when located at the unrestricted position; and a stopper connecting portion connects the stopper body tubular portion and the stopper regulating portion, and a rotation regulating portion is provided between the stopper body tubular portion and the ejector body for regulating the rotation of the stopper member located at the unrestricted position in the direction opposite to the regulating position.

[0007] According to the trigger-type liquid ejector of the present invention, the trigger member can be moved backward by rotating the stopper member from the restricting position to the releasing position. When the trigger member is operated to move backward, the ejector body sucks up the liquid in the container body and ejects the liquid to the outside from the ejection hole of the nozzle member. Here, the stopper member comprises a stopper main body cylindrical portion that rotates together with the nozzle member, a stopper regulating portion that is interposed between the trigger member and the ejector main body when positioned in the regulating position, and a stopper connecting portion that connects the stopper main body cylindrical portion. The rotation regulating portion that regulates the overrun of the stopper member is provided between the stopper body tubular portion and the ejector body. Since the stopper body tubular portion is disposed radially outside the nozzle member, the distance from the fulcrum (center of rotation) of the lever principle to the point of action (rotation regulating portion) can be made longer than when the rotation regulating portion is provided between the nozzle member and the ejector body. As a result, when regulating the rotation of the stopper member, a strong rotational force does not act on the rotation regulating portion. In addition, by disposing the rotation regulating portion radially outside the nozzle member, the formation range of the rotation regulating portion can be made larger than in the past. When the rotation regulating portion is enlarged, stress concentration during rotation regulation is alleviated, so that damage to the rotation regulating portion can be effectively suppressed. Therefore, overrun of the stopper member can be suppressed. In addition, there are fewer design restrictions compared to providing the rotation restriction portion at a location other than the cylindrical portion of the stopper body. For example, when the cover body of the ejector body is formed with a shape that interferes with the stopper member, the shape is visible on the exterior, which creates design restrictions. However, with the present invention, there are fewer such restrictions.

[0008] (2) The stopper main body tubular portion may include an inner tube portion formed along an outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member and an outer tube portion formed radially outward of the inner tube portion, and the rotation regulating portion may include a rib portion provided on the stopper main body tubular portion and radially connecting the inner tube portion and the outer tube portion, and a convex portion provided on the ejector main body and inserted in the front-to-rear direction into the gap between the inner tube portion and the outer tube portion and capable of abutting the rib portion in the circumferential direction.

[0009] In this case, the protrusions on the ejector body come into contact with the ribs on the stopper body cylinder in the circumferential direction, thereby restricting the rotation of the stopper member. Here, since the protrusions are inserted between the inner and outer cylinders on the stopper body cylinder, even if the protrusions are deformed by contacting with the ribs, they are unlikely to overcome the ribs. This makes it possible to effectively prevent the stopper member from overrunning.

[0010] (3) The nozzle member and the stopper member may be separate members.

[0011] In this case, the nozzle member and the stopper member can be formed separately, so that the formation (molding) of each member becomes easy. For example, it becomes easy to increase the amount of engagement of the rotation regulating portion and to form a shape capable of strong rotation regulation without causing problems due to the restrictions of the mold for molding each member. Even if the nozzle member and the stopper member are separate members and the rotation between the nozzle member and the stopper member is regulated, when the rotation of the stopper member is regulated, a force is applied between the stopper member and the ejector main body by the rotation regulating portion, so that a large force is not applied between the nozzle member and the stopper member. In other words, the rotation regulation (e.g., a rib) between the nozzle member and the stopper member is not damaged, and the stopper member does not rotate freely relative to the nozzle member.

[0012] (4) An indicator portion may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member to indicate whether the stopper member is in the regulated position or the released position, and the outer tube portion may be provided with an intermittent portion at a position opposite the indicator portion.

[0013] In this case, the indicator portion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member can be seen from the intermittent portion of the outer tube portion, making it easier for the user to recognize whether the stopper member is in the regulating position or the releasing position. Effect of the Invention

[0014] According to the trigger type liquid ejector of the present invention, overrun of the stopper member can be suppressed. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0015] [Figure 1] 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view of a trigger type liquid ejector according to an embodiment of the present invention; [Diagram 2] FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a main part of the trigger type liquid ejector shown in FIG. [Diagram 3]1 is a front view of a main portion of a trigger-type liquid ejector when a stopper member is located in a restricted position according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. [Figure 4] 1 is a front view of a main portion of a trigger-type liquid ejector when a stopper member is located in a restriction release position according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a trigger type liquid ejector according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0017] As shown in Figure 1, the trigger-type liquid sprayer 1 of this embodiment comprises a sprayer body 2 that is attached to a container body A containing liquid, a nozzle member 3 that is attached to the sprayer body 2 and has a nozzle hole 3a through which the liquid is sprayed, a cover body 4 that covers the sprayer body 2 and the nozzle member 3, a trigger member 5 that is arranged in front of the sprayer body 2 in a forward biased state so as to be movable rearward, and which causes liquid to flow from the sprayer body 2 to the nozzle member 3 when it moves rearward, a stopper member 6 that is movable between a restricting position that restricts the rearward movement of the trigger member 5 and a restricting release position that allows the trigger member 5 to move rearward, and a rotation restricting portion 7 that restricts the rotation of the stopper member 6 located in the restricting release position in the opposite direction to the restricting position. Unless otherwise specified, each component part of the trigger type liquid ejector 1 is a molded product made of synthetic resin.

[0018] The ejector main body 2 mainly comprises a vertical supply tube portion 10, a connecting tube portion 20, an attachment cap 30, a pump portion 40, a ball valve 50, a storage valve 60, a storage cylinder 70, a storage plunger 80, a plunger biasing member 90, and a relay member 100.

[0019] In this embodiment, the central axis of the vertical supply tube portion 10 is the axis O1, the container body A side along this axis O1 is called the lower side, the opposite side is called the upper side, and the direction along the axis O1 is called the up-down direction. In addition, in a plan view seen from the up-down direction, one direction intersecting the axis O1 is called the front-rear direction, and a direction perpendicular to both the up-down direction and the front-rear direction is called the left-right direction. In addition, in this embodiment, the central axis of the ejection hole 3a is called the axis O2. In this embodiment, the axis O2 extends in the front-rear direction. Therefore, in this embodiment, the front-rear direction corresponds to the axial direction along the central axis of the ejection hole 3a. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the central axis of the storage cylinder 70 is called the axis O3. In this embodiment, the axis O3 is located below the axis O2 and extends in the front-rear direction. However, the axis O2 and the axis O3 may or may not coincide with each other.

[0020] The vertical supply tube portion 10 extends in the vertical direction and has the function of sucking up the liquid inside the container body A. The vertical supply tube portion 10 is attached to the container body A by an attachment cap 30. The upper portion of a pipe 11 that extends in the vertical direction and sucks up liquid from the container body A is fitted into the vertical supply tube portion 10.

[0021] A connecting tube 20 extending forward is provided at the upper end of the vertical supply tube 10. The connecting tube 20 is formed in a bottomed tube shape that opens to the front of the ejector body 2 and is closed at the rear of the ejector body, and communicates with the inside of the vertical supply tube 10. A blocking plug 21 is attached to the front opening of the connecting tube 20 to block (seal) the opening.

[0022] A cylinder tube portion 32 is provided below the connection tube portion 20 and above the mounting cap 30. The cylinder tube portion 32 protrudes forward from the vertical supply tube portion 10 and opens forward. A main cylinder 41 of the pump portion 40 is fitted into the cylinder tube portion 32. The main cylinder 41 is formed in a bottomed tube shape that opens forward and is closed at the rear. The inside of the main cylinder 41 is connected to the inside of the vertical supply tube portion 10.

[0023] The pump section 40 includes a main cylinder 41, a main piston 42, and a coil spring 43 (biasing member). The pump section 40 is capable of circulating the liquid from the vertical supply tube section 10 through the connecting tube section 20 toward the ejection hole 3a side by the rearward swing of the trigger member 5.

[0024] The main piston 42 is disposed inside the main cylinder 41 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction. The main piston 42 is movable in the front-rear direction in conjunction with the swinging of the trigger member 5. As a result, the inside of the main cylinder 41 is pressurized and depressurized as the main piston 42 moves in the front-rear direction. The main piston 42 is formed in a topped cylindrical shape that is open to the rear and closed at the front.

[0025] The main piston 42 is biased forward via the trigger member 5 by the biasing force of the coil spring 43. As the trigger member 5 swings rearward, the main piston 42 moves rearward and is pushed into the main cylinder 41. When the trigger member 5 is at the forward-most swing position, the main piston 42 is located at the corresponding forward-most position.

[0026] The coil spring 43 is made of, for example, metal. The coil spring 43 is disposed coaxially with the main piston 42 and the main cylinder 41, and biases the trigger member 5 to which the main piston 42 is connected forward. The coil spring 43 is disposed between a spring receiver 44 (spring receiver) attached to an opening at the front of the main cylinder 41, and the trigger member 5. However, the material of the coil spring 43 is not limited to metal, and for example, a resin spring or the like may be used.

[0027] The ball valve 50 and the storage valve 60 are provided in the vertical supply tube portion 10. The ball valve 50 is a check valve that blocks communication between the inside of the container body A and the inside of the main cylinder 41 through the inside of the vertical supply tube portion 10 when the inside of the main cylinder 41 is pressurized, and displaces upward when the inside of the main cylinder 41 is depressurized, thereby allowing communication between the inside of the container body A and the inside of the main cylinder 41 through the inside of the vertical supply tube portion 10.

[0028] A storage valve 60 is disposed above the ball valve 50. The storage valve 60 is a check valve that allows liquid to be supplied from the vertical supply tube portion 10 through the connecting tube portion 20 to the storage cylinder 70 and restricts liquid from flowing out from the storage cylinder 70 through the connecting tube portion 20 to the vertical supply tube portion 10.

[0029] The cover body 4 is formed so as to cover the entire vertical supply tube portion 10 except for the lower end portion, and the entire storage cylinder 70, at least from both the left and right sides and from above.

[0030] The trigger member 5 is disposed in front of the vertical supply tube portion 10 so as to be movable rearward in a forward biased state. The trigger member 5 is formed so as to extend in the vertical direction and is disposed below an injection tube portion 72, which will be described later. The upper end portion of the trigger member 5 is journaled on both side surfaces of the relay member 100 so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction, and the lower end portion is disposed in front of the main cylinder 41.

[0031] The storage cylinder 70 is disposed above the vertical supply tube portion 10 and the connecting tube portion 20. In this embodiment, the lower end of the storage cylinder 70 is integrally formed with the upper end of the vertical supply tube portion 10 and the upper end of the connecting tube portion 20. The liquid that has passed through the vertical supply tube portion 10 and the connecting tube portion 20 is supplied to the inside of the storage cylinder 70 (a storage space 70a described later) by the rearward swing of the trigger member 5.

[0032] Specifically, a supply hole 71 that communicates with the inside of the connecting tube portion 20 is formed in the lower part of the front end portion of the storage cylinder 70. The supply hole 71 opens to a part located rearward of the block plug 21. This makes it possible to supply the liquid that has passed through the vertical supply tube portion 10 and the connecting tube portion 20 to the storage cylinder 70 through the supply hole 71.

[0033] The storage plunger 80 is disposed in the storage cylinder 70 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction along the axis O3. This allows the storage plunger 80 to slide tightly in the front-rear direction inside the storage cylinder 70. The storage plunger 80 moves rearward as liquid is supplied into the storage cylinder 70. The storage plunger 80 blocks communication between the interior of the vertical supply cylinder portion 10 and the ejection hole 3a through the interior of the connecting cylinder portion 20, and allows communication between the interior of the vertical supply cylinder portion 10 and the ejection hole 3a through the interior of the connecting cylinder portion 20 when moved rearward.

[0034] That is, at the forwardmost position, the storage plunger 80 blocks communication between the interior of the vertical supply tube section 10 and the ejection hole 3a (inside the injection tube section 72 described below) through the interior of the connection tube section 20, and allows communication between the interior of the vertical supply tube section 10 and the ejection hole 3a (inside the injection tube section 72) through the interior of the connection tube section 20 when moved rearward from the forwardmost position. Note that in the storage cylinder 70, the space located forward of the storage plunger 80 functions as a storage space 70a.

[0035] The storage space 70a stores the liquid that passes through the vertical supply tube portion 10 and the connecting tube portion 20 and also passes through the supply hole 71. The storage space 70a expands as the storage plunger 80 moves rearward due to the supply of liquid. The storage space 70a can communicate with the inside of the injection tube portion 72, which will be described later.

[0036] The plunger biasing member 90 biases the storage plunger 80 forward. The plunger biasing member 90 is disposed rearward of the storage plunger 80 within the storage cylinder 70. The plunger biasing member 90 biases the storage plunger 80 forward in the initial state before the trigger member 5 is operated. As a result, the storage plunger 80 is located at the frontmost position.

[0037] The plunger biasing member 90 is a metallic coil spring disposed coaxially with the axis O3. However, for example, a resin spring or other elastic members may be used as the plunger biasing member 90.

[0038] In the storage cylinder 70 and storage plunger 80 configured as described above, the liquid can be pressurized in the storage space 70a until the storage plunger 80 moves rearward. Thereafter, when the liquid pressure in the storage space 70a reaches a predetermined value, the storage plunger 80 moves rearward against the plunger biasing member 90. This makes it possible to supply the liquid in the storage space 70a to the ejection hole 3a side. Therefore, the storage plunger 80 can function as a pressure accumulator valve.

[0039] The injection tube portion 72 extends forward from the storage cylinder 70. The injection tube portion 72 communicates with the inside of the vertical supply tube portion 10 through the inside of the storage cylinder 70 (storage space 70a) and the inside of the connecting tube portion 20. This enables the injection tube portion 72 to guide the liquid that has passed through the inside of the vertical supply tube portion 10, the inside of the connecting tube portion 20, and the inside of the storage cylinder 70 (storage space 70a) to the ejection hole 3a.

[0040] A relay member 100 that connects between the injection tube portion 72 and the nozzle member 3 is attached to the front end of the injection tube portion 72. The relay member 100 is attached to the front of the injection tube portion 72. The relay member 100 includes a first relay tube portion 101 that is fitted onto the injection tube portion 72, a partition wall portion 102 that is connected to the front end of the first relay tube portion 101 and is disposed opposite to the opening of the injection tube portion 72, a guide shaft 103 that extends forward from the partition wall portion 102, and a second relay tube portion 104 that is located radially outward of the guide shaft 103 and extends forward from the partition wall portion 102.

[0041] 2, a communication hole 102a communicating with the opening of the injection tube portion 72 is formed in a portion of the partition portion 102 located above the guide shaft 103 and inside the second relay tube portion 104. As a result, the interior of the second relay tube portion 104 communicates with the interior of the injection tube portion 72 through the communication hole 102a. A protrusion 102b protruding forward is formed in a portion of the partition portion 102 located below the second relay tube portion 104. The protrusion 102b forms a rotation restriction portion 7 of the stopper member 6 described below.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 2, the nozzle member 3 is attached to the second relay cylinder 104. As a result, the nozzle member 3 is attached to the ejector body 2 via the relay member 100. The nozzle member 3 includes an attachment cylinder 110 fitted from the front onto the second relay cylinder 104, and a nozzle wall portion 111 connected to the front end of the attachment cylinder 110 and having an ejection hole 3a formed therein. The attachment cylinder 110 is attached to the second relay cylinder 104 so as to be rotatable about the axis O2 in a state in which it is prevented from slipping out of the second relay cylinder 104. As a result, the nozzle member 3 is combined with the relay member 100 so as to be rotatable about the axis O2.

[0043] A first nozzle inner cylinder 112 and a second nozzle inner cylinder 113 are provided to protrude rearward from a portion of the nozzle wall 111 located inside the mounting cylinder 110. The first nozzle inner cylinder 112 is rotatably fitted inside the second relay cylinder 104 and seals the gap between the nozzle member 3 and the relay member 100. The second nozzle inner cylinder 113 is located radially inside the first nozzle inner cylinder 112 and is rotatably fitted around the guide shaft 103.

[0044] A notched groove extending along the front-rear direction is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the second nozzle inner cylinder 113. Furthermore, a spin chamber 114 capable of communicating with the inside of the second nozzle inner cylinder 113 is formed in a portion of the rear surface of the nozzle wall 111 that is located inside the second nozzle inner cylinder 113. Therefore, the liquid supplied into the second relay cylinder 104 through the communication hole 102a passes through the gap between the guide shaft 103 and the second nozzle inner cylinder 113 and the spin chamber 114, and is spun and ejected forward from the ejection hole 3a.

[0045] Furthermore, the nozzle member 3 includes a nozzle tube portion 115 that protrudes forward from the nozzle wall portion 111 and surrounds the ejection hole 3a. A plurality of outside air introduction holes 116 are formed in the inner wall surface of the nozzle tube portion 115. A fitting tube portion 118 into which the stopper member 6 is fitted protrudes forward from the peripheral edge portion of the front end of the nozzle tube portion 115. The outside air introduction holes 116 extend radially outward and communicate with a communication flow path 117 formed in the outer wall surface of the fitting tube portion 118. The communication flow path 117 opens into the outer wall surface of the fitting tube portion 118.

[0046] The stopper member 6 is arranged radially outside the nozzle member 3 and comprises a stopper main body tubular portion 121 which rotates together with the nozzle member 3 around the central axis of the ejection hole 3a, a stopper regulating portion 122 which is interposed between the trigger member 5 and the ejector main body 2 when the stopper member 6 is located in the regulating position shown in Figure 3 and which disengages from between the trigger member 5 and the ejector main body 2 when the stopper member 6 is located in the unregulating position shown in Figure 4, and a stopper connecting portion 123 which connects the stopper main body tubular portion 121 and the stopper regulating portion 122.

[0047] When the stopper restricting portion 122 is located at a restricting position for restricting the rearward movement of the trigger member 5, as shown in FIG. 1, it is disposed in a gap in the front-rear direction between the trigger member 5 and the main cylinder 41 (more specifically, the spring receiver 44 fitted in the main cylinder 41). The stopper restricting portion 122 restricts the rearward swing of the trigger member 5 by abutting against both the trigger portion 81 and the main cylinder 41. A locking piece 122a that locks with the rear surface of the trigger member 5 in the circumferential direction is provided protruding forward from the front surface of the stopper restricting portion 122 as shown in FIG. 3. This prevents the stopper member 6 from easily rotating from the restricting position to the unrestricted position.

[0048] The stopper connecting portion 123 is formed in an arm shape extending radially outward from the stopper main body tubular portion 121. A stopper restricting portion 122 is provided at the radially outer end of the stopper connecting portion 123. The stopper connecting portion 123 is formed integrally with the stopper main body tubular portion 121 and is rotatable together with the stopper main body tubular portion 121.

[0049] As shown in FIG. 2, the stopper body tubular portion 121 is fitted onto the nozzle member 3 and is provided rotatably together with the nozzle member 3 via a rotation restricting piece 129. The rotation restricting pieces 129 have a rib shape extending in the axial direction, and a plurality of rotation restricting pieces 129 (for example, three pieces in the circumferential direction) are provided on the inner wall surface of the stopper body tubular portion 121. On the other hand, a plurality of rotation restricting pieces 129 are inserted into the outer wall surface of the fitting tubular portion 118 of the nozzle member 3, and a plurality of recesses are provided to engage with the rotation restricting pieces 129 in the circumferential direction. The stopper body tubular portion 121 includes an inner tubular portion 124 formed along the outer circumferential surface of the nozzle member 3 and an outer tubular portion 125 formed radially outward of the inner tubular portion 124. The inner tubular portion 124 is fitted onto the outer circumferential surface of the nozzle member 3.

[0050] The inner wall surface of the outer cylinder portion 125 is connected to the front end portion of the inner cylinder portion 124 via the annular wall 121a. The protrusion 102b formed on the relay member 100 is inserted in the front-rear direction into the annular space surrounded by the inner cylinder portion 124, the outer cylinder portion 125, and the annular wall 121a. An outside air introduction tube 126 protruding forward is provided on the front surface of the annular wall 121a. The outside air introduction tube 126 surrounds the outside air introduction hole 116 of the nozzle member 3 from the radial outside and is open toward the front. As a result, outside air is introduced into the inside of the nozzle cylinder portion 115 via the inside of the outside air introduction tube 126, the communication flow path 117, and the outside air introduction hole 116.

[0051] A topped, cylindrical foam-forming tube 127 that protrudes forward is provided on the front surface of the annular wall 121a, radially inside the outside air introduction tube 126. The peripheral wall of the foam-forming tube 127 has a cutout that faces the outside air introduction hole 116 to allow outside air to pass through. The top wall of the foam-forming tube 127 is provided with an inner fitting portion 127a that fits inside the fitting tube portion 118 of the nozzle member 3, and a plurality of foam-forming pieces 127b that are disposed radially inside the inner fitting portion 127a and collide with the liquid sprayed from the ejection hole 3a.

[0052] As shown in Fig. 3, the plurality of foam-forming pieces 127b extend radially from the nozzle hole 3a. The liquid sprayed from the nozzle hole 3a shown in Fig. 2 is mixed with the outside air introduced from the outside air introduction hole 116, foams by colliding with the nozzle tube portion 115 and the inner wall surface of the foam-forming tube 127, and is sprayed to the outside in a state in which the foam quality is improved by colliding with the foam-forming pieces 127b. The partial cross section shown in Fig. 3 corresponds to the III-III cross section shown in Fig. 2. The partial cross section shown in Fig. 4 is similar.

[0053] 3 and 4, the rotation restricting portion 7 includes a rib portion 128 provided on the stopper body cylindrical portion 121 and connecting the inner cylindrical portion 124 and the outer cylindrical portion 125 in the radial direction, and a protrusion 102b provided on the ejector body 2 and inserted in the front-rear direction into the gap between the inner cylindrical portion 124 and the outer cylindrical portion 125 and capable of abutting against the rib portion 128 in the circumferential direction. The rib portion 128 is disposed behind the annular wall 121a shown in FIG. 2.

[0054] 4, the protrusion 102b is located below the ejection hole 3a, and is formed in a substantially rectangular block shape that abuts against the side surface of the rib portion 128. The radial inside of the protrusion 102b is a flat surface extending in the tangential direction of the inner cylinder portion 124, but the radial outside of the protrusion 102b is a curved surface to avoid interference with the outer cylinder portion 125. In other words, the radial thickness of the protrusion 102b is greatest on the rib portion 128 side and becomes smaller toward the opposite side from the rib portion 128.

[0055] 3 and 4, the outer cylinder portion 125 is provided with a plurality of recesses 125a (windows). The recesses 125a are provided at positions facing the display portions 119A and 119B that indicate whether the stopper member 6 is in the restricted position or the unrestricted position. The display portion 119A may be formed with characters such as "STOP". The display portion 119B may be formed with characters such as "OUT".

[0056] As shown in FIG. 1, the display section 119A (as well as the display section 119B) is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member 3. The outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member 3 is covered by the inner cylinder section 124. The stopper member 6 of this embodiment is a separate member from the nozzle member 3, and is formed from a transparent or translucent member. Therefore, the display section 119A of the nozzle member 3 can be seen by looking through the inner cylinder section 124 from the intermittent section 125a (window section). The stopper member 6 may be an opaque member like the nozzle member 3, in which case the inner cylinder section 124 may also be provided with an intermittent section.

[0057] Next, a case where the trigger-type liquid ejector 1 configured as described above is used will be described.

[0058] First, in order to use the trigger-type liquid ejector 1, the stopper member 6 is rotated from the restricted position shown in Fig. 3 to the unrestricted position shown in Fig. 4. For example, the stopper connecting part 123 to the stopper restricting part 122 shown in Fig. 3 are grasped, and the stopper connecting part 123 is rotated upward. When the stopper connecting part 123 is rotated upward, the stopper restricting part 122 is released from between the trigger member 5 and the ejector main body 2, and therefore the restriction on the movement of the trigger member 5 can be released.

[0059] Furthermore, when the stopper connecting portion 123 is rotated upward, the stopper main body tubular portion 121 rotates together with the nozzle member 3 relative to the ejector main body 2. As shown in Fig. 4, the ejector main body 2 is provided with a convex portion 102b forming the rotation restricting portion 7. When the stopper main body tubular portion 121 is located at the restriction release position shown in Fig. 4, the rib portion 128 of the stopper main body tubular portion 121 abuts against the convex portion 102b in the circumferential direction, thereby restricting the stopper member 6 from rotating excessively (overrunning).

[0060] Thus, according to the trigger type liquid ejector 1 of this embodiment, by rotating the stopper member 6 from the restricted position to the unrestricted position, it is possible to move the trigger member 5 backward. When the trigger member 5 is operated to move it backward, the ejector main body 2 sucks up the liquid in the container body A and ejects the liquid from the ejection hole 3a of the nozzle member 3 to the outside. Here, the stopper member 6 comprises a stopper main body tubular portion 121 that rotates together with the nozzle member 3, a stopper regulating portion 122 that is interposed between the trigger member 5 and the ejector main body 2 when positioned in the regulating position, and a stopper connecting portion 123 that connects the stopper main body tubular portion 121. The rotation restricting portion 7 restricting the overrun of the stopper member 6 is provided between the stopper body tubular portion 121 and the ejector body 2 as shown in FIG. 1. Since the stopper body tubular portion 121 is disposed radially outward of the nozzle member 3, the distance from the fulcrum (center of rotation) of the principle of leverage to the point of action (rotation restricting portion 7) can be made longer than when the rotation restricting portion 7 is provided between the nozzle member 3 and the ejector body 2. This prevents a strong rotational force from acting on the rotation restricting portion 7 when restricting the rotation of the stopper member 6. In addition, by disposing the rotation restricting portion 7 radially outward of the nozzle member 3, the formation range of the rotation restricting portion 7 (protruding portion 102b) can be made larger than in the past (see FIGS. 3 and 4). When the rotation restricting portion 7 is enlarged, stress concentration during rotation restriction is alleviated, so that damage to the rotation restricting portion 7 can be effectively suppressed. Therefore, overrun of the stopper member 6 can be suppressed. In addition, there are fewer design restrictions compared to providing the rotation restricting portion 7 at a location other than the stopper main body tubular portion 121. For example, when the cover body 4 is formed with a shape that interferes with the stopper member 6, the shape is visible in the exterior, which creates design restrictions, but according to this embodiment, there are fewer such restrictions.

[0061] As described above, the trigger type liquid ejector 1 of this embodiment comprises the ejector body 2 which is attached to the container body A containing liquid, the nozzle member 3 which is attached to the ejector body 2 and has the ejection holes 3a through which the liquid is ejected, the trigger member 5 which is disposed in front of the ejector body 2 so as to be movable rearward in a forward biased state and which causes the liquid to flow from the ejector body 2 to the nozzle member 3 by moving rearward, and the stopper member 6 which is movable between a restricting position which restricts the rearward movement of the trigger member 5 and a restricting release position which allows the rearward movement of the trigger member 5, and the stopper member 6 is configured to have a diameter equal to the diameter of the nozzle member 3. The stopper includes a stopper body tubular portion 121 that is disposed on the outer side in the direction of the ejection direction and rotates together with the nozzle member 3 around the central axis of the ejection hole 3a, a stopper restricting portion 122 that is interposed between the trigger member 5 and the ejector body 2 when located at the restricting position and that is removed from between the trigger member 5 and the ejector body 2 when located at the restricting position, and a stopper connecting portion 123 that connects the stopper body tubular portion 121 and the stopper restricting portion 122, and a rotation restricting portion 7 that restricts the rotation of the stopper member 6 located at the restricting position in the opposite direction to the restricting position is provided between the stopper body tubular portion 121 and the ejector body 2. With this configuration, overrun of the stopper member 6 can be suppressed.

[0062] In this embodiment, the stopper body tubular portion 121 includes an inner tubular portion 124 formed along the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member 3 and an outer tubular portion 125 formed radially outward of the inner tubular portion 124, and the rotation restricting portion 7 includes a rib portion 128 provided on the stopper body tubular portion 121 and connecting the inner tubular portion 124 and the outer tubular portion 125 in the radial direction, and a protrusion portion 102b provided on the ejector body 2 and inserted in the front-rear direction into the gap between the inner tubular portion 124 and the outer tubular portion 125 and capable of abutting against the rib portion 128 in the circumferential direction. According to this configuration, the protrusion portion 102b provided on the ejector body 2 abuts against the rib portion 128 provided on the stopper body tubular portion 121 in the circumferential direction, thereby restricting the rotation of the stopper member 6. Here, since the protrusion 102b is inserted between the inner cylinder portion 124 and the outer cylinder portion 125 provided on the stopper main body cylinder portion 121, even if the protrusion 102b is deformed by contact with the rib portion 128, it is difficult for the protrusion 102b to climb over the rib portion 128. This makes it possible to effectively suppress overrun of the stopper member 6.

[0063] In this embodiment, the nozzle member 3 and the stopper member 6 are separate members. According to this configuration, the nozzle member 3 and the stopper member 6 can be formed separately, so that the formation (molding) of each member is easy. For example, it is easy to increase the amount of engagement of the rotation regulating portion 7 and form a shape that can firmly regulate rotation without causing problems due to the constraints of the mold for molding each member. Even if the nozzle member 3 and the stopper member 6 are separate members and the rotation between the nozzle member 3 and the stopper member 6 is regulated, when the rotation of the stopper member 6 is regulated, a force is applied between the stopper member 6 and the ejector main body 2 by the rotation regulating portion 7, so that a large force is not applied between the nozzle member 3 and the stopper member 6. In other words, the rotation regulating piece 129 between the nozzle member 3 and the stopper member 6 is not damaged, and the stopper member 6 does not rotate idly with respect to the nozzle member 3.

[0064] In this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member 3 is provided with indicators 119A, 119B that indicate whether the stopper member 6 is in the restricted position or the unrestricted position, and the outer cylinder 125 is provided with an intermittent portion 125a that is intermittent at a position opposite the indicators 119A, 119B. With this configuration, the indicators 119A, 119B provided on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member 3 can be seen from the intermittent portion 125a of the outer cylinder 125, making it easier for the user to recognize whether the stopper member 6 is in the restricted position or the unrestricted position.

[0065] Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, this embodiment is presented as an example and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The embodiment of the present invention can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the invention. In addition, the embodiment of the present invention and its modifications include, for example, those that can be easily imagined by a person skilled in the art, those that are substantially the same, those within the scope of equivalents, and the like.

[0066] For example, in the above embodiment, the nozzle member 3 and the stopper member 6 are separate members, but the nozzle member 3 and the stopper member 6 may be integrated together. Furthermore, for example, in the above embodiment, the relay member 100 is provided with the convex portion 102b, but the relay member 100 may be integrated with the injection tube portion 72.
