Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an aerosol container discharge tool having a nozzle head that is attached to the stem of an aerosol container. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, there is known an aerosol container that contains a pressurized gas together with the contents, and that expels the contents from the stem in the form of foam to the outside by pushing down or tilting the stem. In order to facilitate the operation of expelling the contents, such an aerosol container is generally used with an expelling tool attached.
[0003] Known aerosol container discharge tools, also known as aerosol spouts, include a nozzle head that is attached to the stem of the aerosol container (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this case, the nozzle head is configured to include a connection part connected to the stem, a nozzle part that serves as a discharge port, and a flow path that connects the connection part and the nozzle part, and when the nozzle head is depressed and the stem is depressed or tilted together with the nozzle head, the contents discharged from the stem are sent to the nozzle part via the flow path and are discharged from the nozzle part to the outside. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2007-204091 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, with the above-mentioned conventional aerosol container ejection devices, the foam quality of the ejected contents is always constant, and it is not possible to change the foam quality of the ejected contents during use, such as making them a watery foam or a firm foam, and there is room for improvement in this regard.
[0006] The present invention aims to solve such problems, and its object is to provide an aerosol container ejection device that is capable of changing the foam quality of the contents ejected during use. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The aerosol container discharge tool of the present invention is an aerosol container discharge tool having a nozzle head attached to a stem of an aerosol container, the nozzle head having a connection part connected to the stem and a cylindrical inner tubular part connected to the connection part, a first head half having a circulation groove part on a side surface of the inner tubular part extending downward from an upper end of the inner tubular part and a circulation hole penetrating the inner tubular part in a radial direction in the circulation groove part, and an outer tubular part having a circular fitting hole into which the inner tubular part is fitted and which is rotatable about an axis relative to the inner tubular part. The head assembly is characterized in having a second head half comprising a cylindrical portion and a nozzle portion integrally connected to the upper end of the outer cylindrical portion, wherein a communication hole communicating with the fitting hole of the nozzle portion is an elongated hole having a major axis larger than the diameter of the fitting hole and a minor axis smaller than the diameter of the fitting hole; a circumferential groove cylindrical body provided on either the first head half or the second head half, and having a circumferential groove extending within an angular range of 90 degrees in a circumferential direction centered on the axis; and a protrusion provided on the other of the first head half or the second head half, which engages with the circumferential groove and is movable along the circumferential groove.
[0008] In the aerosol container discharge device of the present invention, in the above-mentioned configuration, it is preferable that the circumferential groove cylindrical body is integrally formed with the first head half, the second head half is integrally provided with a covering cylindrical body covering the outside of the outer cylindrical portion, and the protrusion portion is integrally formed on the inner surface of the covering cylindrical body.
[0009] In the above-mentioned configuration, the aerosol container discharge device of the present invention preferably has a cover body fixed to the aerosol container, a rib provided on either the first head half or the cover body, and a notch portion provided on the other of the first head half or the cover body and engaging with the rib, and is configured so that the first head half is prevented from rotating relative to the cover body by engagement between the rib and the notch portion.
[0010] In the above-described configuration, the aerosol container discharge device of the present invention preferably has a cover body fixed to the aerosol container, a convex portion provided on the first head half, and a locking protrusion provided on the cover body for locking the convex portion from above, and is configured so that the first head half is prevented from coming off the cover body by the convex portion being locked by the locking protrusion from above. [0013] Hereinafter, an aerosol container discharge tool 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[0014] In this specification, claims, and abstract, "upper" means upper (upper in Fig. 1) when the aerosol container discharge tool 1 is in the upright position shown in Fig. 1, and "lower" means the opposite side of "upper" (lower in Fig. 1). Furthermore, "radial direction" means the radial direction centered on the axis O of the aerosol container discharge tool 1, and "circumferential direction" means the circumferential direction centered on the axis O.
[0015] As shown in Fig. 1, an aerosol container discharge tool 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention is used by being attached to an aerosol container 2. By attaching the aerosol container discharge tool 1 to the aerosol container 2, an aerosol container 3 with a discharge tool is formed.
[0016] The aerosol container 2 has a container body 2a made of, for example, metal or synthetic resin, and a stem 2b protruding upward from the upper end of the container body 2a. The container body 2a contains contents and pressurized gas. The stem 2b can be pushed into the container body 2a, and when the stem 2b is pushed down toward the container body 2a, the contents are discharged from the upper end of the stem 2b.
[0017] The contents contained in the container body 2a are, for example, cosmetics, facial cleanser, etc., and are discharged in the form of foam from the stem 2b.
[0018] The aerosol container discharge tool 1 according to this embodiment has a nozzle head 10.
[0019] The nozzle head 10 is attached to the stem 2b, and ejects the contents when pressed down together with the stem 2b.
[0020] In the aerosol container discharge tool 1 according to this embodiment, the nozzle head 10 has a first head half 11, a second head half 12, a circumferential groove cylinder 13, and a protrusion 14.
[0021] The first head half 11 constitutes a part of the nozzle head 10, and as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, includes a connection portion 11a and an inner cylindrical portion 11b.
[0022] The connecting part 11a is a part connected to the stem 2b, and is formed in a cylindrical shape coaxial with the axis O of the aerosol container discharge tool 1 or the stem 2b. A partition wall 11c is integrally provided at the upper end of the connecting part 11a, and a through hole 11d is provided at the axis of the partition wall 11c. In this embodiment, when the aerosol container 3 with a discharge tool is distributed, the stem 2b is not connected to the connecting part 11a, and when the nozzle head 10 is pressed down during use, the stem 2b fits inside the connecting part 11a and is connected to the connecting part 11a.
[0023] The inner cylindrical portion 11b is cylindrical and coaxial with the connecting portion 11a, and is connected to the upper end of the connecting portion 11a via a partition wall 11c. The axis of the inner cylindrical portion 11b is a through hole 11e having a circular cross section. The upper end of the through hole 11e opens to the upper end of the inner cylindrical portion 11b, and the lower end of the through hole 11e communicates with the internal space of the connecting portion 11a or the stem 2b via a through hole 11d.
[0024] A flow groove portion 11f extending downward from the upper end of the inner cylindrical portion 11b is provided on the side surface of the inner cylindrical portion 11b. In this embodiment, the flow groove portion 11f extending from the upper end to the lower end of the inner cylindrical portion 11b is provided on both sides of the axis O on the side surface of the inner cylindrical portion 11b.
[0025] Further, the inner cylindrical portion 11b is provided with a through hole 11g that penetrates the inner cylindrical portion 11b in the radial direction at a portion where the through groove portion 11f is provided. In this embodiment, the inner cylindrical portion 11b is provided with a pair of through holes 11g corresponding to the pair of through groove portions 11f.
[0026] The second head half 12 constitutes the remaining part of the nozzle head 10, and as shown in FIG. 1, includes an outer cylindrical portion 12a and a nozzle portion 12b.
[0027] The outer cylindrical portion 12a is cylindrical and coaxial with the inner cylindrical portion 11b, and has a larger diameter than the inner cylindrical portion 11b. A fitting hole 12c is provided at the axis of the outer cylindrical portion 12a, and the inner cylindrical portion 11b is fitted into the fitting hole 12c. The outer cylindrical portion 12a is rotatable about the axis O relative to the inner cylindrical portion 11b as the inner cylindrical portion 11b slides against the inner circumferential surface of the fitting hole 12c.
[0028] The nozzle portion 12b is integrally connected to the outer cylindrical portion 12a. In this embodiment, the nozzle portion 12b is integrally connected to the upper end of the outer cylindrical portion 12a and protrudes obliquely upward from the outer cylindrical portion 12a.
[0029] The tip of the nozzle portion 12b is a discharge port 12d for the contents. Inside the nozzle portion 12b, a discharge flow path 12e connected to the discharge port 12d is provided, and a communication hole 12f is provided at the base end of the discharge flow path 12e. The discharge flow path 12e of the nozzle portion 12b communicates with the fitting hole 12c of the outer cylindrical portion 12a at the communication hole 12f.
[0030] As shown in Fig. 8, the communication hole 12f of the nozzle portion 12b is an elongated hole having a major axis (in Fig. 8, the axis extends in the vertical direction through the axis O) larger than the diameter of the fitting hole 12c and a minor axis (in Fig. 8, the axis extends in the horizontal direction through the axis O) smaller than the diameter of the fitting hole 12c. In this embodiment, the length of the minor axis of the communication hole 12f is set to be the same as the inner diameter of the communication hole 11e provided at the axis of the inner cylindrical portion 11b of the first head half 11.
[0031] 1 and 8, the contents discharged from the stem 2b and reaching the nozzle portion 12b through the flow hole 11e flow from the upper end of the flow hole 11e through the communication hole 12f into the discharge flow passage 12e, and are discharged in the form of foam from the discharge port 12d to the outside. At this time, the upper ends of the pair of flow grooves 11f provided on the inner cylindrical portion 11b of the first head half 11 face the partition wall 12g between the outer cylindrical portion 12a and the nozzle portion 12b and do not communicate with the communication hole 12f, and as described above, the contents flow into the discharge flow passage 12e of the nozzle portion 12b only from the upper end of the flow hole 11e.
[0032] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, an enlarged groove 12i having a shape corresponding to both ends of the communicating hole 12f on the long axis side is provided on the inner surface of the outer cylindrical portion 12a and extends parallel to the axis O from the upper end to the lower end.
[0033] 1, in this embodiment, the second head half 12 is configured to integrally include a covering cylinder 12h that covers the outside of the outer cylinder portion 12a. The covering cylinder 12h is cylindrical and coaxial with the outer cylinder portion 12a, has a larger diameter than the outer cylinder portion 12a, and is integrally connected to the outside of the outer cylinder portion 12a via the nozzle portion 12b, covering the outer cylinder portion 12a from the outside.
[0034] The circumferential groove cylinder 13 is provided in either the first head half 11 or the second head half 12. In this embodiment, the circumferential groove cylinder 13 is integrally provided in the first head half 11 via a connecting portion 15. The circumferential groove cylinder 13 has a cylindrical shape centered on the axis O, and is coaxially disposed between the outer cylinder portion 12a and the covering cylinder 12h.
[0035] 1 to 4, 6, 7 and 9, the circumferential grooved cylinder 13 has a circumferential groove 16 on its outer circumferential surface. The circumferential groove 16 extends in an angular range of 90 degrees in the circumferential direction centered on the axis O. In this embodiment, both circumferential ends of the circumferential groove 16 are provided with recesses 16a recessed radially inward.
[0036] In this embodiment, the circumferential grooved cylindrical body 13 has a pair of circumferential grooves 16 arranged point symmetrically about the axis O. Note that the circumferential grooved cylindrical body 13 is required to have at least one circumferential groove 16, and the number of circumferential grooves 16 can be changed as appropriate.
[0037] The protrusion 14 is provided on the other of the first head half 11 and the second head half 12. As shown in Figs. 1 and 9, in this embodiment, the protrusion 14 is integrally provided on the inner circumferential surface of the covering cylinder 12h of the second head half 12. The protrusion 14 engages with the circumferential groove 16 and is movable along the circumferential groove 16. More specifically, the protrusion 14 has a protruding height at both ends of the circumferential groove 16 that allows it to enter the recessed portion 16a, and can move along the circumferential groove 16 while sliding along the circumferential groove 16 and is held at both ends of the circumferential groove 16 by entering the recessed portion 16a.
[0038] In this embodiment, since the grooved cylinder 13 is provided with a pair of circumferential grooves 16, the covering cylinder 12h is also provided with a pair of protrusions 14 corresponding to the respective circumferential grooves 16.
[0039] As the protrusion 14 moves within the range of the circumferential groove 16, the range of rotation of the second head half 12 relative to the first head half 11 about the axis O is restricted to 90 degrees.
[0040] 1, the aerosol container discharge tool 1 according to this embodiment can be configured to have a cover body 20 fixed to an aerosol container 2. The cover body 20, which is made of, for example, synthetic resin, integrally has a fixing tube part 21 fixed to the container body 2a of the aerosol container 2, a shoulder cover 22 integrally connected to the outside of the fixing tube part 21, a top wall part 23 connected to the upper end of the fixing tube part 21, and a cylindrical inner tube part 24 extending downward from the top wall part 23.
[0041] A rib 30 is provided on either the first head half 11 or the cover body 20. In this embodiment, a pair of ribs 30 are provided symmetrically on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion 24 of the cover body 20 with respect to the axis O, as shown in Fig. 1, 10 and 11.
[0042] Meanwhile, the other of the first head half 11 and the cover body 20 is provided with a notch 31. As shown in Figs. 1, 2, and 5 to 7, in this embodiment, the first head half 11 is integrally provided with a cylindrical skirt portion 11h that is coaxially arranged inside the inner tube portion 24 of the cover body 20, and the skirt portion 11h is provided with a pair of notches 31 corresponding to the pair of ribs 30. These notches 31 each extend upward from the lower end of the skirt portion 11h in parallel with the axis O, i.e., by a predetermined length in the vertical direction.
[0043] The pair of ribs 30 engage with the corresponding cutout portions 31. Since the circumferential width of the cutout portions 31 is substantially the same as the circumferential width of the ribs 30, the engagement between the ribs 30 and the cutout portions 31 prevents the first head half 11 from rotating relative to the cover body 20.
[0044] The first head half 11 is provided with a protruding portion 40. In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 1 to 7, four protruding portions 40 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the lower end of the skirt portion 11h of the first head half 11. These protruding portions 40 each extend a predetermined length in the circumferential direction and are separated from each other by a pair of cutout portions 31 and a pair of slits 32.
[0045] Meanwhile, the cover body 20 is provided with locking projections 41. In this embodiment, six locking projections 41 are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner tubular portion 24 of the cover body 20. These locking projections 41 are arranged in a line at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. Each of the six locking projections 41 faces one of the protrusions 40 provided on the skirt portion 11h of the first head half 11 so as to be engageable from above. This restricts the upward movement of the first head half 11 relative to the cover body 20, and prevents it from coming off the cover body 20.
[0046] Vertical ribs 42 may be integrally provided on the inner surface of the inner tubular portion 24 of the cover body 20, each extending upward from the engaging projections 41 and protruding slightly radially inward, and abutting the outer peripheral surface of the covering cylindrical body 12h of the second head half 12 to suppress rattling of the nozzle head 10.
[0047] As shown in FIG. 1, the aerosol container discharge tool 1 according to this embodiment may be configured such that an overcap 50 that covers the nozzle head 10 is detachably attached to the cover body 20.
[0048] In the aerosol container discharge tool 1 having the above-mentioned configuration, when the overcap 50 is removed from the cover body 20 from the flow state shown in Fig. 1 and the nozzle head 10 is pressed down, the connecting part 11a fits into the stem 2b and the upper end of the stem 2b abuts against the partition wall 11c. Then, by pressing down the nozzle head 10 in this state, the stem 2b is pressed down together with the nozzle head 10, and the contents can be discharged in a foam form from the discharge port 12d of the nozzle part 12b.
[0049] Here, in the aerosol container discharge tool 1 according to this embodiment, when the nozzle head 10 is in the state shown in Fig. 12, that is, when the circumferential position of the second head portion 12 relative to the first head half 11 about the axis O is in the state shown in Fig. 8, the nozzle head 10 is in the full application form. In the nozzle head 10 in the full application form, the communication hole 12f of the nozzle portion 12b does not communicate with a pair of flow groove portions 11f provided in the inner cylindrical portion 11b of the first head half 11, but communicates only with the flow hole 11e of the inner cylindrical portion 11b.
[0050] As shown in Figure 12, when the nozzle head 10 is in the full application form and the top wall 12j of the second head half 12 is pressed downward to press down the nozzle head 10, the downward force applied to the second head half 12 is transmitted to the first head half 11 at the partition 11c or the connecting portion 15, so that the entire nozzle head 10 is pressed downward together with the stem 2b, and the contents are ejected from the stem 2b in a foam-like form.
[0051] When the nozzle head 10 is in the whole application form, as described above, the communication hole 12f of the nozzle portion 12b communicates only with the flow hole 11e of the inner tube portion 11b, so the contents discharged in a foam form from the stem 2b through the through hole 11d toward the inside of the inner tube portion 11b flow from the flow hole 11e through the communication hole 12f into the discharge flow path 12e. At this time, the contents flow into the discharge flow path 12e through the communication hole 12f only from the flow hole 11e, which has a relatively small flow path area, so the flow rate of the contents is relatively fast. Therefore, the degree of foaming of the contents when passing through the inner tube portion 11b and flowing into the discharge flow path 12e is suppressed, and the contents are discharged in a watery foam state from the discharge port 12d of the nozzle portion 12b. The contents discharged as such a watery foam are suitable for application to a wide area such as the entire face or body.
[0052] On the other hand, when the second head half 12 is rotated 90 degrees clockwise around the axis O relative to the first head half 11 from the state shown in Fig. 12, the protrusion 14 moves from one end of the circumferential groove 16 to the other end, and the nozzle head 10 enters the partial application form as shown in Fig. 13. In the nozzle head 10 in the partial application form, as shown in Figs. 13 and 14, the communication hole 12f of the nozzle portion 12b communicates with the pair of communication groove portions 11f of the inner cylindrical portion 11b in addition to the communication hole 11e of the inner cylindrical portion 11b. As a result, when the nozzle head 10 is in the partial application form, the flow path area of the content from the inner cylindrical portion 11b toward the discharge flow path 12e of the nozzle portion 12b is larger than that in the full application form.
[0053] When the nozzle head 10 is in the partial application form and the top wall 12j of the second head half 12 is pressed downward to press down the nozzle head 10, the downward force applied to the second head half 12 is transmitted to the first head half 11 at the partition 11c or the connecting portion 15, so that the entire nozzle head 10 is pressed downward together with the stem 2b, and the contents are ejected from the stem 2b in a foam-like form.
[0054] At this time, when the nozzle head 10 is in the partial application mode, as described above, the flow path area of the contents from the inner tube portion 11b toward the discharge flow path 12e of the nozzle portion 12b is larger than that in the full application mode, so the flow rate of the contents flowing from the inner tube portion 11b through the communication hole 12f into the discharge flow path 12e is relatively slower than that in the full application mode. Therefore, the contents discharged in a foam form from the stem 2b are foamed relatively much when passing through the inner tube portion 11b and flowing into the discharge flow path 12e, and are discharged as a firm foam from the discharge port 12d of the nozzle portion 12b. The contents discharged as such a firm foam are less likely to drip, so they are suitable for applying in a partially piled manner to the application target.
[0055] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 14 and 15, a pair of enlarged grooves 12i are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer tubular portion 12a of the second head half 12, so that the flow path area of the contents when the nozzle head 10 is in the partial application mode can be made larger than when in the full application mode. This makes it possible to reliably discharge the contents as a firm foam from the discharge port 12d of the nozzle portion 12b.
[0056] In this way, in the aerosol container discharge tool 1 according to this embodiment, the flow path area of the contents can be increased or decreased by the simple operation of rotating the second head half 12 by 90 degrees relative to the first head half 11, and the discharged contents can be selectively discharged into a watery foam quality suitable for full application, or a firm foam quality suitable for partial application. Therefore, according to the aerosol container discharge tool 1 according to this embodiment, the foam quality of the contents discharged during use can be changed by the simple operation of rotating the second head half 12 by 90 degrees relative to the first head half 11.
[0057] Furthermore, in the aerosol container discharge device 1 of this embodiment, the circumferential groove cylindrical body 13 is configured to be integral with the first head half 11, the second head half 12 is configured to be integral with a covering cylindrical body 12h that covers the outside of the outer cylindrical portion 12a, and the protrusion portion 14 is configured to be integrally formed on the inner surface of the covering cylindrical body 12h.As a result, as described above, the aerosol container discharge device 1 is configured to be able to change the foam quality of the contents discharged when in use, while simplifying the appearance of the second head half 12 and improving the aesthetic appearance of the aerosol container discharge device 1.
[0058] In particular, when the cover body 20 is configured to cover the outside of the covering cylinder 12h of the first head half 11 as described above, the aesthetic appearance of the aerosol container discharge tool 1 can be further improved.
[0059] Furthermore, the aerosol container discharge tool 1 of this embodiment has a cover body 20 fixed to the aerosol container 2, a rib 30 provided on either the first head half 11 or the cover body 20, and a notch portion 31 provided on the other of the first head half 11 or the cover body 20 and engaging with the rib 30. Therefore, by engaging the rib 30 with the notch portion 31, the first head half 11 is prevented from rotating relative to the cover body 20. Therefore, when the second head half 12 is rotated relative to the first head half 11 by 90 degrees, it is not necessary to hold the first head half 11, and the foam quality of the aerosol container discharge tool 1 can be easily changed.
[0060] Furthermore, the aerosol container discharge device 1 of this embodiment has a cover body 20 fixed to the aerosol container 2, a convex portion 40 provided on the first head half 11, and a locking protrusion 41 provided on the cover body 20 and locking the convex portion 40 from above, and the convex portion 40 is locked to the locking protrusion 41 from above, so that the first head half 11 is prevented from coming off the cover body 20. Therefore, when the second head half 12 is rotated relative to the first head half 11 by 90 degrees, it is not necessary to hold the first head half 11, and the foam quality of the aerosol container discharge device 1 can be easily changed.
[0061] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
[0062] For example, in the above embodiment, the circumferential groove cylinder 13 is provided on the first head half 11 and the protrusion portion 14 is provided on the second head half 12, but the circumferential groove cylinder 13 may be provided on the second head half 12 and the protrusion portion 14 may be provided on the first head half 11.
[0063] In addition, in the above embodiment, a rib 30 is provided on the cover body 20 and a cutout portion 31 is provided on the first head half 11, but it is also possible to provide a cutout portion 31 on the cover body 20 and a rib 30 on the first head half 11.
[0064] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the aerosol container discharge tool 1 is configured to have the cover body 20 and the overcap 50, but it may be configured without these.
[0065] Furthermore, the second head half 12 may be configured so as not to have the enlarged groove 12i on the inner circumferential surface of the outer tubular portion 12a.
[0066] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the aerosol container 2 is one in which the content is discharged by pushing down the stem 2b, but the aerosol container 2 may be one in which the content is discharged by tilting the stem 2b.
