Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a coil separation method and a coil separation device. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, from the viewpoint of protecting the global environment, attempts have been made to separate coils from stators of used rotating electrical machines and recycle them without discarding them.
[0003] Conventionally, a method for separating a coil from a stator is known in which the coil end portions protruding from both end faces in the central axis direction of the stator core are pressed radially inward until the coil is removed from the slot, and then removed from the axial hole of the stator core (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2021-13222 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In particular, coils used in stators of in-vehicle rotating electric machines have a higher coil density than coils used in stators of rotating electric machines of home appliances, and the coils are bonded together with varnish or the like. Therefore, when forcibly deforming the coil, it is necessary to press the outer surface of the coil end portion with a strong force. Since pressing needs to be performed at multiple positions in the circumferential direction of the annular coil end portion, it is necessary to arrange large press devices at multiple positions in the circumferential direction of the stator, and it is unavoidable to increase the size of the separation device. In addition, since a large force is required to separate the coil from the stator, it is difficult to remove the coil by pulling it out from the stator along the central axis direction, for example.
[0006] Furthermore, in the method of forcibly deforming the outer surface of the coil end by strongly pressing the coil end, impurities other than the coil itself tend to adhere to the coil surface. If impurities adhere to the coil, the impurity concentration in the melt increases when the coil is removed from the stator and melted for recycling, which may limit the scope of coil recycling.
[0007] An object of the present invention is to provide a coil separation method and a coil separation device that can easily separate a coil from a stator without forcibly deforming the coil. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] (1) A coil separation method for separating a coil from a stator (e.g., stator 100 described below) including a stator core (e.g., stator core 110 described below) having a plurality of slots (e.g., slot 112 described below) formed on its inner circumferential surface, and a coil (e.g., coil 120 described below) mounted in the plurality of slots, the coil separation method comprising: cutting a coil end portion (e.g., coil end portion 120b) of the coil protruding from a first end face (e.g., first end face 110a) in a central axial direction (e.g., X1-X2 direction described below) of the stator core; and pressing the coil in any of the plurality of slots from a side of the first end face of the stator core from which the coil end portion is cut, thereby moving the coil along the central axial direction of the stator core and removing it from the second end face of the stator core.
[0009] According to the above (1), since there is no need to press the outer surface of the coil end portion to forcibly deform it, the impurities contained in the extracted coil do not increase, and there is no risk of limiting the range of recycling of the coil. Moreover, since the coil inside the slot is pressed, the coil can be moved smoothly along the central axis of the stator core while being supported by the inner wall surface of the slot, and can be easily separated from the stator.
[0010] (2) In the coil separation method described in (1) above, when cutting the coil end portion, a straight portion of the coil protruding from the first end face of the stator core (e.g., straight portion 120a described below) may be cut.
[0011] According to (2) above, interference between the coil inside the slot and the inner wall surface of the slot is suppressed, so that the coil can move more smoothly along the central axial direction of the stator core, and there is no need to apply unnecessarily large pressing force to the coil.
[0012] (3) In the coil separation method described in (1) or (2) above, when pressing the coil, the second end face of the stator core may be supported in a state in which an accommodation space for the coil (e.g., the coil accommodation groove 21 described below) that is extracted from the second end face of the stator core is positioned.
[0013] According to the above feature (3), the storage space makes it possible to easily recover the coil in a clean state after it has been removed from the stator.
[0014] (4) A coil separation device (e.g., coil separation device 1 described later) that separates a coil from a stator (e.g., stator core 110 described later) including a stator core having a plurality of slots (e.g., slots 112 described later) formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof and a coil (e.g., coil 120 described later) attached to the plurality of slots, the coil separation device separating the coil from a stator (e.g., stator 100 described later), the coil end portion (e.g., coil end portion 120b described later) of the coil protruding from a first end face (e.g., first end face 110a described later) in a central axial direction (e.g., X1-X2 direction described later) of the stator core. and pressing means (e.g., pressing jig 3 described later) having a plurality of pressing members (e.g., pressing member 32 described later) that can be inserted into any of the plurality of slots from the first end face side of the stator core, wherein the pressing means inserts the plurality of pressing members into the slots to press the coil, thereby moving the coil along the central axial direction of the stator core and removing it from the second end face side of the stator core.
[0015] According to the above (4), when the coil is removed from the stator, the outer surface of the coil end portion is not pressed to forcibly deform it, so impurities contained in the removed coil do not increase, and there is no risk of limiting the range of recycling of the coil. Since the coil inside the slot is pressed, the coil can be moved smoothly along the central axis direction of the stator core while being supported by the inner wall surface of the slot, and can be easily separated from the stator.
[0016] (5) In the coil separation device described in (4) above, a phase adjustment means (e.g., a rotation mechanism described later) may be provided that adjusts a phase between the plurality of slots and the plurality of pressing members by rotating at least one of the arrangement means and the pressing means around a central axis of the stator core (e.g., a central axis X described later).
[0017] According to the above feature (5), the phases of the multiple slots and the multiple pressing members can be easily matched.
[0018] (6) In the coil separation device described in (4) or (5) above, the arrangement means may have a stator support surface (e.g., stator support surface 2a described below) that abuts against the second end surface of the stator core to support the stator.
[0019] According to the above feature (6), the coils in the slots can be stably pressed by the pressing member while the stator is supported.
[0020] (7) In the coil separation device described in any one of (4) to (6) above, the arrangement means may have a coil accommodating groove (e.g., coil accommodating groove 21 described below) that accommodates the coil that is extracted from the second end face of the stator core.
[0021] According to the above feature (7), the coil accommodating groove makes it possible to easily recover the coil in a clean state after it has been removed from the stator.
[0022] (8) In the coil separation device described above in (7), the accommodation groove may be formed in the stator support surface in an annular shape corresponding to an outer shape of the coil.
[0023] According to the above feature (8), the coil removed from the stator can be smoothly retrieved into the coil accommodating groove along the outer shape of the annular coil without deformation or damage. Effect of the Invention
[0024] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a coil separation method and a coil separation device that can easily separate a coil from a stator without the risk of impurities adhering to the coil. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0026] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a stator 100 according to this embodiment. The stator 100 has a stator core 110 and a coil 120.
[0027] Here, the directions shown in the drawings will be described. The X1-X2 direction is the central axial direction of the stator 100 and the stator core 110. The X1-X2 direction is also the linear movement direction of the pressing jig 3. In each drawing, the X1 direction indicates the upward direction, and the X2 direction indicates the downward direction. However, the X1-X2 direction is not necessarily limited to the upward and downward directions along the direction of gravity. The X1-X2 direction may be a direction inclined with respect to the direction of gravity, for example, it may be a horizontal direction.
[0028] Stator core 110 is formed by stacking multiple thin, generally annular electromagnetic steel sheets that are open at the center, and has a central axial hole 111. Stator core 110 has a first end face 110a that faces the X1 direction along the central axis, and a second end face 110b that faces the X2 direction.
[0029] Stator core 110 has a plurality of slots 112 formed radially at equal intervals on its inner circumferential surface facing axial hole 111. Slots 112 open narrowly toward axial hole 111, pass straight through stator core 110 along the central axial direction, and open to first end face 110a and second end face 110b.
[0030] A plurality of through holes 113 penetrating along the central axis direction are formed in the stator core 110. The stator core 110 shown in Fig. 1 has six through holes 113 arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
[0031] The coil 120 is an assembly of conductors made of a plurality of rectangular wires, and is fitted in each slot 112 of the stator core 110. The coil 120 has straight portions 120a, a plurality of which are accommodated in each slot 112, and coil end portions 120b, 120c, which protrude in an annular shape from the first end face 110a and the second end face 110b of the stator core 110, respectively. The coil end portions 120b, 120c are portions where the conductors protruding from the slots 112 cross over to other slots 112 spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the stator core 110, and are formed by bending the conductors into a mountain shape. Insulating paper 114 is accommodated in the slots 112 so as to cover the straight portions 120a.
[0032] Coil 120 may be composed of a plurality of segment coils each having a pair of straight sections, or may be composed of a plurality of continuous coils in which a conductor is wound in a wave-like pattern around the circumferential direction of stator core 110.
[0033] Next, the coil separation apparatus will be described with reference to Fig. 2 to Fig. 4. The coil separation apparatus 1 has a placement jig 2 and a pressing jig 3.
[0034] The arrangement jig 2 is a jig that supports the stator 100 to which the coil 120 is attached, and constitutes an arrangement means in the coil separation device 1. The arrangement jig 2 is made of a metal such as stainless steel and is formed into a cylindrical shape with a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the stator core 110, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
[0035] The arrangement jig 2 has a flat stator support surface 2a arranged on one end surface in the central axis direction. The stator support surface 2a supports the stator 100 by abutting or placing a portion of the stator core 110 of the stator 100 when the coil is separated, more specifically, a second end surface 110b of the stator core 110. The stator support surface 2a is a flat surface perpendicular to the axial direction of the arrangement jig 2.
[0036] A coil accommodating groove 21 that constitutes an accommodating space for the coil 120 taken out from the stator core 110 is formed in the stator support surface 2a. The coil accommodating groove 21 is formed in an annular shape that conforms to the outer shape of the coil 120 attached to the stator 100, and is recessed from the stator support surface 2a along the axial direction of the arrangement jig 2.
[0037] The inner diameter of the coil accommodating groove 21 is equal to or smaller than the inner diameter of the coil end portions 120b, 120c, and the outer diameter of the coil accommodating groove 21 is equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the coil end portions 120b, 120c. The difference between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the coil accommodating groove 21 is equal to or larger than the radial length of the slot 112 of the stator core 110. The depth of the coil accommodating groove 21 from the stator support surface 2a is greater than the length along the central axis direction of the coil 120 taken out of the stator 100, as described below. Therefore, the coil accommodating groove 21 can accommodate the entire coil 120 taken out of the stator 100.
[0038] A circular recess 22 is disposed at the center of the arrangement jig 2, inside the coil accommodating groove 21, recessed to a predetermined depth from the stator support surface 2a. The inner diameter of the recess 22 is equal to or smaller than the inner diameter of the axial hole 111 of the stator core 110. The depth of the recess 22 is equal to the depth of the coil accommodating groove 21.
[0039] Six support post insertion holes 23 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the arrangement jig 2 on the stator support surface 2a outside the coil accommodating grooves 21. The six support post insertion holes 23 are holes for erecting guide posts 5 (described later) when separating the coil 120 from the stator 100, and are provided at positions corresponding to the six through holes 113 formed in the stator core 110.
[0040] The placement jig 2 may be fixedly positioned at a predetermined position on the coil separation device 1, or may be configured to be movable so that it is placed at a predetermined position on the coil separation device 1 by the operation of a moving mechanism such as a robot hand or slide table (not shown) during the coil separation operation.
[0041] The pressing jig 3 is a jig for pushing out the coils 120 from the slots 112 of the stator core 110, and constitutes a pressing means in the coil separation device 1. The pressing jig 3 is made of a metal such as stainless steel, and is disposed in the coil separation device 1 so as to face the stator support surface 2a of the arrangement jig 2. As shown in Figs. 2 and 4, the pressing jig 3 has a disk-shaped jig base plate 31 and a plurality of thin plate-shaped pressing members 32.
[0042] The jig substrate 31 is attached to a press device that operates linearly by a cylinder or the like (not shown), and is configured to be linearly movable along the central axis direction of the stator 100. The jig substrate 31 has six support post through holes 33 formed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction. The six support post through holes 33 are holes for inserting guide posts 5 (described later) when separating the coil 120 from the stator 100, and are provided at positions corresponding to the six through holes 113 formed in the stator core 110.
[0043] The multiple pressing members 32 are arranged radially at equal intervals around the central axis X of the jig substrate 31 and are fixed to the jig substrate 31 so as to protrude in the same direction from the jig substrate 31. The pressing members 32 all have the same length in the protruding direction. The length of the pressing members 32 in the protruding direction is equal to or greater than the length of the slots 112 along the central axis direction of the stator core 110. The length of the pressing members 32 along the radial direction of the jig substrate 31 is shorter than the depth of the slots 112 along the radial direction of the stator core 110. The tip surface of the pressing member 32 is formed into a flat surface perpendicular to the protruding direction of the pressing member 32.
[0044] The number and arrangement of the pressing members 32 correspond to the number and arrangement of the slots 112 of the stator core 110. When each pressing member 32 is cut in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the central axis X of the jig substrate 31, the cross-sectional shape is the same. The cross-sectional shape of this pressing member 32 is slightly smaller than the opening shape of the slots 112 that open to the first end face 110a and the second end face 110b of the stator core 110. Therefore, the pressing members 32 can be inserted into the corresponding slots 112 from the side of the first end face 110a of the stator core 110.
[0045] At least during the coil separation operation, the coil separation device 1 arranges the arrangement jig 2 and the pressing jig 3 coaxially along the central axis X, as shown in Fig. 2. At least one of the arrangement jig 2 and the pressing jig 3 is provided so as to be rotatable about the respective central axis X by the operation of a rotation mechanism (not shown). Such a rotation mechanism constitutes a phase adjustment means in the coil separation device 1.
[0046] Next, a coil separation method using the coil separation device 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0047] 5, the coil end portion 120b protruding from the first end face 110a of the two coil end portions 120b, 120c of the stator core 110 is cut off from the stator 100 using a cutting device 4 having a rotary blade 41. The rotary blade 41 cuts and separates the coil end portion 120b from the outer circumferential side or the inner circumferential side along a cutting line CL parallel to the first end face 110a.
[0048] The cutting line CL is set at a position close to the first end face 110a. Usually, the ends of the straight portion 120a arranged in the slot 112 on the side of the coil end portions 120b, 120c slightly protrude from the first end face 110a and the second end face 110b. The cutting line CL is set at the position of the straight portion 120a protruding from the first end face 110a. Therefore, only the straight portion 120a of the coil 120 that remains uncut is exposed in each slot 112 arranged in the first end face 110a after the coil end portion 120b is cut. The coil end portion 120c protruding from the second end face 110b remains in the stator 100 together with the straight portion 120a of the coil 120.
[0049] 6, the stator 100 after the coil end portion 120b is cut is transported to a predetermined position in the coil separation device 1 by the operation of a transport device such as a robot hand (not shown). In detail, the stator 100 is arranged between the arrangement jig 2 and the pressing jig 3 such that the first end face 110a of the stator core 110 faces the pressing jig 3 and the second end face 110b faces the arrangement jig 2.
[0050] When arranging the stator 100, straight rod-shaped guide pillars 5 are inserted into each of the six pillar insertion holes 23 of the arrangement jig 2. The six guide pillars 5 are erected vertically from the stator support surface 2a of the arrangement jig 2. The guide pillars 5 may be erected on the arrangement jig 2 in advance.
[0051] The stator 100 is positioned relative to the arrangement jig 2 by inserting the six guide posts 5 into the six through holes 113. In the positioned state, the stator 100 is moved toward the arrangement jig 2 along the guide posts 5 by the operation of a transport device (not shown). Thereafter, the second end surface 110b of the stator core 110 abuts against the stator support surface 2a, which is the stator support surface of the arrangement jig 2. This causes the stator 100 to be supported by the arrangement jig 2. With the stator 100 supported by the arrangement jig 2, the coil end portion 120c of the stator 100 is accommodated in the coil accommodating groove 21 of the arrangement jig 2, as shown in FIG. 7.
[0052] After the stator 100 is supported by the arrangement jig 2, at least one of the arrangement jig 2 and the pressing jig 3 supporting the stator 100 rotates around the central axis X by the operation of a rotation mechanism (not shown). In this way, the coil separation device 1 performs phase alignment between the multiple pressing members 32 provided on the pressing jig 3 and the multiple slots 112 formed in the stator core 110. As a result, the positions of the multiple slots 112 and the positions of the multiple pressing members 32 coincide along the central axis direction of the stator 100.
[0053] After the phase adjustment, the pressing jig 3 is moved in the X2 direction toward the stator 100 by the operation of a press device (not shown). The pressing jig 3 is positioned with respect to the stator 100 by inserting the six guide posts 5 penetrating the stator 100 into the six post through holes 33.
[0054] When the pressing jig 3 moves further in the X2 direction toward the stator 100, as shown in FIG. 7, the tip of each pressing member 32 comes into contact with the cut surface 120d of the straight portion 120a slightly protruding from the slot 112 from the side of the first end face 110a of the stator core 110. When the pressing jig 3 moves further in the X2 direction, each pressing member 32 simultaneously presses the straight portion 120a of the coil 120 in the corresponding slot 112 in the X2 direction. As a result, the coil 120 gradually moves toward the arrangement jig 2 relative to the stator core 110. Since the stator 100 is supported by the stator support surface 2a of the arrangement jig 2 arranged to face the pressing direction, the pressing jig 3 can stably press the coil 120 of the stator 100.
[0055] As the pressing jig 3 moves, the pressing members 32 are inserted into the slots 112 while pressing the straight portions 120a in the corresponding slots 112. The pressing members 32 in the slots 112 come into contact with and press all of the straight portions 120a housed in the slots 112, as shown in FIG.
[0056] Thereafter, the pressing member 32 moves in the X2 direction within the slot 112 in accordance with the movement of the pressing jig 3, and further presses the straight portion 120a. As shown in FIG. 8, the straight portion 120a pressed by the pressing member 32 can move smoothly in the X2 direction along the central axis direction of the stator core 110 without coming apart, while being supported by the pressing member 32 and the inner wall surface 112a of the slot 112. Since the coil 120 is cut at the straight portion 120a, interference with the inner wall surface 112a of the slot 112 during movement is suppressed. Therefore, it is not necessary for the pressing jig 3 to apply an unnecessarily large pressing force to the coil 120.
[0057] 9, when jig base plate 31 of pressing jig 3 moves until it abuts against first end face 110a of stator core 110, the tip of pressing member 32 protrudes from second end face 110b of stator core 110. As a result, coil 120 is pushed out of slot 112 of stator core 110 in one go, and is taken out from the side of second end face 110b of stator core 110.
[0058] At this time, the insulating paper 114 covering the straight portions 120a of the coil 120 within the slots 112 is also pushed out together with the coil 120 and removed from the stator core 110. This is because the resistance between the insulating paper 114 and the straight portions 120a of the coil 120 is greater than the resistance between the insulating paper 114 and the stator core 110. When the coil 120 is heated in a heating furnace, the insulating paper 114 dissolves together with the varnish applied to the coil 120 and the insulating coating on the surface of the coil 120 and can be separated by filtration, so there is no effect on the reuse of the base material of the coil 120.
[0059] The removed coil 120 is collected in the coil accommodating groove 21 of the arrangement jig 2. Since the coil accommodating groove 21 is formed in an annular shape that conforms to the outer shape of the coil 120, the coil 120 removed from the stator core 110 can be easily accommodated therein in a clean state without being deformed or damaged.
[0060] 10, the pressing jig 3 moves in the X1 direction away from the arrangement jig 2. This causes the pressing jig 3 to return to its initial position, completing the separation operation.
[0061] According to the coil separation method and coil separation device 1 of this embodiment, there is no need to press and forcibly deform the outer surfaces of the coil end portions 120b, 120c in order to separate the coil 120 from the stator 100. Therefore, impurities do not adhere to the extracted coil 120, and there is no risk of limiting the range of recycling of the coil. Only one pressing tool 3 is required to separate the coil 120 from the stator 100, so the device does not become unnecessarily large.
[0062] Since the pressing jig 3 only linearly presses the coil 120 with the pressing member 32, it is sufficient for it to have a function of linearly moving relative to the stator 100. Therefore, for example, compared to the case where the coil 120 is pulled out from the stator 100, there is no need to add an additional mechanism such as a clamp mechanism for pulling out the coil 120, and the device configuration is simplified.
[0063] In the above embodiment, the guide pillars 5 are used to position the arrangement jig 2, the pressing jig 3, and the stator 100, but the guide pillars 5 may only position the arrangement jig 2 and the stator 100. The guide pillars 5 are not necessarily required.
[0064] The coil separation device 1 may be configured to prepare multiple types of arrangement jigs 2 having stator support surfaces 2a and coil accommodating grooves 21 of sizes corresponding to the size of the stator 100 and the external shapes of the coil end portions 120b, 120c, and to select and use the most appropriate arrangement jig 2 depending on the type of stator 100 to be separated.
[0065] The coil separation device 1 may be configured to prepare multiple types of pressing tools 3 having pressing members 32 of sizes and numbers corresponding to the size of the stator 100, the number of slots 112 in the stator core 110, etc., and to select and use the most appropriate pressing tool 3 depending on the type of stator 100 to be separated.
[0066] The number of pressing members 32 provided on the pressing jig 3 is not limited to the same as the number of slots 112 of the stator core 110. The pressing members 32 may be any pressing members that press the coils 120 in any of the slots 112 formed in the stator core 110, and may be fewer than the number of slots 112 provided on the jig substrate 31.
[0067] The pressing members 32 provided in the pressing jig 3 are not limited to those having the same length in the protruding direction. The pressing jig 3 may include pressing members 32 having different lengths in the protruding direction so as to press the straight portions 120a of the multiple slots 112 with a time difference.
[0068] The tip surface of the pressing member 32 provided in the pressing jig 3 is not limited to a flat surface perpendicular to the protruding direction. The tip surface of the pressing member 32 may be an inclined surface inclined in the radial direction of the stator core 110 so as to press the multiple straight portions 120a in the slots 112 with a time lag in the radial direction.
