Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0010] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. Of course, the following embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention, and not all of the features shown in the embodiments are necessarily essential for the solution means of the invention.
[0011] (1) Outline of the aspects included in the present invention: First, the outline of the aspects included in the present invention will be described with reference to the examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 11. Note that the figures in the present application are diagrams schematically showing examples, and the magnification ratios in each direction shown in these figures may be different, and the figures may not be consistent. Of course, each element of this aspect is not limited to the specific examples indicated by the reference numerals.
[0012] [Aspect 1] The interior part 2 for a vehicle according to one aspect includes a bezel 20 and a component body 50, and is attached to the interior material 10 through an opening 13 of the interior material 10 having a first surface (for example, the interior surface 11) facing the interior SP0 of the vehicle (for example, the automobile 100) and a second surface (for example, the back surface 12) opposite to the first surface (11). The bezel 20 includes a bezel main body 21 in contact with the first surface (11) around the opening 13 and a first engaging portion 25 passing through the opening 13. The component body 50 includes an exterior case 55 in contact with the second surface (12) around the opening 13. The exterior case 55 has a recess 61 facing the second surface (12) including the opening 13, a bottom portion 60 in contact with the second surface (12) around the periphery 62 of the recess 61, and a second engaging portion 70 located in the recess 61. The first engaging portion 25 is configured to protrude from the bezel main body 21 into the recess 61. The component body 50 is configured to be integrated with the bezel 20 when the second engaging portion 70 engages with the first engaging portion 25 within the recess 61.
[0013] The bottom portion 60 of the exterior case 55 of the component body 50 in contact with the second surface (12) of the interior material 10 has a recess 61 facing the second surface (12) including the opening 13 of the interior material 10. The second engaging portion 70 of the exterior case 55 engages within the recess 61 with the first engaging portion 25 protruding from the bezel main body 21 through the opening 13 of the interior material 10 into the recess 61 of the exterior case 55. Thereby, the component body 50 is integrated with the bezel 20 with the interior material 10 interposed therebetween, and the interior part 2 is attached to the interior material 10. Since it is not necessary to insert the entire component body 50 into the opening 13 of the interior material 10 to attach the interior part 2 to the interior material 10, the opening 13 of the interior material 10 can be made small. Therefore, the above aspect can miniaturize the bezel according to a small opening.
[0014] Various examples can be given for the above-described aspect. The interior materials include roof trim, door trim, deck side trim, dashboard, back door trim, etc. The component body includes acoustic component bodies such as acoustic units like microphones and speakers provided in an exterior case. Therefore, the interior components include acoustic components such as microphone devices and speaker devices. In the present application, "first", "second",... are terms for identifying each of a plurality of components having similar points, and do not mean an order. Of course, the above-mentioned remarks are also applicable in the following aspects.
[0015] [Aspect 2] As illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 6, etc., the bezel 20 may further include a third engaging portion 30 passing through the opening 13. The third engaging portion 30 may protrude from the bezel body 21 into the recess 61 and be caught by the second surface (12) around the opening 13. As illustrated in FIG. 7A, when an operator passes the third engaging portion 30 of the bezel 20 through the opening 13 of the interior material 10, the third engaging portion 30 is caught by the second surface (12) around the opening 13 as illustrated in FIG. 7B. Thereby, the bezel 20 is held by the interior material 10 alone, and the first engaging portion 25 is in a state of protruding from the second surface (12). When the operator engages the second engaging portion 70 of the component body 50 with the first engaging portion 25 in this state, the component body 50 is integrated with the bezel 20 with the interior material 10 sandwiched therebetween as illustrated in FIG. 2, and the interior component 2 is attached to the interior material 10. Therefore, the above aspect can facilitate the attachment of the interior component to the interior material.
[0016] [Aspect 3] The component body 50 may include an acoustic unit (e.g., microphone 51) inside the exterior case 55. The exterior case 55 may include a protruding portion 65 having the second engaging portion 70, which protrudes from the recess 61 toward the bezel body 21. The interior component 2 for the vehicle may include a seal 80 between the protruding portion 65 and the bezel body 21. The first engaging portion 25 may engage with the second engaging portion 70 after a flexing operation (e.g., see FIG. 8) from a state where it does not engage with the second engaging portion 70 as illustrated in FIG. 8 (e.g., see FIGS. 3 and 7B). The second engaging portion 70 may be more difficult to flex than the first engaging portion 25. The acoustic component including the acoustic unit (51) includes a seal 80 for preventing sound leakage. Since the second engaging portion 70 is more difficult to flex than the first engaging portion 25, the seal 80 between the protruding portion 65 having the second engaging portion 70 and the bezel body 21 is less likely to be affected by the flexing operation during engagement. Therefore, the above aspect can provide a suitable interior component for a vehicle as an acoustic component.
[0017] The fact that the second engaging portion 70 is more difficult to flex than the first engaging portion 25 means that the distance by which the second engaging portion 70 flexes is less than that of the first engaging portion 25 when the second engaging portion 70 engages with the first engaging portion 25, and includes, for example, the second engaging portion 70 pushing back the first engaging portion 25. Examples where the second engaging portion 70 is more difficult to flex than the first engaging portion 25 can be variously cited. For example, when the protruding portion 65 is cylindrical and has a plurality of second engaging portions 70, and a plurality of first engaging portions 25 that engage with each of the plurality of second engaging portions 70 are separated, the second engaging portion 70 is more difficult to flex than the first engaging portion 25. Also, even when the second engaging portion 70 is formed of a hard material and the first engaging portion 25 is formed of a soft material, the second engaging portion 70 becomes more difficult to flex than the first engaging portion 25. The above-mentioned remarks are also applicable in the following aspects.
[0018] [Aspect 4] As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the first engaging portion 25 may have a first engaging surface 26 along a protruding direction D5 from the bezel main body 21 toward the recess 61. The second engaging portion 70 may have a second engaging surface 71 adapted to the first engaging surface 26. Of the first engaging surface 26 and the second engaging surface 71, one engaging surface may have a hole 27, and the other engaging surface may have a convex portion 72. The second engaging portion 70 may engage with the first engaging portion 25 when the convex portion 72 enters the hole 27 within the recess 61. Since the hole 27 of one engaging surface and the convex portion 72 of the other engaging surface are within the recess 61 of the exterior case 55, the operation of the convex portion 72 entering the hole 27 is allowed. When the second engaging portion 70 engages with the first engaging portion 25 within the recess 61, the opening 13 of the interior material 10 can be made smaller. Therefore, the above aspect can provide a suitable example for miniaturizing the bezel according to a small opening.
[0019] [Aspect 5] Incidentally, the vehicle interior structure 1 according to one aspect is a vehicle interior structure 1 including the interior material 10 and the interior component 2. The bezel 20 of the interior component 2 includes a bezel main body 21 located on the first surface (11) around the opening 13, and a first engaging portion 25 passing through the opening 13. The component main body 50 of the interior component 2 includes an exterior case 55 located on the second surface (12) around the opening 13. The exterior case 55 has a recess 61 facing the second surface (12) including the opening 13, a bottom portion 60 in contact with the second surface (12) around the recess 61, and a second engaging portion 70 located within the recess 61. The first engaging portion 25 protrudes from the bezel main body 21 into the recess 61. The component main body 50 is integrated with the bezel 20 when the second engaging portion 70 engages with the first engaging portion 25 within the recess 61.
[0020] In the exterior case 55 of the component body 50, the bottom 60 that contacts the second surface (12) of the interior material 10 has a recess 61 facing the second surface (12) including the opening 13 of the interior material 10. The second engaging portion 70 of the exterior case 55 is engaged with the first engaging portion 25 protruding into the recess 61 of the exterior case 55 through the opening 13 of the interior material 10 from the bezel body 21 within the recess 61. Thereby, the component body 50 is integrated with the bezel 20 with the interior material 10 sandwiched therebetween, and the interior component 2 is attached to the interior material 10. Since it is not necessary to insert the entire component body 50 into the opening 13 of the interior material 10 to attach the interior component 2 to the interior material 10, the opening 13 of the interior material 10 can be made small. Therefore, the above aspect can miniaturize the bezel in accordance with a small opening.
[0021] (2) Specific example of a vehicle interior structure including vehicle interior components: FIG. 1 schematically illustrates the interior of an automobile 100 provided with a vehicle interior structure 1 including an interior material 10 and a vehicle interior component 2. In FIG. 1, FRONT, REAR, UP, and DOWN indicate front, rear, up, and down, respectively. Also, reference sign D1 indicates the front-rear direction of the automobile 100, and reference sign D2 indicates the up-down direction of the automobile 100. FIG. 2 schematically illustrates a cross-section of the vehicle interior structure 1 along a first direction D3 which is one of the directions along the interior surface 11 of the interior material 10. FIG. 3 is an exploded view schematically illustrating a cross-section of the vehicle interior structure 1 along the first direction D3. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view schematically illustrating the vehicle interior component 2. FIG. 5 schematically illustrates a cross-section of the vehicle interior structure 1 along a second direction D4 which is another one of the directions along the interior surface 11. The second direction D4 is orthogonal to the first direction D3. In FIGS. 2 to 5, reference sign D5 indicates the protruding direction of the first engaging portion 25 of the bezel 20. The protruding direction D5 intersects the first direction D3 and the second direction D4 and is generally orthogonal to the first direction D3 and the second direction D4. The protruding direction D5 can generally be said to be the thickness direction of the interior material 10. FIG. 6 is a plan view schematically illustrating the bezel 20 attached to the interior material 10 and the seal 80.
[0022] The motor vehicle 100 shown in FIG. 1 is a road-going motor vehicle designed and equipped for use on roads. For example, a vehicle body panel made of metal such as a steel plate surrounds the interior SP0 to form the vehicle body. The interior SP0 of the motor vehicle 100 shown in FIG. 1 includes a passenger compartment SP1 and a luggage compartment SP2. Further, the motor vehicle 100 shown in FIG. 1 is a wagon-type passenger motor vehicle in which the rear luggage compartment SP2 is connected to the passenger compartment SP1 and is equipped with two rows of seats (front seats 101 and rear seats 102). Of course, the motor vehicle may be equipped with one row or three or more rows of seats, or may be a sedan-type motor vehicle or the like.
[0023] Various interior materials 10 are arranged on the interior side of the vehicle body panel of the motor vehicle 100. A roof trim 111 (an example of the interior material 10) is installed on the interior side of a roof panel (an example of the vehicle body panel) above the interior SP0. A door trim 112 (an example of the interior material 10) is installed on the passenger compartment side of a door panel (an example of the vehicle body panel) on the side of the passenger compartment SP1. A deck side trim 113 (an example of the interior material 10) is installed on the luggage compartment side of a deck side panel (an example of the vehicle body panel) on the side of the luggage compartment SP2. A dashboard 114 (an example of the interior material 10) is installed on the passenger compartment side of a dash panel (an example of the vehicle body panel) in front of the front seat 101. A tailgate trim 115 (an example of the interior material 10) is installed on the luggage compartment side of a back door (Tailgate) 105 behind the luggage compartment SP2. The interior structure 1 can be provided on any of these interior materials (111 to 115). Although FIG. 1 shows that interior components 2 are attached to all of the interior materials (111 to 115), it is not necessary to attach interior components 2 to all of the interior materials (111 to 115). For example, when interior components 2 are not attached to the interior materials (112 to 115) and a microphone device as the interior component 2 is attached to the roof trim 111, the motor vehicle 100 is provided with the interior component 2 as a ceiling microphone.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 3 and the like, the interior material 10 has an interior surface 11 facing the interior SP0 and a back surface 12 on the side opposite to the interior surface 11. Here, the interior surface 11 is an example of the first surface, and the back surface 12 is an example of the second surface. The interior material 10 has an opening 13 at a location where the interior component 2 is to be attached. The opening 13 is a hole penetrating in the thickness direction (D5) of the interior material 10 and can be said to be a through hole connecting from the interior surface 11 to the back surface 12.
[0025] Examples of the material of the interior material 10 include fiber aggregates, foamed resins, combinations of fiber aggregates and foamed resins, and the like. The aforementioned fiber aggregate may contain a binder component. Examples of the fiber material contained in the aforementioned fiber aggregate include resin fibers, inorganic fibers, plant fibers, animal fibers, and the like. Examples of resin fibers include polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin, polyolefin resins such as polypropylene (PP) resin and polyethylene (PE) resin, polyamide (PA) resin, and the like. The resin fiber may contain additives such as a coloring agent. When the interior material 10 is a thermoformed product, the aforementioned fiber aggregate contains a thermoplastic binder component. The thermoplastic binder component may be included as the aforementioned resin fiber. For the thermoplastic binder, polyolefin resins such as PP resin and PE resin can be used. An example of the thermoforming of the fiber aggregate includes press forming. Examples of the resin used for the aforementioned foamed resin include thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins. Specifically, polyurethane resin, polyolefin resins such as PP resin and PE resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) resin, and the like can be mentioned. The foamed resin may contain additives such as fiber materials. The interior material 10 may have a design layer of a different material on the interior surface 11 in the layer of the aforementioned material.
[0026] The interior component 2 includes a bezel 20 and a component body 50, and is attached to the interior material 10 through the opening 13. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the bezel 20 includes a circular bezel body 21 that contacts the indoor surface 11 of the interior material 10 at the periphery 14 of the opening 13, and a first engaging portion 25 and a third engaging portion 30 that pass through the opening 13. FIG. 6 shows the contact area A1 of the bezel body 21 with respect to the indoor surface 11. The contact area A1 is around the opening 13 on the indoor surface 11. The component body 50 includes an exterior case 55 that contacts the back surface 12 at the periphery 14 of the opening 13. When the component body 50 includes a microphone 51 in the exterior case 55, the component body 50 is a microphone device body, and the interior component 2 is a microphone device. In this case, the microphone 51 is an example of an acoustic unit, the microphone device body is an example of an acoustic component body, and the microphone device is an example of an acoustic component. The microphone 51 converts sound waves from the indoor SP0 into electrical signals and outputs the electrical signals to a control unit (not shown). The control unit can perform predetermined processes such as voice recognition based on the electrical signals from the microphone 51. Note that the acoustic unit may be a speaker, the component body 50 may be a speaker device body as an acoustic component body, and the interior component 2 may be a speaker device as an acoustic component.
[0027] The exterior case 55 includes a bottom portion 60 having a recess 61 facing the back surface 12 of the interior material 10 including the opening 13, and a protruding portion 65 protruding from the upper bottom 63 of the recess 61 toward the bezel body 21. The bottom portion 60 contacts the back surface 12 at the periphery 62 of the recess 61. The upper bottom 63 is a portion that is away from the back surface 12 and along the back surface 12 in the recess 61. FIG. 6 shows the contact area A2 of the bottom portion 60 with respect to the back surface 12. On the back surface 12, the portion facing the recess 61 is around the opening 13, and the contact area A2 is at the periphery 62 of the recess 61. In other words, on the back surface 12, the recess 61 surrounds the opening 13 by 360° with the center line AX1 of the bezel 20 as the center, and the contact area A2 surrounds the portion facing the recess 61 away from the opening 13 by 360°. It is assumed that the center line AX1 passes through the center of the circular bezel body 21 along the protruding direction D5 of the first engaging portion 25 of the bezel 20.
[0028] The protruding portion 65 is a square tube-shaped part having a sound passage P1 along the center line AX1 as shown in FIG. 4, and protrudes from the upper base 63 to the vicinity of the bezel body 21 along the center line AX1 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5. The microphone 51 is located at the back of the sound passage P1 on the center line AX1. The interior component 2 is provided with a seal 80 for preventing sound leakage between the tip of the protruding portion 65 and the bezel body 21. The seal 80 shown in FIG. 4 etc. is square with an opening through which sound passes around the center line AX1. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the seal 80 contacts the back surface of the bezel body 21 and also contacts the tip of the protruding portion 65. The square tube-shaped protruding portion 65 has a pair of second engaging portions 70 located in the recess 61 and a pair of reinforcing portions 66 connecting the second engaging portions 70 to each other. In a cross-section orthogonal to the center line AX1, it can be said that the second engaging portions 70 are respectively present on opposite sides of the square protruding portion 65, and the reinforcing portions 66 are respectively present on different opposite sides. Each second engaging portion 70 has a convex portion 72 bulging in a direction away from the center line AX1. Here, among the four outer surfaces of the protruding portion 65, the two outer surfaces having the convex portion 72 will be referred to as the second engaging surfaces 71. It can be said that the second engaging portion 70 has a second engaging surface 71 along the center line AX1.
[0029] Examples of the material of the exterior case 55 include resin, metal, etc. Examples of the aforementioned resin include thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin, and specifically, polyolefin resins such as PP resin and PE resin, ABS resin, etc. The resin may contain additives such as fiber materials. An example of resin molding is injection molding. An example of the material of the seal 80 is an elastomer.
[0030] The bezel body 21 has a through hole 22 smaller than the opening 13 of the interior material 10 around the center line AX1 and covers the opening 13. In the interior structure 1 shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the through hole 22 is connected to the sound passage P1 of the protruding portion 65 and passes sound from the indoor SP0 to the sound passage P1. The bezel 20 shown in FIGS. 2 to 6 has a pair of first engaging portions 25 and a pair of third engaging portions 30.
[0031] Each first engaging portion 25 protrudes from the bezel body 21 toward the recess 61 along the second engaging surface 71. The first engaging portions 25 are not connected to each other, and the first engaging portion 25 is more flexible than the second engaging portion 70. Each first engaging portion 25 engages with the second engaging portion 70 after a flexing operation (see FIG. 8) from a state where it is not engaged with the second engaging portion 70 (see FIGS. 3 and 7B). Here, the amount of flexure of the engaging portions (25, 70) is defined as the moving distance of the portion that moves the most during engagement among the engaging portions (25, 70) in the first direction D3. The fact that the first engaging portion 25 is more flexible than the second engaging portion 70 means that the amount of flexure of the first engaging portion 25 is greater than that of the second engaging portion 70 during engagement, and includes the second engaging portion 70 pushing back the first engaging portion 25. Each first engaging portion 25 has a first engaging surface 26 along the protruding direction D5 from the bezel body 21 toward the recess 61, and is located outside the second engaging portion 70 with the center line AX1 as the center. Each first engaging surface 26 is adapted to the second engaging surface 71. Therefore, it can be said that each second engaging portion 70 has a second engaging surface 71 adapted to the first engaging surface 26. Each first engaging surface 26 has a hole 27 formed so that the convex portion 72 of the second engaging surface 71 can enter. The hole 27 shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 penetrates the first engaging portion 25. The hole 27 is not limited to a through hole, and may be a hole recessed from the first engaging surface 26 without penetrating the first engaging portion 25. The first engaging portion 25 is more flexible than the second engaging portion 70 by having the hole 27.
[0032] Each third engaging portion 30 protrudes from the bezel body 21 toward the recess 61 along the reinforcing portion 66, and is caught by the back surface 12 of the interior member 10 around the opening 13. Each third engaging portion 30 has a convex portion 31 that bulges in a direction away from the center line AX1, and is located outside the reinforcing portion 66 with the center line AX1 as the center. Each third engaging portion 30 is caught by the back surface 12 around the opening 13 after a flexing operation (see FIG. 7A) from a state where it does not pass through the opening 13 (see FIG. 7B). It can also be said that each convex portion 31 gets over the periphery 14 of the opening 13 and is caught by the back surface 12. As described above, the bezel 20 is held by the interior member 10 alone with the first engaging portion 25 protruding from the back surface 12. It can be said that the bezel 20 is temporarily fixed to the interior member 10. An operator can engage the second engaging portion 70 of the component body 50 with the first engaging portion 25 in this state, and can easily attach the interior component 2 to the interior member 10.
[0033] The two first engaging portions 25 are outside the through-hole 22 with respect to the center line AX1, and the two third engaging portions 30 are outside the through-hole 22 with respect to the center line AX1. In other words, around the through-hole 22, one first engaging portion 25, one third engaging portion 30, the other first engaging portion 25, and the other third engaging portion 30 are located in this order.
[0034] The material of the bezel 20 may be a material exhibiting elasticity, that is, a material allowing the deflection of the engaging portions (25, 30), and examples thereof include resins and elastomers. The above-described materials may be thermoplastic or thermosetting. Examples of the above-described resins include polyolefin resins such as PP resin and PE resin, and ABS resin. The above-described materials may contain additives such as fiber materials. An example of the molding of the above-described materials is injection molding.
[0035] The second engaging portion 70 of the exterior case 55 engages with the first engaging portion 25 by the convex portion 72 entering the hole 27 in the recess 61. By the second engaging portion 70 engaging with the first engaging portion 25 in the recess 61, the component body 50 is integrated with the bezel 20. In this way, the interior component 2 is attached to the interior member 10 through the opening 13, and the interior structure 1 is provided in the vehicle 100. Here, since the second engaging portion 70 of the exterior case 55 is located at the protruding portion 65 having the reinforcing portion 66, it is less likely to bend than the first engaging portion 25 of the bezel 20. As a result, the seal 80 between the protruding portion 65 having the second engaging portion 70 and the bezel body 21 is hardly affected by the bending movement during engagement. Therefore, the bending movement during engagement hardly affects the sound that enters the microphone 51 from the indoor SP0 through the through hole 22 and the sound passage P1. Further, since the second engaging portion 70 is inside the first engaging portion 25 with respect to the center line AX1, the sound passage P1 is not obstructed by the first engaging portion 25, and it is difficult for the sound entering the microphone 51 to be affected.
[0036] (3) Assembly example of the vehicle interior structure: FIG. 7A is a cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a state of attaching the bezel 20 to the interior material 10. FIG. 7B is a cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a state of attaching the bezel 20 to the interior material 10. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a state of attaching the component body 50 to the bezel 20. When an operator inserts the engaging portions (25, 30) of the bezel 20 into the opening 13 of the interior material 10, as shown in FIG. 7A, the convex portion 31 of the third engaging portion 30 is pushed toward the center line AX1 by the periphery 14 of the opening 13, and the third engaging portion 30 bends inward with respect to the center line AX1. Then, due to the elasticity of the third engaging portion 30, the convex portion 31 gets over the periphery 14 of the opening 13, and as shown in FIG. 7B, the third engaging portion 30 is hooked on the back surface 12 at the periphery 14 of the opening 13. As a result, the bezel 20 is held by the interior material 10 alone, and the first engaging portion 25 protrudes from the back surface 12. It can be said that the bezel 20 is temporarily placed on the interior material 10. Note that since the tip of the third engaging portion 30 including the convex portion 31 is within the range of the concave portion 61, the third engaging portion 30 does not get in the way when the component body 50 is attached to the bezel 20.
[0037] After that, when the operator brings the component body 50 closer to the back surface 12 of the interior material 10 so that the pair of second engaging portions 70 of the exterior case 55 are inserted between the first engaging portions 25, as shown in FIG. 8, the tip of the first engaging portion 25 is pushed in a direction away from the center line AX1 by the convex portion 72 of the second engaging portion 70. Thus, the first engaging portion 25 deflects outward with respect to the center line AX1 by the convex portion 72 within the recess 61. When the tip of the first engaging portion 25 overrides the convex portion 72 due to the elasticity of the first engaging portion 25 within the recess 61, as shown in FIG. 2, the convex portion 72 enters the hole 27 of the first engaging portion 25, and the second engaging portion 70 engages with the first engaging portion 25. When the second engaging portion 70 engages with the first engaging portion 25 within the recess 61, the component body 50 is integrated with the bezel 20 with the interior material 10 sandwiched therebetween, and the interior component 2 is attached to the interior material 10. Since the bezel 20 is previously held by the interior material 10 alone, it is easy to attach the interior component 2 to the interior material 10.
[0038] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the engaging portions (25, 30) of the bezel 20, the tip portion of the protruding portion 65, and the seal 80 are limited to enter the opening 13 of the interior material 10. Since the bottom 60 of the exterior case 55 is in contact with the back surface 12 around the recess 61 facing the back surface 12 including the opening 13, the opening 13 is smaller than the exterior case 55 in both the first direction D3 and the second direction D4. When the second engaging portion 70 engages with the first engaging portion 25 within the recess 61, it is not necessary to insert the entire component body 50 into the opening 13 of the interior material 10, which means that the opening 13 of the interior material 10 can be made smaller. Therefore, in this specific example, the opening 13 of the interior material 10 can be made smaller, and the bezel 20 can be miniaturized according to the smaller opening 13.
[0039] For example, the sound emitted by the occupant in the passenger compartment SP0 enters the microphone 51 through the through hole 22 of the bezel body 21, the opening of the seal 80, and the sound passage P1 of the protruding portion 65 along the center line AX1. As described above, since the second engaging portion 70 of the protruding portion 65 is less likely to deflect than the first engaging portion 25 of the bezel 20, the seal 80 is less likely to be affected by the deflection movement during engagement and is less likely to affect the sound entering the microphone 51 from the passenger compartment SP0 through the through hole 22 and the sound passage P1. As described above, this specific example can provide an interior component 2 suitable as an acoustic component such as a ceiling microphone, and an interior structure 1 including the interior component 2.
[0040] (4) Variation: The present invention includes various variations. For example, although the engagement structure of the engaging portions (25, 70) is preferably a combination of the hole 27 of the first engaging surface 26 and the convex portion 72 of the second engaging surface 71 in that the second engaging portion 70 is less likely to bend than the first engaging portion 25, it is not limited thereto. Even if the second engaging surface 71 has a hole and the first engaging surface 26 has a convex portion, the second engaging portion 70 can engage with the first engaging portion 25 by the convex portion of the first engaging surface 26 entering the hole of the second engaging surface 71 in the concave portion 61. Although the first engaging portion 25 is preferably located outside the second engaging portion 70 with respect to the center line AX1 so as not to obstruct the sound passage P1, it may be located inside the second engaging portion 70 with respect to the center line AX1 as long as sound can pass through the sound passage P1.
[0041] The second engaging portion 70 may be formed of a material harder than the first engaging portion 25. For example, the second engaging portion 70 may be formed of a relatively hard ABS resin, and the first engaging portion 25 may be formed of a relatively soft PP resin. Also, an inorganic fiber material such as glass fiber may be added to the material of the second engaging portion 70, and the inorganic fiber material may not be added to the material of the first engaging portion 25. By forming the second engaging portion 70 of a material harder than the first engaging portion 25, the second engaging portion 70 becomes less likely to bend than the first engaging portion 25. In addition, even if the second engaging portion 70 is more likely to bend than the first engaging portion 25, by engaging the second engaging portion 70 with the first engaging portion 25 in the concave portion 61, the effect of reducing the opening 13 of the interior material 10 and miniaturizing the bezel 20 can be obtained.
[0042] The third engaging portion 30 is not limited to protruding from the bezel body 21 into the recess 61 away from the first engaging portion 25. For example, the first engaging portion 25 may have a convex portion 31 that catches on the back surface 12 around the opening 13 of the interior member 10. The convex portion 31 is also included in the third engaging portion 30. Note that even if the bezel 20 does not have the third engaging portion 30, by engaging the second engaging portion 70 with the first engaging portion 25 within the recess 61, an effect of reducing the size of the bezel 20 by reducing the opening 13 of the interior member 10 can be obtained.
[0043] As illustrated in FIGS. 9 to 11, the second engaging portion 70 may be provided on the side wall surrounding the upper bottom 63 in the recess 61. FIG. 9 is an exploded view schematically illustrating a cross section of the interior structure 1A along the first direction D3. FIGS. 10 and 11 are cross-sectional views schematically illustrating a state in which the component body 50A is fixed to the interior member 10 via the bezel 20A. Here, the interior structure 1A is a modified example of the interior structure 1, the interior component 2A is a modified example of the interior component 2, the bezel 20A is a modified example of the bezel 20, the component body 50A is a modified example of the component body 50, and the exterior case 55A is a modified example of the exterior case 55. For elements among those shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 that are the same as or similar to the above-described elements, the same reference numerals are given and detailed description is omitted.
[0044] The second engaging surface 71 of the outer case 55A is on the inner surface surrounding the upper base 63 in the recess 61. Therefore, it can be said that the second engaging portion 70 is less likely to bend than the first engaging portion 25 protruding from the bezel body 21 into the recess 61. Each second engaging surface 71 has a hole 27 recessed so as to expand the upper base 63. The first engaging portion 25 of the bezel 20A has a first engaging surface 26 adapted to the second engaging surface 71 and is located inside the second engaging portion 70 with respect to the center line AX1. Each first engaging surface 26 has a convex portion 72 adapted to enter the hole 27 of the second engaging surface 71. When the operator inserts the first engaging portion 25 from the opening 13 of the interior material 10 into the recess 61, the convex portion 72 is pressed by the periphery 14 of the opening 13 in the interior material 10 and the second engaging surface 71, causing the first engaging portion 25 to bend inward with respect to the center line AX1. When the convex portion 72 of the first engaging portion 25 enters the hole 27 of the second engaging portion 70 within the recess 61, the second engaging portion 70 engages with the first engaging portion 25. By engaging the second engaging portion 70 with the first engaging portion 25 within the recess 61, the component body 50A is integrated with the bezel 20A with the interior material 10 sandwiched therebetween, and the interior component 2A is attached to the interior material 10.
[0045] The bezel 20A may be attached to the outer case 55A by rotating it as shown in FIG. 10, or may be attached to the outer case 55A by advancing it straight in the protruding direction D5 as shown in FIG. 11. In FIG. 10, the trajectory along which the bezel 20A rotates is indicated by a broken line, and in FIG. 11, the trajectory along which the bezel 20A advances straight is indicated by a broken line. In the example shown in FIG. 10, while the amount of bending of the first engaging portion 25 is large, the two first engaging portions 25 can be inserted into the recess 61 through the opening 13 of the interior material 10 by bending only one of the two first engaging portions 25. In this regard, it is easy to attach the bezel 20A to the outer case 55A. In the example shown in FIG. 11, while it is necessary to bend both of the two first engaging portions 25, the amount of bending of the first engaging portion 25 can be smaller compared to the example shown in FIG. 10. In this regard, it is easy to attach the bezel 20A to the outer case 55A.
[0046] (5) Conclusion: As described above, according to the present invention, various aspects can provide configurations and the like that enable the bezel of the vehicle interior part to be miniaturized. Of course, even in an aspect consisting only of the constituent elements according to the independent claims, the above-described basic operations and effects can be obtained. In addition, configurations in which the respective configurations disclosed in the above-described examples are mutually replaced or the combinations are changed, known techniques, and configurations in which the respective configurations disclosed in the above-described examples are mutually replaced or the combinations are changed, etc. are also feasible. The present invention includes these configurations and the like.
