Paper tube separation apparatus

Abstract

To securely separate paper tubes.SOLUTION: A paper tube separation apparatus 1 comprises: an outer paper tube action part 8 which is brought into contact with an outer paper tube t1 located at a rear side; an inner paper tube action part 5 which is brought into contact with an inner paper tube t2 located at a front side; a movement mechanism which relatively moves the inner paper tube action part 5 relative to the outer paper tube action part 8 in a cross direction; and an expansion mechanism which expands the inner paper tube action part 5. In the paper tube separation apparatus, by moving the inner paper tube action tube 5 forward by the movement mechanism in a state where the inner paper tube action part 5 is expanded by the expansion mechanism in a space S at the inside of the outer paper tube t1 and at the rear side than the inner paper tube t2, rear side force is acted on an end face on a large diameter end side of the outer paper tube t1 by the outer paper tube action part 8, and front side force is acted on the inner paper tube t2 by the inner paper tube action part 5 to separate the outer paper tube t1 and the inner paper tube t2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
