[0030] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail, and the embodiment described with reference to the drawings is illustrative. Hereinafter, a vehicle 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 18, and the vehicle 100 includes a lower body 1, a front subframe 3, and a battery pack 2. The X direction refers to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100, i.e., the front-rear direction, the Y direction refers to the width direction of the vehicle 100, i.e., the left-right direction, and the Z direction refers to the height direction of the vehicle 100, i.e., the up-down direction.
[0031] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the front subframe 3 is connected to the lower vehicle body 1, and the battery pack 2 is connected to the lower vehicle body 1 and provided below the lower vehicle body 1. A rear end surface 31 of the front subframe 3 is formed as a stopper surface extending forward of the battery pack 2, that is, the battery pack 2 can extend up to the rear end surface 31 of the front subframe 3. This arrangement increases the dimension of the battery pack 2 in the X direction and improves space utilization rate, while allowing the battery pack 2 to extend up to the front subframe 3. Therefore, when a frontal collision occurs to the vehicle 100, in addition to the force transmitted by the front side members 5, the battery pack 2 can transmit a force as a force transmission structure. Since the rear end surface 31 of the front subframe 3 is formed as a stopper surface extending forward of the battery pack 2, when the vehicle 100 is running normally, the rear end surface 31 of the front subframe 3 and the front end surface 21 of the battery pack 2 are provided with a gap between them. On the other hand, when a frontal collision occurs on the vehicle 100, the front subframe 3 moves rearward after receiving an acting force and contacts the front end surface 21 of the battery pack 2, so that the battery pack 2 is involved in the transmission of the force. Therefore, the battery pack 2 plays a role in withstanding and dispersing the force, thereby improving the safety performance of the vehicle 100.
[0032] In the prior art, the floor of the vehicle body is generally a sheet metal structure and is an important component for supporting and sealing the passenger compartment. The upper housing of the battery pack is generally made of aluminum, and the battery pack is fixedly mounted below the floor of the vehicle body. The floor of the vehicle body and the battery pack are designed separately and are two different components. Therefore, it is necessary to reserve an assembly gap between the floor of the vehicle body and the battery pack in the Z direction, which results in low space utilization and high vehicle height.
[0033] In the vehicle 100 of the present disclosure, the vehicle body floor of the conventional technology is omitted, and the vehicle body floor, for example, the vehicle body front floor, can be formed by utilizing at least the upper surface of the battery pack 2. By providing it in this manner, the space utilization rate and passenger space of the vehicle 100 are improved, the height of the vehicle is reduced, the passability of the vehicle 100 is improved, the structure of the vehicle 100 is simplified, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
[0034] According to the vehicle 100 of the embodiment of the present disclosure, by forming the rear end surface 31 of the front subframe 3 as a stopper surface extending forward of the battery pack 2, it is possible to increase the dimension of the battery pack 2 in the front-rear direction and improve the spatial utilization rate of the vehicle 100, and by transmitting force using the battery pack 2 as a force transmission structure, it is possible to improve the safety performance of the vehicle 100. Furthermore, by forming at least a part of the upper surface of the battery pack 2 as a floor of the vehicle body, it is possible to reduce the height of the vehicle and improve the spatial utilization rate and passenger space of the vehicle 100.
[0035] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the minimum distance between the front end surface 21 of the battery pack 2 and the rear end surface 31 of the front subframe 3 is d1, and d1 satisfies 10 mm≦d1≦100 mm. For example, d1=50 mm. By providing in this manner, the distance between the front end surface 21 of the battery pack 2 and the rear surface of the front subframe 3 is prevented from being too large, thereby increasing the extension space of the battery pack 2 in the X direction and expanding the storage space of the battery pack 2, while making it easy for the front subframe 3 to contact the battery pack 2 and transmit force. In addition, when the battery pack 2 is attached, the rear end surface 31 of the front subframe 3 and the battery pack 2 are not directly connected to each other but are provided with a gap therebetween, making it easy to attach the battery pack 2, improving the assembly speed of the vehicle 100, and avoiding interference between the front end surface 21 of the battery pack 2 and the rear end surface 31 of the front subframe 3 during attachment or when the vehicle 100 is running.
[0036] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the lower body 1 further includes a left side sill 18 and a right side sill 18' arranged opposite to each other in the width direction of the vehicle body, and the battery pack 2 is connected to the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18', so that the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18' are formed as battery pack mounting beams. In the prior art, two battery pack mounting beams are used for mounting the battery pack, and are provided between the battery pack and the left side sill and between the battery pack and the right side sill in the Y direction, respectively. Due to the battery pack mounting beams thus provided, the arrangement space of the battery pack in the width direction of the vehicle is small, which is disadvantageous for the arrangement of a large battery pack, and when a side collision occurs to the vehicle, the battery pack mounting beams cannot combine the force transmission of the battery pack, the left side sill and the right side sill well.
[0037] In the present application, the battery pack 2 extends on both sides in the Y direction and is directly connected to the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18', so that the space between the left side surface of the right side sill 18' and the right side surface of the left side sill 18 that can accommodate the battery pack 2 becomes larger, which is advantageous for designing a large battery pack 2 in the left-right direction. By providing the battery pack 2 in this manner, the dimension of the battery pack 2 in the Y direction can be increased, so that the amount of electric power of the battery pack 2 can be increased and the cruising distance of the vehicle 100 can be improved, while the battery pack 2 can be involved in the transmission of force to improve the safety performance of the vehicle 100. When a side collision occurs on the vehicle 100, if the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18' receive a force, the battery pack 2 can be involved in the transmission of the collision force to improve the safety performance of the vehicle 100.
[0038] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower body 1 includes a left side sill 18 and a right side sill 18' that are provided opposite to each other in the width direction of the vehicle body. In the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100, the front end surface 21 of the battery pack 2 exceeds the front end surface of the left side sill 18 and the front end surface of the right side sill 18'. When provided in this manner, the dimension of the battery pack 2 in the X direction is large, and the force transmission to the front subframe 3 is facilitated. Of course, in some other embodiments, in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100, the front end surface 21 of the battery pack 2 may be flush with the front end surface of the left side sill 18 and the front end surface of the right side sill 18', and this is not limited here.
[0039] In some other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the lower body 1 includes a front cross member 7, a left side sill 18 and a right side sill 18' that are provided opposite to each other in the width direction of the vehicle body. The extension length of the front cross member 7 in the width direction of the vehicle body is greater than the distance from the inner surface of the left side sill 18 to the inner surface of the right side sill 18'. The "inner surface of the left side sill 18" refers to the right surface of the left side sill 18, and the "inner surface of the right side sill 18'" refers to the left surface of the right side sill 18'. The projections of the front end surfaces of the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18' in the width direction overlap with the projections of the front cross member 7 in the width direction. In other words, the front end surfaces of the left front side sill 18 and the right front side sill 18' can extend to the front cross member 7 in the X direction.
[0040] As a result, the left front side sill 18 and the right front side sill 18' are involved in the transmission of force when a head-on collision occurs on the vehicle 100, thereby improving the safety performance of the vehicle 100. The left front side sill 18' and the right front side sill 18' are provided on both the left and right sides of the battery pack 2, respectively, and can play a role in protecting the battery pack 2. In addition, the left front side sill 18, the battery pack 2, and the right front side sill 18' are involved in the transmission of force when a side collision occurs on the vehicle 100, thereby improving the safety performance.
[0041] In some other embodiments, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the lower body 1 further includes a front cross member 7 and an A-pillar 6 provided opposite to each other, and both ends of the front cross member 7 are connected to the A-pillar 6. As a result, when a frontal collision occurs on the vehicle 100, the acting force transmitted to the front cross member 7 can be transmitted from the left and right ends of the front cross member 7 to the A-pillar 6, improving the load-bearing capacity of the front end of the vehicle 100 and improving the safety of the vehicle 100. Furthermore, by providing two A-pillars 6 on both the left and right sides of the lower body 1, the collision force at the time of a collision on both the left and right sides of the vehicle 100 can be mitigated, and the load-bearing capacity of the lower body 1 can be improved, thereby improving the safety of the vehicle 100.
[0042] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, the lower body 1 further includes a front side member 5, and the front side member 5 is connected to the front cross member 7, so that the front side member 5 transmits the front collision force to the front cross member 7. For example, the front side member 5 may include a left front side member 501 and a right front side member 501', and the left front side member 501 and the right front side member 501' may be provided at both ends of the front side of the front cross member 7 and connected to the front cross member 7. With this arrangement, when the front side of the vehicle 100 is collided, the acting force transmitted to the front side member 5 is transmitted to the front cross member 7 by one end of the front side member 5 connected to the front cross member 7, and the front collision force is transmitted in the width direction of the cross car beam by the front cross member 7, thereby mitigating the front collision force during a front collision of the vehicle 100, improving the structural stability of the vehicle 100, improving the load-bearing capacity of the front end of the vehicle 100, and improving the safety performance of the vehicle 100.
[0043] 2 and 4, the rear side of the front side member 5 has an upper force transmission structure 5A and a lower force transmission structure 5B, the rear end of the upper force transmission structure 5A is connected to the front cross member 7, and the rear end bottom surface of the lower force transmission structure 5B and the battery pack 2 are spaced apart in the vertical direction to form a sealed gap. The "sealed gap" refers to the upper surface of the battery pack 2 and the bottom surface of the lower body 1 being sealed and fitted together to form a gap.
[0044] The rear end of the upper force transmission structure 5A of the front side member 5 is connected to the front cross member 7 (for example, connected by overlapping), and when a frontal collision occurs on the vehicle 100, a part of the collision force transmitted to the front side member 5 is transmitted to the front cross member 7 by the connection part between the rear end of the upper force transmission structure 5A of the front side member 5 and the front cross member 7, and the frontal collision force is transmitted to both sides in the width direction of the vehicle 100 by the front cross member 7, and the other part of the frontal collision force transmitted to the front side member 5 is transmitted rearward by the rear end of the lower force transmission structure 5B of the front side member 5, so that the frontal collision force during a frontal collision of the vehicle 100 is mitigated, the structural stability of the vehicle 100 is improved, the load bearing capacity of the front end of the vehicle 100 is improved, and the safety of the vehicle 100 can be improved. The rear end bottom surface of the lower force transmission structure 5B of the front side member 5 is parallel to the top surface of the battery pack 2. This makes it easy to provide a sealing member between the rear end bottom surface of the lower force transmission structure 5B and the battery pack 2.
[0045] 4, the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 and the top surface of the battery pack 2 are provided in parallel and spaced apart in the vertical direction to form a sealed gap, and a sealed structure may be provided between the underside of the front side member 5 and the top surface of the battery pack 2. This prevents the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 from interfering with the top surface of the battery pack 2, and prevents the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 from interfering with the installation of the battery pack 2. Furthermore, the installation position of the battery pack 2 can be raised, so that the height of the chassis of the vehicle 100 can be increased, the passability of the vehicle 100 can be improved, the vehicle height can be lowered, and the interior space can be increased. On the other hand, the front side member 5 easily transmits force to both the left and right sides in the width direction, and easily transmits and distributes force, improving the safety performance of the vehicle 100.
[0046] In some specific embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the lower body 1 further includes a front side member 5, and the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 and the top surface of the battery pack 2 are spaced apart in the vertical direction to form a sealing gap. It is preferable that a sealing structure is provided between the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 and the top surface of the battery pack 2. By providing it in this way, the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 and the top surface of the battery pack 2 do not interfere with each other, the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 is prevented from interfering with the installation of the battery pack 2, and the installation position of the battery pack 2 can be raised, so that the height of the chassis of the vehicle 100 is increased, the passability of the vehicle 100 is improved, and the force is easily transmitted. In addition, the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 is parallel to the top surface of the battery pack 2. This makes it easy to provide a sealing member between the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 and the battery pack 2.
[0047] 3 and 4 , the lower force transmission structure 5B is connected to the left side sill 18, the right side sill 18', and the center tunnel 4. The front side member 5 may include a left front side member 501 and a right front side member 501', where a lower end of the left front side member 501 is connected to the left side sill 18 and a lower end of the right front side member 501' is connected to the left side of the right side sill 18', and at least a portion of the left front side member 501 and the right front side member 501' may be connected to the center tunnel 4. With this arrangement, when a frontal collision force is transmitted to the left front side member 501 and the right front side member 501', a portion of the frontal collision force is transmitted to the left side sill 18 by the left front side member 501 and to the right side sill 18' by the right front side member 501', and then the frontal collision force is transmitted in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100 by the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18', while the remaining portion of the frontal collision force is transmitted to the center tunnel 4 by the lower ends of the left front side member 501 and the right front side member 501'. When a collision occurs on the left or right side of the vehicle 100, at least a portion of the side collision force is transmitted to the battery pack 2 by the left side sill 18 and the right front side member 501'. With this arrangement, the force received by the vehicle 100 in the event of a left, right, or frontal collision can be mitigated, thereby improving the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle 100 and improving the safety of the vehicle 100.
[0048] 3, the lower body 1 may further include a front seat front cross member 16, the left and right ends of which are connected to the right side of the left side sill 18 and the left side of the right side sill 18', respectively, and the front side of the front seat front cross member 16 may be connected to the rear end of the center tunnel 4. With this arrangement, when a portion of a frontal collision force is transmitted to the rear end of the center tunnel 4, it can be transmitted in the width direction of the vehicle 100 by the front seat front cross member 6, thereby mitigating the force received by the vehicle 100 in a frontal collision, improving the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle 100, and improving the safety of the vehicle 100.
[0049] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the lower force transmission structure 5B is a human-shaped structure. The two front side members 501, 501' each include a first connecting section 502, a second connecting section 503 and a third connecting section 504, the rear end of the first connecting section 502 is connected to both the front end of the second connecting section 503 and the front end of the third connecting section 504, and the front end of the second connecting section 503 is connected to the front end of the third connecting section 504 in the front-rear direction, and the rear end of the second connecting section 503 and the rear end of the third connecting section 504 are gradually separated from each other, that is, the first connecting section 502, the second connecting section 503 and the third connecting section 504 can form a human-shaped structure together.
[0050] As shown in FIG. 4 , the second connection stage 503 is located outside the third connection stage 504 and is connected to the A-pillar 6, and the bottom surface of the second connection stage 503 is flush with the bottom surface of the third connection stage 504 so as to transmit and distribute the force on both the left and right sides. The bottom surfaces of the second connection stage 503 and the third connection stage 504 are preferably parallel to the battery pack 2 so that the battery pack 2 can extend to the bottom surfaces of the second connection stage 503 and the third connection stage 504. The bottom surface of the second connection stage 503 may have at least one mounting point (not shown), and the front end surface 21 of the battery pack 2 can extend to the mounting point of the second connection stage 503 and be fixedly connected to the front side member 5 through the mounting point, so that the battery pack 2 participates in the transmission of force to mitigate the force received by the vehicle 100 during a frontal collision, improve the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle 100, and ensure the improvement of the safety of the vehicle 100.
[0051] The left end of the lower force transmission structure 5B of the left front side member 501 is connected to the A-pillar 6 on the left side of the lower body 1, and the right end of the lower force transmission structure 5B of the right front side member 501' is connected to the A-pillar 6 on the right side of the lower body 1. When a collision occurs at the front of the vehicle 100, the front collision force is transmitted to the front side member 5 and then transmitted rearward by the human-shaped structure due to the front side member 5 provided in this manner, and the stress area at the rear end of the front side member 5 gradually increases, the concentration of the front collision force is avoided, the impact of the vehicle 100 due to the front collision force is mitigated, the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle 100 is improved, and the safety of the vehicle 100 is improved. And, by connecting the lower force transmission structure 5B of the front side member 5 to the A-pillar 6 provided on the lower body 1, the front collision force is transmitted to the A-pillar 6, the force received by the vehicle 100 at the time of a front collision is mitigated, the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle 100 is improved, and the safety of the vehicle 100 is guaranteed to be improved.
[0052] In some embodiments, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the front side member 5 includes a left front side member 501 and a right front side member 501' spaced apart in the left-right direction of the vehicle 100, and a bottom cross member 14 is connected between the left front side member 501 and the right front side member 501', and a gap is formed between the bottom surface of the bottom cross member 14 and the top surface of the battery pack 2 spaced apart in the vertical direction. This arrangement can reserve a sealed space while preventing the bottom cross member 14 from interfering with the forward extension of the battery pack 2, thereby increasing the amount of power of the battery pack. The bottom cross member 14 may be provided on the rear side of the left front side member 501 and the right front side member 501', and both ends may be connected to the left front side member 501 and the right front side member 501', respectively. When the front of the vehicle 100 is hit by a collision, the left front side member 501 and the right front side member 501' configured in this manner transmit the frontal collision force to the rear ends of the left front side member 501 and the right front side member 501', and then the bottom cross member 14 can guide the collision force to be transmitted in the width direction of the vehicle 100, thereby playing a role in mitigating and dispersing the frontal collision force, improving the load-bearing capacity of the front end of the vehicle 100, and improving the safety of the vehicle 100.
[0053] The bottom surface of the bottom cross member 14 and the top surface of the battery pack 2 are spaced apart in the vertical direction to form a gap, and the bottom surface of the bottom cross member 14 thus arranged does not interfere with the top surface of the battery pack 2 so that the front end of the battery pack 2 continues to extend forward, increasing the mounting space of the battery pack 2 in the X direction and preventing the bottom surface of the bottom cross member 14 from interfering with the mounting of the battery pack 2, thereby improving the assembly speed of the vehicle 100, making it easier to realize automated production of the vehicle 100, and increasing the height of the chassis of the vehicle 100 to improve the passability of the vehicle 100. In addition, the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 is parallel to the top surface of the battery pack 2. This makes it easier to provide a sealing member between the rear end bottom surface of the front side member 5 and the battery pack 2.
[0054] In some embodiments, the widthwise projections of the front end faces of the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18' overlap with the widthwise projections of the bottom cross member 14, i.e., the bottom cross member 14 protrudes from the front end faces of the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18' in the front-rear direction. As a result, by extending the bottom cross member 14 forward, the mounting space for the battery pack 2 in the X direction of the vehicle 100 is increased.
[0055] 1 and 6 , the vehicle 100 further includes a rear subframe 8, which is connected to the lower body 1. A front end surface of the rear subframe 8 is formed as a stopper surface extending rearward of the battery pack 2.
[0056] That is, the battery pack 2 can extend to the front end surface of the rear subframe 8. By providing the battery pack 2 in this manner, the dimension of the battery pack 2 in the X direction can be increased and the space utilization rate can be improved. On the other hand, since the battery pack 2 can extend to the rear subframe 8, when a rear collision occurs, in addition to the force transmitted by the front side member 5, the battery pack 2 can transmit the force as a force transmission structure. Since the front end surface of the rear subframe 8 is formed as a stopper surface extending rearward of the battery pack 2, when the vehicle 100 runs normally, the front end surface of the rear subframe 8 and the rear end surface of the battery pack 2 are provided with a gap therebetween, and when a rear collision occurs on the vehicle 100, the rear subframe 8 contacts the rear end surface of the battery pack 2 forward after receiving the applied force, so that the battery pack 2 is involved in the transmission of the force. Therefore, the battery pack 2 can withstand the force and disperse the force, thereby improving the safety performance of the vehicle 100.
[0057] This increases the dimension of the battery pack 2 in the X direction, improves the space utilization rate, and increases the cruising range of the vehicle 100, while allowing the battery pack 2 to withstand and disperse forces, thereby improving the safety performance of the vehicle 100.
[0058] For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the minimum distance between the front surface of the rear subframe 8 and the rear surface of the battery pack 2 is d2, and d2 satisfies 15 mm≦d2≦30 mm. For example, d2=20 mm. In this way, it is possible to prevent the distance between the rear end surface of the battery pack 2 and the front surface of the rear subframe 8 from being too large, and ensure that the arrangement space of the battery pack 2 in the X direction is sufficient, while the rear subframe 8 is easily in contact with the battery pack 2 to transmit force. In addition, when the battery pack 2 is attached, the front surface of the rear subframe 8 and the battery pack 2 are not directly connected to each other but are spaced apart from each other, so that the battery pack 2 is easily attached, the assembly speed of the vehicle 100 is improved, and interference between the rear end surface of the battery pack 2 and the front surface of the rear subframe 8 during attachment or when the vehicle 100 is running is avoided.
[0059] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 7 to FIG. 8, the lower body 1 further includes a middle cross member 11 and two rear side members 9 provided at an interval. The middle cross member 11 extends along the width direction of the vehicle 100 and is connected to the rear side member 9, the left side sill 18, and the right side sill 18'. The middle cross member 11 is provided at the rear side of the lower body 1, and both ends of the middle cross member 11 extending along the width direction of the vehicle 100 are connected to the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18', respectively, and at least a part of the rear side of the middle cross member 11 may be located below the front end of the rear side member 9. As a result, the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18' can extend to the middle cross member 11 and participate in the transmission of force when a rear collision occurs to the vehicle 100, thereby improving the safety performance of the vehicle 100. The left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18' can be provided on both the left and right sides of the battery pack 2, respectively, and can play a role in protecting the battery pack 2. Furthermore, the left side sill 18, the battery pack 2 and the right side sill 18' are involved in the transmission of force when a side collision occurs to the vehicle 100, thereby improving safety performance.
[0060] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, the middle cross member 11 is formed as a battery pack mounting beam. That is, the rear end of the battery pack 2 may be mounted on the middle cross member 11. The lower surface of the middle cross member 11 and the top surface of the battery pack 2 are spaced apart in the vertical direction to form a sealing gap. It is preferable that a sealing structure is provided between the lower surface of the middle cross member 11 and the top surface of the battery pack 2. By providing it in this way, the lower surface of the middle cross member 11 and the top surface of the battery pack 2 do not interfere with each other, preventing the lower surface of the middle cross member 11 from interfering with the mounting of the battery pack 2, and the dimension of the battery pack 2 in the X direction can be increased, thereby increasing the height of the chassis of the vehicle 100 and improving the passability of the vehicle 100. In addition, the lower surface of the middle cross member 11 is parallel to the top surface of the battery pack 2. This makes it easy to provide a sealing member between the lower surface of the middle cross member 11 and the battery pack 2.
[0061] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 18, a subframe mounting seat 15 is provided on the middle cross member 11 with a gap therebetween. The subframe mounting seat 15 is provided on the rear side along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100 of the rear end surface of the side sills (i.e., the left side sill 18' and the right side sill 18'). As a result, on the one hand, the subframe mounting seat 15 can be formed into a cage structure and is provided to cover at least the outer periphery in the left and right direction of the rear part of the battery pack 2, thereby playing a role in protecting the sides of the rear part of the battery pack 2. For example, the upper surface of the rear part of the battery pack 2 is provided with a gap in the height direction from the subframe mounting seat 15 so that other members can be accommodated in the gap, thereby making rational use of space. As can be seen, since the subframe mounting seat 15 is located rearward of the connection point between the middle cross member 11 and the battery pack 20, when the subframe is subjected to a collision force, the subframe mounting seat 15 can transmit the force to the subframe mounting seat 15, and then to the middle cross member 11 and the battery pack 20, thereby forming an effective force transmission path and also forming a new force transmission path by utilizing the battery pack 20 and the middle cross member 11. Due to the large area characteristic of the battery pack 20, damage to the vehicle structure during the force transmission process can be effectively reduced.
[0062] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, the left side sill 18 includes a left side sill housing 1801 and a left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 disposed within the left side sill housing 1801, and the right side sill 18' includes a right side sill housing (not shown) and a right side sill reinforcement beam (not shown) disposed within the right side sill housing.
[0063] The left side sill 18 will be described below as an example. The left side sill 18 is provided on the left side of the lower body 1 and extends along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100. The left side sill 18 includes a left side sill housing 1801 and a left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 provided in the left side sill housing 1801. The left side sill housing 1801 may include a left side sill left housing 18011 and a left side sill right housing 18011', the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 may have at least one cavity 18021 penetrating the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 along the front-rear direction, and the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 is provided in an accommodation cavity formed by the left side sill left housing 18011 and the left side sill right housing 18011'. The left side sill left housing 18011 has an upper left flange 18012' on its upper surface, a lower left flange 18013' on its lower surface, a right upper flange 18012 on its upper surface, and a lower right flange 18013 on its lower surface, with the upper left flange 18012' and the right upper flange 18012 being affixed along the width direction, and the lower left flange 18013' and the lower right flange 18013 being affixed along the width direction, thereby improving the structural stability of the left side sill 18 and improving the load-bearing capacity of the left side sill housing 1801.
[0064] The left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 is provided in the left side sill housing 1801, and at least a portion of it is connected to at least one of the left side sill left housing 18011 and the left side sill right housing 18011'. When provided in this manner, the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 improves the load-bearing capacity of the left side sill 18, so that when a left-side collision occurs to the vehicle 100, the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 can play a role in protecting the lower body 1, thereby improving the safety of the vehicle 100.
[0065] The cavity 18021 may be multiple, and the multiple cavities 18021 may penetrate the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 along the fore-and-aft direction, and the fore-and-aft interface of the multiple cavities 18021 may be in a "T" shape. The left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 thus arranged can reduce its material and weight, and easily realize a lightweight design of the vehicle 100.
[0066] The side sill can realize a "sandwich" type side protection structure having an upper layer, a middle layer, and a lower layer. Specifically, taking the left side sill 18 as an example, after receiving a force, the left side sill 18 performs an upper layer side force transmission by the battery pack upper housing 2011 at the upper part of the battery pack 2, transmits the force from the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 to the left extension part 20111, and then transmits it to the cell 202 to form a middle layer side force transmission structure, and transmits the force from the left side sill 18 to the left extension part 20111 and the cell 202, and then transmits it to the bottom plate of the battery pack 2 to form a lower layer side force transmission structure. Thereby, a "sandwich" type side protection structure having an upper layer, a middle layer, and a lower layer can be formed, and the safety of the passengers in the vehicle can be better protected.
[0067] For example, as shown in Fig. 9, the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 and the right side sill reinforcement beam are each made of an aluminum alloy shaped material. By making the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 and the right side sill reinforcement beam out of an aluminum alloy shaped material, the rigidity, torsional strength, and load resistance of the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 and the right side sill reinforcement beam can be guaranteed, and the weight of the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 and the right side sill reinforcement beam can be reduced, easily realizing a lightweight design of the vehicle 100. In addition, the left side sill reinforcement beam 1802 and the right side sill reinforcement beam have a high degree of adhesion with the battery pack 2, and a high force transmission effect.
[0068] 9, 10, and 11, the battery pack 2 includes a battery pack upper housing 2011, a battery pack lower housing 2012, and at least one cell 202. The battery pack upper housing 2011 and the battery pack lower housing 2012 form an accommodation space 2013, and the at least one cell 202 is provided in the accommodation space 2013. Since at least a part of the upper surface of the battery pack upper housing 2011 is formed as a floor of the vehicle body, at least a part of the floor of the vehicle body in the prior art can be omitted in the present application.
[0069] In the battery pack 2 of the present application, the vehicle body floor as in the conventional technology is omitted, and at least the upper surface of the battery pack 2 is used to form the vehicle body floor, thereby improving the spatial utilization rate of the vehicle 100, expanding the passenger space, reducing the vehicle height, improving the passability of the vehicle 100, simplifying the structure of the vehicle 100, and improving assembly efficiency.
[0070] The battery pack upper housing 2011 may have a left extension portion 20111 and a right extension portion 20111' on both sides in the width direction, the left extension portion 20111 may have a plurality of left connection holes (not shown) spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100, the right extension portion 20111' may have a plurality of right connection holes (not shown) spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100, the left connection hole and the right connection hole may extend through in the vertical direction, a connection bolt 19 may be provided in each of the left connection hole and the right connection hole, and the battery pack upper housing 2011 may be connected to the left side sill 18 and the right side sill 18' by the connection bolts 19.
[0071] Hereinafter, an example will be described in which the left extension portion 20111 is connected to the left side sill 18. A left side sill connection hole (not shown) penetrating in the up-down direction may be provided at a portion of the left side sill 18 corresponding to the left connection hole of the left side sill housing 1801, and the connection bolt 19 may be inserted into the left side sill connection hole of the left side sill housing 1801 and the left connection hole of the left extension portion 20111. This can improve the connection stability between the left side sill 18 and the battery pack upper housing 2011, and the battery pack 2 can be made a load-bearing member. Therefore, when a left-side collision occurs to the vehicle 100, the side collision force can be transmitted from the left side sill 18 to the battery pack 2, which reduces the force that the vehicle 100 receives at the time of the left-side collision, prevents the vehicle 100 from being significantly deformed by the side collision force, improves the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle 100, and improves the safety of the vehicle 100.
[0072] An accommodation space 2013 capable of accommodating at least one cell 202 is formed between the upper battery pack housing 2011 and the lower battery pack housing 2012, and both the upper battery pack housing 2011 and the lower battery pack housing 2012 can protect the cell 202, thereby increasing the number of cells 202 accommodated in the battery pack 2, increasing the total power capacity of the battery pack 2, and improving the cruising range of the vehicle 100.
[0073] Since at least a portion of the upper surface of the battery pack upper housing 2011 is formed as the floor of the vehicle body, the storage space 2013 of the battery pack 2 can be extended upward, the installation space of the battery pack 2 is expanded, the electrical capacity of the battery pack 2 is increased, the amount of power of the battery pack 2 can be increased, the cruising range of the vehicle 100 is improved, and materials are saved, the total weight of the vehicle 100 is reduced, and a lightweight design of the vehicle 100 is easily realized.
[0074] In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 11, the cell 202 is fixedly connected to the battery pack upper housing 2011. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the occupied space in the Z direction of the battery pack 2, improve the space utilization rate in the Z direction, and improve the attachment reliability of the cell 202 and the battery pack upper housing 2011. As shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the top surface of the cell 202 is bonded to the upper cover by a structural adhesive 203. In this way, the space occupied by the battery pack 2 in the Z direction can be reduced, while the gap between the cell 202 and the battery pack upper housing 2011 is reduced, and the compactness of the cell 202 and the battery pack upper housing 2011 is increased, thereby preventing the gap between the cell 202 and the battery pack upper housing 2011 from being too large. In this way, when the battery pack upper housing 2011 is used as the floor of the vehicle body, it is possible to prevent the cell 202 from being subjected to a large acting force and being separated from the battery pack upper housing 2011, and the force can be transmitted by the battery pack upper housing 2011, improving the strength of the battery pack upper housing 2011 and improving the mode of the battery pack upper housing 2011.
[0075] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11 , the battery pack lower housing 2012 is a cooling plate, and the bottom surface of the cell 202 is bonded to the battery pack lower housing 2012 by a thermally conductive adhesive 204. The cooling plate of the battery pack 2 serves as a lower housing to cool the cell 202, and the bottom surface of the cell 202 is bonded to the battery pack lower housing 2012 by a thermally conductive adhesive 204. When the battery pack lower housing 2012 is provided in this manner, when the cell 202 generates heat, the heat is transferred from the bottom surface of the cell 202 to the battery pack lower housing 2012 by the thermally conductive adhesive 204, and the temperature inside the battery pack 2 can be reduced by cooling the cell 202. This avoids the danger of overheating the cell 202 in the battery pack 2, improves the safety and reliability of the battery pack 2, and improves the safety of the vehicle 100. This improves the integration degree of the battery pack 2, and improves the energy density of the battery pack 2.
[0076] Alternatively, since the cells 202 are connected to the battery pack upper housing 2011 and the battery pack lower housing 2012 does not receive force, the battery pack lower housing 2012 can be replaced with a cooling plate, eliminating the need to provide the battery pack lower housing 2012 and reducing the weight of the battery pack 2. In addition, the cooling plate can play a role in protecting the battery pack 2, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the battery pack 2 and improving the safety of the vehicle 100.
[0077] 10, 11, and 16, in some embodiments, the battery pack 2 may include at least one cell 202, and the longitudinal direction of the cell 202 is the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100. The at least one cell 202 is provided in the accommodation space 2013 of the battery pack 2, and the longitudinal direction of the cell 202 is set to be aligned with the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 100. This increases the number of cells 202 arranged along the width direction, improves the space utilization rate of the battery pack 2, and increases the number of cells 202 accommodated in the battery pack 2, thereby improving the cruising distance of the vehicle 100.
[0078] As shown in Fig. 10 and Fig. 11, the battery pack 2 includes a plurality of cells 202, which are arranged in parallel along the width direction of the vehicle 100. The main expansion surface of the cell 202 (i.e., the surface of the outer surface of the cell 202 with the largest area) is provided toward the width direction of the vehicle 100. This makes it easier for the cell 202 to participate in the transmission of force during a side collision of the vehicle 100, while improving the space utilization rate of the battery pack 2 and making it easier to increase the number of cells 202 accommodated in the battery pack 2, thereby increasing the total amount of electric power of the battery pack 2 and improving the cruising distance of the vehicle 100. For example, the main expansion surface of the cell 202 is in close contact with the upper housing 2011 of the battery pack, and the cell 202 thus provided can increase the force transmission area, thereby reducing pressure and improving the force transmission effect.
[0079] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 12, a sealing plate assembly 20 is provided on the lower body 1, and the upper surface of the battery pack 2 is sealed and connected to the sealing plate assembly 20. This improves the sealing reliability between the battery pack 2 and the passenger compartment, and prevents foreign matter such as dust from entering the lower side of the lower body 1 from the upper surface of the battery pack 2. The sealing plate assembly 20 is provided on the vehicle body, and the gap between the sealing plate assembly and the battery pack 2 is a sealing gap, and the sealing plate assembly can provide a flat surface to facilitate sealing with the battery pack 2. The sealing plate assembly 20 provided in this manner makes it easy to seal the upper side of the battery pack 2, ensures sealing reliability, and facilitates assembly of the vehicle.
[0080] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 13, the sealing plate assembly 20 includes an annular sealing plate 2001 and at least one sealing member 2002, and the sealing member 2002 is disposed between the sealing plate 2001 and the battery pack 2. The sealing member 2002 is configured in an annular shape, and may be two, and the two sealing members 2002 are sealed between the sealing plate 2001 and the battery pack 2, and one of the two adjacent sealing members 2002 is located on the outer periphery of the other sealing member 2002, and the two sealing members 2002 are disposed at intervals along the inner and outer directions. The sealing member 2002 may be a sealing sponge, a sealing rubber strip, etc. The two sealing members 2002 are deformed under pressure to realize sealing reliability, improve the adhesion of the single sealing member 2002, improve the sealing effect of the sealing plate 2001, and block substances such as water and air on both the inner and outer sides of the rubber strip.
[0081] For example, the sealing plate 2001 may include a plurality of sub-sealing plates 2001 connected in sequence, and the plurality of sub-sealing plates 2001 may be formed by welding. Alternatively, the sealing plate 2001 may be manufactured by pressing a single steel plate, and the sealing performance of the sealing plate 2001 may be improved by integral molding.
[0082] 9, the sealing plate 2001 has a first flat portion 2001a, the battery pack 2 has a second flat portion 2014, the first flat portion 2001a and the second flat portion 2014 are opposed to each other, and the sealing member 2002 is provided between the first flat portion 2001a and the second flat portion 2014. The first flat portion 2001a and the second flat portion 2014 are opposed to each other, and at least one sealing member 2002 is attached between the first flat portion 2001a and the second flat portion 2014, thereby further improving the sealing effect of the sealing plate 2001, improving the sealing performance of the lower body 1, and improving passenger comfort.
[0083] Preferably, the sealing member 2002 is a foam member. The foam member may be made of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) or EPE (Expandable Polyethylene) material, and has characteristics such as light weight, deformability, excellent sound insulation, excellent heat insulation, etc., and can improve the heat insulation of the sealing plate 2001, prevent the temperature of the battery pack 2 from being transmitted upward after it rises, improve the safety and reliability of the battery pack 2, and improve the safety of the vehicle 100. The foam member can also improve the sound insulation of the vehicle 100, block substances such as water, air, and improve the comfort of passengers. The foam member may be sealed and compressed to a certain extent to ensure the sealing effect. The foam member may be adhesively connected to the battery pack 2.
[0084] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 9, 10, 14 and 15, the underbody 1 is provided with a left side sill 18 on the left side and a right side sill 18' on the right side. The sealing plate 2001 includes a left sealing plate section 2001b and a right sealing plate section 2001b'. The left sealing plate stage 2001b has a first planar portion 2001a, a left flange 2001c at its left end, the first planar portion 2001a of the left sealing plate stage 2001b being connected to the left flange 2001c, and the left sealing plate stage 2001b being connected to the left side sill 18 by the left flange 2001c, the right sealing plate stage 2001b' has a first planar portion 2001a, a right flange 2001c' at its right end, the first planar portion 2001a of the right sealing plate stage 2001b' being connected to the right flange 2001c', and the right sealing plate stage 2001b' being connected to the right side sill 18' by the right flange 2001c'. The left sealing plate section 2001b is connected to the left side sill 18 by a left flange 2001c, and the right sealing plate section 2001b' is connected to the right side sill 18' by a right flange 2001c'.
[0085] Hereinafter, the left side sill 18 is connected to the left sealing plate section 2001b as an example. The left end of the left sealing plate section 2001b has a left flange 2001c that is bent downward and extends, and the left side surface of the left flange 2001c may be provided opposite to the right side surface of the left side sill 18, and at least a part of the left flange 2001c may be connected to the right side surface of the left side sill 18.
