Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to extruded cement boards having fire-resistant coverings attached thereto, and to fire-resistant covered structures in which extruded cement boards are disposed. [Background technology]
[0002] BACKGROUND ART Extruded cement boards are widely used as exterior and interior wall materials for building structures. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a structure for attaching a finishing material to an extruded cement board, in which multiple extruded cement boards are attached to the side of a framework, and a finishing material is attached to the surface of the extruded cement boards. In this structure for attaching a finishing material to an extruded cement board, the upper and lower end faces of the extruded cement board are supported on the framework, the extruded cement board is attached so that it can swing in a plane parallel to the side of the framework, and multiple base metal fittings for attaching the finishing material that are continuous horizontally across the width of the extruded cement board are fixed in the height direction of the extruded cement board at the center of the width of the front side of the extruded cement board, and the finishing material is attached to the base metal fittings for attaching the finishing material. Patent Documents 2 and 3 disclose a mounting structure for finishing materials in which multiple extruded cement boards are attached vertically to the framework of a building and finishing materials are attached to the surfaces of the extruded cement boards using mounting base materials. In this mounting structure, a horizontal series of mounting base materials is provided on the surfaces of multiple extruded cement boards via a fastening mechanism, and the fastening mechanism consists of receiving metal fittings in the first hollow portion, anchors that penetrate the base material on the surface side of the extruded cement boards, and a base plate to which the mounting base material is fixed by the anchors on the surface side. Vertical grooves are formed on the surface side of each extruded cement board, and the anchors of the fastening mechanism are provided in these grooves.
[0003] Extruded cement boards are used as non-load-bearing walls that do not support the load or external forces of a building. In particular, when using extruded cement boards on exterior walls, they are required to have fire resistance for a certain period of time (approximately 30 or 60 minutes). Therefore, it is desirable for the extruded cement board to not crack until the specified fire resistance period has elapsed. To address this issue, a fire-resistant covering, such as a sheet or plate of rock wool, is bonded to the interior side of the extruded cement board. In such cases, the fire-resistant covering is sometimes bonded using a fixed anchor. Specifically, one end of the fixed anchor is bonded to the extruded cement board with an adhesive, and the other end is inserted through the fire-resistant covering, thereby bonding the sheet or plate of fire-resistant covering to the extruded cement board. However, in such a case, if a fire occurs and the extruded cement board is heated for a long period of time, the heat may cause the adhesive to peel off, causing the fire-resistant coating material to fall off from the extruded cement board. There is a demand for an extruded cement board that can prevent the fire-resistant covering material from falling off in the event of a fire. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-145092 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2016-169475 [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2019-143476 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] The problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide an extruded cement board and a fire-resistant covering structure in which the extruded cement board is arranged, which can prevent the fire-resistant covering material from falling off in the event of a fire. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means. In other words, the extruded cement board of the present invention is an extruded cement board provided with a fire-resistant coating material, and is characterized by comprising: an extruded cement board body; a fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material joined to one surface of the extruded cement board body with bolts; the fire-resistant coating material formed in a plate or sheet shape and arranged along a plane parallel to the one surface; and a metal mounting member fixed to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material and having a linear portion that penetrates the fire-resistant coating material, thereby attaching the fire-resistant coating material to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material. According to the above-described configuration, a fire-resistant coating-attaching steel member is joined to the extruded cement board body, and the fire-resistant coating is attached to the fire-resistant coating-attaching steel member, thereby forming an extruded cement board with a fire-resistant coating. The extruded cement board body and the fire-resistant coating-attaching steel member are joined with bolts. The fire-resistant coating is attached to the fire-resistant coating-attaching steel member by a metal mounting member having a wire portion that penetrates the fire-resistant coating. Because the mounting member is made of metal, it can be joined and fixed to the fire-resistant coating-attaching steel member by any suitable method that does not require adhesive, such as welding a flange portion to the fire-resistant coating-attaching steel member. Thus, adhesives are generally not required for joining and fixing between the extruded cement board body and the fire-resistant coating-attaching steel member, or between the fire-resistant coating-attaching steel member and the fire-resistant coating member. Therefore, in the event of a fire, it is possible to prevent the fire-resistant covering material from falling off due to the adhesive used for bonding coming off. In this way, it is possible to provide an extruded cement board that can prevent the fire-resistant covering material from falling off in the event of a fire.
[0007] In one aspect of the present invention, the mounting member comprises a main body having a flange portion and the linear portion, and a washer attached to the linear portion, the linear portion being formed so as to protrude from the flange portion in a direction perpendicular to the flange portion, and the main body is fixed to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel by either or both of the following: the flange portion is welded to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel, the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel is arranged parallel to the one surface, and the fire-resistant coating material is arranged on the side of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel opposite the extruded cement board main body, and the linear portion penetrates the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel from the extruded cement board main body side to the fire-resistant coating material side, and the flange portion is engaged with the surface of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel on the extruded cement board main body side, and the washer is fixed to the tip of the linear portion that has penetrated the fire-resistant coating material. According to this configuration, the mounting member comprises a main body having a flange portion and a linear portion, and a washer attached to the linear portion, and the linear portion is formed so as to protrude from the flange portion in a direction perpendicular to the flange portion. In the above-mentioned mounting member, the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel is arranged parallel to one surface of the extruded cement board body, and the fire-resistant coating material is arranged on the opposite side of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel from the extruded cement board body. The mounting member is then arranged so that the linear portion penetrates the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel from the extruded cement board body side to the fire-resistant coating material side, and the flange portion is engaged with the surface of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel on the extruded cement board body side, thereby fixing the mounting member to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel. Alternatively, in addition to the above, by welding the flange portion of the mounting member to the steel material for mounting the fire-resistant covering material, the mounting member can be firmly fixed to the steel material for mounting the fire-resistant covering material. Furthermore, the mounting member can be fixed to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel simply by welding the flange portion of the mounting member to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel, for example, while aligning the flange portion of the mounting member with the surface of the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel opposite the extruded cement board body side. In this way, the mounting member can be joined and fixed to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel by any suitable method that does not use adhesive. In addition, with the mounting member fixed to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel, the wire portion can be passed through the fire-resistant covering material and a washer fixed to its tip, thereby attaching the fire-resistant covering material to the mounting member and the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel.
[0008] The fire-resistant coated structure of the present invention is a fire-resistant coated structure in which an extruded cement board is attached to a cross member, and is characterized by comprising: the extruded cement board; the cross member extending horizontally; and a connecting member joined to the cross member and extending vertically toward the extruded cement board, with its tip sandwiched between the extruded cement board body and the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel, and with a bolt passing through the tip, connecting the cross member and the extruded cement board. According to this configuration, the extruded cement board as described above can be attached to the cross member in an efficient manner. [Effects of the Invention]
[0009] The present invention makes it possible to realize an extruded cement board that can prevent fire-resistant covering material from falling off in the event of a fire, and a fire-resistant covering structure in which the extruded cement board is arranged. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The present invention relates to an extruded cement board with a fire-resistant covering attached thereto, and a fire-resistant covering structure in which the fire-resistant covering is attached to a cross member. The extruded cement board with a fire-resistant covering has a steel member for attaching the fire-resistant covering attached to one surface of the extruded cement board body, and a metal mounting member penetrates the fire-resistant covering on the one surface and is welded to the steel member for attaching the fire-resistant covering. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of an extruded cement board and a fire-resistant covering structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of an extruded cement board and a fire-resistant covering structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the portion of Fig. 1 viewed from the arrow A, showing the configuration of the extruded cement board. Fig. 3 is a view of the extruded cement board viewed from the fire-resistant covering material side. In Fig. 3, the fire-resistant covering material is indicated by a two-dot chain line, and the extruded cement board is shown as seen through the fire-resistant covering material. The fire-resistant covering structure 10 includes an extruded cement board 1, cross members 8, and connecting members 9.
[0012] The extruded cement board 1 forms the exterior walls of various buildings. The extruded cement board 1 separates the outdoor space O from the indoor space I. The extruded cement board 1 is attached to the building's framework via cross members 8 and connecting members 9, which will be described later. In Figure 1, different extruded cement boards 1 are provided on the upper and lower sides of a steel beam 7, which will be described later, and the lower end of the upper extruded cement board 1 and the upper end of the lower extruded cement board 1 are shown attached to cross members 8 joined to the steel beam 7. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the extruded cement board 1 comprises an extruded cement board body 2, a fire-resistant covering material 3, a fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4, and a mounting member 5 (see Figures 2 and 3).
[0013] The extruded cement board body 2 is a plate-like body having a predetermined thickness, and is formed, for example, rectangular when viewed in the board thickness direction Dt, with long and short sides extending in a plane perpendicular to the board thickness direction Dt. In this embodiment, the extruded cement board body 2 is arranged so that the long sides extend in the vertical direction Dv. The short sides of the extruded cement board body 2 extend in the width direction (horizontal direction) Dw, which is perpendicular to the board thickness direction Dt in a horizontal plane. The extruded cement board body 2 has a height, for example, that matches each floor of a building. As shown in FIG. 2 , the extruded cement board body 2 integrally comprises a pair of plate-shaped portions 21, 22 and a connecting portion 23 connecting the pair of plate-shaped portions 21, 22. The pair of plate-shaped portions 21, 22 are spaced apart in the thickness direction Dt of the extruded cement board body 2. Each of the pair of plate-shaped portions 21, 22 extends along a plane intersecting the thickness direction Dt of the extruded cement board body 2. The plate-shaped portion 21 is located on the indoor side I of the plate-shaped portion 22 and forms one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2 facing the indoor side I. The plate-shaped portion 22 is located on the outdoor side O of the plate-shaped portion 21 and forms the other surface 2g of the extruded cement board body 2 facing the outdoor side O. A plurality of connecting portions 23 are provided at intervals in the width direction Dw. When viewed from the vertical direction Dv, each connecting portion 23 extends in the plate thickness direction Dt of the extruded cement board body 2 and connects the pair of plate-shaped portions 21, 22. The pair of plate-shaped portions 21, 22 are separated by the multiple connecting portions 23, so that the extruded cement board body 2 has multiple hollow portions 24 extending in the vertical direction Dv. Such an extruded cement board body 2 may be provided with a finishing material forming the exterior wall of a building on its surface 2g facing the outdoors O via an appropriate support member or the like (not shown).
[0014] 1 and 2, the fire-resistant covering material 3 is provided so as to cover at least a portion of one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2. The fire-resistant covering material 3 is provided so as to cover the entire one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2, excluding the portion where the extruded cement board body 2 is joined to the building frame, etc. The fire-resistant covering material 3 is provided so as to extend along a plane parallel to one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2. In this embodiment, the fire-resistant covering material 3 is formed in a sheet shape. The fire-resistant covering material 3 is made of a fiber-based insulating material. The fire-resistant covering material 3 is made of, for example, an inorganic fiber-based insulating material such as heat-resistant rock wool, ceramic fiber, or alumina fiber, or a natural fiber-based insulating material such as cellulose fiber to which a flame retardant such as boric acid has been added.
[0015] The fire-resistant coating material mounting steel members 4 are provided on the top and bottom of the extruded cement board body 2. The fire-resistant coating material mounting steel members 4 are formed in the shape of a strip. The fire-resistant coating material mounting steel members 4 are provided along one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2 on the indoor side I, extending in the width direction Dw and parallel to the one surface 2f. The fire-resistant coating material mounting steel members 4 are interposed between the extruded cement board body 2 and the fire-resistant coating material 3. As a result, the fire-resistant coating material 3 is provided on the opposite side of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel member 4 from the extruded cement board body 2. The fire-resistant coating material 3 positioned in this manner is attached to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel members 4 via mounting members 5, which will be described later, and joined to the extruded cement board body 2. The fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 is provided on one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2 with a connecting material 9 (described later) sandwiched therebetween, and is fixed to the extruded cement board body 2 by a bolt 45 being provided from the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 side so as to penetrate the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4, the connecting material 9, and the plate-shaped portion 21. In this embodiment, the bolt 45 is fixed by fastening the tip of the bolt 45 to a plate-shaped nut installed in the hollow portion 24 of the extruded cement board body 2. In addition, by sandwiching the connecting material 9 between the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 and the one surface 2f, a gap corresponding to the plate thickness of the connecting material 9 is formed.
[0016] In this embodiment, the fire-resistant covering material 3 is formed in a sheet shape as described above. Such a fire-resistant covering material 3 is provided in a rolled, long form and can be cut to any desired length for use. Therefore, the fire-resistant covering material 3 can be attached to the extruded cement board body 2 by cutting the fire-resistant covering material 3 to a length approximately equal to the distance between two spaced-apart fire-resistant covering material-mounting steel members 4, i.e., approximately equal to the length of the extruded cement board body 2 in the vertical direction Dv, and attaching one end and the other end to each of the two fire-resistant covering material-mounting steel members 4. In this configuration, there is no particular need to install additional fire-resistant covering material-mounting steel members 4 between the fire-resistant covering material-mounting steel members 4 installed at both ends in the vertical direction Dv. Therefore, by employing the above-described sheet-like fire-resistant covering material 3 that can be cut to any desired length, the extruded cement board 1 can be realized with a minimal configuration in which only two fire-resistant covering material-mounting steel members 4 are installed.
[0017] The mounting members 5 are made of metal and are used to mount the fire-resistant covering material 3 to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4. A plurality of mounting members 5 are provided on the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 in the width direction Dw at positions different from the bolts 45. In this embodiment, the mounting members 5 are provided at the center and both ends of the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 in the width direction Dw. Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the mounting member. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the portion where the fire-resistant covering material is attached to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material by the mounting member. In Fig. 1, the interior I is shown on the left side of the page, but in Fig. 5, the interior I is shown on the right side of the page. As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the mounting member 5 includes a main body 50 and a washer 55. The main body 50 is a so-called spindle rivet and integrally includes a flange portion 51 and a linear portion 52. The flange portion 51 has, for example, a rectangular plate shape. The flange portion 51 may also have, for example, a circular plate shape. The linear portion 52 protrudes from the center of the flange portion 51 in a direction perpendicular to the flange portion 51. The tip portion of the linear portion 52 is tapered so that the outer diameter gradually decreases toward the tip. The washer 55 has, for example, a circular plate shape. The washer 55 has, in its center, an insertion hole 55h through which the linear portion 52 is inserted. The washer 55 is fixed to the linear portion 52 by bending the tip portion of the linear portion 52 inserted into the insertion hole 55h.
[0018] As shown in Figure 5, in each mounting member 5, the main body 50 is arranged with the linear portion 52 passing through a through hole 4h formed at a predetermined position in the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel 4 from the extruded cement board main body 2 side to the fire-resistant coating material 3 side, and the flange portion 51 in contact with the surface 4f of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel 4 on the extruded cement board main body 2 side. The tip of the linear portion 52 penetrates the fire-resistant covering material 3 and protrudes from the surface 3f of the fire-resistant covering material 3 opposite the extruded cement board body 2. The washer 55 is fixed to the linear portion 52 by bending the tip of the linear portion 52 that penetrates the fire-resistant covering material 3. The washer 55 is in contact with the surface 3f of the fire-resistant covering material 3. The fire-resistant covering material 3, together with the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4, is sandwiched between the flange portion 51 and the washer 55. In this way, the fire-resistant covering material 3 is fixed to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 by the plurality of mounting members 5 fixed to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4.
[0019] As described above, the fire-resistant covering material 3 is fixed to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 by a structural configuration in which the fire-resistant covering material 3 and the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 are sandwiched between the flange portion 51 of the mounting member 5 and the washer 55. Therefore, the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 and the mounting member 5 do not have to be joined by a separate means such as welding. However, welding may be performed between the flange portion 51 of the mounting member 5 and the surface 4f of the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 facing the extruded cement board body 2. In this way, the mounting member 5 is more firmly joined to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4. When the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 and the mounting member 5 are not welded, when attaching the mounting member 5 or the fire-resistant covering material 3 to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4, a tape 60 or the like may be applied to the surface 4f of the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 facing the extruded cement board body 2 so as to cover the flange portion 51, thereby fixing the flange portion 51 to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4, as shown in FIG. 5 . Similarly, for the purpose of temporary fastening, the flange portion 51 may be fixed to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 by, for example, bonding the flange portion 51 to the surface 4f of the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 facing the extruded cement board body 2 with an adhesive. When tape 60 or an adhesive is used in this way, there is a high possibility that the tape 60 will be burned or the adhesive strength of the adhesive will be lost in the event of a fire. However, even in such a case, as described above, the fire-resistant coating material 3 and the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 are joined to each other by a structural configuration using the mounting member 5, so even if the bonding ability of the tape 60 or adhesive is lost, the fire-resistant coating material 3 is prevented from falling off from the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4.
[0020] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a portion where a fire-resistant covering material is attached to an extruded cement board body by another attachment member. The fire-resistant covering material 3 is attached to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 using the mounting members 5, and as shown in Figures 2 and 3, is fixed to the extruded cement board body 2 by other mounting members 6 that are different from the mounting members 5. A plurality of other mounting members 6 are provided on one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2 at appropriate intervals in the width direction Dw and the up-down direction Dv. As shown in Figures 4 and 6, the other mounting members 6, like the mounting member 5, include a main body 50 and a washer 55. As shown in Figure 6, the flange portion 51 of the main body 50 of each mounting member 6 is bonded with an adhesive to one surface 2f of the extruded cement board main body 2. The linear portion 52 of the main body 50 penetrates the fire-resistant covering material 3 and protrudes from the surface 3f of the fire-resistant covering material 3 opposite the extruded cement board main body 2. The washer 55 is fixed to the linear portion 52 by bending the tip of the linear portion 52 that penetrates the fire-resistant covering material 3. The washer 55 is in contact with the surface 3f of the fire-resistant covering material 3. The fire-resistant covering material 3 is sandwiched between the flange portion 51 and the washer 55. In this way, the fire-resistant covering material 3 is fixed to the extruded cement board body 2 by a plurality of other mounting members 6 fixed to one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2. By attaching the fire-resistant covering material 3 by the other mounting members 6 in addition to the mounting member 5, the weight of the fire-resistant covering material 3 is distributed and supported.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, such an extruded cement board 1 is supported via connecting members 9 on cross members 8 fixed to the skeleton of a building. The cross members 8 are arranged to extend in the width direction (horizontal direction) Dw of the extruded cement board 1. The cross members 8 are fixed, for example, by bolting, welding, or the like, to the top and bottom of the support steel members 72 joined to the steel beams 7 that make up the skeleton. In this embodiment, the cross members 8 include a first cross member 8A, a second cross member 8B, and a third cross member 8C. Each of the first cross member 8A, the second cross member 8B, and the third cross member 8C is formed from an L-shaped steel. As shown by the extruded cement board 1 depicted at the top of FIG. 1 , the extruded cement board 1 is supported on its underside by a first cross member 8A and a second cross member 8B. One plate portion 8a of the first cross member 8A is arranged parallel to the upper surface of the support steel member 72 and is joined to the upper surface of the support steel member 72. The other plate portion 8b of the first cross member 8A extends upward from the end of the one plate portion 8a facing the outdoor area O. One plate portion 8a of the second cross member 8B is arranged along and joined to the other plate portion 8b of the first cross member 8A. The other plate portion 8b of the second cross member 8B is arranged to extend from the lower end of the one plate portion 8a toward the outdoor area O. The extruded cement board 1 is placed on and supported by the other plate portion 8b of the second cross member 8B. As shown by the extruded cement board 1 depicted at the bottom of Fig. 1, the extruded cement board 1 is fixed at its upper side by a third cross member 8C. One plate portion 8a of the third cross member 8C is arranged parallel to and joined to the underside of the supporting steel material 72. The other plate portion 8b of the third cross member 8C extends downward from the end of the one plate portion 8a on the outdoor O side.
[0022] 1 to 3, the connecting member 9 has a plate shape extending in the up-down direction Dv. In this embodiment, the connecting member 9 is a so-called Z clip. Below the extruded cement board 1, the base end 9b of the connecting member 9 is provided along the cross member 8, more specifically, the other plate portion 8b of the first cross member 8A, and is joined to the other plate portion 8b by welding, bolting, etc. The connecting member 9 extends from the base end 9b in the vertical direction Dv (upward) toward the extruded cement board 1. Above the extruded cement board 1, the base end 9b of the connecting member 9 is provided along the cross member 8, more specifically, the other plate portion 8b of the third cross member 8C, and is joined to the other plate portion 8b by welding, bolting, etc. The connecting member 9 extends from the base end 9b in the up-down direction Dv (downward) toward the extruded cement board 1. The tip 9s of each connecting member 9 is sandwiched between the extruded cement board body 2 and the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4. A bolt 45 passes through the tip 9s of the connecting member 9. The fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 and the tip 9s of the connecting member 9 are connected by the bolt 45. In this way, the bolt 45 passes through the tip 9s of the connecting member 9 and the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4, and the cross member 8 and the extruded cement board 1 are connected via the connecting member 9.
[0023] Floor slabs 75 for each floor are provided on top of the steel beams 7. The gaps between the floor slabs 75 and the extruded cement boards 1 (fire-resistant covering material 3) are sealed with a gap sealing material 78 such as mortar. In addition, below the floor slabs 75, the steel beams 7 are covered with sprayed rock wool 79 or the like.
[0024] According to the extruded cement board 1 described above, the extruded cement board 1 is provided with a fire-resistant coating material 3, and comprises an extruded cement board body 2, a fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 joined to one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2 with bolts 45, the fire-resistant coating material 3 formed in a sheet shape and arranged along a plane parallel to the one surface 2f, and a metal mounting member 5 fixed to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 and having a linear portion 52 that penetrates the fire-resistant coating material 3 to mount the fire-resistant coating material 3 to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4. According to the above-described configuration, the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 is joined to the extruded cement board body 2, and the fire-resistant covering material 3 is attached to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4, thereby forming the extruded cement board 1 with the fire-resistant covering material 3. The extruded cement board body 2 and the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 are joined with bolts 45. The fire-resistant covering material 3 is attached to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 by a metal mounting member 5 having a wire portion 52, which penetrates the fire-resistant covering material 3. Here, because the mounting member 5 is made of metal, the mounting member 5 can be joined and fixed to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 by any suitable method that does not use adhesive, such as welding the flange portion 51 to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4. In this way, basically, no adhesive is required for joining and fixing between the extruded cement board body 2 and the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4, and between the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 and the fire-resistant covering material 3. Therefore, in the event of a fire, it is possible to prevent the fire-resistant covering material 3 from falling off due to the adhesive used for joining coming off. In this way, it is possible to provide an extruded cement board 1 that can prevent the fire-resistant covering material 3 from falling off in the event of a fire.
[0025] The mounting member 5 also comprises a main body 50 having a flange portion 51 and a linear portion 52, and a washer 55 attached to the linear portion 52. The linear portion 52 is formed so as to protrude from the flange portion 51 in a direction perpendicular to the flange portion 51. The main body 50 has a fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 arranged parallel to one surface 2f, and a fire-resistant coating material 3 arranged on the opposite side of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 from the extruded cement board main body 2. The linear portion 52 penetrates the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 from the extruded cement board main body 2 side to the fire-resistant coating material 3 side, and the flange portion 51 is engaged with the surface 4f of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 on the extruded cement board main body 2 side, thereby fixing the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4. A washer 55 is fixed to the tip of the linear portion 52 that has penetrated the fire-resistant coating material 3. According to this configuration, the mounting member 5 comprises a main body 50 having a flange portion 51 and a linear portion 52, and a washer 55 attached to the linear portion 52, and the linear portion 52 is formed so as to protrude from the flange portion 51 in a direction perpendicular to the flange portion 51. In the mounting member 5 as described above, the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 is arranged parallel to one surface 2f, and the fire-resistant coating material 3 is arranged on the opposite side of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 from the extruded cement board main body 2.The mounting member 5 is then arranged so that the linear portion 52 penetrates the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 from the extruded cement board main body 2 side to the fire-resistant coating material 3 side, and the flange portion 51 is engaged with the surface 4f of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 on the extruded cement board main body 2 side, thereby fixing the mounting member 5 to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4. In this way, the mounting member 5 can be joined and fixed to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 by an appropriate method that does not use adhesive. In addition, with the mounting member 5 fixed to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4, the wire portion 52 is passed through the fire-resistant covering material 3 and a washer 55 is fixed to its tip, thereby allowing the fire-resistant covering material 3 to be mounted to the mounting member 5 and the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4.
[0026] In the above configuration, the flange portion 51 may be welded to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4. That is, in this case, the mounting member 5 comprises a main body 50 having a flange portion 51 and a linear portion 52, and a washer 55 attached to the linear portion 52. The linear portion 52 is formed so as to protrude from the flange portion 51 in a direction perpendicular to the flange portion 51. The main body 50 is fixed to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 by both: the flange portion 51 being welded to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4; and the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 being arranged parallel to one surface 2f and the fire-resistant coating material 3 being arranged on the opposite side of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 from the extruded cement board body 2 side; the linear portion 52 penetrating the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 from the extruded cement board body 2 side to the fire-resistant coating material 3 side; and the flange portion 51 being engaged with the surface 4f of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 on the extruded cement board body 2 side. The washer 55 is fixed to the tip of the linear portion 52 that has penetrated the fire-resistant coating material 3. In the mounting member 5 as described above, the flange portion 51 of the mounting member 5 can be further welded to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4, thereby firmly fixing the mounting member 5 to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4.
[0027] Furthermore, the fire-resistant coating structure 10 as described above is a fire-resistant coating structure 10 in which an extruded cement board 1 is attached to a cross member 8, and comprises the extruded cement board 1, the cross member 8 extending horizontally (width direction Dw), and a connecting member 9 joined to the cross member 8 and extending in the vertical direction Dv toward the extruded cement board 1, with its tip 9s sandwiched between the extruded cement board main body 2 and the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel 4, and with a bolt 45 passing through the tip 9s, connecting the cross member 8 and the extruded cement board 1. According to this configuration, the extruded cement board 1 can be attached to the cross member 8 in an efficient manner.
[0028] (First Modification of the Embodiment) The extruded cement board and fire-resistant covering structure of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiment explained with reference to the drawings, and various modifications are possible within the technical scope. For example, in the above embodiment, a fibrous heat insulating material formed into a mat or felt shape is used as the fire-resistant covering material 3, but the present invention is not limited to this. Fig. 7 is a view of an extruded cement board according to a modified embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the fire-resistant covering material side. In Fig. 7, the fire-resistant covering material is indicated by a two-dot chain line, and the extruded cement board is shown as seen through the fire-resistant covering material. As shown in FIG. 7, a rock wool board that has been formed into a plate shape in advance may be used as the fire-resistant covering material 3B.
[0029] When using a sheet-shaped fire-resistant coating material 3 as in the above embodiment, as already explained, the fire-resistant coating material 3 is cut to a required length before use. Therefore, by providing the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel members 4 at both ends of the extruded cement board body 2 in the vertical direction Dv, cutting the fire-resistant coating material 3 to a length approximately equal to the length of the extruded cement board body 2 in the vertical direction Dv, and attaching one end and the other end of the fire-resistant coating material 3 to each of the two fire-resistant coating material mounting steel members 4, it is possible to cover the entire one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2 with the fire-resistant coating material 3. However, in the case of a fire-resistant covering material 3B formed into a plate shape, its length is a predetermined value, and it is difficult to cover the entire one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2 with a single fire-resistant covering material 3B. Therefore, in this modified example, multiple fire-resistant covering materials 3B are arranged in a row so as to be continuous in the vertical direction Dv, and each of these multiple fire-resistant covering materials 3B is attached to a fire-resistant covering material attachment steel material.
[0030] To address this issue, in this modification, the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel members 4B are provided so as to extend over the entire length in the vertical direction Dv. For example, two fire-resistant covering material mounting steel members 4B are provided at intervals in the width direction Dw of the extruded cement board body 2. Each fire-resistant covering material mounting steel member 4B is joined to one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2 by a bolt 45.
[0031] As in the above embodiment, the fire-resistant covering material 3B is attached to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 by a plurality of attachment members 5. In this embodiment, two plate-shaped fire-resistant covering materials 3B are provided, one above the other. Each fire-resistant covering material 3B is attached to the fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material 4 at the top and bottom by attachment members 5. Furthermore, each fire-resistant covering material 3B is attached to the extruded cement board body 2 by a plurality of other attachment members 6. With this configuration, each of the plurality of fire-resistant covering materials 3B arranged in a row so as to be continuous in the vertical direction Dv can be attached to the fire-resistant covering material attachment steel material 4B.
[0032] According to the extruded cement board 1 described above, the extruded cement board 1 is provided with a fire-resistant coating material 3B, and includes an extruded cement board body 2, a fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4B joined to one surface 2f of the extruded cement board body 2 with bolts 45, the fire-resistant coating material 3B formed in a plate shape and arranged along a plane parallel to the one surface 2f, and a metal mounting member 5 fixed to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4B and having a linear portion 52 that penetrates the fire-resistant coating material 3B to mount the fire-resistant coating material 3B to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4B. According to the above-described configuration, when a plate-shaped fire-resistant covering material 3B is used, it is possible to provide an extruded cement board 1 that can prevent the fire-resistant covering material 3B from falling off in the event of a fire, just as when a sheet-shaped material is used.
[0033] (Second Modification of the Embodiment) Furthermore, in the above embodiment and its modified example, the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel members 4, 4B extend in the vertical direction Dv and the width direction Dw, but this is not limitative. Fig. 8 is a view of an extruded cement board according to a modified embodiment of the present invention, viewed from the fire-resistant covering material side. In Fig. 8, the fire-resistant covering material is indicated by a two-dot chain line, and the extruded cement board is shown as seen through the fire-resistant covering material. 8, the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel members 4C may be provided, for example, individually at the four corners of the extruded cement board body 2. In this modification, the fire-resistant covering material 3C is provided so as to straddle two extruded cement board bodies 2.
[0034] (Third Modification of the Embodiment) In addition, in the above embodiment and its modified example, the flange portion 51 of the mounting member 5 is brought into contact with the surface 4f of the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel 4 on the side of the extruded cement board main body 2, and the linear portion 52 is made to penetrate the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel 4 from the side of the extruded cement board main body 2 to the side of the fire-resistant coating material 3, but this is not limited to this. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of a portion of an extruded cement board according to a third modified example of the embodiment of the present invention, where a fire-resistant covering material is attached to a fire-resistant covering material-attaching steel material by an attaching member. 9, for example, the flange portion 51 of the mounting member 5 of the extruded cement board body 2 may be welded to the surface 4g of the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 on the opposite side from the extruded cement board body 2. In this case, the linear portion 52 of the mounting member 5 does not penetrate the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4, and the mounting member 5 is attached to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 only by welding.
[0035] In this case, the mounting member 5 comprises a main body 50 having a flange portion 51 and a linear portion 52, and a washer 55 attached to the linear portion 52, the linear portion 52 being formed so as to protrude from the flange portion 51 in a direction perpendicular to the flange portion 51, the main body 50 being fixed to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4 by welding the flange portion 51 to the fire-resistant coating material mounting steel material 4, and the washer 55 is fixed to the tip of the linear portion 52 which has passed through the fire-resistant coating material 3. In the mounting member 5 as described above, the mounting member 5 can be fixed to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4 simply by welding the flange portion 51 of the mounting member 5 to the fire-resistant covering material mounting steel material 4. In the above embodiment, the mounting member 5 is composed of the main body 50, which is typified by a spindle stud in which the flange portion 51 and the linear portion 52 are integrated, and the washer 55, but is not limited to this. For example, the mounting member 5 may be composed of a combination of a headed nail as the main body 50 and a washer as the washer 55. Alternatively, the mounting member 5 may be composed of a combination of a headed bolt as the main body 50 and a nut as the washer 55.
[0036] In addition, the configurations given in the above embodiments can be selected or changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment and each modified example, the extruded cement board 1 is arranged so that its long side extends along the vertical direction Dv, but this is not limited to this. The extruded cement board 1 may be arranged so that its long side extends horizontally and its short side extends vertically. In such a case, the exterior walls of each story are formed by stacking multiple extruded cement boards 1 in the vertical direction (width direction).
[0037] (Example of consideration) Next, a comparative study was carried out on the above-described extrusion molded cement board 1, and the results are shown below. A heating test was conducted to understand the fire resistance performance of the extruded cement board. FIG. 10 shows the conditions of the extruded cement board examined in the study example. Three thicknesses of extruded cement board specimens were prepared: 60 mm, 75 mm, and 100 mm. For each thickness, specimens manufactured by Nozawa Co., Ltd. (specimen names N-60, N-75, N-100) and Aicatec Building Materials Co., Ltd. (specimen names A-60, A-75, A-100) were prepared. Furthermore, as the fire-resistant coating material 3, a thickness of 50 mm and a density of 200 kg / m 3 Test specimens equipped with rock wool boards (test specimen names N-60R, A-60R, N-75R, A-75R, N-100R, A-100R) were prepared. The fire-resistant coating material 3 is 40 mm thick and has a density of 100 to 140 kg / m 3 Test specimens (test specimen names N-60M, A-60M, N-75M, A-75M, N-100M, A-100M) equipped with the fiber-based insulation material Makibee (registered trademark) (product name of Nichias Corporation) were prepared. In all of the test specimens provided with a fire-resistant covering material, the fire-resistant covering material was attached to the extruded cement board body in any of the above-described embodiments or modified examples. For each test specimen, the extruded cement board body was heated for three hours from the side opposite to the side where the fire-resistant covering material was provided. After heating, the test specimens were observed for cracks in the extrusion molded cement board body.
[0038] The results showed that the specimens without fire-resistant coating (specimen names N-60, A-60, N-75, A-75, N-100, and A-100) showed cracks in the extruded cement board body regardless of board thickness. In contrast, the specimens with fire-resistant coating 3 (specimen names N-60R, A-60R, N-75R, A-75R, N-100R, A-100R, N-60M, A-60M, N-75M, A-75M, N-100M, and A-100M) showed cracks in the extruded cement board body, but the fire-resistant coating did not fall off. This confirmed that, for example, even if a fire breaks out outdoors and cracks occur in the extruded cement board body, the fire-resistant coating can prevent heat from penetrating indoors.
[0039] During the heating test, the temperature of the rear surface of the test specimen opposite to the heated surface was detected. FIG. 11 shows the temperature change on the non-heated surface side of a test specimen that is not provided with a fire-resistant covering material. As shown in Figure 11, when no fire-resistant coating material was provided, the temperature of the extruded cement board itself rose to 450°C or higher, regardless of the thickness of the extruded cement board itself. Figure 12 shows the temperature change on the non-heated side of a test specimen equipped with a fiber-based insulation material as a fire-resistant covering. In this figure, the test specimen names 100-Ma, 75-Ma, and 60-Ma represent the detected temperatures at the area (general area) where the joint 23 is provided in the extruded cement board body with thicknesses of 100 mm, 75 mm, and 60 mm. As shown in Figure 12, it was confirmed that the provision of a fire-resistant covering material suppressed the temperature rise of the extruded cement board body. [Explanation of symbols]
