Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a sheet roll support device. More specifically, it relates to a sheet roll support device that supports a sheet roll in which a sheet is wound around a paper tube so as to be rewound.
Background Art
[0002] As an example of a sheet roll support device that supports a sheet roll in which a sheet is wound around a cylindrical core material so as to be rewound, a sheet roll support device (unwinding machine) described in Patent Document 1 is provided. In this sheet roll support device, support protrusions that are inserted into both end portions of the cylindrical core material are provided at the tip ends of support arms attached to both ends of a rod. One of the support protrusions is fixed to one support arm, and the other support protrusion is connected to the end of a screw shaft portion screwed into the other support arm.
[0003] However, in order to attach the sheet roll to the support arms at both ends, with the distance between the support protrusions widened to be greater than or equal to the length of the core material, one of the support protrusions is inserted into one end portion of the core material, and then, the screw shaft portion is screwed forward toward the other support protrusion to insert the other support protrusion into the other end portion of the core material. This requires a process.
[0004] Also, when removing the core material from the support arms after the sheet has been consumed, the screw shaft portion is screwed backward in a direction away from the other support protrusion to open the distance between the support protrusions to be greater than or equal to the length of the core material, and then, the core material is removed from the support arms.
[0005] When using the device described in Patent Document 1 in this way, every time the sheet roll is attached and detached, the forward and backward screwing of the screw shaft portion must be repeated, which causes a problem that the work of attaching and detaching the sheet roll to and from the sheet roll support device is troublesome and the work efficiency is poor.

[0006] [Patent Document 1] Publicly Published Practical Application, Showa 56-144037 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]
[0007] The present invention was developed in view of the aforementioned conventional problems, and aims to provide a sheet roll support device that enables easy, reliable, and rapid attachment of a sheet roll to the sheet roll support device and removal of the paper core after the sheet has been consumed from the sheet roll. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] To solve the aforementioned problems, the present invention employs the following means. In other words, the first embodiment of the sheet roll support device according to the present invention has a lower support member that supports the lower surface of a sheet roll in which a sheet is wound around a paper tube from below, and a lower support projection is provided on the lower support member that is inserted upward from the lower end of the paper tube. An upper support member is provided above the lower support member, facing the lower support member vertically, and the sides of the upper and lower support members are connected to each other by a support column member. The upper support member is provided with an upper support projection that is slideable vertically and can be inserted from the upper end of the paper tube into the upper end of the paper tube. With the lower support projection inserted into the lower end of the paper tube, the upper support projection descends, and the insertion shaft portion forming the lower end of the upper support projection is inserted into the upper end of the paper tube. With the sheet roll in this inserted state, it is possible to unwind it. Furthermore, by raising the upper support projection, the insertion shaft portion detaches upward from the upper end of the paper tube, and as the paper tube is lifted in this detached state, the lower support projection detaches from the lower end of the paper tube, thereby allowing the paper tube to be removed from the upper and lower support members. In addition, the upper support projection has a spare length shaft portion connected to the upper end of the insertion shaft portion, and within the range of the spare length of the spare length shaft portion, multiple types of sheet rolls with different vertical lengths can be supported by the upper and lower support members.
[0009] A second aspect of the sheet roll support device according to the present invention has a lower support member that supports the lower surface of a sheet roll in which a sheet is wound around a paper tube from below, and a lower support projection is provided on the lower support member that is inserted upward from the lower end of the paper tube. An upper support member is provided above the lower support member, facing the lower support member vertically, and the sides of the upper and lower support members are connected to each other by a support member, and an upper support projection is provided on the upper end of the paper tube that is insertable from the upper end of the paper tube and is movable up and down by sliding. Furthermore, with the lower support projection inserted into the lower end portion of the paper tube, the upper support projection descends, and the insertion shaft portion forming the lower end of the upper support projection is inserted into the upper end portion of the paper tube. When the insertion shaft portion is inserted into the upper end portion of the paper tube, the contact member provided at the upper end of the insertion shaft portion contacts and holds the upper end of the paper tube of the sheet roll, and the sheet roll can be rewound in the inserted state. The upper support projection can also be lowered by sliding due to the action of gravity, and when the paper tube is removed from the upper and lower support members after the sheet has been consumed, the paper tube is lifted so that its lower end is detached upward from the lower support member, and the contact member is prevented from falling by magnetic attraction between the contact member and the upper support member. By raising the upper support projection, the insertion shaft portion detaches upward from the upper end of the paper tube, and as the paper tube is lifted in this detached state, the lower support projection detaches from the lower end of the paper tube, thereby allowing the paper tube to be removed from the upper and lower support members. Furthermore, the upper support projection has a spare length shaft portion connected to the upper end of the insertion shaft portion, and within the range of the spare length of the spare length shaft portion, multiple types of sheet rolls with different vertical lengths can be supported by the upper and lower support members.
[0010] A third aspect of the sheet roll support device according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the first or second aspect, the upper support projection, which is provided on the upper support member so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, is constantly biased upward by a biasing means, and when the upper support projection is in its highest position, the insertion shaft portion, which forms the lower end of the upper support projection, detaches upward from the upper end of the paper tube, and the lower support projection detaches from the lower end of the paper tube, thereby allowing the paper tube to be removed from the upper and lower support members, and by lowering the upper support projection against the biasing action, the insertion shaft portion can be inserted into the upper end portion of the paper tube, and the upper support projection is locked in place so as not to rise when in this inserted state.
[0011] A fourth aspect of the sheet roll support device according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the first or second aspect, the upper support projection, which is provided on the upper support member so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, is constantly biased downward by a biasing means, and when the upper support projection is in its lowest position, the insertion shaft portion, which forms the lower end of the upper support projection, is inserted into the upper end portion of the paper tube, and by pulling up the upper support projection by a required amount against the biasing force, the lower support projection detaches from the lower end of the paper tube and the insertion shaft portion detaches from the upper end of the paper tube, thereby allowing the paper tube to be removed from the upper and lower support members.
[0012] A fifth aspect of the sheet roll support device according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the first or second aspect, the lower support member is provided on the support column member so as to be able to change its position in the vertical direction. [Effects of the Invention]
[0013] With the sheet roll support device according to the present invention, the sheet roll can be easily, reliably, and quickly attached, and the paper core can be removed after the sheet has been consumed. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

Embodiment for Carrying Out the Invention
Example
[0015] In FIGS. 1 to 3, a sheet roll support device (hereinafter also referred to as a device) 1 according to the present invention has a lower support member 7 that supports the lower surface portion 6 of a sheet roll 5 (FIG. 2) in which a sheet 3 such as a bubble cushion sheet, a cloth sheet, a non-woven fabric sheet, a resin sheet, etc. is wound around a paper tube 2 from below. On the lower support member 7, a lower support protrusion 11 that is inserted from the lower end 10 (FIG. 2) of the paper tube 2 into a portion 9 on the lower end side of the paper tube 2 protrudes upward.
[0016] Above the lower support member 7, an upper support member 12 is provided so as to face the lower support member 7 vertically. The left side portions 13, 15 and the right side portions 13, 15 of the upper and lower support members 12, 7 are connected by support column members 16, 16. On the upper support member 12, an upper support protrusion 20 that can be inserted from the upper end 19 of the paper tube 2 into a portion 17 on the upper end side of the paper tube 2 is provided so as to be vertically movable by sliding. Here, sliding means sliding.
[0017] And in a state where the lower support protrusion 11 is inserted into the portion 9 on the lower end side of the paper tube 2, the upper support protrusion 20 descends, and an insertion shaft portion 21 forming the lower end side of the upper support protrusion 20 is inserted into the portion 17 on the upper end side of the paper tube 2.
[0018] In the inserted state, the sheet roll 5 can be rewound. And by raising the upper support protrusion 20, the insertion shaft portion 21 comes off upward from the upper end 19 of the paper tube 2 (FIG. 2), and in the state of coming off, the paper tube 2 is lifted as shown by an arrow F in FIG. 3, whereby the lower support protrusion 11 comes off from the lower end 10 of the paper tube 2 (FIG. 3). Thereby, the paper tube 2 is configured to be removable from the upper and lower support members 12, 7.
[0019] Furthermore, the upper support projection 20 is formed by connecting a slack-length shaft portion 22 to the upper end side of the insertion shaft portion 21. In this embodiment, the upper support projection 20 is cylindrical in shape as a whole, and the insertion shaft portion 21 is configured as a cylindrical shaft portion 24. The upper support projection 20 is configured to support multiple types of sheet rolls 5 with different vertical lengths by the upper and lower support members 12 and 7, within the margin of the margin length of the margin length shaft portion 22. The configuration of the sheet roll support device 1 will be described in detail below.
[0020] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 1, the sheet roll support device 1 has a cross-shaped frame 23 at its lower end, and casters 26 are attached to the lower surfaces of the four end portions 25, 25, 25, 25 of the cross-shaped frame 23, allowing it to move freely via the casters 26. In this embodiment, two opposing casters 26a, 26a of the four casters 26 are equipped with a locking function. The support members 16, 16 are erected on the upper surfaces of both ends of one frame piece 27 of the cross-shaped frame 23, and the distance between the support members 16, 16 is set to be larger than the maximum diameter of the sheet roll to be supported, for example, to about 550 mm.
[0021] As shown in Figures 1-3, the upper ends 31, 31 of the left and right support members 16, 16 are connected to each other by the upper support member 12, and the lower ends 32, 32 (Figure 2) of the left and right support members 16, 16 are connected to each other by the lower support member 7, which is vertically adjustable. As a result, the left and right side portions 13, 15 of the upper and lower support members 12, 7 are connected to each other by the support members 16, 16.
[0022] In this embodiment, the lower support member 7, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, consists of a first straight rod member 33, for example, made of channel material, which is horizontally installed between the left and right support members 16, 16, and a support plate 35 placed on the first straight rod member 33. In this embodiment, the support plate 35 is made of a disc body 35a. A cylindrical member (in this embodiment, made in the shape of a frustocone) 34, which constitutes the lower support projection 11, is fixed in an upright position at the center of the upper surface 43 of the disc body 35a.
[0023] In this embodiment, engaging pieces 40, 40 are provided protruding from both ends of the first linear rod member 33, as shown in Figures 3-4. The engaging pieces 40, 40 can be detachably engaged with locking holes 39, 39 which are arranged side by side on the side surfaces 36, 36 of the opposing support members 16, 16 at intervals of, for example, 100 mm in the vertical direction. This engagement prevents the first linear rod member 33, which is in a horizontal position, from moving downward.
[0024] As shown in Figure 5, a fixing screw shaft 38 is provided protruding from the center of the lower surface of the cylindrical member 34, and a circular hole 37 is provided through the center of the upper surface 43 of the disc body 35a into which the lower portion 34a of the cylindrical member 34 is inserted. Furthermore, an insertion hole 44 is provided in the upper flange 33a of the first straight rod-shaped member 33 made of channel material, into which the fixing screw shaft 38 is inserted, and a nut 28 into which the fixing screw shaft 38 can be screwed is fixed to the lower surface of the upper flange 33a.
[0025] Then, the lower portion 34a is inserted into the circular hole 37 and the tip 38a of the fixing screw 38 is brought into contact with the end of the screw hole of the nut 28. In this state, the cylindrical member 34 is rotated to screw the fixing screw shaft 38 into the nut 28 and the cylindrical member 34 is screwed in and rotated until the lower surface 34A of the cylindrical member 34 is pressed against the upper surface 33B of the upper flange 33a, as shown in Figure 5(B). As a result, the upper portion 34b of the cylindrical member 34 protrudes from the center of the upper surface of the disc body 35a, forming the lower support projection 11.
[0026] The cylindrical member 34 protrudes approximately 30 mm from the upper surface 43 of the disc body 35a, and its lower end diameter is approximately 35 mm. The protruding portion constitutes the lower support projection 11, and as shown in Figure 2, the lower support projection 11 is inserted into the lower end portion 9 of the paper tube 2 of the sheet roll 5, which is supported from below by the upper surface 43 of the disc body 35.
[0027] In this embodiment, the upper support member 12 is configured as a horizontal, rectangular tubular second linear rod member 45, as shown in Figures 1-3, 6, and 7. The upper support member 12 is made of steel, and a hole 49 (Figure 6) is provided in its longitudinal central portion through which a lifting cylinder member (in this embodiment, the upper support projection 20, which is configured in a cylindrical shape) 47 can be inserted. The lower end 51 of a guide cylinder 50, which guides the lifting cylinder member 47 that passes through the hole 49 to move up and down by sliding, is welded to the upper peripheral edge 52 of the hole 49 on the upper surface of the central portion of the second linear rod member 45. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 1-3 and 7, a disc-shaped retaining plate 56 is attached to the upper end of the lifting cylinder member 47, with its peripheral edge 55 abutting against the upper end 53 of the guide cylinder 50.
[0028] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1-3 and 7-8, a contact member 59 (for example, with a disc shape, approximately 120 mm in diameter and 2.6 mm in thickness) is provided at the upper part of the lower end 48 of the lifting cylinder member 47. The cylindrical shaft portion 24 protruding below the contact member 59 becomes the insertion shaft portion 21, which is inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2.
[0029] The sheet 3 is pulled out from the sheet roll 5 in a stable manner, with the upper and lower end portions 17,9 (Figure 2) of the paper tube 2 being supported by the insertion shaft portion 21 and the lower support projection portion 11 (Figure 15). The vertical length of the insertion shaft portion 21 is set to approximately 35 mm.
[0030] Figure 3 shows, with a dashed line, the state in which the paper tube 2 is lifted so that its lower end 10 (Figures 2-3) is detached upward from the lower support projection 11, during the process of removing the paper tube 2 from the upper and lower support members 12 and 7 after the sheet 3 has been consumed.
[0031] When the paper tube 2 is lifted, the upper support projection 20 is guided by the guide cylinder 50 and slides upward, and the contact member 59 rises along with this upward movement. In this embodiment, the raised contact member 59 is held in place by attraction from a magnet 63 fixed to the lower surface 57 of the steel upper support member 12.
[0032] As described above, since the contact member 59 is held in place by magnet 63, when attaching the sheet roll 5 to the device 1 (Figure 11) or when removing the paper tube 2 from the device 1 (Figure 12), it is not necessary to manually hold the raised contact member 59 to prevent it from falling. Therefore, the attachment of the sheet roll 5 to the device 1 and the removal of the paper tube 2 from the device 1 can be simplified.
[0033] The effects of the aforementioned extra length shaft portion 22 will now be explained based on Figures 7 to 10. As described above, the extra length shaft portion 22 allows multiple types of sheet rolls 5 with different vertical lengths to be supported by the upper and lower support members 12 and 7 within the range of its extra length.
[0034] The allowance length is the length required to move the insertion shaft portion 21 downward, and in this embodiment, for example, referring to Figure 7, it is the length corresponding to the distance between the lower surface 54 of the retaining plate portion 56 and the upper end 53 of the guide cylinder 50. In Figure 7, the length portion indicated by the reference numeral L is the allowance length.
[0035] The setting of the excess length of the excess length shaft portion 22 is determined by considering factors such as whether the lower support member 7 can be repositioned vertically, the type of roll length of the sheet roll 5 supported by the lower support member 7, the operability when moving the upper support projection 20 up and down, and constraints on the maximum lifting of the upper support projection 20 at the installation location of the device 1 (for example, the ceiling height at the installation location of the device 1).
[0036] The excess length of the excess length shaft portion 22 can be set to, for example, 100 to 500 mm, and in this embodiment, it is set to 200 mm.
[0037] Figure 9 shows the insertion shaft portion 21 moved downward by approximately 50% of the allowance length and inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2. Figure 10 shows the insertion shaft portion 21 moved downward by approximately 80% of the allowance length and inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2. Figure 8 shows the insertion shaft portion 21 moved downward by 100% of the allowance length and inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2.
[0038] Therefore, within the 200mm margin range, the troublesome height adjustment work of the lower support member 7 is unnecessary for sheet rolls 5 with different roll lengths, and the insertion shaft portion 21 can be inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2 of the sheet roll 5 simply by appropriately moving the upper support projection portion 20 up and down. This eliminates the hassle of having to change the height of the lower support member 7 each time the length of the sheet roll 5 is changed, and the sheet roll 5 can be replaced reliably and quickly. In addition, by utilizing the margin length shaft portion 22, stepless adjustments, such as adjustments according to differences in roll length in 1cm increments, can be made, which cannot be obtained by selecting the locking holes 39 provided at 100mm intervals, for example. Furthermore, since the number of times the height of the lower support member 7 has to be changed can be reduced, the bending posture of the worker when changing the height of the lower support member 7 can be minimized, which has the advantage of reducing the burden on the body.
[0039] Figure 11 shows the process of attaching the sheet roll 5 to the device 1. From the state shown in Figure 11(A), the upper support projection 20 is lifted as shown in Figure 11(B) so that the contact member 59 is held in place by the magnet 63 on the lower surface 57. Then, as shown in Figure 11(C), the lower surface 6 of the sheet roll 5 is placed on the support plate 35. Then, when the upper support projection 20 is lowered, as shown in Figure 11(C), the insertion shaft 21 is inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2, and the contact member 59 rests on the upper end 2a of the paper tube 2 (which is at the same height as the upper surface 58 of the sheet roll 5). This completes the attachment of the sheet roll 5 to the device 1.
[0040] Figure 12 shows the process of removing the paper tube 2 from the device 1. Figure 12(A) shows the paper tube 2 mounted upright in the device 1, with the insertion shaft portion 21 inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2, and the lower support projection portion 11 inserted into the lower end portion 9. In this state, as shown in Figure 12(B), the paper tube 2 is lifted vertically, and the contact member 59 is attracted and held by the magnet 63. Then, as shown in Figure 12(C), the paper tube 2 is tilted diagonally and removed from the device 1.
[0041] Figure 13 shows the state in which the lower support member 7 is positioned on the upper side of the support members 16, 16 by engaging the engaging pieces 40, 40 (Figure 4) provided at both ends of the lower support member 7 with the locking holes 39, 39 provided on the upper side of the support members 16, 16, when the total length of the sheet roll 5 is small (for example, the total length is 480 to 1100 mm). Figure 14 shows the state in which the sheet roll 5 is placed on the upper surface 43 of the lower support member 7 by the same process as shown in Figure 11, and the insertion shaft portion 21 is inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2. By positioning the lower support member 7 at a higher position in advance in this way, the bending posture of the worker can be reduced, making it easier to cut the sheet 3 with a cutter, thus improving work efficiency.
[0042] Figures 15-18 show the configuration and operation of a sheet cutting device 65 for cutting a sheet 3 that has been unwound to a required length. The sheet cutting device 65 is configured to cut the sheet 3 that has been unwound to a required length with a cutter 64. As shown in Figure 15, the sheet cutting device 65 has a base surface portion 67 that can guide the unwound sheet 3 while maintaining a vertical planar state and is provided with a first cutting groove portion 66 that is continuous in the vertical direction. A cover member 69 that is superimposed on the base surface portion 67 is attached to the inner edge portion 72 of one of the support members 16a via a hinge member 71 attached to one side edge portion 70 of the base surface portion 67 so as to be able to open and close. As shown in Figures 15-16, the cover member 69 is provided with a second cutting groove portion 73 that faces the first cutting groove portion 66 when it is closed.
[0043] Next, the process of unwinding the sheet 3 from the sheet roll 5 to the required length and cutting the sheet 3 will be described. When unwinding the sheet 3 in this way, the friction between the lower surface 6 of the sheet roll 5 and the support plate 35, and the friction between the contact member 59 and the upper surface 58 (Figure 15) of the sheet roll 5 can prevent the sheet roll 5 from rotating too far.
[0044] When cutting the sheet 3, the caster 26a (Figure 1) is locked to stabilize the device 1, and the unwound sheet 3 is brought into contact with the base surface 67 by opening the cover member 69 as shown in Figure 15. In this state, the cover member 69 is closed as shown in Figure 16. This closed state is maintained by the biasing action of a spring member (not shown) incorporated into the hinge member 71. Then, the sliding cutter blade 75 is inserted into the second cut groove 73 of the cover member 69 and the first cut groove 66 of the base surface 67, which are in the aligned state. When the cutter blade 75 is moved from top to bottom in this inserted state, the sheet 3 is cut to the required length. [Examples]
[0045] The present invention is by no means limited to those shown in the above embodiments, and it goes without saying that various design modifications are possible within the scope of the claims. One example is as follows.
[0046] (1) The upper support projection 20 is formed by connecting the excess length shaft portion 22 to the upper end side of the insertion shaft portion 21. The upper support projection 20 may be made of a cylindrical or solid cylindrical shape, or it may be made of a square pipe or a C-shaped cylindrical bent body. In this configuration, the insertion shaft portion 21 inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2 should be configured to allow the sheet roll 5 to be unwound without hindrance. For example, it is preferable to configure it as a cylindrical or cylindrical member that can contact the inner circumferential surface of the paper tube 2 without difficulty.
[0047] (2) The upper support projection 20, which is provided on the upper support member 12 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, may be kept in a state of being constantly biased upward by a biasing means. In this case, when the upper support projection 20 is in its highest position, the insertion shaft portion 21 which forms the lower end of the upper support projection 20 detaches upward from the upper end 19 of the paper tube 2, and the lower support projection 11 detaches from the lower end 10 of the paper tube 2, thereby enabling the paper tube 2 to be removed from the upper and lower support members 12 and 7. By lowering the upper support projection 20 against the biasing action, the insertion shaft portion 21 can be inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2, and the upper support projection 20 is locked in place so as not to rise when inserted.
[0048] (3) The upper support projection 20, which is provided on the upper support member 12 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, may be kept in a state where it is constantly biased downward by a biasing means. In this case, the upper support projection 20, which is provided on the upper support member 12 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, is constantly biased downward by a biasing means, and when the upper support projection 20 is in its lowest position, the insertion shaft portion 21 which forms the lower end of the upper support projection 20 is inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2, and by pulling up the upper support projection 20 by the required amount against the biasing action, the lower support projection 11 comes off from the lower end of the paper tube 2 and the insertion shaft portion 21 comes off from the upper end of the paper tube 2, thereby enabling the paper tube 2 to be removed from the upper and lower support members 12 and 7.
[0049] (4) When the apparatus 1 according to the present invention is configured such that the upper support projection 20 slides down due to the action of gravity, and when the paper tube 2 is removed from the upper and lower support members 12, 7 after the sheet 3 has been consumed, a configuration is adopted in which the contact member 59 is prevented from falling by magnetic attraction between the contact member 59 and the upper support member 12, the means of magnetic attraction is not limited to the configuration shown in the above embodiment in which the magnets 63 are arranged.
[0050] (5) The contact member 59 is not limited to the disc shape, as long as it can contact the upper surface portion 58 (Figure 8) of the sheet roll 5 to ensure the stability of the insertion state of the insertion shaft portion 21, and the contact member 59 is prevented from falling by magnetic attraction between the contact member 59 and the upper support member 12.
[0051] (6) If the lower support projection 11 is inserted into the lower end portion 9 of the paper tube 2, and the upper support projection 20 descends, and the insertion shaft portion 21 that forms the lower end of the upper support projection 20 is inserted into the upper end portion 17 of the paper tube 2, then the contact member 59 may be omitted.
[0052] (7) The support member 16 that connects the side portions 13, 15 of the upper and lower support members 12, 7 to each other may be limited to either the left side portions or the right side portions as shown in the above embodiment.
[0053] (8) The lower support member 7 that supports the lower surface portion 6 of the sheet roll 5 from below may be made rotatable via a bearing if the sheet roll 5 is heavy, in order to facilitate the unwinding of the sheet 3 as the sheet roll 5 rotates. In this case, it is preferable to configure the contact member 59 to rotate around its axis as the upper support projection 20 rotates around its axis within the guide cylinder 50 in conjunction with the rotation of the sheet roll 5 as the sheet roll 5 is unwound.
[0054] (9) The configuration that allows the upper support projection 20 to move up and down by sliding can be done using the guide cylinder 50, or by fitting the left and right opposing vertical protrusions provided on the upper support projection 20 into the left and right opposing vertical guide grooves.
