Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of fittings, and particularly to a load-bearing structure for fitting glass and a fitting including the load-bearing structure for fitting glass.

Background Art

[0002] Currently, a fitting mainly includes a fitting frame and fitting glass attached to the fitting frame. The fitting frame is mainly composed of a left profile, a right profile, an upper profile, and a lower profile. In a fitting system, the heat insulation performance and load-bearing capacity of the fitting frame are extremely important. In order to improve the heat insulation performance of the fitting frame, by adopting bridge-cutoff aluminum profiles for both the left profile, right profile, upper profile, and lower profile of the fitting frame, the left profile, right profile, upper profile, and lower profile of the fitting frame all include an indoor profile, an outdoor profile, and a heat insulation material connected between the indoor profile and the outdoor profile. Also, in order to improve the glass load-bearing capacity of the fitting frame, a support plate member is arranged under the fitting glass in the fitting frame, such as a profile and a glass partition body with a glass body support plate attached under the fitting glass disclosed in a Chinese utility model with an authorized publication number of CN214365651U. However, the prior art has the following defects.

[0003] 1. After the glass body support plate is attached to the indoor profile of the lower profile, there is a gap between the glass body support plate and the indoor profile. As a result, after the subsequent fitting glass is attached, due to the dual effects of the glass body support plate supporting the gravity of the fitting glass and the gap between the glass body support plate and the indoor profile, the free end of the glass body support plate away from the indoor profile sags and overlaps with the outdoor profile of the lower profile, making heat transfer likely to occur. This causes a poor bridge phenomenon between the indoor profile and the outdoor profile of the lower profile, damaging the heat insulation effect of the lower profile and ultimately damaging the heat insulation performance of the entire fitting frame.

[0004] 2. Since the glass pane and the aluminum support plate cannot come into direct contact, when installing the glass pane, it is necessary to first place a glass spacer on the top surface of the support plate. The glass spacer separates the bottom surface of the glass pane from the top surface of the support plate. However, the glass spacer is only placed on the top surface of the support plate, and there is no other connection between the two. As a result, relative movement between the glass spacer and the support plate is extremely likely to occur before and during the installation of the glass pane, which changes the external force distribution on the support plate after the glass pane is installed and affects the load-bearing capacity of the entire door frame. [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0005] In view of the shortcomings of the above-mentioned prior art, the present invention aims to provide a glass load-bearing structure and a joinery that effectively avoids bridging of the lower profile between the interior and exterior by overlapping the glass load-bearing member and the non-contact material in the lower profile (i.e., the interior or exterior profile that does not come into contact with the glass load-bearing member). [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] To achieve the above objective, the present invention includes a lower profile and a glass load-bearing member, both of which are attached to the lower end of the glass of the building fixture, the lower profile includes an interior profile, an insulating material, and an exterior profile, which are sequentially connected along the interior-exterior direction, one of the interior profile and the exterior profile is a load-bearing fixing member for fixing and attaching the glass load-bearing member, and the other is a non-contact material that does not come into contact with the glass load-bearing member, the glass load-bearing member includes a load-bearing main body for supporting the glass of the building fixture and an attachment position limiting part fixed to one end of the load-bearing main body facing the load-bearing fixing member, the attachment position limiting part includes an attachment main body, a first position limiting projection protruding from the outer circumference of the attachment main body toward the load-bearing fixing member, and a second position limiting projection protruding upward from the top of the attachment main body, and the load-bearing fixing member is attached The present invention provides a load-bearing structure for building glass, comprising an edge-side profile body located on the outer circumference of the position limiting portion, a bottom-side profile body located below the mounting position limiting portion, and a profile hook portion fixed to the edge-side profile body and distributed above the bottom-side profile body, wherein a mounting groove and a mounting opening located at the end of the mounting groove opposite to the edge-side profile body are formed between the edge-side profile body, the bottom-side profile body and the profile hook portion, and when the end of the mounting position limiting portion away from the load-bearing body portion is fitted into the mounting groove, the end of the first position limiting projection opposite to the load-bearing body portion and the outer wall surface of the edge-side profile body, the end of the second position limiting projection facing the load-bearing body portion and the inner wall surface of the profile hook portion, and the bottom of the mounting body portion and the outer wall surface of the bottom-side profile body are all brought into contact and joined, and a gap is formed between the glass load-bearing member and the heat insulating material and non-contact material.

[0007] In this application, the lower profile is a bridge cutoff profile, and the window glass load-bearing structure is a glass support structure for the bridge cutoff profile to support the window glass. In the window glass load-bearing structure according to this application, the mounting position limiting portion is attached to the load-bearing fixing material, thereby enabling the attachment of the entire glass load-bearing member to the load-bearing fixing material, and enabling the fixing and attachment of the lower profile of the glass load-bearing member. In particular, after the mounting position limiting portion of the glass load-bearing member is incorporated into the mounting groove of the load-bearing fixing material, the first position limiting projection and the edge-side profile body come into contact and connect, the second position limiting projection and the profile hook portion come into contact and connect, and the mounting body portion and the bottom-side profile body come into contact and connect, thereby achieving positional restriction at three points and restricting the movement of the glass load-bearing member in the indoor-outdoor direction and downward movement. Furthermore, after the window glass is installed, the glass load-bearing member supports the weight of the window glass, and the first position-limiting projection and the edge-side profile body abut and connect, the second position-limiting projection and the profile hook portion abut and connect, and the mounting body portion and the bottom-side profile body abut and connect, thereby restricting the movement of the glass load-bearing member in the indoor-outdoor direction and downward movement, and ensuring that the weight of the window glass is reliably transmitted to the load-bearing fixing material. As a result, in this invention, the glass load-bearing member does not move relative to the load-bearing fixing material during installation of the glass load-bearing member, and during and after installation of the window glass. On the other hand, it is ensured that the glass load-bearing member is always suspended above the insulation material and non-contact material, and by effectively avoiding the load-bearing body portion of the glass load-bearing member shifting and overlapping with the non-contact material and / or insulation material of the lower profile, the bridge cutoff profile of the lower profile is effectively prevented from forming a bridge, ensuring the insulation performance of the lower profile and ensuring the heat retention performance of the window. On the other hand, the optimal external force distribution of the glass load-bearing member is reliably guaranteed, ultimately rationalizing the external force on the lower profile and ensuring the load-bearing capacity of the lower profile.

[0008] Furthermore, a first position-restricting plane is provided at the end of the first position-restricting projection opposite to the load-bearing main body, and the first position-restricting plane is in surface contact with the outer wall surface of the edge-side profile body; a second position-restricting plane is provided at the end of the second position-restricting projection facing the load-bearing main body, and the second position-restricting plane is in surface contact with the inner wall surface of the profile hook portion; and a third position-restricting plane is provided at the bottom of the mounting main body, and the third position-restricting plane is in surface contact with the outer wall surface of the bottom-side profile body. As a result, the first position-restricting projection and the edge-side profile body, the second position-restricting projection and the profile hook portion, and the mounting main body and the bottom-side profile body are all connected by surface contact, resulting in a large contact area that more reliably restricts the movement of the glass load-bearing member and more reliably transmits the gravity of the building glass to the lower profile, ultimately effectively improving the rationality of the external forces on the entire building and extending the service life of the entire building.

[0009] Furthermore, an inclined surface is provided on the bottom surface of the glass load-bearing member, and the inclined surface covers the bottom surface of the load-bearing main body and a portion of the bottom surface of the mounting main body. The inclined surface is provided so as to slope upward as it moves away from the load-bearing fixing material, and the inclined surface forms a gap between the glass load-bearing member and the heat insulating material and non-contact material. This makes it easy to realize a suspension structure for the glass load-bearing member relative to the heat insulating material and non-contact material, and reduces the manufacturing cost of the glass load-bearing member.

[0010] Furthermore, the mounting opening allows the first position limiting projection and the second position limiting projection to enter the mounting groove from one side of the mounting groove. Based on this, when inserting one end of the mounting position limiting part away from the load-bearing main body into the mounting groove, first the end of the second position limiting projection away from the load-bearing main body engages with the mounting groove through the mounting opening, and then the end of the glass load-bearing member away from the load-bearing fixing material is rotated downward. During this process, the first position limiting projection is placed in the mounting groove through the mounting opening until the mounting position limiting part is installed in a predetermined position within the mounting groove. Once the end of the mounting position limiting part away from the load-bearing main body is inserted into the mounting groove, the first position limiting projection, the second position limiting projection, and a part of the mounting main body are all housed within the mounting groove, and the mounting main body is drilled into the mounting opening. As a result, when installing the glass load-bearing member, the glass load-bearing member is attached to the load-bearing fixing member so as to rotate, and while rotating the glass load-bearing member downwards, the end of the mounting position limiting part that is away from the load-bearing main body is hooked into the mounting groove through the mounting opening. This causes the load-bearing main body of the glass load-bearing member to gradually move downwards towards the non-contact material and the heat insulating material, more effectively avoiding overlap between the load-bearing main body and the non-contact material and / or heat insulating material when installing the glass load-bearing member, and avoiding bridging of the lower profile.

[0011] Furthermore, a position limiting assembly is provided between the mounting position limiting portion and the load-bearing fixing member, and when one end of the mounting position limiting portion away from the load-bearing main body is incorporated into the mounting groove, the position limiting assembly restricts the movement of the mounting position limiting portion relative to the load-bearing fixing member. A preferred structure of the position limiting assembly includes a first connection hole opened in the mounting main body, a second connection hole opened in the bottom profile body, and a position limiting member, the position limiting member being fixed to the first and second connection holes. The position limiting assembly more reliably restricts displacement after the glass load-bearing member is attached to the load-bearing fixing member, ensuring that the glass load-bearing member does not move relative to the load-bearing fixing member during and after the subsequent installation of the joinery glass, thereby ensuring the initial external force distribution and ensuring the rationality of the external force on the lower profile.

[0012] Preferably, the first connection hole is a counterbore hole, and the position limiting member is a countersunk position limiting member, and the upper end of the position limiting member is kept from being higher than the upper surface of the mounting body so that the position limiting member does not interfere with the subsequent installation of the window glass.

[0013] Furthermore, the glass load-bearing member is a single-piece molded material and an aluminum profile, which is convenient for production and provides the glass load-bearing member itself with better structural strength.

[0014] Furthermore, the aforementioned window glass load-bearing structure includes a glass spacer provided on the upper surface of the load-bearing main body and fixedly connected to the load-bearing main body. By installing the glass spacer, direct contact between the window glass and the aluminum profile glass load-bearing member is avoided. In particular, the glass spacer and the load-bearing main body are fixedly connected, so that the glass spacer does not shift relative to the load-bearing main body of the glass load-bearing member during and after the installation of the window glass, the external force distribution of the glass load-bearing member after the installation of the window glass is not changed, and the rationality of the external force on the lower profile is reliably ensured.

[0015] Preferably, the glass spacer is a self-adhesive spacer, and the glass spacer is adhesively fixed to the load-bearing main body, making it easy to fix and install the glass spacer and reducing costs.

[0016] This application provides a joinery that may be a fixed joinery that cannot be opened, or an openable joinery that can be opened. When the joinery is a fixed joinery, it includes a fixed outer frame, a joinery glass fixed to the fixed outer frame, and the above-mentioned load-bearing structure for the joinery glass, and when the load-bearing structure for the joinery glass is positioned between the lower end of the joinery glass and the fixed outer frame, the lower profile in the load-bearing structure for the joinery glass is a profile attached to the lower end of the joinery glass in the fixed outer frame. When the joinery is an openable joinery, it includes a fixed outer frame, a sliding screen that is movably attached to the fixed outer frame, and the above-mentioned load-bearing structure for the joinery glass, and when the sliding screen includes a sliding screen frame and a joinery glass fixed to the sliding screen frame, and when the load-bearing structure for the joinery glass is positioned between the lower end of the joinery glass in the sliding screen and the sliding screen frame, the lower profile in the load-bearing structure for the joinery glass is a profile attached to the lower end of the joinery glass in the sliding screen frame. [Effects of the Invention]

[0017] As described above, the load-bearing structure for glass in building fixtures and the building fixtures according to the present invention have the following beneficial effects.

[0018] In this invention, when the glass load-bearing member is installed, and when and after the installation of the window glass, the first position limiting projection and the edge-side profile body abut and connect, the second position limiting projection and the profile hook portion abut and connect, and the mounting body portion and the bottom-side profile body abut and connect, thereby preventing the glass load-bearing member from moving relative to the load-bearing fixing material. On the one hand, it ensures that the glass load-bearing member is always suspended above the insulation material and non-contact material, and effectively prevents the load-bearing body portion of the glass load-bearing member from shifting and overlapping with the non-contact material and / or insulation material of the lower profile, thereby effectively preventing the bridge cutoff profile of the lower profile from forming a bridge, ensuring the insulation performance of the lower profile and ensuring the heat retention performance of the window. On the other hand, it ensures that the optimal external force distribution of the glass load-bearing member is guaranteed, ultimately rationalizing the external force on the lower profile and ensuring the load-bearing capacity of the lower profile. [0024] This application provides a load-bearing structure for window glass and a window in which the said load-bearing structure for window glass is installed.

[0025] To facilitate explanation, in the following examples, the definitions of each direction are as follows: The width direction of the joinery is defined as the left-right direction, the height direction of the joinery is defined as the up-down direction, and the thickness direction of the joinery is defined as the front-back direction. The thickness direction of the joinery is also the interior-exterior direction, with the exterior direction being the front direction and the interior direction being the rear direction. Based on this, in the drawings shown in Figures 1 and 11, the left and right sides of the paper are the front and rear directions, respectively, the top and bottom sides of the paper are the up and down directions, respectively, and the front and back sides of the paper are the left and right directions, respectively.

[0026] As shown in Figure 1 or Figure 11, the load-bearing structure for window glass according to the present invention includes a lower profile 20 for attachment to the lower end of the window glass 10 and a glass load-bearing member 30, wherein the longitudinal direction of the lower profile 20 and the glass load-bearing member 30 coincides with the width direction of the window, and both are in the left-right direction. The lower profile 20 is a bridge cutoff profile, and the window glass load-bearing structure is a glass support structure for which the bridge cutoff profile supports the window glass 10. The bridge cutoff profile constituting the lower profile 20 includes an indoor profile 23 distributed on the rear side, an outdoor profile 22 distributed on the front side, and an insulating material 21 fixed and fitted between the indoor profile 23 and the outdoor profile 22, wherein the insulating material 21 is preferably PK material, and the indoor profile 23 and the outdoor profile 22 are preferably integrally molded aluminum profiles.

[0027] Furthermore, in the indoor profile 23 and the outdoor profile 22, one is a load-bearing fixing member 40 that fixes and attaches the glass load-bearing member 30, and the other is a non-contact member 110 that does not come into contact with the glass load-bearing member 30. Thus, the window glass load-bearing structure has two embodiments. In Embodiment 1 of the window glass load-bearing structure, as shown in Figure 1, the glass load-bearing member 30 is fixed to the indoor profile 23 and does not come into contact with the outdoor profile 22. In this case, the indoor profile 23 constitutes the load-bearing fixing member 40, and the outdoor profile 22 constitutes the non-contact member 110. In Embodiment 2 of the window glass load-bearing structure, as shown in Figure 11, the glass load-bearing member 30 is fixed to the outdoor profile 22 and does not come into contact with the indoor profile 23. In this case, the outdoor profile 22 constitutes the load-bearing fixing member 40, and the indoor profile 23 constitutes the non-contact member 110. Examples 1 and 2 of the load-bearing glass structure for joinery are front and rear mirror structures. Below, we will describe preferred structures for the lower profile 20 and glass load-bearing member 30 using Example 1 of the load-bearing glass structure for joinery as an example.

[0028] As shown in Figures 1, 6e, and 7e, the glass load-bearing member 30 includes a load-bearing main body 31 and an installation position limiting part 32 fixed to the interior side (i.e., rear side) of the load-bearing main body 31. The window glass 10 is mounted above the load-bearing main body 31, and the window glass 10 is supported by the load-bearing main body 31. The upper surface of the load-bearing main body 31 is a horizontal plane, and the installation position limiting part 32 is attached to the interior side profile 23. This allows the entire glass load-bearing member 30 to be attached to the interior side profile 23, or the entire glass load-bearing member 30 to be fixed and attached to the lower side profile 20.

[0029] In particular, as shown in Figure 1, the indoor-side profile 23 (i.e., load-bearing fixing member 40) includes an edge-side profile body 41 located on the indoor side (i.e., rear side) of the mounting position limiting section 32, a bottom-side profile body 42 located below the mounting position limiting section 32, and a profile hook portion 43 fixed to the outdoor side (i.e., front side) of the edge-side profile body 41. The profile hook portion 43 is substantially inverted L-shaped and has a horizontal portion extending horizontally forward from the front wall surface of the edge-side profile body 41 and a vertical portion extending vertically downward from the front end of the horizontal portion, with the vertical portion suspended above the bottom-side profile body 42. As a result, a mounting groove 44 is formed between the edge-side profile body 41, the bottom-side profile body 42, and the profile hook portion 43, and a mounting opening 45 is located at one outdoor end (i.e., the front end) of the mounting groove 44. In other words, the mounting groove 44 is formed on the front side of the edge-side profile body 41, on the upper side of the bottom-side profile body 42, and on the inner circumference side of the profile hook portion 43, and the mounting opening 45 is formed between the vertical portion of the profile hook portion 43 and the bottom-side profile body 42. As shown in Figures 2 to 5, the mounting position limiting portion 32 includes a mounting body portion 321, a first position limiting projection 322 that protrudes rearward from the indoor side of the mounting body portion 321 toward the interior, and a second position limiting projection 323 that protrudes upward from the top of the mounting body portion 321.

[0030] When attaching the glass load-bearing member 30 to the indoor profile 23, one indoor end (i.e., the rear end) of the mounting position limiting portion 32 is fitted into the mounting groove 44 of the indoor profile 23. Once the indoor end of the mounting position limiting portion 32 is fitted into the mounting groove 44 and attached to the predetermined position, as shown in Figure 1, the first position limiting projection 322, the second position limiting projection 323, and the rear end portion of the mounting body portion 321 are housed within the mounting groove 44, and the mounting body portion 321 is drilled into the mounting opening 45. In particular, the indoor end (i.e., rear end) of the first position-limiting projection 322 and the front outer wall surface of the edge-side profile body 41, the outdoor end (i.e., front end) of the second position-limiting projection 323 and the inner wall surface of the profile hook portion 43 (i.e., the rear wall surface of the vertical portion), and the bottom of the mounting body portion 321 and the upper outer wall surface of the bottom-side profile body 42 are all in contact and joined together, and the portion of the glass load-bearing member 30 located directly above the insulation material 21 and the outdoor profile 22 (i.e., the non-contact material 110) (i.e., the front portion of the load-bearing body portion 31 and the mounting body portion 321) is suspended above the insulation material 21 and the outdoor profile 22. As a result, a gap 90 is formed between the glass load-bearing member 30 and the insulation material 21 and the outdoor profile 22. The outer wall surface of the edge-side profile body 41 that abuts against the rear end of the first position-limiting projection 322, and the inner wall surface of the profile hook portion 43 that abuts against the front end of the second position-limiting projection 323, are the groove walls of the mounting groove 44.

[0031] In the load-bearing structure for window glass according to the present invention, after the glass load-bearing member 30 is attached to the interior-side profile 23, the rear end of the first position-limiting projection 322 abuts against and connects with the edge-side profile body 41, the front end of the second position-limiting projection 323 abuts against and connects with the profile hook portion 43, and the lower end of the mounting body portion 321 abuts against and connects with the bottom-side profile body 42, thereby achieving position restriction at three points. As a result, after the installation of the glass load-bearing member 30, and during and after the installation of the subsequent window glass 10, the three-point position restriction structure between the rear end of the glass load-bearing member 30 and the interior-side profile 23 effectively restricts the forward and backward movement of the glass load-bearing member 30 in the interior-exterior direction, as well as restricting the downward movement of the glass load-bearing member 30, so that the glass load-bearing member 30 does not move relative to the interior-side profile 23. Based on this, on the one hand, it is ensured that the load-bearing main body 31 and the mounting main body 321 of the glass load-bearing member 30 are always suspended above the insulation material 21 and the exterior profile 22, and that there is a gap 90 between the glass load-bearing member 30 and the insulation material 21 and the exterior profile 22, so that they do not come into contact or overlap. In particular, by effectively preventing the load-bearing main body 31 of the glass load-bearing member 30 from shifting and overlapping with the exterior profile 22 of the lower profile 20 and / or the insulation material 21, the bridge cutoff profiles constituting the lower profile 20 are effectively prevented from bridging, the insulation performance of the lower profile 20 is ensured, and the heat retention performance of the building component is ensured. On the other hand, the glass load-bearing member 30 reliably transmits the gravity of the window glass 10 to the interior profile 23, and by preventing the external force distribution from changing due to the displacement of the glass load-bearing member 30, the optimal external force distribution of the glass load-bearing member 30 is guaranteed, the external force on the lower profile 20 is rationalized, and the load-bearing capacity of the lower profile 20 is secured.

[0032] Clearly, the load-bearing glass structure for building components according to this application effectively guarantees optimal heat retention performance of the lower profile 20, effectively reduces heat flow loss of the lower profile 20, and is advantageous for promoting energy conservation and environmental protection policies. At the same time, it reliably guarantees the energy-saving effect of the entire building component, and when a certain amount of energy is consumed, it can increase the overall dimensions and area of the building component, increase the field of view and natural light in the room, and strengthen the competitiveness of the building component. Furthermore, the load-bearing glass structure for building components according to this application also effectively guarantees the optimal load-bearing effect of the lower profile 20, improves the rationality of the external forces on the entire building component, and extends the service life of the entire building component.

[0033] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, a first position-restricting plane 324 is provided at the rear end of the first position-restricting projection 322, and the first position-restricting plane 324 is in surface contact with the front outer wall surface of the edge-side profile body 41. A second position-restricting plane 325 is provided at the front end of the second position-restricting projection 323, and the second position-restricting plane 325 is in surface contact with the inner wall surface of the profile hook portion 43. A third position-restricting plane 326 is provided at the bottom of the mounting body portion 321, and the third position-restricting plane 326 is in surface contact with the upper outer wall surface of the bottom-side profile body 42. As a result, the first position-restricting projection 322 and the edge-side profile body 41, the second position-restricting projection 323 and the profile hook portion 43, and the mounting body portion 321 and the bottom-side profile body 42 are all connected by surface contact, have a large contact area, and more reliably restrict the forward and backward movement and downward movement of the glass load-bearing member 30, thereby avoiding bridging. At the same time, the glass load-bearing member 30 more reliably transmits the gravity of the window glass 10 to the interior profile 23, ultimately effectively improving the overall heat retention performance and rationality of external forces of the window and extending the overall service life of the window and door.

[0034] Preferably, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, the longitudinal directions of the first position limiting projection 322 and the second position limiting projection 323 coincide with the longitudinal direction of the glass load-bearing member 30, and their lengths are equal. At the same time, the longitudinal directions of the first position limiting plane 324, the second position limiting plane 325, and the third position limiting plane 326 also coincide with the longitudinal direction of the glass load-bearing member 30, and their lengths are equal. As a result, the first position-limiting projection 322, the second position-limiting projection 323, the first position-limiting plane 324, the second position-limiting plane 325, and the third position-limiting plane 326 are structured to extend continuously in the longitudinal direction of the glass load-bearing member 30, improving the reliability of surface contact between the first position-limiting projection 322 and the edge-side profile body 41, between the second position-limiting projection 323 and the profile hook portion 43, and between the mounting body portion 321 and the bottom-side profile body 42, and also improving the position-limiting stopper effect after the glass load-bearing member 30 is installed in a predetermined position.

[0035] Preferably, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, the first position limiting plane 324, the second position limiting plane 325, and the third position limiting plane 326 exhibit a triangular distribution. After the glass load-bearing member 30 is attached to a predetermined position, the points where the first position limiting projection 322 and the edge-side profile body 41 abut and connect, the points where the second position limiting projection 323 and the profile hook portion 43 abut and connect, and the points where the mounting body portion 321 and the bottom-side profile body 42 abut and connect also exhibit a triangular distribution, ensuring a position limiting effect on the glass load-bearing member 30.

[0036] Preferably, the glass load-bearing member 30 is a integrally molded material and an aluminum profile, which is convenient for production and provides the glass load-bearing member 30 itself with better structural strength. Of course, in other embodiments, the glass load-bearing member 30 may be a stainless steel profile.

[0037] Furthermore, the mounting opening 45 of the indoor profile 23 allows the first position limiting projection 322 and the second position limiting projection 323 of the glass load-bearing member 30 to enter the mounting groove 44 from the outdoor side of the mounting groove 44. Based on this, when the indoor end of the mounting position limiting part 32 is fitted into the mounting groove 44, as shown in Figures 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, and 8, the second position limiting projection 323 and the first position limiting projection 322 are positioned back and forth and hooked into the mounting groove 44 via the mounting opening 45, and the glass load-bearing member 30 is rotated and attached to the mounting groove 44 of the indoor profile 23 on the front side of the indoor profile 23. Specifically, as shown in Figures 6a and 7a, first the glass load-bearing member 30 is tilted at a relatively large angle, and the second position limiting projection 323 is hooked into the mounting groove 44 via the mounting opening 45. Subsequently, the front end of the glass load-bearing member 30 is rotated downwards, and in the process, as shown in Figures 6b, 7b, and 8, the second position limiting projection 323 gradually approaches the rear wall surface of the vertical portion of the profile hook portion 43, the first position limiting projection 322 is hooked into the mounting groove 44 through the mounting opening 45, and as the second position limiting plane 325 at the front end of the second position limiting projection 323 gradually approaches the front wall surface of the edge-side profile body 41 until it contacts the inner wall surface of the profile hook portion 43, the rear end of the mounting position limiting portion 32 is fully fitted into the mounting groove 44, and the mounting position limiting portion 32 is installed in a predetermined position within the mounting groove 44. In this case, the first position limiting plane 324 at the rear end of the first position limiting projection 322 contacts the front wall surface of the edge-side profile body 41, and the third position limiting plane 326 at the lower end of the mounting body portion 321 contacts the upper wall surface of the bottom-side profile body 42. The glass load-bearing member 30 is attached to the indoor profile 23 so as to rotate, and as the glass load-bearing member 30 is rotated downwards, the indoor end of the mounting position limiting part 32 is hooked into the mounting groove 44 through the mounting opening 45, so that during the installation process of the glass load-bearing member 30, the load-bearing main body 31 of the glass load-bearing member 30 gradually moves downwards and approaches the outdoor profile 22 and the insulation material 21, more effectively avoiding the load-bearing main body 31 overlapping with the outdoor profile 22 and / or the insulation material 21 when installing the glass load-bearing member 30, and avoiding bridging of the lower profile 20.

[0038] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2, 4, and 5, an inclined surface 33 is provided on the bottom surface of the glass load-bearing member 30, and the inclined surface 33 covers the entire bottom surface of the load-bearing main body 31 and a portion of the front bottom surface of the mounting main body 321. That is, the front end of the inclined surface 33 extends forward to the front end of the bottom of the load-bearing main body 31, and the rear end of the inclined surface 33 extends backward to the front end of the third position limiting plane 326 at the bottom of the mounting main body 321. The inclined surface 33 is provided so as to be inclined upward as it moves away from the indoor profile 23, or the inclined surface 33 is inclined upward toward the front. The installation of the inclined surface 33 creates a gap 90 between the glass load-bearing member 30 and the insulation material 21 and the outdoor profile 22. As a result, the load-bearing main body 31 and a portion of the mounting main body 321 are suspended above the insulation material 21 and the outdoor profile 22. This makes it easy to realize a structure in which the load-bearing main body 31 and a part of the mounting main body 321 are suspended from the insulation material 21 and the exterior profile 22, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the glass load-bearing member 30.

[0039] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 1, a position limiting assembly is provided between the mounting position limiting section 32 and the indoor-side profile 23. When one indoor-side end of the mounting position limiting section 32 is fitted into the mounting groove 44, the position limiting assembly restricts the movement of the mounting position limiting section 32 relative to the indoor-side profile 23, thereby restricting the lateral movement of the glass load-bearing member 30 in the longitudinal direction. The position limiting assembly more reliably restricts displacement of the glass load-bearing member 30 after it has been attached to the indoor-side profile 23, ensuring that the glass load-bearing member 30 does not move relative to the indoor-side profile 23 during and after the subsequent installation of the joinery glass 10, thereby guaranteeing the initial external force distribution and ensuring the rationality of the external force on the lower profile 20.

[0040] Furthermore, a preferred structure of the position limiting assembly, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, has two sets of position limiting assemblies, each set including a first connection hole 327 opened in the mounting body 321, a second connection hole 46 opened in the bottom profile body 42, and a vertically provided position limiting member 50, the position limiting member 50 being fixed to the first connection hole 327 and the second connection hole 46. Preferably, the first connection hole 327 is a counterbore hole, and the position limiting member 50 is a countersunk position limiting member 51 (e.g., a countersunk screw), so as to prevent the upper end of the position limiting member 50 from being higher than the upper surface of the mounting body 321, the position limiting member 50 from interfering with the subsequent installation of the joinery glass 10. Of course, in other embodiments, a pin may be selected for the position limiting member 50. In other embodiments, the position limiting assembly may consist of multiple position limiting blocks protruding upward from the upper surface of the bottom profile body 42, and the position limiting blocks are installed on the mounting body 321.

[0041] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 1, the window glass load-bearing structure includes a glass spacer 60 provided on the upper surface of the load-bearing main body 31 and fixedly connected to the load-bearing main body 31. By installing the glass spacer 60, direct contact between the window glass 10 and the aluminum profile glass load-bearing member 30 is avoided. In particular, the glass spacer 60 and the load-bearing main body 31 are fixedly connected, so that the glass spacer 60 does not shift relative to the load-bearing main body 31 of the glass load-bearing member 30 during and after the installation of the window glass 10, the external force distribution of the glass load-bearing member 30 after the installation of the window glass 10 is not changed, and the rationality of the external force on the lower profile 20 is reliably ensured. There are multiple methods for fixing the glass spacer 60 to the load-bearing main body 31, such as adhesive fixing, screw fixing, or buckle-type fixing. In this embodiment, the glass spacer 60 is a self-adhesive spacer, and the glass spacer 60 is adhesively fixed to the load-bearing main body 31, making it easy to fix and install the glass spacer 60 and reducing costs.

[0042] As described above, the installation process for the load-bearing glass structure for building fixtures having the above structure includes the following steps.

[0043] Step S1: As shown in Figures 6a and 7a, the glass load-bearing member 30 is tilted upward and forward with respect to the horizontal plane, and by creating a relatively large tilt angle, the second position limiting projection 323 is inserted into the mounting groove 44 from the mounting opening 45 of the indoor profile 23.

[0044] Step S2: As shown in Figures 6b, 7b, and 8, the glass load-bearing member 30 is rotated downwards while the rear end of the mounting position limiting portion 32 is hooked into the mounting groove 44 through the mounting opening 45. During this process, the first position limiting projection 322 is inserted into the mounting groove 44 from the mounting opening 45 of the indoor-side profile 23. As the glass load-bearing member 30 continues to rotate, the first position limiting plane 324 at the rear end of the first position limiting projection 322 contacts the front wall surface of the edge-side profile body 41, the second position limiting plane 325 at the front end of the second position limiting projection 323 contacts the inner wall surface of the profile hook portion 43, and the third position limiting plane 326 at the lower end of the mounting body portion 321 contacts the upper wall surface of the bottom-side profile body 42, forming position limits at multiple points and restricting the continuous rotation of the glass load-bearing member 30. This secures the glass load-bearing member 30 in a predetermined position within the mounting groove 44, and the rear end of the mounting position limiting portion 32 is fully fitted into the mounting groove 44.

[0045] Step S3: As shown in Figures 6c and 7c, the countersunk screws are screwed in sequentially into the first connection hole 327 in the mounting body 321 and the second connection hole 46 in the bottom profile body 42 to complete the installation of the position limiting member 50.

[0046] Step S4: As shown in Figures 6d and 7d, the self-adhesive glass spacer 60 is fixed to the upper surface of the load-bearing body 31 of the glass load-bearing member 30, completing the fixing and installation of the glass spacer 60. This completes the installation of the window glass load-bearing structure. Then, as shown in Figures 6e and 7e, the window glass 10 is attached to the lower profile 20.

[0047] The above-described load-bearing structure for building glass employs a combination structure of multiple components consisting of a lower profile 20, a glass load-bearing member 30, a position limiting member 50, and a self-adhesive glass spacer 60. This improves upon the tendency of the glass load-bearing member 30 and glass spacer 60 to move in conventional technology, effectively preventing the glass load-bearing member 30 from overlapping with the exterior profile 22 and / or insulation material 21 of the lower profile 20, thereby impairing the insulation effect of the lower profile 20 and reliably guaranteeing optimal heat retention performance and load-bearing effect of the lower profile 20.

[0048] Based on the fact that both Embodiment 1 and Embodiment 2 of the load-bearing structure for window and window glass have front and rear mirror structures, in Embodiment 2 of the load-bearing structure for window and window glass, as shown in Figure 11, the edge-side profile body 41, the bottom-side profile body 42, and the profile hook portion 43 are structural features of the exterior-side profile 22, with the edge-side profile body 41 distributed on the exterior side (i.e., the front side) of the mounting position limiting portion 32, and the profile hook portion 43 fixed to the interior side (i.e., the rear side) of the edge-side profile body 41. After the glass load-bearing member 30 is attached to the exterior profile 22, and during and after the subsequent installation of the joinery glass 10, the three-point positional restriction structure between the front end of the glass load-bearing member 30 and the exterior profile 22 effectively restricts the forward and backward movement of the glass load-bearing member 30 in the indoor-outdoor direction, as well as restricting the downward movement of the glass load-bearing member 30, preventing the glass load-bearing member 30 from moving relative to the exterior profile 22. This ensures that there is a gap 90 between the glass load-bearing member 30 and the insulation material 21 and the interior profile 23, and that they do not come into contact or overlap. In particular, by effectively preventing the load-bearing main body 31 of the glass load-bearing member 30 from shifting and overlapping with the interior profile 23 of the lower profile 20 and / or the insulation material 21, the bridge cutoff profiles constituting the lower profile 20 effectively prevent bridging, ensuring the insulation performance of the lower profile 20 and the heat retention performance of the joinery. Furthermore, the optimal external force distribution of the glass load-bearing member 30 is reliably guaranteed, the external force on the lower profile 20 is rationalized, and the load-bearing capacity of the lower profile 20 is ensured.

[0049] Furthermore, the present invention further provides two embodiments of a joinery to which the above-described load-bearing structure for joinery glass is attached.
