[0007] The embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 4 show one embodiment of the opening device of the present invention. As shown in Figure 1, this opening device improves thermal insulation performance by providing an inner window (window) 1 on the indoor side of a window opening 8 on which an existing outer window 7 is attached on the outdoor side. In this opening device, when installing the inner window 1, the depth of the existing frame 4 is insufficient to secure space for the inner window 1. [Claim 1] An opening device comprising a window, a furring frame, and a reinforcing member, wherein the furring frame is attached to the interior side of the frame, the window is attached to the inner circumference side of the furring frame, and the reinforcing member is formed in a substantially L-shaped cross section with a short piece and a long piece, so that the lower surface of the furring frame can be supported by either the short piece or the long piece.
