Abstract

A combustion chamber for generating high-temperature gas comprises a container (1) having a container wall (2), at least one inlet duct (C1, C2) for introducing flammable and combustible gases into the container (1), an ignition device in the form of at least one electrode (E1, E2) capable of generating a spark within the container (1), and an exhaust duct (S). At least one inlet arm (B1, B2) includes at least one of the passages (P1, P2) for the inlet duct (C1, C2) and the at least one electrode (E1, E2), which is surrounded by an electrically insulating material. The inlet duct (C1, C2) and the passage (P1, P2) have offset axes parallel to each other.
