Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a wireless charging device, and more particularly to a wireless charging device with a heat dissipation structure. [Background technology]

[0002] With the rapid development of technology, mobile devices have become an indispensable part of our daily lives, and when used for long periods of time, we often need to replenish power via an in-car charger. To improve convenience, more and more users are choosing wireless charging technology to avoid the trouble of tangling charging cables when using wired charging. Users simply place their devices on a charging pad and magnetically connect the mobile device and charging pad to automatically start charging. With the advancement of fast charging technology, the wireless charging current is now controlled by the mobile device, but the main factor that prevents full power charging is battery overheating. Overheating not only shortens the battery life, but can also cause damage and even explosion. Therefore, the main challenge of wireless fast charging technology is how to control the battery temperature below 38°C during high-power charging.

[0003] To further explain, the charging coil of the wireless charging device generates heat during operation, so it is necessary to install a heat sink and use a fan to cool it to avoid heat transfer to the battery of the mobile device. However, under high-power charging conditions, it is difficult to quickly dissipate the heat in the charging device, and the charging device and the mobile device are heated at the same time, which not only affects the charging efficiency but also may shorten the service life of the equipment.

[0004] A receiving coil is installed on the back of the mobile device, which converts the magnetic energy of wireless charging into electric current to charge the battery, and heat energy is also generated in the process. Since the battery generates heat in the process of converting the electric current into chemical energy and storing it, a fan is also required on the back of the mobile device to help dissipate the heat. Therefore, how to provide sufficient airflow for the wireless charging equipment and the mobile device to remove heat energy is an important issue in the current technology improvement. [0039] Among them, the first housing 41 further has two guide plates 64 installed on the inner surface of the first housing 41 corresponding to the two intake parts 411, respectively (see FIG. 8). The ends of the two guide plates 64 are connected to the intake passage of the fan 55, so that the guide plates 64 form a common boundary between the intake part 411 and the intake passage of the fan 55. [0040] In the second embodiment, the airflow flowing through the diverter port 63 is finally guided to a position different from that in the first embodiment. Specifically, the airflow blown out from the fan 55 enters the diverter portion 61, and a part of the airflow passes through the intake port 62 and enters the ventilation duct between the two side plates 612, is discharged from the exhaust holes 412a of the first housing 41, is blown onto the two mobile devices, and dissipates heat to the mobile devices connected to the two charging units 42. Another part of the airflow flows into the two diverter ports 63 between the side plate 612 and the guide plate 64, blows toward the heat sinks 44 of the two charging units 42, and is discharged from the airflow outlet portions 54 of the second housing 51, accelerating the heat dissipation performance of the heat sink 44.
