Abstract

The present invention discloses a partition testing device for monitoring the voltage and temperature inside a fuel cell, which includes a fuel cell stack, a fuel cell testing platform, a temperature data collector, and a voltage data collector. The fuel cell stack includes a front end plate and a rear end plate, with front bipolar plates and rear bipolar plates respectively disposed on opposite sides of the front end plate and the rear end plate. D cells are uniformly disposed between the front and rear bipolar plates, with the D cells being hermetically connected and distributed sequentially from the front bipolar plate to the rear bipolar plate. A closing plate is disposed between the front and rear bipolar plates and the D cells. A water channel is disposed between each D cell, and a water channel is also disposed between the closing plate and the D cells. The voltage and temperature inside the fuel cell furnace can be measured in real time without changing the shape of the plates or affecting the airtightness of the fuel cell stack. The measurement results are of guiding significance for improving fuel cell raw materials, assembly conditions, and operating conditions.
