Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus for a strip-like product in which multiple element members such as a sheet-like bag are connected, and in particular to a manufacturing method for a strip-like product that enables the boundaries of element members to be separated at any point and then reconnected. [Background technology]

[0002] Methods and devices for collectively producing a series of continuous packages from a strip of film are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] In a series of packages, for example, when there is a defect at a specific position, it may be necessary to remove the defect and connect the previous and next packages. In this case, it is possible to connect the previous and next packages with a perforated tape, but the perforated tape may cause foreign matter to be mixed in due to partial peeling, and the work of adhering the perforated tape to both packages involves complicated work such as positioning the perforated tape, which is not easy to work with. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2006-44704 A Summary of the Invention

[0005] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned background technology, and aims to provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus for a strip-shaped product that enables easy connection of a pair of element parts, such as a pair of packaging bodies included in the whole.

[0006] To achieve the above objectives ofThe method for manufacturing a strip-like product is a method for manufacturing a strip-like product in which a plurality of sheet-like element members that are separably connected are connected, and a movement limiting member is used to overlap the outer periphery of a pair of separated element members by a predetermined width on a base, and a welding device is used to connect a plurality of point-like locations in the overlapping area of the pair of element members.

[0007] According to the above manufacturing method, a plurality of points in the overlapping area of a pair of element members are connected by welding using a welding device, which avoids the inconvenience of workability and other inconveniences that occur when connecting with perforated tape. Also, in the above method, the outer peripheries of the pair of separated element members are overlapped by a predetermined width on the base using a movement limiting member, so that the amount of overlap can be accurately adjusted, which prevents a situation in which the overlap is too large and the main body of the element members is damaged, or a situation in which the overlap is too small and the pair of element members are separated in an unintended situation due to an incomplete connection.

[0008] In a specific embodiment or aspect of the present invention, the base is provided with a support member that is provided in correspondence with the overlap region and that receives a bonding point that is biased by a point welding head provided on the welding device. In this case, welding can be performed by sandwiching the overlap region between the support member and the point welding head.

[0009] In another aspect of the present invention, the pair of element members can be forcibly separated at the welded portion, in which case the pair of element members that have once been connected can be separated again when in use.

[0010] In yet another aspect of the present invention, when the connection end of a first element member of a pair of element members that is positioned on the pedestal first is positioned on the pedestal by operating a first stopper of the movement limiting member, and the connection end of a second element member of the pair of element members that is positioned on the pedestal later is positioned on the pedestal by operating a second stopper of the movement limiting member, the connection end of the first element member is raised relative to the connection end of the second element member by the lifting caused when the second stopper is operated, and the connection end of the second element member is moved below the connection end of the first element member. In this case, the connection end of the first element member can be raised relative to the connection end of the second element member by the lifting caused when the second stopper is operated after the operation of the first stopper, and the connection end of the second element member can be moved below the connection end of the first element member, so that the connection end of the second element member and the connection end of the first element member overlap.

[0011] In yet another aspect of the present invention, the first element member is disposed on the rear side of the support member in the feed direction of the base, and the second element member is disposed on the front side of the support member in the feed direction of the base. In this case, by retracting the second element member at a predetermined timing while feeding the first element member and the second element member on the base, it becomes possible for them to partially overlap each other.

[0012] In still another aspect of the present invention, a biasing device is further provided for biasing the overlap region against the base. In this case, even if the pair of element members are bent, for example, in a wavy manner, at the overlap region, they can be flattened, and not only can the welded overlap region be flattened, but the welding can be ensured.

[0013] In yet another aspect of the present invention, the plurality of element members are initially connected by perforations. In this case, the plurality of element members can be separated by the perforations when removing unnecessary portions from the plurality of element members, and even after welding, the connection points of the plurality of element members other than the adhesive points can be separated by the perforations.

[0014] To achieve the above objectives ofThe belt-like product manufacturing apparatus is a belt-like product manufacturing apparatus that connects a plurality of separably connected sheet-like element members, and is equipped with a movement limiting member for overlapping the outer periphery of a pair of separated element members by a predetermined width on a base, and a welding device having a plurality of point welding heads that connect a plurality of point-like locations in the overlapping area of the pair of element members.

[0015] According to the above-mentioned manufacturing apparatus, a plurality of points in the overlapping area of a pair of element members can be connected by welding using a welding device, and it is possible to avoid the inconveniences of workability and other inconveniences that occur when connecting with a perforated tape. In addition, in the above-mentioned apparatus, the outer peripheries of the separated pair of element members can be overlapped by a predetermined width on the base by the movement limiting member, so that the overlap amount can be accurately adjusted. [0017] [First embodiment] An object manufactured by the apparatus and method for manufacturing a strip-like product according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1(A) and 1(B). Figure 1(A) shows a strip-like product 10 before completion, and Figure 1(B) shows a strip-like product 11 after completion.

[0018] Referring to FIG. 1(A), the unfinished strip-shaped product 10 is a series of bags 10a, which are sheet-like element members having a rectangular outline, connected in a row, and initially connected by perforations 18. That is, the series of bags (element members) 10a are connected separably by the perforations 18. The perforations 18 are a number of small holes formed by making periodic cuts along the boundary line of the strip-shaped product 10, and allow the individual bags 10a to be separated along the perforations 18. The strip-shaped product 10 is formed as a whole from a sheet material or the like, but is separated into individual bags 10a when used. The bag 10a functions as a container capable of storing liquids such as water and oil, with a pair of base sheets 12 superimposed one on the other and bonded liquid-tightly at a seal portion 13 at the periphery, and the bag 10a has a barrier performance and strength according to the application of the bag 10a, and is composed of a single layer or multiple layers. The upper base sheet 12 is provided with a spout 14. A threaded portion is formed around the periphery of the spout 14 for screwing a cap (not shown) thereon, making it possible to inject fluid into the bag 10a or to drain liquid from the bag 10a.

[0019] Referring to FIG. 1(B), the completed strip-shaped product 11 has an overlap joint 11p at one location. The strip-shaped product 11 has a plurality of dot-like adhesives 11q at the overlap joint 11p, which corresponds to the overlap region. The dot-like adhesives 11q connect a pair of front and rear bags (element members) 10a by welding, and both bags 10a can be forcibly separated at the dot-like adhesives 11q, which correspond to adhesive spots 11j as dot-like spots. That is, the dot-like adhesives 11q function in the same way as the perforations 18. The completed strip-shaped product 11 is a product of the bags 10a constituting the uncompleted strip-shaped product 10 shown in FIG. 1(A), specifically, one bag Bn1 is removed from the series of bags ..., Bn0, Bn1, Bn2, ... Here, the removed bag Bn1 has defects in appearance and function, such as foreign matter and scratches, on the bag 10a and the spout 14, and may occur unavoidably in the manufacturing process. In the completed strip-shaped product 11, the remaining bags excluding the defective bag Bn1 are connected to the unfinished strip-shaped product 10. An overlap connection portion 11p is provided to connect the front and rear bags Bn0 and Bn2 excluding the defective bag Bn1. The front strip-shaped product 11a and the rear strip-shaped product 11b, which have been separated once, are connected by the overlap connection portion 11p to form the strip-shaped product 11 including the required number of bags 10a. In the illustrated example, one bag Bn1 is removed from the strip-shaped product 10, but two or more bags 10a may be removed from the strip-shaped product 10. In addition, when two strip-shaped products 10 manufactured separately are connected to form the strip-shaped product 11, the overlap connection portion 11p is formed between the two strip-shaped products 10.

[0020] 2 is a conceptual cross-sectional view illustrating a shipment 20 in which a strip-like product 11 is packed. The strip-like product 11 is folded and stored in, for example, a paper box container 21. The strip-like product 11 may be folded into one bag 10a or two or more bags 10a. A cap (not shown) may be attached to the spout 14 provided for each bag 10a. When in use, the strip-like product 11 is removed from the box container 21 and separated into individual bags 10a by cutting along the perforations 18 or adhesive portions 11j shown in FIG. 1(B).

[0021] 3 is a conceptual diagram including a perspective view for explaining a manufacturing apparatus for the strip-like product 11 shown in FIG. 1(B) etc. The manufacturing apparatus 100 includes a connecting device 30, an overlap mechanism driving unit 50, a welding head driving unit 60, a seal pin contact pressure equalizing mechanism 70, a sensor driving unit 2, an operation unit 81, and a control unit 90.

[0022] The connecting device 30 has a base 32 including a plurality of plate-like bodies 32a fixed to a frame 31, and supports the strip-like product 11 or the strip-like product 10 on the base 32. The base 32 has a smooth surface and allows the strip-like product 11 to move forward D1. Guides 33 are provided on both sides of the base 32, which guide and hold the strip-like product 11 so as not to shift its position laterally when the strip-like product 11 is moved forward D1 on the base 32.

[0023] The connecting device 30 includes, in addition to the base 32, an overlap forming device 35 and a welding device 37. The overlap forming device 35 is used in the first half of the process of forming the overlap connection portion 11p, and is used to overlap the outer periphery of the separated pair of bags 10a by a predetermined width on the base 32. The overlap forming device 35 includes a pair of stoppers 35a, 35b extending below the strip-like product 11 so as to cross the base 32, and a stopper lifting mechanism 35c for lifting and lowering the stoppers 35a, 35b. The welding device 37 connects the pair of separated bags 10a by welding a plurality of points at the overlap connection portion 11p (see FIG. 1(B)). The welding device 37 includes a seal head 37a for locally heating the overlap joint 11p, a head holder 37b for holding the seal head 37a, a head lifting mechanism 37c for lifting and lowering the seal head 37a via the head holder 37b, and a temperature sensor 2a for detecting the temperature of the seal head 37a. The seal head 37a is maintained at a temperature of, for example, 200°C to 300°C. The structures of the seal head 37a and the head holder 37b will be described later. The head lifting mechanism 37c includes an air cylinder 41a and a lifting guide 41b. The air cylinder 41a lifts and lowers the seal head 37a via the head holder 37b connected to the lower end of the rod 41r. At this time, the pair of lifting guides 41b enables the seal head 37a to be stably lifted and lowered. The lifting guide 41b has a guide hole 41d formed in a support plate 41g fixed to the body of the air cylinder 41a, and a stem 41e whose base is fixed to the head holding part 37b, extends upward, and is slidably inserted into the guide hole 41d. Opposite to the lower end of the seal head 37a that is placed in the operating position lowered by the head lifting mechanism 37c, the base 32 is provided with a support member 32s that receives and supports the adhesion part 11j urged by the seal head 37a.

[0024] The overlap mechanism driving unit 50 operates the overlap forming device 35 under the control of the control unit 90, and supports the operation of the operator to overlap the ends of the pair of bags 10a by a predetermined width. The welding head driving unit 60 operates the seal head 37a and the head lifting mechanism 37c of the welding device 37 under the control of the control unit 90. As a result, the seal head 37a is lowered toward the overlap region of the pair of bags 10a while heating it, and a point seal head described later is pressed against the overlap region to perform multiple point welding, and the overlap connection portion 11p can be formed. At this time, the temperature sensor 2a operates under the control of the control unit 90 to measure the temperature of the seal head 37a, and the control unit 90 maintains the seal head 37a at a heating temperature suitable for welding. The operation unit 81 is operated by the operator, and the operator's instructions are output to the control unit 90. This makes it possible to instruct the stopper lifting mechanism 35c constituting the overlap forming device 35 as to the direction of operation and the start of operation, thereby overlapping the pair of bags 10a. Also, it is possible to instruct the head lifting mechanism 37c constituting the welding device 37 as to the direction of operation and the start of operation, thereby causing the seal head 37a to perform point welding of the overlapping area of the pair of bags 10a. The manufacturing device 100 may automatically perform the positioning and welding as described above without using the operation unit 81.

[0025] Although not described above, the manufacturing apparatus 100 may include a moving device that feeds and moves the strip-like products 11a, 11b shown in FIG. 1(A) and the like onto the base 32. Such a moving device sequentially feeds the strip-like products 11a, 11b onto the base 32 while detecting the shapes and the like of the strip-like products 11a, 11b, and moves them quickly until the front and rear ends of the strip-like products 11a, 11b approach the support member 32s, and after the front and rear ends of the strip-like products 11a, 11b approach the support member 32s, the operation is automatically stopped due to the feed resistance of the overlap forming device 35. The movement by the moving device is not limited to an automatic one, and may be a semi-automatic one in which the moving process of bringing the ends of the strip-like products 11a, 11b into contact with the movement limiting member 3 of the overlap forming device 35 is performed while visually checking.

[0026] The structures of the head holder 37b and the seal head 37a will be described with reference to Figs. 4, 5, and 6(A). The head holder 37b has a first substrate 42a and a second substrate 42b. The first substrate 42a is fixed to the lower end of the rod 41r of the air cylinder 41a via a heat insulating plate 42h. The second substrate 42b is fixed to the first substrate 42a via a movable shaft 37e extending from a pair of air cylinders 37d. The air cylinder 37d equalizes the contact pressure of the seal head 37a (i.e., the point welding pin 43a) fixed to the second substrate 42b against the bag 10a. In order to smooth the movement of the second substrate 42b supported by the movable shaft 37e, a lift guide 42c is provided between the first substrate 42a and the second substrate 42b. The structure of the lift guide 42c is similar to that of the lift guide 41b provided as a part of the head lift mechanism 37c shown in FIG. 2, and is composed of a guide hole and a stem. One or more temperature sensors 2a are fixed to the second substrate 42b, and the thermocouple portion at the tip of the temperature sensor 2a is embedded in the seal head 37a. The seal head 37a extending in the Y direction is fixed to the lower surface of the second substrate 42b via a heat shield plate 42i. At the lower end of the seal head 37a, a number of point welding pins 43a are arranged at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction, i.e., the Y direction, and each point welding pin 43a is fixed so as to be embedded in the seal head 37a at its base side. Cartridge heaters 43i are inserted so as to be embedded in two through holes 43h formed in the seal head 37a, enabling uniform heating of the seal head 37a. Below the seal head 37a, pressing members 44a, 44b, and 44c are disposed for pressing and flattening the overlapping region of the pair of bags 10a shown in FIG. 3 against the base 32. The pressing members 44a, 44b, and 44c are a biasing device 4 that biases the overlapping region of the pair of bags 10a against the support member 32s of the base 32.

[0027] The first pressing member 44a is given a downward biasing force, i.e., a biasing force toward the -Z side, by four biasing units 45a. Each biasing unit 45a has a stem 45h whose lower end is fixed to the pressing member 44a, a coil spring 45g arranged around the stem 45h, a guide bush 45i supported by a hole 45k in the second substrate 42b to guide the vertical movement of the stem 45h, and a flange 45j that limits the downward movement of the stem 45h beyond a predetermined limit. In the retracted state in which the sealing head 37a is raised by the biasing unit 45a shown in FIG. 6(A), the point welding pin 43a retreats behind the first pressing member 44a, but in the operating state in which the sealing head 37a is lowered and biased against the overlap region RR of the pair of bags 10a as shown in FIG. 6(B), the first pressing member 44a retreats relatively, and the tip of the point welding pin 43a passes through an opening 44h formed in the first pressing member 44a to heat and press the resin in the overlap region RR.

[0028] The structure of the first pressing member 44a and the associated urging unit 45a has been described above, but the other pressing members 44b, 44c and the associated urging units 45a have the same structure. However, as shown in Fig. 4, the second pressing member 44b, which is disposed in the center in the horizontal direction, is disposed slightly lower, i.e., on the -Z side, than the first pressing member 44a and the third pressing member 44c, which are disposed on both sides. This causes the center side of the overlap region RR to be pressed preferentially, making it difficult for warping or bending to occur in the overlap region RR.

[0029] A specific structure of the overlap forming device 35 will be described with reference to FIG. 7(A). The overlap forming device 35 includes a first stopper 35a disposed adjacent to the front D1 side, i.e., +X side, of the support member 32s in the feed direction of the base 32, and an air cylinder 47a that raises and lowers the first stopper 35a via a lifting member 47c, as a set. The first stopper 35a is a movement limiting member 3 (see FIG. 3). Although not shown in detail, the first stopper 35a is elongated in the Y direction crossing the base 32. The overlap forming device 35 includes a second stopper 35b disposed adjacent to the rear D2 side, i.e., -X side, of the support member 32s in the feed direction of the base 32, and an air cylinder 47b that raises and lowers the second stopper 35b via a lifting member 47d, as a set. The second stopper 35b is a movement limiting member 3 (see FIG. 3). Although detailed illustration is omitted, the second stopper 35b is elongated in the Y direction transverse to the base 32. Although detailed illustration is omitted, two air cylinders 47a, 47b are provided to support the stoppers 35a, 35b at both ends in the Y direction and raise and lower them. The air cylinders 47a, 47b and the support member 32s are fixed to the frame 31. In addition, a silicon sheet 46a is attached to the upper surface of the plate-like body 32a constituting the base 32 fixed to the frame 31, which enables the smooth movement of the strip-like product 11 shown in FIG. 3 without causing scratches on the product surface. The silicon sheet 46a can be replaced with a sheet of fluorine-based resin, for example. A silicon sheet 48d is also attached to the upper end surface of the support member 32s. The first stopper 35a, in the raised operating position, has an upper end that protrudes upward from the upper surfaces of the silicone sheets 46a, 48d by more than the thickness of the strip-like product 11, and in the lowered retracted position, has an upper end that is flush with or below the upper surfaces of the silicone sheets 46a, 48d, i.e., on the -Z side. Similarly, the second stopper 35b, in the raised operating position, has an upper end that protrudes upward from the upper surfaces of the silicone sheets 46a, 48d by more than the thickness of the strip-like product 11, and in the lowered retracted position, has an upper end that is flush with or below the upper surfaces of the silicone sheets 46a, 48d, i.e., on the -Z side.

[0030] The production of the belt-like product 11 using the overlap forming device 35 will be described with reference to Figures 7(B), 7(C), 8(A) and 8(B).

[0031] 7(B), the strip-like product 11b including the first bag (element member) Bn2 is fed onto the base 32 and disposed on the rear D2 side of the support member 32s in the feeding direction. At this time, the air cylinder 47a is operated to raise the first stopper 35a to the operating position, and the air cylinder 47b is operated to lower the second stopper 35b to the retracted position. This allows the connecting end 10e, which is the front end of the fed first bag Bn2, to abut against the first stopper 35a, making it possible to accurately position the connecting end 10e of the first bag Bn2.

[0032] As shown in FIG. 7C, the strip-shaped product 11a including the second bag (element member) Bn0 already fed onto the base 32 is disposed on the front D1 side of the support member 32s in the feeding direction. In this state, the air cylinder 47a is operated to lower the first stopper 35a to the retreated position, and the air cylinder 47b is operated to raise the second stopper 35b to the operating position. That is, before the second bag Bn0 is positioned, the connecting end 10e at the front end of the first bag Bn2 is raised relative to the connecting end 10e at the rear end of the second bag Bn0 by the lifting caused by operating the second stopper 35b, so that the connecting end 10e of the second bag Bn0 can be moved below the connecting end 10e of the first bag Bn2. Furthermore, when the second bag Bn0 is moved backward, the connecting end 10e at the rear end of the second bag Bn0 can be abutted against the second stopper 35b, and the connecting end 10e of the second bag Bn0 can be accurately positioned.

[0033] As shown in FIG. 8(A), the air cylinder 47b is operated to lower the second stopper 35b to the retracted position. This allows the connection end 10e of the first bag Bn2 to be overlapped on the connection end 10e of the second bag Bn0 placed on the support member 32s. The area where the connection end 10e of the first bag Bn2 and the connection end 10e of the second bag Bn0 are overlapped is the overlap area RR of the pair of bags 10a. The width of the overlap area RR in the feed direction is, for example, about 10 mm.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 8(B), by operating the head lifting mechanism 37c shown in FIG. 3 to lower the sealing head 37a, the overlapping region RR of the pair of bags 10a can be sandwiched between the lower end of the point welding pin 43a and the upper surface of the support member 32s. At this time, the point welding pin 43a is heated to an appropriate temperature and pressed against the connecting end 10e of the overlapping region RR with an appropriate pressure, so that a dot-like adhesive portion 11q is formed at the position of the point welding pin 43a. A large number of the point welding pins 43a are arranged in the Y direction, and a large number of the dot-like adhesive portions 11q are formed in the Y direction. These dot-like adhesive portions 11q complete the separable overlap connection portion 11p.

[0035] 9 is a conceptual diagram for explaining the overall process flow. First, the base sheet 12 is formed with the seal portion 13, etc., to prepare the strip-shaped product 10 just before completion (step S11). Next, the just before completion strip-shaped product 10 is inspected to extract and remove defective bags 10a (step S12), and the strip-shaped products 11a and 11b are sequentially fed into the manufacturing device 100 for the strip-shaped product 11 shown in FIG. 3 (step S13). Then, the overlap forming device 35 positions the first bag Bn2 of the strip-shaped product 11b on the base 32, and positions the second bag Bn0 of the strip-shaped product 11a on the base 32 so that the connection end 10e of the first bag Bn2 of the strip-shaped product 11b and the connection end 10e of the second bag Bn0 of the strip-shaped product 11a are vertically overlapped with each other (step S14). In this state, the welding device 37 forms dotted adhesive portions 11q in the overlapping regions RR of the strip-like products 11a, 11b to connect the pair of strip-like products 11a, 11b and complete the strip-like product 11 (step S15). Finally, the strip-like product 11 is stored in the box container 21 to become the shipment 20 (step S16).

[0036] The manufacturing method for a strip-like product according to the first embodiment described above is a manufacturing method for a strip-like product 11 formed by connecting a plurality of sheet-like bags 10a which are separably connected, in which the connection ends (outer periphery) 10e of the separated pair of bags 10a are overlapped by a predetermined width on the base 32 using stoppers 35a, 35b which are movement limiting members 3, and a plurality of adhesive points 11j are connected in the overlap region RR of the pair of bags 10a by welding using a welding device 37.

[0037] According to the above manufacturing method, the plurality of bonding points 11j are connected in the overlap region RR of the pair of bags 10a by welding using the welding device 37, and thus it is possible to avoid problems such as poor workability when connecting with perforated tape. Also, in the above method, the connection ends (outer peripheries) 10e of the pair of bags 10a separated by the stoppers 35a, 35b are overlapped by a predetermined width on the base 32, so that the amount of overlap can be accurately adjusted, and it is possible to avoid a situation in which the overlap is too large and the main body of the element member is damaged, or a situation in which the overlap is too small and the pair of element members are separated in an unintended situation due to an incomplete connection.

[0038] Second Embodiment The following describes a method for producing a strip-shaped product according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Note that the method for producing the strip-shaped product according to the second embodiment is a partial modification of the method for producing the strip-shaped product according to the first embodiment, and the description of the common parts will be omitted.

[0039] The manufacturing apparatus 200 for a strip-shaped product shown in Fig. 10 includes a pair of rollers 7a, 7b, a support shaft 8a that rotatably supports the pair of rollers 7a, 7b, and an air cylinder 8c that raises and lowers the pair of rollers 7a, 7b while maintaining their posture and matching their relative height positions by raising and lowering the support shaft 8a. The pair of rollers 7a, 7b are driven by the air cylinder 8c to move between an operating position where a small gap is formed between the pair of rollers 7a, 7b and the upper surface of the base 32, and a retracted position where a sufficient distance is secured between the pair of rollers 7a, 7b and the upper surface of the base 32 to allow the passage of the spouts 14 formed in each bag 10a. When the pair of rollers 7a, 7b are lowered to the operating position, the strip-shaped products 11a, 11b are flattened while suppressing deformation such as warping and bending when they move on the base 32 and pass through the gap between the pair of rollers 7a, 7b. Furthermore, by adjusting the gap between the upper surface of the base 32 and the pair of rollers 7a, 7b to be narrower or by applying an appropriate downward biasing force to the pair of rollers 7a, 7b, the effect of pressing the strip-like products 11a, 11b against the upper surface of the base 32 can be achieved. In this case, the pair of rollers 7a, 7b function as a biasing device 4 that biases the overlap region RR of the pair of bags 10a or its periphery against the base 32. The pair of rollers 7a, 7b can be replaced with an upper guide that moves up and down but does not rotate. Such an upper guide can also apply a downward biasing force, and the upper guide can press the strip-like products 11a, 11b against the upper surface of the base 32.

[0040] Although not shown in the drawings, the pressing members 44b, 44c and the biasing unit 45a may be provided in association with the seal head 37a.

[0041] Although the manufacturing method and the manufacturing device for the belt-shaped product according to the present invention have been described above in accordance with the embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the above. For example, in the above embodiment, the tapered point welding pin 43a is used for the seal head 37a, but the shape of the point welding pin 43a can be cylindrical or various other shapes. That is, the shape of the point adhesive portion 11q is not limited to a circle, but can be an oval, a line, or the like. Moreover, the arrangement of the point welding pins 43a is not limited to a straight line, but may be, for example, a staggered arrangement.

[0042] The stoppers 35a, 35b may be composed of a plurality of members, and are not limited to those extending linearly across the base 32. For example, the first stopper 35a may be divided into two and separated so as to position both sides of the strip-like products 11a, 11b in the ±Y direction.

[0043] The welding device 37 is not limited to a welding device equipped with a heating device, but may be an ultrasonic welding device.

[0044] The web-like product 11 is not limited to a plurality of bags 10a joined together, but may be a web-like product made up of various sheet-like element members connected together. [Explanation of symbols]
