Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to fasteners and buildings. [Background technology]
[0002] There is a known technique for fixing metal fittings for connecting structural members to the structural members with screws (for example, see Patent Document 1). In Patent Document 1, the metal fittings are fixed to the structural members with a nut having a spring and a screw. The spring biases the screw, preventing the screw from loosening. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2005-282020 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Incidentally, there are cases where a suspended object is suspended from a building. The suspended object is fixed to a cross member via a metal fitting. The metal fitting is fixed to the cross member with a fixing member such as a screw. In this case, every time a load is applied to the suspended object or every time the suspended object sways, an external force is applied to the metal fitting and the fixing member. This gradually enlarges the screw hole. When the screw hole enlarges, the screw loosens. As a result, the fixed state of the metal fitting deteriorates. Therefore, a fixing metal fitting and a building are proposed that can suppress a decrease in the strength of the fixed state of the metal fitting to the cross member. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] (1) A fixing bracket that solves the above problem is a fixing bracket for fixing a suspended object to a cross member, the fixing bracket comprising: a plate portion arranged on a first side of the cross member; a connection portion provided on the plate portion to which the suspended object is connected; and a fixing portion that fixes the plate portion to the cross member, the fixing portion comprising: an external pin having an insertion hole extending in the axial direction and driven through the plate portion into the cross member; an engaging member arranged within the external pin and capable of protruding from the external pin in a transverse direction that intersects the axial direction and engages with the cross member; an inserting member that is inserted into the insertion hole of the external pin so as to push the engaging member in the transverse direction; a biasing portion that biases the inserting member; and a support portion provided on the plate portion that supports the inserting member via the biasing portion.
[0006] According to this configuration, the insertion member pushes the engaging member in the cross direction. Therefore, when the hole of the cross member into which the external pin is driven expands, the engaging member is pushed out in the cross direction. This maintains the engagement between the engaging member and the hole of the cross member. In this way, the strength of the fixed state of the fastening fitting can be prevented from decreasing.
[0007] (2) In the fixing bracket described in (1) above, the plate portion is a first plate portion, and the cross member further includes a second plate portion arranged on a second side opposite to the first side on which the first plate portion is arranged, and an intermediate plate portion connecting the first plate portion and the second plate portion, wherein the first plate portion is provided with a first fixing portion as the fixing portion, the second plate portion is provided with a second fixing portion as the fixing portion, and the connection portion is provided on the intermediate plate portion.
[0008] According to this configuration, the fixing bracket is fixed to the first and second side faces of the cross member by the first and second fixing parts, thereby making it possible to prevent the fixing bracket from tilting relative to the cross member due to the load applied to the fixing bracket via the suspended object.
[0009] (3) In the fastening fixture described in (1) or (2) above, the inserting member is configured to extend in the axial direction of the outer pin, the biasing portion is configured to apply a first biasing force that presses the inserting member in the axial direction, and the support portion supports the biasing portion so that the first biasing force is applied to the inserting member. With this configuration, the inserting member can be biased in the axial direction.
[0010] (4) In the fastening fixture described in (1) or (2) above, the outer pin has a female threaded portion on an inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole, the inserting member has a male threaded portion that engages with the female threaded portion and is configured to extend in the axial direction of the outer pin, the biasing portion is configured to apply a second biasing force that rotates the inserting member in a circumferential direction about a central axis of the inserting member, and the support portion supports the biasing portion such that the second biasing force in the circumferential direction is applied to the inserting member. With this configuration, the inserting member can be biased by the second biasing force so that the inserting member is screwed into the insertion hole of the outer pin.
[0011] (5) The fastener according to (1) or (2) above further includes a force increasing portion that increases the second biasing force of the biasing portion, the outer pin has a female thread portion on an inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole, the inserting member has a male thread portion that engages with the female thread portion and is configured to extend in the axial direction of the outer pin, the biasing portion is configured to apply the second biasing force that rotates the inserting member in a circumferential direction about a central axis of the inserting member, the support portion supports the biasing portion, and the biasing force increasing portion is provided on the support portion and increases the second biasing force in the circumferential direction on the biasing portion based on an operation. According to this configuration, the second biasing force can be increased by the force increasing portion.
[0012] (6) In the fastener described in (5) above, the biasing portion includes a fitting portion into which the insertion member is fitted and a torsion spring disposed between the insertion member and the support portion, the biasing force increasing portion includes a core material supporting the torsion spring, a ratchet gear, and a ratchet engagement portion engaging with the ratchet gear, the core material being supported by the fitting portion or the biasing force increasing portion, a first end of the torsion spring being connected to the insertion member or the fitting portion, and a second end of the torsion spring opposite to the first end being connected to the ratchet gear. With this configuration, the second biasing force can be increased by a ratchet mechanism.
[0013] (7) In the fastener described in (6) above, the male thread portion is a thread in a first direction, the torsion spring is a coil spring wound in the first direction, the ratchet gear is configured to be rotatable in the first direction, and the ratchet engagement portion engages the ratchet gear such that the ratchet gear can rotate in the first direction but cannot rotate in a direction opposite to the first direction. With this configuration, the second biasing force can be increased by the ratchet mechanism.
[0014] (8) In the fastening described in (6) above, the male thread portion is a thread in a first direction, the torsion spring is a coil spring wound in a direction opposite to the first direction, the ratchet gear is configured to be rotatable in the first direction, and the ratchet engagement portion engages with the ratchet gear such that the ratchet gear is rotatable in the first direction but is not rotatable in a direction opposite to the first direction. With this configuration, the second biasing force can be increased by the ratchet mechanism.
[0015] (9) A building that solves the above problem includes a skeleton including a cross member, and the fixing metal fitting according to any one of (1) to (8) above that is provided on the cross member. With this configuration, in the building, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the strength of the fixing metal fitting in the fixed state to the cross member. Therefore, when a suspended object is fixed to the cross member via the metal fitting, the stability of the fixed state of the suspended object can be maintained. Effect of the Invention
[0016] According to the fixing bracket of the present disclosure, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the strength of the fixing state of the bracket to the cross member. According to the building of the present disclosure, it is possible to maintain the stability of the fixing state of the suspended object. [Brief description of the drawings]

In this embodiment, the building 2 is a one-story rehabilitation facility. Examples of the cross member 3 include a girder and a beam. In this embodiment, the cross member 3 is a wooden ceiling beam 3A. The ceiling beam 3A is a beam placed near the ceiling. In this embodiment, the ceiling beam 3A is placed in the ceiling space. In another example, the ceiling beam 3A may be placed under the ceiling. The ceiling beam 3A has a first side surface 6, a second side surface 10 opposite to the first side surface 6, and a bottom surface 11 connecting the bottom end of the first side surface 6 and the bottom end of the second side surface 10.
[0019] As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the fixing bracket 1 is a bracket for fixing a suspended object 4 to a ceiling beam 3A. The suspended object 4 is an object that is suspended from the ceiling beam 3A. Examples of the suspended object 4 include rehabilitation equipment 4A, fitness equipment, training equipment, and electrical equipment such as a projector and a television. In this embodiment, the suspended object 4 is rehabilitation equipment 4A. The rehabilitation equipment 4A is fixed to the ceiling beam 3A by the fixing bracket 1 so as to be suspended from the ceiling beam 3A.
[0020] The fixing bracket 1 includes a plate portion 7 arranged on a first side surface 6 of the ceiling beam 3A, a connection portion 8 provided on the plate portion 7 to which the rehabilitation device 4A is connected, and a fixing portion 9 that fixes the plate portion 7 to the ceiling beam 3A. In this embodiment, the plate portion 7 arranged on the first side surface 6 is referred to as a first plate portion 7A.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the fixing bracket 1 further includes a second plate portion 7B arranged on the second side surface 10 of the ceiling beam 3A. The fixing bracket 1 further includes an intermediate plate portion 7C connecting the first plate portion 7A and the second plate portion 7B. When the fixing bracket 1 is attached to the ceiling beam 3A, the intermediate plate portion 7C extends along the lower surface 11 of the ceiling beam 3A. The connection portion 8 is provided on the intermediate plate portion 7C. The connection portion 8 extends downward from the intermediate plate portion 7C. The intermediate plate portion 7C may be arranged with a gap between it and the lower surface 11 of the ceiling beam 3A. When a gap is provided between the intermediate plate portion 7C and the ceiling beam 3A, a spacer may be arranged in the gap. The intermediate plate portion 7C may be arranged so as to contact the lower surface 11.
[0022] In this embodiment, the connection part 8 extends downward from the intermediate plate part 7C toward the ceiling 12. A bolt penetrating the ceiling 12 is provided at the lower end of the connection part 8. The rehabilitation device 4A is fixed to the ceiling beam 3A by attaching the rehabilitation device 4A to this bolt.
[0023] The first plate portion 7A is provided with a first fixing portion 9A as the fixing portion 9. The second plate portion 7B is provided with a second fixing portion 9B as the fixing portion 9. The first fixing portion 9A and the second fixing portion 9B are alternately arranged in a plan view with respect to the ceiling beam 3A so that the respective external pins 14 do not interfere with each other (see FIG. 4). In this embodiment, the first fixing portion 9A and the second fixing portion 9B are substantially of the same configuration as each other. Hereinafter, the first fixing portion 9A will be described. Also, in the following figures, the second fixing portion 9B will not be illustrated.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 5, the first fixing portion 9A includes an external pin 14 that penetrates the first plate portion 7A and is driven into the ceiling beam 3A. The external pin 14 has an insertion hole 13 extending in the axial direction SA. The first fixing portion 9A also includes an engagement member 15 disposed in the external pin 14. The engagement member 15 is provided so as to be able to protrude from the external pin 14 in a cross direction SB (see FIG. 12) that crosses the axial direction SA. The first fixing portion 9A also includes an insertion member 16. The insertion member 16 is inserted into the insertion hole 13 of the external pin 14 so as to press the engagement member 15 in the cross direction SB. The first fixing portion 9A also includes a biasing portion 17 that biases the insertion member 16, and a support portion 18 that supports the insertion member 16 via the biasing portion 17.
[0025] The biasing portion 17 is configured to apply a first biasing force FA to the inserting member 16. The first biasing force FA is a force that presses the inserting member 16 in the axial direction SA. Specifically, the biasing portion 17 is configured of an elastic member. In this embodiment, the biasing portion 17 is configured of a right-handed coil spring. The biasing portion 17 may be configured of a left-handed coil spring. A first end 17A of the biasing portion 17 is connected to the inserting member 16 by welding or the like. A second end 17B of the biasing portion 17 opposite the first end 17A is connected to the support portion 18 by welding or the like.
[0026] The support portion 18 is made of a metal plate. The support portion 18 includes an arm portion 18A extending from the first plate portion 7A in a direction intersecting with the first plate portion 7A, and an arm hanging portion 18B extending so as to hang down from the arm portion 18A. The support portion 18 is provided on the first plate portion 7A. Specifically, an end portion of the arm portion 18A is attached to the first plate portion 7A by welding or the like. The arm hanging portion 18B extends downward from the tip portion of the arm portion 18A. The second end 17B of the biasing portion 17 is connected to a lower portion of the arm hanging portion 18B. The support portion 18 is preferably made of a metal plate having a thickness of 5 mm or more and 10 mm or less. In this embodiment, the thickness of the metal plate constituting the support portion 18 is 6 mm. The support portion 18 supports the biasing portion 17 so that the first biasing force FA is applied to the insertion member 16.
[0027] As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the external pin 14 has a through hole 19 for the engagement member 15 (see FIG. 8) to protrude from the external pin 14. The through hole 19 extends from the outer circumferential surface of the external pin 14 toward the insertion hole 13. The through hole 19 is connected to the insertion hole 13. The engagement member 15 is accommodated in the through hole 19. The engagement member 15 is accommodated in the through hole 19 so that the upper surface 15A of the engagement member 15 faces the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole 13 (see FIG. 5 and FIG. 8). The external pin 14 is driven into the ceiling beam 3A so that the through hole 19 is located downward (see FIG. 5). In this embodiment, the insertion hole 13 extends from an end of the external pin 14 to a middle portion of the external pin 14. The insertion hole 13 may be formed so as to penetrate the external pin 14 from one end to the other end.
[0028] As shown in FIG. 8, the engaging member 15 is formed in a shape like a quadrangular pyramid. The upper surface 15A of the engaging member 15 is a surface that contacts the tip of the inserting member 16 (see FIG. 5). The upper surface 15A is an inclined surface that is inclined so that the height decreases toward the tip of the inserting member 16. Here, the height of the engaging member 15 is defined as the radial length when the axial direction SA is the central axis in a state in which the engaging member 15 is accommodated in the through hole 19. The engaging member 15 is pushed out from the through hole 19 (see FIG. 7) of the external pin 14 based on the pressing action of the inserting member 16, and engages with the circumferential surface of the external pin hole 5 in the ceiling beam 3A. The external pin hole 5 indicates a hole formed by driving the ceiling beam 3A into the external pin 14. The lower surface 15B of the engaging member 15 always contacts the circumferential surface of the external pin hole 5 in the ceiling beam 3A (see FIG. 5). The upper surface 15A may be curved so as to follow the external pin 14. The lower surface 15B may be curved to fit the circumferential surface of the outer pin hole 5.
[0029] As shown in Fig. 9, the insertion member 16 includes an internal pin 16A and a base 16B. In this embodiment, the base 16B is formed of a plate-shaped metal sheet. The internal pin 16A is configured to extend from the center of the surface of the base 16B in the axial direction SA of the external pin 14. The tip of the internal pin 16A is configured to be tapered. The internal pin 16A is inserted into the insertion hole 13 so that the tip of the internal pin 16A contacts the upper surface 15A of the engagement member 15 (see Fig. 5).
[0030] An example of a procedure for fixing the fixing bracket 1 to the ceiling beam 3A will be described with reference to Figs. As shown in Figures 10 and 11, with the first plate portion 7A positioned on the first side 6 of the ceiling beam 3A, the external pin 14 is driven horizontally into the ceiling beam 3A using a tool such as a hammer so that the external pin 14 penetrates the first plate portion 7A.
[0031] Next, the internal pin 16A is inserted into the insertion hole 13 of the external pin 14. Then, the first end 17A of the urging portion 17 is connected to the base portion 16B of the insertion member 16, and the second end 17B of the urging portion 17 is connected to the support portion 18. Then, with the coil spring serving as the urging portion 17 in a compressed state, the support portion 18 is attached to the first plate portion 7A. The above procedure is an example of fixing the fixing bracket 1 to the ceiling beam 3A, and therefore each step in the above procedure may be rearranged as far as possible.
[0032] [Operation of this embodiment] The operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 12. Note that the drawing exaggerates and diagrammatically illustrates the external pin holes 5 into which the external pins 14 are driven into the ceiling beams 3A for ease of understanding. The dimensional ratio of the external pin holes 5 illustrated in Fig. 12 differs from the actual one.
[0033] The outer pin 14 of the fixing bracket 1 is driven into the ceiling beam 3A through the plate portion 7. The insertion member 16 is biased in the axial direction SA by a biasing portion 17 supported by a support portion 18. The engagement member 15 in the outer pin 14 is pressed in a cross direction SB that crosses the axial direction SA of the outer pin 14 by the insertion member 16 inserted into the insertion hole 13 of the outer pin 14.
[0034] In the case where the plate portion 7 is simply fixed by a bolt, if the load of the suspended object is repeatedly applied to the fixing bracket, the load is concentrated on the bolt via the plate portion 7, and there is a risk that the bolt hole will widen. The widening of the bolt hole will loosen the screw, causing the suspended object to become unstable.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 12, according to this embodiment, the insertion member 16 biased by the biasing portion 17 pushes the engagement member 15 in the cross direction SB intersecting the axial direction SA of the external pin 14 in response to the expansion of the external pin hole 5. As a result, the engagement member 15 protrudes from the external pin 14 so as to follow the expansion of the external pin hole 5. The engagement member 15 then continues to engage with the ceiling beam 3A. The engagement of the engagement member 15 with the external pin hole 5 in the ceiling beam 3A can suppress loosening of the external pin 14. This can suppress destabilization of the fixed state of the rehabilitation device 4A provided on the ceiling beam 3A.
[0036] Furthermore, the fixing bracket 1 may be fixed to the ceiling beam 3A so that the intermediate plate portion 7C extending along the underside 11 of the ceiling beam 3A is positioned with a gap between it and the underside 11. In this case, it becomes easier to adjust the height of the attachment position of the fixing bracket 1 relative to the ceiling beam 3A.
[0037] [Effects of this embodiment] The effects of this embodiment will be described. (1) The fixing bracket 1 includes a plate portion 7 arranged on the first side surface 6 of the ceiling beam 3A, a connection portion 8 to which the rehabilitation device 4A is connected, and a fixing portion 9 for fixing the plate portion 7 to the ceiling beam 3A. The connection portion 8 is provided on the plate portion 7. The fixing portion 9 includes an external pin 14 having an insertion hole 13 extending in the axial direction SA and driven through the plate portion 7 into the ceiling beam 3A. The fixing portion 9 includes an engagement member 15 that is arranged in the external pin 14 and is provided so as to be capable of protruding from the external pin 14 in a cross direction SB crossing the axial direction SA, and engages with the ceiling beam 3A. The fixing portion 9 includes an insertion member 16 that is inserted into the insertion hole 13 of the external pin 14 so as to push the engagement member 15 in the cross direction SB. The fixing portion 9 includes a biasing portion 17 that biases the insertion member 16, and a support portion 18 that supports the insertion member 16 via the biasing portion 17.
[0038] The load of the rehabilitation device 4A is applied to the external pin hole 5 of the ceiling beam 3A into which the external pin 14 is driven, via the connection portion 8 and the external pin 14. There is a risk that the load of the rehabilitation device 4A will widen the external pin hole 5. With this configuration, the insertion member 16 pushes the engaging member 15 in the cross direction SB. Therefore, when the external pin hole 5 of the ceiling beam 3A into which the external pin 14 is driven widens, the engaging member 15 is pushed out in the cross direction SB. This keeps the engaging member 15 engaged with the external pin hole 5. In this way, a decrease in the strength of the fixed state of the fixing bracket 1 can be suppressed.
[0039] (2) The fixing bracket 1 has the plate portion 7 as the first plate portion 7A, and further includes a second plate portion 7B arranged on the second side surface 10 of the ceiling beam 3A opposite to the first side surface 6 on which the first plate portion 7A is arranged. The fixing bracket 1 further includes an intermediate plate portion 7C connecting the first plate portion 7A and the second plate portion 7B. The first plate portion 7A is provided with a first fixing portion 9A as the fixing portion 9. The second plate portion 7B is provided with a second fixing portion 9B as the fixing portion 9. The connection portion 8 is provided on the intermediate plate portion 7C. According to this configuration, the fixing bracket 1 is fixed to the first side surface 6 and the second side surface 10 of the ceiling beam 3A by the first fixing portion 9A and the second fixing portion 9B. This makes it possible to suppress the fixing bracket 1 from tilting relative to the ceiling beam 3A due to the load applied to the fixing bracket 1 via the rehabilitation device 4A.
[0040] (3) The inserting member 16 is configured to extend in the axial direction SA of the external pin 14. The biasing portion 17 is configured to apply a first biasing force FA that presses the inserting member 16 in the axial direction SA. The support portion 18 supports the biasing portion 17 so that the first biasing force FA is applied to the inserting member 16. With this configuration, the inserting member 16 can be biased in the axial direction SA.
[0041] (4) The building 2 includes a framework including a ceiling beam 3A, and a fixing bracket 1 provided on the ceiling beam 3A. This configuration can prevent a decrease in the strength of the fixing state of the fixing bracket 1 to the ceiling beam 3A in the building 2. Therefore, when the rehabilitation device 4A is fixed to the ceiling beam 3A via the bracket, the stability of the fixed state of the rehabilitation device 4A can be maintained.
[0042] [Second embodiment] A fixing bracket 1 of a second embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, components common to the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, and descriptions of overlapping components will be omitted.
[0043] The present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, the inserting member 16 has a screw structure. The biasing portion 17 is configured to apply a second biasing force FB that rotates the inserting member 16 in the circumferential direction SC around the central axis of the inserting member 16. The central axis of the inserting member 16 extends along the axial direction SA. The biasing portion 17 stores a biasing force in the circumferential direction SC relative to the central axis of the inserting member 16. Specifically, the biasing portion 17 is configured by a coil spring. The coil spring has a structure wound in the circumferential direction SC. In this embodiment, the circumferential direction SC is a clockwise direction.
[0044] 13, the outer pin 14 has a female thread 20 on the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole 13. The female thread 20 is wound in the same direction as the biasing portion 17. In this embodiment, the female thread 20 is right-handed.
[0045] 14, the insertion member 16 configured to extend in the axial direction SA of the outer pin 14 has a male thread portion 21 that engages with the female thread portion 20. In this embodiment, the male thread portion 21 is right-handed.
[0046] The operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 15. Note that the drawing shows the external pinhole 5 of the ceiling beam 3A in an exaggerated schematic manner for ease of understanding. The dimensional ratio of the external pinhole 5 differs from the actual one.
[0047] As shown in FIG. 15, the biasing portion 17 is configured to apply a second biasing force FB that rotates the inserting member 16 in the circumferential direction SC around the central axis of the inserting member 16. The circumferential direction SC is a clockwise direction that is the same as the winding direction of the female thread portion 20 and the male thread portion 21. In a state in which the biasing portion 17 is twisted in the same direction as the circumferential direction SC in advance, a first end 17A of the biasing portion 17 is connected to the inserting member 16, and a second end 17B of the biasing portion 17 is connected to the support portion 18. The support portion 18 supports the biasing portion 17 so that the second biasing force FB in the circumferential direction SC is applied to the inserting member 16. The biasing portion 17 applies the second biasing force FB to the inserting member 16. The inserting member 16 is inserted into the external pin 14 with the second biasing force FB applied thereto.
[0048] According to this configuration, the second biasing force FB that rotates the insertion member 16 in the circumferential direction SC of the external pin 14 biases the insertion member 16 so as to be screwed deeper into the insertion hole 13 of the external pin 14. Since the engagement member 15 is pushed by the insertion member 16, the engagement member 15 protrudes from the external pin 14 to follow the expansion of the external pin hole 5. The engagement member 15 continues to engage with the ceiling beam 3A. The engagement of the engagement member 15 with the external pin hole 5 in the ceiling beam 3A can suppress loosening of the external pin 14.
[0049] [Third embodiment] A fixing bracket 1 of the third embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, components common to the first and second embodiments are given the same reference numerals as those in the first and second embodiments. Descriptions of overlapping components will be omitted.
[0050] The fixing bracket 1 of this embodiment differs from the fixing bracket 1 of the second embodiment in that it is provided with a biasing force increasing portion 23 that can increase the biasing force of the biasing portion 17.
[0051] This embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 16 and 17. Note that the female thread portion 20 and the male thread portion 21 are omitted from the illustration. As shown in FIG. 16, the biasing portion 17 includes a torsion spring 27 disposed between the insertion member 16 and the support portion 18. The outer pin 14 has a female thread portion 20 on the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 13. The insertion member 16 is configured to extend in the axial direction SA of the outer pin 14. The insertion member 16 has a male thread portion 21 that engages with the female thread portion 20. In this embodiment, the male thread portion 21 is a thread in a first direction SD. In this embodiment, the first direction SD is a clockwise direction. The first direction SD may also be a counterclockwise direction.
[0052] In this embodiment, the torsion spring 27 is a coil spring wound in the first direction SD. Specifically, the torsion spring 27 is a right-handed coil spring. The torsion spring 27 may be a left-handed coil spring. The support portion 18 supports the biasing portion 17. The fixing bracket 1 further includes a biasing force increasing portion 23 that increases the second biasing force FB in the first direction SD of the torsion spring 27 based on an operation (described later). The biasing force increasing portion 23 is provided in the support portion 18 (described later). A core material through hole 18C is provided in the portion of the support portion 18 where the biasing force increasing portion 23 is provided. The core material through hole 18C allows the second end 17B of the torsion spring 27 to pass through the core material 24 (described later).
[0053] As shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the biasing force increasing portion 23 includes a core material 24 that supports a torsion spring 27, a ratchet gear 25, and a ratchet engagement portion 26 that engages with the ratchet gear 25.
[0054] The ratchet gear 25 is housed in a ratchet gear housing portion 28 attached to the arm hanging portion 18B of the support portion 18. The ratchet gear housing portion 28 has a first housing hole 28A for housing the ratchet gear 25. The ratchet gear housing portion 28 has a second housing hole 28B for housing the ratchet engagement portion 26 (described later). The first housing hole 28A communicates with the core material through hole 18C (see FIG. 16).
[0055] The ratchet gear 25 has an insertion hole 25A formed to communicate with the core through hole 18C, and a winding portion 29. In this embodiment, the winding portion 29 is a nut attached to the ratchet gear 25 by welding or the like. The winding portion 29 is configured integrally with the ratchet gear 25. The winding portion 29 is disposed such that a nut hole communicates with the insertion hole 25A.
[0056] The core material 24 is supported by the biasing force increasing portion 23. One end of the core material 24 is fixed to the ratchet gear 25 or the screw winding portion 29. The other end of the core material 24 is not connected to another member. The core material 24 extends in the axial direction SA from the ratchet gear 25. The core material 24 is inserted through the center of the torsion spring 27 and the core material through hole 18C. The torsion spring 27 is supported by the core material 24. Note that the end of the core material 24 on the support portion 18 side may be configured as a free end. In this case, the end of the core material 24 on the insert member 16 side is fixed to the base portion 16B of the insert member 16.
[0057] A first end 17A of torsion spring 27 is connected to base portion 16B of insertion member 16. A second end 17B of torsion spring 27 opposite first end 17A is connected to ratchet gear 25. Second end 17B connected to ratchet gear 25 is inserted into core through hole 18C.
[0058] The ratchet gear 25 is configured to be rotatable in the first direction SD. The ratchet gear 25 can rotate around the core 24 as an axis by rotating the screw winding portion 29. The ratchet engagement portion 26 engages with the ratchet gear 25 so that the ratchet gear 25 can rotate in the first direction SD but cannot rotate in the opposite direction to the first direction SD. The ratchet engagement portion 26 is a rod-shaped member. The ratchet engagement portion 26 is accommodated in the second accommodation hole 28B of the ratchet gear accommodation portion 28. The second accommodation hole 28B communicates with the first accommodation hole 28A via the communication portion 34. The ratchet engagement portion 26 has a mortise hole 26A at the center. A protrusion 18D extending from the support portion 18 is inserted into the mortise hole 26A. The ratchet engagement portion 26 can rotate around the protrusion 18D as an axis.
[0059] The second accommodating hole 28B is configured so that, when the ratchet engagement portion 26 rotates in the third direction SX, the ratchet engagement portion 26 can rotate in a direction away from the ratchet gear 25. The second accommodating hole 28B also includes a stopper portion 35 that stops the rotation of the ratchet engagement portion 26. The stopper portion 35 is configured so that an opposite end portion 37 opposite to the tip portion 36 of the ratchet engagement portion 26 abuts against the stopper portion. Specifically, the stopper portion 35 is configured so that, when the ratchet engagement portion 26 rotates in the direction opposite to the third direction SX, the opposite end portion 37 of the ratchet engagement portion 26 abuts against the stopper portion in a state in which the tip portion 36 of the ratchet engagement portion 26 is inserted between the teeth of the ratchet gear 25 and the rotation of the ratchet engagement portion 26 is inhibited.
[0060] Specifically, the second housing hole 28B has a corner 30 serving as a stopper portion 35 near the ratchet engagement portion 26. The corner 30 is composed of a first surface 31 and a second surface 32. The first surface 31 is a surface extending in a predetermined direction. When the ratchet engagement portion 26 is in contact with the first surface 31, the tip portion 36 of the ratchet engagement portion 26 does not contact the ratchet gear 25. The second surface 32 is a surface extending perpendicular to the predetermined direction. When the ratchet engagement portion 26 is in contact with the second surface 32, the tip portion 36 of the ratchet engagement portion 26 contacts the teeth of the ratchet gear 25 between the teeth of the ratchet gear 25. The ratchet engagement portion 26 in contact with the ratchet gear 25 and the second surface 32 engages with the ratchet gear 25 so that the ratchet gear 25 does not rotate in the opposite direction to the first direction SD.
[0061] The torsion spring 27 of the biasing portion 17 is configured to apply a second biasing force FB. The second biasing force FB is a force that rotates the insertion member 16 in the first direction SD about the central axis of the insertion member 16.
[0062] The operation of the biasing force increasing portion 23 for increasing the second biasing force FB in the first direction SD of the torsion spring 27 will be described. When the winding portion 29 is rotated in the same direction as the first direction SD, the ratchet gear 25 rotates in the first direction SD and the torsion spring 27 serving as the biasing portion 17 is twisted in the first direction SD, so that elastic energy is stored in the torsion spring 27. In this way, the second biasing force FB of the torsion spring 27 serving as the biasing portion 17 can be increased.
[0063] The effects of this embodiment will be described. (1) The fixing bracket 1 further includes a biasing force increasing portion 23 that increases the second biasing force FB of the torsion spring 27. The outer pin 14 has a female thread portion 20 on the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 13. The insertion member 16 has a male thread portion 21 that engages with the female thread portion 20, and is configured to extend in the axial direction SA of the outer pin 14. The torsion spring 27 is configured to apply a second biasing force FB that rotates the insertion member 16 in the first direction SD about the central axis of the insertion member 16. The support portion 18 supports the torsion spring 27. The biasing force increasing portion 23 is provided on the support portion 18. The biasing force increasing portion 23 increases the second biasing force FB in the first direction SD of the torsion spring 27 based on an operation. With this configuration, the second biasing force FB can be increased by the biasing force increasing portion 23.
[0064] (2) In the fixing bracket 1 described in (1) above, the biasing force increasing portion 23 includes a core material 24 supporting a torsion spring 27, a ratchet gear 25, and a ratchet engagement portion 26. The core material 24 is supported by the biasing force increasing portion 23. A first end 17A of the torsion spring 27 is connected to the insertion member 16, and a second end 17B of the torsion spring 27 is connected to the ratchet gear 25. With this configuration, the second biasing force FB can be increased by the ratchet mechanism.
[0065] (3) In the fixing bracket 1 described in (2) above, the male thread portion 21 is a thread in the first direction SD. The torsion spring 27 is a coil spring wound in the first direction SD. The ratchet gear 25 is configured to be rotatable in the first direction SD. The ratchet engagement portion 26 engages with the ratchet gear 25 so that the ratchet gear 25 can rotate in the first direction SD but cannot rotate in the direction opposite to the first direction SD. With this configuration, the second biasing force FB can be increased by the ratchet mechanism.
[0066] [Fourth embodiment] A fixing bracket 1 of the fourth embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, components common to the third embodiment are given the same reference numerals as those in the third embodiment, and descriptions of overlapping components will be omitted.
[0067] The present embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 18. This embodiment differs from the third embodiment in the connection between the insertion member 16 and the biasing portion 17. 18, base 16B of insertion member 16 is formed to become a bolt head. Core material 24 is integrally formed with threaded portion 29. As an example, threaded portion 29 is a bolt. Core material 24, which is the shaft portion of the bolt, passes through insertion hole 25A, core material through hole 18C, and the center of torsion spring 27.
[0068] The biasing portion 17 further includes a fitting portion 22 into which the insertion member 16 is fitted. The fitting portion 22 is a rod-shaped member. One end of the fitting portion 22 is provided with a first recess 22A into which the base portion 16B is fitted. The other end of the fitting portion 22 is provided with a second recess 22B. The core material 24 is rotatably inserted into the second recess 22B. A first end 17A of the torsion spring 27 is connected to the fitting portion 22. Even with this configuration, the fixing bracket 1 achieves the same effects as the third embodiment.
