[0009] (First embodiment) Hereinafter, the first embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the case 1 according to the first embodiment, seen from below. FIG. 2 is a front view of the case 1, seen from the front. FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the case 1. FIG. 4 is a view of the inside of the case 1, seen from one side. FIG. 5 is a view of the inside of the front portion of the case 1, seen from one side. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of part VI in FIG. 5. FIG. 7 shows a part of a cross section taken along line VII-VII in FIG. 6.

[0010] As shown in Fig. 4, case 1 accommodates a plurality of electronic components M in a loose state inside. Case 1 accommodating a plurality of electronic components M is set in a feeder (not shown), and the electronic components M are discharged from inside case 1 by vibrating the feeder and supplied to a mounting device or the like. The electronic components M in this embodiment are minute rectangular parallelepiped electronic components with a longitudinal length of, for example, 1.2 mm or less. Examples of such electronic components include capacitors and inductors, but this embodiment is not limited to these.

[0011] The arrows X, Y, and Z in the reference drawings respectively indicate the left-right direction (width direction), front-rear direction, and up-down direction of the case 1 when it is set in the feeder and in use. In the left-right direction X, X1 indicates the left, X2 the right, in the front-rear direction Y, Y1 the front, Y2 the rear, in the up-down direction Z, Z1 the top, and Z2 the bottom. In the following description, the left-right direction, front-rear direction, and up-down direction are based on the directions indicated by the arrows above.

[0012] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the case 1 includes a case body 10 that houses a plurality of electronic components M, and a shutter member 30. As shown in FIG.

[0013] As shown in Fig. 1, the case body 10 includes a first member 2 and a second member 3 which are divided into a left and a right part. The first member 2 and the second member 3 are molded bodies made of resin such as ABS resin. The first member 2 and the second member 3 are combined and joined together to form the case body 10. The first member 2 and the second member 3 are joined by means of ultrasonic bonding, adhesive bonding, or the like, but are not limited to these means.

[0014] 4 shows the inside of the second member 3 on the right side without the first member 2 on the left side. The case body 10 has a flat box shape that is long in the front-rear direction and thin in the left-right direction. In the following explanation, the first member 2 and the second member 3 will not be explained individually except when necessary, but the configuration will be explained in a state where the first member 2 and the second member 3 are joined together.

[0015] 4, the case body 10 has a top plate 12 and a bottom plate 13 extending in the front-rear direction, a front wall 14 and a rear wall 15 extending in the up-down direction, a pair of left and right side walls 16, and an inclined plate 17 that divides the inside of the case body 10 into upper and lower parts. The rear wall 15 includes an outer rear wall 15a that forms the outer surface, and an inner rear wall 15b in front of the outer rear wall. A storage space 11 is formed inside the case body 10 to store a plurality of electronic components M in a loose state.

[0016] The electronic components M accommodated in the accommodation space 11 are discharged to the outside of the case body 10 through the discharge outlet 19. The discharge outlet 19 is provided in the lower part of the front wall portion 14. The discharge outlet 19 is a rectangular opening. Note that the shape of the discharge outlet 19 is not limited to a rectangle, and may be, for example, a circular or elliptical opening. The discharge outlet 19 is opened and closed by a shutter member 30.

[0017] The inclined plate portion 17 is a plate member that extends between the left and right side wall portions 16 and also extends from the inner rear wall portion 15b to the lower portion of the discharge port 19. The inclined plate portion 17 is disposed below the vertical center inside the case body 10. Inside the case body 10, the upper side of the inclined plate portion 17 forms the storage space 11, and the lower side forms the lower space 18.

[0018] As shown in FIG. 4, the inclined plate portion 17 is inclined downward toward the discharge port 19, and its upper surface is an inclined surface 17a that is inclined downward toward the discharge port 19. In this embodiment, the inclination angle θ1 of the inclined surface 17a is about 10° with respect to the horizontal direction when the case 1 is set in the feeder. The inclination angle θ1 of the inclined surface 17a is preferably 3° or more and 10° or less. The inclination angle θ1 of the inclined surface 17a is appropriately adjusted according to the vibration conditions of the feeder, etc. An upper guide protrusion 17b that constitutes the lower guide portion 5 described later is formed at the lower front end of the inclined plate portion 17.

[0019] As shown in Fig. 4, a strip-shaped RFID tag 27 that is long in the front-rear direction is disposed at the rear of the lower space 18. The RFID tag 27 is configured as, for example, a sticker and is affixed to the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 13. The RFID tag 27 is stored in the lower space 18 through a hole 16a extending in the front-rear direction provided in the side wall portion 16 shown in Fig. 1. The RFID tag 27 has a known configuration including a transmitter / receiver, a memory, an antenna, and the like. For example, a reader / writer that reads and writes information from and to the RFID tag 27 is disposed in the feeder in which the case 1 is set.

[0020] The case body 10 has an upper gripping portion 28A and a rear gripping portion 28B. The upper gripping portion 28A is a pair of front and rear recesses provided at both front and rear ends of the upper side of the case body 10. The rear gripping portion 28B is a pair of upper and lower recesses provided at both top and bottom ends of the rear side of the case body 10. Each of the upper gripping portion 28A and the rear gripping portion 28B is gripped by a robot hand, for example, when the case 1 is transported by the robot hand.

[0021] The case body 10 has a plurality of claws on the bottom surface for detachably setting the case body 10 on the feeder. In this embodiment, a first claw 61, a second claw 62, and a third claw 63 are provided on the bottom surface at intervals in the front-rear direction. Each of the first claw 61, the second claw 62, and the third claw 63 is integrally molded with the case body 10. Each of the first claw 61 and the second claw 62 is configured as a T-slot having an inverted T-shape in cross section in a plane along the top-bottom and left-right directions. The third claw 63 is a plate piece extending rearward and having an L-shape in a side view.

[0022] The shutter member 30 slides to open and close the discharge port 19. The shutter member 30 extends continuously from the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 13 to the inside of the front wall portion 14, and is slidable along the direction of extension. A lower guide protrusion 13a that constitutes a lower guide portion 5 described later is formed on the front end portion of the bottom plate portion 13.

[0023] The shutter member 30 is a thin strip-like film member having a certain width. The shutter member 30 is made of a flexible material that has a certain degree of rigidity and can be bent, such as PET (Polyethylene terephthalate). The thickness of the shutter member 30 made of such a film-like member is not limited, but is preferably 0.1 mm or more and 0.5 mm or less. The width of the shutter member 30 is slightly larger than the width of the exhaust port 19 and is wide enough to cover the exhaust port 19 without any gaps. An opening 31 having approximately the same shape as the exhaust port 19 is provided at the front end of the shutter member 30.

[0024] The shutter member 30 is slidable along an upper guide portion 4 and a lower guide portion 5 provided in the case body 10. The upper guide portion 4 is disposed above the discharge port 19, and the lower guide portion 5 is disposed below the inclined plate portion 17. The front side of the shutter member 30 slides vertically along the upper guide portion 4, and the rear side slides approximately horizontally along the lower guide portion 5. The upper guide portion 4 and the lower guide portion 5 each form a passage that slidably holds the shutter member 30 while keeping the surface direction of the shutter member 30 aligned in the left-right direction. The upper guide portion 4 and the lower guide portion 5 will be described in detail later.

[0025] The shutter member 30 is slid by a slide member 35. As shown in FIG.

[0026] As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the bottom plate portion 13 of the case body 10 has a protruding plate portion 21 on its front side. The protruding plate portion 21 protrudes downward and extends in the front-rear direction. The protruding plate portion 21 is provided with a long hole 21a extending in the front-rear direction. Above the protruding plate portion 21, the plate portion 26 is disposed with a predetermined space 22 between the protruding plate portion 21 and the plate portion 26. The plate portion 26 is approximately parallel to the protruding plate portion 21 and is molded integrally with the bottom plate portion 13. The space 22 is surrounded by the protruding plate portion 21, the plate portion 26, and the left and right side wall portions 16. The slide member 35 is disposed within the space 22. The front end portion of the plate portion 26 is provided with a front side protrusion 26a protruding downward. The rear end portion of the plate portion 26 is provided with a rear side protrusion 26b protruding downward.

[0027] The slide member 35 is a rectangular plate piece that is long in the front-rear direction. A circular operation hole 36 that penetrates the slide member 35 in the up-down direction is formed in the slide member 35. The operation hole 36 communicates with the long hole 21a of the case body 10 and is exposed to the outside through the long hole 21a.

[0028] As shown in FIG. 5, a slit 37 is formed in the middle of the slide member 35 in the up-down direction, extending along the front-rear direction and opening to the front side. The rear end of the shutter member 30 is inserted into the slit 37 from a front end opening 37a opening to the front side of the slit 37. The slit 37 does not open to the rear side. The slit 37 may open to the left and right sides of the slide member 35. The shutter member 30 is fixed to the slide member 35 by a means such as adhesion. This allows the shutter member 30 to slide integrally with the slide member 35. The slide member 35 slides in the front-rear direction while being guided by sliding on the protruding plate portion 21, the plate portion 26, and the left and right side wall portions 16 of the bottom plate portion 13.

[0029] As shown in Fig. 5, a front recess 32a is provided at the front end of the upper surface of the slide member 35, and a rear recess 32b is provided at the rear end. When the slide member 35 slides forward, the front protrusion 26a of the plate portion 26 enters and engages with the front recess 32a, restricting further forward sliding. At this time, the opening hole 31 of the shutter member 30 is disposed above the discharge port 19 as shown in Fig. 4, and the discharge port 19 is closed by the lower part of the opening hole 31 in the shutter member 30.

[0030] On the other hand, when the slide member 35 slides rearward, the rear convex portion 26b of the plate portion 26 enters and engages with the rear concave portion 32b, restricting further rearward sliding, as shown in Fig. 5. At this time, the opening hole 31 of the shutter member 30 matches the discharge port 19, and the discharge port 19 opens.

[0031] After a predetermined number of electronic components M have been accommodated in the accommodation space 11 through the discharge outlet 19, the case 1 is shipped to a destination of the electronic components in a state in which the slide member 35 is slid forward to close the discharge outlet 19 with the shutter member 30. Therefore, Fig. 4 shows the inside of the case 1 at the time of shipment. A user who has received the case 1 can open the discharge outlet 19, for example, as follows.

[0032] 5, the operation pin 60 is inserted into the operation hole 36 of the slide member 35, and the operation pin 60 is moved in the opening direction of the shutter member 30, i.e., backward. As a result, the shutter member 30 slides backward in conjunction with the slide member 35, and the opening hole 31 of the shutter member 30 matches the discharge port 19, opening the discharge port 19.

[0033] The mechanism for sliding the shutter member 30 to open and close the discharge port 19 is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration in which the slide member 35 is provided integrally with the shutter member 30, and other mechanisms may be used.

[0034] The above is the basic configuration of the case 1 according to the first embodiment. This case 1 is used, for example, as follows. After a predetermined number of electronic components M are accommodated in the accommodation space 11 of the case body 10 through the discharge outlet 19, which is in a pre-open state, the discharge outlet 19 is closed and the case 1 is supplied to a predetermined supply destination. At the supply destination, the case 1 is set in the feeder as described above, the discharge outlet 19 is opened, and the electronic components M are discharged from the discharge outlet 19 by the vibrating feeder, and supplied to a mounting device or the like.

[0035] Next, the upper guide portion 4 and the lower guide portion 5 which guide the sliding movement of the shutter member 30, and the shutter member 30 will be described in detail.

[0036] 5, the upper guide portion 4 includes an upper guide slit 41 as a guide slit extending in the vertical direction and disposed above the discharge port 19. The upper guide slit 41 is formed in the front wall portion 14. The front wall portion 14 has a front plate portion 14a and a rear plate portion 14b that sandwich the upper guide slit 41 therebetween.

[0037] As shown in Fig. 6, the upper guide slit 41 communicates with the discharge port 19 through an opening 42 at the lower end. Each of the front plate portion 14a and the rear plate portion 14b has a pair of front inner wall surface 14a1 and rear inner wall surface 14b1 that face each other. The upper guide slit 41 is formed between the front inner wall surface 14a1 and the rear inner wall surface 14b1. The front end portion of the shutter member 30 is inserted into the upper guide slit 41 from the opening 42, and slides in the upper guide slit 41 in the up-down direction.

[0038] 5, the lower guide portion 5 includes a lower guide slit 51 serving as a guide slit disposed below the discharge port 19. The lower guide slit 51 is formed between the lower guide protrusion 13a of the bottom plate portion 13 and the upper guide protrusion 17b of the inclined plate portion 17.

[0039] As shown in FIG. 6, the lower guide slit 51 communicates with the discharge port 19 through an opening 52 at the upper end. Each of the lower guide protrusion 13a and the upper guide protrusion 17b has a pair of lower inner wall surface 13a1 and upper inner wall surface 17b1 facing each other. The lower guide slit 51 is formed between the lower inner wall surface 13a1 and the upper inner wall surface 17b1. The lower inner wall surface 13a1 on the bottom plate portion 13 side is curved so as to extend gently upward toward the front. The upper inner wall surface 17b1 on the inclined plate portion 17 side is curved corresponding to the lower inner wall surface 13a1 so that the thickness dimension of the lower guide slit 51 is approximately constant. Therefore, the lower guide slit 51 is curved so as to extend gently upward toward the front.

[0040] The rear portion of the shutter member 30 slides in the front-rear direction directly above the bottom plate portion 13. The front portion of the shutter member 30 on the bottom plate portion 13 slides through the lower guide slit 51 that is concavely curved in the front-rear direction, thereby bending upward at an angle of approximately 90° from the horizontal direction and changing to a posture extending in the up-down direction.

[0041] 2, side guide slits 43 communicating with the upper guide slit 41 and the lower guide slit 51 are provided on both the left and right sides of the lower part of the front wall 14 corresponding to the discharge port 19. The left and right edge portions of the shutter member 30 passing through the discharge port 19 fit into the side guide slits 43. This allows the entire surface of the discharge port 19 to be blocked by the shutter member 30.

[0042] The upper guide slit 41 and the lower guide slit 51 have approximately the same thickness dimension, and have a thickness dimension that allows the shutter member 30 to pass smoothly and holds the shutter member 30. For example, the thickness dimension is approximately one to two times the thickness of the shutter member 30, and is preferably, for example, 0.1 mm to 1 mm.

[0043] 6 and 7, the film-like shutter member 30 has a pair of main surfaces, a first main surface 38a and a second main surface 38b. Here, the surface facing the front side at the position of the exhaust port 19 is the first main surface 38a, and the surface facing the rear side is the second main surface 38b. On the bottom plate portion 13, the first main surface 38a faces downward, and the second main surface 38b faces upward.

[0044] In the first embodiment, the biasing member 70 is disposed on the second main surface 38b of the shutter member 30. As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 8, the biasing member 70 includes an upper biasing member 71 disposed above the opening hole 31 of the shutter member 30, and a lower biasing member 72 disposed below the opening hole 31 of the shutter member 30. The upper biasing member 71 and the lower biasing member 72 are both made of an elastic material, and are preferably made of a material such as sponge or rubber that is compressed and elastically returns to its original state when the compression is released. The upper biasing member 71 and the lower biasing member 72 are joined to the second main surface 38b of the shutter member 30 by a means such as bonding with an adhesive. As a result, the upper biasing member 71 and the lower biasing member 72 slide together with the shutter member 30.

[0045] 8 is a plan view of the second main surface 38b side, showing the entire length of the shutter member 30. As shown in FIG. 8, the lower biasing member 72 disposed below the opening hole 31 has a predetermined length and a width covering the entire width of the shutter member 30.

[0046] 6 and 7, the lower biasing member 72 is sandwiched between the second main surface 38b of the shutter member 30 and the upper inner wall surface 17b1 in the lower guide slit 51 and disposed in a compressed state. The shutter member 30 is pressed against the lower inner wall surface 13a1 by the elastic force of the lower biasing member 72 in the compressed state. Therefore, the gap generated between the shutter member 30 and the upper inner wall surface 17b1 near the opening 52 of the lower guide slit 51 is closed by the lower biasing member 72.

[0047] 8, the upper biasing member 71 has a predetermined length above the opening 31, and has a width covering the entire width of the shutter member 30. The upper biasing member 71 is shorter than the lower biasing member 72.

[0048] As shown in FIG. 6, the upper biasing member 71 is sandwiched between the second main surface 38b of the shutter member 30 and the rear inner wall surface 14b1 in the upper guide slit 41 and disposed in a compressed state. The shutter member 30 is pressed against the front inner wall surface 14a1 by the elastic force of the upper biasing member 71 in the compressed state. Therefore, the gap generated between the shutter member 30 and the upper inner wall surface 17b1 near the opening 42 of the upper guide slit 41 is closed by the upper biasing member 71. Note that, although the illustration of the cross section of the upper guide portion 4 is omitted here, the cross section of the upper guide portion 4 is similar to that in FIG. 7.

[0049] The case 1 shown in Fig. 6 is in an open state in which the opening hole 31 of the shutter member 30 matches the discharge outlet 19 of the case 1 to open the discharge outlet 19. In this open state, the upper biasing member 71 is disposed above the discharge outlet 19, and the lower biasing member 72 is disposed below the discharge outlet 19. In other words, the biasing member 70 is disposed around the discharge outlet 19. In this embodiment, in a closed state in which the discharge outlet 19 is closed by the shutter member 30 as shown in Fig. 4, it is preferable that the lower biasing member 72 has a length that covers the discharge outlet 19.

[0050] When the shutter member 30 slides between the closing position where the discharge outlet 19 is closed and the opening position where the discharge outlet 19 is opened, the lower urging member 72 passes through the discharge outlet 19. At that time, both left and right end portions of the lower urging member 72 pass through the side guide slits 43 on both sides of the discharge outlet 19 together with the shutter member 30. As a result, when the lower urging member 72 passes through the discharge outlet 19, the lower urging member 72 does not interfere with the sliding of the shutter member 30.

[0051] The case 1 having the above configuration is set in the feeder as described above, and the electronic component M is discharged from the discharge port 19. At that time, if the electronic component M is small enough to enter a gap generated in the opening 52 of the lower guide slit 51, the electronic component M may fall into the lower guide slit 51 through the gap. However, in this embodiment, the lower biasing member 72 is disposed between the shutter member 30 and the upper inner wall surface 17b1 near the opening 52 of the lower guide slit 51, so that even if the electronic component M falls, the lower biasing member 72 receives the electronic component M and prevents it from entering the depths of the lower guide slit 51. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the electronic component M from getting lost by being lost in the lower guide slit 51, and the shutter member 30 can always slide smoothly. In addition, the electronic component M is easily discharged smoothly from the discharge port 19.

[0052] When the discharge port 19 is closed by the shutter member 30, the discharge port 19 is covered by the lower biasing member 72, and no gap is created in either the opening 42 of the upper guide slit 41 or the opening 52 of the lower guide slit 51. Therefore, even when the discharge port 19 is closed by the shutter member 30 and the case 1 is transported or stored, for example, the electronic component M does not get into the upper guide slit 41 or the lower guide slit 51. As a result, the electronic component M is prevented from being lost, and the shutter member 30 can always slide smoothly.

[0053] In addition, while the shutter member 30 is being slid, a part of the discharge port 19 on the lower guide slit 51 side is covered with the lower biasing member 72, and the upper guide slit 41 on the upper side has an upper biasing member 71 disposed therein. Therefore, even if the electronic component M enters the upper guide slit 41 through a gap in the opening 42, the upper biasing member 71 prevents the electronic component M from entering the inner part of the upper guide slit 41. In addition, since the opening 52 of the lower guide slit 51 is covered with the lower biasing member 72, the electronic component M does not enter the lower guide slit 51. As a result, the electronic component M is prevented from being lost, and the shutter member 30 can always slide smoothly.

[0054] The case 1 according to the first embodiment described above includes a case body 10 that houses a plurality of electronic components M and has an outlet 19 through which the electronic components M are discharged, an upper guide slit 41 and a lower guide slit 51 that are provided in the case body 10 and serve as guide slits that communicate with the outlet 19, and a shutter member 30 that is slidably inserted into the upper guide slit 41 and the lower guide slit 51 and slides to open and close the outlet 19. The case body 10 faces each other and has the upper guide slit 41 therebetween. The shutter member 30 has a front inner wall surface 14a1 and a rear inner wall surface 14b1 as a pair of inner wall surfaces that form the lower guide slit 51, and a lower inner wall surface 13a1 and an upper inner wall surface 17b1 as a pair of inner wall surfaces that form the lower guide slit 51.The shutter member 30 has a first main surface 38a and a second main surface 38b as a pair of main surfaces that face each of the pair of inner wall surfaces, and an upper biasing member 71 and a lower biasing member 72, which are biasing members 70 that elastically bias the shutter member 30 toward at least one side of the pair of inner wall surfaces, are arranged on the shutter member 30.

[0055] As a result, the upper biasing member 71 and the lower biasing member 72 can make it difficult for the electronic component M accommodated in the case 1 to enter the upper guide slit 41 and the lower guide slit 51. This can prevent the electronic component M from becoming lost, and can facilitate smooth discharge of the electronic component M from the discharge port 19.

[0056] In the case 1 of the first embodiment, the upper urging member 71 and the lower urging member 72 are arranged on the second main surface 38b, which is one of the main surfaces of the shutter member 30, and the upper urging member 71 presses the shutter member 30 against the front inner wall surface 14a1 of the upper guide slit 41, and the lower urging member 72 presses the shutter member 30 against the lower inner wall surface 13a1 of the lower guide slit 51, while the upper urging member 71 is arranged between the shutter member 30 and the rear inner wall surface 14b1 of the upper guide slit 41, and the lower urging member 72 is arranged between the shutter member 30 and the upper inner wall surface 17b1 of the lower guide slit 51.

[0057] As a result, the upper and lower spring members 71 and 72 make it difficult for the electronic component M contained in the case 1 to enter the upper and lower guide slits 41 and 51, thereby preventing the electronic component M from becoming lost and facilitating the smooth ejection of the electronic component M from the ejection port 19.

[0058] In case 1 according to the first embodiment, upper biasing member 71 and lower biasing member 72 are preferably disposed around outlet 19.

[0059] As a result, when the electronic component M is discharged from the discharge port 19 in the open state where the opening hole 31 of the shutter member 30 is aligned with the discharge port 19, the upper biasing member 71 and the lower biasing member 72 make it difficult for the electronic component M to enter the upper guide slit 41 and the lower guide slit 51. This prevents the electronic component M from becoming lost, and facilitates smooth discharge of the electronic component M from the discharge port 19.

[0060] Hereinafter, the second to sixth embodiments will be described as other embodiments. These embodiments are partial modifications of the first embodiment, and the configurations other than the modifications are the same as the above embodiment. Therefore, in the following description, the same components as the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals and their description is omitted, and the modifications will be mainly described.

[0061] Second embodiment FIG. 9 is a diagram showing the second embodiment, and is a cross-sectional view of a portion corresponding to line VII-VII in FIG. 6 of the first embodiment.

[0062] As shown in FIG. 9, in the second embodiment, the lower biasing member 72 disposed in the lower guide slit 51 is disposed on the first main surface 38a side of the shutter member 30. The lower biasing member 72 is sandwiched between the first main surface 38a of the shutter member 30 and the lower inner wall surface 13a1 in the lower guide slit 51 and disposed in a compressed state. The shutter member 30 is pressed against the upper inner wall surface 17b1 by the elastic force of the lower biasing member 72 in the compressed state. Although not shown, the same is true on the upper guide slit 41 side, and the shutter member 30 is pressed against the rear inner wall surface 14b1 by the upper biasing member 71 disposed on the first main surface 38a side of the shutter member 30.

[0063] According to the second embodiment, the electronic component M accommodated in the case 1 is prevented from entering the upper guide slit 41 and the lower guide slit 51 by the upper biasing member 71 and the lower biasing member 72. This prevents the electronic component M from becoming lost, and facilitates the electronic component M to be smoothly discharged from the discharge port 19.

[0064] Third embodiment FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the third embodiment, and is a cross-sectional view of a portion corresponding to line VII-VII in FIG. 6 of the first embodiment.

[0065] As shown in FIG. 10, in the third embodiment, the lower urging members 72 arranged in the lower guide slit 51 are arranged in pairs on each of the first main surface 38a and the second main surface 38b of the shutter member 30. The pair of lower urging members 72 causes the shutter member 30 to be arranged between the upper inner wall surface 17b1 and the lower inner wall surface 13a1. The lower urging member 72 on the first main surface 38a side is sandwiched between the first main surface 38a and the lower inner wall surface 13a1 and arranged in a compressed state. The lower urging member 72 on the second main surface 38b side is sandwiched between the second main surface 38b and the upper inner wall surface 17b1 and arranged in a compressed state. Although not shown in the figure, the same is true on the upper guide slit 41 side, where a pair of upper biasing members 71 in a compressed state are arranged on each of the first main surface 38a and second main surface 38b of the shutter member 30, and the shutter member 30 is arranged between the front inner wall surface 14a1 and the rear inner wall surface 14b1.

[0066] According to the third embodiment, the electronic component M housed in the case 1 is prevented from entering the upper guide slit 41 and the lower guide slit 51 by the pairs of upper and lower biasing members 71 and 72 arranged on the first and second main surfaces 38a and 38b of the shutter member 30, respectively. This prevents the electronic component M from becoming lost, and facilitates the electronic component M to be smoothly discharged from the discharge port 19.

[0067] (Fourth embodiment) FIG. 11 is a diagram showing the fourth embodiment, and is a cross-sectional view of a portion corresponding to line VII-VII in FIG. 6 of the first embodiment.

[0068] As shown in FIG. 11, in the fourth embodiment, the lower urging member 72 arranged in the lower guide slit 51 is arranged only on the second main surface 38b side of the shutter member 30 as in the first embodiment, but the lower urging member 72 in the fourth embodiment has a structure including a hollow portion 72a. In this embodiment, the hollow portion 72a is formed over almost the entire width and length of the lower urging member 72, and the packaging material portion 72b surrounding the hollow portion 72a is formed of an airtight material such as rubber having a substantially constant thickness. The compressed air sealed in the hollow portion 72a can impart a resilient force to the lower urging member 72. The shutter member 30 is pressed against the upper inner wall surface 17b1 by the lower urging member 72 in a compressed state.

[0069] In the fourth embodiment, the lower biasing member 72 has a hollow structure. The hollow structure can suppress an increase in weight of the lower biasing member 72, and therefore, it is possible to suppress an increase in the weight of the entire case 1, while suppressing loss of the electronic component M and enabling smooth ejection.

[0070] The hollow urging member can be applied to the upper urging member 71 of the first embodiment, and also to the upper urging member 71 and the lower urging member 72 of the second and third embodiments.

[0071] Fifth embodiment FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a fifth embodiment, and is a cross-sectional view of a portion corresponding to line VII-VII in FIG. 6 of the first embodiment.

[0072] 12, in the fifth embodiment, the lower urging member 72 disposed in the lower guide slit 51 is disposed only on the second main surface 38b side of the shutter member 30 as in the first embodiment, but the lower urging member 72 in the fifth embodiment is made of the same material as the shutter member 30 and is formed integrally with the shutter member 30. A dashed line 72s shown in FIG. 12 indicates the boundary between the lower urging member 72 and the shutter member 30. In this case, the shutter member 30 and the lower urging member 72 integral with the shutter member 30 are formed of, for example, an elastic resin or the like.

[0073] In the fifth embodiment, the lower biasing member 72 is made of the same material as the shutter member 30 and is formed integrally with the shutter member 30.

[0074] This allows the lower biasing member 72 to be formed simultaneously with the shutter member 30, improving manufacturing efficiency.

[0075] The biasing member integrated with the shutter member 30 can be applied to the upper biasing member 71 of the first embodiment, and also to the upper biasing member 71 and the lower biasing member 72 of the second to fourth embodiments.

[0076] Sixth embodiment FIG. 13 is a diagram showing the sixth embodiment, and is a cross-sectional view of a portion corresponding to line VII-VII in FIG. 6 of the first embodiment.

[0077] In the sixth embodiment, first, the details of the shape of the case body 10 are different. As described above, the case body 10 is configured by combining the left and right first members 2 and second members 3, which are resin molded bodies, but in this type of resin molded body, the contact surface with the mold may be formed into a tapered shape as necessary in order to facilitate demolding without undercuts that may get caught in the mold when the molded body is removed from the molding die.

[0078] For example, as shown in Figure 13, the lower inner wall surface 13a2 on the first member 2 side and the lower inner wall surface 13a3 on the second member 3 side, which constitute the lower inner wall surface 13a1 of the lower guide portion 5, each have a tapered surface so that the lower guide slit 51 widens as it approaches the direction D2 opposite to the demolding direction D1.

[0079] In addition, the upper inner wall surface 17b2 on the first member 2 side and the upper inner wall surface 17b3 on the second member 3 side, which constitute the upper inner wall surface 17b1 of the lower guide portion 5, are tapered so that the lower guide slit 51 widens in the direction D2 opposite to the mold removal direction D1. Therefore, the lower inner wall surface 13a1 and the upper inner wall surface 17b1 are each formed in a groove shape with an isosceles triangle cross section. The lower inner wall surface 13a1 and the upper inner wall surface 17b1 have groove bottoms 13a4 and 17b4 in the widthwise center, respectively.

[0080] The front inner wall surface 14a1 and the rear inner wall surface 14b1 of the upper guide portion 4 on the first member 2 side and the second member 3 side may also be formed in a tapered shape, but are not shown here.

[0081] In the sixth embodiment, the lower biasing member 72 disposed in the lower guide slit 51 has a maximum thickness at approximately the center in the width direction of the second main surface 38b, and the thickness gradually decreases toward both sides in the width direction. The width direction here refers to a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the shutter member 30, which is the up-down direction on the paper in Fig. 13. The lower biasing member 72 is disposed in a compressed state between the second main surface 38b of the shutter member 30 and the upper inner wall surface 17b1, and is in contact with the groove bottom portion 13a4 of the upper inner wall surface 17b1.

[0082] On the second main surface 38b side where the lower biasing member 72 is arranged, the gap between the second main surface 38b and the upper inner wall surface 17b1 is largest at the widthwise center where the groove bottom 17b4 is located, and gradually becomes smaller toward both sides in the widthwise direction. The lower biasing member 72 is thickest at the widthwise center where the gap is largest. In other words, the widthwise center where the electronic component M is likely to enter is thickest. For this reason, the electronic component M is less likely to enter the lower guide slit 51. This prevents the electronic component M from becoming lost, and the electronic component M is more likely to be smoothly discharged from the discharge port 19.

[0083] Incidentally, this embodiment in which the thickness at the widthwise center is made the largest can also be applied to the upper biasing member 71.

[0084] Although a number of embodiments have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and modifications and improvements within the scope of the present invention that can achieve the object of the present invention are included in the present invention.

[0085] For example, the biasing member 70 that biases the shutter member 30 toward the inner wall surface may be configured with a spring made of metal, resin, or the like.

[0086] The biasing member 70 may have any configuration as long as it biases the shutter member 30 toward the inner wall surface to make it difficult for the electronic component M to enter the upper guide slit 41 or the lower guide slit 51, and is not limited to pressing the shutter member 30 against the inner wall surface.

[0087] The biasing member 70 may be disposed at any position on the shutter member 30 as long as it can make it difficult for the electronic component M to enter the upper guide slit 41 or the lower guide slit 51. [Explanation of symbols]
