Abstract

To provide manufacturing equipment for production of disposable cartridges for electronic cigarettes.SOLUTION: Manufacturing equipment (8) comprises: a manufacturing drum (13) that includes seats (16) adapted to receive components (2 and 7) of a disposable cartridge (1); and a feeding unit (21) for feeding the components (2 and 7) of the disposable cartridge (1) to the seats (16). Each seat has a housing through-passage (26) that crosses the manufacturing drum from one side to the other side and stores the components and a pair of opposing jaws (27). The jaws are mounted in the housing through-passage (26) and are movable between a gripping position in which the jaws engage the components arranged in housing through-passages (24 and 26) and a transfer position in which the jaws do not engage the components arranged in the housing through-passages (24 and 26). Each pair of jaws (27) has two teeth (128), and when the two jaws are arranged in the gripping position, the two teeth hold the components inside the seat at a top part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 34
