Then, a worker in the production area supplies the feeder transported by the automatic guided vehicle to the component mounting machine. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6266621 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] Here, although not specified in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent No. 6266621, in the component mounting system described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent No. 6266621, the feeder prepared by the worker in the preparation area may be placed on the temporary placement table, and the feeder placed on the temporary placement table may be picked up and transported by the automatic guided vehicle. In this case, the worker in the preparation area may mistakenly place the feeder on the temporary placement table (such as placing the feeder in a wrong placement position on the temporary placement table). In this case, there is a problem that it is difficult for the worker to efficiently perform the placement work of the feeder (component supply unit) on the temporary placement table (placement device).

[0006] The present invention has been made to solve the problems described above, and one object of the present invention is to provide a component mounting system and a component mounting method that enable an operator to efficiently place a component supply unit on a placement device when a transport robot retrieves the component supply unit from a placement device and transports it to the component mounting device. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to achieve the above object, the first to third aspects of the present invention 6 The component mounting system according to the first aspect includes a component mounting device that mounts components on a board using a component supply unit, a transport robot that transports the component supply unit to the component mounting device, an arrangement device in which a plurality of component supply units transported by the transport robot are arranged, and a control device that, when the transport robot acquires the component supply unit from the arrangement device and transports it to the component mounting device, creates a setup list including information representing the arrangement position of the component supply unit to be transported in the arrangement device and notifies an operator of the created setup list. Each of teeth, The component mounting device, the transport robot, and the placement device each have a plurality of component supply unit placement units in which the component supply units are placed. correspond to each other Parts supply section placement section The component supply unit is configured to be able to be arranged on the placement device, and the control device places the component supply unit in the placement device. Parts supply section placement section The position of the part supply unit is arranged on the transport robot. Parts supply section placement sectionPositioning the component supply unit in the component mounting device Parts supply section placement section A setup list is created to correspond to the location. In addition, in a component mounting system according to a second aspect of the present invention, the component mounting device, the transport robot, and the placement device are configured to be able to place the component supply unit in corresponding positions, and the control device is configured to create a setup list so that the position at which the component supply unit is placed on the placement device corresponds to the position at which the component supply unit is placed on the transport robot and the position at which the component supply unit is placed on the component mounting device.

[0008] The first to fourth aspects of the present invention 6 In the component mounting system according to the above aspect, when a transport robot acquires a component supply unit from a placement device and transports it to a component mounting device, a setup list including information indicating a placement position of the component supply unit to be transported in the placement device is created, and a control device is provided for notifying an operator of the created setup list. This allows the setup list to clearly indicate the placement position of the component supply unit in the placement device to the operator. As a result, it is possible to prevent the operator from making a mistake in placing the component supply unit in the placement device (such as placing the component supply unit in a wrong placement position in the placement device). This makes it possible to provide a component mounting system that allows an operator to efficiently perform the placement work of the component supply unit in the placement device when a transport robot acquires a component supply unit from a placement device and transports it to a component mounting device.

[0009] In the component mounting system according to the first aspect, the control device is preferably configured to create a setup list such that the setup list is arranged in order of the start time of use of the component supply units. With this configuration, the worker can easily recognize the component supply unit with the earliest start time of use (the component supply unit with the highest priority) from the setup list. As a result, the worker can perform placement work on the placement device in order from the component supply unit with the earliest start time of use (the component supply unit with the highest priority).

[0011] In the component mounting system according to the first aspect, the placement device is preferably configured to detect whether the component supply unit has been placed at a position specified by the setup list, and, when it detects that the component supply unit has been placed at an incorrect position other than the position specified by the setup list, to notify the worker to place the component supply unit at the correct position specified by the setup list. With this configuration, when the worker places the component supply unit at an incorrect position, the worker can easily recognize that the component supply unit has been placed at the incorrect position, and can easily relocate the component supply unit placed at the incorrect position to the correct position.

[0012] In the component mounting system according to the first aspect, the control device is preferably configured to cause the display unit to display the setup list. With this configuration, the operator can easily check the setup list displayed on the display unit.

[0013] In this case, preferably, the display unit includes at least one of an area display unit provided in the area where the placement device is provided, a mobile terminal display unit provided in a mobile terminal carried by the worker, and a placement device display unit provided in the placement device. With this configuration, when the display unit is an area display unit, if there are multiple workers in the area, the multiple workers can easily check the setup list. Also, when the display unit is a mobile terminal display unit, a worker carrying a mobile terminal can easily check the setup list at a desired timing. Also, when the display unit is a placement device display unit, a worker can easily check the setup list in the vicinity of the placement device where the actual work is performed.

[0014] Above article 2 In a component mounting system based on the above aspects , transportationThe transport robot has a plurality of slots in which the component supply units are arranged, and the control device is configured to create a setup list so that, when a setup change is performed to switch the type of board to be produced from the current type to the next type, an empty slot for retrieving the component supply units can be provided among the plurality of slots of the transport robot. With this configuration, the transport robot can retrieve the component supply units arranged in the component mounting device to the empty slots, while replenishing the component mounting device with the component supply units arranged in slots other than the empty slots. As a result, the transport robot can be used more efficiently than when the transport robot only retrieves the component supply units arranged in the component mounting device or only replenishing the component supply units to the component mounting device.

[0015] Above article 3 In the component mounting system according to the above aspect, the transport robot has a plurality of slots in which the component supply units are arranged, and the control device is configured to create a setup list so that, when a setup change is performed to switch the type of board to be produced from a current type to a next type, an empty slot for retrieving the component supply units can be provided among the plurality of slots of the transport robot. The control device is also configured to divide the setup list so that an empty slot can be provided. With this configuration, a setup list that allows an empty slot to be provided can be easily created by dividing the setup list. As a result, the transport robot can be easily and efficiently used.

[0016] In the configuration in which the setup list is divided so that an empty slot can be provided, the control device is preferably configured to divide the setup list so that the transport robot can recover the component supply unit arranged in the component mounting device to an empty slot, and can slide the multiple slots to supply the component supply unit arranged in the slot to the component mounting device. With this configuration, the transport robot can recover the component supply unit arranged in the component mounting device and supply the component supply unit to the component mounting device by simply sliding the multiple slots without moving the entire transport robot. As a result, unlike the case in which the transport robot recovers the component supply unit arranged in the component mounting device and supplies the component supply unit to the component mounting device while moving the entire transport robot, it is not necessary to position the transport robot with respect to the component mounting device many times. As a result, the transport robot can easily recover the component supply unit arranged in the component mounting device and supply the component supply unit to the component mounting device.

[0017] Above article 4 In the component mounting system according to the above aspect, the control device is configured to divide the setup list so that the setup list is divided into a plurality of supply groups when replenishing the component supply unit due to a component shortage. With this configuration, since the setup list is divided into a plurality of supply groups, the component supply unit can be transported by the transport robot at a timing that is more in line with the timing of component shortage of each component supply unit included in the supply group than when the setup list is not divided into a plurality of supply groups. As a result, it is possible to prevent the transport robot from waiting for the component supply unit to run out of components (stop time) due to the transport robot's transport of the component supply unit not matching the timing of component shortage of the component supply unit. This makes it possible to prevent a decrease in the operation rate of the transport robot.

[0018] In this case, the control device is preferably configured to divide the setup list such that, among the component supply units in the setup list, the component supply units whose usage start time is within a predetermined time are grouped together. With this configuration, it is only necessary to group the component supply units whose usage start time is within a predetermined time, so that the setup list can be easily divided into a plurality of supply groups.

[0019] In the above-mentioned configuration for dividing the setup list so that the setup list is divided into a plurality of supply groups, the control device is preferably configured to divide the setup list so that, among the component supply units in the setup list, the component supply units whose interval between the use start times of the component supply units is within a range shorter than the time it takes for the transport robot to transport the component supply unit and return to the placement device are grouped into one group. With this configuration, it is possible to create supply groups whose interval between the use start times of the component supply units is within the range of the time it takes for the transport robot to transport the component supply unit and return to the placement device, so that the setup list can be divided into supply groups that can efficiently utilize the transport robot.

[0020] Above article 5 In the component mounting system according to the above aspect, the control device is configured to create a setup list by combining the component supply units to be transported to the multiple component mounting devices when the transport robot can transport the component supply units to the multiple component mounting devices. With this configuration, the component supply units of the multiple component mounting devices can be transported at once. As a result, the movement of the transport robot can be reduced compared to the case where the component supply units are transported separately to the multiple component mounting devices.

[0021] In this case, the control device is preferably configured to check whether or not there is an overlap in the placement positions of the component supply units of the multiple component mounting devices in the placement device based on the priority order, and if there is no overlap, to create a setup list by combining the component supply units transported to the multiple component mounting devices. With this configuration, it is possible to check whether or not placement positions in the placement device for the component supply units transported to the multiple component mounting devices can be secured, and if secured, to create a setup list by combining the component supply units transported to the multiple component mounting devices.

[0022] In the above-mentioned configuration for creating a setup list by combining component supply units transported to multiple component mounting devices, the control device is preferably configured to check whether or not there is an overlap in the placement positions of the component supply units of the multiple component mounting devices in the placement device based on the priority order, and if there is an overlap, offset the placement positions of the component supply units of the component mounting device with the lower priority order in the placement device, and if there is no overlap, create a setup list by combining the component supply units transported to the multiple component mounting devices. With this configuration, the offset of the placement positions of the component supply units in the placement device can increase the possibility of creating a setup list that combines the component supply units transported to the multiple component mounting devices. As a result, it is easier to create a setup list that combines the component supply units transported to the multiple component mounting devices.

[0023] In the above-mentioned configuration for creating a setup list by combining component supply units to be transported to a plurality of component mounting devices, the priority order is preferably set based on the usage start time of the component supply unit, the number of component supply units to be transported, or the distance from the placement device to the component mounting device. With this configuration, the priority order can be appropriately set based on the usage start time of the component supply unit related to urgency, the number of component supply units to be transported related to the amount of work, or the distance from the placement device to the component mounting device related to the transport time.

[0024] Above article 6In the component mounting system according to the aspect, the control device is configured to, when the placement of the component supply unit in the placement device is not in time for the transfer start time of the transport robot, check whether the component supply unit can be placed in a second placement device different from the first placement device that is the placement device specified in the setup list, and, when the component supply unit can be placed in the second placement device, change the setup list to notify the worker that the component supply unit will be placed in the second placement device. With this configuration, when the placement of the component supply unit in the first placement device is not in time, the component supply unit can be placed in the second placement device to be transferred by another transport robot. As a result, the component supply unit that was placed in the second placement device because it was not placed in the first placement device in time can be quickly transferred by another transport robot.

[0025] In this case, the control device is preferably configured to notify the worker to transport the component supply unit when the component supply unit cannot be arranged on the second arrangement device. With this configuration, the worker can be made to transport the component supply unit that was not placed on the first arrangement device in time, so that it is possible to prevent the component mounting device from stopping due to the component supply unit not being transported in time.

[0026] In order to achieve the above object, the first aspect of the present invention is 7 The component mounting method according to the above aspect is a component mounting method for a component mounting system including a component mounting device that mounts components on a board using a component supply unit, a transport robot that transports the component supply unit to the component mounting device, and an arrangement device in which a plurality of component supply units transported by the transport robot are arranged, and includes, when the transport robot acquires the component supply unit from the arrangement device and transports it to the component mounting device, a step of creating a setup list including information representing an arrangement position in the arrangement device of the component supply unit to be transported, and a step of notifying an operator of the created setup list, and the component mounting device, the transport robot, and the arrangement device Each of teeth, The component mounting device, the transport robot, and the placement device each have a plurality of component supply unit placement units in which the component supply units are placed. correspond to each other Parts supply section placement sectionThe step of creating the setup list includes a step of placing the component supply unit in the placement device. Parts supply section placement section The position of the part supply unit is arranged on the transport robot. Parts supply section placement section Positioning the component supply unit in the component mounting device Parts supply section placement section A step of creating a schedule list to correspond to the location is included.

[0027] The first aspect of this invention 7 In the component mounting method according to the aspect, when a transport robot acquires a component supply unit from a placement device and transports it to a component mounting device, the method includes the steps of creating a setup list including information indicating a placement position of the component supply unit to be transported in the placement device, and notifying an operator of the created setup list. This allows the setup list to clearly indicate the placement position of the component supply unit in the placement device to the operator. As a result, it is possible to prevent the operator from making a mistake in placing the component supply unit in the placement device. This provides a component mounting method that allows an operator to efficiently place the component supply unit in the placement device when a transport robot acquires a component supply unit from a placement device and transports it to a component mounting device. Effect of the Invention

[0028] According to the present invention, as described above, a component mounting system and a component mounting method can be provided that enable an operator to efficiently place a component supply unit on a placement device when a transport robot retrieves the component supply unit from a placement device and transports it to a component mounting device. [0050] The slide unit 40g is configured to slide the multiple slots 40c in the horizontal direction in which the multiple slots 40c are arranged. The slide unit 40g has a feed mechanism such as a ball screw mechanism capable of sliding the multiple slots 40c, and a motor that drives the feed mechanism.

[0051] As shown in FIG. 1, the management system 50 is a plurality of computers that manage the component mounting system 100. Specifically, the management system 50 includes a line management device 51, a member management device 52, and a production management device 53. The line management device 51 is a computer that manages the mounting line 10. The line management device 51 is configured to manage a program used by each device of the mounting line 10. The line management device 51 is also configured to manage a setup list that represents information on the arrangement position of the component supply unit 60 in the component mounting device 13 for each type of board S produced by the mounting line 10. The line management device 51 is also provided for each mounting line 10. The member management device 52 is also configured to manage the status of the members used by each device of the mounting line 10. For example, the member management device 52 is configured to manage information on the remaining number of components used by the component mounting device 13 (the remaining number of components held by the component supply unit 60). The production management device 53 is an example of a "control device" in the claims.

[0052] The production management device 53 is configured to manage production plan information of the board S. The production management device 53 is also configured to manage the supply and recovery of the component supply unit 60 based on the production plan information and the component remaining number information. As shown in FIG. 4, the production management device 53 has a control unit 53a and a communication unit 53b. The control unit 53a is a control circuit that controls the operation of the production management device 53. The control unit 53a has a processor for executing a predetermined management program and a memory that stores the predetermined management program. The communication unit 53b is also configured to communicate with external devices such as the mounting line 10 including the component mounting device 13, the placement device 20, the return device 30, and the transport robot 40. The communication unit 53b is configured to communicate with external devices such as the mounting line 10, the placement device 20, the return device 30, and the transport robot 40, for example, by wireless communication.

[0053] (Work in the worker's work area) Next, the work of the worker W in the work area AR2 will be described with reference to FIG.

[0054] 2, the work area AR2 is provided with a reel shelf 101, a work desk 102, a placement device 20, and a return device 30. The reel shelf 101 is a shelf for placing reels R to be used or reels R that have been used. The work desk 102 is a desk on which a worker W performs work.

[0055] When placing the component supply unit 60 to be used in the placement device 20, the worker W prepares the reel R to be used and the main body 60a of the component supply unit 60 to be used. Then, the worker W places the prepared reel R to be used and the main body 60a of the component supply unit 60 to be used on the work desk 102. Then, the worker W performs an operation of attaching the reel R to the main body 60a of the component supply unit 60 on the work desk 102. Then, the worker W performs an operation of placing the completed component supply unit 60 with the reel R attached in a predetermined slot 20b of the placement device 20. Then, the transport robot 40 acquires the component supply unit 60 placed by the worker W in the predetermined slot 20b of the placement device 20 (see FIG. 3(A)), and transports and places the acquired component supply unit 60 to the predetermined slot 13b of the component mounting device 13 (see FIG. 3(B)).

[0056] Furthermore, the worker W collects the used component supply unit 60 from a predetermined slot of the return device 30, and places the collected component supply unit 60 on the work desk 102. Then, the worker W performs the task of removing the used reel R from the main body 60a of the component supply unit 60 on the work desk 102.

[0057] Moreover, a display unit 103 is provided in the work area AR2. The display unit 103 is a monitor such as a liquid crystal monitor. The display unit 103 is provided in a position where it can be seen by one or more workers W present in the work area AR2. Furthermore, the worker W carries a mobile terminal 104. The mobile terminal 104 is provided with a display unit 104a. The display unit 104a is a monitor such as a liquid crystal monitor. The display unit 103 is an example of an "area display unit" in the claims. Furthermore, the display unit 104a is an example of a "mobile terminal display unit" in the claims.

[0058] (Configuration regarding setup in work area) Next, a configuration related to the arrangement work (setup work) of the component supply unit 60 on the arrangement device 20 by the worker W in the work area AR2 will be described with reference to Figs. 5 to 17.

[0059] Here, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, when the transport robot 40 acquires the component supply unit 60 from the placement device 20 and transports it to the component mounting device 13, the production management device 53 is configured to create a setup list L2 including information indicating the placement position of the component supply unit 60 to be transported in the placement device 20, and to notify the worker W of the created setup list L2. Specifically, in this embodiment, the production management device 53 is configured to display the setup list L2 on the display unit. More specifically, the production management device 53 is configured to display the setup list L2 on the display unit 103 of the work area AR2, the display unit 104a of the mobile terminal 104, and the display unit 20f of the placement device 20. For example, the production management device 53 is configured to display the setup list L2 on the display unit 103, and to display the setup list L2 on the display unit 104a of the mobile terminal 104 and the display unit 20f of the placement device 20 in response to a request from the worker W.

[0060] The production management device 53 is configured to create a requested parts list L1 for each component mounting device 13 in the mounting area AR1, and to create a setup list L2 for each component mounting device 13 in the mounting area AR1 based on the created requested parts list L1. Note that Fig. 5 shows the requested parts list L1 and the setup list L2 in the case of the initial setup performed in a state in which the component supply unit 60 is not arranged in the component mounting device 13.

[0061] The requested parts list L1 indicates which parts are required at which positions on which component mounting devices 13 and by what time. Specifically, the requested parts list L1 includes information indicating the type of parts required by the component mounting devices 13, information indicating the position of the component mounting devices 13 that require the parts, information indicating the arrangement position (position of slot 13b) of the component supply unit 60 in the component mounting devices 13 that require the parts, and information indicating the time (use start time) when the parts are required by the component mounting devices 13. In the example shown in Fig. 5, for example, it is indicated that a part of type "A" is required by 9:00 at the position of slot 13b "1" of the component mounting device 13 at the position "Mch001-A".

[0062] The setup list L2 indicates which component is to be attached to which component supply unit 60, which position of which placement device 20 is required, and by what time, as well as the placement status of the component supply unit 60 on the placement device 20. Specifically, the setup list L2 includes information indicating the type of component requested by the component mounting device 13, information indicating the ID of the component supply unit 60 corresponding to the type of component, information indicating the placement device 20 that places the component supply unit 60, information indicating the placement position of the component supply unit 60 on the placement device 20 (the position of the slot 20b), information indicating the deadline time for the placement work of the component supply unit 60 on the placement device 20, and information indicating the placement status of the component supply unit 60 on the placement device 20. In the example shown in Figure 5, for example, it is indicated that a part of type "A" is required to be attached to a part supply unit 60 with an ID of "FEEDER-11A" and in slot 20b position "1" of placement device 20 with "CART001" by 8:40, and that the part supply unit 60 has not yet been placed on the placement device 20 by "Not yet".

[0063] In this embodiment, the production management device 53 is configured to create the setup list L2 such that the setup list L2 is arranged in the order of the use start times of the component supply units 60. Specifically, the production management device 53 is configured to create the setup list L2 such that the component supply units 60 with the earliest use start times are arranged in the upper part of the setup list L2. For example, when there are three component supply units 60 with use start times (required times) of "9:00", "9:10", and "9:20", the production management device 53 creates the setup list L2 such that the component supply units 60 with the use start times of "9:00", "9:10", and "9:20" are arranged in this order from the top to the bottom of the setup list L2.

[0064] In this embodiment, the production management device 53 is configured to create the setup list L2 so that the position (position of the slot 20b) at which the component supply unit 60 is placed in the placement device 20 corresponds to the position (position of the slot 13b) at which the component supply unit 60 is placed in the component mounting device 13. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 5, the production management device 53 creates the setup list L2 so that the component supply unit 60 is placed in the slots 20b of the placement device 20 at "1", "2", "5", "7", and "10", since the component supply unit 60 is placed in the slots 13b of "1", "2", "5", "7", and "10" of the component mounting device 13. In this case, the transport robot 40 acquires the component supply unit 60 placed in the slots 20b of "1", "2", "5", "7", and "10" of the placement device 20 into the slots 40c of "1", "2", "5", "7", and "10". Then, the transport robot 40 transports and places the acquired component supply units 60 in the slots 13b of the component mounting device 13, which are numbered “1”, “2”, “5”, “7”, and “10”.

[0065] In addition, in this embodiment, the placement device 20 can detect whether the component supply unit 60 has been placed at a position (slot 20b) designated by the setup list L2. Specifically, when the component supply unit 60 is placed at the slot 20b, the placement device 20 is configured to acquire the ID of the component supply unit 60 placed at the slot 20b by the component supply unit communication unit 20h. Furthermore, the placement device 20 is configured to acquire information representing the position of the slot 20b in the setup list L2 based on the acquired ID of the component supply unit 60. Then, the placement device 20 is configured to detect whether the component supply unit 60 has been placed at a position designated by the setup list L2 by detecting whether the acquired information representing the position of the slot 20b in the setup list L2 matches with information representing the position of the slot 20b actually placed.

[0066] As shown in FIG. 6, when the production management device 53 detects that the component supply unit 60 has been placed in the position (slot 20b) specified by the setup list L2 in the placement device 20, the production management device 53 is configured to change the placement status item of the setup list L2 displayed on the display unit 103, etc. from “Not yet” to “Completed.”

[0067] 7, in this embodiment, when the placement device 20 detects that the component supply unit 60 has been placed in an incorrect position (slot 20b) other than the position specified by the setup list L2, the placement device 20 is configured to notify the worker W to place the component supply unit 60 in the correct position (slot 20b) specified by the setup list L2. For example, the placement device 20 is configured to notify the worker W by displaying information on the display unit 103, 104a, or 20f.

[0068] Moreover, the placement device 20 is configured to notify the worker W of the position (slot 20b) designated by the setup list L2 by the lighting unit 20e when the worker W places the component supply unit 60 in the slot 20b of the placement device 20. Specifically, the placement device 20 is configured to obtain the ID of the component supply unit 60 based on the read barcode when the worker W reads the barcode of the component supply unit 60 by the reading unit 20g when placing the component supply unit 60 in the slot 20b. Moreover, the placement device 20 is configured to obtain information indicating the position of the slot 20b in the setup list L2 based on the obtained ID of the component supply unit 60. The placement device 20 is configured to notify the worker W of the position (slot 20b) designated by the setup list L2 by turning on the lighting unit 20e at the position corresponding to the obtained information indicating the position of the slot 20b in the setup list L2.

[0069] Here, with reference to FIG. 8, the control process in the case of the initial setup will be described based on a sequence diagram.

[0070] 8, first, in step S1, the production management device 53 identifies the type of board S to be produced. Then, in step S2, the production management device 53 acquires the scheduled production start time. Then, in step S3, the production management device 53 requests a setup list from the line management device 51. Then, in step S4, the line management device 51 notifies the production management device 53 of the setup list.

[0071] Then, in step S5, the production management device 53 creates a requested parts list L1 for each component mounting device 13 based on the setup list acquired from the line management device 51. Then, in step S6, the production management device 53 creates a setup list L2 for each component mounting device 13 based on the requested parts list L1 for each component mounting device 13. Then, in step S7, the production management device 53 notifies the created setup list L2 to the display unit 103 or the like. Then, in step S8, the setup list L2 is displayed on the display unit 103 or the like. Then, based on the setup list L2 displayed on the display unit 103 or the like, the worker W performs an arrangement operation of the component supply unit 60 on the arrangement device 20.

[0072] Then, when the worker W completes the placement operation of the component supply unit 60 on the placement device 20, in step S9, the production management device 53 recognizes that the setup operation on the placement device 20 has been completed. For example, based on an operation completion signal from the placement device 20, the production management device 53 recognizes that the setup operation on the placement device 20 has been completed. Then, in step S10, the production management device 53 instructs the transport robot 40 to transport the component supply unit 60 that has been placed on the placement device 20.

[0073] Then, in step S11, the transport robot 40 moves to the placement device 20 and acquires the component supply unit 60 from the placement device 20. Then, in step S12, the transport robot 40 moves to the component mounting device 13 and supplies (mounts) the component supply unit 60 to the component mounting device 13. This completes the initial setup.

[0074] <In case of changeover> 9 and 10, in this embodiment, the production management device 53 is configured to create the setup list L2 so that, when a setup change is performed to switch the type of the board S to be produced from the current type to the next type, an empty slot 40c for retrieving the component supply unit 60 can be provided among the multiple slots 40c of the transport robot 40. In other words, the production management device 53 is configured to create the setup list L2 so that, when a setup change is performed to switch the type of the board S to be produced from the current type to the next type, an empty slot 20b for providing the empty slot 40c in the transport robot 40 is provided among the multiple slots 20b of the placement device 20.

[0075] Specifically, in this embodiment, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that an empty slot 40c can be provided. More specifically, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that the transport robot 40 can collect the component supply units 60 arranged in the component mounting device 13 to the empty slots 40c, and slide the multiple slots 40c to supply the component supply units 60 arranged in the slots 40c to the component mounting device 13. For example, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that an empty slot 40c can be provided every other slot.

[0076] Furthermore, the production management device 53 is configured to specify different placement devices 20 in the divided setup lists L2 when dividing the setup list L2. Furthermore, the production management device 53 is configured to advance the work deadline in the divided setup lists L2 when dividing the setup list L2. This makes it possible to prevent delays in the transportation of the component supply unit 60 even when the number of transportations by the transport robot 40 increases due to the division of the setup list L2.

[0077] In the example shown in FIG. 9, one setup list L2 is divided into two setup lists L2a and L2b. In the setup list L2 before division, the slots 20b "1 to 10" of the placement device 20 of "CART001" are specified as the placement positions of the component supply units 60. In the setup list L2a after division, the odd-numbered slots 20b "1, 3, 5, 7, 9" of the placement device 20 of "CART001" are specified as the placement positions of the component supply units 60. In the setup list L2b after division, the even-numbered slots 20b "2, 4, 6, 8, 10" of the placement device 20 of "CART002" different from "CART001" are specified as the placement positions of the component supply units 60. This makes it possible to provide an empty slot 40c every other slot in the transport robot 40.

[0078] Furthermore, in the setup list L2a after division, "8:20" is specified as the work deadline, which is earlier than "8:40" in the setup list L2 before division.

[0079] In this case, as shown in FIG. 10, the transfer robot 40 acquires the component supply units 60 from the placement device 20 in which the component supply units 60 to be used in the production of the next type of board S are arranged in the slots 20b of "1, 3, 5, 7, 9" based on the setup list L2a to the slots 40c of "1, 3, 5, 7, 9". At this time, the slots 40c of "2, 4, 6, 8, 10" become vacant slots 40c. Then, the transfer robot 40 moves to the component mounting device 13 in a state in which the component supply units 60 to be used in the production of the next type of board S are arranged in the slots 40c of "1, 3, 5, 7, 9", and is positioned with respect to the component mounting device 13. In the component mounting device 13, the component supply units 60 used in the production of the current type of board S are arranged in the slots 13b of "1 to 10".

[0080] Then, the transport robot 40 retrieves the component supply units 60 arranged in the slots 13b of the component mounting device 13 at "1, 3, 5, 7, 9" to the empty slots 40c of "2, 4, 6, 8, 10" by the insertion / removal unit 40f. Then, the transport robot 40 slides the multiple slots 40c horizontally by one slot by the slide unit 40g. Then, the transport robot 40 supplies the component supply units 60 arranged in the slots 40c of "1, 3, 5, 7, 9" to the slots 13b of the component mounting device 13 at "1, 3, 5, 7, 9" by the insertion / removal unit 40f. As a result, the component supply units 60 in the slots 13b of the component mounting device 13 at "1, 3, 5, 7, 9" are replaced. Although detailed description is omitted, the operation of the transport robot 40 based on the setup list L2b is also similar. As a result of these operations, the component supply units 60 in the slots 13b of the component mounting apparatus 13, numbered "1-10", are replaced.

[0081] Here, the control process in the case of a changeover will be described based on a sequence diagram with reference to Fig. 11. Note that the same processes as those in the control process shown in Fig. 8 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[0082] As shown in Fig. 11, first, steps S1 to S5 are performed in the same manner as the control process shown in Fig. 8. Then, in step S6a, production management device 53 creates a setup list L2 for each component mounting device 13 based on a required parts list L1 for each component mounting device 13. At this time, if setup list L2 can be divided, production management device 53 divides setup list L2 so that empty slot 40c can be provided.

[0083] Then, the processes of steps S7 to S11 are performed in the same manner as the control process shown in Fig. 8. Then, in step S12a, the transport robot 40 moves to the component mounting device 13, retrieves the component supply units 60 from the component mounting device 13 to the empty slots 40c, and slides through the multiple slots 40c to supply (attach) the component supply units 60 to the component mounting device 13 from the slots 40c other than the empty slots 40c. This performs a setup change.

[0084] <In case of out-of-stock parts> In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 12, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that the setup list L2 is divided into a plurality of supply groups when replenishing the component supply units 60 due to a component shortage. For example, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that the component supply units 60 whose use start times are within a predetermined time (for example, within 5 minutes) are grouped together. For example, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that the component supply units 60 whose use start times are within a range shorter than the time it takes for the transport robot 40 to transport the component supply units 60 and return to the arrangement device 20 are grouped together.

[0085] 12, five parts, "Parts_A", "Parts_B", "Parts_C", "Parts_D", and "Parts_E", are likely to run out of parts in the component mounting device 13 of "Mch001-A", so one requested parts list L1 including the five parts, "Parts_A", "Parts_B", "Parts_C", "Parts_D", and "Parts_E", is created. Then, based on the requested parts list L1, one setup list L2 including the five parts, "Parts_A", "Parts_B", "Parts_C", "Parts_D", and "Parts_E", is created, but the setup list L2 is divided into two setup lists L2c and L2d so as to be divided into two supply groups.

[0086] The setup list L2c after division includes three parts out of the above five parts, namely, "Parts_A", "Parts_B", and "Parts_C". The setup list L2d after division includes two parts out of the above five parts, namely, "Parts_D" and "Parts_E".

[0087] 10, the transport robot 40 acquires three component supply units 60 from the placement device 20 in which the three component supply units 60 holding the three components "Parts_A", "Parts_B", and "Parts_C" are arranged based on the setup list L2c. Then, the transport robot 40 moves to the component mounting device 13 with the three component supply units 60 arranged therein, and supplies the three component supply units 60 to the component mounting device 13.

[0088] Also, at another timing, the transport robot 40 acquires two component supply units 60 holding two components, "Parts_D" and "Parts_E", from the placement device 20 in which the two component supply units 60 are arranged based on the setup list L2d. Then, the transport robot 40 moves to the component mounting device 13 with the two component supply units 60 arranged therein, and supplies the two component supply units 60 to the component mounting device 13.

[0089] <When combining multiple component mounting devices> 13, in this embodiment, when the transport robot 40 can transport the component supply units 60 to the multiple component mounting devices 13, the production management device 53 is configured to create a setup list L2 by combining the component supply units 60 to be transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13. Specifically, the production management device 53 is configured to create a required parts list L1 for each of the multiple component mounting devices 13, and when the created required parts lists L1 for each of the multiple component mounting devices 13 can be combined, the production management device 53 is configured to create a setup list L2 by combining the component supply units 60 to be transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13.

[0090] Specifically, in this embodiment, the production management device 53 is configured to check whether or not there is an overlap in the placement positions of the component supply units 60 of the multiple component mounting devices 13 on the placement device 20 based on the priority order, and if there is no overlap, to create a setup list L2 by combining the component supply units 60 to be transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13. Also, the production management device 53 is configured to continue repeatedly checking whether or not there is an overlap while changing the component mounting device 13 to be checked based on the priority order, until there are no more combinations of the component supply units 60 of the multiple component mounting devices 13.

[0091] In this embodiment, the priority order is set based on the usage start time of the component supply unit 60, the number of component supply units 60 to be transported, or the distance from the placement device 20 to the component mounting device 13. For example, the priority order is set so that the component mounting device 13 with the component supply unit 60 that starts usage at an earlier time has a higher priority. Also, for example, the priority order is set so that the component mounting device 13 with a larger number of component supply units 60 to be transported has a higher priority. Also, for example, the priority order is set so that the component mounting device 13 that is closer to the placement device 20 has a higher priority.

[0092] In the example shown in Fig. 13, the arrangement position (position of slot 13b) of component supply unit 60 in component mounting apparatus 13 of "Mch001-A" is "1, 2, 5, 7, 10". That is, the arrangement position (position of slot 20b) of component supply unit 60 in placement device 20 of component mounting apparatus 13 of "Mch001-A" is "1, 2, 5, 7, 10". Also, the arrangement position (position of slot 13b) of component supply unit 60 in component mounting apparatus 13 of "Mch002-A" is "4, 6, 9". That is, the arrangement position (position of slot 20b) of component supply unit 60 in placement device 20 of component mounting apparatus 13 of "Mch002-A" is "4, 6, 9".

[0093] Since the positions "1, 2, 5, 7, 10" of the component mounting device 13 "Mch001-A" do not overlap with the positions "4, 6, 9" of the component mounting device 13 "Mch002-A", the setup list L2 is created by combining the component supply units 60 to be transported to the two component mounting devices 13 "Mch001-A" and "Mch002-A". In this case, the transport robot 40 acquires eight component supply units 60 from the placement device 20 on which the eight component supply units 60 for the two component mounting devices 13 "Mch001-A" and "Mch002-A" are arranged. The transport robot 40 transports the eight component supply units 60 for the two component mounting devices 13 "Mch001-A" and "Mch002-A" in one transport.

[0094] 14, in this embodiment, the production management device 53 is configured to check whether or not there is an overlap in the arrangement positions of the component supply units 60 of the component mounting devices 13 on the arrangement device 20 based on the priority order, and if there is an overlap, to offset the arrangement positions of the component supply units 60 of the component mounting devices 13 with the lower priority order on the arrangement device 20, and if there is no overlap, to combine the component supply units 60 transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13 to create the setup list L2. Specifically, the production management device 53 is configured to offset the arrangement positions of the component supply units 60 of the component mounting devices 13 with the lower priority order on the arrangement device 20 by one slot when there is an overlap, and to combine the component supply units 60 transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13 to create the setup list L2 when there is no overlap, and not to combine the component supply units 60 transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13 to create the setup list L2 when there is no overlap even after offsetting by one slot.

[0095] In the example shown in Fig. 14, the arrangement position (position of slot 13b) of component supply unit 60 in component mounting apparatus 13 of "Mch001-A" is "1, 2, 5, 7, 10". That is, the arrangement position (position of slot 20b) of component supply unit 60 in placement device 20 of component mounting apparatus 13 of "Mch001-A" is "1, 2, 5, 7, 10". Also, the arrangement position (position of slot 13b) of component supply unit 60 in component mounting apparatus 13 of "Mch002-A" is "5, 7, 10". That is, the arrangement position (position of slot 20b) of component supply unit 60 in placement device 20 of component mounting apparatus 13 of "Mch002-A" is "5, 7, 10".

[0096] And because the positions "1, 2, 5, 7, 10" of the component mounting device 13 of "Mch001-A" overlap with the position "5, 7, 10" of the component mounting device 13 of "Mch002-A," the position "5, 7, 10" of the component mounting device 13 of "Mch002-A," which has the lower priority, is offset by one slot. As a result, the placement position (position of slot 20b) of the component supply unit 60 in the placement device 20 of the component mounting device 13 of "Mch002-A" is changed to "4, 6, 9."

[0097] Then, since the positions "1, 2, 5, 7, 10" of the component mounting device 13 "Mch001-A" and the positions "4, 6, 9" of the component mounting device 13 "Mch002-A" no longer overlap, the setup list L2 is created by combining the component supply units 60 to be transported to the two component mounting devices 13 "Mch001-A" and "Mch002-A". In this case, the transport robot 40 acquires eight component supply units 60 from the placement device 20 on which the eight component supply units 60 for the two component mounting devices 13 "Mch001-A" and "Mch002-A" are arranged. Then, the transport robot 40 transports the eight component supply units 60 for the two component mounting devices 13 "Mch001-A" and "Mch002-A" in one transport. In addition, when the transport robot 40 supplies the component supply unit 60 to the offset component mounting device 13 of "Mch002-A", it uses the slide unit 40g to slide the multiple slots 40c horizontally by one slot and supplies the component supply unit 60.

[0098] <If you cannot make it in time for the start of transport> In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, when the placement of the component supply unit 60 on the placement device 20 is not in time for the transfer start time of the transfer robot 40, the production management device 53 is configured to check whether the component supply unit 60 can be placed on the second placement device 22 (the placement device 20 of "CART002") different from the first placement device 21 (the placement device 20 of "CART001") which is the placement device 20 specified in the setup list L2, and to change the setup list L2 so as to notify the operator W that the component supply unit 60 will be placed on the second placement device 22 if the component supply unit 60 can be placed on the second placement device 22. Specifically, the production management device 53 is configured to notify the operator W that the component supply unit 60 will be placed on the second placement device 22 by changing the display of the item of the placement device 20 in the setup list L2 displayed on the display unit 103 or the like from the first placement device 21 to the second placement device 22.

[0099] 16, in this embodiment, when the component supply unit 60 cannot be arranged on the second arrangement device 22, the production management device 53 is configured to notify the worker W to transport the component supply unit 60. Specifically, the production management device 53 is configured to notify the worker W to transport the component supply unit 60 by displaying information on the display unit 103 or the like.

[0100] Here, with reference to FIG. 17, a control process in the case where the transfer start time is not met will be described based on a flowchart.

[0101] 17, first, in step S21, the production management device 53 judges whether or not all of the component supply units 60 to be transported have been arranged on the arrangement device 20. If it is judged that all of the component supply units 60 to be transported have been arranged on the arrangement device 20, the process proceeds to step S22. Then, in step S22, the production management device 53 issues a transport instruction to the transport robot 40.

[0102] Also, in step S21, if it is determined that all of the component supply units 60 to be transported have not been placed on the placement device 20, the process proceeds to step S23. Then, in step S23, the production management device 53 determines whether the transport start time of the transport robot 40 has passed. If it is determined that the transport start time of the transport robot 40 has not passed, the process proceeds to step S21, and the process of step S21 is repeated. If it is determined that the transport start time of the transport robot 40 has passed, the process proceeds to step S24.

[0103] Then, in step S24, the production management device 53 judges whether it is acceptable for the transport robot 40 to be the next transport that started transport at the transport start time. If it is judged that it is acceptable for the transport robot 40 to be the next transport, after the transport robot 40 returns, the component supply unit 60 that did not make it in time for the transport start time is transported by the returned transport robot 40. In this case, the component supply unit 60 that did not make it in time for the transport start time is left as it was placed on the original placement device 20 (the placement device 20 of "CART001" in FIG. 15).

[0104] Also, in step S24, if it is determined that the next transfer by the transfer robot 40 is not acceptable, the process proceeds to step S25. Then, in step S25, the production management device 53 determines whether or not the component supply unit 60 can be placed in a placement device 20 (second placement device 22) different from the original placement device 20 (first placement device 21) specified in the setup list L2. If it is determined that the component supply unit 60 can be placed in the second placement device 22, the process proceeds to step S26. Then, in step S26, the production management device 53 changes the display of the placement device 20 in the setup list L2 displayed on the display unit 103 or the like from the first placement device 21 to the second placement device 22. Then, the worker W performs the task of placing the component supply unit 60 in the second placement device 22 based on the changed setup list L2.

[0105] Furthermore, if it is determined in step S25 that the component supply unit 60 cannot be placed on the second placement device 22, the process proceeds to step S27. Then, in step S27, the production management device 53 issues a transport instruction to the worker W, by displaying on the display unit 103 or the like, so that the worker W transports the component supply unit 60. Then, based on the transport instruction, the worker W transports the component supply unit 60 to the slot 13b of the component mounting device 13 that requests the component supply unit 60.

[0106] (Effects of this embodiment) In this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

[0107] In this embodiment, as described above, when the transport robot 40 acquires the component supply unit 60 from the placement device 20 and transports it to the component mounting device 13, a production management device 53 is provided that creates a setup list L2 including information indicating the placement position of the component supply unit 60 to be transported in the placement device 20 and notifies the worker W of the created setup list L2. This allows the setup list L2 to clearly indicate the placement position of the component supply unit 60 in the placement device 20 to the worker W. As a result, it is possible to prevent the worker W from making a mistake in placing the component supply unit 60 on the placement device 20. This allows the worker W to efficiently place the component supply unit 60 on the placement device 20 when the transport robot 40 acquires the component supply unit 60 from the placement device 20 and transports it to the component mounting device 13.

[0108] In this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to create the setup list L2 such that the setup list L2 is arranged in the order of the start time of use of the component supply units 60. This allows the worker W to easily recognize the component supply units 60 with the earliest start time of use (the component supply units 60 with the highest priority) from the setup list L2. As a result, the worker W can perform the arrangement work on the arrangement device 20 in the order of the component supply units 60 with the earliest start time of use (the component supply units 60 with the highest priority).

[0109] In addition, in this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to create the setup list L2 so that the position at which the component supply unit 60 is placed in the placement device 20 corresponds to the position at which the component supply unit 60 is placed in the component mounting device 13. This allows the worker W to place the component supply unit 60 in the placement device 20 based on the setup list L2 so that the position at which the component supply unit 60 is placed in the placement device 20 corresponds to the position at which the component supply unit 60 is placed in the component mounting device 13. As a result, the transport robot 40 can acquire the component supply unit 60 from the placement device 20 so that the position at which the component supply unit 60 is placed in the transfer robot 40 corresponds to the position at which the component supply unit 60 is placed in the component mounting device 13. In other words, the transport robot 40 can acquire the component supply unit 60 from the placement device 20 so that the component supply unit 60 can be easily supplied to the component mounting device 13. As a result, the transport robot 40 can more efficiently supply the component supply unit 60 to the component mounting device 13 than when the position at which the component supply unit 60 is located on the transport robot 40 does not correspond to the position at which the component supply unit 60 is located on the component mounting device 13.

[0110] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as described above, the placement device 20 is configured to detect whether the component supply unit 60 has been placed at a position specified by the setup list L2, and when it detects that the component supply unit 60 has been placed at an incorrect position other than the position specified by the setup list L2, to notify the worker W to place the component supply unit 60 at the correct position specified by the setup list L2. This allows the worker W to easily recognize that the component supply unit 60 has been placed at the incorrect position when the worker W places the component supply unit 60 at the incorrect position, and to easily reposition the component supply unit 60 that has been placed at the incorrect position to the correct position.

[0111] In this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to display the setup list L2 on the display units 103, 104a, and 20f. This allows the worker W to easily check the setup list L2 displayed on the display units.

[0112] In the present embodiment, as described above, the display units 103, 104a, and 20f include at least one of the display unit 103 provided in the work area AR2 in which the placement device 20 is provided, the display unit 104a provided in the mobile terminal 104 carried by the worker W, and the display unit 20f provided in the placement device 20. In this way, when the display unit is the display unit 103, when multiple workers W are present in the work area AR2, the multiple workers W can easily check the setup list L2. In addition, when the display unit is the display unit 104a, the worker W carrying the mobile terminal 104 can easily check the setup list L2 at a desired timing. In addition, when the display unit is the display unit 20f, the worker W can easily check the setup list L2 in the vicinity of the placement device 20 where the work is actually performed.

[0113] In the present embodiment, as described above, the transport robot 40 has a plurality of slots 40c in which the component supply units 60 are arranged. In addition, the production management device 53 is configured to create a setup list L2 so that, when a setup change is performed to switch the type of the board S to be produced from the current type to the next type, an empty slot 40c for retrieving the component supply units 60 can be provided among the plurality of slots 40c of the transport robot 40. This allows the transport robot 40 to retrieve the component supply units 60 arranged in the component mounting device 13 to the empty slot 40c while supplying the component supply units 60 arranged in the slots 40c other than the empty slot 40c to the component mounting device 13. As a result, the transport robot 40 can be used more efficiently than when the transport robot 40 only retrieves the component supply units 60 arranged in the component mounting device 13 or only supplies the component supply units 60 to the component mounting device 13.

[0114] In this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that an empty slot 40c can be provided. This makes it possible to easily create a setup list L2 that can provide an empty slot 40c by dividing the setup list L2. As a result, the transport robot 40 can be easily and efficiently used.

[0115] In addition, in this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that the transport robot 40 can recover the component supply unit 60 arranged in the component mounting device 13 to an empty slot 40c, and can slide the multiple slots 40c to supply the component supply unit 60 arranged in the slot 40c to the component mounting device 13. This allows the transport robot 40 to recover the component supply unit 60 arranged in the component mounting device 13 and supply the component supply unit 60 to the component mounting device 13 by simply sliding the multiple slots 40c without moving the entire transport robot 40. As a result, unlike the case where the transport robot 40 recovers the component supply unit 60 arranged in the component mounting device 13 and supplies the component supply unit 60 to the component mounting device 13 by the transport robot 40 while moving the entire transport robot 40, there is no need to repeatedly position the transport robot 40 with respect to the component mounting device 13. This allows the transport robot 40 to easily retrieve the component supply units 60 arranged on the component mounting apparatus 13 and replenish the component supply units 60 to the component mounting apparatus 13 .

[0116] In addition, in this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that the setup list L2 is divided into a plurality of supply groups when replenishing the component supply unit 60 due to a component shortage. As a result, since the setup list L2 is divided into a plurality of supply groups, the component supply unit 60 can be transported by the transport robot 40 at a timing that is more in line with the timing of component shortage of each component supply unit 60 included in the supply group, compared to a case in which the setup list L2 is not divided into a plurality of supply groups. As a result, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a time (stop time) during which the transport robot 40 waits for the component supply unit 60 to run out of components, which is caused by the timing of the transport of the component supply unit 60 by the transport robot 40 not matching the timing of the component supply unit 60 to run out of components. This makes it possible to suppress a decrease in the operation rate of the transport robot 40.

[0117] In this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that, among the component supply units 60 in the setup list L2, the component supply units 60 whose use start times are within a predetermined time are grouped into one group. This allows the setup list L2 to be easily divided into a plurality of supply groups, since it is only necessary to group the component supply units 60 whose use start times are within a predetermined time into one group.

[0118] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to divide the setup list L2 so that, among the component supply units 60 in the setup list L2, the component supply units 60 whose interval between the use start times of the component supply units 60 is within a range shorter than the time it takes for the transport robot 40 to transport the component supply units 60 and return to the placement device 20 are grouped into one group. This makes it possible to create supply groups whose interval between the use start times of the component supply units 60 is within the range of the time it takes for the transport robot 40 to transport the component supply units 60 and return to the placement device 20, so that the setup list L2 can be divided into supply groups that can efficiently utilize the transport robot 40.

[0119] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as described above, when the transport robot 40 can transport the component supply units 60 to multiple component mounting devices 13, the production management device 53 is configured to create a setup list L2 by combining the component supply units 60 to be transported to multiple component mounting devices 13. This allows the component supply units 60 of multiple component mounting devices 13 to be transported at once. As a result, the movement of the transport robot 40 can be reduced compared to the case where the component supply units 60 are transported separately to multiple component mounting devices 13.

[0120] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to check whether or not there is an overlap in the placement positions of the component supply units 60 of the multiple component mounting devices 13 on the placement device 20 based on the priority order, and if there is no overlap, to create a setup list L2 by combining the component supply units 60 to be transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13. This makes it possible to check whether or not placement positions on the placement device 20 of the component supply units 60 to be transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13 can be secured, and if so, to create a setup list L2 by combining the component supply units 60 to be transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13.

[0121] In addition, in this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to check whether or not there is an overlap in the arrangement positions of the component supply units 60 of the multiple component mounting devices 13 on the arrangement device 20 based on the priority order, and if there is an overlap, to offset the arrangement positions of the component supply units 60 of the component mounting device 13 with the lower priority order on the arrangement device 20, and when there is no overlap, to create a setup list L2 by combining the component supply units 60 transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13. This increases the possibility of creating a setup list L2 combining the component supply units 60 transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13 by offsetting the arrangement positions of the component supply units 60 on the arrangement device 20. As a result, it becomes easier to create a setup list L2 combining the component supply units 60 transported to the multiple component mounting devices 13.

[0122] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as described above, the priority order is set based on the usage start time of the component supply unit 60, the number of component supply units 60 to be transported, or the distance from the placement device 20 to the component mounting device 13. This makes it possible to appropriately set the priority order based on the usage start time of the component supply unit 60 related to the urgency, the number of component supply units 60 to be transported related to the workload, or the distance from the placement device 20 to the component mounting device 13 related to the transport time.

[0123] In the present embodiment, as described above, when the placement of the component supply unit 60 on the placement device 20 is not in time for the transfer start time of the transport robot 40, the production management device 53 is configured to check whether the component supply unit 60 can be placed on the second placement device 22 different from the first placement device 21 that is the placement device 20 specified in the setup list L2, and to change the setup list L2 so as to notify the worker W that the component supply unit 60 will be placed on the second placement device 22 if the component supply unit 60 can be placed on the second placement device 22. As a result, when the placement of the component supply unit 60 on the first placement device 21 is not in time, the component supply unit 60 can be placed on the second placement device 22 to be transferred by another transport robot 40. As a result, the component supply unit 60 that was placed on the second placement device 22 because the placement on the first placement device 21 was not in time can be quickly transferred by another transport robot 40.

[0124] In this embodiment, as described above, the production management device 53 is configured to notify the worker W to transport the component supply unit 60 when the component supply unit 60 cannot be arranged on the second arrangement device 22. This allows the worker W to transport the component supply unit 60 that was not able to be arranged on the first arrangement device 21 in time, and therefore it is possible to prevent the component mounting device 13 from stopping due to the component supply unit 60 not being transported in time.

[0125] (Modification) The embodiments disclosed herein should be considered to be illustrative and not restrictive in all respects. The scope of the present invention is indicated by the claims, not by the description of the embodiments above, and further includes all modifications (variations) within the meaning and scope of the claims.
