Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present application relates to the field of fans, and in particular to neck fans. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, more and more people are seeking a more convenient life, and various portable fans such as neck fans have appeared on the market to meet the needs of practical fans in outdoor and other life scenarios. The emergence of neck fans has eliminated the limitations of activities caused by handheld fans, and neck fans can free the user's hands regardless of the scene of use, such as sports, outdoors, and the office, and can provide the effect of blowing air anytime and anywhere without holding it in the hands.
[0003] Conventional neck fans generally have two fan assemblies with exposed blades at both ends of the neck portion. Such fan assemblies are not only unsafe and prone to getting caught in hair, but also have problems such as uncomfortable airflow due to overly concentrated airflow, and so improvements were needed. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In view of the above, the present application provides a neck fan that is highly safe and blows air comfortably. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] According to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a neck fan including an arc-shaped housing and at least four fan assemblies, the arc-shaped housing is wearable around the neck of a human body and has a first part and a second part respectively located on both sides of the neck of the human body, the first part and the second part each include a side wall structure surrounding a storage chamber, the first part and the second part each further have an air inlet and an air outlet communicating with the storage chamber, the storage chamber is provided with at least one partition plate, the at least one partition plate divides the storage chamber into at least two storage parts arranged in sequence along an elongation direction of the arc-shaped housing, and each storage part corresponds to a part of the air inlet and a part of the air outlet. Each fan assembly is located in a corresponding one of the storage sections and is used to guide and blow out wind from the air inlet corresponding to the storage section to the air outlet corresponding to the storage section, the number of the air outlets is multiple, and the size, shape and / or the distance between two adjacent air outlets of the multiple air outlets gradually change in a predetermined manner along the elongation direction of the arc-shaped housing.
[0006] Compared with the prior art, in the neck fan of the above embodiment, the arc-shaped housing has a first part and a second part located on both sides of the human neck, respectively, and each of the first part and the second part has a storage chamber and an air inlet and an air outlet communicating with the storage chamber, and each storage chamber is divided into at least two storage parts by a partition plate, and each fan assembly is located in the storage part, and the wind of the air inlet can be guided to the air outlet and blown out. Since the fan assembly is located in the storage chamber, foreign objects such as hair are not easily drawn into the fan assembly, and the safety and convenience of use can be improved. The at least four fan assemblies are located in at least four storage parts provided along the extension direction. Since there are multiple storage parts, the length of the air duct of each storage part is short, and the movement of the wind in each storage part not only reduces the concentration of the air blowing, but also makes the air blowing comfortable, reduces noise, and reduces the loss of air volume. The inventors of the present application have found through research that, generally, the longer the air duct, the longer the time for the wind to flow inside the casing, which causes greater noise and loss of air volume, so by defining multiple storage sections, the problems of high noise and loss of air volume can be greatly improved. Furthermore, by designing the air outlets with the above-mentioned extension direction, size, shape and spacing, the air blowing of the neck fan can be made more comfortable and soft, improving the user's experience.
[0007] In some embodiments, when the direction of the first portion toward the second portion is defined as a first extension direction, the sizes of the plurality of air outlets of the first portion are gradually reduced along the first extension direction, and when the direction of the second portion toward the first portion is defined as a second extension direction, the sizes of the plurality of air outlets of the second portion are gradually reduced along the second extension direction. It can be seen that designing air outlets of the above sizes can make the air blown by the neck fan more comfortable and soft, improving the user's usage experience.
[0008] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the air outlet is a bar-shaped air inlet, and the extension direction of the bar-shaped air inlet forms a preset angle with the extension direction of the arc-shaped housing. It can be seen that designing the air outlet in such an extension direction can make the air blowing from the neck fan more comfortable and soft, and improve the user's experience. In particular, when the preset angle is 90 degrees, the air outlet has a high blowing efficiency.
[0009] In some embodiments, the shape of the air outlet is at least one of a petal shape and a heart shape. It can be seen that the petal shape or the heart shape of the air outlet has the technical effect of providing good uniformity of airflow and is more aesthetically pleasing.
[0010] Further, in some embodiments, the side wall structure includes a first side wall near the neck of the human body and a second side wall provided opposite to the first side wall, the air inlet is provided in the second side wall, and the air outlet is provided in a portion of the first side wall close to the second side wall or in a portion of the second side wall close to the first side wall. It can be understood that by designing an air passage through which air enters from the outside and exits from the top or bottom, it is possible to improve the air blowing efficiency and enhance the heat dissipation effect.
[0011] In some embodiments, each of the fan assemblies corresponds to a plurality of the air inlets, which not only improves the appearance of the device, but also reduces the risk of foreign objects being caught in the device, thereby improving safety.
[0012] In addition, in some embodiments, the number of the air inlets corresponding to each of the fan assemblies is the same, and the corresponding multiple air inlets of each of the fan assemblies are arranged in a ring shape. It can be seen that the above design not only has a beautiful appearance and is less likely to trap foreign objects, but also achieves a favorable air intake effect according to the shape of the fan assembly.
[0013] In some embodiments, the first side wall is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes at positions corresponding to the fan assemblies, each of the ventilation holes has an arc shape, and the corresponding plurality of ventilation holes of each of the fan assemblies are arranged in a ring shape. It can be seen that the above design not only has a beautiful appearance and is less likely to trap foreign objects, but also achieves a favorable ventilation effect according to the shape of the fan assemblies.
[0014] In some embodiments, each of the first and second parts has a connecting end connected to the other part and a free end remote from the other part, a size of the corresponding air inlet of the fan assembly adjacent to the connecting end is smaller than a size of the corresponding air inlet of the fan assembly adjacent to the free end, and an outer diameter of the blade assembly adjacent to the connecting end is smaller than an outer diameter of the blade assembly adjacent to the free end. It can be seen that by designing the size of the air inlets of different sizes and the outer diameter of the blade assemblies of different sizes, the size of the arc-shaped housing can be gradually reduced along the direction from the free end to the connecting end, which is more suitable for the curve of the neck of the human body and improves the wearing comfort.
[0015] In some embodiments, both the first portion and the second portion further include a cover plate, the cover plate is disposed on a side of the second side wall away from the first side wall corresponding to the air inlet, and an air inlet gap communicating with the air inlet is further formed between an edge of the cover plate and the second side wall. [0016] In some embodiments, the cover plate includes a cover plate body and a first mounting portion provided on the cover plate body, the second side wall is provided with a second mounting portion mating with the first mounting portion, and the first mounting portion mating with the second mounting portion to removably or movably mount the cover plate on a side of the second side wall away from the first side wall. It can be seen that the structure of mating the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion realizes removably or movably mounting the cover plate to the second side wall, and provides technical effects such as convenient assembly / disassembly and convenient use.
[0017] In some embodiments, there are a first mounting state and a second mounting state between the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion, in the first mounting state, an air inlet gap communicating with the air inlet is formed between the edge of the cover plate and the second side wall, and in the second mounting state, the edge of the cover plate contacts the second side wall to seal the air inlet. It can be understood that there are a first mounting state and a second mounting state between the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion, in the first mounting state, air can enter through the air inlet gap, and in the second mounting state, the air inlet gap is blocked to seal the air inlet, preventing dust from entering the inside of the casing and providing a dustproof effect.
[0018] In some embodiments, one of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion is a mounting shaft, and the other of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion is a mounting hole for receiving and mounting the mounting shaft. Through a structure of fitting the mounting hole and the mounting shaft, the cover plate is assembled to the second side wall, which provides a technical effect of making assembly more convenient.
[0019] In some embodiments, the second side wall includes a side wall body and a recessed portion connected to the side wall body and recessed toward the first side wall, the air inlet is located in the recessed portion, the cover plate is covered by the recessed portion, and the cover plate is at least partially connected to an edge of the side wall body connected to the recessed portion to form the air inlet gap. [0032] <First Example> 1 and 2, Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of a neck fan 30 according to a first embodiment of the present application, and Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an exploded view of the neck fan 30 shown in Fig. 1. The neck fan 30 includes an arc-shaped housing 10 and at least four fan assemblies 20, and the fan assemblies 20 may be accommodated within the arc-shaped housing 10. It will be understood that this embodiment will be mainly described by taking as an example the neck fan 30 including four fan assemblies 20.
[0033] The arc-shaped housing 10 can be worn around the neck of a human body. The arc-shaped housing 10 has a first part 11 and a second part 12, the first part 11 and the second part 12 being located on both sides of the neck of a human body, and each of the first part 11 and the second part 12 includes an inner wall 101 near the neck side of the human body, an outer wall 102 facing the inner wall 101, an upper wall 103 connected between the inner wall 101 and the outer wall 102 and near the head of the human body, and a lower wall 104 connected between the inner wall 101 and the outer wall 102 and facing the upper wall 103.
[0034] The storage chamber 105 is surrounded by the inner wall 101, the outer wall 102, the upper wall 103 and the lower wall 104, and the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 further have an air inlet 106 and an air outlet 107 communicating with the storage chamber 105, respectively. Specifically, in this embodiment, the inner wall 101, the lower wall 104 and the upper wall 103 may be integrally connected (e.g., an integrally molded structure) to form a first side wall, and the outer wall 102 may be a second side wall provided opposite to the first side wall, and the storage chamber 105 is formed by being surrounded by the first side wall and the second side wall.
[0035] The storage chamber 105 is further provided with at least one partition plate 13, which divides the storage chamber 105 into at least two storage sections 105a, 105b arranged in sequence along the extension direction of the arc-shaped housing 10, and each storage section 105a, 105b corresponds to a part of the air inlet 106 and a part of the air outlet 107. Each fan assembly 20 is located in a corresponding one of the storage sections 105a, 105b, and is used to guide and blow out the wind from the air inlet 106 corresponding to the storage sections 105a, 105b to the air outlet 107 corresponding to the storage sections 105a, 105b. The number of the air outlets 107 is multiple, the multiple air outlets 107 are arranged along the elongation direction of the arc-shaped housing 10, and the size, shape and / or the distance between two adjacent air outlets 107 of the multiple air outlets 107 gradually change in a predetermined manner along the elongation direction of the arc-shaped housing 10.
[0036] Compared with the prior art, in the neck fan 30 of the above embodiment, the arc-shaped housing 10 has a first part 11 and a second part 12 located on both sides of the neck of the human body, and each of the first part 11 and the second part 12 has a storage chamber 105 and an air inlet 106 and an air outlet 107 communicating with the storage chamber 105. Each storage chamber 105 is divided into at least two storage parts 105a and 105b by a partition plate 13, and each fan assembly 20 is located in the storage parts 105a and 105b, so that the wind from the air inlet 106 can be guided to the air outlet 107 and blown out. Since the fan assembly 20 is located in the storage chamber 105, foreign objects such as hair are not easily drawn into the fan assembly, and safety and convenience of use can be improved. The at least four fan assemblies 20 are located in at least four storage parts 105a and 105b provided along the extension direction. Since there are multiple storage sections 105a, 105b, the length of the air duct of each storage section 105a, 105b is short, and the movement of the wind in each storage section 105a, 105b not only reduces the concentration of the airflow, but also makes the airflow more comfortable, reduces noise, and reduces the loss of airflow. The inventor of the present application has found through research that, in general, the longer the air duct, the longer the flow time of the wind in the casing, which causes greater noise and loss of airflow, so by defining multiple storage sections 105a, 105b, the problem of large noise and loss of airflow can be greatly improved. Furthermore, by designing the air outlets 107 with the above-mentioned extension direction, size, shape, and interval, the airflow of the neck fan 30 can be made more comfortable and soft, improving the user's experience.
[0037] In addition, each fan assembly 20 has a drive shaft 21 and a blade assembly 22 attached to the drive shaft 21, and the drive shaft 21 extends in a direction from the inner wall 101 toward the outer wall 102, thereby making it possible to reduce the thickness of the casing in the direction from the inner wall 101 toward the outer wall 102 and improving wearing comfort.
[0038] Furthermore, the air inlet 106 is provided on the outer wall 102, and the air outlet 107 is provided on the upper wall 103. It can be seen that when the air inlet 106 is provided on the outer wall 102, the outer wall 102 faces the outside, so that air intake is very easy and smooth; further, when combined with the drive shaft 21 that is provided on the air outlet of the upper wall 103 and extends along the direction of the inner wall 101 toward the outer wall 102, the vane assembly 20 can directly guide the wind of the air inlet 106 to the air outlet 107, so as to achieve higher wind guiding efficiency; further, when the air outlet 107 is provided on the upper wall 103, the wind is blown toward the face and head of the human body, so as to achieve a better rapid cooling effect.
[0039] In addition, one end of the drive shaft 21 is fixed to the inner wall 101. It can be seen that the above design is further combined with the air inlet 106 located on the outer wall 102, so that the air inlet 106 is not blocked and a better air intake effect can be achieved.
[0040] Furthermore, each of the fan assemblies 20 corresponds to a plurality of the air inlets 106. It can be seen that the plurality of air inlets 106 allows air to enter, which not only improves appearance but also makes it difficult for foreign objects to get caught, improving safety.
[0041] In addition, the number of the air inlets 106 corresponding to each of the fan assemblies 20 is the same, and the corresponding plurality of air inlets 106 of each of the fan assemblies 20 are arranged in a ring shape. It can be seen that the above design not only has a beautiful appearance and is less likely to trap foreign objects, but also achieves a favorable air intake effect according to the shape of the fan assemblies 20.
[0042] Furthermore, a plurality of ventilation openings 108 are provided on the inner wall 101 at positions corresponding to each of the fan assemblies 20, each of the ventilation openings 108 is arc-shaped, and the corresponding plurality of ventilation openings 108 of each of the fan assemblies 20 are arranged in a ring. It can be seen that the above design not only provides an aesthetic appearance and is less likely to trap foreign objects, but also achieves a desirable ventilation effect in accordance with the shape of the fan assemblies 20.
[0043] Moreover, the blade assembly 20 is a turbine blade assembly. It can be seen that by adopting the turbine blade assembly, the effects of lower noise and higher safety can be achieved.
[0044] Furthermore, the neck fan 30 further includes a connection part 14 connected between the first part 11 and the second part 12. The connection part 14 is used to connect the first part 11 and the second part 12 together, and in this embodiment, the connection part 14 may be molded separately from both the first part 11 and the second part 12, but in other embodiments, the connection part 14 may be molded integrally with one of the first part 11 and the second part 12, and further assembled with the other of the first part 11 and the second part 12 and connected together. The structure of the connection part 14 can be various, so it will not be repeated here.
[0045] The first portion 11 and the second portion 12 further include an end plate portion 109 located at one end away from the connection portion 14 and connected between the upper wall 103, the lower wall 104, the inner wall 101 and the outer wall 102. The size of the corresponding air inlet 106 of the fan assembly 20 adjacent to the connection portion 14 is smaller than the size of the corresponding air inlet 106 of the fan assembly 20 adjacent to the end plate portion 109, and the outer diameter of the blade assembly 20 adjacent to the connection portion 14 is smaller than the outer diameter of the blade assembly 14 adjacent to the end plate portion 109. In other words, in the first portion 11 and the second portion 12, one end where the end plate portion 109 is located can be defined as a free end, and one end adjacent to the connection portion 14 can be defined as a connected end. In this embodiment, the size of the corresponding air inlet 106 of the fan assembly 20 adjacent to the connecting end is smaller than the size of the corresponding air inlet 106 of the fan assembly 20 adjacent to the free end, and the outer diameter of the blade assembly 20 adjacent to the connecting end is smaller than the outer diameter of the blade assembly 20 adjacent to the free end. By designing the size of the air inlet 106 of different sizes and the outer diameter of the blade assembly 20 of different sizes, the size of the arc-shaped housing 10 can be gradually reduced along the direction from the end plate portion 109 to the connecting portion 14, which is more suitable for the curve of the neck of the human body and improves the comfort of wearing. In this embodiment, the shape of the end plate portion 109 is arc-shaped, which not only has a good aesthetic appearance and a good wearing feeling, but also can achieve a better air inlet / outlet effect according to the shape of the storage portion 105a and the shape of the fan assembly 20.
[0046] It can be understood that in the first portion 11 or the second portion 12, the inner wall 101, the upper wall 103, the lower wall 104, the end plate portion 109, and the partition plate 13 may be an integrally molded structure, and the outer wall 102 may be integrally engaged with the upper wall 103, the lower wall 104, and the end plate portion 109 via a locking member. There are various forms of engagement or other integral connection, any of which can be applied, and will not be repeated here.
[0047] In addition, the number of the air outlets 107 is multiple, the multiple air outlets 107 are arranged along the extension direction of the arc-shaped housing 10, and extend to a position adjacent to the connection part 14, and the size of the multiple air outlets 107 gradually decreases along the direction from the end plate part 109 to the connection part. It can be understood that the multiple air outlets 107 can increase safety, the multiple air outlets 107 gradually decrease in size along the direction from the end plate part 109 to the connection part 14, the gradually decreasing air outlets 107 can concentrate the airflow and improve the strength of the airflow, and further, by combining with the storage parts 105a and 105b in which the air volume gradually decreases along the extension direction of the air duct, the overall airflow can be made more uniform and comfortable. Specifically, the direction in which the first portion 11 faces the second portion 12 can be defined as a first extension direction D1, and the size of the plurality of air outlets 107 of the first portion 11 gradually decreases along the first extension direction D1, and the direction in which the second portion 12 faces the first portion 11 can be defined as a second extension direction D2, and the size of the plurality of air outlets 107 of the second portion 12 gradually decreases along the second extension direction D2. Furthermore, the air outlet 107 is a rod-shaped air inlet, and the extension direction of the rod-shaped air inlet forms a preset included angle with the extension direction of the arc-shaped housing 10, and the preset included angle may be 90 degrees. It can be seen that the design of the air outlet 107 in the above extension direction can make the air blowing of the neck fan 30 more comfortable and soft, and improve the user's usage experience. In particular, the preset included angle is 90 degrees, and the air blowing efficiency of the air outlet 107 is also high.
[0048] Further, the partition plate 13 is connected to a surface of the inner wall 101 facing the outer wall 102, and extends toward the outer wall 102. The partition plate 13 includes a main body portion 130, a first guide portion 131, and a second guide portion 132, one end of the main body portion 130 is connected to one end of the lower wall 104 adjacent to the end plate portion 109, and the other end of the main body portion 130 extends toward the center of the upper wall 103 and is adjacent to the center of the upper wall 103, the first guide portion 131 includes an arc-shaped first portion 131a provided around the outer periphery of the blade assembly 20 adjacent to the end plate portion 109, and a second portion 131b connected between the first portion 131a and the upper wall 103, and the second guide portion 132 is connected to the main body portion 130 and provided around the outer periphery of the blade assembly 20 adjacent to the connection portion 14. It can be seen that the main body portion 130 is mainly used to define the two storage portions 105a and 105b, and the first guide portion 131 and the second guide portion 132 are each used to guide the wind by conforming to the outer shape of the blade assembly 20, thereby achieving a better air blowing guiding effect.
[0049] In addition, one end of the second guide portion 132 remote from the main body portion 130 extends to the connecting portion 14, and along the direction from the end plate portion 109 toward the connecting portion 14, the distance between the second guide portion 132 and the lower wall 104 gradually decreases until it reaches a tangent line, and then gradually increases, and is maintained within a range of a preset distance value. The preset distance value can be set according to actual needs, and specifically, can be half the distance between the upper wall 103 and the lower wall 104. With the above design of the second guide portion 132, an air duct can be extended to the position of the connecting portion 14, and by combining with the air outlet 107 extending to the position of the connecting portion 14, the blowing range of the neck fan 30 is wide and the cooling effect is favorable.
[0050] Furthermore, the neck fan 30 further includes an electric control assembly 15 having a battery (not shown) and a circuit board 151. A storage space 133 is surrounded between the second guide part 132 and the main body part 130, and the storage space 133 is used to store at least a part of the electric control assembly 15. By storing the electric control assembly 15 in the storage space 133, it is possible to prevent heat from the electric control assembly 15 from entering the storage parts 105a and 105b, and to prevent it from affecting the cooling effect. Furthermore, this design also allows the heat dissipation and wiring of the electric control assembly 15 to be independently designed, which can be seen to improve the safety of electricity consumption.
[0051] In addition, the electrical control assembly 15 further includes a switch button 152 and a data port 153, and the outer wall 102 of the second part 12 includes a first opening 102a corresponding to the switch button 152 and a second opening 102b corresponding to the data port 153, the switch button 152 is mounted corresponding to the first opening 102a and connected to the circuit board 151, and the data port 153 is mounted corresponding to the second opening 102b and connected to the circuit board 151. The design of the switch button 152 and the data port 153 at the above positions allows the user to easily operate and use them, improving the user's experience. In addition, it can be seen that, except for the electrical control assembly 15, the structures and elements of the first part 11 and the second part 12 are all symmetrically arranged to enhance wearing comfort.
[0052] In addition, the outer wall 102 includes a side wall body 1021 and an auxiliary plate 1022 (with the symbols reversed in the drawing), and the auxiliary plate 1022 corresponds to the shape and position of the partition plate 13, and is connected between the side wall body 1021 and the partition plate 13. It can be seen that the auxiliary plate 1022 can be further combined with the partition plate 13 to surround the air duct of the fan assembly 20 and achieve a better wind guiding effect.
[0053] <Second Example> 3 and 4, Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of a neck fan 30 according to a second embodiment of the present application, and Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an exploded view of the neck fan 30 shown in Fig. 3. The neck fan 30 includes an arc-shaped housing 10 and at least four fan assemblies 20, and the fan assemblies 20 may be accommodated within the arc-shaped housing 10. It can be understood that this embodiment will be mainly described by taking as an example the neck fan 30 including four fan assemblies 20.
[0054] The arc-shaped housing 10 is wearable around the neck of a human body and has a first part 11 and a second part 12 located on either side of the neck of the human body, and the first part 11 and the second part 12 each include a side wall structure surrounding a storage chamber 105, and the first part 11 and the second part 12 each further have an air inlet 106 and an air outlet 107 communicating with the storage chamber 105.
[0055] The storage chamber 105 is further provided with at least one partition plate 13, which divides the storage chamber 105 into at least two storage sections 105a, 105b arranged in sequence along the extension direction of the arc-shaped housing 10, and each storage section 105a, 105b corresponds to a part of the air inlet 106 and a part of the air outlet 107.
[0056] Compared with the prior art, in the neck fan 30 of the above embodiment, the arc-shaped housing 10 has a first part 11 and a second part 12 located on both sides of the neck of the human body, and each of the first part 11 and the second part 12 has a storage chamber 105 and an air inlet 106 and an air outlet 107 communicating with the storage chamber 105. Since there are multiple storage sections 105a, 105b, the length of the air duct of each storage section 105a, 105b is short, and the movement of the wind in each storage section 105a, 105b not only reduces the concentration of the wind, but also makes the wind more comfortable, reduces noise, and reduces the loss of air volume. The inventor of the present application has found through research that, in general, the longer the air duct, the longer the time for the wind to flow inside the casing, causing greater noise and loss of air volume, so by defining multiple storage sections 105a, 105b, the problem of large noise and loss of air volume can be significantly improved.
[0057] Specifically, the sidewall structure includes a first sidewall 101' near the neck of the human body and a second sidewall 102 provided opposite the first sidewall 101', the air inlet 106 is provided in the second sidewall 102, and the air outlet 107 is provided in a portion of the first sidewall 101' close to the second sidewall 102 or in a portion of the second sidewall 102 close to the first sidewall 101'. In this embodiment, the air outlet 107 is disposed in a portion of the first sidewall 101' close to the second sidewall 102 and is used to be adjacent to the user's head and face.
[0058] Specifically, the direction in which the first portion 11 faces the second portion 12 can be defined as a first extension direction D1, and the size of the plurality of air outlets 107 of the first portion 11 gradually decreases along the first extension direction D1, and the direction in which the second portion 12 faces the first portion 11 can be defined as a second extension direction D2, and the size of the plurality of air outlets 107 of the second portion 12 gradually decreases along the second extension direction D2. Furthermore, the air outlet 107 is a rod-shaped air inlet, and the extension direction of the rod-shaped air inlet forms a preset included angle with the extension direction of the arc-shaped housing 10, and the preset included angle may be 90 degrees. It can be seen that the design of the air outlet 107 in the above extension direction can make the air blowing from the neck fan 30 more comfortable and soft, and improve the user's experience. In particular, the preset included angle is 90 degrees, and the air blowing efficiency of the air outlet 107 is also high. In another embodiment, the shape of the air outlet 107 may be at least one of a petal shape and a heart shape. It can be seen that the petal-shaped or heart-shaped air outlet 107 has the technical effect of providing good uniformity of airflow and is more aesthetically pleasing.
[0059] In addition, each fan assembly 20 has a drive shaft 21 and a blade assembly 22 attached to the drive shaft 21, and the drive shaft 21 extends along the direction of the first side wall 101' toward the second side wall 102, thereby reducing the thickness of the casing in the direction from the first side wall 101' toward the second side wall 102, thereby improving wearing comfort.
[0060] It can be seen that when the air inlet 106 is disposed on the second side wall 102, since the second side wall 102 faces the outside, it is very easy for air to be taken in, and the air intake is smooth; furthermore, with the air outlet disposed adjacent to the user's head and face, and the drive shaft 21 extending along the direction toward the second side wall 102 of the first side wall 101', the vane assembly 20 can directly guide the wind from the air inlet 106 to the air outlet 107, so as to achieve higher wind guiding efficiency; furthermore, it can be seen that, since the air outlet 107 is disposed on the part of the first side wall 101' adjacent to the face and head of the human body, the air can be blown toward the face and head of the human body, so as to achieve a better rapid cooling effect.
[0061] A plurality of ventilation openings 108 are provided on the first side wall 101' at positions corresponding to the fan assemblies 20, each of the ventilation openings 108 having an arc shape, and the corresponding plurality of ventilation openings 108 of each of the fan assemblies 20 are arranged in a ring shape. It can be seen that the above design not only provides an aesthetic appearance and is less likely to trap foreign objects, but also achieves a desirable ventilation effect in accordance with the shape of the fan assemblies 20.
[0062] In addition, each of the first part 11 and the second part 12 has a connecting end 10a connected to the other part and a free end 10b distant from the other part, the size of the corresponding air inlet 106 of the fan assembly 20 adjacent to the connecting end 10a is smaller than the size of the corresponding air inlet 106 of the fan assembly 20 adjacent to the free end 10b, and the outer diameter of the blade assembly 20 adjacent to the connecting end 10a is smaller than the outer diameter of the blade assembly 20 adjacent to the free end 10b. By designing the size of the air inlet 106 of different sizes and the outer diameter of the blade assembly 20 of different sizes, the size of the arc-shaped housing can be gradually reduced along the direction from the free end 10b to the connecting end 10a, which can be understood to be more suitable for the curve of the neck of the human body and improve the comfort of wearing.
[0063] In this embodiment, both the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 further include a cover plate 16, which is disposed on a side of the second side wall 102 away from the first side wall 101' corresponding to the air inlet 106, and an air inlet gap 161 communicating with the air inlet 106 is further formed between an edge of the cover plate 16 and the second side wall 102. Furthermore, the second side wall 102 includes a side wall main body 102c and a recessed portion 102d connected to the side wall main body 102c and recessed toward the first side wall 101', the air inlet 106 is located in the recessed portion 102d, the cover plate 16 is disposed on the recessed portion 102d, and the cover plate 16 is at least partially connected to an edge of the side wall main body 102c connected to the recessed portion 102d to form the air inlet gap 161. It can be seen that by covering the air inlet 106 with the cover plate 16 and letting air in through the air inlet gap 161 and the air inlet 106, it is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also less likely to trap foreign objects, improving safety. The design of the recess 102d also helps reduce the overall size of the neck fan 30 and improves its aesthetic appeal.
[0064] Moreover, the cover plate 16 may include a cover plate main body 162 and a first mounting portion 163 provided on a side of the cover plate main body 162 adjacent to the second side wall 102, and a second mounting portion 102e may be provided on the second side wall 102 adjacent to the cover plate 16 and mated with the first mounting portion 163. Specifically, the second mounting portion 102e may be provided on the recess portion 102d at a position between the plurality of air inlets 106.
[0065] Further, the cover plate 16 includes a cover plate body 162 and a first mounting portion 163 provided on the cover plate body 162, and the second side wall 102 is provided with a second mounting portion 102e that mates with the first mounting portion 163, and the first mounting portion 163 mates with the second mounting portion 102e to mount the cover plate 16 (e.g., removably or movably) on the side of the second side wall 102 away from the first side wall 101'. It can be understood that the structure of combining the first mounting portion 163 and the second mounting portion 102e realizes removably or movably mounting the cover plate 16 and the second side wall 102, thereby providing technical effects such as convenient assembly / disassembly and convenient use. Specifically, the second mounting portion 102e may be disposed on the recess portion 102d at a position between the plurality of air inlets 106.
[0066] In addition, there are a first mounting state and a second mounting state between the first mounting portion 163 and the second mounting portion 102e, and in the first mounting state, an air inlet gap 161 communicating with the air inlet 106 is formed between the edge of the cover plate 16 and the second side wall 102, and in the second mounting state, the edge of the cover plate 16 contacts the second side wall 102 to seal the air inlet 106. It can be understood that there are a first mounting state and a second mounting state between the first mounting portion 163 and the second mounting portion 102e, and in the first mounting state, air can enter through the air inlet gap 161, and in the second mounting state, the air inlet gap 161 can be blocked to seal the air inlet 106, so that when the neck fan 30 is not in use, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the inside of the casing and to exhibit a dustproof effect.
[0067] It is understood that the first mounting state and the second mounting state can be mutually converted. In some embodiments, the switching between the first mounting state and the second mounting state can be realized when the cover plate 16 is pushed toward a certain direction of the second side wall 102 by a configuration of a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion having a relationship such as an elastic engagement fit. For example, the first push switches from the first mounting state to the second mounting state, and the second push switches from the second mounting state to the first mounting state. There are various structures for realizing the above push switching control, which will not be described in detail here.
[0068] In this embodiment, the first mounting portion 163 is a mounting shaft connected to the cover plate body 162, and the second mounting portion 102e is a mounting hole that mates with the mounting shaft, and in another embodiment, the first mounting portion 163 may be a mounting hole provided in the cover plate body 162, and the second mounting portion 102e may be a mounting shaft that mates with the mounting hole. It can be seen that the structure of matching the mounting hole and the mounting shaft allows the cover plate 16 to be assembled to the second side wall 102, providing the technical effect of making assembly more convenient.
[0069] In this embodiment, the partition plate 13 includes a body portion 131 and a guide portion 132, the shape of the body portion 131 conforms to at least a part of the outer shape of the fan assembly 20 and is disposed around the outer periphery of the fan assembly 20, and the guide portion 132 is connected to the body portion 131 and is used to form an air duct communicating with the air outlet 107 together with the side wall structure. It can be seen that by conforming the outer shape of the fan assembly 20 to the body portion 131 and surrounding the air duct 17 communicating with the air outlet 107 with the guide portion 132 and the side wall structure, a better wind guiding effect can be achieved and the air inlet / outlet efficiency can be improved.
[0070] In addition, in the first part 11 and the second part 12, the guide portion 132 includes a first guide portion 132a located between the two fan assemblies 20 and a second guide portion 132b located on a side of the fan assembly 20 away from the other fan assembly 20, the second guide portion 132b extends from one of the first part 11 and the second part 12 to the other, the side of the second guide portion 132b away from the air duct 17 surrounds the storage space 18 together with the side wall structure, and the neck fan 30 may further include an electric control assembly 15, the electric control assembly 15 may include a battery and a circuit board, and the storage space 18 may be used to accommodate at least one of the battery and the circuit board. It can be seen that by disposing the electric control assembly 15 in the storage space 18, the configuration of the neck fan 30 can be effectively balanced and the comfort of wearing can be improved.
[0071] Also, the blade assembly 20 may be a turbine blade assembly. It can be seen that by adopting the turbine blade assembly, the effects of lower noise and higher safety can be achieved.
[0072] The above embodiments are only used to explain the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not intended to limit them.
