Abstract

To provide a motor-driven valve control device, a motor-driven valve device, and a method of controlling a motor-driven valve which can shorten time required for initialization operation of the motor-driven valve and can suppress noise.SOLUTION: A motor-driven valve 5 includes a rotor 41 and a stator 60, and rotation of the rotor 41 in a first direction is regulated when a valve element 30 is brought into contact with a valve seat 18. A motor-driven valve control device 70 supplies a driving current to the stator 60 to rotate the rotor 41 in the first direction. The motor-driven valve control device 70 acquires a voltage generated in the stator 60 by rotation of the rotor 41. The motor-driven valve control device 70 determines whether or not the motor-driven valve 5 is in a rotation regulation state in which rotation of the rotor 41 in the first direction is regulated on the basis of at least one of an area of a voltage waveform, an amplitude of a wave observed periodically in the waveform of the voltage, and periodical appearance of a new wave different from the wave observed periodically in the waveform of the voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
