Conductive composite fiber and fiber structure

Abstract

Provided is a conductive composite fiber having excellent conductivity and durability that does not impair the esthetic property of appearance even when used in a blend with another white fiber. The conductive composite fiber has at least a conductive layer containing a thermoplastic resin (A) and carbon black, wherein the L* value is 20-70 and the b* value is 0-10 in the L*a*b* color system. Alternatively, the conductive composite fiber may contain a thermoplastic resin (B) and a pigment, and may have a protective layer positioned outside the conductive layer in a fiber cross section.
