UTILITY MODEL OF RIMMER SHOE WITH PDC CUTTERS

Abstract

Our utility model is a Reaming Shoe with PDC Cutters, designed to assist in the installation of any casing string where there is uncertainty or potential risks in the wellbore. Designed with optimized contingency and lateral ports that provide a unique advantage in terms of hydraulic impact and flow direction, preventing formation damage, we have an innovative internal nose design that improves grinding times and reduces nose weight without compromising performance. This eccentric nose, meaning its pivot point is off-center, is made of a bronze / aluminum alloy. Combined with tungsten carbide buttons along the body fins and the PDC cutters on the nose, this alloy allows us to overcome any resistance encountered in the wellbore.
