Adjustable extension table

Abstract

Adjustable extension table (1) for placement on an edge, e.g. an armrest and / or bath rim, comprising: a tabletop section (2) that includes a tabletop surface (3) for placing objects thereon, and which is designed to be placed in a working position in which the tabletop surface extends mainly horizontally; at least two holder elements (4) which are movably mounted on the tabletop section (2) and are movable relative to each other between: an open position, for receiving an edge (99), e.g.an armrest and / or bathtub rim, between the two retaining elements (4); and a holding position in which the at least two retaining elements (4) are placed closer together to hold the blade section (2) relative to the rim, and in which the at least two retaining elements are rotationally fixed relative to the blade surface to hold the blade section in the operating position; and where the at least two retaining elements are each mounted movably to the blade section in at least one adjustment direction (i) parallel to the blade surface (3), and where the adjustable extension table further comprises an adjustment device (5) designed to adjust the position of the at least two retaining elements (4) relative to the blade section (2) in the holding position, such that the position of the at least two retaining elements relative to the blade section in the holding position is adjustable in the adjustment direction.
