Abstract

The utility model relates to the construction industry and can be used in the sphere of creating stretched surfaces using fabrics or foils made of polymers, in particular stretched ceilings. The claimed assembly for fastening a sheet of stretched material comprises a profile (2) with a vertical wall (5) and a horizontal wall (4) connected thereto, wherein the vertical wall (5) and the horizontal wall (4) are adapted to form an open cavity (6) between the inner surface of the horizontal wall (4) and the inner surface of the vertical wall (5), as well as a rail (3), made in the form of a profile of a polymeric material, which rail (3) is adapted to be placed in the open cavity (6) and comprises on its lower edge (9) an elongated limiting projection (10) made of a flexible material. The profile (2) additionally comprises an elongated foot (7) directed towards the interior of the open cavity (6), and the lower end of the horizontal wall (4), which is a shaped wall, comprises a projection (8).The foot (7) and the projection (8) are adapted to simultaneously cooperate with the hook (13) and the groove (14), respectively, equipped with an additional hook (15), of the rail (3) and to fasten the rail (3) in the open recess (6). Therefore, the reported tensioned canvas fastening assembly is simple in design and ergonomic in use, even on curved sections of the structure with a bending radius of less than 300 mm. Furthermore, during assembly, the fastening assembly allows for obtaining clear lines without gaps and irregularities and does not require the use of additional masking materials.
