Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for manufacturing dental composites with phytate fillers: calcium and calcium-fluoride, characterized in that first the calcium filler is prepared by precipitation with calcium ions, and then the calcium-fluoride filler is prepared by adsorption of fluoride ions on the surface of the calcium filler, after which the organic matrix of the composite is prepared by mixing bisphenol A diglycidyl ether dimethacrylate with triethylene glycol dimethacrylate in a mass ratio of 3 to 2, and to the organic matrix prepared in this way, a photoinitiating polymerization system is added, consisting of camphorquinone and ethyl 4-(dimethylamino)benzoate in an amount of 1.0% by weight each in relation to the total mass of both resins, and mixed in an automatic mortar for 2 minutes without access to light,finally, one of the two phytate fillers (calcium or calcium-fluoride) is added and mixed in the dark for another 3 minutes until a homogeneous paste is obtained.,
