Method for obtaining a cell culture medium, a medium produced by this method, and its uses

Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for obtaining a substrate for obtaining a porous epidermal layer in a cell culture scaffold, comprising the steps of: a) dissolving at least one polymer in a solvent to obtain a polymer solution; b) applying a polymer solution containing at least one polymer to a substrate; c) at least once applying a porogen to the polymer solution layer, and then removing excess porogen from the polymer solution layer. The subject of the application also includes a substrate and scaffold produced by this method and their applications in tissue engineering, in particular in three-dimensional cell cultures.
