[0003] FIG. 3 is a top view of a surface of a footwear sole, insole, sole insert, sock liner or sole of a sock, of a third embodiment of the invention; and,

[0004] FIG. 4 is a bottom view of a surface of a footwear sole, insole, sole insert, sock liner or sole of a sock, of a fourth embodiment of the invention.

[0005] In FIGS. 1-4, the two different types of stippling indicate a contrast in shading, color, grayscale or pattern between the areas having the different types of stippling.

[0006] The embodiments shown in FIGS. 1-4 are a surface of a footwear sole, insole, sole insert, sock liner or sole of a sock, for a left foot. The embodiments of the surface of a footwear sole, insole, sole insert, sock liner or sole of a sock, for a right foot are mirror images of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1-4 and are also claimed. For example, FIGS. 2 and 4 illustrate a top view of the design of FIGS. 1 and 3, respectively, for a right foot.
