Abstract
Described is a machine (1) for covering articles, in particular with a prismatic or polyhedral shape, with an adhesive sheet (F), comprising a unit (20) for feeding a web (N) formed from the overlay between an adhesive layer (S1), defining adhesive sheets (F), and a carrying layer (S2), a peeling device (70) configured to detach individual adhesive sheets (F) from the carrying layer (S2) and a transfer conveyor (10a) configured for feeding a succession of articles (A) to be covered towards a covering station (R). The machine (1) comprises a covering conveyor (100), configured to receive the individual adhesive sheets (F) and for applying each adhesive sheet (F) to a respective article (A). The machine (1) further comprises at least one web (N) adjustment device (30, 40, 50) for adjusting the position of the web (N) in such a way as to vary the position of each adhesive sheet (F) relative to the covering conveyor (100).
