[0001] Cross-references to related publications
[0002] This disclosure claims priority to a Chinese patent invention with application number 202310805293X filed with the Patent Office of China on June 30, 2023, entitled “A Cache Heating Device and a Glass Rolling Production Line,” the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0003] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of glass manufacturing, and in particular to a buffer heating device and a glass rolling production line. Background Art
[0004] Currently, in glass rolling lines with vertical dropouts, a platinum hopper serves as a buffer between the glass flow channel and the rolling mechanism. When material from the flow channel enters the platinum hopper at a certain height drop, molten glass accumulates within the hopper to a certain level. Under the combined force of gravity and gravity, the molten glass flows out through the discharge slit at the bottom of the hopper and is fed to the rolling mechanism.
[0005] However, when the molten glass flows through the platinum hopper, there is heat loss. Especially when the platinum hopper is irregular in shape, the heat preservation and heat dissipation of the platinum hopper vary. In addition, the rigid wall of the platinum hopper faces the resistance of the molten glass, which causes its flow rate to be uneven. The combined effect of these two factors leads to uneven temperature of the molten glass after discharge, affecting the molding quality. Currently, the heat loss of the molten glass is compensated by directly heating the outer wall of the platinum hopper. However, during the heating process, due to the inconsistent shape of the outer wall, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the heating temperature, which affects the molding quality of the glass.
[0006] Summary of the Invention
[0007] The applicant has discovered that after molten glass is discharged from the bottom of a platinum funnel, the temperature on both sides of the glass melt is lower than the temperature in the middle along the length of the glass melt, perpendicular to its flow direction. This temperature difference exists along the length of the glass melt. Eliminating this temperature difference along the length of the glass melt can effectively improve the quality of glass product molding.
[0008] The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a buffer heating device and a glass rolling production line, which can improve the uniformity of the glass melt temperature after discharging from the platinum hopper and the consistency of the feed temperature, thereby ensuring the molding quality of glass products.

[0041] The following describes some embodiments of the present disclosure in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the absence of conflict, the features of the following embodiments can be combined with each other.
[0042] The present disclosure provides a glass rolling production line (not shown) configured to produce glass products. This production line eliminates temperature variations along the length of the molten glass, improves heating uniformity and feed temperature consistency, and ensures the quality of the resulting glass products. Glass products include glass and glass-ceramics.
[0043] It should be noted that the glass rolling production line includes a glass melt flow channel (not shown), a buffer heating device 100, and a rolling mechanism (not shown). The glass melt flow channel, the buffer heating device 100, and the rolling mechanism are arranged in sequence according to the flow direction of the glass melt. The glass melt flow channel is configured to feed the glass melt into the buffer heating device 100. The buffer heating device 100 is configured to buffer and heat the glass melt so that the glass melt with a uniform temperature flows into the rolling mechanism, thereby realizing the feeding function of the rolling mechanism. The rolling mechanism is configured to roll and shape the glass melt to obtain glass products.
[0044] 1 , the buffer heating device 100 includes a hopper 110 and a heating element 130. The hopper 110 is configured to contain and buffer the molten glass flowing out of the glass melt flow channel. A discharge nozzle 111 is provided on the side of the hopper 110 close to the rolling mechanism. The discharge nozzle 111 is a frame-shaped structure formed at the bottom of the hopper 110. The hopper 110 is located above the rolling mechanism so that the molten glass buffered in the hopper 110 can flow downward to the rolling mechanism through the discharge nozzle 111 under the action of gravity. The heating element 130 is arranged outside the discharge nozzle 111, and the heating element 130 is configured to heat the discharge nozzle 111.
[0045] Referring to Figures 2 and 3 , in this embodiment, the discharge nozzle 111 includes two long sidewalls 112 and two short sidewalls 113. The longitudinal direction of the molten glass is perpendicular to the direction of flow of the molten glass in the hopper 110. The long sidewalls 112 are arranged parallel to the extension direction of the discharge nozzle 111 (i.e., the longitudinal direction of the molten glass), and the short sidewalls 113 are arranged perpendicular to the extension direction of the discharge nozzle 111. One long sidewall 112, one short sidewall 113, another long sidewall 112, and another short sidewall 113 are connected end to end. The two long sidewalls 112 and the two short sidewalls 113 collectively form a discharge gap 114, which is configured to allow the molten glass in the hopper 110 to flow out.
[0046] Specifically, because the discharge nozzle 111 is configured with a "narrow center and wide sides" structure along its extension direction, that is, the discharge gap 114 is shaped "narrow center and wide sides" along the extension direction of the discharge nozzle 111, the spacing between the two long side walls 112 first decreases and then increases from one end to the other of the discharge nozzle 111. In one embodiment, to ensure smooth flow of the molten glass and reduce the resistance to the molten glass, the long side walls 112 can be designed as a smooth arch shape, with the two long side walls 112 arranged opposite each other, with a smaller spacing in the middle and a larger spacing at the ends.
[0047] In one embodiment, referring to Figures 3 and 4 , the discharge nozzle 111 includes a first diversion section 1111, a second diversion section 1112, and a third diversion section 1113. The first diversion section 1111, the second diversion section 1112, and the third diversion section 1113 are sequentially arranged along the extension direction of the discharge nozzle 111. The width of the first diversion section 1111 is equal to the width of the third diversion section 1113 and greater than the width of the second diversion section 1112, so that the discharge nozzle 111 presents a "narrow in the middle and wide at both sides" structure along its extension direction. This structure can divert the glass melt and increase the discharge volume of the two edges of the discharge nozzle 111 (the first diversion section 1111 and the third diversion section 1113), thereby improving the situation where the glass melt temperature is lower and the viscous resistance is greater at the edges, thereby eliminating the temperature difference in the longitudinal direction of the glass melt during discharge, and to a certain extent enhancing the ability of the nozzle 111 to resist high-temperature creep and glass melt erosion deformation. As an adaptive adjustment, the width of the first diverter section 1111 and the width of the third diverter section 1113 can be appropriately unequal, for example due to processing errors or erosion during use. However, as long as the width is smaller than the width of the second diverter section 1112, the glass melt discharge rate at the edge can be improved to a certain extent, thereby improving the temperature difference. Alternatively, in the case of temperature differences on both sides of the edge, inconsistent width settings can be used. For example, if the overall temperature of the first diverter section 1111 is slightly higher than that of the third diverter section 1113, the discharge rate of the first diverter section 1111 can be increased by increasing the width of the first diverter section 1111, thereby improving the defect of temperature differences on both sides of the edge.
[0048] It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the length of the first diversion section 1111 is the same as the length of the third diversion section 1113, and is smaller than the length of the second diversion section 1112. Uniform partitioning can ensure that there will be no difference in the temperature distribution on both sides of the length direction of the glass melt. In other embodiments, the length of the first diversion section 1111 and the length of the third diversion section 1113 can be appropriately different. However, the greater the difference in length, the less conducive it is to improving the aforementioned temperature difference problem when the temperature distribution of the first diversion section 1111 and the third diversion section 1113 is uniform. The length range of the first diverter section 1111 is 20% or less of the total length of the discharge nozzle 111 but is not 0, for example, 5% to 10%, 5% to 15%, 5% to 20%, 10% to 15%, or 10% to 20%; the length range of the third diverter section 1113 is 20% or less of the total length of the discharge nozzle 111 but is not 0, for example, 5% to 10%, 5% to 15%, 5% to 20%, 10% to 15%, or 10% to 20%; the length range of the second diverter section 1112 is 60% or more of the total length of the discharge nozzle 111, for example, 60% to 70%, 70% to 80%, or 80% to 90%.
[0049] Optionally, in the length direction of the discharge nozzle 111, the discharge nozzle 111 is shaped to first narrow and then widen, that is, the width of the first diversion section 1111 and the width of the third diversion section 1113 are both greater than the width of the second diversion section 1112. Thus, in the length direction of the discharge nozzle 111, the first diversion section 1111 shows a continuous narrowing trend toward the second diversion section 1112, and reaches its minimum width at the second diversion section 1112; and in the length direction of the discharge nozzle 111, the third diversion section 1113 shows a continuous narrowing trend toward the second diversion section 1112, and reaches its minimum width at the second diversion section 1112. Specifically, the width at the narrowest point of the second diverter section 1112 is 60%-90% of the width at the widest point of the first diverter section 1111 and all ranges and sub-ranges therebetween, for example, 65% to 70%, 65% to 75%, 65% to 80%, 65% to 85%, 65% to 90%, 75% to 85%, 75% to 90%, or 80% to 90%.
[0050] It is worth noting that the traditional method of directly heating the outer wall of the hopper 110 to improve the heat loss problem of the molten glass flowing through the funnel 110 is difficult to control the heating temperature uniformity of the hopper 110 along its width direction (the extension direction of the discharge nozzle 111) during the heating process. In particular, for hoppers 110 with irregular shapes, the molten glass in the hopper 110 also has lower temperature and greater viscous resistance due to heat dissipation and resistance from the mouth gap at the edge of the discharge nozzle 111. This causes the discharge volume at the edge of the discharge nozzle 111 to be lower than the discharge volume at the center, ultimately resulting in a temperature difference. If the molten glass flows into the rolling mechanism with this temperature distribution, it will cause quality defects in the glass products and affect the yield rate. Therefore, in the present disclosure, the discharge nozzle 111 is configured along its extension direction to have a "narrow in the middle and wide on both sides" structure. The cross-section of the second diversion section 1112 has a throttling effect on the outflow of the molten glass, so that the flow rate of the molten glass flowing out of the middle of the discharge nozzle 111 is limited. The molten glass restricted at the second diversion section 1112 will flow out from the wider first diversion section 1111 and third diversion section 1113 under the action of the static pressure of the molten glass in the hopper 110, thereby increasing the flow rate of the molten glass flowing out of both sides of the discharge nozzle 111 and raising the temperature of the molten glass at the edges. Therefore, the temperature difference along the length of the discharge nozzle 111 is eliminated to a certain extent, the molding quality of the glass product is improved, and the ability of the mouth gap of the discharge nozzle 111 to resist high-temperature creep and erosion deformation of the molten glass is enhanced to a certain extent. On this basis, the discharge nozzle 111 is heated by a heating element 130 arranged outside the discharge nozzle 111, thereby further achieving temperature compensation for the glass melt, ensuring that the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the discharge nozzle 111 is uniform, eliminating the temperature difference in the length direction of the glass melt, and thus improving the molding quality of the glass products.
[0051] In an optional embodiment, without directly heating the outer wall of the hopper 110, in order to ensure that the degree of heat loss does not fall below the rolling temperature requirement, the molten glass can be heated within the molten glass flow channel to maintain a sufficient temperature to compensate for the heat loss within the hopper 110. Alternatively, the heating power of the heater 130, the length of the discharge nozzle 111, and the size of the heating area of the heater 130 can be adjusted to ensure the temperature of the molten glass.
[0052] 2 and 3 , in one embodiment, in order to further control the heat loss of the molten glass from being excessive, thereby preventing the temperature from falling below the rolling temperature and preventing rolling from being achieved, the heating device 100 further includes a connecting bar 120 , which is connected to the hopper 110 and configured to be connected to a heat source (not shown) to transfer heat to the hopper 110 , thereby achieving a heating function for the hopper 110 and maintaining the molten glass buffered in the hopper 110 at a certain temperature.
[0053] Optionally, connecting bars 120 are provided with mounting holes configured to connect to a heat source. When the heat source is energized, the electricity is transferred to connecting bars 120 and electrically heated to increase the temperature of hopper 110. In one embodiment, two connecting bars 120 are provided, positioned on opposite sides of hopper 110. Connecting bars 120 are made of copper or other metal. The two connecting bars 120 work together to simultaneously heat hopper 110 under the action of the heat source, thereby heating the molten glass within hopper 110 and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the temperature rise of the molten glass.
[0054] In this embodiment, the heating element 130 is arranged around the discharge nozzle 111, that is, the heating element 130 is arranged in a complete circle around the discharge nozzle 111 to heat the four sides of the discharge nozzle 111 at the same time, ensuring that each position of the discharge nozzle 111 can be heated quickly and effectively, improving the temperature compensation efficiency of the glass melt, and ensuring that the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the discharge nozzle 111 is uniform.
[0055] 4 , the heating element 130 includes a first heating element 131 and a second heating element 132. The first heating element 131 is disposed outside each of the long sidewalls 112 and is configured to heat the long sidewalls 112, such that heat emitted by the first heating element 131 is transferred to the glass melt through the long sidewalls 112. A second heating element 132 is disposed outside each of the short sidewalls 113 and is configured to heat the short sidewalls 113, such that heat emitted by the second heating element 132 is transferred to the glass melt through the short sidewalls 113. Optionally, there is an installation gap between the adjacent first heating elements 131 and the second heating elements 132, and the installation gap is sealed and filled with wet mud. The wet mud is synchronously heated when the hopper 110 is heated until it is sintered and hardened. It is configured to buffer and protect the expansion between the first heating element 131 and the second heating element 132, and ensure that the first heating element 131 and the second heating element 132 are jointly arranged outside the discharge nozzle 111 with no gap therebetween, thereby improving the heating effect.
[0056] It should be noted that, in one embodiment, the first heating element 131 and the second heating element 132 are both multiple groups, the circuit of each group of first heating elements 131 is arranged in parallel, and the circuit of each group of second heating elements 132 is arranged in parallel, and the multiple groups of first heating elements 131 and the multiple groups of second heating elements 132 are continuously arranged along the circumference of the discharge nozzle, that is, the multiple groups of first heating elements 131 and the multiple groups of second heating elements 132 are arranged in a full circle around the discharge nozzle 111 to heat the four sides of the discharge nozzle 111 at the same time, ensuring that all positions of the discharge nozzle 111 can be heated quickly and effectively, and the heating power of the first heating element 131 and the second heating element 132 can also be adjusted to adjust the heating temperature of the long side wall and the short side respectively, thereby improving the temperature compensation effect of the glass melt and ensuring that the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the discharge nozzle 111 is uniform.
[0057] Specifically, each group of first heating elements 131 includes two first heating elements 131, with the two first heating elements 131 in each group being disposed oppositely outside the two long sidewalls 112. At least one group of first heating elements 131 works together to simultaneously heat the two long sidewalls 112, thereby achieving a synchronous temperature increase of the glass melt between the two long sidewalls 112. Each group of second heating elements 132 includes two second heating elements 132, with the two second heating elements 132 in each group being disposed oppositely outside the two short sidewalls 113. At least one group of second heating elements 132 works together to simultaneously heat the two short sidewalls 113, thereby achieving a temperature increase of the glass melt between the two short sidewalls 113.
[0058] Continuing with FIG4 , in this embodiment, three groups of first heating elements 131 are arranged side by side. There is no installation gap between adjacent first heating elements 131, and no wet mud filling is required. This is because the first heating elements 131 have a small expansion coefficient and do not require thermal expansion buffer protection. Furthermore, the temperature loss from the long sidewall 112 is greater, and the heating effect is better without an installation gap. The discharge slit 114 is divided into three sections along the extension direction of the long sidewall 112: a left section 115, a middle section 116, and a right section 117. The left section 115 is disposed within the first diversion section 1111, the middle section 116 is disposed within the second diversion section 1112, and the right section 117 is disposed within the third diversion section 1113. The two first heating elements 131 in the first group are disposed oppositely outside the left section 115 and are configured to heat the molten glass in the left section 115. The two first heating elements 131 in the second group are disposed oppositely outside the middle section 116 and are configured to heat the molten glass in the middle section 116. The two first heating elements 131 in the third group are disposed oppositely outside the right section 117 and are configured to heat the molten glass in the right section 117. However, this is not limiting. In other embodiments, the first heating elements 131 may be four groups, in which case the discharge slot 114 is divided into four sections along the extension direction of the long sidewall 112. The first heating elements 131 may also be one group, in which case the heating temperature of each first heating element 131 corresponding to different areas of the long sidewall 112 is adjustable. The number of groups of first heating elements 131 is not specifically limited.
[0059] The discharge nozzle 111 adjusts the flow rate of the glass melt, which can greatly improve the temperature difference problem of the glass melt. However, the temperature difference problem has not been fundamentally solved and there is room for improvement. Since there is still a certain temperature difference in the glass melt along its length direction, it is necessary to perform temperature compensation on the glass melt to different degrees along its length direction, that is, adjust the power of the three groups of first heating elements 131 according to actual conditions, so that the heating temperatures of the three groups of first heating elements 131 are different. Under the cooperation of the discharge nozzle 111 and the heating element 130, the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the discharge nozzle 111 is guaranteed to be uniform, thereby minimizing the possibility of rolling quality defects.
[0060] Specifically, in the process of the glass melt flowing out of the discharge gap 114 of the discharge nozzle 111, it is generally manifested that the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the left section 115 and the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the right section 117 are both lower than the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the middle section 116, resulting in a certain difference in the temperature of the glass melt along its length direction. To this end, in this embodiment, the power of the first group of heating elements 130 and the third group of heating elements 130 is increased, and the power of the second group of heating elements 130 is decreased, so that the temperature compensation of the glass melt in the left section 115 by the first group of heating elements 130 and the temperature compensation of the glass melt in the right section 117 by the third group of heating elements 130 are greater than the temperature compensation of the glass melt in the middle section 116 by the second group of heating elements 130. In this way, the temperature of the glass melt in the left section 115, the temperature of the glass melt in the middle section 116 and the temperature of the glass melt in the right section 117 after temperature rise remain the same, so as to eliminate the temperature difference in the length direction of the glass melt, ensure that the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the discharge gap 114 is uniform, improve the uniformity of the heating process and the consistency of the supply temperature, thereby improving the molding quality of the glass products.
[0061] 5 , in one embodiment, the first heating element 131 includes a first heating base 1311 and a first heating wire 1312. The first heating wire 1312 is wound around the first heating base 1311 and is configured to heat the first heating base 1311. The first heating base 1311 is configured to transfer heat to the long sidewall 112, thereby heating the molten glass in the discharge slit 114.
[0062] It should be noted that a first receiving groove 1313 is formed on the surface of the first heating base 1311, and the first heating wire 1312 is disposed in the first receiving groove 1313. The first receiving groove 1313 is configured to accommodate and position the first heating wire 1312. Specifically, the first receiving groove 1313 is sealed and filled with wet mud to shield and protect the first heating wire 1312 and prevent it from being exposed.
[0063] In this embodiment, there are multiple first accommodating grooves 1313 and first heating wires 1312. The first accommodating grooves 1313 are arranged horizontally around the first heating base 1311. Multiple first accommodating grooves 1313 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart. Each first heating wire 1312 is arranged in a first accommodating groove 1313 and is arranged around a circle. The length of the first heating wire 1312 is the same as the length of the first accommodating groove 1313.
[0064] Optionally, the first heating substrate 1311 can be made of sintered corundum brick. The first heating substrate 1311 is a plate structure so that it can be used as a bearing substrate to perform surface grooving for the winding of the first heating wire 1312. The refractoriness of the first heating substrate 1311 is above 1300 degrees Celsius, and it has good thermal shock stability and a low expansion coefficient. The thickness of the first heating substrate 1311 ranges from 20 mm to 50 mm, for example, 20 mm to 30 mm, 30 mm to 40 mm, or 40 mm to 50 mm. The depth of the first receiving groove 1313 ranges from 3 mm to 7 mm, for example, 3 mm to 4 mm, 4 mm to 5 mm, or 5 mm to 7 mm. The width of the first receiving groove 1313 ranges from 5 mm to 10 mm, for example, 5 mm to 7 mm, 7 mm to 9 mm, or 9 mm to 10 mm. The diameter of the first heating wire 1312 ranges from 3 mm to 6 mm, for example, from 3 mm to 4 mm, from 4 mm to 5 mm, or from 5 mm to 6 mm. The first heating wire 1312 is made of platinum. The power of the first heating wire 1312 ranges from 1 kW to 5 kW, for example, from 1 kW to 2 kW, from 2 kW to 3 kW, or from 3 kW to 5 kW. The hopper 110 is made of platinum, which has good thermal conductivity and ductility.
[0065] In this embodiment, the second heating elements 132 form a group, and the two second heating elements 132 in the group are relatively arranged outside the two short side walls 113 to auxiliary heat the glass melt at both ends of the length direction of the discharge gap 114, which can improve the temperature compensation of the glass melt in the left section 115 and the right section 117, thereby increasing the temperature rise rate of the glass melt in the left section 115 and the right section 117, so that it can quickly heat up to the same temperature as the glass melt in the middle section 116.
[0066] 6 , the second heating element 132 includes a second heating base 1321 and a second heating wire 1322. The second heating wire 1322 is wound around the second heating base 1321 and is configured to heat the second heating base 1321. The second heating base 1321 is configured to transfer heat to the short sidewall 113, thereby providing auxiliary heating for the molten glass in the discharge slit 114.
[0067] In this embodiment, a second receiving groove 1323 is formed on the surface of the second heating base 1321. The second heating wire 1322 is disposed in the second receiving groove 1323. The second receiving groove 1323 is configured to accommodate and position the second heating wire 1322. Specifically, the second receiving groove 1323 is sealed and filled with wet mud to shield and protect the second heating wire 1322 and prevent it from being exposed.
[0068] In this embodiment, there are multiple second accommodating grooves 1323 and second heating wires 1322. The second accommodating grooves 1323 are arranged horizontally around the second heating base 1321. Multiple second accommodating grooves 1323 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart. Each second heating wire 1322 is arranged in a second accommodating groove 1323 and is arranged around a circle. The length of the second heating wire 1322 is the same as the length of the second accommodating groove 1323.
[0069] Optionally, the second heating base 1321 can be made of sintered corundum brick. The second heating base 1321 is a plate structure so that it can be used as a bearing base to perform surface grooving for the winding of the second heating wire 1322. The refractoriness of the second heating base 1321 is above 1300 degrees Celsius, and it has good thermal shock stability and a low expansion coefficient. The thickness of the second heating base 1321 ranges from 20 mm to 60 mm, for example, 20 mm to 30 mm, 30 mm to 40 mm, or 40 mm to 60 mm. The depth of the second receiving groove 1323 ranges from 3 mm to 7 mm, for example, 3 mm to 4 mm, 4 mm to 5 mm, or 5 mm to 7 mm. The width of the second receiving groove 1323 ranges from 5 mm to 10 mm, for example, 5 mm to 6 mm, 6 mm to 7 mm, or 7 mm to 10 mm. The diameter of the second heating wire 1322 ranges from 2 mm to 5 mm, for example, from 2 mm to 3 mm, from 3 mm to 4 mm, or from 4 mm to 5 mm. The second heating base 1321 is made of sintered corundum brick, and the second heating wire 1322 is made of platinum. The rated power of the second heating wire 1322 is lower than the rated power of the first heating wire 1312. The power of the second heating wire 1322 ranges from 1 kW to 3 kW, for example, from 1 kW to 2 kW, or from 2 kW to 3 kW.
[0070] Specifically, because the length of the long sidewall 112 is greater than the length of the short sidewall 113, the glass melt flow area corresponding to the long sidewall 112 is greater than the glass melt flow area corresponding to the short sidewall 113. That is, the flow rate of the glass melt heated by the first heating element 131 is greater than the flow rate of the glass melt heated by the second heating element 132, and the heat loss of the glass melt corresponding to the long sidewall 112 is greater than the heat loss of the glass melt corresponding to the short sidewall 113. Therefore, the rated power of the first heating wire 1312 is greater than the rated power of the second heating wire 1322. The first heating element 131 serves as the primary heating element, and the second heating element 132 serves as the auxiliary heating element. In this way, by distinguishing between the primary and auxiliary heating elements, different degrees of temperature compensation are performed on the glass melt flowing through different positions in the discharge nozzle 111, thereby eliminating temperature differences in the length direction of the glass melt and ensuring that the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the discharge nozzle 111 is uniform.
[0071] It is worth noting that a first gap is formed between the first heating base 1311 and the long side wall 112, and the range of the first gap is 10 mm to 20 mm, for example, 10 mm to 14 mm, 14 mm to 16 mm, or 16 mm to 20 mm; a second gap is formed between the second heating base 1321 and the short side wall 113, and the range of the second gap is 5 mm to 20 mm, for example, 5 mm to 10 mm, 10 mm to 15 mm, or 15 mm to 20 mm. Specifically, due to the limited installation position of the second heating base 1321 outside the short side wall 113, and due to the limited heating power of the second heating wire 1322, and the relatively small heating area of the nozzle of the short side wall 113, it is necessary to place the second heating base 1321 closer to the short side wall 113, that is, the second gap is smaller than the first gap, in order to improve the heating effect.
[0072] It should be noted that the heating element 130 further includes a first filling layer 133 and a second filling layer 134. The first heating element 131 is spaced apart from the long side wall 112, and the first filling layer 133 is disposed between the first heating element 131 and the long side wall 112, that is, the first filling layer 133 is disposed within the first gap. The first filling layer 133 is configured to act as a buffer and protect between the hopper 110 and the first heating element 131 when the hopper 110 heats up and expands. The first filling layer 133 is also configured to protect the internal long side wall 112 after being sintered and solidified at high temperature and having a certain sintering strength. The second heating element 132 is spaced apart from the short side wall 113, and the second filling layer 134 is arranged between the second heating element 132 and the short side wall 113, that is, the second filling layer 134 is arranged in the second gap. The second filling layer 134 is configured to play a buffering and protective role between the hopper 110 and the second heating element 132 when the hopper 110 heats up and expands, and is also configured to protect the internal short side wall 113 after being sintered and solidified at high temperature and having a certain sintering strength.
[0073] In one embodiment, the number of the first filling layer 133 and the second filling layer 134 are both two, the two first filling layers 133 are relatively arranged outside the two long side walls 112, and the two second filling layers 134 are relatively arranged outside the two short side walls 113, and one first filling layer 133, one second filling layer 134, another first filling layer 133 and another second filling layer 134 together form a rectangular frame.
[0074] Optionally, the first gap ranges from 10 mm to 20 mm, i.e., the thickness of the first filling layer 133 ranges from 10 mm to 20 mm; the second gap ranges from 5 mm to 20 mm, i.e., the thickness of the second filling layer 134 ranges from 5 mm to 20 mm. Both the first filling layer 133 and the second filling layer 134 are made of wet slurry, which is a mixture of aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, deionized water, and sodium silicate. The mass ratios of aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, deionized water, and sodium silicate are 33-50%, 10-16%, 0-10%, and 16-33%, respectively. The particle size of the aluminum oxide ramming material and zirconium dioxide powder ranges from 0.4 mm to 2 mm, and the purity of aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, deionized water, and sodium silicate is greater than or equal to 98%.
[0075] Specifically, in the process of filling the first filling layer 133 and the second filling layer 134, the first heating element 131 and the second heating element 132 are first placed outside the discharge nozzle 111, connected and fixed by a steel structure, and corresponding gaps are reserved; then the various raw materials are fully homogenized through a stirring mechanism to obtain wet mud, and the wet mud is poured into the gap between the first heating element 131 and the second heating element 132 and the discharge nozzle 111 and compacted; thereafter, the heat source heats the hopper 110 through the connecting row 120, and at the same time heats the filled wet mud; when the temperature of the wet mud reaches above 1000 degrees Celsius (the heating time needs to be determined according to the heating of the hopper 110 to the actual production temperature and the heating rate), the wet mud is sintered and hardened, and has a certain strength, and the first filling layer 133 and the second filling layer 134 are obtained.

The heating element 130 is arranged outside the discharge nozzle 111, and the heating element 130 is configured to heat the discharge nozzle 111 to ensure that the temperature of the glass melt flowing out of the discharge nozzle 111 is uniform.
