Description

[0001] GLAZED HEATING AND VENTILATION MODULES SYSTEM

[0002] Technical Field

[0003] The present invention relates to heating and ventilation systems used in buildings and factories.

[0004] The invention is particularly related to the glazed heating and ventilation module system, which enables heating and ventilation with solar energy without the need for fossil fuels in buildings, factories, places where heating and drying are required. A heating and ventilation system with glazed heating and ventilation modules has been developed, which provides profit from energy costs, reduces maintenance costs, and provides heating by reaching high temperature values without using fossil fuels.

[0005] Description of State of the Art

[0006] Heating and ventilation costs constitute a significant cost in buildings, offices, factories and drying areas. In heating systems created with fossil fuels, waste gas formations that pollute the environment occur. In addition, it creates significant energy costs. Nowadays, due to the energy bottleneck, it is difficult to meet high energy expenses and new energy sources that do not pollute the environment using renewable energy systems are preferred.

[0007] When different heating systems, whether electric or fossil fuel-based, are used, serious bill costs are encountered due to high energy costs.

[0008] Heat is a transfer of energy. The transfer of heat from one substance to another occurs in three different ways. These are convection, radiation and conduction methods. In the conduction method, the particles that make up the matter collide with each other and spread heat, which is an example of spreading through conduction. Radiation method is the spread of heat through rays. For example, the sun heating the earth is an example of radiative heating. The cooling of the air at night is due to the lack of energy from sunlight.

[0009] When we stand in front of a fire, some of our heating occurs through radiation. Infrared heating stoves, which have become widespread in the market, also heat with light.

[0010] Convection method: Heating that occurs through the displacement of hot particles and cold particles is heating through convection. When the stove is lit, the air around the stove heats up first. The heated air disperses into the cold air and after a while the entire room becomes warmer. This method can be given as an example of the convection method. The heater radiators heat the room in the same way.

[0011] Considering all these heating methods, the needs of buildings, offices, factories, poultry houses, greenhouses and drying systems are met with different heating solutions. There is a need to develop heating systems that do not use fossil fuels, where low cost and high heating capacities can be achieved. Ecological heating systems that do not cause environmental pollution and are beneficial to the environment are gaining more importance.

[0012] In the application numbered TR 2020 / 22828, a generator for use in electricity generation and heating in buildings is described. The new technique here is that the air heated between said inner layer and said outer layer by sunlight is sucked through at least one compressor and used to heat the water in a tank, and air is supplied through a feeder instead of the sucked air. However, less costly, ecological technical solutions that do not require heating the water are needed.

[0013] As a result, new technical developments that enable solar energy heating and ventilation in buildings and factories without the need for fossil fuels have become necessary. The Aims of the Invention

[0014] Based on the state of the art, the aim of the invention is to develop a new system of glazed heating and ventilation modules that eliminates the negativities in existing structures and meets both heating and ventilation needs in places such as buildings and factories, workplaces, living spaces and gyms, through the heat transmitted by heating the air.

[0015] Another aim of the invention is to develop a heating and ventilation system without using fossil fuels, by means of the high temperature air obtained by focusing and absorbing the sun's rays.

[0016] Another aim of the invention is to create a glass surface where air can be heated with high efficiency by focusing the sun rays.

[0017] Another aim of the invention is to develop a heating and ventilation system that can be used as hybrid heating and ventilation systems.

[0018] Another aim of the invention is to develop a heating and ventilation system that works like a solar panel on the roof or in the field, by being created in a portable, modular structure, mounted on the building surface and / or mounted on a free-standing table.

[0019] Another aim of the invention is to develop a heating and ventilation system with almost no maintenance costs by mounting it on the exterior surface of buildings, on the roof or on designated parts on the surface, in the field.

[0020] Another aim of the invention is to contribute to the prevention of CO2 emissions in the world by preventing climate change and global warming by using renewable solar energy. It is the development of a heating and ventilation system that prevents global warming.

[0021] Another aim of the invention is to develop a system of glass heating and ventilation modules that can be used in heating and ventilation of greenhouses and chicken coops, and in pre-heating of drying facilities in the industry, providing great savings and convenience to businesses.

[0022] Another aim of the invention is to develop a system of glass heating and ventilation modules that can be mounted on the exterior surfaces or roofs of buildings with or without legs, allowing the indoor air to be heated and ventilated.

[0023] Another aim of the invention is to send heated air to the indoor environment through a perforated and specially designed heat conduction panel, which collects the sun rays under the glass surface, which allows higher temperatures to be obtained by focusing the sun rays like a lens and transfers the heat to the air by radiation and conduction.

[0024] In order to achieve said objectives, a system of glazed heating and ventilation modules has been developed, surpassing the state of the art and bringing many advantages.

[0036] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0037] The heating and ventilation module (1 ) has been developed to meet the heating and ventilation needs of existing buildings and similar places such as new factories, workplaces, living spaces, gyms, chicken coops, etc., with solar energy, which is a renewable energy. A system of glass (2) heating and ventilation modules has been developed through solar energy, which can be used in buildings where heating, drying and ventilation are required. Heating and ventilation modules (1 ) comprise glass (2) part on the body (3), heat absorption panel (4) inside the body (3), heat collectors (5) on the heat absorption panel (4) and heat collector layer (6). The air entering from the air inlet (7) on the body (3) on the building surface focuses the sun rays on the glass (2), resulting in high heat on the heat absorption panel (4). The air heated by the heat coming from these solar rays is given into the building through the air outlet (8), creating a significant heating effect in the interior. The glass (2) part on the body (1 ) focuses the sun's rays and provides high temperatures. It is possible to report the air temperature values measured via sensors (10) and the heating and ventilation status obtained via the control unit (11 ). Air can be delivered to the indoor environment by forced circulation with various actuators at the air inlet (7) and air outlet (8).

[0038] As can be seen from the figures, the layout and visuals of the heating and ventilation modules (1 ) are presented from different directions. The main logic here is that higher temperatures are achieved by means of the glass (2) cabin, the support of our heat absorption panels (4) placed at an angle (curved) inside the body (3) and the radiation from the sun.

[0039] We further increase efficiency with our heat absorption panels (4) placed inside the glass (2) cabin in the body (3). In fact, the temperature difference between the two reaches almost 50 - 60eC. In other words, while the air sucked from the external environment is 0eC, the air coming out of our device and system is 55 - 60eC. Here, by means of the special design and structure of the heat absorption panels (4), higher temperatures can be achieved by combining the thermal energy given by the sun through radiation with the optical effect of the glass (2) used.

[0040] These products, i.e., heating and ventilation modules (1 ), can be mounted on the building facade, roof or field. With these products and systems, high energy savings can be achieved by providing hot air circulation in buildings, factories, chicken coops, greenhouses, fresh vegetable and fruit drying systems, and industrial drying facilities. With this product, 100% fresh air can be heated, and indoor air can also be heated by circulating. Design can be made according to the desired need. Heating and ventilation modules (1 ) can be mounted on the legs (9) or can be mounted on the building surface.

[0041] By means of the heating and ventilation modules (1 ), the need for fossil fuels currently used is minimised and approximately 70-80% efficiency is achieved during peak solar periods, resulting in significant energy savings and short-term depreciation costs.

[0042] By means of the glazed (2) heating and ventilation module system created with the heating and ventilation modules (1 ), energy savings are achieved in buildings, factories and living spaces.

[0043] When used together with existing solar energy systems such as solar water heating and photovoltaic panels, hybrid systems can be obtained.

[0044] A new design and application is brought to the heating and ventilation sector by manufacturing products of different designs, central and package systems, and portable modules by heating and ventilation modules (1 ).

[0045] Heating and ventilation modules (1 ), which are different from classical and conventional system products, can bring an innovative difference to the architecture sector by bringing a new design to buildings.

[0046] By means of the heating and ventilation modules (1 ), which can be easily integrated into conventional systems, it also has the feature of being an exterior building material. Maintenance costs are almost non-existent.

[0047] By means of the heating and ventilation modules (1 ), the consumption of natural gas and other fossil fuels will be reduced, saving money for the end user and contributing to our country's economy.

[0048] In addition, by using these recyclable and environmentally friendly products, it also contributes to preventing CO2 emissions in the world thus to preventing climate change and global warming. Heating and ventilation modules (1 ), which are among the products and systems with the fastest recycling among renewable energy sources, have the feature of saving money for the user.

[0049] With correct integration, it can pay for itself within 1 -3 years depending on climatic conditions.

[0050] It can also be used in the agriculture and livestock industry by using it for heating and ventilation of greenhouses and chicken coops. In addition, it is used for pre-heating in drying facilities in the industry, providing great savings and convenience to businesses.

[0051] An environmentally friendly system that is 100% recyclable has been developed.

[0052] Passive solar heating of buildings takes place without known mechanical pumping systems, by collecting heat from the sun through heating and ventilation modules (1 ) and distributing it within the building with fans.

[0053] In order for heat to be stored effectively, collector surfaces must be separated from heat storage areas. These systems consume 80% less heat energy during sunny days compared to normal building heating.

[0054] The air heated by solar energy must be directed and transferred into the building. With this system, natural ventilation, heat storage within the building, insulation, daylight and temperature control are technically possible.

[0055] They are usually mounted on the south side of buildings, and the southwest and southeast parts can be divided into zones. It is the heating of the air by utilising solar energy and its distribution by transferring it to living spaces.

[0056] Heat-producing surfaces are created by mounting glass (2) heating and ventilation modules (1 ) on the exterior of buildings as modules on the wall. The heat generated on the surface of the heating and ventilation modules (1 ) in the form of modules accumulates in the space in the air heating area between the wall and the heating and ventilation modules (1 ), and while being sent inside through heat collectors (5) in the form of specially sectioned holes on the heat absorption panels (4), the outside air gets heated. At the same time, the heat accumulated between the heat absorption panels (4) and the wall provides mixing while being transferred from the external environment. Therefore, indoor air at the desired temperature is obtained. To this end, the values received from the sensors (10) are transferred to the control unit (11 ) to control the sending of the heated air inside and the time intervals at which the peak heating is achieved. By accessing the software in the control unit (11 ) via remote access, daily and monthly heating efficiencies can be reported.

[0057] Figure-6 shows a different angle view of the heating and ventilation module (1 ) with legs (9) and with the glass (2) and perforated special metal heat absorption panel (4) used in another representative embodiment of the invention.

[0058] Glass heating and ventilation modules (1 ) are mounted on the exterior of buildings or on building roofs with legs (9). Between the air inlet (7) and the air outlet (8), where the heated air is transmitted to the indoor environment, the heated air is sent to the indoor environment with air transmission actuators. Heat collectors (5) are formed on the heat absorption panels (4), which direct the downward-facing air downwards, rise up and take it in, allowing the air to move in full communication over the surface area. A heat collector layer (6) has been formed on the heat absorption panels (4), which collects the sun's rays and allows them to be absorbed and collected on it. Here, if the sun's rays are at the lowest level, the transmission of heat to the air is achieved at the maximum level through heat transfer, where very high temperatures can be achieved with the glass (2) structure.

[0059] Figures 9 and 10 show the drawings of double and multiple glazed (2) heating and ventilation modules (1 ) indicating the application method. In this way, double or multiple glass (2) heating and ventilation modules (1 ) can be combined and used.
