power transmission device CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] This application is based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2023-125011 filed on July 31, 2023 and Japanese Patent Application No. 2024-113013 filed on July 15, 2024, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
[0002] The present disclosure relates to a power transmission device capable of outputting driving force generated by one driving source to an output shaft.
[0003] Conventionally, a plurality of motor-operated valves are arranged in a fluid circuit to control the flow of fluid through the circuit. Motor-operated valves are generally configured to transmit a driving force output from a single driving source to a specific output shaft. A technology relating to such motor-operated valves is known, for example, from Patent Document 1.
[0004] The motor-operated valve of Patent Document 1 is used as a dehumidification control valve or an electronic expansion valve in a refrigeration cycle, and the driving force generated by a stepping motor serving as a driving source is transmitted to a needle valve via various components to adjust the valve opening. That is, in the technology described in Patent Document 1, the driving force generated by one driving source is output to one specific output destination (i.e., the needle valve).
[0005] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2020-34140
[0006] Here, in Patent Document 1, multiple motor-operated valves are arranged in one fluid circuit (i.e., a refrigeration cycle system). In recent years, there has been a demand for reducing the installation space of fluid circuits. In the case of the technology in Patent Document 1, each of the multiple motor-operated valves is configured to have one drive source and one output destination (valve body), making it difficult to achieve space savings in terms of installation of the fluid circuit.
[0007] In view of this, a configuration using an integrated valve that allows a common drive source in the fluid circuit has been considered as a measure to realize space saving for the installation of the fluid circuit. In other words, there is a need for the development of a power transmission device that can switch the drive force generated by a single drive source and output it to multiple output destinations.
[0008] In view of the above, the present disclosure aims to provide a power transmission device that can switch the output destination of driving force generated by one driving source to one selected from multiple output shafts.
[0009] A power transmission device according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes an input shaft, a first output shaft, a second output shaft, and an output shaft switching unit. The input shaft rotates when a driving force is input. The first output shaft rotates when the driving force is transmitted from the input shaft. The second output shaft is disposed at a different position from the first output shaft and rotates when the driving force is transmitted from the input shaft. The output shaft switching unit switches between a first output state and a second output state. The first output state limits rotation of the second output shaft caused by the driving force and allows rotation of the first output shaft caused by the driving force. The second output state limits rotation of the first output shaft caused by the driving force and allows rotation of the second output shaft caused by the driving force.
[0010] Therefore, according to the power transmission device, by switching between the first output state and the second output state using the output shaft switching unit, the output destination of the driving force generated by one driving source can be appropriately switched between the first output shaft and the second output shaft. In other words, since outputs can be respectively realized by the first output shaft and the second output shaft using one driving source, it is possible to achieve a compact configuration using the power transmission device.
[0011] In addition, in the first output state of the output shaft switching unit, rotation of the second output shaft due to the driving force is restricted while rotation of the first output shaft due to the driving force is permitted, and in the second output state, rotation of the first output shaft due to the driving force is restricted while rotation of the second output shaft due to the driving force is permitted.
[0012] In other words, in either the first output state or the second output state, driving force is transmitted to the first output shaft and the second output shaft, regardless of whether they rotate. Therefore, with this power transmission device, even when switching occurs by the output shaft switching unit, the output modes of the first output shaft and the second output shaft can be controlled with high precision.

[0014] Hereinafter, several embodiments for carrying out the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. In each embodiment, parts corresponding to matters described in the preceding embodiment may be assigned the same reference numerals, and duplicate descriptions may be omitted. In each embodiment, when only a part of the configuration is described, other previously described embodiments may be applied to the other parts of the configuration. In addition to combinations of parts that are specifically specified as being combinable in each embodiment, it is also possible to partially combine embodiments even if not specified, as long as there is no particular problem with the combination.
[0015] First Embodiment An embodiment to which a power transmission device according to the present disclosure is applied will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 6. In the first embodiment, the power transmission device according to the present disclosure is applied to an integrated valve V that integrates multiple valve devices in a fluid circuit. As shown in Figure 1, the integrated valve V is configured to switch the output destination of driving force output by a drive motor 11 between a first pressure reduction section VA and a second pressure reduction section VB, by means of a power transmission device 1.
[0016] As shown in FIG. 2 , the first pressure reduction section VA and the second pressure reduction section VB in the first embodiment constitute an integrated valve V having a function integrating two expansion valves connected in parallel to each other in a refrigeration cycle 100, which is a vapor compression refrigeration cycle.
[0017] Specifically, the configuration of the refrigeration cycle 100 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 2. The refrigeration cycle 100 includes a compressor 110, a condenser 111, a first pressure reduction section VA, a second pressure reduction section VB, a first evaporator 113, and a second evaporator 114.
[0018] In the first embodiment, the compressor 110 is an electric compressor that draws in, compresses, and discharges a refrigerant. The refrigeration cycle 100 is a subcritical cycle in which the high-pressure side refrigerant pressure does not exceed the critical pressure of the refrigerant, and a fluorocarbon refrigerant (e.g., R134a) is used as the refrigerant circulating in the vapor compression refrigeration cycle.
[0019] The condenser 111 condenses the refrigerant by dissipating heat from the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 110. A refrigerant branching unit 112 is disposed on the refrigerant outlet side of the condenser 111. The refrigerant branching unit 112 branches the flow of refrigerant flowing out of the condenser 111 into a refrigerant flow toward the first pressure reduction unit VA side and a refrigerant flow toward the second pressure reduction unit VB side.
[0020] The first pressure reducing unit VA constitutes a part of the integrated valve V according to the first embodiment, and reduces the pressure of a part of the refrigerant condensed in the condenser 111. A first evaporator 113 is connected to the downstream side of the refrigerant flow in the first pressure reducing unit VA. The first evaporator 113 causes the refrigerant decompressed in the first pressure reducing unit VA to absorb external heat and evaporate the refrigerant.
[0021] The second pressure reducing section VB, like the first pressure reducing section VA, constitutes part of the integrated valve V and reduces the pressure of another part of the refrigerant condensed in the condenser 111. A second evaporator 114 is connected to the downstream side of the refrigerant flow in the second pressure reducing section VB. The second evaporator 114 causes the refrigerant decompressed in the second pressure reducing section VB to absorb external heat and evaporate the refrigerant.
[0022] A refrigerant merging section 115 is connected to the downstream side of the refrigerant flow of the first evaporator 113 and the downstream side of the refrigerant flow of the second evaporator 114. The refrigerant merging section 115 merges the refrigerant flow out of the first evaporator 113 and the refrigerant flow out of the second evaporator 114, and causes the merged refrigerant to flow toward the suction port of the compressor 110.
[0023] 2, the integrating valve V according to the first embodiment is configured by integrating the parts from the inlet side of the refrigerant branching section 112 to the outlet sides of the first pressure reducing section VA and the second pressure reducing section VB in the refrigeration cycle 100. That is, the integrating valve V has the functions of the refrigerant branching section 112, the first pressure reducing section VA, and the second pressure reducing section VB.
[0024] Next, a specific configuration of the integrated valve V according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, the integrated valve V includes a drive unit 10 that generates a driving force and a main body 30 having a refrigerant flow path including a first pressure reducing unit VA and a second pressure reducing unit VB, and includes a power transmission device 1 according to the present disclosure. The power transmission device 1 uses magnetic force to switch the rotational driving force generated by the drive unit 10 between the first pressure reducing unit VA and the second pressure reducing unit VB and transmits it.
[0025] Here, the integrated valve V is disposed vertically in the refrigeration cycle 100. The vertical disposition means that the axial directions of the valve bodies in the first pressure reducing section VA and the second pressure reducing section VB are substantially parallel to the direction of gravity, and the drive section 10 is disposed above the main body 30.
[0026] 1, the drive unit 10 constitutes the upper portion of the integrated valve V and is adjacent to the top surface of the main body 30. The drive unit 10 has a drive motor 11 that generates a rotational drive force when supplied with electric power, an input shaft 20 to which the drive force generated by the drive motor 11 is input, and an output shaft switching unit 25 that switches the output destination of the drive force input from the input shaft 20.
[0027] The drive motor 11 is a motor that can be driven by position feedback control, and has a rotor 12, a stator 13, and a shaft 14. As the drive motor 11, for example, a three-phase brushless motor or a stepping motor can be used.
[0028] The shaft 14 is rotatably supported by a motor holding plate 15 that forms the upper surface of the integrated valve V. The rotor 12 is attached to the shaft 14, and rotates integrally with the rotor 12. The shaft 14 is the output shaft of the drive motor 11 and also forms part of the input shaft of the power transmission device 1.
[0029] The stator 13 is fixed to a motor case or motor holding plate 15 (not shown) and has a stator coil. The rotor 12 is cylindrical, and the stator 13 is disposed inside the rotor 12. The rotor 12 has multiple pairs of magnets, each consisting of an N pole and an S pole, arranged along the circumferential direction. For example, four N poles and four S poles may be disposed on the circumferential surface of the rotor 12, and the number of poles Pr of the rotor 12 may be eight. The stator 13 and rotor 12 output a driving force that rotates the shaft 14 by electromagnetic force.
[0030] The motor holding plate 15 is disposed in the center of the annularly arranged output shaft switching unit 25 in the upper part of the integrated valve V. As described above, the motor holding plate 15 rotatably supports the shaft 14 of the drive motor 11.
[0031] The drive unit 10 houses a circuit unit (not shown). The circuit unit has a circuit board on which a plurality of electronic components for controlling the drive motor 11 are mounted. Furthermore, the circuit unit can execute control related to the switching operation of the output shaft of the integrated valve V (i.e., control of the output shaft switching unit 25).
[0032] An input shaft 20 is joined to the lower end of the shaft 14 of the drive motor 11. The input shaft 20 is attached so that its axis coincides with an extension of the rotational axis of the shaft 14. Therefore, when the drive motor 11 is driven, the input shaft 20 rotates integrally with the rotor 12 and the shaft 14.
[0033] An input magnet 21 is formed on the lower end of the input shaft 20. As described above, the input shaft 20 rotates together with the rotor 12 and the like when the rotational driving force generated by the drive motor 11 is input to the input shaft 20. Because the input magnet 21 is formed integrally with the input shaft 20, it rotates in response to the input of the rotational driving force generated by the drive motor 11.
[0034] 1 and 3, the input magnet 21 is formed in a disk shape at the lower end of the input shaft 20, and at least one pair of magnets consisting of an N pole 21N and an S pole 21S is arranged circumferentially on its side (i.e., the outer circumferential surface of the disk shape). In this example, there is one N pole 21N and one S pole 21S, so the number of poles Pin of the input magnet 21 is two.
[0035] In the upper portion of the integrated valve V, the output shaft switching unit 25 is disposed so as to surround the periphery of the drive motor 11. As described above, the output shaft switching unit 25 is configured to switch the output destination of the rotational driving force generated by the drive motor 11 to either the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50, and has a switching coil 26 and a switching yoke 27.
[0036] The switching coil 26 is a DC coil arranged in an annular shape on the partition wall 36 that forms the upper surface of the integrated valve V. The switching coil 26 can switch between passing a current in a predetermined direction and passing a current in the opposite direction.
[0037] The switching yoke 27 is a yoke made of a magnetic material configured to connect the inner and outer diameter sides of the annular switching coil 26 via the upper part of the switching coil 26. The switching yoke 27 can also be described as an annular iron member having a groove shape with an open bottom. In this case, the switching coil 26 is disposed inside the groove shape.
[0038] When a magnetic field is generated by passing a DC current through the switching coil 26 configured in this manner, magnetic forces of different polarities are generated at the inner diameter side end and the outer diameter side end of the switching yoke 27. In the following description, the outer diameter side end of the switching coil 26 is referred to as a first magnetic force generating unit 27A, and the inner diameter side end of the switching coil 26 is referred to as a second magnetic force generating unit 27B.
[0039] When a current flows through the switching coil 26, a magnetic field is generated in the switching coil 26, causing a magnetic force to be generated in each of the first magnetic force generating unit 27A and the second magnetic force generating unit 27B. The polarity of the magnetic force generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A and the second magnetic force generating unit 27B is controlled by the direction of the current flowing through the switching coil 26.
[0040] For example, when a current is passed through the switching coil 26 in a predetermined direction, the magnetic force generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A exhibits an S pole, and the magnetic force generated in the second magnetic force generating unit 27B exhibits an N pole. When a current is passed through the switching coil 26 in the direction opposite to the predetermined direction, the magnetic force generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A exhibits an N pole, and the magnetic force generated in the second magnetic force generating unit 27B exhibits an S pole.
[0041] Furthermore, since the first magnetic force generating unit 27A and the second magnetic force generating unit 27B are each attached so as to be in contact with the upper surface of the partition wall 36, the magnetic force generated by passing current through the switching coil 26 can be applied to the lower part of the partition wall 36.
[0042] 1, a partition wall 36 is disposed below the drive unit 10, which includes the drive motor 11, the input shaft 20, and the output shaft switching unit 25. The partition wall 36 separates the space on the drive unit 10 side of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 from the space on the main body 30 side, which includes the first output shaft 40 and the like, and is a sealing member that seals the space on the main body 30 side.
[0043] Since the space on the main body 30 side includes a space through which the refrigerant circulating in the refrigeration cycle 100 in the integrated valve V flows, the partition 36 prevents the refrigerant (high-pressure refrigerant) flowing through the main body 30 side from leaking into the space on the drive unit 10 side.
[0044] The partition wall 36 is made of, for example, a non-magnetic material or a material having a predetermined magnetic permeability. Specifically, the partition wall 36 is made of stainless steel obtained by transforming an austenitic stainless steel such as SUS304, aluminum, or SUS305 into martensite through work hardening to impart magnetism.
[0045] As described above, the partition wall 36 is joined to the upper surface of the main body 30 and seals the space formed inside the main body 30. That is, the partition wall 36 and the main body 30 form a pressure vessel that is pressure-resistant.
[0046] 1, the partition wall 36 is formed in a disk shape with a central portion recessed downward, and has a cylindrical sealing portion 36A, a bottom sealing portion 36B, and an outer sealing edge portion 36C. In the partition wall 36 according to the first embodiment, the cylindrical sealing portion 36A, the bottom sealing portion 36B, and the outer sealing edge portion 36C are integrally molded to improve pressure resistance.
[0047] The sealing cylindrical portion 36A is a cylindrical portion that forms the side surface of the downwardly recessed portion in the center of the partition wall 36. The sealing cylindrical portion 36A is located on the outer diameter side of the input-side magnet 21, as shown in FIGS.
[0048] The sealing bottom portion 36B is located below the input-side magnet 21 and blocks the lower part of the sealing cylindrical portion 36A. This separates the internal space of the sealing cylindrical portion 36A from the space on the main body 30 side. The sealing outer edge portion 36C is a plate-shaped portion formed at the upper end of the sealing cylindrical portion 36A so as to expand radially outward. The sealing outer edge portion 36C is fixed to the upper surface of the main body 30.
[0049] The sealing bottom portion 36B may be formed in a disk shape with a center portion curved downward. The corners forming the boundary between the sealing cylindrical portion 36A and the sealing bottom portion 36B may also be rounded with a predetermined radius of curvature instead of a right angle. By adopting these shapes and processes, the pressure resistance of the partition wall 36 can be improved.
[0050] 1 , the main body 30 constituting the lower portion of the integrated valve V has a mechanism accommodating section 35 that accommodates various mechanisms for realizing the pressure reducing functions of the first pressure reducing section VA and the second pressure reducing section VB, and a flow path forming section 60 that forms a refrigerant flow path through which the refrigerant of the refrigeration cycle 100 flows. The mechanism accommodating section 35 is disposed in the upper portion of the main body 30, and the flow path forming section 60 constitutes the lower portion of the main body 30. The internal space formed in the main body 30 (i.e., the mechanism accommodating section 35 and the partition wall 36) corresponds to an example of an accommodation space.
[0051] As described above, the mechanism housing section 35 of the integrated valve V houses various components for realizing the pressure reduction function of the first pressure reduction section VA and various components for realizing the pressure reduction function of the second pressure reduction section VB.
[0052] The various members required to realize the pressure reducing function of the first pressure reducing section VA include a first output shaft 40, a first bearing member 47, a first screw member 48, and a first valve body 49. The various members required to realize the pressure reducing function of the second pressure reducing section VB include a second output shaft 50, a second bearing member 57, a second screw member 58, and a second valve body 59.
[0053] The first output shaft 40 of the integrated valve V according to the first embodiment is an output shaft that rotates by the rotational driving force generated in the drive unit 10 and outputs the rotational driving force to the first valve body 49 that constitutes the first pressure reducing unit VA.
[0054] 1, the first output shaft 40 is disposed so as to have its rotation axis on an extension of the rotation axes of the shaft 14 and the input shaft 20, and has a large diameter portion 41 and a small diameter portion 42. The rotation axis of the first output shaft 40 is also disposed so as to coincide with the center of the output shaft switching portion 25, which is formed in an annular shape.
[0055] The large diameter portion 41 is cylindrical and constitutes the upper portion of the first output shaft 40. Therefore, the large diameter portion 41 is housed in the mechanism housing portion 35 of the main body 30. The inner diameter of the large diameter portion 41 is larger than at least the outer diameter of the sealing cylindrical portion 36A of the partition wall 36. The diameter of the large diameter portion 41 is also the same as the diameter of the first magnetic force generating portion 27A of the output shaft switching unit 25.
[0056] An output-side magnet 45 is disposed above the large-diameter portion 41. As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the output-side magnet 45 is formed in a cylindrical shape like the large-diameter portion 41, and is configured by arranging a plurality of pairs of magnets, each consisting of a north pole 45N and a south pole 45S, at approximately equal intervals along the circumferential direction. In this example, there are 20 north poles 45N and 20 south poles 45S, so the number of poles Pf of the output-side magnet 45 is 40. The output-side magnet 45 has a different number of poles from the input-side magnet 21, and can be said to be a multi-pole magnet with a greater number of poles than the input-side magnet 21.
[0057] As described above, the input-side magnet 21 of the input shaft 20 is disposed on the inner diameter side of the sealed cylindrical portion 36A of the partition wall 36. The output-side magnet 45 is disposed on the outer diameter side of the sealed cylindrical portion 36A. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 , the output-side magnet 45 is disposed so as to face the input-side magnet 21 across the sealed cylindrical portion 36A of the partition wall 36. Therefore, the rotational driving force input to the input shaft 20 can be transmitted to the first output shaft 40 by the magnetic force acting between the input-side magnet 21 and the output-side magnet 45.
[0058] A first switching magnet 46 is disposed on the upper end surface of the large diameter portion 41. The first switching magnet 46 is disposed so that its upper side exhibits either an S pole or an N pole (for example, an S pole), and has an annular shape with the same diameter as the large diameter portion 41. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1 , the first switching magnet 46 disposed on the upper end of the large diameter portion 41 faces the first magnetic force generating unit 27A of the output shaft switching unit 25 via the sealing outer edge portion 36C of the partition wall 36. This allows the magnetic force generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A of the output shaft switching unit 25 to act on the first switching magnet 46, thereby controlling the operation of the first output shaft 40.
[0059] The small diameter portion 42 of the first output shaft 40 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a diameter smaller than that of the large diameter portion 41, and extends downward from the lower part of the large diameter portion 41. The second output shaft 50 (described later) and the like are disposed inside the small diameter portion 42.
[0060] A first valve body 49 is disposed at the lower end of the small diameter portion 42. The first valve body 49 corresponds to the valve body in the first pressure reducing section VA, and is formed in a cylindrical shape with an outer diameter dimension smaller than the inner diameter of the small diameter portion 42.
[0061] 1 and 4, a groove 43 is formed at the lower end of the small diameter portion 42. The groove 43 is formed by recessing the inner surface of the cylindrical small diameter portion 42 in a groove-like shape, and extends upward from the lower edge of the small diameter portion 42.
[0062] A protrusion 49A is formed on the upper end side of the first valve body 49. The protrusion 49A is formed by protruding radially outward from the outer surface of the cylindrical first valve body 49 and extends downward from the upper edge of the first valve body 49. The outer diameter of the protrusion 49A is smaller than the inner dimension of the groove 43. Therefore, the protrusion 49A of the first valve body 49 can be fitted into the groove 43 of the small diameter portion 42. At this time, a certain gap is provided between the inner surface of the groove 43 and the outer surface of the protrusion 49A.
[0063] As a result, the groove 43 and the protrusion 49A cooperate to rotate the first valve body 49 in accordance with the rotational movement of the first output shaft 40, and the rotational driving force transmitted to the first output shaft 40 can be transmitted to the first valve body 49. Furthermore, the groove 43 and the protrusion 49A cooperate to move the first output shaft 40 in the rotational axis direction (i.e., the up-and-down direction) relative to the first valve body 49.
[0064] 1, a first bearing member 47 is disposed in the lower portion of the mechanism housing portion 35 formed in the main body portion 30. The first bearing member 47 is fixed to the lower portion of the mechanism housing portion 35 of the main body portion 30, and rotatably supports the first output shaft 40. The first bearing member 47 also allows the first output shaft 40 to move up and down within a predetermined range.
[0065] A first screw member 48 is disposed below the first bearing member 47. The first screw member 48 is fixed inside a first valve chamber 65 that constitutes the flow path forming portion 60 of the main body 30, and has a threaded hole. A female thread is formed inside the threaded hole of the first screw member 48, and a male thread is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first valve body 49.
[0066] The male thread of the first valve body 49 is threaded into a threaded hole formed in the first screw member 48 to form a screw mechanism. As a result, when the first valve body 49 rotates, the first valve body 49 can move in the direction of the rotation axis, making it possible to adjust the opening degree of the first pressure reducing section VA.
[0067] The second output shaft 50 of the integrated valve V is an output shaft that rotates by the rotational driving force generated in the drive unit 10 and outputs the rotational driving force to the second valve body 59 that constitutes the second pressure reducing unit VB.
[0068] 1 , the second output shaft 50 is disposed so as to have a rotation axis on an extension of the rotation axes of the shaft 14 and the input shaft 20, and has a cylindrical portion 51 and a shaft portion 52. The rotation axis of the second output shaft 50 is disposed so as to coincide with the center of the annularly formed output shaft switching portion 25, and also coincides with the rotation axis of the first output shaft 40.
[0069] The cylindrical portion 51 is formed in a cylindrical shape and constitutes the upper portion of the second output shaft 50. The cylindrical portion 51 is disposed on the inner diameter side of the second output shaft 50 and is located on the outer diameter side of the sealing cylindrical portion 36A of the partition wall 36. Therefore, the cylindrical portion 51 is housed in the mechanism housing portion 35 of the main body 30. The diameter dimension of the cylindrical portion 51 is formed to be the same as the diameter dimension of the second magnetic force generating portion 27B of the output shaft switching unit 25.
[0070] A magnetic flux modulation section 55 is disposed in the upper portion of the cylindrical section 51. The magnetic flux modulation section 55 is a magnetic modulation section that modulates the magnetic flux between the input-side magnet 21 and the output-side magnet 45, and is formed integrally with the second output shaft 50.
[0071] 1 and 3, the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 is formed in a cylindrical shape similar to the cylindrical portion 51, and includes a plurality of magnetic portions 55A and a plurality of non-magnetic portions 55B. The magnetic portions 55A and the non-magnetic portions 55B are frustum-shaped, and the magnetic portions 55A are arranged side by side at approximately equal intervals along the circumferential direction. The non-magnetic portions 55B are disposed between the magnetic portions 55A. For example, the magnetic portions 55A are formed of a soft magnetic material (e.g., an iron-based metal), and the non-magnetic portions 55B are formed of a non-magnetic material (e.g., stainless steel or resin).
[0072] The number of poles Pp of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 is the same as the sum of the number of poles Pin of the input-side magnet 21 and the number of poles Pf of the output-side magnet 45. In the first embodiment, the number of poles Pin of the input-side magnet 21 is 2, and the number of poles Pf of the output-side magnet 45 is 40, so the number of poles Pp of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 is 42. In other words, the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 is configured using 21 magnetic portions 55A and 21 non-magnetic portions 55B.
[0073] As described above, the input-side magnet 21 of the input shaft 20 is disposed on the inner diameter side of the sealed cylindrical portion 36A of the partition wall 36. The output-side magnet 45 of the first output shaft 40 is disposed radially outward of the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 of the second output shaft 50. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 , the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 is disposed so as to face the input-side magnet 21 and the output-side magnet 45 across the sealed cylindrical portion 36A of the partition wall 36. Therefore, the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 can modulate the magnetic flux acting between the input-side magnet 21 and the output-side magnet 45.
[0074] When the rotation of the second output shaft 50 is stopped, the rotational driving force input to the input shaft 20 can be transmitted to the second output shaft 50 by the magnetic force acting between the input side magnet 21, the output side magnet 45, and the magnetic flux modulation section 55.
[0075] A second switching magnet 56 is disposed on the upper end surface of the cylindrical portion 51. The second switching magnet 56 is disposed so that the upper side thereof exhibits either an S pole or an N pole (for example, an S pole), and is annular in shape with the same diameter as the cylindrical portion 51. The second switching magnet 56 is disposed so that the polarity indicated by the upper surface thereof is the same as that of the upper surface of the first switching magnet 46.
[0076] 1 , the second switching magnet 56 disposed at the upper end of the cylindrical portion 51 faces the second magnetic force generating portion 27B of the output shaft switching portion 25 via the sealing outer edge portion 36C of the partition wall 36. This allows the magnetic force generated in the second magnetic force generating portion 27B of the output shaft switching portion 25 to act on the second switching magnet 56, thereby controlling the operation of the second output shaft 50.
[0077] The shaft portion 52 of the second output shaft 50 is an axially shaped portion extending downward from the lower portion of the cylindrical portion 51, and is formed integrally with the cylindrical portion 51. As described above, the shaft portion 52 is inserted into the small diameter portion 42 of the first output shaft 40, which is formed in a cylindrical shape. A second valve body 59 is disposed at the lower end of the shaft portion 52. The second valve body 59 corresponds to the valve body in the second pressure reducing section VB, and constitutes the valve body of a so-called needle valve.
[0078] 1, an insertion hole 52A is formed in the lower end of the shaft portion 52. The insertion hole 52A is drilled to extend axially upward from the lower end of the shaft portion 52 so as to include the rotation axis of the second output shaft 50.
[0079] A protruding piece 59A is formed on the upper end of the second valve body 59. The protruding piece 59A protrudes upward from the upper end of the second valve body 59 along the rotation axis of the second valve body 59. The outer diameter of the protruding piece 59A is smaller than the inner diameter of the insertion hole 52A formed in the shaft portion 52. Therefore, the protruding piece 59A of the second valve body 59 can be inserted into the insertion hole 52A of the shaft portion 52 and engaged with the insertion hole 52A of the shaft portion 52. At this time, a predetermined gap can be provided between the inner surface of the insertion hole 52A and the outer surface of the protruding piece 59A.
[0080] As a result, cooperation between the insertion hole 52A and the protruding piece 59A allows the second valve body 59 to rotate as the second output shaft 50 rotates, and the rotational driving force transmitted to the second output shaft 50 can be transmitted to the second valve body 59. Cooperation between the insertion hole 52A and the protruding piece 59A also allows the second output shaft 50 to move in the rotational axis direction (i.e., up and down) relative to the second valve body 59.
[0081] 1, a second bearing member 57 is disposed below the mechanism housing portion 35 formed in the main body portion 30 and above the first bearing member 47. The second bearing member 57 is fixed to the main body portion 30 between the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50, and rotatably supports the second output shaft 50. The second bearing member 57 also allows the second output shaft 50 to move up and down within a predetermined range.
[0082] A second screw member 58 is disposed below the second bearing member 57, the first bearing member 47, and the first screw member 48. The second screw member 58 is fixed inside a second valve chamber 67 located below the first valve chamber 65, and has a threaded hole. A female thread is formed inside the threaded hole of the second screw member 58, and a male thread is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the second valve body 59.
[0083] The male thread of the second valve body 59 is threaded into a threaded hole formed in the second screw member 58 to form a screw mechanism. As a result, when the second valve body 59 rotates, the second valve body 59 can move in the direction of the rotation axis, making it possible to adjust the opening degree of the second pressure reducing section VB.
[0084] 1, a flow path forming portion 60 is disposed in a lower portion of the main body 30 of the integrated valve V. The flow path forming portion 60 is a portion in which a refrigerant flow path 62 is formed to allow the refrigerant circulating through the refrigeration cycle 100 to flow in and out of the first pressure reducing portion VA and the second pressure reducing portion VB of the integrated valve V.
[0085] The main body 30 according to the first embodiment constitutes the body portion (i.e., part of the housing) of the integrated valve V, and is formed from a casting material (e.g., AC4C) using an Al-Si-Mg aluminum alloy.
[0086] The flow path forming portion 60 of the main body 30 is formed with an inlet 61, a first outlet 63, and a second outlet 64, and a refrigerant flow path 62 is formed to connect these. The inlet 61 is formed on the left side surface of the main body 30. As shown in Fig. 2, in the integrated valve V according to the first embodiment, the inlet 61 is connected to the outlet side of the condenser 111 of the refrigeration cycle 100.
[0087] A first outlet 63 and a second outlet 64 are formed on the right side surface of the main body 30. On the right side surface of the main body 30, the first outlet 63 is formed above the second outlet 64. As shown in Fig. 2 , the first outlet 63 is connected to the refrigerant inlet side of the first evaporator 113 in the refrigeration cycle 100, and the second outlet 64 is connected to the refrigerant inlet side of the second evaporator 114 in the refrigeration cycle 100.
[0088] 1, in the main body 30, a first valve chamber 65 and a second valve chamber 67 are formed between the inlet 61 and the first outlet 63 and second outlet 64. The first valve chamber 65 is a valve chamber that houses the first valve body 49 and other components that constitute the first pressure reducing section VA, and is formed below the mechanism housing section 35. The first valve chamber 65 communicates with the mechanism housing section 35 located above.
[0089] A first screw member 48 is fixed to the first valve chamber 65. Therefore, the first valve body 49 moves in the rotation axis direction inside the first valve chamber 65 by a screw mechanism formed in cooperation with the first screw member 48.
[0090] A first valve seat 66 that can come into contact with the first valve element 49 that moves up and down is formed at the bottom of the first valve chamber 65. The integrated valve V can adjust the throttle opening of the first pressure reduction section VA by adjusting the relative position of the first valve element 49 with respect to the first valve seat 66. A refrigerant flow path 62 that extends toward the first outlet 63 is connected to the first valve chamber 65 near the first valve seat 66.
[0091] The second valve chamber 67 is a valve chamber that houses the second valve body 59 and other components that constitute the second pressure reducing section VB, and is formed below the first valve chamber 65. The second valve chamber 67 communicates with the first valve chamber 65 located above.
[0092] A second screw member 58 is fixed to the second valve chamber 67. Therefore, the second valve body 59 moves in the rotation axis direction inside the second valve chamber 67 by a screw mechanism formed in cooperation with the second screw member 58.
[0093] A second valve seat 68 that can come into contact with the second valve element 59 that moves up and down is formed at the bottom of the second valve chamber 67. The integrated valve V can adjust the throttle opening of the second pressure reducing section VB by adjusting the relative position of the second valve element 59 with respect to the second valve seat 68. A refrigerant flow path 62 that extends toward the second outlet 64 is connected to the second valve chamber 67 near the second valve seat 68.
[0094] In the integrating valve V, the portion where the first valve chamber 65 and the second valve chamber 67 communicate with each other constitutes a refrigerant branching portion 112 in the refrigeration cycle 100 .
[0095] In the integrated valve V configured in this manner, the power transmission device 1 adjusts the amount of pressure reduction by switching between a first output state in which the amount of pressure reduction of the first pressure reduction section VA can be adjusted via the first output shaft 40, and a second output state in which the amount of pressure reduction of the second pressure reduction section VB can be adjusted via the second output shaft 50.
[0096] The switching operation of the integrating valve V to the first output state and the second output state and the adjusting operation of the pressure reduction amount will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0097] 5, the first output state of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 will be described. In the first output state, the drive motor 11 and the output shaft switching unit 25 are controlled to allow the first output shaft 40 to output driving force, while restricting the second output shaft 50 from outputting driving force.
[0098] Specifically, when switching to the first output state, a direct current is passed through the switching coil 26 of the output shaft switching unit 25 in a predetermined direction. By passing a direct current in the predetermined direction, a magnetic field is generated in the switching coil 26, and a magnetic force is generated at each end of the switching yoke 27 of the output shaft switching unit 25. In the first output state, the polarity of the magnetic force generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A indicates an south pole, and the polarity of the magnetic force generated in the second magnetic force generating unit 27B indicates an north pole.
[0099] The magnetic forces generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A and the second magnetic force generating unit 27B act on the components of the mechanism accommodating unit 35 via the sealing outer edge portion 36C of the partition wall 36. As shown in FIG. 1 and other figures, the first magnetic force generating unit 27A faces the first switching magnet 46 via the sealing outer edge portion 36C, and the second magnetic force generating unit 27B faces the second switching magnet 56 via the sealing outer edge portion 36C.
[0100] As described above, the first switching magnet 46 is attached to the first output shaft 40 so that the upper side presents the south pole. Therefore, in the first output state, when a magnetic force is generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A, the first switching magnet 46 repels the magnetic force and moves downward along the axial direction of the first output shaft 40, etc., away from the output shaft switching unit 25.
[0101] Meanwhile, the second switching magnet 56 is also attached to the second output shaft 50 so that its upper side presents the south pole. Therefore, in the first output state, when a magnetic force is generated in the second magnetic force generating unit 27B, the second output shaft 50 is attracted by the magnetic force, and the second output shaft 50 moves upward along the axial direction of the second output shaft 50, etc. As a result, the upper end surface of the second output shaft 50 is brought into close contact with the sealing outer edge portion 36C of the partition wall 36 by the magnetic force of the second magnetic force generating unit 27B.
[0102] When the drive motor 11 is driven in this state, the rotational driving force generated by the drive motor 11 is transmitted to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 due to magnetic interaction between the input side magnet 21, the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, and the output shaft switching unit 25.
[0103] In the first output state, the second output shaft 50 is attracted toward the output shaft switching unit 25 by the magnetic force generated in the second magnetic force generating unit 27B, and is in close contact with the partition wall 36. Therefore, the magnetic force generated in the second magnetic force generating unit 27B and the frictional force generated between the partition wall 36 and the second output shaft 50 act as resistance to the rotational driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 to the second output shaft 50.
[0104] Here, in the first output state, the relationship between the driving force transmitted to the second output shaft 50 and the resistance caused by the output shaft switching unit 25, etc. is set so that the resistance caused by the output shaft switching unit 25, etc. is greater than the driving force transmitted to the second output shaft 50. Therefore, in the first output state, the driving force generated by the drive motor 11 is transmitted to the second output shaft 50, but its rotation is hindered by the resistance caused by the output shaft switching unit 25, etc.
[0105] On the other hand, in the first output state, the magnetic force generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A moves the first output shaft 40 away from the output shaft switching unit 25 and away from the partition wall 36. Therefore, no magnetic force or frictional force acts as a resistance to the rotational driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 to the first output shaft 40.
[0106] For this reason, in the first output state, rotation by the driving force transmitted to the first output shaft 40 is not hindered by resistance caused by the output shaft switching unit 25, etc. Therefore, in the first output state, the driving force generated by the drive motor 11 is transmitted to the first output shaft 40, and the first output shaft 40 is in a state where it can output the driving force to the first valve body 49, which is the output destination.
[0107] 5 , when the drive motor 11 is driven, the rotational drive force generated by the drive motor 11 is transmitted to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 due to magnetic interaction between the input-side magnet 21, the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, and the output-shaft switching unit 25. At this time, the second output shaft 50 remains stopped due to the magnetic force of the output-shaft switching unit 25, etc., but the first output shaft 40 rotates at a speed reduced by a predetermined reduction ratio relative to the rotation of the drive motor 11. In the first embodiment, the configuration of the input-side magnet 21, the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, and the output-side magnet 45 indicates a reduction ratio of 20.
[0108] As described above, according to the integrated valve V of the first embodiment, by operating the drive motor 11 in the first output state, it is possible to move the first output shaft 40 and the first valve body 49. That is, by controlling the rotation direction of the drive motor 11 in the first output state, it is possible to move the first valve body 49 toward or away from the first valve seat 66, thereby realizing adjustment of the throttle opening of the first pressure reducing section VA.
[0109] Next, the second output state of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 will be described with reference to Fig. 6. In the second output state, the drive motor 11 and the output shaft switching unit 25 are controlled to allow the second output shaft 50 to output driving force, while restricting the first output shaft 40 from outputting driving force.
[0110] Specifically, when switching to the second output state, a direct current is passed through the switching coil 26 of the output shaft switching unit 25 in the direction opposite to the predetermined direction in the first output state. By passing a direct current, a magnetic field is generated in the switching coil 26, and a magnetic force is generated at each end of the switching yoke 27 of the output shaft switching unit 25. In the second output state, because a direct current is passed in the direction opposite to the predetermined direction, the polarity of the magnetic force generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A is an N pole, and the polarity of the magnetic force generated in the second magnetic force generating unit 27B is an S pole.
[0111] As explained in the first output state, the magnetic forces generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A and the second magnetic force generating unit 27B act on the first switching magnet 46 and the second switching magnet 56 via the sealing outer edge portion 36C of the partition wall 36.
[0112] As described above, since the first switching magnet 46 is attached to the first output shaft 40 so that its upper side presents the south pole, when a magnetic force is generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A in the second output state, the first switching magnet 46 is attracted by the magnetic force toward the output shaft switching unit 25. As a result, the upper end surface of the first output shaft 40 moves in the axial direction of the first output shaft 40 due to the magnetic force of the first magnetic force generating unit 27A, and comes into close contact with the sealing outer edge portion 36C of the partition wall 36.
[0113] On the other hand, the second switching magnet 56 is also attached to the second output shaft 50 so that the upper side faces the south pole. Therefore, in the second output state, when a magnetic force is generated in the second magnetic force generating unit 27B, the magnet repels the magnetic force and moves in the axial direction away from the output shaft switching unit 25.
[0114] When the drive motor 11 is driven even in the second output state, the rotational driving force generated by the drive motor 11 is transmitted to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 due to magnetic interaction between the input side magnet 21, the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, and the output shaft switching unit 25.
[0115] In the second output state, the first output shaft 40 is attracted toward the output shaft switching unit 25 by the magnetic force generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A, and is in close contact with the partition wall 36. Therefore, the magnetic force generated in the first magnetic force generating unit 27A and the frictional force generated between the partition wall 36 and the first output shaft 40 act as resistance to the rotational driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 to the first output shaft 40.
[0116] In the second output state, the relationship between the driving force transmitted to the first output shaft 40 and the resistance caused by the output shaft switching unit 25, etc. is set so that the resistance caused by the output shaft switching unit 25, etc. is greater than the driving force transmitted to the first output shaft 40. Therefore, in the second output state, the driving force generated by the drive motor 11 is transmitted to the first output shaft 40, but its rotation is hindered by the resistance caused by the output shaft switching unit 25, etc.
[0117] On the other hand, in the second output state, the magnetic force generated in the second magnetic force generating unit 27B moves the second output shaft 50 away from the output shaft switching unit 25 and away from the partition wall 36. Therefore, no magnetic force or frictional force acts as a resistance to the rotational driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 to the second output shaft 50.
[0118] For this reason, in the second output state, rotation by the driving force transmitted to the second output shaft 50 is not hindered by resistance caused by the output shaft switching unit 25, etc. Therefore, in the second output state, the driving force generated by the drive motor 11 is transmitted to the second output shaft 50, and the second output shaft 50 is in a state where it can output the driving force to the second valve body 59, which is the output destination.
[0119] 6 , when the drive motor 11 is driven, the rotational drive force generated by the drive motor 11 is transmitted to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 due to magnetic interaction between the input-side magnet 21, the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, and the output-shaft switching unit 25. At this time, the first output shaft 40 remains stopped due to the magnetic force of the output-shaft switching unit 25, but the second output shaft 50 rotates at a speed reduced by a predetermined reduction ratio relative to the rotation of the drive motor 11. In the first embodiment, the configuration of the input-side magnet 21, the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, and the output-side magnet 45 indicates a reduction ratio of 21.
[0120] As described above, according to the integrated valve V of the first embodiment, by operating the drive motor 11 in the second output state, it is possible to move the second output shaft 50 and the second valve element 59. That is, by controlling the rotation direction of the drive motor 11 in the second output state, it is possible to move the second valve element 59 toward or away from the second valve seat 68, thereby realizing adjustment of the throttle opening of the second pressure reducing section VB.
[0121] 5 and 6, the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the first embodiment can output driving force generated by a single drive motor 11 by switching between a first output state in which power is output to the first output shaft 40 and a second output state in which power is output to the second output shaft 50. This allows the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 to achieve operations equivalent to two valve devices, the first pressure reducing section VA and the second pressure reducing section VB, with the single drive motor 11 as the driving source.
[0122] As a result, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the first embodiment, it is possible to realize valve devices in a fluid circuit that requires multiple temperature states (for example, the refrigerant temperatures of the first evaporator 113 and the second evaporator 114), such as the refrigeration cycle 100 shown in Fig. 2, with a single drive source. Furthermore, by realizing multiple valve devices as an integrated valve V with a common drive source, it is possible to reduce the space occupied by the integrated valve V compared to when each valve device is provided individually, thereby enabling the space occupied by the fluid circuit to be miniaturized.
[0123] According to the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 of the first embodiment, in both the first output state and the second output state, the rotational driving force is transmitted via a magnetic gear composed of the input-side magnet 21, the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, and the output-side magnet 45. By passing through the magnetic gear, the rotational driving force generated by the drive motor 11 is reduced in speed at a reduction ratio determined for each output state and transmitted to the output shaft. As a result, the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 can output the rotational driving force generated by the drive motor 11 to the first valve body 49 or the second valve body 59 in a state in which the torque is increased while the rotational driving force is reduced in speed at the reduction ratio determined for each output state.
[0124] In the first output state shown in Fig. 5 and the second output state shown in Fig. 6, the rotational driving force generated by the drive motor 11 is transmitted to both the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50. In other words, regardless of whether the rotation of the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50 is permitted or restricted, the rotational driving force generated by the drive motor 11 acts on either output shaft.
[0125] In other words, since the driving force is continuously transmitted to the output shaft whose rotation is restricted, it is possible to prevent positional deviation from occurring when rotation of the output shaft is allowed, thereby improving the accuracy of the opening control for the first pressure reduction section VA and the second pressure reduction section VB.
[0126] In this state, the first output state and the second output state can be switched by changing the direction of the DC current flowing through the switching coil 26. Therefore, the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 can quickly switch between adjusting the opening degree of the first pressure reducing section VA and adjusting the opening degree of the second pressure reducing section VB, thereby improving the responsiveness of the operation switching of the fluid circuit.
[0127] 1 and other figures, the integrated valve V and the input shaft 20 that constitutes the power transmission device 1 are disposed in the drive section 10, and the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 are disposed in a mechanism housing section 35 of the main body section 30. The mechanism housing section 35 of the main body section 30 is separated from the drive section 10 by a partition wall 36, and the mechanism housing section 35 communicates with a space that constitutes a flow path forming section 60 of the main body section 30.
[0128] That is, in the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1, the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 are disposed in a space through which the high-pressure refrigerant flows through the refrigeration cycle 100, and are separated from the drive unit 10 by the partition wall 36. Therefore, a refrigerant sealing structure using the partition wall 36 can be realized, thereby suppressing the influence of the refrigerant on the operation of the drive unit 10. Furthermore, by adopting a configuration in which the partition wall 36 is attached to the main body 30, pressure resistance to the high-pressure refrigerant can be improved.
[0129] As described above, the power transmission device 1 according to the first embodiment has the input shaft 20, the first output shaft 40, and the second output shaft 50, and switches between the first output state and the second output state by the switching operation of the output shaft switching unit 25. The first output state limits the rotation of the second output shaft 50 due to the driving force, while allowing the rotation of the first output shaft 40 due to the driving force. The second output state limits the rotation of the first output shaft 40 due to the driving force, while allowing the rotation of the second output shaft 50 due to the driving force.
[0130] Therefore, with the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1, the output destination of the driving force generated by one driving source can be appropriately switched between the first output shaft and the second output shaft by switching between the first output state and the second output state using the output shaft switching unit 25. In other words, since outputs can be respectively generated by the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 using one driving source, the configuration using the power transmission device 1 (the integrated valve V and the refrigeration cycle 100) can be made smaller.
[0131] In the first output state of the output shaft switching unit 25, rotation of the second output shaft 50 by the driving force is restricted, while rotation of the first output shaft 40 by the driving force is permitted. In the second output state, rotation of the first output shaft 40 by the driving force is restricted, while rotation of the second output shaft 50 by the driving force is permitted.
[0132] That is, in either the first output state or the second output state, regardless of whether they rotate or not, driving force is transmitted to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50. Therefore, according to the power transmission device 1, even when switching occurs by the output shaft switching unit 25, it is possible to suppress positional deviation of the output destination and control the output modes of the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 with high precision.
[0133] 1 and other drawings, in the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1, the input shaft 20 has an input-side magnet 21, and the first output shaft 40 has an output-side magnet 45. The second output shaft 50 has a magnetic flux modulation unit 55. The input shaft 20, the output-side magnet 45, and the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 form a so-called magnetic gear. With this configuration, the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 can output the driving force input to the input shaft 20 from the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 at a reduction ratio that is set respectively.
[0134] Furthermore, according to the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1, the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 are arranged within the mechanism accommodating section 35 of the main body 30, and the mechanism accommodating section 35 is separated by a partition wall 36 from the drive section 10 in which the input shaft 20 is arranged.
[0135] As a result, the power transmission device 1 and the integrated valve V can separate the environment on the input shaft 20 side from the environments on the first output shaft 40 and second output shaft 50 sides. For example, even if the drive unit 10 is disposed on the input shaft 20 side, the operation of the drive unit 10 and the input of driving force to the input shaft 20 can be realized without being affected by the environments on the first output shaft 40 and second output shaft 50 sides.
[0136] The output shaft switching unit 25 is disposed outside the mechanism housing portion 35, which corresponds to the housing space, and applies a magnetic force to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 disposed inside the mechanism housing portion 35, thereby restricting the rotation of either the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50. In other words, by using the magnetic force, the operation of the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 disposed inside the housing space can be controlled in a non-contact manner, and the first output state and the second output state can be switched without affecting the pressure environment inside the mechanism housing portion 35.
[0137] 5 and 6 , in the first embodiment, the output shaft switching unit 25, the first switching magnet 46 of the first output shaft 40, and the second switching magnet 56 of the second output shaft 50 apply magnetic force in the axial direction of each output shaft to switch between the first output state and the second output state. The first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 are disposed radially inward and outward on the same rotation axis. Therefore, when the output shaft switching unit 25 switches between the first output state and the second output state, a load resulting from the magnetic force can be applied without interfering with the operation of the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50.
[0138] Second Embodiment Next, a second embodiment, which differs from the above-described embodiment, will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8 . In the second embodiment, the configurations of the first output shaft 40, the second output shaft 50, and the output shaft switching unit 25 differ from those of the first embodiment. That is, the other configurations of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 (e.g., the drive unit 10, the main body 30, etc.) are the same as those of the first embodiment. For this reason, in the following description, differences between the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment and those of the first embodiment will be described in detail, and descriptions of other parts will be omitted.
[0139] In the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment, the first output shaft 40 is disposed so that its rotation axis is on an extension of the rotation axes of the shaft 14 and the input shaft 20, and outputs a rotational driving force to the first valve body 49. The first output shaft 40 according to the second embodiment has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment described above, except that it does not have the first switching magnet 46. Therefore, like the first embodiment, the first output shaft 40 according to the second embodiment has a large diameter portion 41 in which the output magnet 45 is disposed and a small diameter portion 42 in which a groove 43 is formed.
[0140] In addition, the second output shaft 50 according to the second embodiment is arranged so that its rotation axis is on the extension of the rotation axes of the shaft 14 and the input shaft 20, and has a cylindrical portion 51 in which a magnetic flux modulation portion 55 is arranged, and a shaft portion 52 in which an insertion hole 52A is formed.
[0141] As shown in Fig. 7 , in the second output shaft 50 according to the second embodiment, a second switching magnet 56 is not disposed on the upper end surface of the cylindrical portion 51. In addition, in the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50 according to the second embodiment, the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 is formed to be longer in the axial dimension than in the first embodiment. In other words, the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 according to the second embodiment is formed so as to generate a region (the upper portion of the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 in Fig. 7 ) that does not overlap with the output-side magnet 45.
[0142] The output-side magnet 45 of the first output shaft 40 is disposed radially outward of the lower portion of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 according to the second embodiment. The lower portion of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 is disposed to face the input-side magnet 21 and the output-side magnet 45 across the pressure vessel 37. Therefore, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment, the driving force transmitted to the input shaft 20 can be transmitted to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 through cooperation of the lower portion of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, the input-side magnet 21, and the output-side magnet 45.
[0143] 7 , in the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, a pressure vessel 37 formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom is disposed so as to cover the upper surface of the flow path forming portion 60. The pressure vessel 37 cooperates with the upper part of the flow path forming portion 60 to form the outer shell of the mechanism accommodating portion 35.
[0144] The pressure vessel 37 is made of, for example, a non-magnetic material or a material having a predetermined magnetic permeability, similar to the partition wall 36 of the first embodiment. Specifically, the pressure vessel 37 is made of stainless steel obtained by transforming austenitic stainless steel, such as SUS304, aluminum, or SUS305, into martensite through work hardening to impart magnetism.
[0145] 7 , in the second embodiment, the wall surface of the pressure vessel 37 is disposed radially outward from the output-side magnet 45 of the first output shaft 40. In addition, the wall surface of the pressure vessel 37 is also disposed radially outward from the upper portion of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 of the second output shaft 50.
[0146] Here, in the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment, a first fixing coil 70A and a second fixing coil 70B are arranged as the output shaft switching unit 25. The first fixing coil 70A and the second fixing coil 70B are configured by so-called claw-pole type fixing coils, and are arranged in an annular shape on the radially outer side of the pressure vessel 37.
[0147] The first fixing coil 70A is positioned to face the output side magnet 45 of the first output shaft 40 through the side wall portion of the pressure vessel 37, and generates a magnetic field that inhibits the rotation of the first output shaft 40 in response to current control.
[0148] The second fixing coil 70B is positioned to face the upper part of the magnetic flux modulation section 55 on the second output shaft 50 through the side wall portion of the pressure vessel 37, and generates a magnetic field that inhibits the rotation of the second output shaft 50 in response to current control.
[0149] The configurations of the first fixing coil 70A and the second fixing coil 70B will now be described in detail with reference to Fig. 8. Note that Fig. 8 shows only a portion of the first fixing coil 70A, but the second fixing coil 70B has a similar configuration.
[0150] The first fixing coil 70A has a coil body 71 and a toothed core 72. The coil body 71 of the first fixing coil 70A is a DC coil wound in a circular shape. The coil body 71 of the second fixing coil 70B has a similar configuration except that it has a smaller diameter than the coil body of the first fixing coil 70A.
[0151] The toothed core 72 of the first fixing coil 70A is formed by sheet metal processing and is arranged so as to wrap from the outside to the inside in the radial direction of the annular coil body 71. As shown in Fig. 8 , multiple sets of upper teeth 72U and lower teeth 72L formed by the ends of the toothed core 72 are arranged on the radial inside of the first fixing coil 70A.
[0152] The upper teeth 72U are formed by processing one end of the plate material that constitutes the toothed core 72 into a comb shape, and are arranged radially inward from the radial outside via the upper side of the coil body 71. On the other hand, the lower teeth 72L are formed by processing the other end of the plate material that constitutes the toothed core 72 into a comb shape, and are arranged radially inward from the radial outside via the lower side of the coil body 71.
[0153] 8, a predetermined gap is formed between the upper tooth portion 72U and the lower tooth portion 72L in the first fixing coil 70A, and the upper tooth portion 72U and the lower tooth portion 72L are combined so as to mesh with each other with a gap therebetween. The configuration of the upper tooth portion 72U and the lower tooth portion 72L is the same in the second fixing coil 70B.
[0154] In the first fixing coil 70A configured in this manner, when current is applied to the coil body 71, for example, the upper tooth portion 72U exhibits an N pole and the lower tooth portion 72L exhibits an S pole. Therefore, N poles and S poles are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction on the radially inner side of the first fixing coil 70A. The magnetic force generated in this manner acts on the output-side magnet 45 of the first output shaft 40 via the side wall portion of the pressure vessel 37. In other words, in the first fixing coil 70A, when current is applied to the coil body 71, a magnetic field that obstructs rotation of the first output shaft 40 is generated.
[0155] Similarly, in the second fixing coil 70B, when current is applied to the coil body 71, the upper tooth portion 72U exhibits an N pole and the lower tooth portion 72L exhibits an S pole, for example. Therefore, N poles and S poles are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction on the radially inner side of the second fixing coil 70B. The magnetic force thus generated acts on the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 of the second output shaft 50 via the side wall portion of the pressure vessel 37. In other words, in the second fixing coil 70B, when current is applied to the coil body 71, a magnetic field that interferes with the rotation of the second output shaft 50 is generated.
[0156] The total number of upper teeth 72U and lower teeth 72L in the first fixing coil 70A is different from that in the second fixing coil 70B. The total number of upper teeth 72U and lower teeth 72L in the first fixing coil 70A is determined so that the number of magnetic poles formed by the upper teeth 72U and lower teeth 72L is equal to the number of poles of the output magnet 45 on the first output shaft 40.
[0157] Therefore, for example, an attractive force due to the south pole and a repulsive force due to the north pole act in the rotational direction between the upper tooth portion 72U and the lower tooth portion 72L of the first fixing coil 70A and the output-side magnet 45 of the first output shaft 40. Since the number of poles in the first fixing coil 70A and the output-side magnet 45 satisfy the above-mentioned relationship, the rotation of the first output shaft 40 is hindered, and the rotation of the first output shaft 40 can be stopped.
[0158] On the other hand, the total number of upper tooth portions 72U and lower tooth portions 72L in the second fixing coil 70B is set to be equal to the total number of magnetic portions 55A in the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 of the second output shaft 50.
[0159] Therefore, an attractive force acts in the rotational direction between the upper tooth portions 72U and lower tooth portions 72L of the second fixing coil 70B and the magnetic portions 55A in the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 of the second output shaft 50. As described above, since the total number of the upper tooth portions 72U and lower tooth portions 72L of the second fixing coil 70B is the same as the number of the magnetic portions 55A in the second output shaft 50, the rotation of the second output shaft 50 is hindered, and the rotation of the second output shaft 50 can be stopped.
[0160] Next, a description will be given of the first output state of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment configured as described above. As described above, the first output state is a state in which rotation of the second output shaft 50 using the driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 is restricted, while rotation of the first output shaft 40 using the driving force is permitted.
[0161] As in the above-described embodiment, in the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1, when a driving force is generated by starting the drive motor 11, the input side magnet 21, the output side magnet 45, and the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 cooperate to transmit the driving force from the input shaft 20 to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50.
[0162] In order to realize the first output state, it is necessary to inhibit the rotation of the second output shaft 50. In the second embodiment, current is passed through the coil body 71 of the second fixing coil 70B that constitutes the output shaft switching unit 25.
[0163] As a result, a magnetic field that inhibits rotation of the second output shaft 50 is generated between the upper tooth portion 72U and the lower tooth portion 72L of the second fixing coil 70B and the magnetic portions 55A of the second output shaft 50. Therefore, by controlling the energization of the second fixing coil 70B, it is possible to stop the rotation of the second output shaft 50 against the driving force from the drive motor 11.
[0164] At this time, no current is applied to the first fixing coil 70A, and no magnetic field is generated between the first fixing coil 70A and the output-side magnet 45. Therefore, the first output shaft 40 rotates in accordance with the driving force from the drive motor 11, and the first valve body 49 can be moved.
[0165] That is, the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment can realize the first output state by passing current through the coil body 71 of the second fixing coil 70B, thereby inhibiting the rotation of the second output shaft 50 while allowing the rotation of the first output shaft 40.
[0166] Furthermore, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment, when the first output state is realized, a magnetic field is generated to inhibit rotation of the second output shaft 50, and no other members are brought into physical contact with the second output shaft 50. Therefore, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment, it is possible to improve the responsiveness in switching to the first output state.
[0167] Next, a description will be given of the second output state of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment. As described above, the second output state is a state in which rotation of the first output shaft 40 using the driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 is restricted, and rotation of the second output shaft 50 using the driving force is permitted.
[0168] Here, in order to realize the second output state, it is necessary to inhibit the rotation of the first output shaft 40. In the case of the second embodiment, current is passed through the coil body 71 of the first fixing coil 70A that constitutes the output shaft switching unit 25.
[0169] As a result, a magnetic field that inhibits rotation of the first output shaft 40 is generated between the upper tooth portion 72U and the lower tooth portion 72L of the first fixing coil 70A and the output-side magnet 45 of the first output shaft 40. For this reason, by controlling the energization of the first fixing coil 70A, it is possible to stop the rotation of the first output shaft 40 against the driving force from the drive motor 11.
[0170] At this time, no current is applied to the second fixing coil 70B, and no magnetic field is generated between the second fixing coil 70B and the magnetic portion 55A of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55. As a result, the second output shaft 50 rotates in accordance with the driving force from the drive motor 11, and the second valve body 59 can be moved.
[0171] That is, the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment can realize the second output state by passing current through the coil body 71 of the first fixing coil 70A, thereby inhibiting the rotation of the first output shaft 40 and at the same time allowing the rotation of the second output shaft 50.
[0172] Furthermore, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment, when the second output state is realized, a magnetic field is generated to inhibit rotation of the first output shaft 40, and no other members are brought into physical contact with the first output shaft 40. Therefore, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment, it is possible to improve the responsiveness in switching to the second output state.
[0173] As described above, according to the power transmission device 1 of the second embodiment, even if a magnetic field that inhibits rotation is generated when switching between the first output state and the second output state, it is possible to obtain the same effects as those of the above-mentioned embodiment due to the configuration and operation.
[0174] Furthermore, according to the second embodiment, when switching between the first output state and the second output state, a magnetic field that inhibits rotation is generated without bringing other components into physical contact with the output shaft. As a result, the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the second embodiment can exhibit high responsiveness when switching between the first output state and the second output state.
[0175] Third Embodiment Next, a third embodiment, which differs from the above-described embodiments, will be described with reference to FIG. 9 . In the third embodiment, the configuration of the output shaft switching unit 25 differs from that of the above-described embodiments. That is, the other configurations of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment (such as the drive unit 10, the main body 30, the first output shaft 40, the second output shaft 50, and the flow path forming unit 60) are the same as those of the above-described second embodiment. For this reason, in the following description, differences between the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment and the above-described embodiments will be described in detail, and descriptions of other parts will be omitted.
[0176] 9 , in the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment, the output shaft switching unit 25 has a first electromagnet 75A and a second electromagnet 75B. The first electromagnet 75A has a DC coil and a yoke made of a magnetic material, and is disposed so as to face the output-side magnet 45 of the first output shaft 40 across the side surface of the pressure vessel 37.
[0177] The first electromagnet 75A is disposed in a portion of the circumferential direction in a range radially outward of the output-side magnet 45, via the side surface of the pressure vessel 37. Therefore, when a DC coil is energized to generate a magnetic force in the first electromagnet 75A, the magnetic force generated by the first electromagnet 75A acts on a portion of the output-side magnet 45 disposed on the first output shaft 40, via the pressure vessel 37.
[0178] As a result, the first output shaft 40 becomes eccentric in a direction toward or away from the first electromagnet 75A from a normal state in which no magnetic force is generated by the first electromagnet 75A due to the action of the magnetic force generated between the first electromagnet 75A and a part of the output-side magnet 45. As a result, the eccentricity of the first output shaft 40 causes the first output shaft 40 to come into contact with the first bearing member 47 and generate a frictional force, which can inhibit the rotation of the first output shaft 40.
[0179] The second electromagnet 75B, like the first electromagnet 75A, has a DC coil and a yoke made of a magnetic material, and is positioned so as to face the upper part of the magnetic flux modulation section 55 of the second output shaft 50 through the side surface of the pressure vessel 37.
[0180] The second electromagnet 75B is disposed in a portion of the circumferential direction in a range that is radially outward from the upper part of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, via the side surface of the pressure vessel 37. The range in the circumferential direction in which the second electromagnet 75B is disposed can be determined regardless of the range in which the first electromagnet 75A is disposed.
[0181] Therefore, when the DC coil is energized to generate a magnetic force in the second electromagnet 75B, the magnetic force generated in the second electromagnet 75B acts on a part of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 disposed on the second output shaft 50 via the pressure vessel 37. More specifically, the magnetic force generated in the second electromagnet 75B acts on the upper part of the magnetic unit 55A in the magnetic flux modulation unit 55.
[0182] As a result, the second output shaft 50 becomes eccentric in a direction approaching the second electromagnet 75B from a normal state in which the second electromagnet 75B does not generate a magnetic force due to the action of the magnetic force generated between the second electromagnet 75B and a part of the magnetic flux modulation unit 55. As a result, the eccentricity of the second output shaft 50 causes the second output shaft 50 to come into contact with the second bearing member 57 and generate a frictional force, which can inhibit the rotation of the second output shaft 50.
[0183] That is, in the third embodiment, either the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50 can be made eccentric by applying a magnetic force to either the first electromagnet 75A or the second electromagnet 75B that constitutes the output shaft switching unit 25. Since the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50 comes into contact with other members due to the eccentricity and a frictional force acts on the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50, the rotation of the eccentric output shaft of the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50 is hindered by the frictional force generated between the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 and the other member.
[0184] In other words, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment, the first output state and the second output state can be switched by selecting the electromagnet that generates magnetic force in the radial direction from among the first electromagnet 75A and the second electromagnet 75B that constitute the output shaft switching section 25.
[0185] Next, a description will be given of the first output state of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment configured as described above. As described above, the first output state is a state in which rotation of the second output shaft 50 using the driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 is restricted, while rotation of the first output shaft 40 using the driving force is permitted.
[0186] In the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment, when a driving force is generated by starting the drive motor 11, the input side magnet 21, the output side magnet 45, and the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 cooperate to transmit the driving force from the input shaft 20 to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50.
[0187] In order to realize the first output state, it is necessary to inhibit the rotation of the second output shaft 50. In the third embodiment, the DC coil of the second electromagnet 75B constituting the output shaft switching unit 25 is energized.
[0188] As a result, a magnetic force is generated between the second electromagnet 75B and the magnetic portion 55A of the magnetic flux modulation portion 55 of the second output shaft 50, causing the second output shaft 50 to become eccentric in a direction approaching the second electromagnet 75B. As the second output shaft 50 becomes eccentric, the second output shaft 50 comes into contact with other members (for example, the second bearing member 57), hindering the rotation of the second output shaft 50. Therefore, by controlling the energization of the second electromagnet 75B, it is possible to stop the rotation of the second output shaft 50 against the driving force from the drive motor 11.
[0189] At this time, no current is applied to the DC coil of the first electromagnet 75A, and no magnetic force is generated between the first electromagnet 75A and the output-side magnet 45. Therefore, the first output shaft 40 rotates in accordance with the driving force from the drive motor 11, and the first valve body 49 can be moved.
[0190] That is, the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment can realize the first output state by passing current through the DC coil of the second electromagnet 75B, thereby exerting a magnetic force in the radial direction, thereby inhibiting the rotation of the second output shaft 50 and at the same time allowing the rotation of the first output shaft 40.
[0191] Furthermore, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment, when realizing the first output state, the second electromagnet 75B is disposed in a portion of the circumferential direction to generate a magnetic force in the radial direction on the second output shaft 50 and utilize frictional force. Therefore, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment, it is possible to achieve switching to the first output state with a more compact configuration than with the configuration in which the output shaft switching unit 25 is disposed over the entire circumferential area as in the above-described embodiment.
[0192] Next, a description will be given of the second output state of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment. As described above, the second output state is a state in which rotation of the first output shaft 40 using the driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 is restricted, and rotation of the second output shaft 50 using the driving force is permitted.
[0193] In order to realize the second output state, it is necessary to inhibit the rotation of the first output shaft 40. In the third embodiment, a current is passed through the DC coil of the first electromagnet 75A that constitutes the output shaft switching unit 25.
[0194] As a result, a magnetic force is generated between the first electromagnet 75A and a portion of the output-side magnet 45 on the first output shaft 40, causing the first output shaft 40 to become eccentric in a direction toward or away from the first electromagnet 75A. As the first output shaft 40 becomes eccentric, the first output shaft 40 comes into contact with other members (for example, the first bearing member 47), hindering rotation of the first output shaft 40. Therefore, by controlling the energization of the first electromagnet 75A, it is possible to stop the rotation of the first output shaft 40 against the driving force from the drive motor 11.
[0195] At this time, no current is applied to the DC coil of the second electromagnet 75B, and no magnetic force is generated between the second electromagnet 75B and a part of the magnetic portion 55A in the magnetic flux modulation unit 55. Therefore, the second output shaft 50 rotates in accordance with the driving force from the drive motor 11, and the second valve body 59 can be moved.
[0196] That is, the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment can realize the second output state by passing current through the DC coil of the first electromagnet 75A, thereby exerting a magnetic force in the radial direction, thereby inhibiting the rotation of the first output shaft 40 and at the same time allowing the rotation of the second output shaft 50.
[0197] Furthermore, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment, when realizing the second output state, the first electromagnet 75A is disposed in a portion of the circumferential direction to utilize frictional force by generating a magnetic force in the radial direction on the first output shaft 40. Therefore, with the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the third embodiment, switching to the second output state can be achieved with a more compact configuration than the configuration in which the output shaft switching unit 25 is disposed over the entire circumferential area as in the above-described embodiment.
[0198] As described above, according to the power transmission device 1 of the third embodiment, even if a magnetic force is applied radially when switching between the first output state and the second output state, it is possible to obtain the same effects as those of the above-mentioned embodiments from the configuration and operation.
[0199] In the third embodiment, when switching between the first output state and the second output state, a magnetic force is generated in the radial direction of the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50 to cause eccentricity, and frictional force generated between the eccentric output shaft is utilized. For this reason, the first electromagnet 75A and the second electromagnet 75B constituting the output shaft switching unit 25 according to the third embodiment are arranged in a portion in the circumferential direction.
[0200] As a result, according to the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 of the third embodiment, it is possible to realize switching between the first output state and the second output state with a more compact configuration than the configuration in which the output shaft switching unit 25 is arranged over the entire circumferential area, as in the above-mentioned embodiment.
[0201] Fourth Embodiment Next, a fourth embodiment, which differs from the above-described embodiments, will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 to 15 . The fourth embodiment differs from the above-described embodiments in that a switching member 80 is included as part of the configuration of the output shaft switching unit 25 that switches between the first output state and the second output state. That is, the other components of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 (such as the drive unit 10, main body 30, first output shaft 40, second output shaft 50, and flow path forming unit 60) are the same as those of the above-described embodiments. For this reason, in the following description, differences between the above-described embodiments and the configuration of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment will be described in detail, and descriptions of other components will be omitted.
[0202] The output shaft switching section 25 in the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment is composed of a switching coil 26 and a switching yoke 27 arranged along the outer surface of the pressure vessel 37, and a switching member 80 arranged inside the mechanism accommodating section 35.
[0203] 10 , in the fourth embodiment, a switching member 80 constituting the output shaft switching unit 25 is disposed inside the mechanism accommodating portion 35 and is disposed so as to be movable along the axial direction of the first output shaft 40, etc. The switching member 80 is formed in a cylindrical shape and has a first rotation restricting portion 80A and a second rotation restricting portion 80B.
[0204] 11 , the inner diameter of the cylindrical switching member 80 is set to be smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the pressure vessel 37 and larger than the outer diameter dimension of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40. Therefore, in the fourth embodiment, the switching member 80 can move in the axial direction of the output shaft, passing between the pressure vessel 37 and the first output shaft 40 inside the mechanism accommodating portion 35.
[0205] A first rotation restricting portion 80A is disposed below the switching member 80. The first rotation restricting portion 80A is an annular portion formed to extend radially inward from the lower end of the cylindrical switching member 80. The first rotation restricting portion 80A is located below the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40.
[0206] In the fourth embodiment, the upper surface of the first rotation restricting portion 80A approaches or moves away from the lower surface of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40 as the switching member 80 moves up and down. That is, in the fourth embodiment, the upper surface of the first rotation restricting portion 80A can be brought into contact with the lower surface of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40 by controlling the flow of current to the switching coil 26.
[0207] A member-side magnet 81 is disposed on the side surface located on the outer diameter side of the first rotation restricting portion 80A. The member-side magnet 81 is disposed so that either the south pole or the north pole (for example, the north pole) faces radially outward.
[0208] 10 , the switching coil 26 and the switching yoke 27 in the fourth embodiment are arranged to face the member-side magnet 81 of the switching member 80 across the side wall of the pressure vessel 37. By controlling the direction of the current to the switching coil 26, the magnetic poles (south pole, north pole) generated in the switching yoke 27 can be switched.
[0209] By switching the type of magnetic pole in the switching yoke 27 and causing a magnetic force to act between the member-side magnet 81 of the switching member 80, the switching member 80 can be moved up and down inside the mechanism accommodating section 35.
[0210] A second rotation restricting portion 80B is disposed on the upper portion of the switching member 80. The second rotation restricting portion 80B is an annular portion formed to extend radially inward from the upper end portion of the cylindrical switching member 80. The second rotation restricting portion 80B is located above the upper surface of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40 and the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50.
[0211] In the fourth embodiment, the lower surface of the second rotation restricting portion 80B moves toward or away from the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50 as the switching member 80 moves up and down. That is, in the fourth embodiment, the lower surface of the second rotation restricting portion 80B can be brought into contact with the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50 by controlling the flow of current to the switching coil 26.
[0212] 10 , a resistance generating portion 85 is formed in the first rotation restricting portion 80A and the second rotation restricting portion 80B of the switching member 80. The resistance generating portion 85 of the first rotation restricting portion 80A is formed in a portion of the first rotation restricting portion 80A that faces the lower surface of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40.
[0213] The drag generating portion 85 of the second rotation restricting portion 80B is formed in a portion of the second rotation restricting portion 80B that faces the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50. The drag generating portions 85 of the first rotation restricting portion 80A and the second rotation restricting portion 80B are formed in an annular shape centered on the center of the cylindrical switching member 80 and the positions of the rotation axes of the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50.
[0214] In the first rotation restricting portion 80A and the second rotation restricting portion 80B, the resistance generating portion 85 is formed in an annular shape, with a plurality of convex portions 85A and a plurality of concave portions 85B alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the annular ring. As shown in Fig. 12, the convex portions 85A and the concave portions 85B in the resistance generating portion 85 are formed to extend radially from the center position of the annular resistance generating portion 85.
[0215] Here, the drag generating portion 85 of the first rotation restricting portion 80A faces the underside of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40, and is arranged so as to be able to come into contact with the underside of the large diameter portion 41 as the switching member 80 moves up and down. The underside of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40 corresponds to an example of an opposing surface. As shown in FIG. 10 etc., a drag generating portion 86 having a plurality of protrusions 86A and recesses 86B is formed on the underside of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40.
[0216] The resistance generating portion 86 on the first output shaft 40 side is formed in an annular shape, similar to the resistance generating portion 85 of the first rotation restricting portion 80A. In the resistance generating portion 86 on the first output shaft 40 side, a plurality of convex portions 86A and concave portions 86B extend radially from the center of the annulus, and the convex portions 86A and the concave portions 86B are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction.
[0217] As a result, when the first rotation restricting portion 80A is brought into contact with the underside of the large-diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40, the convex portion 85A and the concave portion 86B, and the concave portion 85B and the convex portion 86A, can be brought into contact in an engaged state, as shown in FIG. 13 . Here, the switching member 80 is movable in the axial direction of the output shaft but is arranged so as not to rotate around the axis of the output shaft. Therefore, by engaging the resistance generating portion 85 of the first rotation restricting portion 80A with the resistance generating portion 86 on the first output shaft 40 side, a resistance force can be generated against the rotational drive force of the first output shaft 40, thereby impeding and stopping the rotation of the first output shaft 40.
[0218] The drag generating portion 85 of the second rotation restricting portion 80B faces the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50 and is arranged so as to be able to come into contact with the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 as the switching member 80 moves up and down. The upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50 corresponds to an example of an opposing surface. As shown in Figure 10 etc., a drag generating portion 87 having a plurality of protrusions 87A and recesses 87B is formed on the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50.
[0219] Similar to the drag force generating portion 85 of the second rotation restricting portion 80B, the drag force generating portion 87 on the second output shaft 50 side is formed in an annular shape. In the drag force generating portion 87 on the second output shaft 50 side, a plurality of convex portions 87A and concave portions 87B extend radially from the center of the annulus, and the convex portions 87A and the concave portions 87B are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction.
[0220] As a result, when the second rotation restricting portion 80B is brought into contact with the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50, the convex portion 85A and the concave portion 87B, and the concave portion 85B and the convex portion 87A, can be brought into contact in an engaged state, as shown in Fig. 13. As described above, the switching member 80 is disposed so as not to rotate around the axis of the output shaft. Therefore, by engaging the resistance generating portion 85 of the second rotation restricting portion 80B with the resistance generating portion 87 on the second output shaft 50 side, a resistance can be generated against the rotational drive force of the second output shaft 50, thereby inhibiting and stopping the rotation of the second output shaft 50.
[0221] Next, a description will be given of the first output state of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment configured as described above. As described above, the first output state is a state in which rotation of the second output shaft 50 using the driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 is restricted, and rotation of the first output shaft 40 using the driving force is permitted.
[0222] In the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment, when a driving force is generated by starting the drive motor 11, the input side magnet 21, the output side magnet 45, and the magnetic flux modulation unit 55 cooperate to transmit the driving force from the input shaft 20 to the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50.
[0223] In order to achieve the first output state, it is necessary to inhibit the rotation of the second output shaft 50. In the fourth embodiment, the switching member 80 is moved by the magnetic force generated by energizing the switching coil 26, thereby stopping the rotation of the second output shaft 50.
[0224] Specifically, by passing a direct current in a predetermined direction through the switching coil 26, a magnetic force of a polarity different from the polarity of the member-side magnet 81 located on the outer surface of the switching member 80 is generated at the lower end of the switching yoke 27. As a result, a magnetic force acts between the lower end of the switching coil 26 and the member-side magnet 81 of the switching member 80 so as to attract each other.
[0225] 14 , the switching member 80 moves downward in the axial direction due to the action of the magnetic force, bringing the second rotation restricting portion 80B into contact with the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50. At this time, the drag generating portion 85 of the second rotation restricting portion 80B and the drag generating portion 87 on the second output shaft 50 side mesh with each other, generating a drag that inhibits the rotation of the second output shaft 50, thereby stopping the rotation of the second output shaft 50.
[0226] It should be noted that the supply of current to the switching coil 26 can be stopped when the second rotation restricting portion 80B comes into contact with the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50. When the supply of current to the switching coil 26 is stopped, the electromagnetic force from the switching yoke 27 stops, but the magnetic force of the member-side magnet 81 of the switching member 80 acts as an attractive force on the lower end of the switching yoke 27. Therefore, even when the supply of current to the switching coil 26 is stopped, the second rotation restricting portion 80B can maintain the state in which the rotation of the second output shaft 50 is stopped.
[0227] Then, by moving the switching member 80 downward along the axial direction, the first rotation restricting portion 80A moves away from the lower surface of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40. As a result, the first output shaft 40 becomes rotatable by the driving force transmitted from the input shaft 20 without being obstructed by the switching member 80.
[0228] That is, the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment can realize the first output state by passing a direct current in a predetermined direction through the switching coil 26, thereby moving the switching member 80 and inhibiting the rotation of the second output shaft 50 while allowing the rotation of the first output shaft 40.
[0229] Furthermore, according to the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 of the fourth embodiment, when the first output state is realized, the switching member 80 inside the mechanism housing portion 35 is moved by magnetic forces from the switching coil 26 and the switching yoke 27 outside the mechanism housing portion 35. Therefore, according to the fourth embodiment, switching to the first output state can be realized without damaging the internal environment (i.e., the high-pressure environment) of the mechanism housing portion 35.
[0230] According to the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 of the fourth embodiment, the switching member 80 moves along the axial direction of the first output shaft 40, etc., and applies an axial load to the second output shaft 50, thereby inhibiting rotation of the second output shaft 50. The first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 are arranged on the inner and outer sides of the same central axis. Therefore, when an axial load is applied to the second output shaft 50, the effect on the rotational operation of the first output shaft 40 can be suppressed.
[0231] Furthermore, in the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment, a drag generating portion 85 is arranged on the second rotation restricting portion 80B of the switching member 80, and a drag generating portion 87 is arranged on the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50. When the first output state is achieved, the drag generating portion 85 on the switching member 80 side comes into contact with the drag generating portion 87 on the second output shaft 50 side, generating a drag (frictional force) that inhibits rotation of the second output shaft 50.
[0232] The drag generating portion 85 and the drag generating portion 87 each have a plurality of recesses and protrusions extending radially from the center of rotation. Therefore, when the drag generating portion 85 and the drag generating portion 87 are brought into contact with each other, the protrusions 85A and the recesses 87B, and the recesses 85B and the protrusions 87A can be brought into contact with each other in an interlocking state. This increases the drag that inhibits rotation of the second output shaft 50, and the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment can reliably achieve the first output state.
[0233] Next, a description will be given of the second output state of the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment. The second output state is a state in which rotation of the first output shaft 40 using the driving force transmitted from the drive motor 11 is restricted, and rotation of the second output shaft 50 using the driving force is permitted.
[0234] In order to achieve the second output state, it is necessary to inhibit the rotation of the first output shaft 40. In the fourth embodiment, the switching member 80 is moved by the magnetic force generated by energizing the switching coil 26, thereby stopping the rotation of the first output shaft 40.
[0235] Specifically, by passing a DC current in a predetermined direction through the switching coil 26, a magnetic force of a polarity different from the polarity of the member-side magnet 81 located on the outer surface of the switching member 80 is generated at the upper end of the switching yoke 27. In other words, a DC current of a direction opposite to that in the first output state is passed through the switching coil 26. As a result, a magnetic force acts between the upper end of the switching coil 26 and the member-side magnet 81 of the switching member 80 so as to attract each other.
[0236] 15 , the switching member 80 moves upward in the axial direction due to the action of the magnetic force, bringing the first rotation restricting portion 80A into contact with the underside of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40. At this time, the drag generating portion 85 of the first rotation restricting portion 80A and the drag generating portion 86 on the first output shaft 40 side mesh with each other, generating a drag that inhibits the rotation of the first output shaft 40, thereby stopping the rotation of the first output shaft 40.
[0237] It should be noted that the supply of current to the switching coil 26 can be stopped when the first rotation restricting portion 80A comes into contact with the underside of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40. When the supply of current to the switching coil 26 is stopped, the electromagnetic force from the switching yoke 27 stops, but the magnetic force of the member-side magnet 81 of the switching member 80 acts as an attractive force on the upper end of the switching yoke 27. Therefore, even when the supply of current to the switching coil 26 is stopped, the first rotation restricting portion 80A can maintain the state in which the rotation of the first output shaft 40 is stopped.
[0238] Then, by moving the switching member 80 upward along the axial direction, the second rotation restricting portion 80B moves away from the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 51 of the second output shaft 50. As a result, the second output shaft 50 becomes rotatable by the driving force transmitted from the input shaft 20 without being obstructed by the switching member 80.
[0239] That is, the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment can move the switching member 80 by passing a DC current through the switching coil 26 in the opposite direction to that in the first output state, thereby inhibiting rotation of the second output shaft 50 and allowing rotation of the first output shaft 40. In other words, the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment can realize the second output state by controlling the DC current to the switching coil 26.
[0240] Furthermore, according to the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 of the fourth embodiment, when the second output state is realized, the switching member 80 inside the mechanism housing portion 35 is moved by magnetic forces from the switching coil 26 and the switching yoke 27 outside the mechanism housing portion 35. Therefore, according to the fourth embodiment, switching to the second output state can be realized without damaging the internal environment (i.e., the high-pressure environment) of the mechanism housing portion 35.
[0241] According to the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 of the fourth embodiment, the switching member 80 moves along the axial direction of the first output shaft 40, etc., and applies an axial load to the first output shaft 40, thereby inhibiting rotation of the first output shaft 40. The first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 are arranged on the inner and outer sides of the same central axis. Therefore, when an axial load is applied to the first output shaft 40, the effect on the rotational operation of the second output shaft 50 can be suppressed.
[0242] Furthermore, in the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment, a drag generating portion 85 is arranged in the first rotation restricting portion 80A of the switching member 80, and a drag generating portion 86 is arranged on the underside of the large diameter portion 41 of the first output shaft 40. When the second output state is achieved, the drag generating portion 85 on the switching member 80 side comes into contact with the drag generating portion 86 on the first output shaft 40 side, generating a drag (frictional force) that inhibits rotation of the first output shaft 40.
[0243] The drag generating portion 85 and the drag generating portion 86 each have a plurality of recesses and protrusions extending radially from the center of rotation. Therefore, when the drag generating portion 85 and the drag generating portion 86 are brought into contact with each other, the protrusions 85A and the recesses 86B, and the recesses 85B and the protrusions 86A can be brought into contact with each other in an interlocking state. This increases the drag that inhibits rotation of the first output shaft 40, and the integrated valve V and the power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment can reliably achieve the second output state.
[0244] As described above, according to the power transmission device 1 of the fourth embodiment, even when the switching member 80 is moved by electromagnetic force to switch between the first output state and the second output state, it is possible to obtain the same effects as those of the above-mentioned embodiments from the same configuration and operation.
[0245] According to the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 of the fourth embodiment, when switching between the first output state and the second output state, the switching member 80 inside the mechanism housing portion 35 is moved by magnetic forces from the switching coil 26 and the switching yoke 27 outside the mechanism housing portion 35. Therefore, according to the fourth embodiment, the switching member 80 is moved without physical contact from outside the mechanism housing portion 35, and therefore switching between the first output state and the second output state can be achieved without damaging the internal environment (i.e., high-pressure environment) of the mechanism housing portion 35.
[0246] According to the fourth embodiment, the switching member 80 moves along the axial direction of the first output shaft 40, etc., and applies an axial load to either the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50, thereby inhibiting rotation of the output shaft to which the load is applied. The first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 are arranged on the inner and outer sides of the same central axis. Therefore, when an axial load is applied to either the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50, the effect of the load on the rotational operation of the other output shaft can be suppressed.
[0247] Furthermore, in the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment, a drag generating portion 85 is arranged on the switching member 80 side, and a drag generating portion 86 and a drag generating portion 87 are arranged on the first output shaft 40 side and the second output shaft 50 side, respectively. When switching between the first output state and the second output state is realized, the drag generating portion 85 on the switching member 80 side comes into contact with the drag generating portion 86 or the drag generating portion 87 on the output shaft side, generating a drag (frictional force) that inhibits rotation of the output shaft.
[0248] Each of the drag generating portions 85, 86, and 87 has a plurality of recesses and protrusions extending radially from the center of rotation. Therefore, when the drag generating portion 85 on the switching member 80 comes into contact with the drag generating portions 86 and 87 on the output shaft, the protrusions 85A and 86B (recesses 87B) and the recesses 85B and 86A (recesses 87A) can be brought into contact with each other in an interlocking state. This increases the drag that inhibits rotation of the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50, and the integrated valve V and power transmission device 1 according to the fourth embodiment can reliably switch between the first output state and the second output state.
[0249] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made as follows within the scope of the present disclosure.
[0250] In the above-described embodiment, the driving force is transmitted to the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50 in a non-contact manner via the mutually acting magnetic forces of the input-side magnet 21, the output-side magnet 45, and the magnetic flux modulation unit 55, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, it is also possible to employ a configuration in which the driving force from the input shaft 20 is reduced at a predetermined reduction ratio by a mechanical configuration such as a planetary gear mechanism and then transmitted to the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50.
[0251] 5 and 6 , in the above-described embodiment, the magnetic force generated by the output shaft switching unit 25 is directly applied to each of the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50, thereby realizing a state in which rotation of one is restricted while rotation of the other is allowed. However, the switching operation of the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 by the output shaft switching unit 25 is not limited to this mode. For example, a braking member that is displaced by the magnetic force generated by the output shaft switching unit 25 may be employed, and the displacement of the braking member may be used to realize a state in which rotation of one is restricted while rotation of the other is allowed.
[0252] In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 etc., the first magnetic force generating unit 27A and the second magnetic force generating unit 27B of the output shaft switching unit 25 are arranged on the upper surface portion of the sealing outer edge portion 36C of the partition wall 36, but this is not limited to this form.
[0253] The first magnetic force generating unit 27A can be arranged in various ways as long as it is possible to apply a magnetic force to the first switching magnet 46 of the first output shaft 40 and thereby restrict the rotation of the first output shaft 40. Similarly, the second magnetic force generating unit 27B can be arranged in various ways as long as it is possible to apply a magnetic force to the second switching magnet 56 of the second output shaft 50 and thereby restrict the rotation of the second output shaft 50.
[0254] In the fourth embodiment described above, the drag generating portion 85 formed on the switching member 80 is described as the portion that comes into contact with the drag generating portions 86 and 87 formed on the first output shaft 40 and second output shaft 50, respectively. However, this is not limiting. The drag generating portion 85 may be arranged inside the mechanism accommodating portion 35 so as to be in contact with either the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50 and be rotatable therewith.
[0255] For example, it is also possible to apply the drag force generating portions 86 and 87 on the first output shaft 40 and second output shaft 50 sides, and the corresponding drag force generating portions 85, to the configuration of the first embodiment. Specifically, the drag force generating portion 86 is formed on the upper surface of the first output shaft 40 in the first embodiment, and the drag force generating portion 87 is formed on the upper surface of the second output shaft 50. Then, opposing drag force generating portions 85 are formed on the surface that forms the inside of the mechanism housing portion 35 at the sealing outer edge portion 36C of the partition wall 36. With this configuration, even in the configuration of the first embodiment, a drag force can be applied to either the first output shaft 40 or the second output shaft 50, and switching between the first output state and the second output state can be reliably achieved.
[0256] In the fourth embodiment described above, the configuration shown in FIG. 13 was given as the shapes of the drag generating portions 86 and 87 formed on the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50, and the drag generating portion 85 formed on the switching member 80, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 16 , the bottom portions of the recesses 86B and 87B may be formed in a shape recessed toward the widthwise center of each recess, so that the tip of the protrusion 85A of the drag generating portion 85 of the switching member 80 is guided to the widthwise center. This allows the drag generating portion 85 on the switching member 80 to deeply mesh with the drag generating portion 86 or the drag generating portion 87, and ensures that a drag that inhibits rotation of the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 is applied.
[0257] It is only necessary that the resistance generating portions 86 and 87 formed on the first output shaft 40 and the second output shaft 50 can be engaged with the resistance generating portion 85 formed on the switching member 80, and the contact portions between them can be changed as appropriate. As described above, a configuration may be adopted in which the tip portions of the convex portions 85A of the resistance generating portion 85 contact the bottom surfaces of the concave portions 86B and 87B. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 17 , a configuration may be adopted in which the inner side surfaces of the concave portions 86B and 87B contact and engage with the side surfaces of the convex portions 85A, and the tip portions of the convex portions 85A of the resistance generating portion 85 are spaced apart from the bottom surfaces of the concave portions 86B and 87B.
