This system was specifically developed to provide a personalized user experience, allowing the creation of unique fragrances through the combination of different fragrances. The modular encapsulation system, which is the subject of the present invention, can be composed of two, three, four, five, or more capsules made of plastic, glass, aluminum, or stainless steel. Furthermore, the modular encapsulation system, as claimed, has a rotational locking mechanism that ensures safe assembly and disassembly. It also features protective membranes and aluminum seals that ensure the integrity of the fragrances stored in the capsules. FIELD OF APPLICATION

[0002] The invention that motivates this application has its field of application focused on the perfumery and cosmetics industry, more specifically, in customizable fragrance products. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED

[0003] Currently, there is a trend in the perfume and cosmetics industry to offer consumers the possibility of creating their own fragrances. For example, "do-it-yourself" perfume kits require the user to manually mix different essential oils and other ingredients to create a personalized fragrance. These perfume kits, while allowing for some degree of customization, still have some drawbacks. For example, they require the consumer to have a certain level of knowledge and skill to correctly combine the ingredients, making the process complex and costly for inexperienced users. Furthermore, manual mixing can lead to inconsistent results, as it is difficult to replicate the exact same proportion of ingredients each time a fragrance is created. However, the manual mixing process can lead to contamination of the ingredients, compromising the quality of the fragrance obtained.

[0004] Another popular concept in the market is "create your own perfume," where consumers can visit a perfumery laboratory and work with a perfumer to create a custom fragrance. While this concept can offer significant customization, it is a costly and time-consuming process, making it inaccessible to many consumers. Therefore, it requires the consumer to be physically present at the perfumery laboratory. CURRENT STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

[0005] The current state of the art is document US 20100252573, published on October 7, 2010, which describes an interchangeable perfume bottle consisting of an outer shell and an inner shell, both transparent, in which the inner shell, filled with perfume, has a channel that is sealed by a spray head. Furthermore, said shell is held in place by pins and is visible through windows in the outer shell. After use, the inner shell can be replaced with another, allowing the perfume to be changed and the bottle to be used continuously.

[0006] In short, the prior art is cited because it is the state of the art closest to the present invention. However, the prior art does not contain teachings consistent with the subject matter claimed in this patent application. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0007] This patent application relates to an innovative solution for creating and customizing fragrances using a modular encapsulation system. The modular encapsulation system of the present invention proposes a structure divided into two, three, four, five, or more parts, and, in a preferred embodiment, it can be assembled using an upper capsule, a middle capsule, and a lower capsule. Specifically, each of these capsules can be filled with a different fragrance, thus allowing the creation of a personalized perfume by combining different essences. However, the fragrances are only blended when a valve with a tube is inserted into the modular encapsulation system, which ruptures the membranes that seal each of the capsules, releasing the fragrances for blending.Additionally, aluminum seals are incorporated into the capsules to increase safety and prevent contamination and unwanted tampering. In short, this invention provides users with the opportunity to create their own unique and personalized fragrances safely. ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The present invention has the following advantages: It provides the user with the ability to customize the fragrance of a perfume according to individual preferences, enabling hyper-personalization in the perfumery segment; It utilizes a modular encapsulation system, ensuring the separation and protection of each fragrance individually, thus maintaining the integrity of the components and preventing contamination; The modular encapsulation system can be created with two, three, four, five, or more capsules, providing additional flexibility in customization and allowing the user to create even more fragrance combinations; It includes rotational locking mechanisms that allow safe and efficient assembly and disassembly of the capsules; It incorporates membranes in the capsules that are ruptured by a tube when a spray valve is inserted, allowing controlled mixing of the fragrances only at the moment of use, ensuring the freshness of the components; It features aluminum seals to further ensure protection and security against tampering with the capsules before the system is assembled by the consumer. It offers the consumer the unique experience of creating their own fragrance without the need for a perfumer or perfumery laboratory. The modular construction allows for easy replacement or exchange of capsules, potentially increasing the versatility and shelf life of the product. Capsules can be manufactured in different materials, including plastic, glass, aluminum, or stainless steel, providing flexibility in production and potentially influencing the aesthetics, weight, and durability of the product. The modular system can also facilitate the logistics and transportation of individual components, potentially reducing shipping and storage costs. The modular packaging system allows consumers to customize their own fragrance without having to purchase multiple different perfumes, resulting in significant savings for the consumer, who can get a variety of fragrances in a single product, eliminating the need to buy multiple bottles of perfume to get the same variety of fragrances; And, it allows perfume companies to offer a wide variety of fragrances in a hyper-customizable way. [0021] The modular encapsulation system for combining multiple fragrances for perfumes, which is the subject of this patent application. invention, consists of providing consumers and perfume lovers with a set of capsules (1) incorporated by a modular encapsulation system (2), which aims to allow hyper customization in the perfumery segment, enabling each consumer to have a unique experience in creating their own fragrance, in addition to being able to customize an external bottle (F), which covers the aforementioned modular encapsulation system (2) with different labels.

[0022] More particularly, the present invention consists of a modular encapsulation system (2), object of the present invention, which is formed by a connector (19), connectors (22) and a connector (10A), while the connector (10) is inserted in an upper capsule (3), the connectors (22) inserted in an intermediate capsule (4) and the connector (10A) inserted in a lower capsule (5), which are made of plastic, glass, aluminum or stainless steel. In particular, the upper capsule (3) is provided with an upper cylindrical base (6) incorporated by a threaded neck (7), which passes through the upper central hole (8) of the upper capsule (3), also having a membrane (M1). The upper capsule (3) has a lower hollow nozzle (9), which receives a connector (10), being comprised of an external circular base of larger diameter (11), which is interconnected in an ascending central body (12), forming a circular perimeter recess (13).The ascending central body (12) has an internal seat (14), which has the function of accommodating a membrane (15). Furthermore, the connector (10) comprises a projecting lower cylindrical body (16) provided with fitting balls (17). Therefore, the connector (10) is used in the lower hollow nozzle (9) of the upper capsule (3) by means of the perimeter circular recess (13).

[0023] The intermediate capsule (4), in turn, is composed of an upper hollow nozzle (18), which receives the fitting of a connector (19) from top to bottom, in which the connector (19) is provided with a projected cylindrical body (20), being provided with an internal seat (21) to accommodate a membrane (22). The projected cylindrical body (20) is interconnected to a cylindrical base of larger diameter (23) provided with internal recesses (24), which are interconnected in extended channels (25), also having a circular perimeter recess (26A) to fit into the upper hollow nozzle (18) of the intermediate capsule (4). The intermediate capsule (4) also has a lower hollow nozzle (26), which also receives the connector (19), but this time in an inverted manner, that is, the connector (19) is fitted into the lower hollow nozzle (26) of the intermediate capsule (4) from bottom to top, by means of a circular perimeter recess (26B), having an internal seat (21) to accommodate a second membrane (22).

[0024] The lower capsule (5) comprises an upper hollow nozzle (27), which receives the fitting of the connector (10A) composed of an external circular base of larger diameter (28), which interconnects in an ascending central body (29), forming a circular perimeter recess (30). The ascending central body (29) has an internal seat (31) to accommodate a membrane (32). Furthermore, the connector (10A) comprises a lower projecting cylindrical body (33) provided with fitting balls (34). Therefore, the connector (10A) is fitted in the upper hollow nozzle (27) of the lower capsule (5) by means of the circular perimeter recess (30).

[0025] It is worth noting that the membrane (15) housed in the internal seat (14) of the connector (10) of the upper capsule (3), the membranes (22) housed in the internal seats (21) of the connector (19) of the intermediate capsule (4) and the membrane (32) housed in the internal seat (31) of the connector (10A) of the lower capsule (5), allow that there is no type of manipulation of the fragrances incorporated in either the upper capsule (3), the intermediate capsule (4), or the lower capsule (5), meeting all regulatory requirements of the sector.

[0026] Furthermore, in order to increase the safety of the modular encapsulation system (2), aluminum seals (LA) are applied between the connector (10) and the connector (19), as well as the connector (19) and the connector (10A), which increase the safety and protection when handling both capsules. However, said aluminum seals (LA) are removed by the consumer before the modular encapsulation system (2) is assembled.

[0027] Another difference of the present invention is that the modular encapsulation system (2) has a rotation locking mechanism (MR), which allows the upper capsule (3) be interlocked in the intermediate capsule (4), as well as, the lower capsule (5) be interlocked in the intermediate capsule (4). As an example, the rotation locking mechanism (MR) occurs when the upper capsule (3) is inserted into the intermediate capsule (4), more precisely, by means of the fitting balls (17) located in the lower projected cylindrical body (16) of the connector (10), which enter the recesses (24) of the larger diameter cylindrical base (23) of the connector (19). Then, by means of the rotation locking mechanism (MR), the upper capsule (3) is rotated against the intermediate capsule (4), or vice versa, causing the fitting balls (17) to access the extended channels (25) interconnected to the recesses (24) themselves, resulting in locking between both the upper capsule (3) and the intermediate capsule (4).

[0028] The same occurs between the lower capsule (5) and the intermediate capsule (4), that is, the lower capsule (5) is interlocked in the intermediate capsule (4) through the rotation locking mechanism (MR), where the fitting balls (34) of the lower projected cylindrical body (33) of the connector (10A), access the recesses (24) of the larger diameter cylindrical base (23) of the connector (19). Then, through the rotation locking mechanism (MR), the lower capsule (5) is rotated against the intermediate capsule (4), or vice versa, causing the fitting balls (34) to access the extended channels (25) interconnected to the recesses (24) themselves, locking occurring between the lower capsule (5) and the intermediate capsule (4).

[0029] In terms of operation of the modular encapsulation system (2), the user inserts a valve (V) equipped with a tube (T) into the threaded neck (7) of the upper cylindrical base (6) of the upper capsule (3), while the tube (T) breaks the membrane (15) of the upper capsule (3), and the membranes (22) of the intermediate capsule (4) and the membrane (32) of the lower capsule (5), thus causing fragrance mixtures to occur, since the upper capsule (3) can store a fragrance "X", the intermediate capsule (4) a fragrance "Y" and the lower capsule (5) a fragrance "Z".

[0030] However, the modular encapsulation system (2) may be made up of an upper capsule (3), two, four, five or more intermediate capsules (4) and a lower capsule (5), i.e., the modular encapsulation system (2) allows a wide range of capsule quantities to be assembled.

[0031] It is worth noting that in the present invention, the obtaining of fragrances occurs in an extremely safe manner, that is, there is no risk of contamination of the fragrances, given that the modular encapsulation system (2), now claimed, is composed of the aforementioned membranes (15), (22) and (32). Furthermore, the consumer will not need a perfumer to prepare his fragrance in a perfumery laboratory, for example.

[0032] In summary, the modular encapsulation system (2), which is the object of the present invention, allows hyper customization in the perfumery industry, in addition to enabling each consumer to have a unique experience in creating their own fragrance.
