Abstract

The present invention relates to a portable lifting crane that can be easily detached from the point of application for its transport or storage and allows loads to be lifted to a considerable height. To do this, the portable lifting crane is formed by a base (1) and a roller (10) and at least one diverter pulley (8) of a lifting cable (9) that lifts from the roller (10), wherein the base (1) supports a vertical mast (2) to which a side arm (6) is coupled, said arm ending in a diverter pulley (8). The arm (6) can be horizontally oriented with respect to the base (1), characterised in that the base (1) comprises a series of collapsible legs (3) along an articulation (32) with a vertical axis.

Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] Portable lifting crane

[0003] TECHNICAL SECTOR

[0004] This application relates to a portable lifting crane, easily removable from the point of application for transport or storage, and which allows lifting loads to a considerable height.

[0005] It is applicable, among other fields, in the construction or remodeling of buildings.

[0006] STATE OF THE ART

[0007] Cranes for lifting loads to high levels are known in the state of the art. Some cranes are located on the ground and include high, often telescopic, booms, and are limited in height to the boom's length. Others are raised to working height, allowing loads to be raised to that height or lowered from there. The most relevant example is utility model ES1272875U.

[0008] The crane described in that document is very advantageous, but it has been proven that its use could be improved, especially for use and movement by a single operator.

[0009] The applicant is not aware of any system that would solve all these problems.

[0010] BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

[0011] The invention consists of a portable lifting crane according to claim 1. Its various variants solve the aforementioned problems. It is designed to be placed at a height, for example on the floor of a building where the load is to be transported or removed from. It is small in size and easily foldable or disassembled.

[0012] A hoisting crane consists of a base from which a vertical mast and a lateral arm emerge. A pulley for a hoisting cable is mounted at the free end of the arm. A roller retracts the cable when desired, for example, thanks to a motor. The arm can be steered horizontally, meaning it can rotate around a vertical axis. For example, the mast can be rotated on its base. This base has folding legs, which are connected to the base by a joint on a vertical axis (parallel to the mast). The legs can also be telescopic.

[0013] The legs preferably have threaded bushings with height adjusters for the stabilizers, which are made of rubber and have a radius of at least 3 cm. The legs can also be thicker than the previous model and zinc-plated to increase their lifespan.

[0014] Other variants can be seen in the rest of the report.

[0015] DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[0016] For a better understanding of the invention, a section of drawings is included containing the following:

[0017] Figure 1: Side view of an example of a crane based on the one shown in ES1272875U, with the improvements of the invention.

[0018] Figure 2: Top view of the lower part of the mast with possible leg positions.

[0019] MODES OF EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0020] An embodiment of the invention is briefly described below, as an illustrative and non-limiting example thereof. Figure 1 shows an example of a prior art crane consisting of a base (1) supporting a vertical mast (2). The mast (2) is normally round or square in section and extendable. The base (1) has stabilizing legs (3), the improvement of which is part of the invention. In the figure, the base (1) has ballasts (4) arranged in couplings made on some of the legs (3). These ballasts (4) can be replaced by other solutions. For example, the mast (2) may have an upper extension (5) to be held by pressure against the ceiling of the floor where the crane is installed. This upper extension (5) may in turn have extendable stabilizing members. A lateral arm (6), adjustable in angle, emerges from a support (7) from the mast (2).

[0021] The legs (3) have threaded, inclined bushings (31) with height adjusters for the stabilizers (33) that contact the ground. The legs (3) are joined to the base (1) by a vertical axis joint (32), so that they can be folded down on the base (1), approaching the mast (2) to reduce the space they occupy (Figure 2). In addition, they are preferably telescopic. The stabilizers (33) are large (at least 3 cm radius) and made of rubber to prevent slipping.

[0022] At the free end of the arm (6) there is a diversion pulley (8) for the passage of a cable (9) which is guided along the arm (6) and the mast (2) to a roller (10) for collecting the cable (9). This cable (9) is finished in the hook or fastening for the load. The crane may have other diversion pulleys (8) (figure 2).

[0023] The roller (10) is motorized and has a remote control to increase safety and allow the user who places the load on the cable to control the roller (10) and verify that the load follows the intended path without hitting any object.

[0024] On the mast (2) shown, the roller (10) is supported by a shelf (11) which is removable from the mast (2). The attachment of this shelf (11) can be used for the connection of removable transport wheels.
