Description

Insulator

[0001] The present invention relates to an insulator. The present invention relates to a refrigerator equipped with an insulator.

[0002] In refrigerators and other devices, insulation is used to prevent the temperature inside the refrigerator from rising due to the temperature difference between the outside and the inside. In this case, vacuum insulation using a vacuum insulation technique that utilizes the phenomenon of reduced thermal conductivity of low-pressure gas is widely used as the insulation. In addition, such an insulator typically comprises a first plate and a second plate forming a certain space, and a vacuum can be formed by discharging a gas (e.g., air) from the space between the first and second plates and sealing the space.

[0003] The above-mentioned insulator has a panel shape, and devices such as refrigerators have a configuration in which multiple vacuum insulators are assembled and connected. Accordingly, each side of the insulator is connected to another insulator. The connection to the other insulator can typically be achieved through welding between the plates forming the insulator.

[0004] Meanwhile, as described above, when the sealed space between the first and second plates in the insulator becomes a vacuum, there is a disadvantage in that it is vulnerable to the influence of atmospheric pressure or external force. Accordingly, a technology has been proposed in which a support formed with a support pin for supporting the space between the first and second plates forming the sealed vacuum space is arranged in a sliding manner within the sealed space, as disclosed in Patent Publication No. 10-2019-0013338 of the present applicant (published on February 11, 2019, hereinafter referred to as "prior document").

[0005] However, the insulator according to these prior documents has a problem in that atmospheric pressure or external force is concentrated at each point of the support pin or the first or second plate on which the support pin is placed, and as a result, there is a problem in that one point of the support pin or each plate on which the support pin is placed becomes vulnerable.

[0006] In the case of an insulator having a side portion, there is a problem in that it is very difficult to place the support on the side portion using the sliding method as described in the above-mentioned prior art. If the support is not placed on the side portion, there is a problem in that the structure of the insulator is easily damaged when a lateral load is applied.

[0007] The present invention aims to improve the limitations of the prior art as described above, and to provide an embodiment in which the side of an insulator can be supported and the applied load can be efficiently distributed to further improve structural strength.

[0008] In addition, it is intended to provide an embodiment in which the assembly of the insulation can be easily accomplished.

[0009] In addition, we aim to provide an example that can reduce the manufacturing cost of an insulator.

[0010] The insulator of the present invention for solving the above-described problem includes a support disposed in a space formed between a first plate and a second plate or in the vicinity of the space.

[0011] The support may be connected to or supported by at least one of the first plate, the second plate, and the side plate. The support may include a first support portion having one surface connected to one surface of the first plate to support the first plate. The support may include a second support portion having one surface connected to one surface of a second plate, the second plate being arranged to be spaced apart from the first plate, to support the second plate. At least one of the first support portion and the second support portion may be formed in a grid shape.

[0012] In the above support, at least one of the first support and the second support may have a folded surface formed on one side. The folded surface may be connected to one side of a side plate connecting the first plate and the second plate to support the side plate.

[0013] That is, the first plate and the second plate are connected to the side surface where they are connected to the side plate, and the support portion formed by the folded surface is supported, thereby forming a side support structure.

[0014] In this way, the lateral support structure of the support can prevent the spacer from collapsing even when a lateral load is applied to the insulation.

The second support portion may be provided in a grid shape. The second support portion may be formed in a grid shape at least partially identical to the first support portion.

[0016] In an embodiment of such an insulator, the first support and / or the second support may be formed in the same grid shape.

[0017] The first support portion and the second support portion may be formed in a symmetrical shape when facing each other.

The first support portion may include a first side portion connected to one surface of the side plate at one side of the first central portion. The first support portion may include a plurality of first spacer coupling portions protruding from the first central portion and coupled to the third support portion.

[0019] The second support portion may include a second central portion connected to the second plate. The second support portion may include a second side portion connected to one surface of the side plate at one side of the second central portion. The second support portion may include a plurality of second spacer coupling portions protruding from the second central portion and coupled to the third support portion.

[0087] Hereinafter, an embodiment of an insulator to be provided in the present specification will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 10. As illustrated in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the support may be connected to or supported by a first plate or a side plate. The support may be inserted into a space formed by the first plate or the side plate, and / or may be connected to each of the first plate or the side plate, and / or may support each of the first plate or the side plate. Here, the first plate may be the upper plate of the insulator (500), the second plate may be the lower plate of the insulator (500), and the side plate may be the side plate of the insulator (500). The first plate may be the lower plate of the insulator (500), the second plate may be the upper plate of the insulator (500), and the side plate may be the side plate of the insulator (500). In the above-described insulator (500), the first plate and the second plate are arranged to be spaced apart from each other, and the side plate can be connected to one side of the first plate and / or one side of the second plate. The side plate connects the first plate and / or the second plate at one side of the first plate and / or one side of the second plate, and / or seals the space between the first plate and the second plate, thereby forming a vacuum in the space. Accordingly, the insulator (500) can insulate heat by forming the air pressure of the space lower than the external air pressure. Meanwhile, the side plate may also mean a portion connected in a form in which the first plate and the second plate form an arch-shaped curved surface in a direction in which they approach each other and / or are gently bent.

[0088] The support may be formed with a structure as illustrated in FIGS. 5A and 5B, and may be inserted between the first plate and the second plate in the insulator (500) to support the space. The support may include a first support portion (510). The first support portion (510) may be formed in a grid shape. The first support portion (510) may have one side connected to one side of the first plate or include a portion that supports the first plate. The support may include a second support portion (520). The second support portion (520) may be formed in a grid shape at least partially identical to the first support portion (510). The second support portion (520) may have one side connected to one side of the second plate or include a portion that supports the second plate. At least one of the first support portion (510) and the second support portion (520) may have a folded surface (512, 522) formed on one side. The folded surface (512, 522) is characterized in that it is connected to one side of the side plate or supports the side plate. That is, the support portion formed by the folded surface (512, 522) is connected to or supports the side where the first plate and the second plate are connected to the side plate, thereby forming a side support structure. In this way, due to the side support structure of the support, even when a side load is applied to the insulator (500), the spacer can be prevented from collapsing.

[0089] The support may include a center portion (511, 521) or a side portion (512, 522). The center portion (511, 521) may support at least one of the first plate and the second plate. The side portion (512, 522) may support the side plate. That is, the first support portion (510) may include a first center portion (511) formed in a plane shape to support a planar portion of the first plate. The first support portion (510) may include a first side portion (512) formed in a folded shape to support a portion of a curved surface of the side plate. The second support portion (520) may include a second center portion (521) formed in a flat surface to support a flat portion of the second plate. The second support portion (520) may include a second side portion (522) formed in a folded surface to support a portion of a curved portion of the side plate. Meanwhile, the side portions (512, 522) may be formed with a curved surface only in a specific portion as illustrated in FIG. 5A, and the remaining portions may be formed as flat surfaces. Alternatively, as illustrated in FIG. 5B, the first side portion (512) and / or the second side portion (522) may be formed in an arc shape, such that the two side portions (512, 522) meet to form an arch.

[0090] A specific embodiment of the insulation (500) formed with the above support may be as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, or FIGS. 8 to 10.

[0091] The above insulation (600) supports the first plate and the side plate by inserting the support having the structure shown in FIG. 6 into the space.

[0092] The above-described insulator (600), as illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, includes the first plate (601). The insulator (600) includes the second plate (602) arranged to be spaced apart from the first plate (601). The insulator (600) includes the side plate (603) connecting the first plate (601) and / or the second plate (602) at one side of the first plate (601) and / or one side of the second plate (602). The insulator (600) includes the first support portion (610) formed in a grid shape, one surface of which supports the first plate (601). The insulator (600) includes the second support portion (620) formed in a grid shape, at least a portion of which is identical to the first support portion (610), one surface of which supports the second plate (602). The above insulation (600) includes a third support (630) that is coupled to at least one of the first support (610) and the second support (620) between the first support (610) and the second support (620) and / or supports at least one of the first support (610) and the second support (620). The first support (610), the second support (620) and / or the third support (630) may be coupled to the support as illustrated in FIG. 6.

[0093] Meanwhile, in the insulator (600), one surface of the first plate (601) and / or one surface of the second plate (602) may be surfaces forming the space. When the first plate (601) is an upper plate and the second plate (602) is a lower plate, one surface of the first plate (601) may be a lower surface facing the space, and one surface of the second plate (602) may be an upper surface facing the space. Accordingly, the first support portion (610) may have one surface connected to the lower surface of the first plate (601) in the space, and the other surface facing the second support portion (620), and the second support portion (620) may have one surface connected to the upper surface of the second plate (602) in the space, and the other surface facing the first support portion (610).

[0094] In the above insulator (600), at least one of the first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620) may have a folded surface (612, 622) formed on at least one side. The folded surface (612, 622) is connected to one side of the side plate (603) or supports the side plate (603). Preferably, both the first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620) may have the folded surface (612, 622) formed on at least one side. That is, the insulator (600) may have the folded surface (612, 622) formed on a portion corresponding to a side surface, so that the side surface may be supported by the folded surface (612, 622). In particular, as shown in Fig. 6, the corner (CC) portion where the two sides meet is formed in a round shape where the two sides continue in a curved shape, so that the corner (CC) portion can be supported in a round shape.

[0095] The above-described insulator (600) may include a center portion (611, 621) or a side portion (612, 622). The center portion (611, 621) may support at least one of the first plate (601) and the second plate (602). The side portion (612, 622) may support the side plate (603) or a curved portion of the side plate (603). The center portion (611, 621) may include the first center portion (611) connected to or supported by a portion or a flat portion of the first plate (601) at the first support portion (610). The center portion (611, 621) may include the second center portion (621) connected to or supported by a portion or a flat portion of the second plate (602) at the second support portion (620). The side portion (612, 622) may include the first side portion (612) that is connected to or supported by the curved portion of the first plate (601) at the first support portion (610), or by a portion of the side plate (603). The side portion (612, 622) may include the second side portion (622) that is connected to or supported by the curved portion of the second plate (602) at the second support portion (620), or by another portion of the side plate (603).

[0096] The first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620) may be formed with different grid shapes. For example, the first support portion (610) may be formed with a first grid shape, and / or the second support portion (620) may be formed with a second grid shape that is partially similar to the first grid shape, or a third grid shape that is different from the first grid shape. The first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620) may preferably be formed with the same grid shape. More specifically, when the first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620) face each other, the grid shapes may be symmetrical. Accordingly, the difference between the supporting force of the first support member (610) supporting the first plate (601) on one side of the first plate (601) and the supporting force of the second support member (620) supporting the second plate (602) on one side of the second plate (602) can be formed within a certain range. This may mean that the first support member (610) and the second support member (620) are produced in the same process or are the same product.

[0097] The first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620) may be formed in a symmetrical shape when facing each other. For example, when they are combined while facing each other as illustrated in FIG. 6, they may be formed in a symmetrical shape. That is, the first side portion (612) of the first support portion (610) and the second side portion (622) of the second support portion (620) may be formed in the same direction, and when combined as illustrated in FIG. 6, they may be formed in a symmetrical shape. This may mean that the first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620) are formed in the same process, but the first side portion (612) and the second side portion (622) are formed in opposite directions.

[0098] The first support portion (610) may include the first central portion (611) connected to or supported by the first plate (601). The first support portion (610) may include the first side portion (612) connected to or supported by one surface of the side plate (603) on one side of the first central portion (611). The first support portion (610) may include a first spacer coupling portion (613) protruding from the first central portion (611) and coupled with the third support portion (630). That is, the first support portion (610) may be divided into the first central portion (611) and the first side portion (612). The first support portion (610) can be coupled to the third support portion (630) through the first spacer coupling portion (613) protruding from the first center portion (611).

[0099] The first central portion (611) can support the first plate (601) and / or the first side portion (612) can support the side plate (603). Accordingly, the first support portion (610) can support one side and the side surface of the first plate (601) in the insulator (600).

[0100] The first spacer coupling portion (613) may be a coupling member protruding from the first central portion (611) toward the third support portion (630). The first spacer coupling portion (613) may be configured to be coupled with the support coupling portion (633) of the third support portion (630), and may be coupled to the third support portion (630) through the support coupling portion (633). For example, the first spacer coupling portion (613) may be formed as a female portion, and the support coupling portion (633) may be formed as a male portion, so that the first spacer coupling portion (613) and the support coupling portion (633) may be coupled male and female. Alternatively, the first spacer coupling portion (613) may be formed as a male portion, and the support coupling portion (633) may be formed as a female portion, so that the first spacer coupling portion (613) and the support coupling portion (633) may be male-female coupled. Preferably, the first spacer coupling portion (613) may be formed as a male portion, and the support coupling portion (633) may be formed as a female portion. The first spacer coupling portion (613) may protrude from the first central portion (611) at a predetermined interval. The first spacer coupling portion (613) may be provided in plurality. The support coupling portion (633) may be provided in plurality. The plurality of first spacer coupling portions (613) may protrude in the same shape. In this case, the plurality of support coupling portions (633) may be arranged at the same interval as the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (613). In this way, when the plurality of first spacer connecting portions (613) are connected to the plurality of support connecting portions (633), a plurality of pillars supporting the first support portion (610) and / or the third support portion (630) can be formed between the first support portion (610) and the third support portion (630).

[0101] The second support portion (620) may include the second central portion (621) connected to or supported by the second plate (602). The second support portion (620) may include the second side portion (622) connected to or supported by one surface of the side plate (603) on one side of the second central portion (621). The second support portion (620) may include a second spacer coupling portion (633) protruding from the second central portion (621) and coupled to the third support portion (630). That is, the second support portion (620) may be divided into the second central portion (621) and the second side portion (622). The second support portion (620) can be coupled to the third support portion (630) through the second spacer coupling portion (623) protruding from the second central portion (621).

[0102] The second central portion (621) can support the second plate (602) and / or the second side portion (622) can support the side plate (603). Accordingly, the second support portion (620) can support one side and the side surface of the second plate (602) in the insulator (600).

[0103] The second spacer coupling portion (623) may be a coupling member protruding from the second central portion (621) toward the third support portion (630). The second spacer coupling portion (623) may be configured to be coupled with the support coupling portion (633) of the third support portion (630), and may be coupled to the third support portion (630) through the support coupling portion (633). For example, the second spacer coupling portion (623) may be formed as a female portion, and the support coupling portion (633) may be formed as a male portion, so that the second spacer coupling portion (623) and the support coupling portion (633) may be coupled male and female. Alternatively, the second spacer coupling portion (623) may be formed as a male portion, and the support coupling portion (633) may be formed as a female portion, so that the second spacer coupling portion (623) and the support coupling portion (633) may be male-female coupled. Preferably, the second spacer coupling portion (623) may be formed as a male portion, and the support coupling portion (633) may be formed as a female portion. The second spacer coupling portion (623) may be provided in plurality. The support coupling portion (633) may be provided in plurality. The plurality of second spacer coupling portions (623) may protrude from the second central portion (621) at regular intervals. The plurality of second spacer coupling portions (623) may protrude in the same shape. In this case, the plurality of support coupling portions (633) may be arranged at the same interval as the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (623). In this way, when the plurality of second spacer coupling parts (623) are coupled with the plurality of support coupling parts (633), a plurality of pillars supporting the second support part (620) and / or the third support part (630) can be formed between the second support part (620) and the third support part (630).

[0104] The third support part (630) may be disposed between the first support part (610) and the second support part (620). The third support part (630) may be disposed to have the same distance from each of the first support part (610) and the second support part (620). That is, the third support part (630) may be disposed at a position corresponding to the center (e.g., the exact center) between the first support part (610) and the second support part (620). The third support part (630) may be disposed at a position corresponding to the middle between the first support part (610) and the second support part (620) and / or may be coupled with the first support part (610) and / or the second support part (620). For example, when the first plate (601) corresponds to the upper plate and the second plate (602) corresponds to the lower plate, the upper surface of the third support portion (630) may face the lower surface of the first support portion (610) and be combined with the first support portion (610), and the lower surface of the third support portion (630) may face the upper surface of the second support portion (620) and be combined with the second support portion (620). Accordingly, the third support portion (630) may support the first support portion (610) and / or the second support portion (620) between the first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620).

[0105] The third support portion (630) may have a plurality of support coupling portions (633) protruding from each of both surfaces, or may be coupled to the first support portion (610) and / or the second support portion (620) through the plurality of support coupling portions (633). The third support portion (630) may include a first support coupling portion protruding from one surface facing the first support portion (610), or male-female coupled with the first spacer coupling portion (613), and / or a second support coupling portion (633) protruding from the other surface facing the second support portion (620), or male-female coupled with the second spacer coupling portion (623). That is, the third support portion (630) may have the support coupling portion (633) protrude from one surface toward the first support coupling portion (633), such that the first spacer coupling portion (613) of the first support portion (610) and the first support coupling portion (633) are coupled on the one surface, and / or may protrude from the other surface toward the second support coupling portion (633), such that the second spacer coupling portion (623) of the second support portion (620) and the second support coupling portion (633) are coupled on the other surface. In this case, the first spacer coupling portion (613) and the second spacer coupling portion (623) may protrude at the same interval, and / or the support coupling portion (633) may protrude at the same interval as the first spacer coupling portion (613) and the second spacer coupling portion (623). The above support coupling part (633) is formed as a male part when the first spacer coupling part (613) and the second spacer coupling part (623) are formed as female parts, and is formed as a female part when the first spacer coupling part (613) and the second spacer coupling part (623) are formed as male parts, so that the first spacer coupling part (613) and the second spacer coupling part (623) can be combined male and female. In this way, by connecting the support connecting portion (633) with the first spacer connecting portion (613) and the second spacer connecting portion (623), a pillar supporting the first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620) can be formed between the first support portion (610) and the second support portion (620).

[0106] Meanwhile, the third support part (630) may further include a first shield part (631) arranged between the first support part (610) and the third support part (630) and / or dividing the space between the first support part (610) and the third support part (630) into two or more zones. The third support part (630) may further include a second shield part (632) arranged between the second support part (620) and the third support part (630) and / or dividing the space between the second support part (620) and the third support part (630) into two or more zones. That is, the third support part (630) may further include one or more of the first shield part (631) and the second shield part (632). The third support portion (630) may preferably include each of the first shield portion (631) and the second shield portion (632). Meanwhile, the length of the first shield portion (631) and / or the second shield portion (632) may be formed to be less than the length of the first support portion (610) and / or the second support portion (620). That is, the first shield portion (631) and / or the second shield portion (632) may be formed to have a length that is not connected to the side portions (612, 622). For example, as illustrated in FIG. 7, they may be formed to be less than the length of the grid corresponding to the side portions (612, 622). In this case, the length by which the first shielding portion (631) and / or the second shielding portion (632) protrudes from the grid toward the side portions (612, 622) may be formed within a certain range. For example, it may be less than half the length of the grid. Accordingly, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the first shielding portion (631) and / or the second shielding portion (632) may be unconnected to the side portions (612, 622), thereby preventing damage to the first shielding portion (631) and / or the second shielding portion (632) due to a load applied to the side portions (612, 622).

[0107] In this way, the insulator (600) can be configured to form the support as illustrated in Fig. 6 by combining the first support (610), the second support (620), and the third support (630) through the combination of the first spacer coupling portion (613), the second spacer coupling portion (623), and the coupling portion (633). This support can be inserted into the space formed by the first plate (601) to the side plate (603) in a sliding manner, or the support can be sealed while being positioned in the space.

[0108] In the case where the above insulation (600) is connected to the above-mentioned folded surface (612, 622) and the above-mentioned side plate (603), as illustrated in Fig. 7, a gap (SS) of a certain area can be formed between the above-mentioned folded surface (612, 622) and the above-mentioned side plate (603). By virtue of this gap (SS), the thermal conduction between the above-mentioned side plate (603) and the above-mentioned folded surface (612, 622) can be reduced.

[0109] Meanwhile, as another embodiment of the insulation (700), the support having a structure as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is inserted into the space to support the first plate or the side plate.

[0110] The above-described insulator (700) includes the first plate (701), as illustrated in FIGS. 8 to 10. The insulator (700) includes the second plate (702) arranged to be spaced apart from the first plate (701). The insulator (700) includes the side plate (703) connecting the first plate (701) and / or the second plate (702) at one side of the first plate (701) and / or one side of the second plate (702). The insulator (700) includes a first support member (710) formed in a grid shape, one side of which is connected to one side of the first plate (701) and the other side of which is coupled to the other side of the second support member (720) to support the first plate (701). The above insulation (700) includes the second support (720) formed in a lattice shape at least partially identical to the first support (710), such that one side is connected to one side of the second plate (702) and the other side is joined to the other side of the first support (710) to support the second plate (702).

[0111] Here, the first support (710) and / or the second support (720) can be combined with the support as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8.

[0112] Meanwhile, in the insulator (700), one surface of the first plate (701) and / or one surface of the second plate (702) may be surfaces forming the space. When the first plate (701) is an upper plate and the second plate (702) is a lower plate, one surface of the first plate (701) may be a lower surface facing the space, and one surface of the second plate (702) may be an upper surface facing the space. Accordingly, the first support portion (710) may have one surface connected to the lower surface of the first plate (701) in the space, and / or the other surface may face the second support portion (720). The second support portion (720) may have one surface connected to the upper surface of the second plate (702) in the space, and / or the other surface may face the first support portion (710).

[0113] In the above-described insulator (700), at least one of the first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720) has a folded surface (712, 722) formed on at least one side, and / or the folded surface (712, 722) supports a side plate (703) connecting the first plate (701) and / or the second plate (702). Preferably, both the first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720) may have the folded surface (712, 722) formed on at least one side. That is, the insulator (700) may have the folded surface (712, 722) formed on a portion corresponding to a side surface, so that the side surface may be supported by the folded surface (712, 722).

[0114] The insulator (700) may include a center portion (711, 721) supporting a planar portion of the first plate (701) and / or the second plate (702), and / or may include a side portion (712, 722) supporting a curved portion of the side plate (703). The center portion (711, 721) may include the first center portion (711) connected to the planar portion of the first plate (701) at the first support portion (710). The center portion (711, 721) may include the second center portion (721) connected to the planar portion of the second plate (702) at the second support portion (720). The side portions (712, 722) may include the first side portion (712) that is connected to a curved portion of the first plate (701) at the first support portion (710), that is, a portion of the side plate (703). The side portions (712, 722) may include the second side portion (722) that is connected to a curved portion of the second plate (702) at the second support portion (720), that is, another portion of the side plate (703).

[0115] The first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720) may be formed in different grid shapes. For example, the first support portion (710) may be formed in a first grid shape, and / or the second support portion (720) may be formed in a second grid shape that is partially similar to the first grid shape, or in a third grid shape that is different from the first grid shape.

[0116] The first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720) may be formed in an asymmetrical shape when facing each other. For example, when they are combined while facing each other as illustrated in FIG. 8, they may be formed in an asymmetrical shape. That is, the first side portion (712) of the first support portion (710) and the second side portion (722) of the second support portion (720) may be formed in the same one-sided direction, but when combined as illustrated in FIG. 8, they may be formed in an asymmetrical shape.

[0117] The first support portion (710) may include the first central portion (711) connected to or supported by the first plate (701). The first support portion (710) may include the first side portion (712) connected to or supported by one surface of the side plate (703) on one side of the first central portion (711). The first support portion (710) may include a first spacer coupling portion (713) protruding from the first central portion (711) and coupled to the second support portion (720). That is, the first support portion (710) may be divided into the first central portion (711) and the first side portion (712). The first support portion (710) can be coupled to the second support portion (720) through the first spacer coupling portion (713) protruding from the first center portion (711).

[0118] The first central portion (711) can support the first plate (701) and / or the first side portion (712) can support the side plate (703). Accordingly, the first support portion (710) can support one side and the side surface of the first plate (701) in the insulator (700).

[0119] The first spacer coupling portion (713) may be a coupling member protruding from the first central portion (711) toward the second support portion (720). The first spacer coupling portion (713) may be configured to be coupled with the second spacer coupling portion (723) of the second support portion (720), and may be coupled to the second support portion (720) through the second spacer coupling portion (723). The first spacer coupling portions (713) may be provided in plurality. Each of the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713) may be configured with one of a female portion (713a) and a male portion (713b). That is, the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713) may include one or more female portions (713a) and one or more male portions (713b). For example, some of the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713) may be formed as female portions (713a), and the remaining coupling portions may be formed as male portions (713b), and some of the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723) may be formed as male portions (723b), and the remaining coupling portions may be formed as female portions (723a), so that some of the coupling portions (713a) of the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713) and some of the coupling portions (723b) of the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723) may be formed as male and female couplings, and each of the remaining coupling portions (713b) of the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713) and each of the remaining coupling portions (723a) of the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723) may be formed as male and female couplings. Preferably, the plurality of first spacer connecting portions (713) may be formed in an alternating manner in the order of female portions (713a) and male portions (713b), and the plurality of second spacer connecting portions (723) may be formed in an alternating manner in the order of male portions (723b) and female portions (723a). These plurality of first spacer connecting portions (713) may protrude from the first central portion (711) at regular intervals. The plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713) may have female coupling portions (713a) protruding in the same shape and male coupling portions (713b) protruding in the same shape. In this case, the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723) may be arranged at the same interval as the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713). In this way, when the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713) are coupled with the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723), a plurality of pillars supporting the first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720) may be formed between the first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720).

[0120] The second support portion (720) may include the second central portion (721) connected to or supported by the second plate (702). The second support portion (720) may include the second side portion (722) connected to or supported by one surface of the side plate (703) on one side of the second central portion (721). The second support portion (720) may include the second spacer coupling portion (723) protruding from the second central portion (721) and coupled to the first support portion (710). That is, the second support portion (720) may be divided into the second central portion (721) and the second side portion (722). The second support portion (720) can be coupled to the first support portion (710) through the second spacer coupling portion (723) protruding from the second central portion (721).

[0121] The second central portion (721) can support the second plate (702) and / or the second side portion (722) can support the side plate (703). Accordingly, the second support portion (720) can support one side and the side surface of the second plate (702) in the insulator (700).

[0122] The second spacer coupling portion (723) may be a coupling member protruding from the second central portion (721) toward the first support portion (710). The second spacer coupling portion (723) may be configured to be coupled with the second spacer coupling portion (713) of the first support portion (710), and may be coupled to the first support portion (710) through the first spacer coupling portion (713). The second spacer coupling portions (723) may be provided in plurality. Each of the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723) may be configured with one of a female portion (723a) and a male portion (723b). That is, the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723) may include one or more female portions (723a) and one or more male portions (723b). For example, some of the second spacer coupling portions (723) may be formed as male portions (723b) and the remaining coupling portions may be formed as female portions (723a), and some of the first spacer coupling portions (713) may be formed as female portions (713a) and the remaining coupling portions may be formed as male portions (713b), so that some of the second spacer coupling portions (723b) and some of the first spacer coupling portions (713a) may be formed as male portions, and some of the second spacer coupling portions (723a) and some of the first spacer coupling portions (713) may be formed as female portions, and some of the second spacer coupling portions (723a) and some of the first spacer coupling portions (713) may be formed as male portions. Preferably, the plurality of second spacer connecting portions (723) may be formed in a cross-like manner in the order of the male portion (723b) and the female portion (723a), and the plurality of first spacer connecting portions (713) may be formed in a cross-like manner in the order of the female portion (713a) and the male portion (713b). The plurality of second spacer connecting portions (723) may protrude from the second central portion (721) at regular intervals. The plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723) may have female coupling portions (723b) protruding in the same shape and male coupling portions (723a) protruding in the same shape. In this case, the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713) may be arranged at the same interval as the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723). In this way, when the plurality of second spacer coupling portions (723) are coupled with the plurality of first spacer coupling portions (713), a plurality of pillars supporting the first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720) may be formed between the first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720).

[0123] Each of the first plurality of spacer coupling portions (713) and the second plurality of spacer coupling portions (723) may be arranged in a plurality of columns and a plurality of rows according to the grid shape and protrude. That is, each of the first plurality of spacer coupling portions (713) and the second plurality of spacer coupling portions (723) may protrude in an M x N matrix shape from each of the first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720) formed in the grid shape. Accordingly, each of the first plurality of spacer coupling portions (713) and the second plurality of spacer coupling portions (723) may protrude M x N times from each of the first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720).

[0124] Each of the first plurality of spacer coupling portions (713) and the second plurality of spacer coupling portions (723) may alternately protrude in the form of a first coupling member and a second coupling member different from the form of the first coupling member according to the arrangement according to the grid shape. For example, when a coupling portion corresponding to the first row and the first column among the first plurality of spacer coupling portions (713) protrudes in the form of the first coupling member, a coupling portion corresponding to the first row and the second column may protrude in the form of the second coupling member, and a coupling portion corresponding to the first row and the third column may protrude in the form of the first coupling member. In this case, a coupling portion corresponding to the second row and the first column may also protrude in the form of the second coupling member, and a coupling portion corresponding to the third row and the first column may protrude in the form of the first coupling member.

[0125] Here, the first coupling member shape and the second coupling member shape may be a shape that is male and female and are connected to each other. For example, the first coupling member shape may be a female part (713a, 723a) and the second coupling member shape may be a male part (713b, 723b). Conversely, the first coupling member shape may be a male part (713b, 723b) and the second coupling member shape (b) may be a female part (713a, 723a).

[0126] In this case, each of the first plurality of spacer coupling portions (713) and the second plurality of spacer coupling portions (723) may protrude in a different shape from the facing coupling portions. That is, when a coupling portion protruding at a certain position of the first support portion (710) is in the shape of the first coupling member, a coupling portion protruding at a position corresponding to the certain position of the second support portion (720) may be in the shape of the second coupling member. Accordingly, the facing first spacer coupling portions (713) and second spacer coupling portions (723) may be coupled male and female.

[0127] The first plurality of spacer connecting portions (713) may protrude in the form of the first connecting member at a position in the array where the sum of the matrix values is an even number, and may protrude in the form of the second connecting member at a position in the array where the sum of the matrix values is an odd number. For example, positions where the sum of the matrix values is an even number, such as (1, 1), (1, 3), (2, 2), (2, 4), (3, 1), (3, 3), and (5, 1), may protrude in the form of the first connecting member, and positions where the sum of the matrix values is an odd number, such as (1, 2), (1, 4), (2, 1), (2, 3), (3, 2), (3, 4), and (5, 2) may protrude in the form of the second connecting member.

[0128] The second plurality of spacer connecting portions (723) may protrude in the form of the second connecting member at positions where the sum of the matrix values in the array corresponds to an even number, and may protrude in the form of the first connecting member at positions where the sum of the matrix values in the array corresponds to an odd number. For example, positions where the sum of the matrix values corresponds to an even number, such as (1, 1), (1, 3), (2, 2), (2, 4), (3, 1), (3, 3), and (5, 1), may protrude in the form of the second connecting member, and positions where the sum of the matrix values corresponds to an odd number, such as (1, 2), (1, 4), (2, 1), (2, 3), (3, 2), (3, 4), and (5, 2) may protrude in the form of the first connecting member.

[0129] In this way, the insulation (700) is formed in a form in which the first plurality of spacer coupling portions (713) and the second plurality of spacer coupling portions (723) alternate in the first coupling member shape and the second coupling member shape as illustrated in FIG. 9, so that the first support portion (710) and the second support portion (720) are coupled by the coupling of the first plurality of spacer coupling portions (713) and the second plurality of spacer coupling portions (723), thereby forming the support as illustrated in FIG. 8. This support may be inserted into the space formed by the first plate (701) to the side plate (703) in a sliding manner, or may be sealed while the support is positioned in the space.

[0130] In the case where the above insulation (700) is connected to the above-mentioned folded surface (712, 722) and the above-mentioned side plate (703), as illustrated in Fig. 10, a gap (SS) of a certain area can be formed between the above-mentioned folded surface (712, 722) and the above-mentioned side plate (703). By this gap (SS), the thermal conduction between the above-mentioned side plate (703) and the above-mentioned folded surface (712, 722) can be reduced.

[0131] Although the embodiments of the above insulator have been described so far, the described embodiments can be modified in various ways without departing from the scope of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the described embodiments, but should be determined not only by the claims described below but also by equivalents of the claims.
