Mounting surface matches the electronic mechanical brake device and vehicle with outlet wires
[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application with application number 202311020639.1 filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on August 14, 2023, and priority to the Chinese patent application entitled “Electronic mechanical braking device and vehicle with mounting surface matching wires”, all contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0002] The present application relates to the field of vehicle technology, and in particular to an electronic mechanical brake device with a mounting surface and a vehicle. Background Art
[0003] Electromechanical brakes (EMBs) utilize a motor and mechanical transmission mechanism to actuate the brakes. EMBs offer a simple structure, responsiveness, smooth load transfer, and high transmission efficiency, eliminating the need for hydraulic piping. They can enhance vehicle safety, handling, and comfort.
[0004] Electromechanical brakes are equipped with auxiliary control circuit components, which transmit signals via signal transmission lines. However, the relatively complex internal mechanical transmission structure and cramped interior space of electromechanical brakes make routing these lines difficult.
[0005] Summary of the Invention
[0006] This application provides an electronic mechanical brake device and a vehicle with mating mounting surfaces for wire routing. The device utilizes the mating clearance between the mounting surfaces of the housing of the electronic mechanical brake device to route wires, thereby facilitating the routing of signal transmission lines and reducing the overall size of the electronic mechanical brake device. This application specifically includes the following solutions:
[0007] In a first aspect, the present application provides an electromechanical brake device having a mounting surface with a matching lead-out line. The electromechanical brake device includes a driver housing and a brake housing. The driver housing is used to accommodate a transmission assembly of the driver. The brake housing is used to accommodate a transmission assembly of the brake. The transmission assembly of the brake drives at least one friction plate. The driver housing and the brake housing each include a mounting surface. The two mounting surfaces are used to be fixedly connected to each other, wherein:
[0008] Each mounting surface includes a through hole, the through hole is used to avoid the transmission connection member, the transmission connection member is used to transmit and connect the transmission assembly of the driver and the transmission assembly of the brake;
[0009] At least one mounting surface includes at least one groove, the at least one groove is used to avoid at least one signal transmission line, and the at least one signal transmission line is used to electrically connect at least one circuit component accommodated in the housing of the driver or the housing of the brake.
[0010] In the electronic mechanical brake device of this application, the driver housing and the brake housing are fixedly connected, and a groove formed between the two mounting surfaces is used to avoid the signal transmission line. This allows the circuit components housed in one housing to be connected to the signal transmission line through the gap between the two mounting surfaces. The signal transmission line extends a relatively short distance inside the electronic mechanical brake device housing, which facilitates the arrangement of the internal transmission components of the electronic mechanical brake device and reduces the overall size of the electronic mechanical brake device. It also facilitates the arrangement of the signal transmission line outside the housing.
[0011] In one implementation, the groove extends in a direction parallel to the mounting surface. Along the extending direction of the groove, the groove includes a wire entry end close to the through hole and a wire exit end away from the through hole, wherein:
[0012] The line inlet is connected to the interior of the driver housing or the interior of the brake housing, and the signal transmission line extends into the groove through the line inlet;
[0013] The outlet terminal is located at the edge of the installation surface, and the signal transmission line extends out of the installation surface through the outlet terminal.
[0014] In this implementation, the position in the housing for leading out the signal transmission line is relatively close to the center of the mounting surface, which is beneficial to the sealing protection inside the housing.
[0015] In one implementation, the groove extends in a straight line direction parallel to the mounting surface, and an extension line of a line connecting the outlet end and the inlet end of the groove passes through the center of the circle of the through hole.
[0016] In this implementation, the extension path of the signal transmission line is relatively short, and the processing and manufacturing of the groove is convenient.
[0017] In one implementation, the electronic mechanical brake device includes a seal that fills a gap between the signal transmission line and the line input end to seal the housing of the driver or the housing of the brake.
[0018] In this implementation, the sealing member can provide a sealing and protective effect on the housing.
[0019] In one implementation, there are two grooves, which are symmetrically distributed in the vertical direction relative to the center of the through hole, wherein:
[0020] When the electronic mechanical brake device is used to brake the left wheel of the vehicle, the signal transmission line extends out of the mounting surface through a groove;
[0021] When the electronic mechanical brake device is used to brake the right wheel of the vehicle, the signal transmission line extends out of the mounting surface through another groove.
[0022] In this implementation, the two grooves are symmetrically arranged, which can improve the compatibility and interchangeability of the electronic mechanical brake device, so that the electronic mechanical brake device can be adapted to both the left and right wheels of the vehicle.
[0023] In one implementation, the housing of the driver and the housing of the brake are fixedly connected by a pair of bolts, wherein:
[0024] A pair of bolts are symmetrically distributed along the radial direction relative to the center of the through hole;
[0025] Along the circumference of the through-hole, one bolt of the pair of bolts is located between the two grooves.
[0026] In this implementation, the two housings are fixedly connected by a pair of bolts, and the arrangement direction of the pair of bolts is approximately along the vertical direction, which can compress the horizontal size of the electronic mechanical brake device and reasonably utilize the wheel end space.
[0027] In one implementation, one of the two mounting surfaces is provided with two pairs of bolt holes, the two pairs of bolt holes being symmetrically distributed in the vertical direction relative to the center of the through hole, wherein one pair of bolt holes is used for fixed connection with a pair of bolts, wherein:
[0028] When the electronic mechanical brake device is used to brake the left wheel of the vehicle, a pair of bolts is fixedly connected to one of the pairs of bolt holes;
[0029] When the electronic mechanical brake device is used to brake the right wheel of a vehicle, a pair of bolts is fixedly connected to another pair of bolt holes.
[0030] In this implementation, by providing two symmetrical pairs of bolt holes, the compatibility and interchangeability of the electronic mechanical brake device can be improved, so that the electronic mechanical brake device can be adapted to both the left and right wheels of the vehicle.
[0031] In one implementation, the brake housing is used to accommodate a circuit assembly, which includes a pressure sensor. The pressure sensor is used to detect the pressure generated when the brake's transmission assembly drives at least one friction plate and transmit a pressure detection signal through at least one signal transmission line.
[0032] In this implementation, the brake housing houses a pressure sensor for detecting brake pressure, and the signal transmission line is used to transmit the detected signal to the driver to match and adjust the output torque, thereby ensuring smooth and reliable braking of the electronic mechanical brake device.
[0033] In one implementation, the pressure sensor is arranged on the side of the mounting surface of the transmission connector facing the brake housing along the length direction of the transmission connector, and the side of the mounting surface of the pressure sensor facing the brake housing is used to electrically connect at least one signal transmission line.
[0034] In this implementation, the pressure sensor is arranged on the side of the brake transmission assembly close to the driver, and the line is output from this side to shorten the extension length of the signal transmission line, which is beneficial to the internal space layout of the brake.
[0035] In one implementation, the driver includes a circuit board. The housing of the driver is used to accommodate the circuit board. The circuit board is used to fix a control circuit. The control circuit is used to receive signals from the pressure sensor.
[0036] In this implementation, the transmission assembly of the driver is relatively large, and the corresponding driver housing is relatively large to facilitate accommodating the structure of the circuit board.
[0037] In one implementation, the thickness direction of the circuit board is perpendicular to the mounting surface of the driver housing, and the transmission assembly of the driver is arranged between the circuit board and the mounting surface of the driver housing.
[0038] In this implementation, the layout of the circuit board can reduce the volume of the electronic mechanical brake device along the wheel axis, making rational use of the wheel end space. Moreover, the circuit board will not affect the transmission connection between the driver's transmission assembly and the brake transmission assembly.
[0039] In one implementation, the driver includes a brake motor, the housing of the driver is used to accommodate the brake motor, and the brake motor is used to drive the transmission component of the driver to rotate, wherein:
[0040] Along the length direction of the transmission connection, the brake motor is located on the side of the drive transmission assembly facing the brake;
[0041] Along the radial direction of the transmission connecting piece, the brake motor and the transmission assembly of the brake are arranged side by side.
[0042] In this implementation, the power output by the brake motor is transmitted to the friction plate via a "U"-shaped line, which compresses the volume of the electronic mechanical brake device along the axial direction of the wheel and rationally utilizes the wheel end space.
[0043] In one implementation, the transmission assembly of the driver includes an input shaft and an output shaft in transmission connection, wherein:
[0044] The input shaft and the output shaft are arranged at intervals along the radial direction of the transmission connection member;
[0045] Along the axial direction of the input shaft, the input shaft and the motor shaft of the brake motor are coaxially driven;
[0046] Along the axial direction of the output shaft, the output shaft and the transmission connecting member are coaxially driven.
[0047] In this implementation, the input shaft and output shaft of the driver are arranged side by side and in transmission connection, which can realize the reversing transmission of the output power of the brake motor and compress the length dimension of the electronic mechanical brake device.
[0048] In one implementation, the transmission connector and the output shaft are an integrated structure; or, the transmission connector and the transmission assembly of the brake are an integrated structure.
[0049] In this implementation, the transmission connection member can form an integrated structure with the output shaft or the rotation input member, eliminating the transmission structure at one end of the rotation connection member, and further compressing the overall volume of the electronic mechanical brake device.
[0050] In a second aspect, the present application provides a vehicle comprising wheels and an electronic mechanical brake device provided by any one of the above-mentioned implementations, wherein the length direction of the transmission connecting member in the electronic mechanical brake device is parallel to the axle of the wheel.
[0051] The vehicle provided in the second aspect of the present application is braked using the electronic mechanical brake device provided in the first aspect of the present application. Because the electronic mechanical brake device provided in the first aspect of the present application utilizes mounting surfaces between housings to accommodate wires, thereby reducing the overall volume, the vehicle provided in the present application can have a larger interior space. [0066] The present application provides an electronic mechanical brake device with mounting surfaces for wiring. The electronic mechanical brake device includes a driver housing and a brake housing. The driver housing and the brake housing are respectively used to accommodate a transmission assembly. The transmission assembly of the brake drives at least one friction plate. The driver housing and the brake housing each include a mounting surface. The two mounting surfaces are fixedly connected to each other. Each mounting surface includes a through hole for accommodating a transmission connector. The transmission connector is used to transmit and connect the transmission assembly of the driver and the transmission assembly of the brake. At least one mounting surface includes at least one groove. The at least one groove is used to accommodating at least one signal transmission line. The at least one signal transmission line is used to electrically connect at least one circuit assembly housed in the driver housing or the brake housing. The electronic mechanical brake device of the present application utilizes the matching gap between the housing mounting surfaces to route the wires, thereby facilitating the routing of the signal transmission lines and reducing the overall volume of the electronic mechanical brake device.
[0067] The present application provides a vehicle comprising a wheel and the aforementioned electromechanical brake device. The length of the transmission connector in the electromechanical brake device is parallel to the wheel axle. The vehicle is braked using the electromechanical brake device. The electromechanical brake device utilizes mounting surfaces between housings to accommodate wiring, thereby reducing the overall volume of the vehicle, thereby providing a larger interior space.
[0068] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the working scene of the vehicle 1000 provided in the embodiment of the present application, and Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the internal structure arrangement of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application. In order to clearly illustrate the internal functional structure of the electronic mechanical braking device 100, the structure of part of the shell of the electronic mechanical braking device 100 is hidden in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 1, the vehicle 1000 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a wheel 1001 and an electronic mechanical braking device 100. The electronic mechanical braking device 100 is fixed to the frame of the vehicle 1000 and is arranged corresponding to the position of the wheel 1001. The electronic mechanical braking device 100 is used to brake the wheel 1001.
[0069] In one embodiment, a brake disc (illustrated as brake disc 21 in FIG. 3 ) is coaxially fixed to wheel 1001. During travel of vehicle 1000, the brake disc rotates synchronously with wheel 1001. An electromechanical brake device 100 is fixed to the vehicle frame and positioned corresponding to the brake disc. Electromechanical brake device 100 generates frictional force through contact with the brake disc, thereby braking the brake disc and indirectly braking wheel 1001.
[0070] It should be noted that in the embodiment shown in FIG1 , only one wheel 1001 and one electromechanical brake device 100 are used as an example for illustration. In actual application scenarios, some wheels or each wheel 1001 of the vehicle 1000 may be provided with an electromechanical brake device 100.
[0071] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the electronic mechanical braking device 100 includes a driver 10 and a brake 20. The driver 10 is used to provide driving force for the brake 20, and the brake 20 is used to generate internal mechanism action after receiving power to brake the wheel 1001 (i.e., the brake disc), thereby achieving braking of the vehicle 1000.
[0072] The electromechanical brake device 100 further includes a transmission connector 30 between the driver 10 and the brake 20. The transmission connector 30 is connected between the driver 10 and the brake 20 and is used to transmit power from the driver 10 to the brake 20, thereby achieving the effect of the driver 10 driving the brake 20 to brake the wheel 1001. The length of the transmission connector 30 is parallel to the axle of the wheel 1001 (i.e., the rotational axis of the brake disc).
[0073] In one embodiment, the driver 10 includes a brake motor 11 and a transmission assembly 12. The transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 is transmission-connected between the brake motor 11 and a transmission connector 30. Specifically, the transmission connector 30 is transmission-connected between the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 and the transmission assembly of the brake 20 (illustrated as the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 in FIG. 4 ). The brake motor 11 rotates via the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10, thereby driving the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20, thereby braking the wheel 1001 (i.e., the brake disc).
[0074] In one embodiment, the housing 14 of the driver 10 is used to accommodate the transmission assembly 12. The transmission assembly 12 includes an input shaft 121 and an output shaft 122 arranged at intervals. The input shaft 121 and the output shaft 122 are transmission-connected. In the schematic diagram of FIG1 , a belt drive is used to realize the transmission connection between the input shaft 121 and the output shaft 122 in the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10. However, FIG1 is only used to illustrate and introduce the transmission method between the input shaft 121 and the output shaft 122 in a possible embodiment, and does not limit the transmission method between the input shaft 121 and the output shaft 122 to the belt drive shown in FIG1 . In one embodiment, the housing 14 of the driver 10 can also be used to accommodate the brake motor 11.
[0075] That is, in other embodiments of the present application, the transmission method between the input shaft 121 and the output shaft 122 can be but is not limited to gear transmission, chain transmission, belt transmission or other transmission methods that can achieve a transmission connection between the input shaft 121 and the output shaft 122.
[0076] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG2 , the brake motor 11 and the brake 20 are located on the same side of the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 along the length of the transmission connection 30. That is, the brake motor 11 is located on the side of the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 facing the brake 20. Furthermore, along the radial direction of the transmission connection 30, the brake motor 11 and the transmission assembly of the brake 20 are arranged side by side.
[0077] The input shaft 121 and the output shaft 122 are spaced apart along the radial direction of the transmission connector 30, and the axial directions of the input shaft 121 and the output shaft 122 are both parallel to the length direction of the transmission connector 30. It will be appreciated that by arranging the input shaft 121 and the output shaft 122 side by side and in driving connection within the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10, it is possible to achieve reverse transmission of the output power of the brake motor 11 and reduce the length dimension of the electronic mechanical brake device 100.
[0078] In one embodiment, along the axial direction of the input shaft 121 , the motor shaft 111 of the brake motor 11 is coaxially driven with the input shaft 121 , and along the axial direction of the output shaft 122 , the transmission connector 30 is coaxially driven with the output shaft 122 .
[0079] The brake motor 11 serves as a power source and is able to output power outward by rotating the motor shaft 111 about its own axis. The motor shaft 111 of the brake motor 11 is coaxially driven with the input shaft 121 of the transmission assembly 12. The rotation of the motor shaft 111 synchronously drives the input shaft 121 to rotate, thereby achieving the effect of inputting power into the transmission assembly 12. Power is input into the transmission assembly 12 through the input shaft 121 and output from the transmission assembly 12 through the output shaft 122. The output shaft 122 is coaxially driven with the transmission connector 30. When the output shaft 122 rotates, it synchronously drives the transmission connector 30 to rotate, thereby transmitting power to the brake 20 through the transmission connector 30, thereby achieving the effect of the driver 10 driving the brake 20 to brake the vehicle 1000.
[0080] In other words, the transmission path of the power output by the brake motor 11 in the electronic mechanical brake device 100 can be but is not limited to: the motor shaft 111 of the brake motor 11 → the input shaft 121 → the output shaft 122 → the transmission connection 30 → the brake 20, thereby achieving the effect of the driver 10 driving the brake 20 to brake.
[0081] It can be understood that the power output by the brake motor 11 is transmitted to the transmission connector 30 via the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10, and is transmitted to the brake 20 via the transmission connector 30 and drives the brake 20 to brake, so that the power output by the brake motor 11 is transmitted to the friction plate (shown as the friction plate 22 in Figure 4) via the "U"-shaped line, that is, the power transmission path of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 forms a folding effect along the axial direction of the wheel 1001, compressing the axial size of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 along the wheel 1001 and rationally utilizing the wheel end space of the vehicle 1000.
[0082] It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in FIG2 , only one possible arrangement of the functional structural devices in the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application is used as an example to introduce the embodiment, but the arrangement and transmission connection method of the functional structural devices in the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application are not limited to this. In other embodiments of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application, the arrangement and connection method of the brake motor 11, the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10, the transmission connector 30 and the brake 20 can be adjusted according to actual design requirements and application scenarios, and the embodiments of the present application do not make specific limitations on this.
[0083] In one embodiment, please refer to Figure 2 . The housing 14 of the actuator 10 houses a circuit board 13. Specifically, the circuit board 13 is housed within the housing 14 of the actuator 10. The circuit board 13 holds the control circuit, which receives signals and coordinates the various functional circuits to achieve the various functions of the electromechanical brake device 100 in braking the vehicle 1000. The transmission assembly 12 of the actuator 10 is relatively large, and the housing 14 of the actuator 10 is also relatively large to accommodate the circuit board 13.
[0084] Along the length of the transmission connector 30, the circuit board 13 is located on the side of the driver 10's transmission assembly 12 away from the brake 20. That is, along the length of the transmission connector 30, the circuit board 13 and the brake 20 are located on opposite sides of the driver 10's transmission assembly 12, with the brake 20 located on the side of the driver 10's transmission assembly 12 closer to the brake motor 11. The driver 10's transmission assembly 12 is positioned between the circuit board 13 and the mounting surface of the driver 10's housing 14. The circuit board 13 does not affect the transmission connection between the driver 10's transmission assembly 12 and the brake 20's transmission assembly 23.
[0085] For example, when the control circuit of the circuit board 13 is electrically connected to the brake motor 11 of the driver 10 , the power output state of the brake motor 11 can be controlled, thereby meeting the user's different braking requirements for the vehicle 1000 .
[0086] In one embodiment, the thickness direction of the circuit board 13 is parallel to the length direction of the transmission connector 30, that is, the thickness direction of the circuit board 13 is perpendicular to the mounting surface of the housing 14 of the driver 10. The thickness direction of the circuit board 13 can be understood as the direction perpendicular to the plane of the plate-like structure of the circuit board 13. By setting the thickness direction of the circuit board 13 parallel to the length direction of the transmission connector 30, the layout of the circuit board 13 complements the layout of other functional structures within the electronic mechanical brake device 100, thereby reducing the volume of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 along the axial direction of the wheel 1001 and effectively utilizing the wheel end space.
[0087] Please refer to Figures 3 and 4 together. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the external structure of the brake 20 provided in an embodiment of the present application, and Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the brake 20 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 3 of the present application. To clearly illustrate the braking process of the brake 20, part of the structure of the brake 20 is hidden in the schematic diagram of Figure 4.
[0088] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 3 and 4 , the brake 20 includes a friction plate 22 and a transmission assembly 23. In one embodiment, there are two friction plates 22, one of which is slidably connected to the housing 24 of the brake 20 (see Figure 5 ), while the other friction plate 22 is fixedly connected to the housing 24 of the brake 20. The two friction plates 22 cooperate with the brake motor 11, the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10, and the transmission connector 30 to drive the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 to drive one of the friction plates 22 to slide relative to the brake disc 21, thereby bringing the two friction plates 22 closer together.
[0089] In one embodiment, the two friction plates 22 are arranged on opposite sides of the brake disc 21 along the thickness direction of the brake disc 21. The two friction plates 22 can move toward each other (as indicated by the solid arrows in FIG4 ) or away from each other (as indicated by the dashed arrows in FIG4 ), so that the two friction plates 22 can abut against the brake disc 21 when approaching each other, or release the brake disc 21 when moving away from each other. The thickness direction of the brake disc 21 can be understood as the rotation axis of the brake disc 21.
[0090] As will be appreciated, when the two friction plates 22 approach each other and abut the brake disc 21, they can contact the two opposing end surfaces of the brake disc 21, generating frictional force to reduce the rotational speed of the brake disc 21. Because the brake disc 21 rotates synchronously with the wheel 1001, a reduction in the speed of the brake disc 21 will also cause a simultaneous reduction in the speed of the wheel 1001, thereby braking the wheel 1001 and thereby enabling the electronic mechanical brake device 1000 to brake the vehicle 1000.
[0091] In the example of Figure 4, the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 is located on one side of the brake disc 21 along the thickness direction of the brake disc 21, and the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 is used to drive at least one friction plate 22 to move along the thickness direction of the brake disc 21 to achieve movement of the two friction plates 22 towards or away from each other.
[0092] The transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 is in transmission connection with the transmission connector 30 and is used to convert the rotational motion of the transmission connector 30 into displacement motion along the thickness direction of the brake disc 21, thereby driving the at least one friction plate 22 to move along the thickness direction of the brake disc 21. As shown in Figure 4, the thickness direction of the brake disc 21 is parallel to the length direction of the transmission connector 30. Therefore, it can also be understood that the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 can convert the rotational motion of the transmission connector 30 into displacement motion along the length direction of the transmission connector 30.
[0093] In one embodiment, the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 includes a rotational input member 231 and a sliding output member 232 . The transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 is used to convert the rotational motion of the rotational input member 231 into the displacement motion of the sliding output member 232 to drive at least one friction plate 22 .
[0094] The rotation input member 231 is transmission-connected between the sliding output member 232 and the transmission connection member 30. The transmission assembly 23 of the driver 10 is coaxially transmitted with the rotation input member 231 through the transmission connection member 30, that is, the rotation input member 231 and the transmission connection member 30 rotate coaxially.
[0095] The sliding output member 232 is transmission-connected between the rotation input member 231 and at least one friction plate 22 , and the displacement direction of the sliding output member 232 is parallel to the length direction of the transmission connection member 30 .
[0096] As will be understood, the transmission connector 30 rotates about its own axis and drives the rotary input member 231, which is coaxially connected thereto, to rotate synchronously, thereby enabling the power output from the driver 10 to be input into the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 via the rotary input member 231. The rotary input member 231 rotates about its own axis and synchronously drives the sliding output member 232 to move, thereby transmitting the power input from the transmission connector 30 into the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 to the sliding output member 232. The sliding output member 232 then drives at least one friction plate 22 to move along the thickness direction of the brake disc 21, thereby achieving the function of the brake 20 to stop the vehicle 1000.
[0097] For example, in the schematic diagram of FIG4 , the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 may be, but is not limited to, a ball screw 23a, which converts the rotational motion input by the transmission connector 30 into linear displacement motion that drives the friction plate 22. In one embodiment, the ball screw 23a includes a meshing screw 231a and a threaded sleeve 232a, wherein the screw 231a is configured as a rotational input member 231, and the threaded sleeve 232a is configured as a sliding output member 232.
[0098] The lead screw 231 a is coaxially driven with the transmission connector 30 , and the screw sleeve 232 a is used to push the friction plate 22 to move along the length direction of the transmission connector 30 and abut against the brake disc 21 to brake the vehicle 1000 .
[0099] Since the lead screw 231a and the screw sleeve 232a are engaged for transmission, when the lead screw 231a is driven by the transmission connection 30 to rotate along its own rotation axis, the rotational action of the lead screw 231a is transmitted to the screw sleeve 232a, which can then drive the screw sleeve 232a to form a displacement action along the length direction of the lead screw 231a.
[0100] The screw sleeve 232a is displaced toward the brake disc 21 along the thickness direction of the brake disc 21, and drives the friction plate 22 to be displaced toward the brake disc 21 along the thickness direction of the brake disc 21, so that the friction plate 22 can contact the end face of the brake disc 21 and form friction force, thereby achieving the effect of braking the brake disc 21.
[0101] It can be understood that the ball screw 23a has high transmission accuracy and low friction loss, and can be used together with the transmission connector 30 to improve the transmission efficiency and transmission reliability of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application.
[0102] It should be noted that the schematic diagram of FIG4 illustrates only one possible embodiment of the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20, but does not limit the possible implementations of the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 of the present application to this embodiment. In other embodiments of the present application, the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 may also employ other structural members or devices capable of converting the rotational motion input by the transmission connector 30 into linear motion, and this embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit this.
[0103] In one embodiment, the transmission connection member 30 and the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 (specifically, the rotation input member 231 ) are an integrated structure.
[0104] In one embodiment, the transmission connector 30 and the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 (specifically, the output shaft 122 ) are an integrated structure.
[0105] It can be understood that the transmission connecting member 30 is connected between the output shaft 122 of the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 and the rotation input member 231. By setting the transmission connecting member 30 and the output shaft 122 as an integral structure, or setting the transmission connecting member 30 and the rotation input member 231 as an integral structure, the transmission structure at one end of the transmission connecting member 30 can be omitted, further compressing the overall volume of the electronic mechanical braking device 100.
[0106] Please refer to Figures 5-7. Figure 5 is a schematic diagram of the external structure of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided in an embodiment of the present application, with some structures hidden. Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 5 of the present application. Figure 7 is a schematic diagram of the exploded structure of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 5 of the present application. To clearly illustrate the structure of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application, some structures such as the brake disc 21 are hidden in the schematic diagrams of Figures 5-7.
[0107] As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 7 , the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 is accommodated in the housing 14 of the driver 10 , and the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 is accommodated in the housing 24 of the brake 20 .
[0108] In one embodiment, the housing 14 of the driver 10 is used to accommodate the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10, and the housing 24 of the brake 20 is used to accommodate the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20. By providing the housings to accommodate the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 and the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20, respectively, the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 and the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 can be supported and fixed to ensure the normal operation of the driver 10 and the brake 20, and the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 and the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 can also be protected to prevent dust, impurities, etc. from the external environment from invading the driver 10 or the brake 20 and affecting the operating performance and service life.
[0109] The housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 each include a mounting surface, and the two mounting surfaces are used for fixed connection to each other.
[0110] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 5-7 , the mounting surface of the housing 14 of the driver 10 is shown as a first mounting surface 141, and the mounting surface of the housing 24 of the brake 20 is shown as a second mounting surface 241. The first mounting surface 141 and the second mounting surface 241 are fixedly connected to achieve a fixed connection between the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20, thereby achieving a mutually fixed effect between the driver 10 and the brake 20.
[0111] At the same time, the driver 10 and the brake 20 are fixed to each other through two mounting surfaces, so that the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 can fit tightly with a small gap, which can reduce the occupied volume of the driver 10 and the brake 20, further reduce the volume of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application, and achieve the effect of miniaturized design.
[0112] The first mounting surface 141 has a through-hole. In Figures 5-7 , the through-hole on the first mounting surface 141 is referred to as first through-hole 1411. The second mounting surface 241 has a through-hole at a position corresponding to the first through-hole 1411. In Figures 5-7 , the through-hole on the second mounting surface 241 is referred to as second through-hole 2411. Both through-holes serve to provide clearance for the transmission connector 30 between the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 and the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20.
[0113] It can be understood that since the transmission connecting member 30 is provided to be transmission-connected between the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 and the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 so as to be able to transmit the power output by the brake motor 11 of the driver 10 to the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20, the opposite ends of the transmission connecting member 30 in the length direction need to extend into the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 respectively so as to be transmission-connected with the transmission assembly 12 of the driver 10 and the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 respectively.
[0114] By opening a first through hole 1411 on the first mounting surface 141 and a second through hole 2411 on the second mounting surface 241, and aligning the first through hole 1411 and the second through hole 2411 along the length direction of the transmission connecting member 30, the two opposite ends of the transmission connecting member 30 along its own length direction can pass through the first through hole 1411 and the second through hole 2411 to extend into the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 respectively.
[0115] The housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 may be fixedly connected by bolts 40 .
[0116] Exemplarily, the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 are fixedly connected by a pair of bolts 40 , and the pair of bolts 40 are symmetrically distributed along the radial direction relative to the center of the through hole to ensure force balance between the two mounting surfaces.
[0117] As shown in Figure 6, a pair of bolts 40 includes two bolts 40a, and the two bolts 40a can be symmetrically arranged along the radial direction of the first through hole 1411 or the second through hole 2411 relative to the center of the first through hole 1411 or the second through hole 2411 to achieve a fixed connection between the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 at different positions.
[0118] At the same time, by arranging two bolts 40 in a pair of bolts 40 symmetrically about the through hole, the stability of the fixed connection between the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 can be improved, thereby ensuring that the functional parts inside the driver 10 and the functional parts inside the brake 20 can work stably.
[0119] In one implementation, the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 are fixedly connected via a pair of bolts 40, with the pair of bolts 40 arranged approximately vertically. It will be appreciated that by arranging the two bolts 40a of the pair of bolts 40 approximately vertically symmetrically relative to the center of the first through-hole 1411 or the second through-hole 2411, the two bolts 40a can be fixed approximately above and below the two housings, respectively, further improving the stability and reliability of the fixed connection between the driver 10 and the brake 20.
[0120] At the same time, by setting up two shells to be fixedly connected by a pair of bolts 40, and the arrangement direction of the pair of bolts 40 is roughly along the vertical direction, the horizontal size of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 can be compressed, and there is no need to add additional structural positions in the horizontal direction for installing the two bolts 40a, thereby reducing the horizontal size of the two shells to reasonably utilize the wheel end space.
[0121] In one embodiment, one of the two mounting surfaces is provided with two pairs of bolt holes, which are symmetrically distributed in the vertical direction relative to the center of the through hole, and one pair of bolt holes is used for fixed connection with a pair of bolts 40.
[0122] For example, please refer to Figure 8, which is an enlarged schematic diagram of the partial structure of the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 7 of this application at position A. As shown in Figure 8, two pairs of second bolt holes 2412 are defined in the second mounting surface 241. The two pairs of second bolt holes 2412 are symmetrically distributed along the vertical direction relative to the center of the second through hole 2411.
[0123] It can also be understood that each pair of second bolt holes 2412 includes two second bolt holes 2412a, which are spaced apart in the vertical direction and symmetrically arranged about the center of the second through-hole 2411. Furthermore, the two second bolt holes 2412a located on the same side of the second through-hole 2411 in the vertical direction are also symmetrically arranged about the center of the second through-hole 2411 in the horizontal direction. Alternatively, it can also be understood that the four second bolt holes 2412a in the two pairs of second bolt holes 2412 are symmetrically arranged in pairs about the second through-hole 2411 in both the horizontal and vertical directions.
[0124] At the same time, the first mounting surface 141 corresponds to the position of any pair of second bolt holes 2412 on the second mounting surface 241, and at least one pair of first bolt holes 1412 is opened, and the two first bolt holes 1412a in a pair of first bolt holes 1412 are respectively arranged to correspond to the two second bolt holes 2412a of a pair of second bolt holes 2412.
[0125] In one embodiment, the axes of the first bolt hole 1412a and a second bolt hole 2412a coincide with each other.
[0126] In one embodiment, the axes of the first bolt hole 1412 a and the corresponding second bolt hole 2412 a coincide with the rotation axis of the transmission connector 30 .
[0127] In one embodiment, the first bolt hole 1412a and the corresponding second bolt hole 2412a have the same shape and the same area.
[0128] It can be understood that through the pair of first bolt holes 1412 on the first mounting surface 141 corresponding to one of the pair of second bolt holes 2412 on the second mounting surface 241, a pair of bolts 40 can pass through the pair of first bolt holes 1412 and the corresponding first and second bolt holes 2412 along the length direction of the transmission connection 30, so that the pair of bolts 40 can achieve the fixing function, so as to be able to fix the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20, that is, to achieve the effect of fixed connection between the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20.
[0129] It should be noted that in the schematic diagram of FIG8 , the structural shape, structural dimensions, etc., of each first bolt hole 1412a and each second bolt hole 2412a can be identical. This improves the compatibility between each pair of first bolt holes 1412 and any pair of second bolt holes 2412. Consequently, when the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application is used with wheels 1001 located at different positions, the housing 14 of the driver 10 can be fixedly connected to the housing 24 of the brake 20, thereby achieving the function of braking the wheels 1001 at the corresponding positions. This improves the compatibility of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application and the interchangeability between wheels 1001 at different positions.
[0130] However, the present embodiment does not limit the structure, shape, and dimensions of each first bolt hole 1412a and each second bolt hole 2412a to being identical. In other embodiments of the present application, the structure, shape, and dimensions of each first bolt hole 1412a and each second bolt hole 2412a can be adjusted based on actual design requirements and application scenarios, and the present embodiment does not impose specific limitations on this.
[0131] Meanwhile, in the schematic diagram of FIG8 , a pair of first bolt holes 1412 is provided on the first mounting surface 141, and two pairs of second bolt holes 2412 are provided on the second mounting surface 241 for illustrative purposes. However, the number of pairs of bolt holes provided on each mounting surface is not limited to this example. That is, in other embodiments of the present application, the number of pairs of bolt holes provided on each mounting surface can be adjusted based on actual design requirements and application scenarios. For example, two pairs of first bolt holes 1412 can be provided on the first mounting surface 141, and one pair of second bolt holes 2412 can be provided on the second mounting surface 241.
[0132] In one embodiment, when the electronic mechanical brake device 100 is used to brake the left wheel of the vehicle 1000 , the pair of bolts 40 are fixedly connected to one of the pairs of bolt holes.
[0133] In one embodiment, when the electronic mechanical brake device 100 is used to brake the right wheel of the vehicle 1000 , a pair of bolts 40 is fixedly connected to another pair of bolt holes.
[0134] It can be understood that by providing two symmetrical pairs of bolt holes, the compatibility and interchangeability of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 can be improved, so that the electronic mechanical brake device 100 can be adapted to both the left and right wheels of the vehicle 1000 .
[0135] Please refer to Figures 9 and 10 in conjunction with Figure 7. Figure 9 is an enlarged schematic diagram of the partial structure of the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 7 of the present application at position B. Figure 10 is a schematic diagram of the external structure of the housing 24 of the brake 20 provided in the embodiment shown in Figure 7 of the present application from a side perspective. A circuit assembly 50 is disposed within the housing 14 of the driver 10 or the housing 24 of the brake 20. The circuit assembly 50 can be electrically connected to the circuit board 13 housed in the housing 14 of the driver 10 to enable signal transmission between the circuit board 13 and the circuit assembly 50.
[0136] For example, the circuit assembly 50 may be, but is not limited to, electrically connected to the circuit board 13 via a signal transmission line 60. That is, a signal transmission line 60 may be provided between the circuit assembly 50 and the circuit board 13, with both ends of the signal transmission line 60 being electrically connected to the circuit assembly 50 and the control circuit of the circuit board 13, respectively, to implement a signal transmission function between the circuit assembly 50 and the control circuit of the circuit board 13.
[0137] For example, as shown in Figures 7 and 9 , the housing 24 of the brake 20 is used to accommodate a circuit assembly 50, where the circuit assembly 50 may include, but is not limited to, a pressure sensor 51. The pressure sensor 51 is used to detect the pressure generated when the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 drives at least one friction plate 22, and transmits the pressure detection signal via at least one signal transmission line 60. In this case, the control circuit on the circuit board 13 is used to receive the signal from the pressure sensor 51.
[0138] In one embodiment, the pressure sensor 51 is housed in the housing 24 of the brake 20 , and along the length direction of the transmission connection 30 , the pressure sensor 51 and at least one friction plate 22 are arranged on both sides of the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 .
[0139] In the schematic diagram of FIG9 , along the length of the transmission connector 30, or alternatively, along the axial direction of the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20, the pressure sensor 51 and the two friction plates 22 are located on opposite sides of the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20. The pressure sensor 51 is located on the side of the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 that is closest to the actuator 10. In other words, the pressure sensor 51 is arranged on the mounting surface (second mounting surface 241) of the transmission connector 30 that faces the housing 24 of the brake 20. The actuator 10 is electrically connected to the pressure sensor 51 via a signal transmission line 60. The actuator 10 receives the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 51 to adjust the output torque.
[0140] Specifically, one end of the signal transmission line 60 extends into the housing 14 of the driver 10 and is electrically connected to the control circuit on the circuit board 13 housed within the housing 14 of the driver 10. The other end of the signal transmission line 60 extends into the housing 24 of the brake 20 and is electrically connected to the pressure sensor 51, thereby enabling signal transmission between the circuit board 13 and the pressure sensor 51. When the brake motor 11 of the driver 10 drives the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 to drive at least one friction plate 22, the pressure sensor 51 detects the pressure applied to the friction plate 22 by the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 and transmits the detected pressure value to the circuit board 13 of the driver 10 via the signal transmission line 60. The circuit board 13 receives the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 51 and controls the speed of the brake motor 11 based on the obtained pressure value to adjust the output torque of the driver 10.
[0141] As can be appreciated, by providing a pressure sensor 51 and electrically connecting it to the driver 10 to detect the braking pressure applied by the brake 20 to the friction plate 22 in real time, the braking performance of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 of the present application can be monitored in real time. While ensuring that the electronic mechanical brake device 100 meets the user's braking requirements, the output torque of the driver 10 can be adjusted to ensure smooth and reliable braking by the electronic mechanical brake device 100. By arranging the pressure sensor 51 on the side of the transmission assembly 23 of the brake 20 that is closest to the driver 10, the extended length of the signal transmission line 60 can be shortened, facilitating the internal spatial layout of the brake 20.
[0142] In one embodiment, the signal transmission line 60 is led out from the side of the pressure sensor 51 facing away from at least one friction plate 22, that is, the side of the pressure sensor 51 facing the mounting surface (second mounting surface 241) of the housing 24 of the brake 20 is used to electrically connect at least one signal transmission line 60.
[0143] It is understandable that by leading the signal transmission line 60 to the side of the pressure sensor 51 facing away from at least one friction plate 22 to electrically connect to the driver 10, the extended length of the signal transmission line 60 can be further shortened, making it easier to lead the signal transmission line 60 from the mounting surface. It can also simplify the layout design of the signal transmission line 60 within the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20, avoiding the signal transmission line 60 being too long and the routing design within the two housings being too complicated, which would lead to a complex spatial structure within the two housings. At the same time, shortening the extended length of the signal transmission line 60 as much as possible to simplify the routing design of the signal transmission line 60 within the two housings can improve the connection stability of the signal transmission line 60 and the reliability of signal transmission.
[0144] It should be noted that FIG9 illustrates only one possible routing design for the signal transmission line 60, and does not necessarily indicate that the actual structure, shape, dimensions, and routing design of the signal transmission line 60 are identical. In the embodiments of the present application, the actual structure, shape, dimensions, and routing design of the signal transmission line 60 are adjusted based on actual design requirements.
[0145] In one embodiment, at least one mounting surface includes at least one groove 70, and the at least one groove 70 is used to avoid at least one signal transmission line 60, and the at least one signal transmission line 60 is used to electrically connect at least one circuit component 50 housed in the housing 14 of the driver 10 or the housing 24 of the brake 20.
[0146] In this specification, at least one groove 70 is provided on the second mounting surface 241 as an example for illustrative description.
[0147] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 7 and 10 , the second mounting surface 241 is provided with at least one groove 70. Each groove 70 extends in a direction parallel to the second mounting surface 241, that is, the extension direction of the groove 70 is parallel to the plane of the mounting surface on which it is located. The groove 70 includes an opposing wire inlet 71 and a wire outlet 72. Along the extension direction of the groove 70, the wire inlet 71 is located on a side of the groove 70 closer to the second through-hole 2411, and the wire outlet 72 is located on a side of the groove 70 farther from the second through-hole 2411.
[0148] The wire inlet 71 is connected to the interior of the housing 14 of the actuator 10 or the interior of the housing 24 of the brake 20. In the schematic diagrams of Figures 7 to 10, the wire inlet 71 is connected to the interior of the housing 24 of the brake 20. When the signal transmission line 60 is led out from the pressure sensor 51, the signal transmission line 60 can extend from the wire inlet 71 in the groove 70, out of the housing 24 of the brake 20, and into the groove 70.
[0149] The outlet terminal 72 is located at the edge of the mounting surface, and the signal transmission line 60 extending into the groove 70 extends out of the mounting surface from the outlet terminal 72. In the schematic diagrams of Figures 7 and 10, the outlet terminal 72 is located at the edge of the second mounting surface 241, and the signal transmission line 60 extends out of the mounting surface from the outlet terminal 72.
[0150] In one embodiment, the second through hole 2411 is close to the center of the second mounting surface 241 , which can also be understood as the center of the second through hole 2411 can coincide with the geometric center of the second mounting surface 241 or can be close to the geometric center of the second mounting surface 241 .
[0151] It can be understood that when the second through-hole 2411 is positioned near the center of the second mounting surface 241, the wire entry end 71 of the groove 70 is positioned near the second through-hole 2411 and is therefore also relatively close to the center of the second mounting surface 241. This allows the wire exit end 72 located at the edge of the second mounting surface 241 to be approximately equal to or substantially equal to the wire entry end 71. This allows the electronic mechanical brake device 100 to extend from the second mounting surface 241 at a relatively short distance when used with wheels 1001 at different positions, further enhancing the compatibility and adaptability of the electronic mechanical brake device 100. Furthermore, by positioning the wire entry end 71 of the groove 70 relatively close to the center of the second mounting surface 241, sealing and protection within the housing 24 of the brake 20 are also facilitated.
[0152] In one embodiment, the groove 70 extends in a straight line direction parallel to the mounting surface, and an extension line of a line connecting the outlet end 72 to the inlet end 71 of the groove 70 passes through the center of the through hole.
[0153] For example, as shown in FIG10 , along the planar direction of the second mounting surface 241, the groove 70 extends in a straight line, and the extension line of the line connecting the outlet end 72 and the inlet end 71 of the groove 70 passes through the center of the second through hole 2411. That is, in the planar direction of the second mounting surface 241, the groove 70 extends in the radial direction of the second through hole 2411.
[0154] It is understood that when the groove 70 extends in a straight line, it can simplify and facilitate the processing and manufacturing of the groove 70 on the mounting surface of the housing, thereby reducing the manufacturing difficulty and precision requirements of the groove 70, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. At the same time, since a straight line is the shortest distance between two points, by setting the groove 70 to extend in a straight line, the extension path of the signal transmission line 60 on the mounting surface can be further shortened.
[0155] In one embodiment, there are two grooves 70 , and the two grooves 70 are symmetrically distributed along the vertical direction relative to the center of the through hole.
[0156] For example, as shown in FIG10 , two grooves 70 are formed on the second mounting surface 241. The two grooves 70 are symmetrically distributed along the vertical direction relative to the center of the second through hole 2411. That is, the two grooves 70 are symmetrical along the vertical direction, and at any horizontal height, the distance between the two grooves 70 and the center of the second through hole 2411 is equal.
[0157] By arranging the two grooves 70 symmetrically, the compatibility and interchangeability of the electronic mechanical brake device 100 can be improved, so that the electronic mechanical brake device 100 can be adapted to wheels 1001 at different positions of the vehicle 1000 at the same time, such as the left wheel and the right wheel of the vehicle 1000 .
[0158] For example, when the electromechanical brake device 100 is used to brake the left wheel of the vehicle 1000 , the signal transmission line 60 extends out of the mounting surface through a groove 70 .
[0159] For example, when the electromechanical brake device 100 is used to brake the right wheel of the vehicle 1000 , the signal transmission line 60 extends out of the mounting surface through the other groove 70 .
[0160] In one embodiment, along the circumference of the through hole, one bolt 40 a of the pair of bolts 40 is located between the two grooves 70 .
[0161] It should be noted that, in the examples of Figures 7 and 10 , the groove 70 is only provided on the mounting surface of the housing 24 of the brake 20 for illustrative purposes, but the groove 70 is not limited to being provided only on the second mounting surface 241. In other embodiments of the present application, the groove 70 can also be provided on the mounting surface of the housing 14 of the driver 10, that is, provided on the first mounting surface 141. In the present application, the groove 70 can be interpreted as a gap for fitting between the two mounting surfaces. Whether the groove 70 is specifically provided on the mounting surface of the housing 24 of the brake 20 or the mounting surface of the housing 14 of the driver 10 can be adjusted according to actual design requirements or the usage scenario of the electronic mechanical brake device 100, and the embodiments of the present application do not specifically limit this.
[0162] For example, in one possible embodiment, a portion of the groove 70 may be formed on the second mounting surface 241, and another portion of the groove 70 may be formed at a corresponding position on the first mounting surface 141. The two portions of the structures on the two mounting surfaces are aligned with each other to form the groove 70 and avoid the signal transmission line 60.
[0163] At the same time, in the examples of Figures 7 and 10, only two grooves 70 are used as an example for illustrative introduction, but the number of grooves 70 in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to only two. In the embodiment of the present application, the number of grooves 70 provided on the mounting surface can be adjusted according to the actual routing requirements or number of the signal transmission line 60, etc., and the present application does not make specific restrictions on this. When the grooves 70 are simultaneously opened on the first mounting surface 141 and the second mounting surface 241, the groove structures on the two mounting surfaces cooperate with each other to form the grooves 70. The depth dimensions of the respective groove structures on the two mounting surfaces are small, which can respectively ensure the rigidity of the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20, and avoid the phenomenon that the opening of the grooves 70 on the same mounting surface may affect the rigidity of the housing 14 of the driver 10 or the housing 24 of the brake 20.
[0164] For one embodiment, see Figure 11 , which illustrates a cross-sectional view of a seal 80 of an electromechanical brake device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. The electromechanical brake device 100 includes a seal 80, which fills the gap between the signal transmission line 60 and the input terminal 71 to seal the housing 14 of the driver 10 or the housing 24 of the brake 20. The seal 80 provides a protective seal for the housing, enhancing the protective seal provided by the housing 14 of the driver 10 or the housing 24 of the brake 20 against internal functional components.
[0165] It should be noted that, in the schematic diagram of FIG11 , only the example of providing the seal 80 between the signal transmission line 60 and the line inlet 71 is used for illustrative purposes, but the seal 80 is not limited to being provided only in the gap between the signal transmission line 60 and the line inlet 71. In the embodiment of the present application, the specific location and structural shape of the seal 80 can be adjusted according to actual design requirements, and this application does not impose specific limitations on this.
[0166] For example, in some possible embodiments, the sealing member 80 may also be disposed at other locations of the groove 70 to fill the gap between the inner surface of the groove 70 and the outer surface of the signal transmission line 60. Exemplarily, the sealing member 80 may be disposed at a mid-section between the input end 71 and the output end 72 of the groove 70, or the sealing member 80 may also be disposed at the output end 72 of the groove 70.
[0167] For example, in some possible embodiments, the sealing member 80 may also fill the entire groove 70 to fill the gap between the signal transmission line 60 and the groove 70 .
[0168] The above embodiments, but not limited to the above embodiments, can achieve the effect of the seal 80 forming a sealing protection for the interior of the housing 14 of the driver 10 or the housing 24 of the brake 20 by the position and manner of setting the seal 80.
[0169] Generally, the internal mechanical transmission structure of the electronic mechanical brake device is relatively complex, and the internal space is narrow, which is not conducive to the layout of the signal transmission line in the electronic mechanical brake device.
[0170] The present electromechanical brake device 100 utilizes a groove 70 between the housing 14 of the driver 10 and the housing 24 of the brake 20 to provide space for the signal transmission line 60. This allows the circuit assembly 50 housed in one of the housings to be routed through the gap between the two mounting surfaces. The signal transmission line 60 extends a relatively short distance within the housing of the electromechanical brake device 100, facilitating the arrangement of the internal transmission components of the electromechanical brake device 100 and reducing the overall size of the device 100. Furthermore, the signal transmission line 60 outside the housing facilitates routing and maintenance.
[0171] The vehicle 1000 of the present application utilizes the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in any of the aforementioned embodiments of the present application for braking. Because the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in any of the aforementioned embodiments utilizes mounting surfaces between housings to accommodate wiring, thereby reducing the overall volume, the vehicle 1000 of the present application can provide a larger interior space. In other words, because the vehicle 1000 of the present application is equipped with the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in any of the aforementioned embodiments, the vehicle 1000 of the present application possesses all the potential beneficial effects of the electromechanical brake device 100 provided in any of the aforementioned embodiments.
[0172] Obviously, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations to this application without departing from the scope of protection of this application. Thus, if these modifications and variations of this application fall within the scope of the claims of this application and their equivalents, this application is intended to include these modifications and variations.
