Description

[0001] Drive device and method

[0002] The invention relates to a drive device according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention further relates to a method for successively actuating a plurality of actuators.

[0003] So-called closing sequence controllers are known from practice; these perform a sequential closing or locking of doors and flaps. For example, in the case of a multi-leaf door, the first door flap is closed first, followed by a second door flap, in order to prevent the two door flaps from colliding and / or jamming during simultaneous movement. The disadvantage, however, is that each individual door flap of a multi-leaf door has its own drive, which makes installation time-consuming and costly. Furthermore, the space required is increased by each additional door drive. A further disadvantage is that the at least two door drives of the multi-leaf door must be coordinated with one another to ensure a defined movement sequence for the door flaps.

[0010] WO 2017 186 229 A1 discloses a drive device for a motor vehicle door and / or a motor vehicle door element, such as a motor vehicle door lock, comprising a drivable actuating element and a first control cable comprising at least one first tension element. The first control cable can be coupled at one end to the actuating element upon movement of the actuating element in a first direction in order to generate a first tensile force. A disadvantage of the known drive device is that a separate drive device must be provided for each individual motor vehicle door lock.

[0011] WO 01 23 225 A1 describes a drive device having a pre-crash sensor for raising and lowering the hood of a motor vehicle in the event of an imminent collision, comprising an actuator, e.g. designed as a spring, which can raise the hood of the motor vehicle into a pedestrian protection position and which can lower the hood back into a normal state if a collision does not occur, e.g. by means of an electric motor. A disadvantage is that a technical implementation for displacing the hood is not shown, with the aspect of locking the hood in particular being neglected. Providing an actuator for raising and lowering the hood is costly, and furthermore, several actuators must be coordinated with one another.

[0012] DE 103 31 047 A1 discloses a drive device for a motor vehicle hood that can raise the hood into a pedestrian protection position. A hood hinge, on the one hand, and a front hood section, on the other, are each actuated by an actuator. A first actuating element of the hood hinge and a second actuating element of a hood lock are coupled to one another via a tension element. A disadvantage is that returning the hood to a normal, ready-to-drive position is always achieved, among other things, by manually opening the hood.

[0013] DE 10 2004 046 162 A1 discloses a drive device for a motor vehicle hood that can raise the hood into a pedestrian protection position.

[0014] DE 199 10 763 C1 shows a drive device for a locking device of a tailgate of a vehicle, comprising a drivable actuating element and a first switching cable which comprises at least one first endless pulling element, wherein the first switching cable is coupled to the actuating element in order to generate a pulling force. In this case, the actuating element is moved in a first direction, whereby an actuator is actuated which is provided for unlocking the locking device. The actuating element is then moved in a second direction different from the first direction, so that the actuator is locked. A disadvantage is that no position control of the actuating element is provided, e.g. via a zero position, in order to avoid undesired unlocking of the locking device. The drive device does not allow the successive actuation of several different actuators and requires a hydraulic drive assigned to the individual shift cable.

[0015] DE 103 06 605 A1 discloses a hood lock for an automobile hood, comprising an arrangement that can raise the hood into a pedestrian protection position by means of a coil spring arrangement. A retaining bolt is also associated with the hood, which can be gripped by a retaining pawl arranged on an axially displaceable actuating element. The actuating element comprises a spindle rod driven by an electric motor, on which a spindle nut is arranged for axial displacement, the retaining pawl being connected to the spindle nut. The retaining pawl can be pivoted free from the retaining bolt via an electromagnetic actuator, whereby the hood is raised under the pretension of the coil spring arrangement. A disadvantage of this arrangement is that each coil spring arrangement is associated with its own space-consuming actuating element, making pedestrian protection expensive. If the force and / or adjustment range of the two adjusting elements differ from each other, there is a risk that the bonnet will become jammed.

[0016] It is the object of the invention to provide a drive device or a method which can successively actuate several actuators and which is reliable and compact.

[0017] This object is achieved according to the invention by a drive device or a method having the features of an independent claim.

[0018] According to one aspect of the invention, a drive device is provided, comprising a drivable actuating element, a first shift cable comprising at least one first tensile element, and a second shift cable comprising at least one second tensile element, wherein the first shift cable can be coupled at one end to the actuating element upon movement of the actuating element in a first direction in order to generate a first tensile force, wherein the second shift cable can be coupled at one end to the actuating element upon movement of the actuating element in a second direction in order to generate a second tensile force. The drive device is characterized in that the first shift cable comprises a plurality of first tensile elements, and in that the second shift cable comprises a plurality of second tensile elements. Advantageously, different movable components can be successively loaded or relieved of identical or different tensile forces via the drive device. Thus, the drive device enables a successive relocation of at least two components, so that it is not necessary to install multiple drives, thus saving space and costs.

[0019] Depending on the weight of the respective drivable component or with regard to a predefined tensile force, it is advantageously possible to install several first or second tension elements to generate increased tensile forces. This advantageously opens up a wide range of possible applications for the drive device, allowing a high degree of customization of the drive device.

[0020] The actuator can be conveniently arranged in a neutral zero position, in which neither the first nor the second tensile force is generated. This advantageously ensures that the actuator is not subjected to unnecessary stress in a rest position. This advantageously increases the service life of the drive device.

[0021] Conveniently, either the first tensile force or the second tensile force can be generated by moving the actuating element from the zero position. Advantageously, successive tensile forces acting on different components are provided. As a result, it is advantageously ensured that, during a displacement, a primary component is first subjected to a tensile force. Subsequently, a secondary component is subjected to a different tensile force by the drive device.

[0022] Preferably, the movement of the actuating element in the second direction is opposite to the first direction. These movements advantageously simplify the control or regulation of the actuating element, ensuring that the drive device always reliably generates the desired tensile force.

[0023] Preferably, the actuating element comprises at least one first opening with an insertion section and / or an exit section for the passage of the at least one first tension element, and the actuating element comprises at least one second opening with an insertion section and / or an exit section for the passage of the at least one second tension element. Advantageously, sections of the actuating element that can be coupled via the openings are provided, so that the first tension element and the second tension element can be easily coupled to the actuating element.

[0024] The first opening expediently has a first inner circumference that is larger than an outer circumference of the first tension element. Furthermore, the second opening expediently has a second inner circumference that is larger than an outer circumference of the second tension element. Advantageously, the first or second tension element can be inserted into the first or second opening and moved back and forth with play without clamping on an outer circumferential surface along the first or second tension element.

[0025] Preferably, the insertion and removal sections are each formed as a depression. This advantageously simplifies the assembly of the first and second tension elements with respect to the adjusting element.

[0026] It is preferably provided that the first tension element of the first shift cable extends at least partially through the first opening in the actuating element, that the first tension element of the first shift cable has a first stop element which can be brought into a stop with the outlet section of the first opening, that the second tension element of the second shift cable extends at least partially through the second opening in the actuating element, and that the second tension element of the second shift cable has a second stop element which can be brought into a stop with the outlet section of the second opening. When the actuating element is moved in a first direction or in a second direction, advantageously either the first tension element of the first shift cable is brought into contact with the actuating element via its first stop element, so that a tensile force is generated which is transmitted via the first tension element of the first shift cable, or the second tension element of the second shift cable is brought into contact with the actuating element via its second stop element, so that a tensile force is generated which is transmitted via the second tension element of the second shift cable.

[0027] The adjusting element expediently comprises a spindle nut that can be displaced along an axial direction of a spindle rod rotatable about an axis. Advantageously, the adjusting element can be driven by an electric motor designed as a spindle motor with a rotatable spindle. In this case, the axis of the spindle rod is identical to a displacement axis of the spindle nut. This advantageously enables robust and reliable use of the drive device.

[0028] Preferably, the adjusting element has a through-bore with an internal thread, wherein the spindle rod has an external thread, and wherein the internal thread of the adjusting element is in threaded engagement with the external thread of the spindle rod. A rotational movement of the spindle rod generates an axial movement of the spindle nut in a longitudinal direction of the spindle rod, whereby the spindle nut does not perform a rotational movement, but merely moves axially along the spindle rod without rotation. A threaded connection advantageously ensures precise, reliable, and economical displacement of the adjusting element, so that the drive device always generates a desired tensile force.

[0029] In an advantageous embodiment, the actuating element is drivable via a bevel gear, wherein a drive shaft of the bevel gear has a drive shaft axis, and wherein the drive shaft axis and an axis of the spindle rod have a common intersection point. In this case, the drive device can be tailored to suit your needs even in tight spaces, for example in an automobile, wherein the drive shaft axis has an angle of between 20° and 90°, preferably between 50° and 90° and particularly preferably between 80° and 90° with respect to the axis of the rotatable spindle rod. This advantageously increases the ease of assembly of the drive device. In a further advantageous embodiment, the actuating element is displaceable via a moving part of a linear actuator. Advantageously, the actuating element is moved via a non-rotatable moving part, which, for example, prevents possible jamming.

[0030] According to a further preferred embodiment, the actuating element is displaceable via a rack and pinion gear. The rack and pinion gear is advantageously highly robust, allowing higher tensile forces to be generated by the drive device.

[0031] According to another preferred embodiment, the actuating element can be displaced via an electromagnetic drive. In this case, the actuating element can advantageously be displaced contactlessly via a magnetic coupling. Overall, an electromagnetic drive requires fewer components, thus reducing the weight and space requirements of the drive device.

[0032] Overall, it is advantageous for the actuator to be housed in a housing. The housing protects the actuator from moisture and dirt, thus advantageously providing a reliable drive device with a long service life. Furthermore, the housing protects against injuries such as pinching a hand. The housing includes, for example, a housing cover that deactivates the actuator or drive when the housing cover is opened, preventing the actuator from moving and thus preventing injury.

[0033] In a preferred embodiment, the housing comprises a plurality of feedthroughs. The feedthroughs advantageously serve to ensure that the first tension element and the second tension element can be guided into the housing without kinks and tension. Furthermore, the feedthroughs protect against the penetration of moisture and / or dirt into the housing. Furthermore, the housing has a shaft feedthrough, for example when a motor with a spindle rod is used. Advantageously, the first tension element and / or the second tension element is / are designed as part of a Bowden cable. The Bowden cable advantageously has a high degree of efficiency, and the Bowden cable is low-maintenance. Furthermore, complex installation is advantageously possible.

[0034] Preferably, the actuating element is driven by a drive comprising a control system. The control system advantageously moves the actuating element reliably and precisely, thereby always generating a desired tensile force. When not in operation, the actuating element is moved to a rest position, namely the zero position, and held there. Furthermore, a control system for operating the drive device is economical because it avoids unnecessarily high forces, thus significantly extending the service life of the drive device.

[0035] The control system advantageously includes a position measuring system. The position measurement allows the position of the actuator to be continuously recorded, allowing successive movement sequences of the actuator to be reliably executed.

[0036] The control system expediently includes a force measuring system. For example, the force measurement can be used to preset a predetermined target tensile force that the actuator must deliver. Accordingly, the force measurement compares the target tensile force with the actual tensile force of the actuator. This advantageously allows the actuator to always generate the desired required tensile force, ensuring reliable, economical, and long-lasting operation.

[0037] Preferably, the first tension element is coupled at its other end to at least one first actuator, and the second tension element is coupled at its other end to at least one second actuator. Advantageously, a tensile force of the first tension element or the second tension element can thus be reliably transmitted to the first actuator or the second actuator.

[0038] Preferably, the at least one first actuator and the at least one second actuator are arranged within an automobile. Advantageously, in particular, displaceable components of an automobile can be successively displaced via the drive device.

[0039] The actuator is conveniently adjustable by a motorized drive. Motorized drives are advantageous for a wide range of applications, allowing them to be deployed quickly and cost-effectively, while also being reliable and robust.

[0040] Preferably, at least one of the tension elements can be extended at the other end by a travel distance by at least one displacement device of a movable vehicle part, wherein at one end the tension elements protrude from the actuating element by a distance that corresponds at least to the travel distance of the respective tension element when the tension elements are not extended at the other end. Advantageously, this prevents any undesired blockage of a movable vehicle part during a displacement of the vehicle part, since the respective tension element can be moved by a defined length, at most until a stop element of the tension element comes into contact with the actuating element.

[0041] Preferably, at least one of the tension elements is pre-tensioned at the other end against the tensile force by at least one spring device acting on a vehicle part. The spring device can, for example, be locked after tensioning by a lock, so that when the lock is unlocked, the spring device displaces the vehicle part, e.g. pivots or lifts it, and pulls out the tension element, which is expediently connected to the vehicle part. Accordingly, the stop element provided at one end on the tension element designed as a cable pull is pulled in the direction of the adjusting element, whereby the tension element can slide through the opening preferably formed with an internal sliding coating. To tension the spring device, the tension element is then moved by the adjusting element against the pre-tension of the spring device until the spring device is tensioned so far that it is again locked by the lock. With short spring travel, both the displacement of the vehicle part and the movement of the actuating element can be carried out quickly.

[0042] The tensile force assigned to the at least one tension element preferably tensions the spring device. For example, so-called pedestrian protection systems enable the raising of a motor vehicle's hood in order to reduce injuries to the pedestrian in the event of a collision between the motor vehicle and a pedestrian. For example, a spring device is used which abruptly raises the bonnet within a very short time, preferably less than 100 milliseconds, in an area facing a windshield of the motor vehicle, so that the pedestrian can impact the bonnet, which is already spaced apart from the engine block. Advantageously, the tension element can overcome the spring force of the spring device and thus return the raised bonnet, via the actuating element, to a closed position intended for normal operation.

[0043] The vehicle part is expediently a vehicle flap. The drive device is advantageously used for vehicle flaps that have different movement sequences regarding an opening and closing process and / or are designed with multiple leaves. In this case, the drive device advantageously enables a customized movement sequence as well as a time-coordinated locking process to ensure safe and reliable movement and locking of vehicle flaps.

[0044] According to one aspect of the invention, a method for successively actuating a plurality of actuators is provided, comprising the steps of: moving an actuator from a zero position in a first direction and actuating a first group with at least one first actuator; moving the actuator back to the zero position; moving the actuator from the zero position in a second direction different from the first direction and actuating a second group with at least one actuator; moving the actuator back to the zero position. The method is characterized in that a force generated by the actuator is detected via a current consumption of a motor that adjusts the actuator. Advantageously, different actuators are driven one after the other via the actuator, with the zero position of the actuator serving as a type of reference position.Furthermore, several actuators can be advantageously driven with only one actuator, thereby reducing costs and space requirements.

[0045] The actuator's drive detects the current required to move the actuator. This current is proportional to a specific force, so a predetermined current is set as a target value, which is compared with an actual current value to deliver a defined force.

[0046] Preferably, the adjustment path of the actuator is detected by at least one position sensor. For example, inductive sensors, ultrasonic sensors, optical sensors, capacitive sensors, magnetic sensors, or cylinder switches, as well as a combination of the above, are used. Advantageously, the position sensor detects the position and / or movement of the actuator and converts it into signals for processing, transmission, and control, ensuring that the desired actuator is always reliably actuated with the desired force.

[0047] The actuating element is expediently displaced in the first direction until a predetermined first adjustment path and / or a predetermined first force is reached. This advantageously provides an economical and durable drive device.

[0048] The actuating element is expediently displaced in the second direction until a predetermined second adjustment path and / or a predetermined second force is reached. This advantageously provides an economical and durable drive device.

[0049] Preferably, a speed of the actuating element is controlled via the at least one position sensor and / or via the current consumption. A movement sequence of the actuating element comprises at least three ranges. The first range has a start-up phase in which the actuating element is moved, for example, from a rest position. The second range is a constant range in which the actuating element has a constant speed. The third range is a braking range in which the actuating element is braked and / or brought to a standstill. The speed of the actuating element is advantageously controllable in each of the above ranges so that a required force is reliably generated and so that an adjustable actuating element is displaced, for example, at a pre-adjustable speed in order to avoid damage in the event of, for example, excessively rapid displacement and to ensure a quiet movement sequence of the actuating element. This means that the drive device can be customized and used in a wide range of applications.

[0050] Preferably, the actuator is moved dynamically and / or smoothly. The actuator advantageously adapts to external influences, allowing the actuator's movement sequence to be precisely controlled. This includes, for example, the weight of the actuator and external influences such as an unexpected gust of wind.

[0051] Preferably, the zero position of the actuator is detected via a limit switch and / or a sensor. A limit switch is advantageously a simple component that is cost-effective and operates reliably and durably.

[0052] Preferably, the first group of actuators is assigned to at least one flap part of an automobile, which flap part is brought closer to a body of the automobile by actuating the first group. Advantageously, the first group of actuators is actuated first via the drive device, which first displaces the first flap part of the automobile, after which a specific movement sequence of the first flap part is advantageously precisely predetermined. Consequently, the movement sequence of the first flap part takes priority over the movement sequence of a second flap part.

[0053] Preferably, the second group of actuators is assigned to at least one flap part of an automobile, which flap part is moved closer to a body of the automobile by actuating the second group. Advantageously, the second group of actuators is subsequently actuated via the drive device, which displaces the second flap part of the automobile after a first, prioritized flap part has been successfully displaced, after which a specific movement sequence of the second flap part is advantageously precisely predetermined. Consequently, the movement sequence of the first flap part takes priority over the movement sequence of the second flap part.

[0054] Conveniently, the second group is only activated when the flap part of the first group has approached the body. This advantageously prevents a collision and / or jamming and / or damage by maintaining a defined movement sequence using the drive device.

[0055] Preferably, the flap part is pre-tensioned away from the body by a spring device. The spring device advantageously enables easy unfolding or opening of the flap part, since the spring device at least assists the opening process of the flap part.

[0056] Preferably, the flap part comprises a first flap part and a second flap part. Advantageously, for example, a double-wing tailgate can be used to create enlarged access to a loading area of a trunk by opening the first flap part and the second flap part, making it easier to load bulky goods into the trunk.

[0057] Further advantages and features of the claimed invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment.

[0058] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings using a preferred embodiment.

[0063] Fig. 5 shows another embodiment of the drive device.

[0064] Fig. 6 shows a first application case.

[0065] Fig. 7 shows another use case.

[0066] Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a drive device 100. The drive device 100 is shown in a sectional view in Fig. 1. Furthermore, components actuatable by the drive device 100 are shown, which include a first group 170 of actuators 170a, 170b and a second group 180 of actuators 180a, 180b.

[0067] The first group 170 of actuators 170a, 170b thus comprises a first actuator 170a and a second actuator 170b. Furthermore, the second group 180 of actuators 180a, 180b comprises a first actuator 180a and a second actuator 180b. However, the number of respective actuators can vary, so that a plurality of actuators can be controlled by the drive device 100.

[0068] In this embodiment, the drive device 100 comprises a cuboid-shaped housing 101 in which a displaceable actuating element 130 is arranged. Furthermore, a driven part with an axis A is arranged in the housing 101, which is designed as a rotatable spindle rod 131 with an external thread 131a.

[0069] The adjusting element 130 comprises a driven part, which is designed as a spindle nut 132. The adjusting element 130 comprises a bore with an internal thread 132a. The driven part and the driven part are threadedly engaged. Consequently, rotation of the spindle rod 131 about the axis A causes a linear displacement of the spindle nut 132 in an axial direction along the spindle rod 131, whereby the spindle nut 132 is always displaced rotationally free along the spindle rod 131.

[0070] The driven part is driven by a motor 120 having a gear 122. Furthermore, the driven part is mounted at one end within a motor housing 123 and at the other end in a bearing 102 of the housing 101. The motor 120 further comprises a controller 121, wherein the controller 121 comprises a force measuring arrangement 121a via a current consumption and a position measuring arrangement 121b. The driven part is arranged inserted into the housing 101 via a feedthrough 103, wherein the motor housing 123 is arranged outside the housing 101. Furthermore, the actuating element 130 is rotationally fixedly coupled for displacement in both directions along the spindle rod 131. Furthermore, the motor housing 123 is rotationally fixedly coupled to the housing 101.

[0071] The actuating element 130 comprises a first shift cable 150 and an opposite second shift cable 160. Here, the first shift cable 150 comprises a first tension element 151 and a second tension element 152, wherein the first tension element 151 and the second tension element 152 are each designed as a Bowden cable with a sheath 154 that encloses a respective core 153. Furthermore, the second shift cable 160 comprises a first tension element 161 and a second tension element 162, wherein the first tension element 161 and the second tension element 162 are each designed as a Bowden cable with a sheath 164 that encloses a respective core 163. All tension elements 151, 152, 161, 162 each protrude into the housing 101 through a sealing passage 103, whereby the casings 154, 164 of the respective tension elements 151, 152, 161, 162 are mounted without kinking.

[0072] The actuating element 130 has a first opening 140 with an insertion section 140a and an exit section 140b. Furthermore, it is possible for the actuating element 130 to have a plurality of first openings 140. Furthermore, the actuating element 130 has a second opening 141 with an insertion section 141a and an exit section 141b. It is possible for the actuating element 130 to have a plurality of second openings 141, so that a symmetrical load acts on the actuating element 130, for example, to prevent the actuating element 130 from jamming against an inner wall of the housing 101.

[0073] The first tension element 151 and the second tension element 152 of the first shift cable 150 are each guided at one end through a first opening 140. Furthermore, the first tension element 161 and the second tension element 162 of the second shift cable 150 are each guided at one end through a second opening 141.

[0074] The first tension element 151 and the second tension element 152 of the first shift cable 150 each have a first stop element 153a, 153b at the respective exit section 140b of the first opening 140. The first tension element 161 and the second tension element 162 of the second shift cable 160 each have a second stop element 163a, 163b at the respective exit section 141b of the second opening 141. The respective stop elements 153a, 153b, 163a, 163b are spherically shaped, with the stop elements 153a, 153b, 163a, 163b being firmly connected to the respective core 153, 163 of the respective tension element 151, 152, 161, 162.

[0075] The actuating element 130 shown in Fig. 1 is arranged in a so-called zero position N, in which the actuating element 130 is in a rest position. The zero position N is indicated by a dashed line, wherein the zero position N is located in a plane that is arranged vertically centrally in the longitudinal direction of the housing 101. When the actuating element 130 is arranged in the zero position N, all tension elements 151, 152, 161, 162 are not acted upon by the actuating element 130, so that no tensile forces can be transmitted via the first shift cable 150 or the second shift cable 160 through the actuating element 130. The respective stop elements 153a, 153b, 163a, 163b of the tension elements 151, 152, 161, 162 are at a distance x from the actuating element 130. At the other end, the tension elements 151, 152, 161, 162 are firmly coupled to a respective actuator 170a, 170b; 180a, 180b.The distance x is shown only schematically, so that different distances x can be preset individually for each individual tension element 151, 152, 161, 162 in order to ensure a defined stroke of a respective actuator 170a, 170b; 180a, 180b.

[0076] Fig. 2 shows the drive device according to Fig. 1, in which the tension elements 151, 152, 161, 162 were activated externally via a specific event, so that the stop elements 153a, 153b, 163a, 163b of the tension elements 153a, 153b, 163a, 163b are brought into contact with the actuating element 130 and thus now rest pre-tensioned on the actuating element 130 located in the zero position N.

[0077] Fig. 3 shows an actuating element 130 displaced to the right in this view, whereby the first tension element 151 and the second tension element 152 are brought into contact with the respective first output section 140b of the respective first opening 140 via the respective first stop element 153a, 153b, so that a first tensile force F1 is generated on the cable pull. As a result, the first tension element 151 and the second tension element 152 of the first shift cable 150 are also pulled from the zero position N in a direction 10 to the right by the actuating element 130, after which the first group 170 of the actuators 170a, 170b is actuated, which is not shown for the sake of clarity.By this displacement of the actuating element 130 away from the motor 120, only the first group 170 of the actuating elements 170a, 170b is actuated, wherein the second switching cable 160 with the first pulling element 161 and with the second pulling element 162 are not loaded, so that no pulling force is transmitted to the second group 180 of the actuating elements 180a, 180b.

[0078] Fig. 4 shows an actuating element 130 displaced to the left in this view, whereby the first tension element 161 and the second tension element 162 are brought into contact with the respective second extension section 141b of the respective second opening 141 via the respective first stop element 163a, 163b, so that a second tensile force F2 is generated. Here, the first tension element 161 and the second tension element 162 of the second shift cable 160 are also pulled from the zero position N in a direction 20 to the left by the actuating element 130, after which the second group 180 of the actuators 180a, 180b is actuated, which is not shown for the sake of clarity.By this displacement of the actuating element 130 towards the motor 120, only the second group 180 of the actuating elements 180a, 180b is actuated, wherein the first switching cable 150 with the first pulling element 151 and with the second pulling element 152 are not loaded, so that no pulling force is transmitted to the first group 170 of the actuating elements 170a, 170b.

[0079] As a result, either a first tensile force F1 or a second tensile force F2 can be generated via a particularly successive displacement of the actuating element 130, which either acts on the group 170 of the first actuating elements 170a, 170b or on the second group 180 of the actuating elements 180a, 180b.

[0080] Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment of the drive device 100', wherein a motor 120 is not shown for the sake of clarity. Here, the actuating element 130 can be driven via a bevel gear 124 with at least one first bevel gear 126 and at least one second bevel gear 127, wherein the first bevel gear 126 and the second bevel gear 127 engage with one another via a first toothing 126a and a complementary second toothing 127a, wherein a drive shaft 125 of the bevel gear 124, which can be driven via a motor 120, has a drive shaft axis B, and wherein the drive shaft axis B and the axis A of the spindle rod 131 have a common intersection point S. An angle W between the axis A of the spindle rod 131 and the drive shaft axis B is 90° here.

[0081] Furthermore, the drive shaft 125 is rotatable about the drive shaft axis B both in a first direction and in an opposite second direction, so that the actuating element 130 is axially displaceable back and forth along the spindle rod 131.

[0082] Fig. 6 shows a first application 1 relating to the drive device 100. A rear section of an automobile 200 is schematically illustrated in a side view. A closed tailgate 201 and a closed tail lift 202 are each depicted by a solid line and form a rear vehicle door. An open tailgate 201' and an open tail lift 202' are each depicted by a dashed line.

[0083] It is thus evident that the tailgate 201, 202 of the automobile 200 is designed in two parts, with the tailgate 201 being able to be opened upwards on the one hand and the loading ramp 202 being able to be opened downwards on the other hand.

[0084] For example, at least one telescopic gas pressure spring 220 supports the opening of the upper tailgate 201. The gas pressure spring 220 is connected at one end via a first connecting part in an articulated manner to the body 210 of the automobile 200 by means of a ball-and-socket connection, and at the other end, the gas pressure spring 220 is connected via a second connecting part in an articulated manner to the upper tailgate 201 by means of a ball-and-socket connection. When the upper tailgate 201 is unlocked and, for example, when the tailgate 201 is pivoted open further by hand, a piston rod 221 pretensioned onto the tailgate 201' extends from a cylinder 222 of the gas pressure spring 220 and displaces the upper tailgate 201' into an open end position, wherein the upper tailgate 201' is also held in the open end position by the gas pressure spring 220.

[0085] With regard to the tail lift 202, gas pressure springs 220, as described above, are also used to ensure easy opening and holding of the tail lift 202.

[0086] In order to close the two open flap parts 201', 202', the lower open tail lift 202' must first be folded upwards and then the upper open tailgate 201' can be folded downwards to lock the two tailgate parts ready for driving. For this purpose, a first switching cable 150 of the drive device 100 is coupled to the tail lift 202 and a second switching cable 160 of the drive device 100 is coupled to the upper tailgate 201. During this closing process, the actuating element 130 must provide a sufficiently large force so that the piston rod 221 can be displaced into the cylinder 222 of the respective gas pressure spring 220 in order to move the open tail lift 202' and the open upper tailgate 201' one after the other into a closed end position and lock them there.

[0087] According to Fig. 3, the actuating element 130 is displaced from the zero position N away from the motor 120 to generate a first tensile force F1, so that the tail lift 202' is folded upwards from the open position into a closed position and locked. Then, the actuating element 130 is initially returned to the zero position N, before subsequently being displaced in a direction toward the motor 120 according to Fig. 4, so that a second tensile force F2 is generated on the open tailgate 201', so that the tailgate 201' is folded downwards from the open position into a closed position and locked. Fig. 7 shows a further application 2 with respect to the drive device 100. Here, a section of a body 210 of an automobile 200 is shown, in which a closed fuel cap 212 and a closed fuel filler neck cap 211a of a fuel filler neck 211 are each shown with a solid line.Furthermore, an open fuel cap 212' and an open fuel filler neck cap 211a' are shown, each represented by a dashed line. The fuel cap 212, 212' or fuel filler neck 211 shown here can also be a connection element for a charging cable for charging an electric vehicle.

[0088] In order to perform a closing process of the two open flap parts, each pre-tensioned by a leg spring 230, for example, the open tank nozzle cap 211a' must first be closed and then the open tank lid 212' can be closed. For this purpose, a first switching cable 150 of the drive device 100 is coupled to the tank nozzle cap 211a and a second switching cable 160 of the drive device 100 is coupled to the tank lid 212. During this closing process, the actuating element 130 must provide a sufficiently large force so that the respective leg spring 230 can be compressed in order to move the open tank nozzle cap 211a' and the open tank lid 212' one after the other into a closed end position and to lock them there.

[0089] According to Fig. 3, the actuating element 130 is displaced from the zero position N away from the motor 120 to generate a first tensile force F1, so that the fuel filler neck cap 211a' is first folded from the open position into a closed position and locked. Then, the actuating element 130 is initially returned to the zero position N and subsequently displaced in a direction toward the motor 120 according to Fig. 4, so that a second tensile force F2 is generated on the open fuel cap 212', so that the fuel cap 212' is folded from the open position into a closed position and locked. The drive device 100 thus enables a sequential, successive closing process, in which even a closing speed of flap parts can advantageously be adjusted via a controller 121 of the actuating element 130.

[0090] The invention for successively actuating several actuators 170a, 170b; 180a, 180b by means of the drive device 100, 100' functions as follows:

[0091] In an initial position shown in Fig. 1, the actuating element 130 exerts no force at all on the first shift cable 150 and on the second shift cable 160. As soon as, for example, a vehicle flap, which is coupled to the first shift cable 150 or the pulling element 151, 152, and a locking device of the vehicle flap, which is coupled to the second shift cable 160 or the pulling element 161, 162, is opened or unlocked, the respective pulling elements 151, 152, 161, 162 of the first shift cable 150 and the second shift cable 160 are brought at least almost into contact with the actuating element 130 according to Fig. 2 or at least brought closer to the end faces of the actuating element 130.

[0092] To close the opened vehicle lid again, the actuating element 130 is first moved from the zero position N in a first direction 10. The first group 170 is actuated by at least one first actuator 170a, 170b, so that the vehicle lid is preferably brought completely close to the body. The actuating element 130 is then moved back to the zero position N, while the vehicle lid is held to the body by a lock, and subsequently the actuating element 130 is moved in a second direction 20 opposite the first direction 10, whereby the second group 180 is actuated by at least one second actuator 180a, 180b, so that the locking device locks the vehicle lid. Consequently, the locked vehicle lid is arranged in a closed, ready-to-drive final position.Thereafter, the actuating element 130 is moved back to the zero position N, in which the actuating element 130 does not apply any force to the respective tension elements 151, 152, 161, 162 of the first shift cable 150 and the second shift cable 160.

[0093] For the successful actuation of an actuator 170a, 170b; 180a, 180b, the actuating element 130 must travel a certain distance and / or apply a certain force to the respective tension elements 151, 152, 161, 162. To monitor, control and regulate the adjustment path of the actuating element 130, for example, revolutions of the spindle rod 131 can be counted, registered and further processed, whereby a complete rotation of 360° of the spindle rod 131 corresponds to a certain adjustment path of e.g. 2 mm of the actuating element 130. Furthermore, position sensors such as a magnetic sensor or a limit switch can be used to register a maximum distance traveled by the actuating element 130. By measuring the current consumption of the motor 120 using an ammeter, a certain drive power of the motor 120 orthe spindle rod 131, which corresponds to a defined force of the actuating element 130, so that the actuating element 130 exerts a necessary minimum tensile force on the actuating element 170a, 170b; 180a, 180b to be actuated.
