Abstract

A coating system and a coating method corresponding thereto, which relate to the technical field of coating processes. The coating system comprises: a coating die (01) and a detecting apparatus (02), wherein the coating die (01) comprises a plurality of flow adjusting blocks (03), and the plurality of flow adjusting blocks (03) have the same size in a first direction, the first direction being the conveying direction of a base material (04) in the coating system, and the size of each flow adjusting block (3) in the first direction being equal to the size of a detection light spot in the first direction, which detection light spot is irradiated on the base material (04) by the detecting apparatus (02). The coating system may facilitate the partitioning of a base material by means of flow adjusting blocks, so as to realize matching between target coating areas and the flow adjusting blocks, thereby quickly locating the region with abnormal coating quality, and the coating quality is corrected by means of adjusting a corresponding flow adjusting block, such that the production efficiency of a coating procedure is improved.
