[0023] In the drying device and electrode production equipment described above, hot air can enter the first drying chamber through the first air inlet and dry the intermediate material strip passing through the first drying chamber; hot air can also enter the second drying chamber through the second air inlet and dry the electrode material strip passing through the second drying chamber. The closer to the discharge end, the lower the solvent content in the first and second drying chambers. When the solvent content is lower than the threshold, the hot air discharged from the first air outlets of the last m first drying chambers can be input through the second air inlets of the first m second drying chambers to dry the electrode material strip. The hot air discharged from the second air outlets of the last n second drying chambers can also be input through the first air inlets of the first n first drying chambers to dry the intermediate material strip. This shows that part of the hot air can be recycled, thereby reducing energy consumption. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0036] 1 , the present disclosure provides a pole piece production device 10 and a drying device 100 . The pole piece production device 10 includes the drying device 100 , a first coating device 200 , and a second coating device 300 .
[0037] The electrode production equipment 10 can prepare electrodes using a substrate, which can be aluminum foil or copper foil. The first coating device 200 can coat the first side of the substrate and obtain an intermediate material strip, and the second coating device 300 can coat the convex portion of the second side of the substrate and obtain a electrode material strip. After the first coating device 200 completes coating, the intermediate material strip output by the first coating device 200 can enter the drying device 100 to dry the coating on the first side; after drying, the intermediate material strip output by the drying device 100 can enter the second coating device 300 to coat the second side; after the second coating device 300 completes coating, the electrode material strip output by the second coating device 300 can enter the drying device 100 again to dry the coating on the second side.
[0038] Please refer to FIG. 2 . The drying device 100 in the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first drying component 110 and a second drying component 120 .
[0039] The first drying assembly 110 includes a feed end and a discharge end, with a plurality of sequentially connected first drying chambers 101 formed between the feed end and the discharge end. The intermediate web output by the first coating device 200 can enter the first drying assembly 110 from the feed end, pass through the plurality of first drying chambers 101 in sequence, and then be output from the discharge end.
[0040] Each first drying chamber 101 has a first air inlet 1111 and a first air outlet 1112. Hot, dry air enters the first drying chamber 101 through the first air inlet 1111 to evaporate the solvent in the coating, thereby drying the intermediate web passing through the first drying chamber 101. The air containing the solvent in the first drying chamber 101 is then discharged through the first air outlet 1112.
[0041] Moreover, since the coating of the intermediate material belt will gradually dry during the process of transporting the intermediate material belt from the feed end to the discharge end of the first drying component 110, the solvent content in the first drying chamber 101 closer to the feed end is higher, and the solvent content in the first drying chamber 101 closer to the discharge end is lower.
[0042] Please also refer to FIG. 3 . In this embodiment, the first drying assembly 110 includes a plurality of first drying ovens 111 connected end to end. A first drying chamber 101 is formed in each first drying oven 111 .
[0043] The first drying ovens 111 can be connected in a detachable manner. Thus, by splicing multiple first drying ovens 111 together, the first drying assembly 110 can be formed, making assembly more convenient. Furthermore, the number of first drying ovens 111 to be spliced can be selected as needed to obtain the desired number of first drying chambers 101. Furthermore, each first drying oven 111 is provided with a first air inlet 1111 and a first air outlet 1112.
[0044] It should be noted that, in other embodiments, a plurality of first drying chambers 101 that are connected in sequence may also be processed in the same housing or base.
[0045] The structure and function of the second drying assembly 120 are substantially the same as those of the first drying assembly 110. The second drying assembly 120 includes a feed end and a discharge end, with multiple, sequentially connected second drying chambers 102 formed between the feed end and the discharge end. The electrode strip discharged from the second coating device 300 enters the second drying assembly 120 from the feed end, passes through the multiple second drying chambers 102 in sequence, and exits the discharge end.
[0046] Furthermore, each second drying chamber 102 has a second air inlet 1211 and a second air outlet 1212. Dry hot air can enter the second drying chamber 102 through the second air inlet 1211 to evaporate the solvent in the coating and dry the electrode strip passing through the second drying chamber 102; and the air containing the solvent in the second drying chamber 102 can be discharged through the second air outlet 1212.
[0047] Moreover, since the coating of the electrode material strip will gradually dry during the process of transporting the electrode material strip from the feed end to the discharge end of the second drying component 120, the solvent content of the air in the second drying chamber 102 closer to the feed end is higher, and the solvent content of the air in the second drying chamber 102 closer to the discharge end is lower.
[0048] 4 , in this embodiment, the second drying assembly 120 includes a plurality of second drying ovens 121 connected end to end, each of which has a second drying chamber 102 formed therein. Furthermore, each second drying oven 121 is provided with a second air inlet 1211 and a second air outlet 1212 .
[0049] Please refer to FIG. 2 again. The first air outlets 1112 of the last m first drying chambers 101 of the first drying assembly 110 are in communication with the second air inlets 1211 of the first m second drying chambers 102 of the second drying assembly 120 .
[0050] m is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The last m first drying chambers 101 of the first drying assembly 110 refer to the m first drying chambers 101 located near the discharge end of the first drying assembly 110. For example, the first drying assembly 110 has a total of eight first drying chambers 101, with the feed end on the right and the discharge end on the left. When m is 2, the last m first drying chambers 101 of the first drying assembly 110 refer to the seventh and eighth first drying chambers 101, counting from right to left.
[0051] The first m second drying chambers 102 of the second drying assembly 120 refer to the m first drying chambers 101 near the feed end of the second drying assembly 120. When the feed end of the second drying assembly 120 is on the left and the discharge end is on the right, and m is 2, the first m second drying chambers 102 of the second drying assembly 120 refer to the first and second second drying chambers 102 counted from left to right.
[0052] In other words, the hot air exhausted from the last m first drying chambers 101 of the first drying assembly 110 can serve as input to the first m second drying chambers 102 of the second drying assembly 120. Because the solvent content in the first drying chambers 101 closer to the discharge end is lower, while the solvent content in the second drying chambers 102 closer to the feed end is higher, when the solvent content in the first drying chambers 101 is below a threshold, the hot air exhausted from the first drying chambers 101 can serve as input to the second drying chambers 102 without adversely affecting the drying performance of the second drying chambers 102.
[0053] Furthermore, the second air outlets 1212 of the last n second drying chambers 102 of the second drying assembly 120 are in communication with the first air inlets 1111 of the first n first drying chambers 101 of the first drying assembly 110 .
[0054] Similarly, n is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The last n second drying chambers 102 of the second drying assembly 120 refer to the n second drying chambers 102 located near the discharge end of the second drying assembly 120. For example, the second drying assembly 120 has a total of eight second drying chambers 102, with the feed end on the left and the discharge end on the right. When n is 2, the last n second drying chambers 102 of the second drying assembly 120 refer to the seventh and eighth second drying chambers 102, counting from left to right.
[0055] The first n first drying chambers 101 of the first drying assembly 110 refer to the n first drying chambers 101 near the feed end of the first drying assembly 110. When the feed end of the first drying assembly 110 is on the right and the discharge end is on the left, and n is 2, the first n first drying chambers 101 of the first drying assembly 110 refer to the first and second first drying chambers 101 counted from right to left.
[0056] Because the solvent content in the second drying chamber 102 is lower near the discharge end, while the solvent content in the first drying chamber 101 is higher near the feed end, when the solvent content in the second drying chamber 102 is below a threshold, the hot air exhausted from the second drying chamber 102 can be used as input to the first drying chamber 101 without adversely affecting the drying performance of the first drying chamber 101. The solvent in the first and second drying chambers 101, 102, is typically NMP (N-methylpyrrolidone). The threshold can be set to 5%, 2%, or 1%, depending on the actual situation.
[0057] During actual use, the solvent content in the last m first drying chambers 101 of the first drying assembly 110 and the last n second drying chambers 102 of the second drying assembly 120 is below the threshold. This indicates that the hot air exhausted from the last m first drying chambers 101 can be used as input to the first m second drying chambers 102, and the hot air exhausted from the last n second drying chambers 102 can be used as input to the first n first drying chambers 101. Therefore, some of the hot air can be recycled, thereby reducing energy consumption.
[0058] Specifically, in this embodiment, the number of first drying chambers 101 is equal to the number of second drying chambers 102, and m is equal to n. The values of m and n can be determined based on specific operating conditions. It is sufficient to ensure that the solvent content in the last m first drying chambers 101 and the last n second drying chambers 102 is below a threshold.
[0059] In this embodiment, the first drying assembly 110 and the second drying assembly 120 are both in the shape of elongated strips, and the first drying assembly 110 and the second drying assembly 120 are stacked. This can reduce the length of the drying device 100 and save space.
[0060] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the feeding end of the first drying component 110 and the discharging end of the second drying component 120 are located at the same end, and the discharging end of the first drying component 110 and the feeding end of the second drying component 120 are located at the same end.
[0061] In other words, the first drying assembly 110 and the second drying assembly 120 are arranged end to end in reverse order. Therefore, when connecting the last m and first n first drying chambers 101 of the first drying assembly 110 to the first m and last n second drying chambers 102 of the second drying assembly 120, respectively, the distance between the first drying chamber 101 and the second drying chamber 102 to be connected is smaller, thereby significantly reducing the length of the connecting pipes and reducing the difficulty of operation.
[0062] Please refer to FIG. 5 . In this embodiment, the drying device 100 further includes a circulation component 130 . The circulation component 130 includes a heat exchanger 131 , a filter 132 , an exhaust gas pipeline 133 , and a recovery pipeline 134 . One end of the exhaust gas pipeline 133 is connected to at least a portion of the first air outlet 1112 and at least a portion of the second air outlet 1212 , and the other end is connected to the inlet of the filter 132 . One end of the recovery pipeline 134 is connected to the outlet of the filter 132 , and the other end is connected to at least a portion of the first air inlet 1111 and at least a portion of the second air inlet 1211 . Both the exhaust gas pipeline 133 and the recovery pipeline 134 pass through the heat exchanger 131 and are capable of heat exchange.
[0063] The first drying chamber 101 connected to the exhaust pipe 133 and the recovery pipe 134 is generally the first drying chamber 101 between the last m and the first n; and the second drying chamber 102 connected to the exhaust pipe 133 and the recovery pipe 134 is generally the second drying chamber 102 between the last n and the first m.
[0064] The hot air in the first drying chamber 101 and the second drying chamber 102 can be discharged from the exhaust pipe 133 through the first air outlet 1112 and the second air outlet 1212, respectively, and then enter the filter 132 after passing through the heat exchanger 131. The heat in the hot air can be exchanged with the air in the recovery pipe 134 at the heat exchanger 131, so that the air entering the filter 132 becomes cold air. The filter 132 can filter out the solvent in the cold air, thereby obtaining dry cold air, which is discharged through the recovery pipe 134. The dry cold air in the recovery pipe 134 then exchanges heat with the hot air in the exhaust pipe 133 at the heat exchanger 131 to obtain dry hot air, which then enters the first drying chamber 101 and the second drying chamber 102 through the first air inlet 1111 and the second air inlet 1211, respectively. Thus, by providing the circulation component 130, the hot air can be recycled, thereby further reducing energy consumption.
[0065] In order to allow the hot air in the first drying chamber 101 and the second drying chamber 102 to smoothly enter the circulation component 130 and circulate, specifically in this embodiment, a circulation pump 138 is provided on at least one of the exhaust pipe 133 and the recovery pipe 134 .
[0066] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the circulation component 130 further includes a fresh air pipeline 135 and an exhaust pipeline 136 . The fresh air pipeline 135 is connected to the recovery pipeline 134 , and the exhaust pipeline 136 is connected to the exhaust pipeline 133 .
[0067] The other end of the fresh air duct 135 can be connected to an air source, while the other end of the exhaust duct 136 can be connected to an exhaust tank or the atmosphere. After drying is complete, the hot air in the first and second drying chambers 101, 102 is exhausted through the exhaust duct 136. When drying is restarted, the fresh air duct 135 can be used to re-introduce dry hot air into the first and second drying chambers 101, 102.
[0068] In this embodiment, the circulation assembly 130 also includes a temperature compensation line 137, which is connected to the recovery line 134. After the hot air circulates several times within the circulation assembly 130, its temperature may drop to a relatively low level. In this case, the temperature compensation line 137 can be used to introduce higher-temperature hot air into the recovery line 134, thereby raising the temperature of the hot air entering the first drying chamber 101 and the second drying chamber 102 to ensure a satisfactory drying effect.
[0069] In the drying device 100 and electrode production equipment 10, hot air can enter the first drying chamber 101 through the first air inlet 1111 to dry the intermediate strip of material passing through the first drying chamber 101. Hot air can also enter the second drying chamber 102 through the second air inlet 1211 to dry the electrode strip of material passing through the second drying chamber 102. The solvent content in the first and second drying chambers 101, 102, decreases as the material is closer to the discharge end. When the solvent content falls below a threshold, the hot air exhausted from the first air outlets 1112 of the last m first drying chambers 101 can be fed into the second air inlets 1211 of the first m second drying chambers 102 to dry the electrode strip of material. Furthermore, the hot air exhausted from the second air outlets 1212 of the last n second drying chambers 102 can be fed into the first air inlets 1111 of the first n first drying chambers 101 to dry the intermediate strip of material. This allows some of the hot air to be recycled, thereby reducing energy consumption.
[0070] The technical features of the above-mentioned embodiments can be combined arbitrarily. In order to make the description concise, not all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-mentioned embodiments are described. However, as long as there is no contradiction in the combination of these technical features, they should be considered to be within the scope of this specification.
[0071] The above-described embodiments merely represent several implementation methods of the present disclosure. While the descriptions are relatively specific and detailed, they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that a person of ordinary skill in the art could make various modifications and improvements without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure, all of which fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
