Description

Magnets, electronic devices and charging equipment

[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on August 31, 2023, with application number 202311125661.2 and invention name “Magnet, electronic device and charging device”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The present application relates to the field of terminal device hardware, and in particular, to a magnet, an electronic device, and a charging device. Background Art

[0003] With the development and advancement of computer hardware and software technologies, more and more functions are being integrated into electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablets. Hundreds, even thousands, of electronic components must be accommodated within these devices within limited space, resulting in an increasingly smaller space for each component. Closely packed electronic components can also interfere with each other through electromagnetic induction and other factors, hindering the normal operation of these devices.

[0004] Magnets are essential components for realizing functions such as magnetic charging in electronic devices. Therefore, it is worth considering how to control the volume of the magnets and reduce the space they occupy while providing a sufficiently strong magnetic attraction.

[0005] Summary of the Invention

[0006] The present application provides a magnet in which the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the magnet is inclined to the plane where the magnet is located. The magnetic lines of force on the side of the magnet used to generate interaction force with other magnets are relatively dense. A magnet with a smaller volume can provide a magnetic attraction force of considerable strength while having little impact on magnetically sensitive components on the back and sides of the magnet.

[0007] In a first aspect, a magnet is provided, comprising: a plurality of magnet units, the plurality of magnet units being arranged in a ring shape, the magnet units comprising a first magnet sub-unit and a second magnet sub-unit, the first magnet sub-unit and the second magnet sub-unit being relatively fixed, the first magnetic pole of the first magnet sub-unit being adjacent to the second magnetic pole of the second magnet sub-unit, the first magnetic pole being opposite to the second magnetic pole, and the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole being both arranged close to the same surface of the magnet; wherein the direction of the magnetic force lines inside the first magnet sub-unit is inclined to the plane where the magnet is located, and the direction of the magnetic force lines inside the second magnet sub-unit is inclined to the plane where the magnet is located.

[0008] In some scenarios, the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the first magnet subunit can also be understood as the magnetization direction inside the first magnet subunit, and the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the second magnet subunit can also be understood as the magnetization direction inside the second magnet subunit.

[0009] It should be noted that the direction of the magnetic lines of force being inclined to the plane where the magnet is located should be understood as: the direction of the magnetic lines of force is neither perpendicular to the plane where the magnet is located nor parallel to the plane where the magnet is located.

[0010] In some scenarios, the inclination of the direction of the magnetic lines of force to the plane where the magnet is located can also be understood as the inclination of the direction of the magnetic lines of force to the normal of the plane where the magnet is located.

[0011] By tilting the directions of the magnetic lines of force inside the first magnet sub-unit and the second magnet sub-unit, and setting the magnetic poles of the first magnet sub-unit and the second magnet sub-unit on the side close to each other in opposite directions, more magnetic lines of force can be gathered on the working surface of the magnet. When the working surface of the magnet is used to attract or repel other magnets, a stronger interaction force can be generated between the magnet provided in this technical solution and the other magnets compared to a magnet in which the magnetic lines of force are not tilted. From another perspective, when the interaction forces generated are equal, the magnet provided in this technical solution is smaller in size and occupies less space when housed in an electronic device.

[0012] In addition, the present technical solution forms a ring-shaped magnet by forming multiple magnet units. In different application scenarios, the multiple magnet units can have different assembly methods. This technical solution is conducive to improving the scenario applicability of the magnet provided by this application.

[0013] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the angle between the direction of the magnetic force lines inside the first magnet sub-unit and the plane where the magnet is located is α, and the angle between the direction of the magnetic force lines inside the second magnet sub-unit and the plane where the magnet is located is β, wherein 30≤α<90°, 30≤β<90°.

[0014] The first magnet sub-unit and the second magnet sub-unit within the tilt angle range provided in this technical solution can generate a stronger magnetic field intensity on one side of the working surface, and the distribution of magnetic lines of force is denser.

[0015] With reference to the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, α=β.

[0016] By setting the inclination angle of the magnetic lines of force in the first magnet sub-unit to be the same as the inclination angle of the magnetic lines of force in the second magnet sub-unit, after the magnetic field generated by the first magnet sub-unit and the magnetic field generated by the second magnet sub-unit are superimposed, the magnetic lines of force around the magnet are sparser. When the magnet is installed in an electronic device, the magnet has less adverse effects on surrounding electronic components.

[0017] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the first magnet sub-unit includes a first contact surface and a first exposed surface arranged opposite to each other, the second magnet sub-unit includes a second contact surface and a second exposed surface arranged opposite to each other, the first contact surface and the second contact surface are arranged adjacent to each other, the first exposed surface is away from the second contact surface, and the second exposed surface is arranged away from the first contact surface, wherein the distance between the first contact surface and the first exposed surface is equal to the distance between the second contact surface and the second exposed surface.

[0018] In this technical solution, by further defining the relationship between the shapes of the first magnet sub-unit and the second magnet sub-unit, the distribution density of the magnetic lines of force around the magnet is further reduced, and the adverse effects of the magnet on surrounding electronic components are further reduced.

[0019] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the magnet unit has a non-mirror-symmetrical structure.

[0020] In a possible implementation, the magnet unit includes a connecting wall, and the two connecting walls of two adjacent magnet units in the multiple magnet units are adjacent. The connecting wall includes a first connecting wall and a second connecting wall that are oppositely arranged, and the first connecting wall and the second connecting wall are not mirror-symmetrical.

[0021] In a possible implementation, the magnet unit includes a working surface and a connecting surface that are arranged opposite to each other, and the working surface and the connecting surface are not mirror-symmetrical.

[0022] In a possible implementation, the magnet unit includes an exposed surface and a contact surface that are arranged opposite to each other, and the exposed surface and the contact surface are not mirror-symmetrical.

[0023] In a possible implementation, a first coating is coated on the first connecting wall of the magnet unit, and a second coating is coated on the second connecting wall, and the first coating and the second coating have different colors.

[0024] The magnet units are arranged into a non-mirror-symmetrical structure. In the process of forming a magnet by using the magnet units, the installation order of the magnet units can be quickly determined by the shape, which is conducive to improving the assembly efficiency of the magnet units.

[0025] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the magnet unit includes a connecting wall, and the two connecting walls of two adjacent magnet units in the multiple magnet units are adjacent. The connecting wall includes a first connecting wall and a second connecting wall arranged opposite to each other, and a first chamfer is provided at the first end of the first connecting wall.

[0026] In a possible implementation, the first chamfer may be a chamfered right angle or a rounded angle.

[0027] In combination with the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, a second chamfer is provided at the second end of the first connecting wall, or a second chamfer is provided at the second end of the second connecting wall, wherein the first end and the second end are two opposite ends of the magnet unit.

[0028] In a possible implementation, the second chamfer may be a chamfered right angle or a rounded angle.

[0029] This technical solution determines the installation order of the magnet units by chamfering the magnet units. The chamfers are easy to identify visually or by image recognition, which is conducive to the automated assembly of the magnet units.

[0030] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the magnet unit includes a connecting wall, and the two connecting walls of two adjacent magnet units in the multiple magnet units are adjacent. The connecting wall includes a first connecting wall and a second connecting wall arranged opposite to each other, and the plane where the first connecting wall is located intersects with the plane where the second connecting wall is located.

[0031] In a possible implementation, the above technical solution may also be understood as the inclination angle of the plane where the first connecting wall is located is different from the inclination angle of the plane where the second connecting wall is located.

[0032] This technical solution provides another magnet unit with an asymmetric structure. Compared with the method of setting chamfers, this technical solution is beneficial for obtaining a magnet unit structure with a non-mirror-symmetrical structure while simplifying the processing technology of the magnet unit, which is beneficial for improving the preparation efficiency of the magnet unit.

[0033] In combination with the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, a gap is provided between at least two adjacent magnet units among the plurality of magnet units.

[0034] In one possible implementation, the magnet may include one or more spaces therein.

[0035] By providing gaps between the magnet units, connecting circuits between electronic components within the area enclosed by the magnets and those outside the area can be accommodated within these gaps. This technical solution facilitates the placement of magnets in electronic devices with limited storage space, facilitating the application of magnets in a variety of electronic devices.

[0036] In combination with the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the magnet further includes a spacing unit, which is located between two adjacent magnet units, and the directions of magnetic lines of force of the spacing unit and the magnet units on the same side of the magnet are different.

[0037] In a possible implementation manner, the spacing unit and the magnet unit have the same shape.

[0038] In one possible implementation, the spacer unit includes a first spacer unit and a second spacer unit. The shape of the first spacer unit is the same as that of the first magnet sub-unit, and the shape of the second spacer unit is the same as that of the second magnet sub-unit. The inclination of the magnetic force lines within the first spacer unit is the same as that within the second magnet sub-unit, and the inclination of the magnetic force lines within the second spacer unit is the same as that within the first magnet sub-unit.

[0039] By placing a spacing unit with different magnetic flux lines between two adjacent magnet units, when the magnet is used to attract or repel another magnet, the different directions of the magnetic flux lines generated by the magnet unit and the spacing unit result in different types of interaction forces between the magnet unit, the spacing unit, and the other magnet. This arrangement of magnets with different structural units can, to a certain extent, help select the matching angle between the two interacting magnets.

[0040] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the magnet further includes a backplate, the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole are arranged close to the connecting surface of the magnet, the backplate is fixedly connected to the connecting surface of the magnet, and the backplate can be composed of a material with a magnetic permeability greater than a preset threshold.

[0041] In some possible implementations, the connecting surface and the working surface are two surfaces of the magnet disposed opposite to each other.

[0042] In a possible implementation, the back plate may be made of ferromagnetic material or soft magnetic material.

[0043] In this technical solution, a backplate composed of ferromagnetic or soft magnetic material is attached to the magnet connection surface. Due to the magnet's attraction to the backplate, the backplate can, to a certain extent, relatively secure the first and second magnet sub-units. Because the backplate is composed of ferromagnetic or soft magnetic material, the magnetic lines of force on the side of the magnet connection surface will preferentially close through the backplate, which has lower magnetic resistance. Therefore, the provision of the backplate also helps to reduce the external magnetic field on the side of the magnet connection surface to a certain extent, while also enhancing the magnetic field on the working surface and improving the magnetic attraction.

[0044] In the second aspect, a magnet is provided, which is annular and includes a first sub-magnet and a second sub-magnet, both of which are annular. The first sub-magnet is arranged on the outside of the second sub-magnet, and the first sub-magnet and the second sub-magnet are relatively fixed. The first magnetic pole of the first sub-magnet is adjacent to the second magnetic pole of the second sub-magnet, the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole are opposite, and the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole are both arranged close to the same surface of the magnet; wherein the direction of the magnetic force lines inside the first sub-magnet is inclined to the plane where the magnet is located, and the direction of the magnetic force lines inside the second sub-magnet is inclined to the plane where the magnet is located.

[0045] In some scenarios, the direction of the magnetic force lines inside the first sub-magnet can also be understood as the magnetization direction inside the first sub-magnet, and the direction of the magnetic force lines inside the second sub-magnet can also be understood as the magnetization direction inside the second sub-magnet.

[0046] It should be noted that the direction of the magnetic lines of force being inclined to the plane where the magnet is located should be understood as the direction of the magnetic lines of force being neither perpendicular to nor parallel to the plane where the magnet is located.

[0047] In some scenarios, the inclination of the direction of the magnetic lines of force to the plane where the magnet is located can also be understood as the inclination of the direction of the magnetic lines of force to the normal of the plane where the magnet is located.

[0048] By tilting the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the first sub-magnet and the second sub-magnet, and setting the magnetic poles of the first sub-magnet and the second sub-magnet on the side close to each other in opposite directions, more magnetic lines of force can be gathered on the working surface of the magnet. When the working surface of the magnet is used to attract or repel other magnets, the magnet provided in this technical solution can generate a stronger interaction force with other magnets compared to magnets with non-tilted magnetic lines of force. From another perspective, when the interaction forces generated are equal, the magnet provided in this technical solution is smaller in size and occupies less space when housed in an electronic device.

[0049] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the angle between the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the first sub-magnet and the plane where the magnet is located is α, and the angle between the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the second sub-magnet and the plane where the magnet is located is β, wherein 30≤α<90°, 30≤β<90°.

[0050] The first sub-magnet and the second sub-magnet provided in the tilt angle range of the present technical solution can generate a stronger magnetic field intensity on one side of the working surface, and the distribution of magnetic lines of force is denser.

[0051] In combination with the second aspect, in some implementations of the second aspect, α=β.

[0052] By setting the inclination angle of the magnetic lines of force in the first sub-magnet to be the same as the inclination angle of the magnetic lines of force in the second sub-magnet, after the magnetic field generated by the first sub-magnet and the magnetic field generated by the second sub-magnet are superimposed, the magnetic lines of force around the magnet are sparser. When the magnet is installed in an electronic device, the magnet has less adverse effects on surrounding electronic components.

[0053] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, a width of the first sub-magnet is equal to a width of the second sub-magnet.

[0054] In some scenarios, the width of the first sub-magnet being equal to the width of the second sub-magnet can also be understood as: the difference between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the first sub-magnet is equal to the difference between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the second sub-magnet.

[0055] In this technical solution, by further defining the relationship between the shapes of the first sub-magnet and the second sub-magnet, the distribution density of the magnetic lines of force around the magnet is further reduced, and the adverse effects of the magnet on surrounding electronic components are further reduced.

[0056] In combination with the second aspect, in some implementations of the second aspect, the magnet includes at least one notch.

[0057] By providing a gap in the annular magnet, connecting circuits between electronic components located within the area enclosed by the magnet and those located outside the area can be accommodated in this gap. This technical solution facilitates the placement of magnets in electronic devices with limited space, facilitating the application of magnets in a variety of electronic devices.

[0058] In combination with the second aspect, in some implementations of the second aspect, the magnet is composed of a plurality of first magnetic portions and a plurality of second magnetic portions spaced apart, and the directions of the magnetic lines of force of the first magnetic portions and the second magnetic portions on the same side of the magnet are different.

[0059] Since the first magnetic portion and the second magnetic portion are distributed alternately, and the directions of the magnetic lines of force of the first magnetic portion and the second magnetic portion on the same side of the magnet are different, the same coupling magnet generates an attractive force on the first magnetic portion and a repulsive force on the second magnetic portion. In this way, the two different magnetic portions distributed alternately can play a role in selecting the angle of interaction between the two magnets when interacting with the coupling magnet.

[0060] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the magnet further includes a backplate, the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole are arranged near the connecting surface of the magnet, the backplate is fixedly connected to the connecting surface of the magnet, and the backplate is composed of a material with a magnetic permeability greater than a preset threshold.

[0061] In some possible implementations, the connecting surface and the working surface are two surfaces of the magnet disposed opposite to each other.

[0062] In a possible implementation, the back plate may be made of ferromagnetic material or soft magnetic material.

[0063] In this technical solution, a backplate composed of ferromagnetic or soft magnetic material is attached to the magnet's connecting surface. This backplate, to a certain extent, helps to relatively secure the first and second sub-magnets. Because the backplate is composed of a material with a certain magnetic permeability, the magnetic flux lines on the magnet's connecting surface will preferentially close through the backplate, which has lower magnetic resistance. Therefore, the backplate also helps to increase the magnetic flux density or magnetic field strength on this side of the magnet's connecting surface.

[0064] In a third aspect, an electronic device is provided, comprising: a charging coil, a mainboard, and the magnet of the first aspect and any possible implementation thereof or the magnet of the second aspect and any possible implementation thereof, wherein the charging coil is located in an area enclosed by the magnet and is electrically connected to the mainboard.

[0065] In a fourth aspect, a charging device is provided, comprising: a charging coil, a circuit board, and the magnet in the first aspect and any possible implementation thereof or the magnet in the second aspect and any possible implementation thereof, the charging coil being located in an area enclosed by the magnet, and the charging coil being electrically connected to the circuit board.

[0066] In a possible implementation, the charging device further includes a cover and a shell, wherein the cover is disposed on the shell, and the shell contains the charging coil, the circuit board, and the aforementioned magnet.

[0067] In a fifth aspect, a magnetic bracket is provided, comprising the magnet in the first aspect and any possible implementation thereof or the magnet in the second aspect and any possible implementation thereof.

[0068] In a sixth aspect, a shell is provided, comprising the magnet in the first aspect and any possible implementation thereof or the magnet in the second aspect and any possible implementation thereof. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0090] The following describes embodiments of the present application in detail, and examples of the embodiments of the present application are shown in the accompanying drawings. In the accompanying drawings, the same or similar reference numerals represent the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are intended only to explain the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.

[0091] Unless otherwise defined, the technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meanings understood by persons having ordinary skills in the technical field to which this application belongs. In the description of this application, it should be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "upper", "lower", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer" and the like, indicating directions or positional relationships, are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings and are only for the convenience of describing this application and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific direction, be constructed and operate in a specific direction, and therefore should not be understood as limiting this application.

[0092] Figures 1 to 4 show the magnetic field distribution of several combinations of two bar magnets. Figure 1 shows the distribution of magnetic lines of force when two bar magnets with different polarities face each other, Figure 2 shows the distribution of magnetic lines of force when two bar magnets with the same polarity face each other, Figure 3 shows the distribution of magnetic lines of force when two bar magnets with different polarities are placed side by side, and Figure 4 shows the distribution of magnetic lines of force when two bar magnets with the same polarity are placed side by side. As can be seen from the figures, both magnets are surrounded by magnetic lines of force. When these magnets are applied to electronic devices, the magnetic field around the magnets will adversely affect the normal operation of electronic components in various locations around them. In addition, because the magnetic field generated by the magnets is relatively dispersed, the distribution of magnetic lines of force in the main working direction of the magnets is not concentrated enough, which limits the working performance of the magnets.

[0093] In order to improve the distribution of the magnetic field generated by the magnet, reduce the adverse effects of the magnetic field on the operation of surrounding electronic components, and improve the working performance of the magnet, the present application provides a first magnet 10, in which the direction of the magnetic lines of force in the magnet is inclined to the normal of the plane where the magnet is located, and more magnetic lines of force can be concentrated in the upper space or lower space of the plane where the magnet is located. Under the same conditions, the interaction force generated between this magnet and other magnets is greater.

[0094] FIG5 is a schematic structural diagram of the first magnet 10A, FIG6 is a schematic diagram of the AA section of the first magnet 10A, and FIG7 is a schematic diagram of the magnetic field line distribution around the first magnet 10A.

[0095] The first magnet 10A includes a first sub-magnet 110 and a second sub-magnet 120, which are arranged adjacent to each other. The direction of the magnetic lines of force in the first sub-magnet 110 is inclined with respect to the normal direction of the plane in which the first magnet 10A is located (direction OO in FIG6 ). In other words, the angle between the direction of the magnetic lines of force in the first sub-magnet 110 and the normal direction of the plane in which the first magnet 10A is located is γ1, where 0<γ1<90°.

[0096] The above description about the direction of the magnetic lines of force in the first sub-magnet 110 can also be understood as: the magnetization direction on the AA section of the first sub-magnet 110 forms an acute angle with the plane where the first magnet 10A is located, or the magnetization direction on the AA section of the first sub-magnet 110 forms an angle of (90°-γ1) with the plane where the first magnet 10A is located, 0<γ1<90°.

[0097] The direction of the magnetic lines of force in the second sub-magnet 120 is inclined to the normal direction of the plane where the first magnet 10A is located (OO direction in Figure 6), or in other words, the angle between the direction of the magnetic lines of force in the second sub-magnet 120 and the normal direction of the plane where the first magnet 10A is located is γ2, 0<γ2<90°.

[0098] The above description about the direction of the magnetic lines of force in the second sub-magnet 120 can also be understood as: the magnetization direction on the AA section of the second sub-magnet 120 forms an acute angle with the plane where the first magnet 10 is located, or the magnetization direction on the AA section of the second sub-magnet 120 forms an angle of (90°-γ2) with the plane where the first magnet 10 is located, 0<γ2<90°.

[0099] In conjunction with Figure 7, the magnetic lines of force around the first magnet 10A are mainly concentrated in the upper space of the upper surface of the first magnet 10A. The upper surface of the first magnet 10A can also be called the working surface of the first magnet 10A. In some examples, the N and S polarities of the adjacent areas of the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 on the working surface (or attraction surface, repulsion surface) of the first magnet 10A are opposite. In other words, the N and S polarities of the A1 area of the first sub-magnet 110 in Figure 5 are opposite to the N and S polarities of the A2 area of the second sub-magnet 120. In other words, the opposite magnetic poles of the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 are arranged adjacent to each other, and are both arranged close to the same surface of the first magnet 10A.

[0100] In some examples, the upper left corner of the first sub-magnet 110 exhibits an N-pole property, and the lower right corner of the first sub-magnet 110 exhibits an S-pole property.

[0101] In some examples, the upper right corner of the second sub-magnet 120 exhibits an S-pole property, and the lower left corner of the second sub-magnet 120 exhibits an N-pole property.

[0102] In order to improve the distribution of the magnetic lines of force of the first magnet 10A in space, so that fewer magnetic lines of force are distributed around the first magnet 10A and more magnetic lines of force are distributed in the upper space and / or lower space of the first magnet 10A, in some examples, the aforementioned angle γ1 is equal to the angle γ2.

[0103] In some examples, the angle between the direction of the magnetic force lines in the first sub-magnet 110 and the direction of the magnetic force lines in the second sub-magnet 120 is 180°-(γ1+γ2). For example, the direction of the magnetic force lines in the first sub-magnet 110 points to the working surface, and the direction of the magnetic force lines in the second sub-magnet 120 points to the other surface opposite to the working surface.

[0104] Likewise, in order to improve the spatial distribution of the magnetic lines of force of the first magnet 10A, the shape and size of the first sub-magnet 110 may be substantially consistent with those of the second sub-magnet 120 .

[0105] In some examples, the length of the first sub-magnet 110 may be equal to the length of the second sub-magnet 120 , that is, the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 may have the same size in the X-axis direction in FIG. 5 .

[0106] In some examples, the width of the first sub-magnet 110 may be equal to the width of the second sub-magnet 120 , that is, the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 may have the same size in the Y-axis direction in FIG. 5 .

[0107] In some examples, the height of the first sub-magnet 110 may be equal to the height of the second sub-magnet 120 , that is, the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 may have the same size in the Z-axis direction in FIG. 5 .

[0108] By setting the shapes and sizes of the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 to be substantially the same, the magnetic lines of force generated by the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 are superimposed, resulting in a sparser distribution of the magnetic lines of force around the first magnet 10A and a denser distribution of the magnetic lines of force in the space above and / or below the first magnet 10A. In this way, when the working surface of the first magnet 10A interacts with other magnets, the interaction force generated between the first magnet 10A and the other magnets is stronger, and the first magnet 10 has a smaller adverse effect on the normal operation of surrounding electronic components.

[0109] From another perspective, in the above scheme, by changing the direction of the magnetic lines of force within the first magnet 10A, or in other words, by changing the magnetization direction within the first magnet 10A, more magnetic lines of force can be concentrated in the space corresponding to the working surface of the first magnet 10A. The first magnet 10A with less material and smaller volume can produce a magnetic line distribution similar to that produced by a magnet with larger material and larger volume, thereby reducing the space occupied by the first magnet and lowering the material cost of the first magnet.

[0110] For different application scenarios, the first magnet can also have other different shapes. Accordingly, the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 included in the first magnet can also have different shapes. Figures 8 and 9 exemplarily provide top views of first magnets of two different shapes.

[0111] As shown in FIG8 , the first magnet 10B can be prism-shaped, and the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 are also prism-shaped. The first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 together constitute the first magnet 10B. The cross section shown in FIG6 can be regarded as the BB cross section of the isosceles trapezoid in FIG8 .

[0112] Taking the isosceles trapezoid on the left side of FIG8 as the first sub-magnet 110 and the isosceles trapezoid on the right side as the second sub-magnet 120 as an example, the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 are connected. The contact surface between the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 can be referred to as the first contact surface, and the contact surface between the second sub-magnet 120 and the first sub-magnet 110 can be referred to as the second contact surface. In some examples, the first contact surface and the second contact surface are the same in shape and size.

[0113] The outer surface of the first sub-magnet 110 adjacent to the first contact surface can be referred to as the sidewall of the first sub-magnet 110, the other outer surface of the first sub-magnet 110 opposite to the first contact surface can be referred to as the first exposed surface of the first sub-magnet 110, and the first contact surface and the first exposed surface can be respectively regarded as the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the first sub-magnet 110. Similarly, the outer surface of the second sub-magnet 120 adjacent to the second contact surface can be referred to as the sidewall of the second sub-magnet 120, the other outer surface of the second sub-magnet 120 opposite to the second contact surface can be referred to as the second exposed surface of the second sub-magnet 120, and the second exposed surface and the second contact surface can be respectively regarded as the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the second sub-magnet 120.

[0114] In some examples, the two angles between the first contact surface of the first sub-magnet 110 and the plane where the side wall is located are equal to the two angles between the second contact surface of the second sub-magnet 120 and the plane where the side wall is located. In other words, the side wall of the first sub-magnet 110 and the side wall of the second sub-magnet 120 transition smoothly at the position where they meet.

[0115] In some examples, the first exposed surface, the first contact surface, the second contact surface, and the second exposed surface of the first magnet 10B may be arranged in parallel.

[0116] In some examples, the shapes of the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 can be substantially identical. For example, the width of the first sub-magnet 110 and the width of the second sub-magnet 120 can be equal, or in other words, the distance between the first contact surface and the first exposed surface of the first sub-magnet 110 and the distance between the second contact surface and the second exposed surface of the second sub-magnet 120 in FIG. 8 can be equal.

[0117] As shown in FIG9 , the first magnet 10C may be in the shape of an axisymmetric sector ring, and the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 may also be axisymmetric sector rings. The first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 together constitute the first magnet 10C. The cross section shown in FIG6 may be the CC cross section of the sector ring in FIG9 .

[0118] The sector ring on the left in Figure 9 can be regarded as the first sub-magnet 110, and the sector ring on the right can be regarded as the second sub-magnet 120. The first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 are connected. The contact surface between the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 can be referred to as the first contact surface, and the contact surface between the second sub-magnet 120 and the first sub-magnet 110 can be referred to as the second contact surface.

[0119] In some examples, the first contact surface and the second contact surface are consistent in shape and size. In other words, the fan-shaped first sub-magnet 110 is located outside the fan-shaped second sub-magnet 120, the arc surface of the first sub-magnet 110 close to the second sub-magnet 120 can be called the first inner wall, the arc surface of the first sub-magnet 110 away from the second sub-magnet 120 can be called the first outer wall, the arc surface of the second sub-magnet 120 close to the first sub-magnet 110 can be called the second outer wall, the arc surface of the second sub-magnet 120 away from the first sub-magnet 110 can be called the second inner wall, and the shape and size of the first inner wall and the second outer wall are equal.

[0120] In some examples, the shapes of the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 can be substantially identical. For example, the width of the first sub-magnet 110 is equal to the width of the second sub-magnet 120, or in other words, the difference between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the sector ring corresponding to the first sub-magnet 110 in FIG. 9 is equal to the difference between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the sector ring corresponding to the second sub-magnet 120.

[0121] In some examples, different splicing shapes can be obtained by splicing the rectangular first magnet 10A shown in FIG. 5 , the prism-shaped first magnet 10B in FIG. 8 , and the fan-shaped first magnet 10C in FIG. 9 as structural units.

[0122] As shown in Figures 10 and 11, the rectangular first magnet 10A can be assembled as a structural unit to form a long strip-shaped first magnet group 200 or a polygonal second magnet group 310. When the length of the rectangular first magnet 10A is short, the polygonal second magnet group 310 shown in Figure 11 can be approximately annular.

[0123] In some examples, the plurality of first magnets 10A may be spliced into an approximately open ring shape, or the approximately annular second magnet group 310 shown in Figure 11 may be provided with a gap. For example, the open ring may be axially symmetrical.

[0124] In some examples, the plurality of first magnets 10A may be discontinuously distributed in an axisymmetric manner to form a magnet group, and the magnet group may include an even number or an odd number of first magnets 10A.

[0125] As shown in Figure 12, the pyramid-shaped first magnets 10B can be assembled as structural units to form a polygonal third magnet group 320. When the isosceles trapezoid is small in size, the polygonal third magnet group 320 shown in Figure 12 is approximately annular.

[0126] In some examples, the plurality of first magnets 10B may be spliced together to form an approximately open ring shape. In other words, the approximately annular third magnet group 320 shown in FIG12 may be provided with a gap. For example, the open ring may be axially symmetrical.

[0127] In some examples, the plurality of first magnets 10B may be discontinuously distributed in an axisymmetric manner to form a magnet group, and the magnet group may include an even number or an odd number of first magnets 10B.

[0128] As shown in FIG. 13 , the sector-shaped first magnet 10C can be assembled as a structural unit to form a fourth magnet group 330 in a circular shape.

[0129] In some examples, the plurality of first magnets 10C may be approximately spliced into an open ring shape, namely the fifth magnet group 331 shown in Figure 14. For example, the fifth magnet group 331 may be axisymmetric about the symmetry axis WW.

[0130] In some examples, the plurality of first magnets 10C may be distributed discontinuously in an axisymmetric manner, forming a sixth magnet group 332 as shown in FIG15 . The sixth magnet group 332 may include an even number or an odd number of first magnets 10C. The plurality of first magnets 10C may be distributed in an axisymmetric manner about the axis of symmetry WW. Similarly, the plurality of first magnets 10C may be distributed in a centrosymmetric manner, for example, centrosymmetric about the center of symmetry C in FIG15 .

[0131] Because the approximately annular combined magnets in Figures 11 to 13 are all composed of the same first magnet, the distribution of magnetic lines of force at various locations on the annulus is essentially consistent. In some examples, first magnets of the same shape but different properties can be combined as structural units to form annular rings with different distributions of magnetic lines of force at different locations on the annular surface. Figures 16 and 17 provide two examples.

[0132] 16 and 17 are composed of two structural units of the same shape but different properties, which can be respectively referred to as the first structural unit 21 and the second structural unit 22. The shapes of the first structural unit 21 and the second structural unit 22 are similar to the aforementioned sector-shaped first magnet 10C.

[0133] The first structural unit 21 is composed of a first sub-structural unit and a second sub-structural unit. The first sub-structural unit is located outside the second sub-structural unit, and the first sub-structural unit and the second sub-structural unit are both approximately fan-shaped. The shape of the first sub-structural unit and the direction of the internal magnetic lines of force are consistent with the shape and direction of the internal magnetic lines of force of the first sub-magnet 110 in Figure 9, and the shape and direction of the internal magnetic lines of force of the second sub-magnet 120 in Figure 9. For the relevant description of the first sub-structural unit and the second sub-structural unit, please refer to the relevant content in Figure 9. For the sake of brevity, they are not repeated here.

[0134] The second structural unit 22 is composed of a third sub-structural unit and a fourth sub-structural unit. The third sub-structural unit is located on the outside of the fourth sub-structural unit, and both the third sub-structural unit and the fourth sub-structural unit are approximately fan-shaped. The shape of the third sub-structural unit is consistent with the shape of the first sub-magnet 110 in Figure 9, and the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the third sub-structural unit is consistent with the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the second sub-magnet 120 in Figure 9. The shape of the fourth sub-structural unit is consistent with the shape of the second sub-magnet 120 in Figure 9, and the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the fourth sub-structural unit is consistent with the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the first sub-magnet 110 in Figure 9. For the relevant description of the third and fourth sub-structural units, please refer to the relevant content in Figure 9. For the sake of brevity, they will not be repeated here.

[0135] In Figure 16, the first structural units 21 and the second structural units 22 are arranged alternately to form a seventh magnet group 334. In Figure 17, the combined magnetic ring is assembled in a manner such that two first structural units 21 are spaced apart from two second structural units 22 to form an eighth magnet group 335. In some examples, the direction of the magnetic force lines in the space above the working surface of the first structural unit 21 is oriented in the first direction, while the direction of the magnetic force in the space above the working surface of the second structural unit 22 is away from the first direction.

[0136] The structure of the annular magnet group is formed by the assembly and arrangement method shown in Figure 16 or Figure 17, and the magnetic lines of force in different directions are alternately distributed on the ring surface of the magnetic ring. When this magnet group is used to repel or attract other annular magnets, when the first structural unit 21 shows an attractive force with the other magnets, the second structural unit 22 shows a repulsive force with the same magnet. The two structural units with opposite magnetic lines of force can, to a certain extent, play a role in selecting the angle for the two magnets to cooperate with each other when the combined magnetic ring interacts with the other magnets.

[0137] Because the magnetic poles corresponding to the two opposite sides or two surfaces of the first magnet are different, for the aforementioned first magnets with mirror-symmetrical shapes such as rectangular parallelepiped, pyramidal, or mirror-symmetrical sector rings, during the process of splicing and assembling multiple magnets, it is impossible to correctly determine the magnetic poles of the first magnets or the installation order based solely on the shapes of the first magnets, resulting in relatively low assembly efficiency of the first magnets. To improve the splicing and assembly efficiency of the first magnets, assembly can be performed using first magnets with non-mirror-symmetrical shapes as structural units. Figures 18, 19, and 22 provide exemplary front views of some first magnets with non-mirror-symmetrical shapes.

[0138] In some examples, rounded corners or chamfered corners are respectively provided on different parts of the two sub-magnets of the fan-shaped first magnet 10C, and the splicing order of the first magnet 10C can be determined according to the positions of the chamfers.

[0139] FIG18 is a schematic diagram of a first magnet 10D. A first chamfer 31 can be provided near the connection between the first outer wall and the side wall of the first sub-magnet 110 on the left, and a second chamfer 32 can be provided near the connection between the second inner wall and the side wall of the second sub-magnet 120 on the right. The first chamfer 31 and the second chamfer 32 can be located on the side wall on the same side of the first magnet 10D.

[0140] FIG19 is a schematic diagram of the first magnet 10E. A third chamfer 33 can be provided near the connection between the first outer wall and the side wall of the first sub-magnet 110 on the left, and a fourth chamfer 34 can be provided near the connection between the second inner wall and the side wall of the second sub-magnet 120 on the right. The third chamfer 33 and the fourth chamfer 34 can be located on different sides of the side wall of the first magnet 10E.

[0141] In the actual assembly process, the efficiency of splicing and assembling multiple first magnets can be greatly improved by assembling according to the splicing and assembly rules that the chamfers of two adjacent first magnets do not touch, or in other words, the "chamfers" and "non-chamfers" are spaced apart from each other.

[0142] FIG20 shows a ninth magnet group 340, which is approximately annular and is formed by splicing and assembling the first magnets 10D in FIG18. FIG21 shows a tenth magnet group 350, which is approximately annular and is formed by splicing and assembling the first magnets 10E in FIG19. The first sub-magnetic rings located outside the ninth magnet group 340 and the tenth magnet group 350 are formed by splicing together the first sub-magnets 110 located in the first magnets 10D or 10E, and the second sub-magnetic rings located inside the magnet groups are formed by splicing together the second sub-magnets 120 located in the first magnets 10D or 10E.

[0143] In some examples, the installation order of the first magnets can be determined according to the different side walls by setting the two side walls of the first magnets with different inclination angles.

[0144] As shown in FIG22 , with the line connecting the midpoints of the two side walls of the first magnet 10F as a reference line, the angle formed between the first side wall of the first magnet 10F and the reference line is θ1, and the angle formed between the second side wall of the first magnet 10F and the reference line is θ2. Angles θ1 and θ2 can respectively reflect the degree of inclination of the first side wall and the second side wall. During the manufacturing process of the first magnet 10F, the difference between the two angles can be appropriately increased to expand the difference in the degree of inclination of the first side wall and the second side wall, thereby reducing the probability of the first magnets 10F being installed in the wrong order and improving the efficiency of splicing and assembling multiple first magnets 10F.

[0145] It should be understood that the different degrees of inclination of the first side wall and the second side wall can also be explained by other reference lines or reference planes. For example, the center plane determined by the midlines of the upper and lower bottom surfaces of the first magnet 10F is used as the reference plane, and the angles between the first side wall and the second side wall and the reference plane are examined respectively to determine the degrees of inclination of the first side wall and the second side wall.

[0146] During the actual assembly process, the plurality of first magnets 10F are spliced together in such a manner that the two side walls of two adjacent magnets with different inclinations abut against each other, thereby obtaining the approximately annular eleventh magnet group 360 as shown in FIG. 23 .

[0147] The above only lists some asymmetric structures of the first magnet by way of example. It should be understood that the first magnet can also be other more asymmetric structures. For example, the working surface and the connecting surface of the first magnet are two asymmetric surfaces, the connection between the exposed surface and the working surface of the first magnet is provided with a chamfer, the connection between the contact surface and the connecting surface of the first magnet is provided with a chamfer, the left and right side walls of the first magnet are coated with coatings of different colors, etc. This application does not impose any restrictions on this.

[0148] In the eleventh magnet group 360 shown in Figure 23, the first sub-magnets 110 in the first magnet 10F are connected to each other to form a first sub-magnetic ring on the outside of the combined magnet, and the second sub-magnets 120 in the first magnet 10F are spliced to each other to form a second sub-magnetic ring on the inside of the combined magnet.

[0149] As shown in Figure 24, in some examples, the first magnet 10G can be annular, and the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 included in the first magnet 10G can also be annular, the first sub-magnet 110 is located on the outside of the second sub-magnet 120, and the radius of the inner ring of the first sub-magnet 110 is equal to the radius of the outer ring of the second sub-magnet 120.

[0150] In some examples, the shapes of the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 can be substantially identical. For example, the width of the annular first sub-magnet 110 is equal to the width of the annular second sub-magnet 120. The cross section shown in FIG6 can be a GG cross section of the annular first magnet in FIG24 along the diameter direction of the annular ring.

[0151] In some examples, the annular first magnet 10G can be composed of a plurality of first magnetic portions and a plurality of second magnetic portions arranged in an alternating pattern, with the magnetic flux lines of the first and second magnetic portions on one side of the first magnet 10G directed in opposite directions. The structure of the first magnetic portion can be similar to the structure of the first structural unit 21 shown in FIG. 16 or FIG. 17 , and the structure of the second magnetic portion can be similar to the structure of the second structural unit 22 shown in FIG. 16 or FIG. 17 . For the sake of brevity, these details are not described here.

[0152] Magnetic lines of force in different directions are distributed alternately on the ring surface of the magnetic ring. When the annular first magnet 10G is used to repel or attract other annular magnets, the first magnetic part exhibits an attractive force with the other magnets, while the second magnetic part exhibits a repulsive force with the same magnet. The two magnetic parts with opposite magnetic lines of force can play a role in selecting the angle of interaction when the combined magnetic ring interacts with the other magnets.

[0153] The annular first magnet 10G may be provided with one or more notches. For example, as shown in FIG25 , the annular first magnet 10G is provided with a first notch 41. As shown in FIG26 , the annular first magnet 10G may be provided with two axially symmetrically distributed second notches 42 and a third notch 43, or in other words, the annular first magnet 10G may be composed of two axially symmetrically distributed sector rings. As shown in FIG27 , the annular first magnet 10G may be provided with three centrally symmetrically distributed notches, namely a fourth notch 44, a fifth notch 45, and a sixth notch 46, or in other words, the annular first magnet 10G may be composed of three centrally symmetrical sector rings.

[0154] The annular first magnet 10G can be prepared by an integrated molding process, and one or more gaps opened on the first magnet 10G can be used to connect the internal area and the external area surrounded by the annular first magnet 10G. For example, the one or more gaps can be used to accommodate circuits connecting electronic components located in the internal area of the first magnet 10G and electronic components outside the first magnet 10G.

[0155] As shown in FIG. 28 , a back plate 30 may be provided in the aforementioned various first magnets. The back plate 30 may be used to achieve relative fixation between the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 in the first magnet.

[0156] In some examples, the back plate 30 can be disposed on a side of the first magnet where the magnetic field lines are relatively sparse. In other words, the side of the first magnet where the magnetic field lines are relatively sparse can be fixedly connected to the back plate 30. In this case, the positions of the first sub-magnet 110 and the second sub-magnet 120 that constitute the first magnet are also relatively fixed.

[0157] The shape of the backplate 30 can be determined according to the shape of the first magnet. In some examples, the first magnet is annular, or a plurality of first magnets can be formed into a ring or polygonal shape. The width of the annular backplate 30 should be slightly larger than the width of the first magnet so that the projection of the first magnet in the plane of the backplate 30 can fall within the range of the backplate 30. For example, the first magnet is a rectangular parallelepiped as shown in Figure 5, and the backplate can also be a rectangular plate-like structure.

[0158] In some examples, the backplate 30 may also be made of a material with a magnetic permeability greater than a preset threshold, such as a ferromagnetic material or a soft magnetic material. This allows the magnetic lines of force emitted from the first magnet to preferentially pass through the magnetic backplate 30, which has a lower magnetic resistance, and to be closed. This helps reduce the magnetic field on one side of the backplate 30 while simultaneously increasing the magnetic field on the working surface, thereby enhancing the interaction between the first magnet and the other magnets.

[0159] As shown in Figures 29 to 34, the structures of several magnetic ring pairs provided in the embodiments of the present application and the corresponding cross-sectional schematic diagrams, the magnetic ring pairs include a first magnetic ring and a second magnetic ring that cooperate with each other, there may be a mutual attraction force between the first magnetic ring and the second magnetic ring, there may also be a mutual repulsion force between the first magnetic ring and the second magnetic ring, the following examples are mainly based on the mutual attraction between the two magnetic rings.

[0160] The structure of at least one of the first and second magnetic rings is similar to the annular first magnet or the annular magnet group composed of multiple first magnets in the aforementioned embodiments, thereby enhancing the interaction force between the two magnetic rings. The structure of the first magnetic ring in Figures 29 to 34 is basically similar, and the structure of the first magnetic ring will be described first below.

[0161] As shown in Figure 29, the structure of the first magnetic ring 500 is similar to that of the annular first magnet 10G in the aforementioned embodiment. The first magnetic ring 500 includes a first sub-magnetic ring and a second sub-magnetic ring. The first sub-magnetic ring is located on the outside of the second sub-magnetic ring, and the inner wall of the first sub-magnetic ring is in contact with the outer wall of the second sub-magnetic ring. In other words, the inner diameter of the first sub-magnetic ring is basically equal to the outer diameter of the second sub-magnetic ring.

[0162] The PP cross-section of the first magnetic ring 500 along the radial direction is shown in Figure 30. The rectangle on the left corresponds to the cross-section of the first sub-magnetic ring, and the rectangle on the right corresponds to the cross-section of the second sub-magnetic ring. The directions of the arrows in the two rectangles can represent the directions of the magnetic lines of force within the first sub-magnetic ring and the second sub-magnetic ring, respectively. The direction of the magnetic lines of force within the first sub-magnetic ring is tilted relative to the axial direction of the first magnetic ring 500, or in other words, the direction of the magnetic lines of force within the first sub-magnetic ring is tilted relative to the normal of the plane in which the first magnetic ring 500 is located. The direction of the magnetic lines of force within the second sub-magnetic ring is tilted relative to the axial direction of the first magnetic ring 500, or in other words, the direction of the magnetic lines of force within the second sub-magnetic ring is tilted relative to the normal of the plane in which the first magnetic ring 500 is located.

[0163] Exemplarily, the angle between the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the first sub-magnetic ring and the axial direction of the first magnetic ring 500 is α1, and the angle between the direction of the magnetic lines of force inside the second sub-magnetic ring and the axial direction of the first magnetic ring 500 is α2. Then: the value range of α1 is: 0<α1<90°, and the value range of α2 is: 0<α2<90°.

[0164] To further improve the distribution of magnetic lines of force of the first magnetic ring 500 and enhance the interaction between the first magnetic ring 500 and the second magnetic ring 600, the value range of α1 can be set to: 0 < α1 ≤ 60°, for example, 15°, 30°, 45°, or 60°. The value range of α2 can be set to: 0 < α2 ≤ 60°, for example, 15°, 30°, 45°, or 60°.

[0165] The magnetic poles on both sides of the contact surface between the first sub-magnetic ring and the second sub-magnetic ring can be opposite, so that more magnetic lines of force can be distributed near the side of the first magnetic ring 500 close to the second magnetic ring 600. For example, the south pole of the first sub-magnetic ring can be adjacent to or connected to the north pole of the second sub-magnetic ring, or the north pole of the first sub-magnetic ring can be adjacent to or connected to the south pole of the second sub-magnetic ring.

[0166] By adjusting the relationship between the directions of the magnetic force lines within the first sub-magnetic ring and the directions of the magnetic force lines within the second sub-magnetic ring, the distribution of the magnetic force lines of the first magnetic ring 500 can be further improved, thereby enhancing the interaction force between the first magnetic ring 500 and the second magnetic ring 600. For example, there can be a certain difference between the aforementioned angle α1 and the angle α2. For example, α1-α2=σ, where σ is in the range of -5°≤σ≤5°, for example, -5°, -3°, 0°, 3°, or 5°.

[0167] In some examples, the width of the first sub-magnetic ring and the width of the second sub-magnetic ring can be equal, or in other words, the widths of the two rectangles on the left and right sides of the cross-section of the first magnetic ring 500 are equal. Setting the width of the first sub-magnetic ring and the width of the second sub-magnetic ring to be equal can minimize the mutual cancellation of the magnetic force lines of the first sub-magnetic ring and the magnetic force lines of the second sub-magnetic ring located on the inner and outer sides of the first magnetic ring 500, while allowing the magnetic force lines of the first sub-magnetic ring and the magnetic force lines of the second sub-magnetic ring located on the side of the first magnetic ring 500 close to the second magnetic ring 600 to overlap with each other, thereby enhancing the interaction force between the first magnetic ring 500 and the second magnetic ring 600.

[0168] In some examples, a third sub-magnetic ring may be provided between the first sub-magnetic ring and the second sub-magnetic ring. The direction of the magnetic lines of force within the third sub-magnetic ring may be radially aligned with the first magnetic ring 500. In other words, the direction of the magnetic lines of force within the third sub-magnetic ring may be perpendicular to the normal of the plane of the first magnetic ring 500. The N pole within the third sub-magnetic ring may be provided close to the S pole of the first sub-magnetic ring, and the S pole within the third sub-magnetic ring may be provided close to the N pole of the second sub-magnetic ring.

[0169] In some examples, the first magnetic ring 500 may further include a fourth sub-magnetic ring and a fifth sub-magnetic ring. The fourth sub-magnetic ring may be located outside the fifth sub-magnetic ring, with the inner wall of the fourth sub-magnetic ring in contact with the outer wall of the fifth sub-magnetic ring, and the outer wall of the fourth sub-magnetic ring in contact with the inner wall of the second sub-magnetic ring. In other words, the first magnetic ring 500 may be viewed as a concentric ring structure formed by sequentially nesting the first sub-magnetic ring, the second sub-magnetic ring, the fourth sub-magnetic ring, and the fifth sub-magnetic ring.

[0170] The structure of the fourth sub-magnetic ring is similar to that of the first sub-magnetic ring, and the structure of the fifth sub-magnetic ring is similar to that of the second sub-magnetic ring. For the structures of the fourth and fifth sub-magnetic rings, please refer to the description of the structures of the first and second sub-magnetic rings above. For the sake of brevity, they are not repeated here.

[0171] The structure of the coupling magnetic ring that interacts with the first magnetic ring 500 can be determined according to the type of interaction between the two magnetic rings. In some examples, there is a mutual attractive force between the first magnetic ring 500 and the coupling magnetic ring.

[0172] Figures 29 and 30 also illustrate the structure of a second magnetic ring 600 coupled to the first magnetic ring 500 and its radial cross-section. The second magnetic ring 600 may include a sixth sub-magnetic ring 610 and a seventh sub-magnetic ring 620. The sixth sub-magnetic ring 610 is located outside the seventh sub-magnetic ring 620, and the sixth sub-magnetic ring 610 and the seventh sub-magnetic ring 620 are spaced apart. In other words, the inner diameter of the sixth sub-magnetic ring 610 is greater than the outer diameter of the seventh sub-magnetic ring 620. In other words, a spacer region may be provided between the sixth sub-magnetic ring 610 and the seventh sub-magnetic ring 620, which may also be referred to as a non-magnetic region.

[0173] In conjunction with the cross-sectional schematic diagram of the second magnetic ring 600, the directions of the magnetic force lines within the sixth sub-magnetic ring 610 located on the outside and the directions of the magnetic force lines within the seventh sub-magnetic ring 620 located on the inside are both parallel to the axial direction of the second magnetic ring 600. The directions of the magnetic force lines within the sixth sub-magnetic ring 610 are opposite to the directions of the magnetic force lines within the seventh sub-magnetic ring 620. Specifically, the S pole of the sixth sub-magnetic ring 610 is positioned close to the N pole of the first sub-magnetic ring, the N pole of the sixth sub-magnetic ring 610 is positioned away from the N pole of the first sub-magnetic ring, the N pole of the seventh sub-magnetic ring 620 is positioned close to the S pole of the second sub-magnetic ring, and the S pole of the seventh sub-magnetic ring 620 is positioned away from the S pole of the second sub-magnetic ring.

[0174] In order to enable the magnetic lines of force between the first magnetic ring 500 and the second magnetic ring 600 to be more used to enhance the interaction force between the two magnetic rings, in some examples, the shape of the first magnetic ring 500 and the shape of the second magnetic ring 600 can match. Specifically, the distance R1 between the center O1 of the first magnetic ring 500 and the center line of the magnetic ring cross section should be basically equal to the distance R2 between the center O2 of the second magnetic ring 600 and the center line of the magnetic ring cross section. In other words, the difference δ between the aforementioned R1 and R2 should be less than a preset threshold.

[0175] The matching relationship between the shapes of the first magnetic ring 500 and the second magnetic ring 600 can also be understood as: the two cross sections of the first magnetic ring 500 and the second magnetic ring 600 at the same position are axially symmetric about the same straight line, or in other words, the center lines of the two cross sections coincide.

[0176] D1 and D2 represent the width of the first magnetic ring 500 and the width of the second magnetic ring 600, respectively. In some examples, D2 ≥ D1. Because the magnetic lines of force within the first sub-magnetic ring and the magnetic lines of force within the second sub-magnetic ring are both inclined, a wider second magnetic ring 600 facilitates more magnetic lines of force emitted by the first magnetic ring 500 to enter the interior of the second magnetic ring 600, and also facilitates more magnetic lines of force emitted by the second magnetic ring 600 to enter the interior of the first magnetic ring 500, thereby increasing the interaction force between the first magnetic ring 500 and the second magnetic ring 600.

[0177] In some examples, the width of the second magnetic ring 600 can be determined based on the aforementioned angle α1 between the direction of the magnetic force lines within the first sub-magnetic ring and the axial direction of the first magnetic ring 500, and the angle α2 between the direction of the magnetic force lines within the second sub-magnetic ring and the axial direction of the first magnetic ring 500. For larger α1 and / or α2, the second magnetic ring 600 can be configured with a wider magnetic ring width, thereby facilitating enhanced interaction between the two magnetic rings.

[0178] Figures 31 and 32 show another structure of a third magnetic ring 700 coupled to the first magnetic ring 500 and schematic radial cross-sectional views thereof. The direction of the magnetic lines of force within the third magnetic ring 700 is along the radial direction of the third magnetic ring 700, or in other words, the direction of the magnetic lines of force within the third magnetic ring 700 is perpendicular to the normal of the plane in which the third magnetic ring 700 is located.

[0179] In the case where a mutual attraction is generated between the third magnetic ring 700 and the first magnetic ring 500, the S pole in the third magnetic ring 700 can be positioned close to the N pole of the first sub-magnetic ring, and the N pole in the third magnetic ring 700 can be positioned close to the S pole of the second sub-magnetic ring. As shown in FIG34 , the S pole in the third magnetic ring 700 can be located outside the third magnetic ring 700, and the N pole in the third magnetic ring 700 can be located inside the third magnetic ring 700.

[0180] In order to enable the magnetic lines of force between the first magnetic ring 500 and the third magnetic ring 700 to be more used to enhance the interaction force between the two magnetic rings, in some examples, the shape of the first magnetic ring 500 and the shape of the third magnetic ring 700 can match. Specifically, the distance R1 between the center O1 of the first magnetic ring 500 and the center line of the magnetic ring cross section should be basically equal to the distance R3 between the center O3 of the third magnetic ring 700 and the center line of the magnetic ring cross section. In other words, the difference δ between the aforementioned R1 and R3 should be less than a preset threshold.

[0181] The matching relationship between the shapes of the first magnetic ring 500 and the third magnetic ring 700 can also be understood as: the two cross sections of the first magnetic ring 500 and the third magnetic ring 700 at the same position are axially symmetric about the same straight line, or in other words, the center lines of the two cross sections coincide.

[0182] A schematic diagram of a radial QQ cross-section of the third magnetic ring 700 is shown in FIG32 , where D1 and D3 represent the widths of the first magnetic ring 500 and the third magnetic ring 700, respectively. In some examples, D3 ≥ D1. Because the magnetic lines of force within the first sub-magnetic ring and the magnetic lines of force within the second sub-magnetic ring are both inclined, a wider third magnetic ring 700 facilitates more magnetic lines of force emitted by the first magnetic ring 500 to enter the interior of the third magnetic ring 700, and also facilitates more magnetic lines of force emitted by the third magnetic ring 700 to enter the interior of the first magnetic ring 500, thereby facilitating increased interaction between the first magnetic ring 500 and the third magnetic ring 700.

[0183] In some examples, the width of the third magnetic ring 700 can be determined based on the aforementioned angle α1 between the direction of the magnetic force lines within the first sub-magnetic ring and the axial direction of the first magnetic ring 500, and the angle α2 between the direction of the magnetic force lines within the second sub-magnetic ring and the axial direction of the first magnetic ring 500. For larger α1 and / or α2, the third magnetic ring 700 can be configured with a wider magnetic ring width, thereby facilitating enhanced interaction between the two magnetic rings.

[0184] 33 and 34 show the structure of another fourth magnetic ring 800 coupled to the first magnetic ring 500 and its radial cross-sectional schematic diagram. The structure of the fourth magnetic ring 800 is similar to that of the first magnetic ring 500.

[0185] The fourth magnetic ring 800 is composed of an eighth sub-magnetic ring 810 and a ninth sub-magnetic ring 820. The eighth sub-magnetic ring 810 is located on the outside of the ninth sub-magnetic ring 820. The inner wall of the eighth sub-magnetic ring 800 can contact the outer wall of the ninth sub-magnetic ring 900, or in other words, the inner diameter of the eighth sub-magnetic ring 800 is basically equal to the outer diameter of the ninth sub-magnetic ring 900.

[0186] With reference to the cross-sectional schematic diagram of the fourth magnetic ring 800 in FIG34 , the direction of the magnetic force lines within the eighth sub-magnetic ring 810 is arranged at an angle relative to the normal to the plane of the fourth magnetic ring 800, and the direction of the magnetic force lines within the ninth sub-magnetic ring 820 is arranged at an angle relative to the normal to the plane of the fourth magnetic ring 800. The south pole within the eighth sub-magnetic ring 810 is arranged close to the north pole of the first sub-magnetic ring, the north pole within the ninth sub-magnetic ring 820 is arranged close to the south pole of the second sub-magnetic ring, and the north pole of the eighth sub-magnetic ring 810 is arranged close to the south pole of the ninth sub-magnetic ring 820.

[0187] The structure of the eighth sub-magnetic ring 810 and the structure of the ninth sub-magnetic ring 820 are similar to the structures of the aforementioned first sub-magnetic ring and the second sub-magnetic ring. For detailed description, please refer to the relevant contents in Figures 29 and 30. For the sake of brevity, they are not repeated here.

[0188] In order to enable the magnetic lines of force between the first magnetic ring 500 and the fourth magnetic ring 800 to be more used to enhance the interaction force between the two magnetic rings, in some examples, the shape of the first magnetic ring 500 and the shape of the fourth magnetic ring 800 can match. Specifically, the distance R1 between the center O1 of the first magnetic ring 500 and the center line of the magnetic ring cross section should be basically equal to the distance R4 between the center O4 of the fourth magnetic ring 800 and the center line of the magnetic ring cross section. In other words, the difference δ between the aforementioned R1 and R4 should be less than a preset threshold.

[0189] The matching relationship between the shapes of the first magnetic ring 500 and the fourth magnetic ring 800 can also be understood as: the two cross sections of the first magnetic ring 500 and the fourth magnetic ring 800 at the same position are axially symmetric about the same straight line, or in other words, the center lines of the two cross sections coincide.

[0190] A schematic diagram of a radial UU cross-section of the fourth magnetic ring 800 is shown in FIG34 . Because the magnetic lines of force within the first, second, eighth, and ninth sub-magnetic rings 810 and 820 are all tilted, to enhance the interaction between the first and fourth magnetic rings 500 and 800, the widths of the first and fourth magnetic rings 500 and 800 should be as equal as possible. In other words, D5 and D6 represent the widths of the first and fourth magnetic rings 500 and 800, respectively. In some examples, D5 = D6. In some examples, |D5 - D6| ≤ τ, where τ ≥ 0. It should be understood that, here, the smaller the value of τ, the closer the widths of the two magnetic rings. Given a given volume of the two interacting magnetic rings, the stronger the interaction between them.

[0191] Similar to the aforementioned arrangement of a backplate on the same surface of the two sub-magnets of the first magnet, a backplate may also be provided on the connecting surface on the other side opposite to the working surface of the first sub-magnetic ring and the second sub-magnetic ring in the aforementioned first magnetic ring 500. The backplate may be composed of a material having a magnetic permeability greater than a preset threshold, such as a ferromagnetic material or a soft magnetic material.

[0192] By setting up the backplate structure, on the one hand, the relative fixation of the two sub-magnetic rings located inside the same magnetic ring can be achieved; on the other hand, the magnetic lines of force between the two sub-magnetic rings can be closed through the backplate structure with good magnetic conductivity, which is beneficial to increasing the density of the magnetic lines of force emitted by the first magnetic ring 500, and is beneficial to increasing the interaction force between the first magnetic ring 500 and the second magnetic ring, the third magnetic ring or the fourth magnetic ring.

[0193] The first magnetic ring 500 provided in the embodiment of the present application can be suitable for different application scenarios. Figures 35 and 36 exemplarily provide two application methods of the first magnetic ring 500. It should be understood that the first magnetic ring 500 can also be used in scenarios other than Figures 35 and 36, for example, magnetic protective covers for electronic devices, magnetic power banks, etc., and the present application does not impose any restrictions on this.

[0194] FIG35 shows a wireless charging base 2000 provided in an embodiment of the present application. The wireless charging base 2000 may include a cover 2100 and a housing 2200. The cover 2100 may be mounted on the housing 2200. The cover 2100 and the housing 2200 may enclose a housing space, which may accommodate a first connecting ring 2300 and a charging coil 2400 of the wireless charging base 2000. The first connecting ring 2300 may be any of the first magnetic rings described above. The charging coil 2400 is disposed within the area enclosed by the first connecting ring 2300 and is further connected to a circuit board within the wireless charging base 2000, which is disposed outside the area enclosed by the first connecting ring 2300. In some examples, the first connecting ring 2300 may have a notch, through which interconnecting wiring connecting the charging coil 2400 to the circuit board may be connected from the charging coil 2400 within the first connecting ring to the circuit board outside the first connecting ring 2300.

[0195] The first connecting ring 2300 in the wireless charging base 2000 can cooperate with the coupling connecting ring installed on the electronic device. There can be mutual magnetic attraction between the first connecting ring 230 and the coupling connecting ring. When the electronic device is placed on the wireless charging base 2000 (for example, on the cover 2100), the mutual attraction between the first connecting ring 2300 and the coupling connecting ring on the electronic device can attract the electronic device to the wireless charging base 2000, so that the electronic device is not easy to slip off the wireless charging base 2000 during the wireless charging process, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the wireless charging function of the electronic device.

[0196] FIG36 shows an electronic device 3000 provided in an embodiment of the present application. A second connecting ring 3100 is provided inside the electronic device 3000. The second connecting ring 3100 can be attached to the side of the back cover of the electronic device 3000 that faces the interior of the electronic device 3000. The second connecting ring 3100 can be any of the first magnetic rings provided in the aforementioned embodiments.

[0197] In some examples, the second connecting ring 3100 can generate mutual attraction with the coupling connecting rings in accessories of the electronic device 3000, such as the protective case of the electronic device 3000, the stand of the electronic device 3000, and the charging base. When the electronic device 3000 and one or more of the aforementioned accessories are close to each other, the mutual attraction between the second connecting ring 3100 and the coupling connecting ring can be used to relatively fix the electronic device 3000 and the accessories.

[0198] In some examples, the electronic device 3000 supports wireless charging and includes a wireless charging coil housed within the electronic device 3000, which is electrically connected to a motherboard within the electronic device. The wireless charging coil can be located within the area enclosed by the second connecting ring 3100, while the circuit board of the electronic device is located outside the area enclosed by the second connecting ring 3100. The second connecting ring 3100 can include a notch, through which interconnecting wiring between the wireless charging coil and the circuit board can pass.
