[0040] Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an air conditioner, which includes an indoor unit.
[0041] In some embodiments, the indoor unit includes an indoor heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between indoor air and a refrigerant transferred through the indoor heat exchanger.
[0042] The air conditioner also includes an outdoor unit, and the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected by a pipeline to transmit refrigerant.
[0043] In some embodiments, the outdoor unit includes an outdoor heat exchanger configured to exchange heat between outdoor air and a refrigerant transferred in the outdoor heat exchanger.
[0044] In some embodiments, the outdoor unit further includes a throttling assembly. The throttling assembly is connected between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger. The opening of the throttling assembly regulates the pressure of the refrigerant flowing through the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger, thereby regulating the refrigerant flow rate between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger. The opening of the throttling assembly is adjustable to control the flow rate and pressure of the refrigerant flowing through the throttling assembly. The throttling assembly includes at least one of a throttle valve, an expansion valve, and a pressure reducer.
[0045] In some embodiments, the outdoor unit further includes a compressor configured to compress the refrigerant so that the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant is compressed to form a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant.
[0046] The compressor, outdoor heat exchanger, throttling assembly and indoor heat exchanger connected in sequence form a refrigerant circuit. The refrigerant circulates in the refrigerant circuit and exchanges heat with the air through the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger respectively to achieve cooling or heating of the air conditioner.
[0047] In some embodiments, the outdoor unit further includes a four-way valve connected to the refrigerant circuit and configured to switch the flow direction of the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit so that the air conditioner performs a cooling mode or a heating mode.
[0048] In some embodiments, when the air conditioner operates in cooling mode, the refrigerant is compressed by the compressor and converted into a high-temperature, high-pressure, superheated gaseous refrigerant. This superheated gaseous refrigerant is then discharged into an outdoor heat exchanger for condensation. In the outdoor heat exchanger, the superheated gaseous refrigerant is cooled into a subcooled liquid refrigerant and enters a throttling assembly. The throttling assembly can throttle the subcooled liquid refrigerant into a low-temperature, low-pressure, gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant. This low-temperature, low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant flows into the indoor heat exchanger for evaporation and heat absorption. Within the indoor heat exchanger, the refrigerant is again evaporated into a superheated gas and returned to the suction port of the compressor, completing a cycle.
[0049] In some embodiments, when the air conditioner is operating in heating mode, high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant passes through a four-way valve and is discharged into the indoor heat exchanger for heating. After being cooled into subcooled liquid refrigerant in the indoor heat exchanger, it flows into a throttling assembly and is throttled by the throttling assembly into a low-temperature, low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant. This low-temperature, low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant enters the outdoor heat exchanger for evaporation and heat absorption.
[0050] With the widespread use of air conditioners, users' expectations for them are constantly increasing. The indoor unit consists of an air inlet and an air outlet. A filter is installed at the air inlet to filter the air entering the indoor unit and prevent foreign matter, such as dust, from entering the indoor unit. After the indoor unit has been operating for a period of time, excessive dust may accumulate on the filter, potentially clogging it partially. This reduces the air intake and lowers the cooling or heating efficiency of the air conditioner.
[0051] Typically, a roller brush is installed in the indoor unit to remove dust attached to the filter element, thereby improving the filtering capacity of the filter element and maintaining the cooling or heating efficiency of the indoor unit.
[0052] In this situation, some indoor units are equipped with a self-cleaning device to remove dust adhering to the filter element, keeping the indoor unit operational. This self-cleaning device typically consists of a dual-spool structure, with the filter element's ends wound around two reels. Rotating one of the two reels drives the filter element. This structure is complex, requires many parts, and requires a long filter element, resulting in high production costs. Furthermore, the self-cleaning device and filter element occupy a large space within the air conditioner indoor unit.
[0053] In order to solve the above technical problems, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an air conditioner 1000, in which the indoor unit 1 of the air conditioner 1000 can clean the filter element by cooperating with the tensioning assembly through a single scroll structure, thereby simplifying the internal structure of the indoor unit 1, reducing the number of parts, reducing the length of the filter element, and thus reducing production costs and reducing the space occupied by the self-cleaning device and the filter element in the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
[0054] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG1 , an air conditioner 1000 includes an indoor unit 1. The indoor unit 1 includes a housing 101. One side (eg, the upper side) of the housing 101 is open to form an air inlet 102.
[0055] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the other side (eg, the front side or the lower side) of the housing 101 is open to form an air outlet 103 .
[0056] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2 , the indoor unit further includes an indoor heat exchanger 105 . The indoor heat exchanger 105 is disposed in the housing 101 and is configured to perform heat exchange with the air entering the housing 101 from the air inlet 102 .
[0057] In some embodiments, the indoor unit also includes a fan assembly 106, which is arranged on the side of the indoor heat exchanger 105 away from the air inlet 102, and is configured to rotate and drive the gas flow in the shell 101, so that air flows into the shell 101 from the air inlet 102, and the air after heat exchange with the indoor heat exchanger 105 is discharged from the air outlet 103 to the outside of the shell 101 (to the room).
[0058] It should be noted that the fan assembly 106 can guide the indoor air from the air inlet 102 to the indoor heat exchanger 105, so that the flow rate of air entering the indoor heat exchanger 105 from the air inlet 102 can be increased, thereby adjusting the air volume entering the indoor heat exchanger 105.
[0059] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the indoor unit further includes a filter element 40 (filter). The filter element 40 is disposed between the air inlet 102 and the indoor heat exchanger 105 and covers the air inlet 102. The filter element 40 is configured to filter air entering the housing 101 from the air inlet 102 to prevent dust in the air from entering the indoor unit 1.
[0060] For example, when the indoor unit 1 is in operation, air entering the housing 101 through the air inlet 102 is first filtered by the filter element 40 before entering the indoor heat exchanger 105. This prevents dust in the indoor air from entering the indoor heat exchanger 105 and preventing dust from accumulating on the indoor heat exchanger 105 and causing blockage. This helps improve the heat exchange efficiency of the indoor heat exchanger 105.
[0061] 3 and 5 , the indoor unit further includes a self-cleaning device 50 . The self-cleaning device 50 is detachably connected to the housing 101 and is configured to clean dust on the filter element 40 .
[0062] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG5 , the self-cleaning device 50 includes a reel 52. The reel 52 is rotatable relative to the housing 101. The reel 52 is connected to a first end of the filter element 40 so that the rotation of the reel 52 drives the filter element 40 to move between a first position (i.e., an unfolded position) and a second position (a wound position).
[0063] For example, when the filter element 40 is in the first position, the filter element 40 covers the air inlet 102 and is located between the air inlet 102 and the indoor heat exchanger 105 to filter dust in the air flowing therethrough. When the filter element 40 is in the second position, the filter element 40 is wound on the reel 52.
[0064] In some embodiments, the self-cleaning device 50 further includes a tensioning assembly 57. The tensioning assembly 57 is disposed adjacent to the reel 52. The tensioning assembly 57 is connected to the second end of the filter element 40 and is configured to apply a force to the filter element 40 when the filter element 40 moves between the first position and the second position, thereby maintaining the filter element 40 in a tensioned state and facilitating smooth movement of the filter element 40.
[0065] For example, when the filter element 40 is in the first position, the tensioning assembly 57 applies a pulling force to the second end of the filter element 40, so that the filter element 40 remains in a tensioned state in the first position. For example, when the filter element 40 is in the second position, the tensioning assembly 57 applies a pulling force to the second end of the filter element 40, so that the filter element 40 remains in a tensioned state in the second position.
[0066] It is understood that the tensioning assembly 57 can maintain tension on the filter element 40 when in the first and second positions, thereby facilitating cleaning of the filter element 40 by the self-cleaning device 50 and improving cleaning efficiency. Furthermore, the simple structure of the reel 52 and the tensioning assembly 57 facilitates the simplification of the structure of the self-cleaning device 50 and reduces the space occupied by the self-cleaning device 50 within the housing 101. Furthermore, the above arrangement can also reduce the length of the filter element 40, thereby reducing production costs.
[0067] 3 and 4 , the self-cleaning device 50 further includes a base 51. The base 51 is detachably connected to the housing 101.
[0068] In some embodiments, the self-cleaning device 50 further includes a cleaning brush assembly 53. The reel 52 and the cleaning brush assembly 53 are connected to the base 51 and are rotatable relative to the base 51. The reel 52 and the cleaning brush assembly 53 extend along the length direction B of the housing 101. The cleaning brush assembly 53 is located on one side (e.g., the lower side) of the reel 52 and is configured to clean dust from the filter element 40 during movement of the filter element 40 between the first position and the second position.
[0069] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG5 , the base 51 includes a cleaning cavity 55 . The cleaning brush assembly 53 is disposed in the cleaning cavity 55 .
[0070] In some embodiments, the top of the cleaning chamber 55 is open to form a first opening 551 . The reel 52 is disposed at the first opening 551 .
[0071] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 5, the bottom of the cleaning chamber 55 is open to form a second opening 552. The self-cleaning device 50 further includes a receiving portion 54. The receiving portion 54 is disposed at the second opening 552 and is disposed opposite the cleaning brush assembly 53. The receiving portion 54 is configured to receive dust swept from the filter element 40 by the cleaning brush assembly.
[0072] It is understood that during the cleaning process of the self-cleaning device 50, at least a portion of the cleaning brush assembly 53 contacts the filter element 40, and as the filter element 40 is wound and unwound on the reel 52, the cleaning brush assembly 53 and the filter element 40 generate relative motion. The cleaning brush assembly 53 can clean different areas of the filter element 40, and the receiving portion 54 can collect and hold dust swept from the filter element 40 by the cleaning brush assembly 53.
[0073] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG3 , the self-cleaning device 50 further includes a first bracket 56. The first bracket 56 is disposed within the housing 101, with a first end of the first bracket 56 proximate to the reel 52 (i.e., proximate to the base 51). A tensioning assembly 57 is disposed on the first bracket 56. The filter element 40 is movable along the first bracket 56 between a first position and a second position. In other words, the filter element 40 can move relative to the first bracket 56 along a predetermined trajectory.
[0074] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG7 , when the filter element 40 is in the first position, along the thickness direction H of the first bracket 56 (see FIG5 ), the filter element 40 is located on one side (such as the upper side) of the first bracket 56 , and the second end of the filter element 40 abuts against the second end of the first bracket 56 away from the reel 52 , thereby laying the filter element 40 on the first bracket 56 and being located between the air inlet and the indoor heat exchanger.
[0075] As the filter element 40 moves from the first position to the second position under the action of the reel 52 and the tensioning assembly 57, the filter element 40 moves relative to the first bracket 56 toward the reel 52 and is wound around the outer periphery of the reel 52. For example, when the filter element 40 is in the second position, at least a portion of the filter element 40 is wound around the outer periphery of the reel 52.
[0076] Therefore, the first bracket 56 is used to install the tensioning assembly 57 and the filter element 40 , and can limit and support the filter element 40 , thereby facilitating improvement of the stability and reliability of the movement of the filter element 40 .
[0077] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5 , the tensioning assembly 57 includes a tensioning assembly body 571 , and the tensioning assembly body 571 is disposed on the first bracket 56 .
[0078] In some embodiments, the tensioning assembly 57 further includes a connecting wire 572. A first end of the connecting wire 572 is connected to the tensioning assembly body 571 and is movable relative to the tensioning assembly body 571. A second end of the connecting wire 572 is connected to a second end of the filter element 40. The tensioning assembly body 571 is configured to apply a force to the connecting wire 572, causing the connecting wire 572 to apply a pulling force to the filter element 40, thereby placing the filter element 40 in a tensioned state.
[0079] In some embodiments, the first bracket 56 includes a plurality of guide shafts 561 .
[0080] For example, the plurality of guide shafts 561 include a first guide shaft 5611. The first guide shaft 5611 is disposed at the second end of the first bracket. When the filter element 40 is located at the second position, the second end of the connecting line 572 passes around the first guide shaft 5611 and is connected to the second end of the filter element 40.
[0081] For example, the plurality of guide shafts 561 further includes a second guide shaft 5612. The second guide shaft 5612 is located between the first guide shaft 5611 and the reel 52. When the filter element 40 is in the second position, the second end of the connecting line 572 passes through the first guide shaft 5611 and the second guide shaft 5612 and is connected to the second end of the filter element 40.
[0082] The first guide shaft 5611 protrudes from the side of the first bracket 56 along the length direction B of the shell 101, and the second guide shaft 5612 protrudes from the side of the first bracket 56 along the length direction B of the first bracket 56. The first guide shaft 5611, the second guide shaft 5612 and the tensioning assembly 57 are arranged on the same side of the first bracket 56.
[0083] When the filter element 40 is in the first position, the second end of the connecting wire 572 bypasses the first guide shaft 5611 and connects to the second end of the filter element 40, applying a tensile force to the second end of the filter element 40, keeping the filter element 40 taut in the first position. As the filter element 40 moves from the first position to the second position, the force exerted on the filter element 40 by the reel 52 exceeds the tensile force exerted by the connecting wire 572 on the filter element 40, causing the filter element 40 to wind around the outer periphery of the reel 52. The second end of the filter element 40 moves along the first bracket 56 to a position close to the reel 52, where the second end of the connecting wire 572 bypasses the first guide shaft 5611 and connects to the second guide shaft 5612, returning to the filter element 40. The connecting wire 572 extends as the filter element 40 moves, keeping the filter element 40 taut in the second position. This prevents wrinkles in the filter element 40 during the winding process, thereby extending the service life of the filter element 40.
[0084] It can be understood that the first guide shaft 5611 and the second guide shaft 5612 can provide guidance for the connecting wire 572 as it moves with the filter element 40, making it easier for the connecting wire 572 to change direction, thereby helping to improve the stability of the movement of the connecting wire 572 and the filter element 40, and preventing the connecting wire 572 from getting entangled during movement.
[0085] In some embodiments, the tensioning assembly 57 includes one or more tensioning assembly bodies 571 .
[0086] In some embodiments, the tensioning assembly 57 includes one or more connecting wires 572 corresponding to one or more tensioning assembly bodies 571. The tensioning assembly body 571 is disposed on at least one side of the first bracket 56 along the longitudinal direction B.
[0087] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 , the first guide shaft 5611 and the second guide shaft 5612 are cylindrical, that is, the cross-sections of the first guide shaft 5611 and the second guide shaft 5612 are circular.
[0088] It is understood that during movement, the connecting wire 572 will generate relative friction with the first guide shaft 5611 and the second guide shaft 5612. Therefore, by configuring the first guide shaft 5611 and the second guide shaft 5612 as cylindrical bodies, the friction between the first guide shaft 5611 and the second guide shaft 5612 and the connecting wire 572 can be reduced, thereby facilitating smoother movement of the filter element 40 and extending the service life of the connecting wire 572. The first guide shaft 5611 and the second guide shaft 5612 also facilitate guiding the connecting wire 572 to change the direction of movement of the connecting wire 572.
[0089] In some embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the first guide shaft 5611 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the second guide shaft 5612. The first guide shaft 5611 is located at the end of the first bracket 56 away from the reel 52. When the connecting wire 572 passes around the first guide shaft 5611, the angle of movement changes by approximately 180 degrees. Therefore, when the cross-sectional area of the first guide shaft 5611 is smaller, it is easier for the connecting wire 572 to turn.
[0090] The second guide shaft 5612 is located between the first guide shaft 5611 and the reel 52. The change in the angle of movement of the connecting wire 572 when it passes around the second guide shaft 5612 is less than 90 degrees. Therefore, when the cross-sectional area of the second guide shaft 5612 is large, it is convenient for the connecting wire 572 to make a small angle (e.g., less than 90 degrees) of turning.
[0091] It can be understood that the cross-sectional area of the first guide shaft 5611 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the second guide shaft 5612, which can make the movement of the connecting line 572 more stable and smooth.
[0092] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4 , FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 , the tensioning assembly body 571 includes a second bracket 5711 (ie, a telescopic bracket). The second bracket 5711 is disposed on the first bracket 56 .
[0093] In some embodiments, the tensioning assembly body 571 further includes a connector 5712 (i.e., a telescopic connector). The connector 5712 is disposed within the second bracket 5711. The first end of the connecting wire 572 is wound around the connector 5712. The connector 5712 is configured to apply a force to the connecting wire 572 such that the direction of the tension exerted on the filter element 40 by the connecting wire 572 is opposite to the direction of the tension exerted on the filter element 40 by the reel 52.
[0094] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , the second bracket 5711 includes a first accommodating cavity 5710. A connector 5712 is installed in the first accommodating cavity 5710. A through hole is formed on a side wall of the second bracket 5711 corresponding to the connecting wire 572. The through hole penetrates the side wall of the second bracket 5711. The first end of the connecting wire 572 is located in the first accommodating cavity 5710 and connected to the connector 5712. The second end of the connecting wire 572 passes through the through hole to connect to the filter element 40.
[0095] For example, the connector 5712 includes an elastic member, and the connector 5712 can switch between a first state (i.e., a contracted state) and a second state (i.e., an extended state). The first end of the connecting line 572 is wound around the connector 5712, and the second end of the connecting line 572 is connected to the filter element 40.
[0096] When the filter element 40 is in the first position, the connector 5712 is in the first state, and a portion of the connection line 572 is wound around the connector 5712 and located inside the second bracket 5711. The portion of the connection line 572 located outside the second bracket 5711 passes around the first guide shaft 5611 and is connected to the filter element 40.
[0097] When the filter element 40 is in the second position, the connector 5712 is in the second state, and a portion of the connecting line 572 wound on the connector 5712 is released under the action of the pulling force of the reel 52, and the portion of the connecting line 572 located outside the second bracket 5711 grows, and this portion bypasses the first guide shaft 5611 and the second guide shaft 5612 to connect with the filter element 40.
[0098] Therefore, the second bracket 5711 is configured to install the connector 5712 and the connecting line 572. The second bracket 5711 can provide protection for the connector 5712, which is conducive to improving the stability of the operation of the connector 5712 and the connecting line 572. The connector 5712 can adjust the length of the connecting line 572 located outside the second bracket 5711 and continuously apply tension to the filter element 40 to keep the filter element 40 in a tensioned state.
[0099] 3 , along the thickness direction H of the first bracket 56 , a surface of the first bracket 56 facing the filter element 40 is recessed away from the filter element 40 to form a first receiving groove 562 . The first receiving groove 562 is open toward the filter element 40 . The tensioning assembly 57 is disposed in the first receiving groove 562 .
[0100] It is understandable that the first receiving groove 562 can provide protection for the tensioning assembly 57 to facilitate the stable operation of the tensioning assembly 57. The tensioning assembly 57 is arranged in the first receiving groove 562, which is conducive to improving the integration of the first bracket 56 and the tensioning assembly 57 and simplifying the structure of the self-cleaning device 50.
[0101] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 6, the indoor unit 1 further includes a clamping member 41. The clamping member 41 extends along the length direction B of the first bracket 56. The clamping member 41 is connected to the second end of the filter element 40, thereby maintaining the filter element 40 in a tensioned state in the length direction B of the first bracket 56. The clamping member 41 is also connected to the connecting line 572. For example, the clamping member 41 is provided with a connecting portion at one end along the length direction B of the first bracket 56, and the connecting portion is configured to be connected to the connecting line 572. In this way, when the filter element 40 and the connecting line 572 move relative to the first bracket 56, the clamping member 41 moves relative to the first bracket 56 along with the movement of the filter element 40.
[0102] It can be understood that the setting of the clamping member 41 facilitates the filter element 40 to maintain a tensioned state in the length direction B of the first bracket 56. The clamping member 41 is connected to the tensioning assembly 57, which facilitates the tensioning assembly 57 to apply a pulling force to the filter element 40 through the clamping member 41 to ensure that the filter element 40 maintains a tensioned state in the direction of movement, thereby ensuring the filtering effect of the filter element 40 on dust in the air.
[0103] 3 and 6 , the first bracket 56 further includes a first bracket body 563 . The first bracket body 563 is disposed between the air inlet 102 and the indoor heat exchanger 105 .
[0104] In some embodiments, the first bracket 56 further includes a first assembly portion 564 (i.e., a first mounting plate). The first bracket 56 further includes a second assembly portion 565 (i.e., a second mounting plate). The first assembly portion 564 and the second assembly portion 565 are respectively connected to two sides of the first bracket body 563 along the length direction B of the housing 101.
[0105] In some embodiments, a recessed portion 566 is formed on the surfaces of the first and second mounting portions 564, 565 that face each other. The recessed portions 566 of the first and second mounting portions 564, 565 extend along the extension directions of the first and second mounting portions 564, 565, respectively. The longitudinal ends of the clamping member 41 are respectively located within the recessed portions 566 of the first and second mounting portions 564, 565. When the filter element 40 moves between the first and second positions, the clamping member 41 is movable within the recessed portions 566.
[0106] For example, the first mounting portion 564 and the second mounting portion 565 extend along the direction of movement of the filter element 40. A side surface of the first mounting portion 564 facing the second mounting portion 565 is recessed in a direction away from the second mounting portion 565 to form a recessed portion 566. The recessed portion 566 extends along the extension direction of the first mounting portion 564 (i.e., along the direction of movement of the filter element 40). A side surface of the second mounting portion 565 facing the first mounting portion 564 is recessed in a direction away from the first mounting portion 564 to form a recessed portion 566. The recessed portion 566 extends along the extension direction of the second mounting portion 565 (i.e., along the direction of movement of the filter element 40). The recessed portion 566 of the first mounting portion 564 and the recessed portion 566 of the second mounting portion 565 are opposite to each other along the length direction B of the first bracket 56.
[0107] In some embodiments, the first bracket body 563 is formed with a vent 5631 (i.e., an opening) to facilitate ventilation. The vent 5631 extends through the first bracket body 563 along the thickness direction H of the first bracket 56. When the filter element 40 is in the first position, the filter element 40 corresponds to the position of the first bracket body 563 and covers the vent 5631.
[0108] It is understood that the provision of the first assembly portion 564 and the second assembly portion 565 facilitates the installation of the filter element 40 and the clamping member 41, and the recessed portion 566 guides the movement of the clamping member 41, thereby facilitating improved stability in the fit between the clamping member 41 and the first bracket 56, improving the stability of the filter element 40 during movement relative to the first bracket body 563, and preventing the filter element 40 from falling off the first bracket 56. The clamping member 41 can maintain a tensioned state in the longitudinal direction B of the first bracket 56 during movement of the filter element 40, thereby facilitating the filter element 40 to filter dust in the air.
[0109] 3 , the first bracket 56 further includes a plurality of partitions 569 . The partitions 569 are disposed in the vent 5631 and are spaced apart along the movement direction of the filter element 40 . The partitions 569 extend along the length direction B of the housing 101 .
[0110] Multiple partitions 569 divide the vent 5631 into multiple sub-vents 5632 (i.e., sub-openings). When the filter element 40 is in the first position, the clamping member 41 moves to the end of the first bracket 56 away from the scroll 52, and the filter element 40 covers the multiple sub-vents 5632 to facilitate the filter element 40 to filter dust in the air. The multiple partitions 569 jointly support the filter element 40, so that the first bracket 56 is evenly stressed, which is beneficial to improving the reliability of the first bracket 56.
[0111] When the filter element 40 is located at the second position, the filter element 40 is wound on the reel 52 , and the filter element 40 and the clamping element 41 avoid the plurality of sub-ventilation openings 5632 .
[0112] In this way, the plurality of sub-ventilation openings 5632 are in an open state, so that the air entering the air inlet 102 can enter the housing 101 without passing through the filter element 40, thereby facilitating an increase in the air intake volume.
[0113] It is understandable that by providing a plurality of partitions 569 on the first bracket 56 , it is helpful to improve the structural strength of the first bracket 56 , improve the supporting force of the first bracket 56 on the filter element 40 , and thereby improve the movement stability of the filter element 40 .
[0114] 3 , the first bracket body 563 includes a first section 567. The first section 567 extends in a horizontal direction.
[0115] In some embodiments, the first bracket body 563 further includes a second section 568. Along the movement direction of the filter element 40, a first end of the second section 568 is disposed proximate to the reel, a second end (e.g., rear end) of the second section 568 is connected to a first end (e.g., front end) of the first section 567, and the second end of the first section 567 extends horizontally (e.g., horizontally and rearwardly).
[0116] The first fitting portion 564 is adapted to the shapes of the first section 567 and the second section 568 , and the second fitting portion 565 is adapted to the shapes of the first section 567 and the second section 568 .
[0117] For example, an angle is formed between the first section 567 and the second section 568. The first section 567 extends horizontally, the rear end of the second section 568 is connected to the front end of the first section 567, and the front end of the second section 568 extends obliquely downward to a position close to the reel.
[0118] In some embodiments, the plurality of dividers 569 include a first divider 5691. The first divider 5691 is provided on the first segment 567 and is located at an end of the first segment 567 away from the reel 52.
[0119] In some embodiments, the plurality of dividers 569 further includes a second divider 5692. The second divider 5692 is located at the connection between the first section 567 and the second section 568.
[0120] In some embodiments, the plurality of partitions 569 further includes a third partition 5693. The first partition 5691 is further away from the reel than the third partition 5693. The second partition 5692 is located between the first partition 5691 and the third partition 5693. The third partition 5693 is provided in the second section 568 at an end of the first bracket body 563 that is closer to the reel 52.
[0121] For example, the cross-sectional area of the second partition 5692 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the third partition 5693 , and the cross-sectional area of the third partition 5693 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the first partition 5691 .
[0122] This facilitates installation of the filter element 40 on the first bracket 56. The provision of the first partition 5691, the second partition 5692, and the third partition 5693 can improve the structural strength of the first bracket 56. Increasing the cross-sectional area of the second partition 5692 can help improve the connection strength between the first section 567 and the second section 568.
[0123] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG3 , the indoor unit 1 includes two self-cleaning devices 50. The two self-cleaning devices 50 are spaced apart and disposed within the housing 101 along the longitudinal direction B of the housing 101. The self-cleaning devices 50 are located near the front side of the housing 101, and the base 51 of the self-cleaning device 50 is detachably connected to the housing 101. It should be noted that the detachable connection between the base 51 and the housing 101 may include, but is not limited to, a snap-on connection, a plug-in connection, or a threaded connection.
[0124] Driven by the motor, the reel 52 can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. For example, when the reel 52 rotates clockwise, the filter element 40 moves from the second position to the first position. During this movement, the filter element 40 maintains tension by utilizing the elastic contraction of the tensioning assembly body 571 within the tensioning assembly 57.
[0125] During the movement of the filter element 40 from the first position to the second position, the reel 52 rotates counterclockwise to drive the filter element 40 to be wound around the reel 52. In this case, the force exerted by the reel 52 on the filter element 40 can overcome the tension exerted on the filter element 40 by the tensioning assembly 57, thereby keeping the filter element 40 in a tensioned state while being wound, facilitating cleaning of the filter element 40 by the cleaning brush assembly 53. In addition, the tensioning assembly 57 has a simple structure, which facilitates optimizing the space inside the base 51 and increasing the utilization rate of the space inside the base 51.
[0126] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG8 , the indoor unit 1 further includes a panel 500 . The panel 500 is detachably connected to the housing 101 and is configured to provide protection for components such as the indoor heat exchanger 105 and the fan assembly 106 . For example, the panel 500 is located on the front side of the housing 101 .
[0127] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG9 , the self-cleaning device 50 (filter self-cleaning module) is detachably mounted within the housing 101, and the receiving portion 54 is detachably connected to the cleaning brush assembly 53 (filter cleaning portion). Thus, when the panel 500 is removed from the housing 101, the self-cleaning device 50 is exposed forward, making it easier to remove the self-cleaning device 50 from the housing 101 and to clean the dust stored in the receiving portion 54 (dust receiving portion).
[0128] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 10 and 13, the housing 101 includes at least one mounting portion 20. The mounting portion 20 is a portion of a side wall of the housing 101 facing the panel 500. The mounting portion 20 is recessed away from the panel 500 to form a mounting cavity 21. The mounting cavity 21 is open toward the panel 500.
[0129] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG8 , the indoor unit 1 further includes at least one mating component 100. The at least one mating component 100 is correspondingly disposed in the at least one installation cavity 21. The panel 500 is detachably connected to the housing 101 via the at least one mating component 100.
[0130] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG11 , the panel 500 includes a panel body 510 . The panel 500 also includes at least one engaging portion 520 (i.e., a rotating hook). The at least one engaging portion 520 is disposed on a side surface of the panel body 510 near the housing 101 and corresponds to the at least one mating component 100 . The at least one engaging portion 520 is correspondingly disposed in the at least one mating component 100 to detachably connect the panel 500 to the housing 101 .
[0131] 8 , the mounting portion 20 is located on the upper portion of the housing 101, and the engaging portion 520 is located on the upper portion of the panel body 510. When the panel 500 is opened, the panel 500 rotates around the end of the engaging portion 520 as the rotation axis, so that the panel 500 can be rotated to the upper portion of the housing 101.
[0132] It can be understood that the mounting portion 20 is located at the upper portion of the shell 101, and the snap-on portion 520 is located at the upper portion of the panel 500, thereby increasing the rotation angle of the panel 500 and rotating the panel 500 to the upper portion of the shell 101, thereby facilitating the cleaning, inspection and maintenance of the internal components of the shell 101.
[0133] Below, for the convenience of description, as shown in Figure 10, the width direction of the indoor unit 1 (i.e., the front-to-back direction) is defined as the first direction A, the length direction of the indoor unit 1 (i.e., the left-to-right direction) is defined as the second direction B, and the height direction of the indoor unit 1 (i.e., the up-down direction) is defined as the third direction C.
[0134] 12 , the mating assembly 100 includes a slider 10 . The slider 10 is disposed in the mounting cavity 21 and configured to mate with the mounting cavity 21 and be movable relative to the housing 101 between a third position and a fourth position.
[0135] For example, the slider 10 can move along the first direction A in the installation cavity 21 .
[0136] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG12 , the slider 10 includes a slider body 18 . The sidewall of the slider body 18 is formed with at least one first hole 11 (i.e., a pivot hole). The at least one first hole 11 corresponds to at least one engaging portion 520 . The engaging portion 520 is disposed in the first hole 11 and is rotatable relative to the first hole 11 .
[0137] For example, the first hole 11 is located on a side wall of the installation cavity 21 along the second direction B, and passes through the side wall of the installation cavity 21 along the second direction B.
[0138] When the slider 10 is in the third position, the panel 500 closes the front side of the housing 101, and the end of the engaging portion 520 is disposed in the first hole 11. The engaging portion 520 is rotatable relative to the first hole 11. When the engaging portion 520 rotates in the first hole 11 to drive the panel 500 to rotate and open the front side of the housing 101, the slider 10 moves from the third position to the fourth position.
[0139] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG12 , the slider 10 further includes a first limiting portion 12 (a first slider limiting structure). The first limiting portion 12 is provided on the outer wall of the slider body 18 along the second direction B and protrudes from the outer wall of the slider body 18 .
[0140] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13 and 14, the housing 101 further includes a first mating portion 22 (a first mounting limiting structure). The first mating portion 22 is provided on the inner wall surface of the mounting portion 20 along the second direction B (the inner wall surface of the mounting cavity 21). The first mating portion 22 is located on the side of the first limiting portion 12 close to the panel 500. The first mating portion 22 is configured to apply a force to the clamping portion when the clamping portion 520 rotates, so that the clamping portion 520 is disengaged from the first hole 11, and, when the slider 10 moves to the fourth position, abuts against the first mating portion 22 to prevent the slider 10 from falling out of the mounting cavity 21.
[0141] In this way, when the slider 10 moves to the fourth position, the clamping portion 520 disengages from the first hole 11 under the action of the first matching portion 22, so that the panel 500 can be removed from the shell 101, and the first limiting portion 12 and the first matching portion 22 abut to prevent the slider 10 from falling out of the installation cavity 21.
[0142] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 16, 23, and 24, a portion of the end portion of the engaging portion 520 disposed within the first hole 11 is configured as a third guide portion 521 (an inclined surface). The third guide portion 521 is configured to cooperate with the first mating portion 22 when the engaging portion 520 rotates, causing the end portion of the engaging portion 520 located within the first hole 11 to disengage from the first hole 11.
[0143] For example, when the clamping portion 520 rotates, the third guide portion 521 rotates and squeezes the first matching portion 22 driven by the clamping portion 520. Then, the third guide portion 521 is deformed under the action of the reaction force of the first matching portion 22 and disengages from the first hole 11, thereby separating the clamping portion 520 from the slider 10.
[0144] In some embodiments, when the slider 10 is in the third position, the end of the slider 10 away from the panel 500 abuts against the inner sidewall of the mounting portion 20 away from the panel 500, the first engaging portion 22 is located on the side of the first limiting portion 12 closer to the panel 500, the end of the engaging portion 520 is located within the first hole 11, and the panel 500 is in the closed state. When the slider 10 is in the fourth position, the slider 10 is separated from the inner sidewall of the mounting portion 20 away from the panel 500, and the first limiting portion 12 abuts against the first engaging portion 22 to prevent the slider 10 from falling out of the mounting cavity 21.
[0145] It can be understood that the mating assembly 100 can simplify the installation and disassembly of the panel 500, thereby helping to improve the stability and reliability of the movement of the panel 500 relative to the housing 101 and facilitating operation by maintenance personnel.
[0146] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG15 , the housing 101 further includes a second mating portion 23 (a second mounting limit structure). The second mating portion 23 is disposed on the inner top wall of the mounting portion 20 (the top wall of the mounting cavity 21 ), and is an elastic member. This can apply a downward force to the slider 10 , thereby improving the stability of the slider 10 in its movement within the mounting cavity 21 .
[0147] For example, the fixed end of the second mating portion 23 is fixedly connected to the inner top wall of the mounting portion 20, and the free end of the second mating portion 23 extends away from the panel 500. The free end of the second mating portion 23 can be elastically deformed along the third direction C compared to its fixed end.
[0148] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG12 , the slider 10 further includes a second stopper 13 (a second slider stopper structure). The second stopper 13 is located at the top of the slider body 18 and corresponds to the position of the second mating portion 23. When the slider 10 is in the third position, the second stopper 13 abuts against the side of the second mating portion 23 away from the panel 500, preventing the slider 10 from falling out of the mounting cavity 21.
[0149] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG16 , the clamping portion 520 includes an abutment portion 522 (protrusion). The abutment portion 522 is provided on a side wall of the clamping portion 520 close to the top wall of the mounting cavity 21. For example, the abutment portion 522 is provided on the top wall of the clamping portion 520.
[0150] When the engaging portion 520 rotates in the first hole 11 to drive the panel 500 to open the front side of the housing 101, the end of the engaging portion 520 close to the panel body moves upward, driving the abutting portion 522 to move upward. In this case, the abutting portion 522 abuts against the top wall of the mounting portion 20, exerting an upward force on the top wall of the mounting portion 20 and causing the engaging portion 520 to exert a downward reaction force on the slider 10. Under the action of this reaction force, the slider 10 moves downward, separating the second limiting portion 13 from the second matching portion 23 and releasing the limiting effect of the second matching portion 23 on the second limiting portion 13, thereby allowing the slider 10 to move along the first direction A from the third position to the fourth position.
[0151] Thus, the second engaging portion 23 and the second limiting portion 13 can limit the position of the mounting cavity 21 on the slider 10, preventing the slider 10 from sliding out of the mounting cavity 21 due to factors such as gravity when the slider 10 is in the third position. Furthermore, the abutting portion 522 of the clamping portion 520 abuts against the top wall of the mounting cavity 21, facilitating the transmission of the force of the clamping portion 520 to the slider 10, thereby releasing the second engaging portion 23 from limiting the position of the second limiting portion 13 and facilitating movement of the slider 10 from the third position to the fourth position.
[0152] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 15 , a portion of a side wall of the mounting portion 20 away from the panel 500 (a side wall of the mounting cavity 21 away from the panel 500 ) is opened to form a third opening 25 .
[0153] In some embodiments, a portion of the bottom wall of the mounting portion 20 is opened to form a fourth opening 26 , which is communicated with the third opening 25 .
[0154] In some embodiments, the housing 101 further includes a third matching portion 24 (a third installation limiting structure) connected to the bottom wall of the installation portion 20 and located in the fourth opening 26 .
[0155] For example, a first end of the third mating portion 24 is connected to the bottom wall of the housing 101, and a second end of the third mating portion 24 extends in a direction away from the panel 500. The third mating portion 24 can be elastically deformed.
[0156] In some embodiments, the third matching portion 24 is spaced apart from a top wall of the third opening 25 (a lower end of the rear wall of the mounting portion 20 ).
[0157] For example, the third opening 25, the fourth opening 26, and the third mating portion 24 collectively define a second hole 27 (a position-limiting hole). For example, the third mating portion 24 is spaced apart from the top wall of the third opening 25 to define the second hole 27. For example, the fourth opening 26 communicates with the third opening 25 to form the second hole 27.
[0158] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG17 , the slider 10 includes a third position-limiting portion 14 (a third slider position-limiting structure) disposed at the bottom of the slider body 18 and engaged with the second hole 27 .
[0159] For example, when the slider 10 is located at the third position, the third limiting portion 14 is located in the second hole 27 , and the second end of the third matching portion 24 abuts against the third limiting portion 14 .
[0160] For example, when the slider 10 moves downward under the force from the clamping portion 520, the third matching portion 24 is also subjected to a downward force and elastically deforms and moves downward along the third direction C, so that the third matching portion 24 and the third limiting portion 14 are disengaged from the stop, and the third limiting portion 14 is separated from the second hole 27.
[0161] Thus, the third opening 25, the fourth opening 26, and the third mating portion 24 of the mounting cavity 21 collectively define a second hole 27 that mates with the third limiting portion 14. When the slider 10 is in the third position, the third mating portion 24 can limit the slider 10 to prevent it from falling out of the mounting cavity 21, and the third mating portion 24 can elastically deform to facilitate movement of the slider 10 from the third position to the fourth position.
[0162] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG18 , the mating assembly 100 further includes at least one elastic member 107. The elastic member 107 is disposed between a side wall of the mounting portion 20 facing away from the panel 500 (i.e., a side wall of the mounting cavity 21 facing away from the panel 500) and the slider 10, and extends along a first direction A. A first end of the elastic member 107 abuts against the rear wall of the mounting portion 20, and a second end of the elastic member 107 abuts against the slider 10. The elastic member 107 is configured to apply a force to the slider 10 toward the panel 500.
[0163] When the slider 10 is in the third position, the second limiting portion 13 abuts against the second matching portion 23 , and the third limiting portion 14 abuts against the third matching portion 24 . The slider 10 is limited and fixed in the mounting cavity 21 , and the elastic member 107 is in a compressed state.
[0164] When the slider 10 is subjected to a downward force under the action of the clamping portion 520, the second limiting portion 13 is separated from the second matching portion 23, the third limiting portion 14 is separated from the third matching portion 24, and the elastic member 107 changes from the compressed state to the second state. The slider 10 moves toward the direction close to the panel 500 under the force of the elastic member 107.
[0165] When the slider 10 moves to the fourth position, the first limiting portion 12 abuts against the first matching portion 22 , and the slider 10 stops moving.
[0166] Therefore, an elastic member 107 is provided between the rear wall of the mounting portion 20 and the slider 10, so that no additional force needs to be applied to the slider 10 during the movement of the slider 10 from the third position to the fourth position, thereby facilitating maintenance personnel to open the panel 500 and improving the convenience of disassembly and installation of the panel 500 and the shell 101.
[0167] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 17 and 18, at least one second receiving groove 15 is formed on a side wall of the slider 10 near the elastic member 107. The second receiving groove 15 is open toward the elastic member 107 and recessed toward the direction away from the elastic member 107. The second end of the elastic member 107 abuts against the bottom of the second receiving groove 15.
[0168] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 18 and 19 , the housing 101 further includes at least one first guide portion 28 (a guide structure). The first guide portion 28 is provided on the rear wall of the mounting portion 20 and extends toward the panel 500. The first guide portion 28 cooperates with the second receiving groove 15.
[0169] For example, the shape of the second receiving groove 15 is adapted to the shape of the first guide portion 28 , so that when the slider 10 is located at the third position, the first guide portion 28 is fitted into the second receiving groove 15 .
[0170] In some embodiments, the first guide portion 28 includes a first sub-guide portion 281 (a guide groove), and the first end of the elastic member 107 abuts against the first sub-guide portion 281 .
[0171] In some embodiments, the first sub-guide portion 281 is a guide groove, for example, the first guide portion 28 is open on one side facing the panel 500 to form a guide groove. The first end of the elastic member 107 abuts against the bottom of the guide groove.
[0172] In some embodiments, the first guide portion 28 further includes a second sub-guide portion 282 (a guide post). The second sub-guide portion 282 is disposed at the bottom of the groove of the first sub-guide portion 281 and extends toward the panel 500. The elastic member 107 fits within the first sub-guide portion 281 and is sleeved on the outside of the second sub-guide portion 282.
[0173] For example, the second sub-guide portion 282 is a cylinder, and a portion of the groove bottom of the first sub-guide portion 281 protrudes toward a direction close to the panel 500 to form the second sub-guide portion 282 .
[0174] Therefore, the provision of the second receiving groove 15 and the first guide portion 28 facilitates the sliding fit between the slider 10 and the mounting portion 20 , thereby facilitating improvement in the stability and reliability of the movement of the slider 10 in the mounting cavity 21 .
[0175] It can be understood that the first sub-guide portion 281 is configured to accommodate the elastic member 107. The first sub-guide portion 281 plays a limiting and protective role on the elastic member 107. The second sub-guide portion 282 can be a deformation guide direction for the elastic member 107, so that the deformation process of the elastic member 107 is easy to achieve, and prevents the elastic member 107 from twisting or bending, etc., and prevents the elastic member 107 from irreversible deformation, thereby extending the service life of the elastic member 107 and enhancing the movement stability of the mating component 100.
[0176] Hereinafter, the installation process of the mating component 100 will be described with reference to FIG. 12 to FIG. 17 .
[0177] First, the elastic member 107 is placed outside the second sub-guide portion 282, and the slider 10 is pushed into the mounting cavity 21 along the first direction A. As the slider 10 moves within the mounting cavity 21 along the first direction A toward the elastic member 107, the first limiting portion 12 of the slider 10 moves relative to the first mating portion 22, elastically deforming the first mating portion 22 away from the slider 10. The second limiting portion 13 moves relative to the second mating portion 23, elastically deforming the second mating portion 23 upward. The third limiting portion 14 moves relative to the third mating portion 24, elastically deforming the third mating portion 24 downward, facilitating the sliding of the slider 10 into the mounting cavity 21.
[0178] Then, when the slider 10 moves to the third position, the slider 10 abuts against the rear wall of the mounting portion 20, and the elastic member 107 is compressed. The first, second, and third mating portions 22, 23, and 24 return to their original positions, with the second mating portion 23 abutting against the second stopper 13, and the third mating portion 24 abutting against the third stopper 14, thereby removably mounting the slider 10 in the mounting cavity 21.
[0179] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG16 , the clamping portion 520 further includes a first support portion 523 (a clamping portion support structure). The first support portion 523 is provided on a side wall of the clamping portion 520 along the second direction B.
[0180] In the following embodiment, as shown in FIG12 , the slider 10 further includes a second support portion 16 (a slider support structure). The second support portion 16 is disposed on the inner sidewall of the slider 10 along the second direction B. The second support portion 16 protrudes toward the interior of the slider 10 and extends along the first direction A. The second support portion 16 is configured to provide support for the first support portion 523. This allows the first support portion 523 to rest on the second support portion 16 during the opening of the panel 500, thereby facilitating maintenance personnel's inspection of the indoor unit.
[0181] For example, when the locking portion 520 drives the panel 500 to open the front side of the housing 101 , the lower surface of the first supporting portion 523 abuts against the upper surface of the second supporting portion 16 .
[0182] Thus, the first support portion 523 cooperates with the second support portion 16 , and the second support portion 16 can support the first support portion 523 , so that the panel 500 stops at a predetermined position when opened, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to operate.
[0183] In some embodiments, the slider 10 further includes a fifth opening 17. The fifth opening 17 is provided on a sidewall of the slider body 18 along the second direction B and extends through the sidewall of the slider body 18. The fifth opening 17 is located above the second support portion 16 and opens toward the panel 500, thereby allowing the second support portion 16 to elastically deform along the third direction C.
[0184] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13 and 14 , the housing 101 further includes at least one second guide portion 29 (guide rib). The at least one second guide portion 29 is disposed on at least one sidewall of the mounting portion 20 (mounting cavity 21 ). The second guide portion 29 extends along the first direction A and is configured to support the slider 10 so that the slider 10 can move along the direction in which the second guide portion 29 extends.
[0185] For example, the second guide portion 29 is provided on a side wall of the mounting portion 20 along the second direction B and protrudes toward the interior of the mounting cavity 21 .
[0186] For example, the slider is provided on the at least one second guide portion and is movable along the width direction of the housing relative to the at least one second guide portion.
[0187] Therefore, the second guide portion 29 can provide guiding and supporting functions for the slider 10 when it moves along the first direction A in the installation cavity 21, and can provide limiting function for the slider 10 in the third direction C, thereby helping to improve the stability of the slider 10 moving in the installation cavity 21.
[0188] Hereinafter, the working principle of the mating assembly 100 will be described with reference to FIG. 18 and FIG. 20 to FIG. 24 .
[0189] First, when the panel 500 is in the closed state, the slider 10 is located in the installation cavity 21 and is in the third position. The elastic member 107 is in a compressed state, and the clamping portion 520 is engaged with the first hole 11 .
[0190] When the panel 500 is opened, the panel 500 rotates about the end of the engaging portion 520 disposed in the first hole 11. As the panel 500 is opened upward under the action of an external force, the abutting portion 522 on the engaging portion 520 abuts against the top wall of the mounting portion 20. The top wall of the mounting portion 20 is subjected to a force from the abutting portion 522, and the second engaging portion 23 moves upward under the action of this force, thereby disengaging from the abutment with the second limiting portion 13.
[0191] In this case, the engaging portion 520 is subjected to a downward reaction force, which is transmitted to the slider 10 through the first hole 11. The slider 10 is subjected to a downward force. Under the action of this downward force, the third engaging portion 24 moves downward, thereby disengaging from the abutment with the third limiting portion 14.
[0192] Next, the slider 10 is no longer restricted by the second and third mating portions 23 and 24 and can move in the first direction A. The elastic member 107 releases its elastic potential energy, transitioning from the compressed state to the second state. Under the action of the elastic member 107, the slider 10 moves within the mounting cavity 21 in the first direction A toward the panel 500. The third guide portion 521 of the engaging portion 520 engages with the first mating portion 22, and the engaging portion 520 retracts toward the interior of the slider 10 and disengages from the first hole 11 of the slider 10, thereby completely removing the panel 500.
[0193] After the panel 500 is released, the slider 10 continues to move toward the panel 500 under the action of the elastic member 107 until the first limiting portion 12 abuts against the first matching portion 22 . The slider 10 is limited by the first matching portion 22 and stops moving.
[0194] When installing the panel 500 in the housing 101, the engaging portion 520 of the panel 500 is installed in the slider 10, and a force is applied to the panel 500 to move the engaging portion 520 toward the elastic member 107. Driven by the engaging portion 520, the slider 10 moves within the mounting cavity 21 toward the elastic member 107. The first stopper 12 separates from the first mating portion 22, and the free end of the second mating portion 23 deforms upward under the action of the slider 10, whereupon the second stopper 13 abuts against the second mating portion 23. Furthermore, the third mating portion 24 deforms downward under the action of the slider 10, whereupon the third stopper 14 abuts against the third mating portion 24. At this point, the elastic member 107 transitions from the second state to the compressed state, and the end of the engaging portion 520 fits within the first hole 11 of the slider 10. The panel 500 is now installed and in a closed state.
[0195] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 8 and 10, the at least one mounting portion 20 includes two mounting portions 20. The two mounting portions 20 define mounting cavities 21. The two mounting portions 20 are respectively disposed near the two ends (left and right ends) of the housing 101 along the second direction B.

For example, the two clamping portions 520 are respectively located near the left and right ends of the panel body 510.
[0197] In some embodiments, the at least one mating component 100 includes two mating components 100. The two clamping portions 520 are detachably mated with the two mounting portions 20 through the two mating components 100, respectively.
[0198] It can be understood that the two mounting parts 20 are respectively located near the left and right ends of the shell 101, and the two clipping parts 520 correspond to the positions of the two mounting parts 20, thereby facilitating the cooperation between the mounting cavity 21 and the clipping parts 520, and is beneficial to improving the reliability of the connection between the panel 500 and the shell 101.
[0199] It will be appreciated that the mounting portion 20 for mounting the panel 500 is constructed from a portion of the housing 101. In some embodiments, the air conditioner further includes a mounting base disposed within the housing 101 and separately from the housing 101. The mounting base 20A defines a mounting cavity 21, and the structure and function of the mounting base 20A are substantially the same as those of the mounting portion 20. This facilitates replacement of the mounting base 20A in the event of failure or damage to components or structures within the mounting base 20A, thereby improving maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance costs for the indoor unit.
[0200] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10 , a portion of a surface of the housing 101 facing the panel 500 is recessed away from the panel 500 to form at least one second accommodating cavity 201 , which is open toward the panel 500 .
[0201] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 8 and 13 , the mating assembly 100 further includes a mounting seat 20A disposed within the second accommodating cavity 201 and defining a mounting cavity 21. The slider 10 is disposed within the mounting cavity 21. Components or structures such as the first mating portion 22, the second mating portion 23, and the third mating portion 24 are disposed within the mounting seat 20A.
[0202] It should be noted that the structure of the mounting seat 20A is substantially the same as that of the aforementioned mounting portion 20 , and the matching manner between the mounting seat 20A and the slider 10 is the same as that between the aforementioned mounting portion 20 and the slider 10 , which will not be repeated here.
[0203] It will be appreciated that the provision of the second accommodating cavity 201 in the housing 101 facilitates assembly of the mounting base 20A. The provision of the mounting cavity 21 facilitates assembly of the slider 10 and improves the stability of the fit between the slider 10 and the mounting base 20A. Furthermore, by separating the mounting base 20A from the housing 101, the mounting base 20A can be easily replaced in the event of failure or damage to components or structures within the mounting base 20A, thereby improving the maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance costs of the indoor unit.
