[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0002] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on November 8, 2023, with application number 202323019140.7 and titled “Cleaning Equipment”, and the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on September 1, 2023, with application number 202311129306.2 and titled “Control Method of Cleaning Equipment, Cleaning Equipment and Computer-readable Storage Medium”. The entire contents of these applications are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0003] The present application relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, and in particular to a cleaning equipment. Background Art
[0004] Surface cleaning equipment can clean surfaces to be cleaned, such as floors, where the surfaces to be cleaned can be hard or soft. Surface cleaning equipment can clean the surface to be cleaned based on a cleaning liquid (clean water, clean water mixed with detergent, etc.). When the operator uses the surface cleaning equipment to clean the surface to be cleaned, the surface cleaning equipment is generally in an upright position or a working position slightly tilted relative to the upright position. The above working position of the surface cleaning equipment cannot meet the needs of some cleaning scenarios. For example, when the surface cleaning equipment needs to be used to clean the inner area of the bottom of a sofa, the surface cleaning equipment needs to be tilted significantly relative to the upright position, or even lying flat.
[0005] In the related art, if the surface cleaning equipment performs the cleaning operation in a greatly tilted working posture or even a lying posture, the working posture of the surface cleaning equipment will change greatly during the cleaning operation, which will cause the posture of the recovery storage part of the surface cleaning equipment to change greatly. Since the recovery storage part stores recovered liquid and recovered solid, and gas-liquid separation operations may also be performed in some recovery storage parts, the large change in the posture of the recovery storage part will cause the recovered liquid stored in the recovery storage part to have fluid surges, and even the recovered liquid may be easily sucked into the suction component, causing the suction component to fail, and then causing the recovered liquid to flow back into the suction component, seriously affecting the use of the suction component, and even shortening the service life of the suction component.

[0036] The following describes in detail embodiments of the present application, and the embodiments described with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary.
[0037] The cleaning device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to Figures 1 to 8. The cleaning device 100 can not only extract dirt from the work surface, but also quickly separate the dirt sucked into the sewage tank 10 into solid and liquid. In addition, the dirty liquid that may be sucked into the suction channel 22 is blocked to increase the flow resistance of the dirty liquid in the suction channel 22, thereby preventing the dirty liquid from easily entering the suction component 20 and causing its failure.
[0038] As shown in Figures 1 to 8, the cleaning device 100 according to the first embodiment of the present application includes a floor brush, a sewage tank 10 and a suction assembly 20. A sewage suction channel 21 is formed between the suction assembly 20, the sewage tank 10 and the floor brush (not shown in the figure). The suction assembly 20 provides power for the dirt at the floor brush to enter the sewage tank 10 through the sewage suction channel 21. A suction channel 22 is formed between the suction assembly 20 and the sewage tank 10. The suction assembly 20 provides power for the sewage tank 10 to separate solids and liquids through the suction channel 22. The suction assembly 20 has a fan (not shown) and a shell surrounding the fan, which is the outermost shell of the suction assembly 20. The fan has an air inlet, and the sewage suction channel 21 and the suction channel 22 converge to the air inlet. With this arrangement, the suction force of a suction assembly 20 is used to achieve conventional dirt collection on the one hand, and on the other hand, to provide suction force to the sewage tank 10, so that when the cleaning device 100 is lying at a certain angle to work, the dirty liquid can be prevented from being sucked into the suction assembly 20.
[0039] Among them, there are at least four ways for the sewage suction channel 21 and the suction channel 22 to converge to the air inlet. The first is that the sewage suction channel 21 and the suction channel 22 are separated in the horizontal plane, the two channels are completely separated, and the flow ends of each are at the air inlet. The second is that the sewage suction channel 21 and the suction channel 22 are nested with each other in the parts close to the suction component 20, such as the suction channel 22 is at least partially arranged on the circumferential periphery of the sewage suction channel 21 but separated from each other, or the sewage suction channel 21 is on the circumferential periphery of the suction channel 22 but separated from each other. The third is that the sewage suction channel 21 first converges to the suction channel 22, and then the converged airflows flow together to the air inlet. The fourth is that the suction channel 22 first converges to the sewage suction channel 21, and then the converged airflows flow together to the air inlet.
[0040] A water retaining structure 40 is provided along the extension path of the suction channel 22 to prevent sewage from entering the suction assembly 20. The purpose of the water retaining structure 40 is to block water from entering the suction assembly 20. Any structure within the entire suction channel 22 that blocks water or air flow falls within the scope of the interpretation of the water retaining structure 40. For example, the water retaining structure 40 can be a water retaining plate that increases resistance to liquid entering the suction assembly 20, or it can be a water retaining duct that increases the path for airflow.
[0041] Specifically, the floor brush mainly performs its cleaning function by spraying cleaning liquid onto the working surface and scraping and rubbing the stubborn dirt on the working surface. The sewage tank 10 is mainly used to collect and store dirty liquid from the working surface, and the suction assembly 20 is used to provide suction power to suck the dirty liquid into the sewage tank 10. Among them, the suction component 20 can suck the dirt on the floor brush into the sewage tank 10 through the sewage suction channel 21, and the suction component 20 can also separate the solid dirt and liquid dirt in the sewage tank 10 through the suction channel 22. In this way, through the two different paths of the suction component 20 for the dirt, the dirt on the working surface of the floor brush can be sucked while the dirt sucked into the sewage tank 10 can be quickly and effectively separated into solid and liquid. A water retaining structure 40 can also be provided on the extension path of the suction channel 22 to block the dirty liquid that may be sucked into the suction channel 22 to increase the flow resistance of the dirty liquid in the suction channel 22, thereby avoiding the problem that the dirty liquid easily enters the suction component 20 and causes it to fail, thereby extending the service life of the suction component 20.
[0042] Therefore, by setting up the cleaning device 100, it is possible to achieve the effect of extracting and absorbing the dirt on the surface of the floor brush, and at the same time, quickly separate the solid and liquid of the dirt sucked into the sewage tank 10, and block the dirty liquid that may be sucked into the suction channel 22 to increase the flow resistance of the dirty liquid in the suction channel 22, thereby avoiding the problem that the dirty liquid easily enters the suction component 20 and causes it to fail, thereby extending the service life of the cleaning device 100.
[0043] According to some optional embodiments of the present application, the suction channel 22 is at least partially located outside the sewage tank 10. Specifically, the suction channel 22 is at least partially located in the assembly space between the exterior of the sewage tank 10 and the housing of the cleaning device 100. This does not occupy the same space within the sewage tank 10, thereby improving the sewage tank 10's ability to hold waste.
[0044] According to some optional embodiments of the present application, the suction channel 22 flows from the tank cover 15 into the suction assembly 20 within the sewage tank 10. Specifically, the tank cover 15 and the tank body 13 interlock vertically, making it easier for users to disassemble, assemble, and repair the internal structures of the sewage tank 10. Furthermore, a portion of the suction channel 22 is concealed within the tank cover 15, thereby enhancing the protection and concealment of the suction channel 22 and improving space utilization within the tank cover 15. Furthermore, a portion of the suction channel 22 is formed within the tank cover 15, thereby preventing the suction channel 22 from being easily damaged by external structures of the sewage tank 10, thereby improving protection of the suction channel 22 and utilizing the vertical space of the tank cover 15 to shorten the overall path of the suction channel 22, thereby improving space utilization.
[0045] According to some optional embodiments of the present application, a portion of the suction channel 22 is located on the sidewall of the sewage tank 10, and the water retaining structure 40 is provided on the sidewall of the sewage tank 10. For example, a portion of the suction channel 22 that communicates with the sewage holding chamber 12 is constructed on the sidewall of the sewage tank 10. This can improve the positional stability of the suction channel 22 and prevent the suction channel 22 from occupying the internal space of the sewage holding chamber 12, thereby improving the rationality of its layout.
[0046] According to some optional embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG8 , the water retaining structure 40 includes a plurality of water retaining plates 41 , which are spaced apart in the suction direction, and each water retaining plate 41 is provided with a vent 42 , and adjacent vents 42 are staggered.
[0047] Specifically, multiple water baffles 41 are spaced apart in the suction direction, thereby increasing a blocking path for the dirty liquid carried in the gas and increasing the flow resistance of the dirty liquid. Each water baffle 41 is provided with a vent 42 for connecting the suction inlet and the suction outlet, thereby ensuring the smooth flow of gas in the suction channel 22. Adjacent vents 42 are staggered, thus forming layered staggered water baffles 41, further increasing the flow resistance of the dirty water. Thus, while ensuring that the suction channel 22 can smoothly suck the gas, it can further prevent the dirty liquid in the gas from entering the suction assembly 20 and causing it to fail. For example, in two adjacent water baffles 41, the vent 42 of the lower water baffle 41 is located at one end of its extension direction, and the vent 42 of the upper water baffle 41 is located in the middle of its extension direction.
[0048] According to some optional embodiments of the present application, in combination with Figures 1 to 7, the sewage tank 10 has a solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and a sewage holding chamber 12, the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the sewage holding chamber 12 are connected, the sewage suction channel 21 is connected between the floor brush and the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, and between the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the suction component 20, and the suction channel 22 is connected between the sewage holding chamber 12 and the suction component 20.
[0049] Specifically, the sewage tank 10 is mainly formed with a solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and a sewage liquid holding chamber 12. The solid-liquid separation chamber 11 plays an auxiliary role in separating solid dirt and liquid sewage in the dirt, and the sewage liquid holding chamber 12 plays a role in holding sewage. The solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the sewage liquid holding chamber 12 are connected to each other, so that the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 can be guided into the sewage liquid holding chamber 12.
[0050] Among them, the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is connected to the suction component 20, and the suction component 20 can suck the air in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 to form a negative pressure, so that the dirt on the floor brush can be sucked into the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 along the sewage suction channel 21 under the action of the negative pressure; the suction channel 22 is connected between the sewage holding chamber 12 and the suction component 20, and the suction component 20 can suck the air in the sewage holding chamber 12 to form a negative pressure, so that the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 can be sucked into the sewage holding chamber 12 under the action of the negative pressure, thereby achieving the effect of quickly and effectively separating the dirt pre-sucked into the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 into solid and liquid, so that the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is not easy to accumulate, and the sewage falling into the sewage holding chamber 12 is due to its own gravity. The path of gravity that needs to be overcome along the suction channel 22 under the action of the negative pressure of the suction component 20 is longer, thereby avoiding the problem that sewage easily enters the suction component 20 and causes it to fail.
[0051] Specifically, a portion of the suction channel 22 is located on the outer periphery of the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, and the inlet of the portion of the suction channel 22 communicates with the waste liquid holding chamber 12. Another portion of the suction channel 22 is located within the tank cover 15 of the waste water tank 10. (In the embodiment of the present application, the portion of the suction channel 22 and the other portion of the suction channel 22 do not constitute a complete suction channel 22. The suction channel 22 may also include another portion or multiple portions, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The same shall apply hereinafter.)
[0052] The inlet of another portion of the suction channel 22 is connected to the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, and another portion is located within the lid 15 of the sewage tank 10. This can enhance the suction force of the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 on the dirt on the clean surface, thereby facilitating the pre-collection of dirt within the solid-liquid separation chamber 11. A portion of the suction channel 22 is located on the outer periphery of the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, and the inlet of this portion is connected to the waste liquid holding chamber 12. This helps improve the positional stability and concealment of the suction channel 22, and can also prevent the suction channel 22 from occupying too much internal space of the sewage tank 10, making the sewage tank 10 structure more compact and improving its layout rationality. Furthermore, the overall path of the suction channel 22 configured in this manner is shorter, which can reduce the loss of suction force and improve the suction effect, thereby facilitating the rapid entry of waste liquid into the waste liquid holding chamber 12 and avoiding damage to the suction assembly 20.
[0053] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1 to 7, the sewage tank 10 includes a box body 13 and a partition 14. The partition 14 is arranged in the box body 13, and the partition 14 divides the space in the box body 13 into a solid-liquid separation chamber 11 located above and a sewage holding chamber 12 located below; wherein, one end of the suction channel 22 communicating with the sewage holding chamber 12 is located on the partition 14 or below the partition 14.
[0054] Among them, a partition 14 is provided in the upper and lower directions within the housing 13 to separate the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 from the dirty liquid holding chamber 12, and the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is located above the dirty liquid holding chamber 12. In this way, after the upper solid-liquid separation chamber 11 collects the dirt on the cleaning surface of the floor brush in advance under the negative pressure of the suction component 20, the lower dirty liquid holding chamber 12 can also form a suction effect on the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 under the negative pressure of the suction component 20, thereby achieving a step-by-step treatment effect of first sucking out the dirt and then separating the solid and liquid, thereby improving its scientificity and rationality. For example, the end of the suction channel 22 that is connected to the dirty liquid holding chamber 12 is located on the partition 14. This can improve the positional stability of the suction channel 22 and prevent the suction channel 22 from occupying the internal space of the dirty liquid holding chamber 12, thereby improving its rationality. For another example, a filter hole is formed on the partition 14, which mainly serves to connect the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the sewage holding chamber 12. In this way, the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 can flow smoothly from the filter hole into the sewage holding chamber 12 under the negative pressure of the suction component 20.
[0055] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2, 3, 6, and 7, the sewage suction channel 21 includes a first channel 211 and a second channel 212. The first channel 211 communicates between the floor brush and the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, passes through the sewage holding chamber 12 and the partition 14, and the second channel 212 communicates between the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the suction assembly 20. The first channel 211 and the second channel 212 are sequentially connected from bottom to top, with the first channel 211 located between the floor brush and the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, and the second channel 212 located between the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the suction assembly 20. This forms a complete sewage suction channel 21 from the floor brush to the suction assembly 20, thereby meeting the required passage conditions for sucking dirt from the working surface of the floor brush into the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, thereby improving the rationality of its layout.
[0056] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1-6 , the sewage tank 10 further includes a tank cover 15, which is disposed above the tank body 13. The second passage 212 is at least partially formed in the tank cover 15. The tank cover 15 and the tank body 13 are interlocked in the vertical direction, which facilitates user disassembly and maintenance of the internal structure. Furthermore, at least a portion of the second passage 212 is concealed within the tank cover 15, which improves the protection and concealment of the second passage 212 and increases the space utilization within the tank cover 15.
[0057] In detail, the second channel 212 is at least partially formed between the box cover 15 and the inner wall of the box body 13. This is conducive to the second channel 212 directly sucking the dirt on the surface of the floor brush, thereby improving its suction efficiency.
[0058] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2 to 7 , the end of the suction channel 22 that is connected to the suction assembly 20 is connected to the second channel 212. The end of the suction channel 22 that is connected to the suction assembly 20 is also connected to the second channel 212. This ensures that the suction assembly 20 can perform normal suction operations on the suction channel 22 and the sewage suction channel 21, while also reducing the space occupied by the connection between the suction assembly 20 and the suction channel 22, thereby improving space utilization and simplifying the structure of the cleaning device 100.
[0059] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1 to 7 , the cover 15 is provided with a filter 151 in the second channel 212. The filter 151 is located on a side of the suction assembly 20 at the end where the suction channel 22 communicates with the suction assembly 20. The filter 151 disposed between the suction channel 22 and the suction assembly 20 in the cover 15 further filters the air sucked out from the end of the suction channel 22 toward the suction assembly 20, preventing water vapor or solid dirt (such as dust, iron filings, etc.) carried in the air from directly entering the suction assembly 20 and causing failure thereof, thereby extending the service life of the cleaning device 100.
[0060] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2 and 3 , a first pipe (not shown) is connected between the floor brush and the housing 13, and a second pipe 30 is provided in the housing 13. The first pipe 30 is connected to the second pipe 30, and the internal channels of the first pipe 30 and the second pipe 30 constitute a first channel 211. The first channel 211 is composed of the first pipe 30 and the second pipe 30 connected to each other. The first pipe mainly serves as a passage for dirt on the section from the floor brush to the housing 13 to flow through, and the second pipe 30 mainly serves as a passage for dirt inside the housing 13 to flow through. In this way, the dirt on the floor brush can be guided to the solid-liquid separation chamber 11.
[0061] According to some optional embodiments of the present application, in combination with Figures 2 and 3, the suction assembly 20 has an air inlet end 23, which is directly opposite to the sewage suction channel 21, and the air inlet end 23 is connected to the sewage suction channel 21, and the suction channel 22 is connected to one side of the air inlet end 23 to be connected to the air inlet end 23.
[0062] Specifically, the air inlet end 23 of the suction component 20 is directly connected to the sewage suction channel 21, so that the suction component 20 can suck the dirt on the floor brush into the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 with higher working efficiency, avoiding the problem of ineffective energy loss during the suction process; one side of the air inlet end 23 is interconnected with the suction channel 22, so that the suction component 20 can complete the solid-liquid separation of the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 through the suction channel 22, so that the sewage pre-sucked into the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is promptly sucked and guided into the sewage holding chamber 12, avoiding the problem that the sewage can easily directly enter the interior of the suction component 20 connected thereto and cause it to fail, thereby improving the service life of the cleaning equipment 100.
[0063] Furthermore, a seal (not shown) is provided between the air inlet end 23 and the suction channel 22. A seal is provided between the air inlet end 23 of the suction assembly 20 and the suction channel 22. The seal is sealed and filled in the structural gap between the air inlet end 23 and the suction channel 22. This prevents unwanted air leakage at the connection point between the air inlet end 23 and the suction channel 22, thereby ensuring normal suction operation.
[0064] According to the second aspect of the present application, the cleaning device 100 includes a floor brush, a sewage tank 10 and a suction assembly 20. A sewage suction channel 21 is formed between the suction assembly 20, the sewage tank 10 and the floor brush. The sewage tank 10 has a filter element 151 located downstream of the airflow in the sewage tank 10 and upstream of the suction assembly 20. The extension path of the suction channel 22 at least partially passes through the installation position of the filter element 151 or the side of the filter element 151. The side is more directed toward the adjacent setting, so that the structure can be made as compact as possible. The installation space of the filter 151 is used to set the suction channel 22, which can avoid setting up a special channel separately, resulting in an increase in the structure; and the installation position of the filter 151 or the side of the filter 151 is closest to the inlet of the fan of the suction component 20, which can avoid airflow loss.
[0065] The extension path of the suction channel 22 at least partially passes through the installation position of the filter element 151, so that the vertical space occupied by the filter element 151 can be effectively borrowed to make its overall path shorter, thereby reducing the loss of suction force, which is conducive to the rapid solid-liquid separation of the dirty liquid, thereby avoiding the problem that the dirty liquid easily enters the suction component 20 and causes it to fail; at the same time, it is also beneficial to reduce the number of components used to construct the suction channel 22, and can also help reduce the weight and cost of the cleaning equipment 100.
[0066] Thus, such an arrangement allows the suction channel 22 to utilize the vertical space occupied by the filter element 151 to shorten its overall path, thereby reducing the loss of suction force, and facilitating rapid solid-liquid separation of the dirt sucked into the sewage tank 10, thereby preventing the dirty liquid from easily entering the suction assembly 20 and causing its failure.
[0067] According to some optional embodiments of the present application, the sewage tank 10 has a solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and a sewage holding chamber 12, the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the sewage holding chamber 12 are connected, the sewage suction channel 21 is connected between the floor brush and the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, and between the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the suction component 20, and the suction channel 22 is connected between the sewage holding chamber 12 and the suction component 20.
[0068] Specifically, after the dirt is sucked from the clean working surface to the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, the suction component 20 sucks the gas in the dirty liquid holding chamber 12 through the suction channel 22 to form a negative pressure in the dirty liquid holding chamber 12. After the liquid in the dirt in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is subjected to the negative pressure transmitted from the connection between the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the dirty liquid holding chamber 12, the liquid in the dirt also flows from the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 to the dirty liquid holding chamber 12, so that a fast and effective solid-liquid separation effect can be achieved. The suction channel 22 is connected to the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, which can enhance the suction force of the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 for the dirt on the cleaning surface, thereby facilitating the pre-collection of dirt in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11.
[0069] Specifically, a portion of the suction channel 22 is located on the outer periphery of the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, and the inlet of the portion of the suction channel 22 is connected to the waste liquid receiving chamber 12. The other portion of the suction channel 22 is located within the tank cover 15 of the waste water tank 10. (The portion of the suction channel 22 and the other portion of the suction channel 22 in the embodiment of the present application do not constitute a complete suction channel 22. The suction channel 22 may also include another portion or multiple portions, and is not limited to this. The same applies hereinafter.)
[0070] The inlet of another portion of the suction channel 22 is connected to the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, and another portion is located within the lid 15 of the sewage tank 10. This enhances the suction force of the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 on the dirt on the clean work surface, thereby facilitating the pre-collection of dirt within the solid-liquid separation chamber 11. A portion of the suction channel 22 is located on the outer periphery of the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, and the inlet of this portion is connected to the waste liquid holding chamber 12. This helps improve the positional stability and concealment of the suction channel 22, and also prevents the suction channel 22 from occupying too much internal space of the sewage tank 10, making the sewage tank 10 structure more compact and improving its layout rationality. Furthermore, the overall path of the suction channel 22 configured in this manner is shorter, which reduces the loss of suction force and improves the suction effect, thereby facilitating the rapid entry of waste liquid into the waste liquid holding chamber 12 and preventing damage to the suction assembly 20.
