[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0002] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application with application number 202323019198.1, entitled “Cleaning Equipment”, filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on November 8, 2023, and the Chinese patent application with application number 202311129306.2, entitled “Control Method of Cleaning Equipment, Cleaning Equipment and Computer-readable Storage Medium”, filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on September 1, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0003] The present application relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, and in particular to a cleaning equipment. Background Art
[0004] Surface cleaning equipment can clean surfaces to be cleaned, such as floors, where the surfaces to be cleaned can be hard or soft. Surface cleaning equipment can clean the surface to be cleaned based on a cleaning liquid (clean water, clean water mixed with detergent, etc.). When the operator uses the surface cleaning equipment to clean the surface to be cleaned, the surface cleaning equipment is generally in an upright position or a working position slightly tilted relative to the upright position. The above working position of the surface cleaning equipment cannot meet the needs of some cleaning scenarios. For example, when the surface cleaning equipment needs to be used to clean the inner area of the bottom of a sofa, the surface cleaning equipment needs to be tilted significantly relative to the upright position, or even lying flat.
[0005] In the related art, if the surface cleaning equipment performs the cleaning operation in a greatly tilted working posture or even a lying posture, the working posture of the surface cleaning equipment will change greatly during the cleaning operation, which will cause the posture of the recovery storage part of the surface cleaning equipment to change greatly. Since the recovery storage part stores recovered liquid and recovered solid, and gas-liquid separation operations may also be performed in some recovery storage parts, the large change in the posture of the recovery storage part will cause the recovered liquid stored in the recovery storage part to have fluid surges, and even the recovered liquid may be easily sucked into the suction component, causing the suction component to fail, and then causing the recovered liquid to flow back into the suction component, seriously affecting the use of the suction component, and even shortening the service life of the suction component.

[0046] The following describes in detail embodiments of the present application, and the embodiments described with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary.
[0047] The cleaning device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to Figures 1 to 8. The cleaning device 100 can smoothly connect the dirty liquid receiving chamber 12 and the suction assembly 20, and can also facilitate the rational layout of the suction pipe 30 to avoid interference and reduce space occupancy.
[0048] As shown in Figures 1-5 , the cleaning device 100 according to the first embodiment of the present application includes a floor brush (not shown) located below and in contact with the surface to be cleaned, a sewage tank 10, a suction assembly 20, a sewage suction channel 151, and a suction pipe 30. The suction assembly 20 provides power for dirt on the floor brush to enter the sewage tank 10 through the sewage suction channel 151. The sewage suction channel 151 has a sewage suction inlet and a sewage suction outlet. The sewage suction inlet is connected to the floor brush, and the sewage suction outlet is connected to the suction assembly 20. In this arrangement, the suction force of the suction assembly 20 is used to achieve conventional dirt collection on the one hand, and to provide suction force to the sewage tank 10 on the other hand, so as to prevent water from being sucked into the suction assembly 20 when the cleaning device is lying down at a certain angle for operation.
[0049] The sewage tank 10 has a solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and a waste liquid holding chamber 12. The solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the waste liquid holding chamber 12 are connected. The suction assembly 20 is connected to the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 to provide a force for waste to enter the solid-liquid separation chamber 11. The suction pipe 30 has a suction inlet 311 and a suction outlet 321. The suction inlet 311 is connected to the waste liquid holding chamber 12, and the suction outlet 321 is connected to the suction assembly 20, so that the suction assembly 20 provides a force for waste liquid in the sewage to enter the waste liquid holding chamber 12 from the solid-liquid separation chamber 11. The waste suction outlet and the suction outlet 321 converge toward the suction assembly 20. This arrangement utilizes the suction force of the suction assembly 20 to achieve conventional waste collection while also providing suction to the sewage tank 10 to prevent waste liquid from being drawn into the suction assembly 20 when the cleaning device is lying at a certain angle. There are at least four ways in which the waste suction outlet and the suction outlet 321 can converge toward the suction assembly 20. The first is that the sewage suction channel 151 and the suction pipe 30 are separated in the horizontal plane, and the two channels are completely separated, and the flow ends at the air inlet. The second is that the sewage suction channel 151 and the suction pipe 30 near the suction assembly 20 are nested with each other, such as the suction pipe 30 is at least partially on the circumferential periphery of the sewage suction channel 151 but separated from each other, or the sewage suction channel 151 is on the circumferential periphery of the suction pipe 30 but separated from each other. The third is that the sewage suction channel 151 first converges to the suction pipe 30, and then the converged airflow flows together to the air inlet. The fourth is that the suction pipe 30 first converges to the sewage suction channel 151, and then the converged airflow flows together to the air inlet.
[0050] In one embodiment, the suction pipe 30 includes at least two sections, and the extension directions of the two sections are different. Of course, in other embodiments, the suction pipe 30 can be directly extended vertically to the suction assembly 20.
[0051] Specifically, the sewage tank 10 is used to store sewage and dirt generated by the cleaning device 100 when cleaning the work surface. The sewage tank 10 is mainly composed of a solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and a sewage holding chamber 12. The solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is used to separate solid dirt and liquid sewage from the dirt, and the sewage holding chamber 12 is used to hold the sewage. The solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the sewage holding chamber 12 are interconnected, so that the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 can be guided into the sewage holding chamber 12.
[0052] Among them, the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is connected to the suction component 20, and the suction component 20 can suck the air in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 to form a negative pressure, so that the dirt on the ground can be sucked into the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 under the action of the negative pressure. The suction pipe 30 has a suction inlet 311 and a suction outlet 321 formed at both ends, which are connected to the dirty liquid holding chamber 12 and the suction assembly 20 respectively. The suction inlet 311 and the suction outlet 321 are connected to the dirty liquid holding chamber 12 and the suction assembly 20 respectively. The suction assembly 20 can suck the air in the dirty liquid holding chamber 12 to form a negative pressure. In this way, the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 can be sucked into the dirty liquid holding chamber 12 under the action of the negative pressure, so as to achieve the effect of sucking the dirt on the working surface of the cleaning device 100 and quickly and effectively separating the solid and liquid, so that the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is not easy to accumulate. Moreover, the sewage falling into the dirty liquid holding chamber 12 has a longer path to overcome the external force to do work along the suction pipe 30 due to its own gravity under the action of the negative pressure of the suction assembly 20, thereby avoiding the problem that the sewage easily enters the suction assembly 20 and causes it to fail.
[0053] Furthermore, the suction duct 30 is composed of at least two separate sections, allowing it to be split into multiple sections based on spatial layout requirements, avoiding interference between structures and thus improving the rationality of the spatial layout of the suction duct 30. For example, one section of the suction duct 30 is located on the outer peripheral sidewall of the waste liquid holding chamber 12, and its inlet is connected to the waste liquid holding chamber 12. This helps to improve the positional stability and concealment of the suction duct 30. Another section of the suction duct 30 is located within the box cover 15. This effectively utilizes the space within the box cover 15, reduces the number of components used to construct the suction duct 30, and reduces the weight and cost of the cleaning device 100.
[0054] Therefore, by providing the cleaning device 100 , the dirty liquid receiving chamber 12 and the suction assembly 20 can be smoothly connected, and the suction pipe 30 can be reasonably arranged to avoid interference and reduce space occupation.
[0055] According to the second aspect of the present application, the cleaning device 100 includes a floor brush (not shown), a sewage tank 10 and a suction assembly 20. A sewage suction channel 151 is formed between the suction assembly 20, the sewage tank 10 and the floor brush. The suction assembly 20 provides power for the dirt at the floor brush to enter the sewage tank 10 through the sewage suction channel 151. A suction pipe 30 is formed between the suction assembly 20 and the sewage tank 10. The suction assembly 20 provides power for the sewage tank 10 to separate solids and liquids through the suction pipe 30. The extension direction of at least part of the suction pipe 30 is different from the extension direction of at least part of the sewage suction channel 151.
[0056] Specifically, after the suction component 20 pre-sucks the dirt on the clean surface through the sewage suction channel 151 and collects it inside the sewage tank 10, the suction component 20 applies negative pressure suction to the air inside the sewage tank 10 through the suction pipe 30 to provide power for separating solids and liquids, thereby achieving a step-by-step treatment effect of first sucking out the dirt and then separating the solids and liquids, thereby improving its scientificity and rationality.
[0057] Among them, the extension direction of at least part of the suction pipe 30 is different from the extension direction of at least part of the sewage suction channel 151. This can help to distinguish the different layout paths of the suction pipe 30 and the sewage suction channel 151. On the basis of ensuring that the suction component 20 uniformly collects the dirt on the clean surface through the sewage suction channel 151, it can also facilitate the suction component 20 to quickly separate the solid and liquid of the dirt collected in the sewage tank 10 through the suction pipe 30. The two channels work independently and do not interfere with each other, thereby improving the rationality of the channel layout.
[0058] Therefore, by providing the cleaning device 100 , the dirty liquid receiving chamber 12 and the suction assembly 20 can be smoothly connected, and the suction pipe 30 can be reasonably arranged to avoid interference and reduce space occupation.
[0059] According to some optional embodiments of the present application, in combination with Figures 3 to 8, the suction pipe 30 includes a first pipe 31 and a second pipe 32, the first pipe 31 has a suction inlet 311, the second pipe 32 has a suction outlet 321, the second pipe 32 is connected to the first pipe 31, and the second pipe 32 and the first pipe 31 have different extension directions.
[0060] Specifically, the suction pipe 30 is mainly composed of a first pipe 31 and a second pipe 32 that are interconnected. The first pipe 31 has a suction inlet 311 formed at one end thereof facing the waste liquid holding chamber 12, and the second pipe 32 has a suction outlet 321 formed at one end thereof facing the suction assembly 20. The second pipe 32 changes the original extension direction of the first pipe 31. In this way, the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 32 can be interconnected and can better fit the spatial arrangement of the related structures that interact with them, thereby improving the rationality of their spatial arrangement.
[0061] According to some specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 1, 3, and 5, the first pipe 31 is located inside the sewage tank 10, and the second pipe 32 is located outside the sewage tank 10. The first pipe 31 located inside the sewage tank 10 is closer to the waste liquid holding chamber 12, making it easier for it to quickly suck air from the waste liquid holding chamber 12 and avoiding the problem of poor suction effect caused by the first pipe 31 sucking air over a long path. The second pipe 32 located outside the sewage tank 10, as an extension of the first pipe 31, is connected to the suction assembly 20 outside the sewage tank 10. This allows the suction assembly 20 to normally suck air from the waste liquid holding chamber 12 while avoiding the problem of the suction assembly 20 occupying the internal space of the sewage tank 10 alone, thereby improving the space utilization rate of the sewage tank 10 for dirt.
[0062] Specifically, the cleaning device 100 further includes a main unit, and the second conduit 32 is at least partially located within the main unit, so as to communicate with the suction assembly 20 through the at least portion of the second conduit 32 within the main unit. The second conduit 32 is at least partially constructed within the main unit, thereby providing communication conditions for the second conduit 32 to communicate with the suction assembly 20, thereby shortening the extension path of the second conduit 32 and improving the rationality of its layout.
[0063] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 1-4 , the sewage tank 10 includes a housing 13 and a partition 14. The partition 14 is disposed within the housing 13 and divides the space within the housing 13 into an upper solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and a lower waste liquid holding chamber 12. A first pipe 31 is disposed on at least one of the housing 13 and the partition 14. The partition 14 is disposed vertically within the housing 13 to separate the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 from the waste liquid holding chamber 12. Furthermore, the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is located above the waste liquid holding chamber 12. This allows the upper solid-liquid separation chamber 11, under the negative pressure of the suction assembly 20, to first collect dirt from the clean surface. The lower waste liquid holding chamber 12, under the negative pressure of the suction assembly 20, then sucks the wastewater from the solid-liquid separation chamber 11. This achieves a step-by-step treatment effect of first sucking out the wastewater and then separating the solid and liquid, thereby improving its scientificity and rationality. Furthermore, the first pipe 31 is fixed to the housing 13 or the partition 14, which improves the positional stability of the first pipe 31 and ensures its stable operation. For example, the partition 14 is formed with a filter hole 40. The filter hole 40 primarily serves to connect the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the waste liquid holding chamber 12. This allows the wastewater in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 to flow smoothly through the filter hole 40 into the waste liquid holding chamber 12 under the negative pressure of the suction assembly 20.
[0064] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1-5 , the first pipe 31 is vertically mounted on the partition 14. A through-hole is provided on the housing 13, with the first pipe 31 communicating with the through-hole, and the second pipe 32 communicating with the through-hole. The through-holes provided on the housing 13, with the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 32 respectively communicating with the through-holes, allow the suction pipe 30 to smoothly communicate with the interior and exterior of the sewage tank 10, thereby improving the systemic efficiency of the suction pipe 30 during operation. Furthermore, the first pipe 31 is vertically mounted on the partition 14, allowing its structural layout to be completed with the shortest longitudinal distance, thereby improving material utilization.
[0065] Alternatively, one of the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 32 extends into the through hole and communicates with the other of the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 32. For example, the first pipe 31 directly extends into the through hole on the tank body 13 and communicates with the second pipe 32. This provides a transition channel for the first pipe 31 inside the sewage tank 10 to connect to the second pipe 32 outside the sewage tank 10, thereby allowing the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 32 to smoothly communicate with each other.
[0066] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2-4 , the partition 14 includes a lower partition 141 and a side partition 142. The lower partition 141 divides the space within the housing 13 into an upper solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and a lower waste liquid holding chamber 12. The side partition 142 is connected to the side edge of the lower partition 141 and extends upward. The side partition 142 is attached to the side wall of the housing 13. The lower end of the first pipe 31 is the suction inlet 311, and the first pipe 31 is connected to the side partition 142. The lower partition 141 divides the space within the housing 13 into the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the waste liquid holding chamber 12, which are separated in the vertical direction. The side partition 142 bends and extends upward from a portion of the outer peripheral edge of the lower partition 141. This allows the two to increase each other's weight and spatial mode, thereby increasing their own structural strength and bending and torsional rigidity. Furthermore, the side baffles 142 are attached to the side walls of the housing 13, thereby strengthening the structural strength of the side walls and reducing spatial interference with the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, thereby improving the rationality of its layout. Furthermore, the first pipe 31 is connected to the side baffles 142, and the end of the first pipe 31 on the lower baffle 141 facing the waste liquid holding chamber 12 is a suction inlet 311. This allows the suction inlet 311 to be concealed within the structure of the lower baffle 141, further allowing the first pipe 31 and the side baffles 142 to form a single structural unit, thereby enhancing the overall structural stability and rationality of the spatial layout.
[0067] Alternatively, as shown in Figures 3-5 , the first pipe 31 is integrally formed on the side wall of the housing 13. A through hole is provided on the side wall of the housing 13 that communicates with the first pipe 31, and the second pipe 32 is connected to the through hole. The first pipe 31 and the housing 13 are integrally formed, which, compared to separate assembly, allows for faster molding, greater overall stability, greater plasticity, and easier assembly, thereby improving practicality and reliability. Furthermore, the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 32 are interconnected with the through hole on the side wall of the housing 13, thereby smoothly connecting the suction pipe 30 to the inside and outside of the sewage tank 10. This facilitates the suction assembly 20 outside the sewage tank 10 to draw air from the waste liquid holding chamber 12 to the outside through the suction pipe 30.
[0068] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 3-5 , the second pipe 32 is bent, the suction assembly 20 has an air inlet end 21, and the suction outlet 321 is connected to one side of the air inlet end 21. The second pipe 32 is bent so that its extension path can be flexibly changed according to the needs of the spatial layout, thereby improving its practicality and applicability. Furthermore, the suction outlet 321 on the second pipe 32 is connected to the air inlet end 21 of the suction assembly 20, which facilitates the suction assembly 20 to directly act on the suction outlet 321 of the second pipe 32, thereby improving its efficiency in sucking air from the waste liquid holding chamber 12 through the suction pipe 30.
[0069] Specifically, in combination with Figures 3-5, the second pipe 32 includes a first pipe segment 322, a second pipe segment 323 and a third pipe segment 324. The first pipe segment 322 is connected to the first pipe 31, the second pipe segment 323 is connected to the first pipe segment 322, and the second pipe segment 323 is bent relative to the first pipe segment 322. The third pipe segment 324 is connected to the second pipe segment 323, and the third pipe segment 324 is bent relative to the second pipe segment 323. The third pipe segment 324 has a suction outlet 321. Among them, the second pipe 32 is composed of a first pipe section 322, a second pipe section 323 and a third pipe section 324 which are connected in sequence. The first pipe section 322 mainly serves to connect the first pipe 31 inside the sewage tank 10. The second pipe section 323 is bent and connected to the first pipe section 322, which mainly serves to change the extension direction of the first pipe section 322. The third pipe section 324 is bent and connected to the second pipe section 323, and the third pipe section 324 is formed with a suction outlet 321 at one end facing the suction component 20. In this way, the two ends of the second pipe 32 can be respectively connected to the reasonable positions during the suction work, and by changing its own extension path multiple times, it can better fit the contour shape of the adjacent structure, thereby improving the system integrity of the suction component 20 during the suction work and the rationality of the spatial arrangement of the second pipe 32.
[0070] According to other specific embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 1 and 6-8 , the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 32 are both located inside the sewage tank 10. Specifically, the first pipe 31 and the second pipe 32 are both located inside the sewage tank 10. Compared to the related art in which the second pipe is located outside the sewage tank, this prevents the second pipe 32 from being easily damaged by structures outside the sewage tank 10, thereby improving the protection of the suction pipe 30 and the space utilization outside the sewage tank 10.
[0071] Specifically, in combination with Figures 1, 4, 6 and 7, the sewage tank 10 includes a box body 13, a partition 14 and a box cover 15. The partition 14 is arranged in the box body 13. The partition 14 divides the space in the box body 13 into a solid-liquid separation chamber 11 located above and a sewage holding chamber 12 located below. The box cover 15 is arranged above the box body 13. A sewage suction channel 151 is formed in the box cover 15. The sewage suction channel 151 is communicated with the suction assembly 20 and the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, respectively. Among them, a partition 14 is provided in the upper and lower directions of the box body 13 to separate the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and the dirty liquid holding chamber 12, and the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is located above the dirty liquid holding chamber 12. In this way, the upper solid-liquid separation chamber 11 can first collect the dirt on the clean surface in its interior under the negative pressure of the suction component 20, and the lower dirty liquid holding chamber 12 can then suck the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 under the negative pressure of the suction component 20, thereby achieving a step-by-step treatment effect of first sucking out the sewage and then separating the solid and liquid, thereby improving the scientificity and rationality of its layout. In addition, the box cover 15 and the box body 13 are interlocked, which makes it easy to disassemble and repair the internal structure. The sewage suction channel 151 is concealed inside the box cover 15, which can improve the protection of the sewage suction channel 151 and improve the space utilization rate inside the box cover 15.
[0072] Optionally, as shown in Figures 6-8 , the first pipe 31 is disposed on at least one of the housing 13 and the partition 14, and the second pipe 32 is disposed within the housing cover 15, with the second pipe 32 communicating with the sewage suction channel 151. The first pipe 31 is fixed to the housing 13, thereby improving the positional stability of the first pipe 31 and ensuring its operational stability. Furthermore, the second pipe 32 is disposed within the housing cover 15, thereby concealing the second pipe 32 within the housing cover 15, thereby preventing it from being easily damaged by external structures of the housing cover 15 and improving its protectiveness. Furthermore, the second pipe 32 is connected at both ends to the first pipe 31 and the sewage suction channel 151, respectively. This allows the air in the waste liquid holding chamber 12 to be drawn through the complete and continuous suction pipe 30 by the suction assembly 20, creating a negative pressure. Under the negative pressure environment of the waste liquid holding chamber 12, the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 is rapidly separated into the waste liquid holding chamber 12, thereby achieving a rapid solid-liquid separation of the waste.
[0073] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 6-8 , the first pipe 31 is vertically mounted on the partition 14, while the second pipe 32 is bent. The lower end of the second pipe 32 is connected to the upper end of the first pipe 31. The upper end of the second pipe 32 forms a suction outlet 321, which is connected to one side of the sewage suction channel 151. The first and second pipes 31 and 32 are connected in a zigzag manner, allowing the extension direction of the first pipe 31 to be changed according to layout requirements. The vertical mounting of the first pipe 31 on the partition 14 allows for the shortest longitudinal distance possible, thereby improving material utilization. Furthermore, the lower and upper ends of the second pipe 32 are connected to the upper end of the first pipe 31 and the sewage suction channel 151, respectively. This allows the suction pipe 30 to smoothly establish an air passage from the waste liquid holding chamber 12 to the sewage suction channel 151, thereby enhancing the system integrity of the suction assembly 20 in sucking air from the waste liquid holding chamber 12.
[0074] Specifically, as shown in Figures 2-8 , the partition 14 includes a lower partition 141 and a side partition 142. This allows the suction inlet 311 to be concealed within the structure of the lower baffle 141, further allowing the first pipe 31 and the side baffles 142 to form a single structural unit, thereby enhancing the overall structural stability and spatial rationality of the arrangement.
[0075] 6-8 , the second duct 32 is integrally formed with the box cover 15. The second duct 32 and the box cover 15 are integrally formed, which, compared to separate assembly, allows for faster molding, greater overall stability, greater plasticity, and easier assembly, thereby improving practicality and reliability.
[0076] Specifically, as shown in Figures 6 to 8 , the box cover 15 is provided with a filter element 152 within the suction channel 151, and the suction outlet 321 is located beside or passes through the filter element 152. The filter element 152 disposed within the box cover 15 and located beside or passes through the suction outlet 321 further filters the air sucked out of the suction outlet 321, thereby preventing water vapor or solid dirt (such as dust, iron filings, etc.) carried in the air at the suction outlet 321 from directly entering the suction assembly 20 and causing failure thereof, thereby extending the service life of the suction assembly 20.
[0077] According to some further specific embodiments of the present application, the cleaning device 100 further includes a main unit, on which the sewage tank 10, the suction assembly 20, and the suction pipe 30 are all disposed. Specifically, the sewage tank 10, the suction assembly 20, and the suction pipe 30 are all located on the main unit, and the suction assembly 20 can be interconnected with the sewage holding chamber 12 through the suction pipe 30 to extract the gas in the sewage holding chamber 12 to the outside of the main unit, thereby reducing the pressure in the sewage holding chamber 12 and generating a pressure difference between the sewage holding chamber 12 and the solid-liquid separation chamber 11. Under the action of negative pressure, the sewage in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 quickly flows into the sewage holding chamber 12, thereby accelerating the sewage separation speed in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11, preventing the sewage from accumulating in the solid-liquid separation chamber 11 and being sucked in by the suction assembly 20, thereby preventing the sewage from easily entering the suction assembly 20 and causing its failure.
