Description

[0001] Connection of a protective plate in an underbody area of an electrically powered special protection vehicle

[0002] The invention relates to an arrangement of a protective plate in an underbody area of an electrically driven special protection vehicle according to patent claim 1.

[0003] Protective plates for armored vehicles are already well known in the art. An electrical energy storage unit located in the underbody of the armored vehicle can be protected by the protective plate from explosions, gunfire, and / or similar attacks.

[0004] It is an object of the invention to provide an arrangement of a protective plate in an underbody area of an electrically driven special protection vehicle, so that safety against damage and deformation of the electrical energy storage device can be particularly increased and manufacturing costs for the special protection vehicle can be kept particularly low.

[0005] This object is achieved according to the invention by arranging a protective plate in an underbody area of an electrically powered special protection vehicle with the features of patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent patent claims and the description.

[0006] The invention relates to an arrangement of a protective plate in the underbody area of an electrically powered special armored vehicle. The special armored vehicle is designed, for example, as a passenger car.

[0007] A special protection vehicle can be understood, in particular, as a special protection vehicle. The special protection vehicle preferably has at least one integrated armor plating to protect the occupants or cargo of the special protection vehicle from external attacks. The special protection vehicle can therefore also be referred to as a security vehicle. The protective plate preferably has the armor plating, in particular integrated armor plating. Thus, the integrated armor plating of the special protection vehicle is, for example, at least partially formed by the protective plate. The special protection vehicle can have additional protective elements, in particular armor plating elements, formed separately from the protective plate. The special protection vehicle can therefore also be referred to as an armored vehicle.

[0008] The fact that the special protection vehicle is electrically driven can be understood in particular to mean that the special protection vehicle has at least one electric machine by means of which the special protection vehicle can be driven electrically, for example purely electrically. Thus, the special protection vehicle is, for example, a battery-electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle. In other words, the special protection vehicle is designed, for example, as a battery-electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle. In particular, if the special protection vehicle is designed as a battery-electric vehicle, the special protection vehicle can be understood in particular as a fully electric vehicle.

[0009] The underbody area of the special protection vehicle can in particular be referred to as the underfloor area. The underbody area can be understood to mean, in relation to a vertical direction of the special protection vehicle, in particular a lower area, of the special protection vehicle. The underbody area or the area is arranged, for example, in the vertical direction of the vehicle under a floor element, for example a main floor, of a body of the special protection vehicle. The body is preferably designed as a self-supporting body. The body preferably delimits an interior of the special protection vehicle at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, for example at least indirectly or directly. The interior, which can in particular be referred to as the vehicle interior, can in particular be understood to mean a passenger compartment or a passenger cell.

[0010] By means of the protective plate, at least one electrical energy storage device arranged in the underbody area and held, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on the body of the special armored vehicle, in particular on a body component, which is at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, for example at least indirectly or directly, covered by the protective plate downwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle, is or can be protected at least from being exploded. In other words, the electrical energy storage device is fastened, in particular at least indirectly or directly, to the body, in particular to the body component, wherein the protective plate is arranged at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, below the electrical energy storage device in the vertical direction of the vehicle. This means that the protective plate extends at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, beneath the electrical energy storage device in the vertical direction of the vehicle. The electrical energy storage device is preferably arranged beneath the floor element in the vertical direction of the vehicle. In other words, the electrical energy storage device is designed as an underfloor storage device, in particular as an underfloor battery. For example, the electrical energy storage device, in particular at least one storage housing of the electrical energy storage device and / or at least one supporting structure of the electrical energy storage device, has at least one connection region via which the electrical energy storage device is held or fastened, in particular in the underbody region, at least indirectly, in particular directly, to the body, in particular to the body component.

[0011] The fact that the electrical energy storage device is protected from blasting by means of the protective plate can be understood in particular to mean that the protective plate is designed or provided to protect the electrical energy storage device arranged behind it, in particular above the protective plate with respect to the vehicle's vertical direction. Blasting can be understood in particular to mean an explosion or detonation, for example caused by explosives. For example, the blasting is an explosion caused or induced by a hand grenade. Thus, the underbody area of the special armored vehicle, in particular the electrical energy storage device, can be protected by means of the protective plate from a hand grenade detonating in the area of the special armored vehicle, in particular below the special armored vehicle with respect to the vehicle's vertical direction.

[0012] Preferably, the electrical machine can be supplied with electrical energy, in particular stored or chemically bound in the electrical energy storage device, by means of the electrical energy storage device in order to drive the special protection vehicle electrically, in particular purely electrically. In other words, the electrical energy storage device is preferably designed as an electrical traction storage device, in particular as a traction battery. The electrical energy storage device is designed, for example, as a battery or as an accumulator. For example, the electrical energy storage device has at least one receiving space which is at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, for example directly, delimited by the storage housing of the electrical energy storage device or formed by the storage housing.Preferably, a plurality of storage elements, in particular electrical ones, are arranged or accommodated within the storage housing or in the receiving space. In other words, the receiving space is designed to accommodate the storage elements. The storage elements are preferably designed as storage cells. The electrical energy storage device preferably has a plurality of modules, in particular cell modules, each of which has a plurality of storage elements, in particular storage cells. The cell modules are preferably arranged in the receiving space or within the storage housing.

[0013] In order to be able to achieve a particularly high electrical output for the electrical, in particular purely electrical, propulsion of the special armored vehicle, the electrical energy storage device can have an electrical voltage, in particular an electrical operating or nominal voltage, which is preferably greater than 50 volts, in particular above 60 volts, and preferably amounts to several hundred volts. Accordingly, the electrical energy storage device is preferably designed as a high-voltage component. In other words, the electrical energy storage device is designed as a high-voltage storage device, in particular as a high-voltage battery.

[0014] In order to be able to particularly increase safety against damage and deformation of the electrical energy storage device and to be able to keep the manufacturing costs of the special armored vehicle particularly low, it is provided that the protective plate is held on the body, in particular on the body component, and the electrical energy storage device, in particular on the storage housing and / or the support structure, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on the body, in particular on the body component, preferably in the underbody area. This means that the protective plate is not held or fastened to the electrical energy storage device, in particular on the storage housing and / or the support structure, and in particular is not held or fastened to the body via the electrical energy storage device, in particular via the storage housing and / or the support structure. In other words, the protective plate is decoupled from a storage housing attachment, via which the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing and / or the support structure, is held in the underbody area, in particular on the body, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on the body. In other words, the protective plate is held or attached to the body independently of the electrical energy storage device.

[0015] For example, the protective plate has at least one fastening region, via which the protective plate, in particular with respect to the electrical energy storage device and the body, is held or fastened exclusively, for example at least indirectly or directly, to the body, in particular to the body component. In particular, the protective plate is held via the fastening region decoupled from the storage housing fastening in the underbody region on the body, in particular to the body component. Thus, the fastening of the electrical energy storage device, in particular via the connection region, to the body, and the fastening of the protective plate, in particular via the fastening region, to the body are decoupled from one another. This means that the fastening of the protective plate, in particular via the fastening area, to the body, in particular to the body component, bypasses the electrical energy storage device, in particular bypassing the storage housing and / or the supporting structure.

[0016] The invention is based in particular on the following findings and considerations: To achieve the desired protective effect for the electrical energy storage device, the protective plate, particularly referred to as a floor protection plate, can typically have a particularly high thickness, which can be associated with a high weight. This weight is, so to speak, an additional weight that must be accommodated in the special armored vehicle. In principle, it is conceivable to attach the protective plate, particularly via the fastening area, directly to the electrical energy storage device, in particular to the storage housing and / or to the supporting structure.Due to the particularly heavy weight of the protective plate, it may be necessary for the storage housing and / or the supporting structure and / or a connection of the electrical energy storage device to the body, for example, realized by means of a screw connection, to be particularly large or capable of withstanding particularly high loads. This would mean that no standard electrical energy storage device, in particular no storage housing and / or no supporting structure of the standard electrical energy storage device, and / or no standard connection, could be used in the special armored vehicle. The electrical energy storage unit of the special protection vehicle and / or the connection of the electrical energy storage unit to the body of the special protection vehicle would therefore have to be individually adapted to a non-armored vehicle, i.e., a vehicle not designed as a special protection vehicle, in order to use these components for the special protection vehicle. In other words, the additional weight of the protective plate may be too high to connect the protective plate, especially directly, to the electrical energy storage unit itself, especially without having to adapt the design of the series connection, in particular the series screw connection. This can have a negative impact on the manufacturing costs of the special protection vehicle.

[0017] In contrast, by means of the arrangement according to the invention, the protective plate can be fastened to the body not to the electrical energy storage device or not via the electrical energy storage device, but decoupled from the electrical energy storage device. Thus, for example, a direct connection of the protective plate to the body, in particular to the body component, can be effected, whereby this connection does not run via the electrical energy storage device, in particular not via the supporting structure and / or the storage housing. As a result, the electrical energy storage device, in particular the supporting structure and / or the storage housing, and / or the connection of the electrical energy storage device to the body, can be used across all construction variants in the special protection vehicle and in the non-armored vehicle. This means that the number of common parts in the special armored vehicle and the other vehicle can be significantly increased. This allows manufacturing expenditure, particularly manufacturing costs, of the special armored vehicle to be kept particularly low. Overall, it is clear that the integration and connection of a floor armoring system, in the form of the protective plate intended for the electrical energy storage system, to the body can be realized, while being decoupled from the electrical energy storage system.

[0018] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the protective plate is held on at least one side sill of the special armored vehicle, in particular via the fastening area, for example at least indirectly or directly. In other words, with regard to the at least one side sill and the electrical energy storage device, the protective plate is held exclusively on the side sill, in particular via the side sill on the body. As a result, the protective plate can be attached to the body with particularly little effort and / or particularly securely, in particular with a particularly high mechanical load-bearing capacity. The side sill can be part of the body or the side sill can be formed separately from the body. The body component is therefore, for example, the side sill.

[0019] For example, the electrical energy storage device is attached to at least one side sill, particularly via the connection area, for example, at least indirectly or directly. The connection area is, for example, part of the storage housing and / or the supporting structure.

[0020] In a further embodiment, the protective plate and the side sill are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction of the armored vehicle. This means that a gap is provided between the protective plate and the side sill that extends vertically in the vehicle. In particular, there is no direct contact between the protective plate and the side sill.

[0021] Preferably, it is provided that the protective plate is held on the side sill, in particular at least indirectly or directly, by means of at least one intermediate element arranged in the vehicle vertical direction between the side sill and the protective plate. In other words, the protective plate is held or fastened to the side sill via the intermediate element, wherein the intermediate element extends at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, between the protective plate and the side sill. This means that the intermediate element is arranged below the side sill and above the protective plate in the vehicle vertical direction. The intermediate element can bridge the distance between the protective plate and the side sill, in particular without there being any, for example direct, coupling of the protective plate to the electrical energy storage device.Depending on the electrical energy storage device, the protective plate can thus be attached to the body, particularly to the side sill, with particularly little effort and / or particularly securely. In particular, the protective plate can be or is supported upwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle via the intermediate element on the side sill.

[0022] For example, it is provided that the intermediate element is designed as a spacer bushing. In other words, the intermediate element is bush-shaped. The fact that the intermediate element is bush-shaped, i.e., designed as a bush, can be understood in particular to mean that the intermediate element is designed as a hollow cylinder. The protective plate can thus be attached to the body with particularly little effort, in particular independently of the electrical energy storage device.

[0023] In a further embodiment, it is provided that at least one receiving element is arranged, in particular directly, on the side sill. In other words, at least one receiving element is provided or formed on the side sill. The receiving element and the side sill can be formed separately from one another and, in particular, directly connected to one another. Alternatively, the side sill and the receiving element can be formed integrally together. The receiving element is designed, for example, as a threaded bushing. The receiving element thus has, for example, at least one internal thread.

[0024] Preferably, at least one screw element, arranged in particular directly on the protective plate and guided through the intermediate element, is screwed to the receiving element, in particular directly, in order to hold the protective plate to the side sill by means of at least one screw connection, in particular at least indirectly or directly. In other words, the protective plate and the side sill are screwed together via the receiving element, and in particular via the intermediate element. This allows the protective plate to be arranged on the side sill with particularly little effort and / or particularly securely. In particular, the protective plate is held to the side sill by means of the screw connection.

[0025] The term screw connection can be understood in particular as a screw connection formed by the protective plate, the screw element, the receiving element and the side sill, and in particular the intermediate element. The screw element preferably has at least one external thread via which the screw element is screwed to the internal thread of the receiving element. The fact that the screw element is passed through the intermediate element can be understood in particular to mean that the intermediate element has at least one through-opening in which the screw element is partially arranged. The through-opening can be understood in particular as a cavity in the intermediate element. In particular, the screw element extends partially in the through-opening or within the cavity. This means that the screw element is inserted through the intermediate element, in particular through the through-opening.In a further embodiment, it is provided that the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing and / or the support structure, has at least one profile, in particular an extruded profile, by means of which the electrical energy storage device is held, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on the body, in particular on the side sill. In other words, the electrical energy storage device is fastened to the body, in particular on the side sill, via the profile. This allows the electrical energy storage device to be fastened to the body with particularly little effort and / or particularly securely. Furthermore, in the event of an accident, in particular a side collision, involving the special armored vehicle, the extruded profile can serve as a deformation element to dissipate collision energy. This makes it possible to significantly increase the safety, particularly passive safety, of the special armored vehicle, particularly in a particularly lightweight and / or low-cost manner. In particular, the connection area of the electrical energy storage device is formed at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, by the profile. This means that the extruded profile can have the connection area. Preferably, the profile extends at least partially below the side sill in the vehicle's vertical direction. This means that the profile is arranged at least partially below the side sill in the vehicle's vertical direction. The extruded profile is preferably designed as an aluminum extruded profile.

[0026] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the profile has at least one through-opening through which the intermediate element is guided, in particular inserted. In other words, the intermediate element is arranged at least partially within the through-opening. As a result, the intermediate element can be guided through the profile decoupled from the profile in order to connect the protective plate to the side sill via the intermediate element decoupled from the electrical energy storage device, in particular from the profile. The manufacturing costs of the special armored vehicle can thus be kept particularly low. The protective plate can therefore be directly connected to the body by means of the spacer bushing, which is inserted through the storage housing of the electrical energy storage device, referred to in particular as the high-voltage storage housing.

[0027] The through-opening can be understood, in particular, as a recess or cutout in the profile. The cutout can be understood, in particular, as a material cutout. Preferably, the intermediate element is completely surrounded in its circumferential direction by a wall of the profile that defines or forms the through-opening.

[0028] In a further embodiment, it is provided that at least one coupling element, in particular formed separately from the receiving element, is arranged, in particular directly, on the side sill. In other words, the at least one coupling element is provided or formed on the side sill. The side sill and the coupling element can be formed separately from one another and, in particular, connected to one another. Alternatively, the side sill and the coupling element can be formed integrally together. The coupling element is designed, for example, as a threaded bushing. The coupling element preferably has at least one internal thread.

[0029] Preferably, it is provided that a screw element arranged, in particular directly, on the profile is screwed to the coupling element in order to hold the electrical energy storage device to the side sill via the profile by means of at least one screw connection, in particular at least indirectly or directly. This screw connection can in particular be referred to as a second screw connection. In other words, the pressed profile and the side sill are screwed to one another via the coupling element, i.e., connected to one another by means of the at least one second screw connection. As a result, the electrical energy storage device can be connected to the side sill with particularly little effort and / or particularly securely. In particular, the electrical energy storage device is held to the side sill via the profile by means of the second screw connection.

[0030] The second screw connection can be understood, in particular, as a screw connection formed by the profile, the coupling element, and the side skirt. The screw element preferably has at least one external thread, which is screwed to the internal thread of the coupling element.

[0031] In order to be able to particularly increase safety against damage and deformation of the electrical energy storage device, it is provided that at least all storage elements of the electrical energy storage device, in particular the receiving space, can be covered or are covered by the protective plate downwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle, in particular at least directly or indirectly, in particular in order to protect the electrical energy storage device, preferably the storage cells or the receiving space, by means of the protective plate at least from being exploded. In other words, the protective plate, which is arranged below the electrical energy storage device in the vertical direction of the vehicle, extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and in the transverse direction of the vehicle below all storage elements, in particular below the receiving space.

[0032] For example, it is provided that the receiving space, in particular the electrical energy storage device, can be covered or covered downwards, in particular directly, over its entire length extending in the vehicle's longitudinal direction and over its entire width extending in the vehicle's transverse direction. In other words, the protective plate extends in the vehicle's longitudinal direction and in the vehicle's transverse direction at least over the entire base area of the receiving space, in particular of the electrical energy storage device, for example the storage housing, wherein the protective plate is arranged below the electrical energy storage device in the vehicle's vertical direction. This means that the protective plate extends in the vertical direction of the vehicle below the electrical energy storage device at least over the entire length of the receiving space, in particular of the electrical energy storage device, extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and at least over the entire width of the receiving space, in particular of the electrical energy storage device, extending in the transverse direction of the vehicle. A length of the protective plate extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle is therefore at least as long as the length of the receiving space, in particular of the electrical energy storage device, extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a width of the protective plate extending in the transverse direction of the vehicle is at least as wide as the width of the receiving space, in particular of the electrical energy storage device, extending in the transverse direction of the vehicle.Because the electrical energy storage device is covered downwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle, in particular completely, by the protective plate or by means of the protective plate, complete protection of the electrical energy storage device, in particular high-voltage storage device protection, can be achieved against explosions in the floor area.

[0033] The length of the receiving space or the electrical energy storage device extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle can be understood as the total length of the receiving space or the electrical energy storage device. The width of the receiving space or the electrical energy storage device extending in the transverse direction of the vehicle can be understood as the total width of the receiving space or the electrical energy storage device. For example, the electrical energy storage device is or can be protected from bombardment by means of the protective plate. This means that the electrical energy storage device is or can be protected by means of the protective plate from blasting and bombardment and / or the like. Bombardment can be understood in particular as bombardment of the special armored vehicle, in particular the underbody area, with a firearm or a projectile.

[0034] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the protective plate is formed, in particular entirely, from aluminum, in particular from an aluminum alloy. This means that a material of the protective plate, in particular referred to as the material, is aluminum or the aluminum alloy. In other words, the protective plate is designed as an aluminum plate. This makes it possible to particularly increase the mechanical load-bearing capacity of the protective plate in a particularly weight-effective manner. This makes it possible to particularly increase the safety against damage and deformation of the electrical energy storage device, and at the same time, to keep the weight of the protective plate, in particular of the special armored vehicle, particularly low.The aluminum protective plate can be used to control dynamic bulging and / or plastic deformation of the protective plate caused by the impact or during the impact, preventing damage to the electrical energy storage device, particularly the charged storage cells. The protective plate can be made of other materials and / or composites, depending on requirements. Alternatively or additionally, the protective plate can be constructed using a sandwich design.

[0035] In a further embodiment, the protective plate is spaced apart from the electrical energy storage device, in particular from the storage housing, in the vertical direction of the vehicle. This makes it particularly easy to prevent any unwanted connection between the protective plate and the electrical energy storage device, in particular to the storage housing, allowing the storage housing to be used across all design variants for both special-armored vehicles and non-armored vehicles. Furthermore, in the event of deformation of the protective plate, impact on the electrical energy storage device can be avoided, thereby significantly increasing safety against damage and deformation of the electrical energy storage device. For example, it is provided that the width of the electrical energy storage device, in particular of the storage housing, extending in particular in the transverse direction of the vehicle, amounts to at least 50 percent, in particular at least 60, 70, 80, 90 or 95 percent, of the total width of the special armored vehicle extending in the transverse direction of the vehicle. In other words, at least 50 percent, in particular 60, 70, 80, 90 or 95 percent, of the underbody area, in particular the underbody, can be covered or is covered downwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle by the protective plate. This allows the use of a particularly large electrical energy storage device, whereby the electrical, in particular purely electric, range of the special armored vehicle can be significantly increased. At the same time, this electrical energy storage device can be particularly well protected against explosive damage. For example, the width of the electrical energy storage unit corresponds to the overall width of the armored vehicle. In other words, the protective plate extends in the transverse direction of the vehicle across the entire width of the underbody area, particularly the underbody.

[0036] In a further embodiment, the protective plate is designed as a single piece. This means that the protective plate is formed from a single piece, for example, a monoblock. The protective plate therefore does not have any separately formed components that are subsequently joined together, particularly after their respective production. In other words, the protective plate is not a composite plate, meaning that the protective plate does not have a multi-layer structure. This allows the manufacturing costs of the protective plate to be kept particularly low.

[0037] Further features of the invention emerge from the claims, the figures, and the description of the figures. The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description, as well as the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the figures, can be used not only in the respective specified combination, but also in other combinations or on their own.

[0038] The invention will now be explained in more detail using a preferred embodiment and with reference to the drawings. In the drawings: Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of an inventive

[0047] In the figures, identical or functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference symbols.

[0048] Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of an arrangement 1 of a protective plate 2 in an underbody area 3 of an electrically powered special protection vehicle 4, viewed obliquely from below. In particular, Fig. 1 shows a schematic and perspective partial view of the special protection vehicle 4. Fig. 2 shows the arrangement 1, in particular the special protection vehicle 4, in a schematic and perspective partial sectional view.

[0049] The special protection vehicle 4 has a, in particular self-supporting, body 5, which preferably at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, delimits or forms an interior 6 of the special protection vehicle 4. In the exemplary embodiment, the body 5 has at least one floor element 7, which is designed, for example, as the main floor of the body 5. The floor element 7 delimits the interior 6 in the vehicle vertical direction 8 of the special protection vehicle 4 at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, downwards. The body 5 preferably has two side walls 9. This means that the body 5 has a first side wall 9 and a second side wall spaced from the first side wall 9 in the vehicle transverse direction 10. The respective side wall can in particular be referred to as a respective side frame.Preferably, the respective side wall 9 delimits the interior space 6 in the vehicle transverse direction 10 at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely.

[0050] In the exemplary embodiment, the body 5 has two side sills 11. This means that the body 5 has a first side sill 11 and a second side sill spaced apart from the first side sill 11 in the vehicle transverse direction 10. For example, the respective side sill 11 adjoins the respective side wall 9, in particular a respective outer part 12 of the respective side wall 9, at least indirectly, in particular directly, downwards in the vehicle vertical direction 8. The respective side sill 11 can be part of the respective side wall 9, or the respective side sill 11 can be formed separately from the respective side wall 9.

[0051] For example, the respective side wall 9 has at least one respective inner part 13, in particular formed separately from the respective outer part 12, by means of which the special armored vehicle 4, in particular the interior 6, is or can be protected, preferably against explosions, shelling, and / or the like. Thus, the inner part 13 is formed, for example, from armored steel.

[0052] Fig. 3 shows the arrangement 1 in a schematic partial sectional view. The special armored vehicle 4 has at least one electrical energy storage device 14, which is arranged in the underbody region 3, in particular in the vehicle vertical direction 8 below the floor element 7. The electrical energy storage device 14 has at least one storage housing 15. The electrical energy storage device 14, in particular the storage housing 15, is held on the body 5, for example via at least one connection region 16, in particular at least indirectly or directly. The connection region 16 can be understood in particular as a fastening region of the electrical energy storage device 14, in particular the storage housing 15. In the exemplary embodiment, the electrical energy storage device 14, in particular the storage housing 15, is screwed to the body 5, for example via the connection region 16.The electrical energy storage device 14 is at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, covered downwards by the protective plate 2 in the vertical direction 8 of the vehicle. As a result, the electrical energy storage device 14 is, or can be, protected at least from explosive impact by the protective plate 2.

[0053] For example, the protective plate 2 is held at least indirectly, in particular directly, on the body 5 via at least one fastening region 17 of the protective plate 2.

[0054] In order to be able to particularly increase the security of the electrical energy storage device 14 against damage and deformation and to be able to keep the manufacturing costs of the special armored vehicle 4 particularly low, it is provided that the protective plate 2 is held on the body 5 with respect to the body 5, in particular the respective side sills 11, and the electrical energy storage device 14, for example via the fastening area 17. This means that the protective plate 2 and the electrical energy storage device 14 are each fastened to the body 5 independently of one another via the connection area 16 and the fastening area 17, respectively. Thus, for example, the electrical energy storage device 14 is exclusively held to the body 5 via the connection area 16 with respect to the electrical energy storage device 14 and the protective plate 2, and the protective plate 2 is exclusively held to the body 5 via the fastening area 17 with respect to the protective plate 2 and the electrical energy storage device 14. This allows a connection or the fastening of the protective plate 2 to the body 5 to be decoupled from the electrical energy storage device 14. This allows at least one connection of the electrical energy storage device 14 to be used across all construction variants for the special protection vehicle and for another non-armored vehicle.

[0055] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the protective plate 2 extends in the vehicle transverse direction 10 at least as far as the side sills 11 of the special protection vehicle 4.

[0056] In a further embodiment, it is further provided that the protective plate 2 is held on at least one of the side sills 11. In the exemplary embodiment, the protective plate 2 is held on the side sills 11, i.e., with respect to the vehicle's transverse direction, it is attached to both sides of the side sills 11. This means that, with respect to the respective side sill 11 and the electrical energy storage device 14, the protective plate is held on the body 5 exclusively via the respective side sill 11.

[0057] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the electrical energy storage device 14 is held on the side sills 11, in particular via its storage housing 15. This means that the electrical energy storage device 14 is held on the body 5 via the side sills 11.

[0058] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the protective plate 2 and the respective side sill 11 are spaced apart from one another in the vehicle vertical direction 8 and the protective plate 2 is held on the respective side sill 11 by means of at least one intermediate element 18 arranged in the vehicle vertical direction 8 between the respective side sill 11 and the protective plate 2.

[0059] Fig. 4 shows the arrangement 1 in a schematic and perspective partial sectional view. It can be seen in Fig. 4 that several intermediate elements 18 are provided, in particular assigned to the respective side sill 11, by means of which the protective plate 2 is held on the respective side sill 11. The intermediate elements 18 are arranged in the vehicle vertical direction 8 between the respective side sill 11 and the protective plate 2. Preferably, the respective intermediate element 18 is designed as a respective spacer bushing 19.

[0060] In a further embodiment, it is provided that at least one receiving element 20 is arranged, in particular held, on the respective side sill 11. For example, the respective receiving element 20 is arranged at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, in the vehicle vertical direction 8 above a sill base 11a of the respective side sill 11. In the exemplary embodiment, a plurality of receiving elements 20, designed, for example, as a threaded bushing, are arranged, in particular held, on the respective side sill 11. A screw element 21, which is arranged on the protective plate 2 and extends through the respective intermediate element 18, is screwed to the respective receiving element 20 in order to hold the protective plate 2 to the side sill 11, in particular to a respective sill part 24 of the respective side sill 11 and / or to the sill base 11a, by means of a respective screw connection 22.For example, the respective receiving element 20 is arranged, in particular held, in particular directly, on the respective sill part 24 and / or on the respective sill base 11a of the respective side sill 11. The respective sill part 24 is arranged, for example, within the respective side sill 11. This means that the respective side sill 11 has, for example, at least one cavity in which the respective sill part 24 is arranged.

[0061] It can therefore be provided that the protective plate 2 is not connected, in particular directly, to the electrical energy storage device 14, in particular to its storage housing 15, but is connected separately to the respective side sill 11 via bushings, in particular the respective spacer bushing and the respective threaded bushing. In particular, the respective protective plate 2 is arranged in the vehicle vertical direction 8 between a respective screw head of the respective screw element 21 and the respective intermediate element 18. The respective screw element 21 is designed, for example, as a respective screw. Fig. 5 shows, in a schematic and perspective partial sectional view, the arrangement 1 in a first sectional plane, in which the respective screw connection 22 is illustrated. For example, the sill part 24 is connected, in particular directly, to the inner part 13. As shown exemplarily in Fig. 3 and in Fig.5, the respective screw head of the respective screw element 21 is, for example, at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, preferably countersunk in the protective plate 2.

[0062] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the electrical energy storage device 14, in particular the storage housing 15, has at least one profile, which in the exemplary embodiment is designed as an extruded profile 25, in particular an extruded aluminum profile. The electrical energy storage device 14 is held by the extruded profile 25, for example, via the respective connection area 16, on the body 5, in particular on the respective side sill 11, for example on the respective sill part 24 of the respective side sill 11.

[0063] As shown exemplarily in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the exemplary embodiment provides for the extruded profile 25 to have at least one through-opening 26, in particular a plurality of through-openings 26. A respective one of the intermediate elements 18 is guided through the respective through-opening 26.

[0064] Fig. 6 shows the arrangement 1 in a schematic and perspective partial sectional view in a second sectional plane, which is arranged, for example, in front of or behind the first sectional plane in the vehicle longitudinal direction 27. In a further embodiment, it is provided that at least one respective coupling element 28 is arranged, in particular held, on the respective side sill 11. In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that a plurality of coupling elements 28, for example designed as a respective threaded bushing, are arranged, in particular held, on the side sill 11, in particular on the respective sill part 24 of the respective side sill 11.A second screw element 29, arranged on the extruded profile 25, is screwed, in particular directly, to the respective coupling element 28 in order to hold the electrical energy storage device 14, via the extruded profile 25, by means of at least one second screw connection 30, in particular at least indirectly or directly, to the respective side sill 11, in particular to the respective sill part 24. The screw elements 21, 29 are formed separately from one another. The screw connections 22, 30 are different from one another, in particular formed separately from one another.

[0065] In the exemplary embodiment, the respective coupling element 28 is arranged at least in part, in particular predominantly or completely, in the vehicle vertical direction 8 above the sill base 11a of the respective side sill 11.

[0066] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the electrical energy storage device 14 is held on the respective side sill 11, in particular on the respective sill base 11a or the respective sill part 24, via the extruded profile 25 through the intermediary of at least one second intermediate element 31, in particular a plurality of second intermediate elements 31. The respective second intermediate element 31 is, for example, annular, i.e., designed as a respective intermediate ring or as a respective intermediate disk. In the exemplary embodiment, the respective screw element 29 is guided through a respective one of the second intermediate elements 31. By means of the respective second intermediate element 31, for example, a galvanic isolation can be brought about between the extruded profile 25 and the respective side sill 11.

[0067] As shown in Fig. 4, it is provided, for example, that at least one of the second screw connections 30 or more of the second screw connections 30 are arranged between two respective ones of the first screw connections 22 in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 27. This means that at least one or more of the coupling elements 28 are arranged between two respective ones of the receiving elements 20 in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 27. The screw connections 22, 30 are thus arranged offset from one another, for example, in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 27.

[0068] In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the protective plate 2 is made of aluminum 32.

[0069] As shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, it is provided, for example, that the storage housing 15 has the extruded profile 25 as the first housing part 33 and at least one second housing part 34, which is designed, for example, as a cover and is in particular separate from the first housing part 33. The housing parts 33, 34 are screwed together, for example. For example, a receiving space 14a designed to accommodate storage elements 14b of the electrical energy storage device 14 is delimited or formed by the first housing part 33 at least in the vehicle transverse direction 10. Alternatively or additionally, the receiving space 14a is delimited or formed, for example, by the second housing part 34 in the vehicle vertical direction 8, in particular upwards, and / or in the vehicle transverse direction 10, in particular outwards.

[0070] For example, a plurality of transverse elements 35, in particular designed as cross members, are provided, which extend in the vehicle transverse direction 10 between the side sills 11, wherein the side sills 11 are supported on one another, for example via the transverse elements 35 in the vehicle transverse direction 10, in particular at least indirectly or directly. In the exemplary embodiment, the transverse elements 35 are spaced apart from one another. For example, the electrical energy storage device 14 has a plurality of modules, wherein at least one of the modules is arranged between the transverse elements 35. The modules are thus separated from one another, for example by the transverse elements 35 or by means of the transverse elements 35. The respective module can be understood in particular to mean a respective cell module.

[0071] For example, the respective module has a plurality of storage elements 14b of the electrical energy storage device 14.

[0072] Fig. 7 shows the arrangement 1, in particular the protective plate 2 and the electrical energy storage device 14, in a schematic plan view according to a further embodiment. It is preferably provided that all storage elements 14b of the electrical energy storage device 14 are covered downwards in the vehicle's vertical direction 8 by the protective plate 2. In particular, it is provided that at least the receiving space 14a, that is to say at least the storage elements, are covered downwards by the protective plate 2 over a complete length 36 of the receiving space 14a extending in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 27 and over a complete width 37 of the receiving space 14a extending in the vehicle's transverse direction 10.
