Each phase winding structure comprises a neutral point and a neutral line through the neutral point, and an outgoing end of the neutral line may be connected to a neutral busbar, to realize the connection of the neutral points of the multi-phase winding structure. With the gradual increase in the functionality and volume requirements of motors, the heat load design of the motor is also being continuously augmented. Motors often use cooling fluids such as oil to dissipate heat. To monitor the temperature during the operation of the motor, a temperature sensor may also be provided on the stator. The temperature sensor is generally welded to the neutral busbar. In this way, the temperature sensor cannot be easily replaced if it is damaged.

[0050] Detailed Description of Embodiments

[0051] To clarify the objective, technical solutions and advantages of embodiments of the present disclosure, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described clearly and completely below in conjunction with the drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0052] Unless defined otherwise, the technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the common meanings as understood by those of ordinary skill in the field to which the present disclosure belongs. Likewise, "one", "a", "the" or similar words do not indicate a quantity limit, but mean the presence of at least one. "Comprise" or "include" or similar words mean that the element or object appearing before the word encompasses the elements or objects and their equivalents listed after the word, without excluding other elements or objects.

[0053] Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a component mounting assembly 1 according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure in assembled form. As shown in Fig. 1, the component mounting assembly 1 comprises a sensing element 2, a thermally conductive component 3 and a spring frame 4. The sensing element 2 and the thermally conductive component 3 are fixed together by means of the spring frame 4.

[0054] The structure of the spring frame 4 is shown in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 2, the spring frame 4 comprises a wall 11, and further comprises a first clamping part 12 and a second clamping part 13 extending from the wall 11 in a first direction. The first clamping part 12 comprises a bent structure 121. The second clamping part 13 comprises a hook-shaped structure 132, the hook-shaped structure 132 bends in a second direction opposite to the first direction. In this embodiment, the number of first clamping parts 12 is 4, extending in the first direction from four side edges of the wall 11 respectively. It should be explained that the present disclosure does not impose any restriction on the number of first clamping parts 12, as long as the spring frame 4 comprises at least two first clamping parts arranged opposite each other. As shown in Fig. 2, the spring frame 4 further comprises a third clamping part 14. The third clamping part 14 comprises a bent structure 131. In this embodiment, the spring frame 4 is designed as a single-piece structure made of stainless steel. In other embodiments, the spring frame 4 may be made of other materials with elastic force, and the present disclosure imposes no restrictions in this respect.

[0055] The spring frame provided in embodiments of the present disclosure has a compact and simple structure, so it can reduce costs.

[0056] The manner of assembling the component mounting assembly provided in embodiments of the present disclosure is explained below with reference to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.

[0057] As shown in Fig. 3, the sensing element 2 is first placed into the component mounting assembly 1 , and the sensing element 2 is pressed towards the wall 11 ; so that the sensing element 2 is attached to the wall 11 , and is fixed in the component mounting assembly 1 by the elastic force of the first clamping parts 12. The bent structures 121 of the first clamping parts 12 abut the sensing element 2, so as to apply pressure to the sensing element 2. One of the first clamping parts 12 is provided with an opening for a connecting line of the sensing element 2 to pass through.

[0058] As shown in Fig. 4, when the assembly of the sensing element 2 and the spring frame 4 is complete, the sensing element 2 and the spring frame 4 are together moved in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, so that the thermally conductive component 3 is inserted into the spring frame 4 and the assembly is thus completed; a schematic diagram of the assembled state is shown in Fig. 1. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the first clamping part

[0059] 12 in the first direction does not exceed the thickness of the sensing element 2 in the first direction. With such a dimensional configuration, the spring frame 4 has enough space to allow insertion of the thermally conductive component 3. In the assembled state of the component mounting assembly 1, the third clamping part 14 abuts the thermally conductive component 3, so as to apply pressure to the thermally conductive component 3 in the second direction opposite to the first direction. Specifically, the bent structure 131 of the third clamping part 14 abuts the thermally conductive component 3, and the thermally conductive component 3 is fixed by means of the metal elastic force of the third clamping part 14.

[0060] As shown in Fig. 4, the thermally conductive component 3 is provided with a receiving part 311 to receive the second clamping part 13 of the spring frame 4. In this embodiment, the receiving part 311 is an opening on the thermally conductive component 3 ; in other embodiments, the receiving part 311 may also be a slot on the thermally conductive component 3. In the assembled state of the component mounting assembly 1, the hook-shaped structure 132 of the second clamping part

[0061] 13 is received in the receiving part 311; in this way, relative displacement of the thermally conductive component 3 and the sensing element 2 can be restricted.

[0062] It should be explained that in this embodiment, the spring frame 4 comprises the second clamping part 13 and the third clamping part 14, but could also comprise the second clamping part 13 alone, or combine the second clamping part 13 and the third clamping part 14 in a single structure, which thus has both a bent structure and a hook-shaped structure, and the present disclosure imposes no restrictions in this respect. The component mounting assembly provided in embodiments of the present disclosure enables a mounting process to be simplified and a welding step to be omitted. Furthermore, the component mounting assembly has a stable structure, and displacement of the sensing element in all directions can be restricted by means of the clamping parts of the spring frame 4. In addition, when the sensing element is damaged, the component mounting assembly can be simply disassembled and the sensing element can be replaced. The steps involved in disassembling the assembled component mounting assembly are the reverse of the steps involved in installing the component mounting assembly: first of all, the spring frame 4 is wiggled, and the spring frame 4 and sensing element 2 are pulled out together, then the sensing element 2 clamped in the spring frame 4 is taken out, and the sensing element 2 can then be replaced.

[0063] At least one embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a motor comprising the component mounting assembly provided in at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, and the thermally conductive component of the component mounting assembly is disposed on the motor.

[0064] At least one embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a motor, the motor comprises a winding, a busbar and the component mounting assembly provided in at least one embodiment of the present disclosure. The busbar is connected to the winding, and the thermally conductive component of the component mounting assembly is disposed on the busbar.

[0065] Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a component mounting assembly and a busbar according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure in assembled form.

[0066] As shown in Fig. 5, a motor may comprise a motor stator (not shown) and a busbar 5 for the motor stator. The busbar 5 is disposed on windings at an axial end of the stator. The motor may be a new energy high-voltage drive motor, such as a permanent magnet synchronous flat wire motor.

[0067] As shown in Fig. 5, the busbar 5 may comprise a base 6, a neutral busbar 7 and three-phase busbars 8. The base 6 may comprise a base body 61 extending along part of the circumference of the stator. The neutral busbar 7 is disposed on the base body 61 and electrically connected to neutral point lead-out wires 9 of the windings of the stator; the neutral busbar 7 and the base body 61 are connected by welding or integrally formed. The three-phase busbars 8 are busbars with three phases: U, V, and W. All of the three-phase busbars 8 are disposed on the base body 61 and electrically connected to three-phase lead-out wires 10 of the windings of the stator; the three-phase busbars 8 and the base body 61 are connected by welding or integrally formed.

[0068] As shown in Fig. 5, the busbar 5 further comprises a component mounting assembly 1. The component mounting assembly 1 comprises a sensing element 2, a thermally conductive component 3 and a spring frame 4; the thermally conductive component 3 is part of the neutral busbar 7, and the sensing element 2 is for example a sensing part of a temperature sensor (e.g. a heat-sensitive sensor). It should be explained that the sensing element 2 could also be another type of sensing element, and the present disclosure does not impose any restrictions in this regard. The sensing element 2 is arranged on the neutral busbar 7, for the purpose of sensing the temperature of the neutral busbar 7. The spring frame 4 is used for fixing the sensing element 2 and the thermally conductive component 3 together.

[0069] In this embodiment, the thermally conductive component of the component mounting assembly is disposed on the busbar. Due to the fact that the busbar is effective at transferring heat, having the thermally conductive component of the component mounting assembly disposed on the busbar enables an outputted signal to be closer to an actual value. In other embodiments, the thermally conductive component of the component mounting assembly may be arranged on the motor directly, and the present disclosure imposes no restrictions in this respect.

[0070] Based on the above, the motor has the advantages of the component mounting assembly described above, which will not be repeated here.

[0071] At least one embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a vehicle, which comprises the motor provided in at least one embodiment of the present disclosure. The vehicle may be an electrified vehicle, such as a battery electric vehicle (BEV), a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), a range extended EV and a fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV). The vehicle may also be a hydrogen-powered vehicle. Based on the above, the vehicle has the advantages of the component mounting assembly described above, which will not be repeated here.

[0072] Certain features, structures or characteristics in one or more embodiments of the present application may be combined appropriately.

[0073] Unless otherwise defined, all of the terms (comprising technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meanings as those commonly understood by those skilled in the art. It should also be understood that terms such as those defined in a common dictionary should be interpreted as having the same meanings as they have in the context of the related art, rather than being interpreted in an idealized or extremely formalized sense, unless explicitly defined herein in this way.

[0074] The above is a description of the present disclosure, and should not be regarded as limiting it. Although some exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure have been described, those skilled in the art will readily understand that many modifications could be made to the exemplary embodiments without departing from the original teaching and advantages of the present disclosure. Therefore, all such modifications are intended to be comprised in the scope of the present disclosure as defined by the claims. It should be understood that the above is a description of the present disclosure, and the present disclosure should not be regarded as being limited to the specific embodiments disclosed; moreover, modifications to the disclosed embodiments and other embodiments are intended to be included in the scope of the present disclosure.
