Abstract
Description
Communication terminal, priority determination method, and program
[0001] The present disclosure relates to technology that utilizes multiple resources such as storage batteries.
[0002] In recent years, there has been a trend to utilize energy storage resources such as stationary storage batteries and electric vehicle (EV) batteries to adjust the gap between electricity demand and supply (supply and demand adjustment) (see Patent Literature 1). In this case, the priority of use among multiple energy storage resources is fixed. For example, at a base (consumer) where solar power generation, storage batteries, EVs, and water heaters are in operation, if the amount of electricity generated by the solar power generation is greater than the demand, the surplus electricity is charged first to the stationary storage battery, and then to the EV battery, in order of priority. Furthermore, if the amount of electricity generated is less than the demand, the surplus electricity is discharged first to the stationary storage battery, and then to the EV battery, in order of priority.
[0003] Establishment and Evaluation of a Design Method for an Electric Power Interchange System Using Electric Vehicles and Storage Batteries in Detached House Areas Accepted: February 5, 2021<https: / / www.jstage.jst.go.jp / article / jjser / 42 / 2 / 42_50 / _pdf>
[0004] However, since the storage capacity and remaining amount of electricity in charging resources are not constant, fixing the priority for using multiple storage resources as in the past can lead to problems such as not being able to charge the planned amount of electricity or, conversely, not being able to discharge the planned amount of electricity.
[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and has an object to flexibly determine the priority of using a plurality of power storage resources.
[0006] In order to solve the above problem, the invention of claim 1 is a communication terminal that gives instructions to a discharge / charge control device that controls the discharge / charge of each storage resource, and has a priority determination unit that determines priorities indicating the order in which to preferentially charge and each charge amount or the order in which to discharge and each discharge amount of electricity produced by renewable energy among the storage resources based on the amount of electricity generated by renewable energy stored in each storage resource, the environmental load caused by operating each storage resource, and the expected value of electricity that can be charged by a power generation device in a specified time, and an output unit that outputs priority information indicating the results determined by the priority determination unit to the discharge / charge control device.
[0007] As described above, the present invention provides an advantage in that it is possible to flexibly determine the priority for using a plurality of power storage resources.
[0008] It is a schematic diagram of the electric power system according to the embodiment. It is an electrical hardware configuration diagram of each communication terminal. It is a functional configuration diagram of the communication terminal 60. It is a sequence diagram showing transmission and reception of a supply and demand adjustment request in the electric power system. It is a flowchart showing processing or operation executed by the communication terminal 60.
[0009] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0010] [System Configuration of the Embodiment] First, an overview of the power system of the present embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the power system according to the embodiment.
[0011] 1 , the power system 10 of this embodiment is constructed by a communication terminal 20 of a power company A, a communication terminal 30 of an aggregation coordinator B, a communication terminal 40 of a resource aggregator C, and a communication terminal 60 of a consumer D. Furthermore, the power system 10 is constructed by a schedule management server 70, a charge / discharge control device 80, a power generation device 91, a stationary storage battery 92, an electric vehicle 93, and a power usage facility 95 of the consumer D.
[0012] Electric power company A is a business that produces and supplies electricity. This electricity includes both electricity derived from renewable energy sources such as solar power and electricity derived from non-renewable energy sources such as oil.
[0013] The aggregation coordinator B is a business that aggregates the amount of power controlled by the resource aggregator C and directly trades power with general power transmission and distribution businesses and electricity retailers.
[0014] The resource aggregator C is a business operator that concludes a contract for a virtual power plant (VPP) service with the consumer D and encourages the consumer D to control the use of electricity.
[0015] The consumer D is also called a customer and is a business or person that ultimately consumes power.
[0016] The communication terminals 20, 30, 40, and 60 are configured by one or more computers. The communication terminals 20, 30, 40, and 60 transmit and receive supply and demand adjustment requests. The communication terminals 20, 30, 40, and 60 can communicate via a communication network such as the Internet. The communication network may be connected wirelessly or via a wired connection.
[0017] The schedule management server 70 is configured by one or more computers. The schedule management server 70 stores schedule information of employees of the consumer D, schedule information for using electric vehicles, and the like.
[0018] The charge / discharge control device 80 is, for example, a power conditioner including a smart meter. When charging each power storage resource with power, the charge / discharge control device 80 can distinguish the type of power (power derived from renewable energy or power derived from non-renewable energy) based on whether the power is from the power company A or the power generation device 91, and measure the amount of power to be charged. Even when power derived from renewable energy is supplied from the power company A, the charge / discharge control device 80 manages the power as power derived from non-renewable energy if the type of power cannot be identified. The charge / discharge control device 80 controls the charging of the power supplied from the power company A via a general power transmission / distribution business operator and a retail electricity business operator, or the power supplied from the power generation device 91, to a stationary storage battery 92 or a battery of an electric vehicle 93, or to supply the power to power usage equipment 95. The charge / discharge control device 80 also controls charging of the stationary storage battery 92 or the battery of the electric vehicle 93 with the power supplied from the electric power company A via a general power transmission / distribution business operator and an electricity retailer, or the power supplied from the power generation device 91. The charge / discharge control device 80 is also connected to the communication terminal 60 so as to be able to communicate with it, and controls the supply, charging, and discharging of the above-mentioned power in accordance with commands (or instructions) from the communication terminal 60.
[0019] The power generation device 91 is a device that generates electricity by utilizing sunlight, which is a type of renewable energy, to produce power. Note that the power generation device 91 may also generate power by utilizing renewable energy such as wind power.
[0020] The stationary storage battery 92 is a storage battery installed in a home, a commercial facility, a hospital, a factory, or the like, and is used to reduce electricity bills and as a backup power source in the event of a power outage.
[0021] The electric vehicle 93 is equipped with a battery for running, which is used to reduce electricity costs and as a backup power source in the event of a power outage.
[0022] The power-consuming equipment 95 is equipment that requires power to drive or operate, such as a factory robot, an air conditioner, lighting equipment, a belt conveyor, or a computer.
[0023] The stationary storage battery 92 and the electric vehicle 93 are examples of "energy storage resources." In addition, in FIG. 1 , the consumer D has both the stationary storage battery 92 and the electric vehicle 93, but it may have only one of them. In this case, the consumer D has multiple stationary storage batteries or multiple electric vehicles. When the consumer D has multiple stationary storage batteries, each stationary storage battery may be divided into one for storing the power obtained from the electric power company A and one for storing the power obtained from the power generation device 91. The same applies when the consumer D has multiple electric vehicles.
[0024] In addition, the consumer D may have a single stationary storage battery and multiple electric vehicles, multiple stationary storage batteries and a single electric vehicle, or multiple stationary storage batteries and multiple electric vehicles. The charging and discharging of all of these power storage resources are controlled by the charge and discharge control device 80.
[0025] [Hardware Configuration] Next, the electrical hardware configuration of the communication terminal 60 will be described with reference to Fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the electrical hardware configuration of the communication terminal.
[0026] For example, the communication terminal 60 can be realized by causing a computer to execute a program. Note that the communication terminals 20, 30, and 40 have the same configuration as the communication terminal 60, and therefore a description thereof will be omitted.
[0027] The communication terminal 60 can be realized by executing a program corresponding to the processing performed by the device using hardware resources such as a CPU and memory built into a computer. The program can be recorded on a computer-readable recording medium (such as a portable memory) and stored or distributed. The program can also be provided via a network such as the Internet or email.
[0028] As shown in Figure 2, the communication terminal 60 has a drive device 100, an auxiliary storage device 102, a memory device 103, a CPU 104, an interface device 105, a display device 106, an input device 107, an output device 108, etc., which are all connected to each other by a bus BS.
[0029] The program that realizes the processing on the computer is provided by a recording medium 101, such as a CD-ROM or a memory card. When the recording medium 101 storing the program is set in the drive device 100, the program is installed from the recording medium 101 to the auxiliary storage device 102 via the drive device 100. However, the program does not necessarily have to be installed from the recording medium 101, but may be downloaded from another computer via a communication network. The auxiliary storage device 102 stores the installed program as well as necessary files, data, etc.
[0030] The memory device 103 reads and stores the program from the auxiliary storage device 102 when an instruction to start the program is received. The CPU 104 realizes the functions related to the device in accordance with the program stored in the memory device 103. The interface device 105 is used as an interface for connecting to a communication network, etc. The display device 106 displays a GUI (Graphical User Interface) etc. according to the program. The input device 107 is composed of a keyboard, mouse, buttons, touch panel, etc., and is used to input various operation instructions. The output device 108 outputs the results of calculations.
[0031] [Functional Configuration of Communication Terminal] Next, the functional configuration of the communication terminal 60 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing the functional configuration of the communication terminal 60.
[0032] As shown in Fig. 3, the communication terminal 60 has an acquisition unit 61, a priority determination unit 63, and an output unit 65. These units each have a function realized by an instruction from the CPU 104 in Fig. 2 based on a program. In addition, a parameter DB (Data Base) 69 is constructed in the recording medium 101, the auxiliary storage device 102, or the memory device 103.
[0033] <Parameter DB> The parameter DB 69 manages parameters such as the environmental load caused by operating each power storage resource, the operating costs of the equipment that generates electricity using renewable energy, the latest purchase costs of electricity, the rated capacity of each power storage resource, the fixed priority for using each power storage resource, and the allowable value of electricity to be purchased when it is not possible to use the power storage resource in accordance with the fixed priority.
[0034] "Environmental load" refers to the CO emitted when each storage resource is operated. 2 The "equipment operating costs" are the costs required for the power company A or the power generation device 91 to generate electricity using renewable energy. For example, it is assumed that even if electricity is generated using renewable energy, a large amount of costs will be incurred. The "fixed priority" indicates the order in which the storage resources are used for the time being. The fixed priority can be changed depending on other parameters, etc.
[0035] <Acquisition unit> The acquisition unit 61 acquires a supply and demand adjustment request from the electric power company A via the communication terminals 20, 30, 40. The supply and demand adjustment request indicates the amount of power shortage relative to the power to be supplied or the amount of power surplus to be supplied. Note that in cases where the consumer D generates and consumes power privately, the supply and demand adjustment request may be acquired from the charge / discharge control device 80 or the like, without acquiring the supply and demand adjustment request issued by the electric power company A.
[0036] The acquisition unit 61 acquires planned use information of the electric vehicle 93 from the schedule management server 70. This planned use information includes information related to the driving distance of the electric vehicle 93 (information indicating the date and time of use of the electric vehicle 93, information indicating the destination, and information indicating the planned driving distance (or information indicating the planned driving time)). The acquisition unit 61 acquires current (latest) state of charge (SoC) information of each power storage resource from the charge / discharge control device 80. The state of charge information includes the amount of power stored in each power storage resource for each type (power derived from renewable energy or power derived from non-renewable energy).
[0037] The acquisition unit 61 also acquires weather forecast information from the Japan Meteorological Agency, etc. The weather forecast information includes predicted solar radiation information indicating the predicted solar radiation amount for each hour in the region of the consumer D. If the power generation device 91 performs wind power generation, the weather forecast information includes predicted wind speed information indicating the wind speed for each hour in the region of the consumer D.
[0038] Furthermore, the acquisition unit 61 acquires the above parameters from the parameter DB 69 .
[0039] <Priority determination unit> The priority determination unit 63 determines the priority of using each power storage resource based on the information (including parameters) acquired by the acquisition unit 61 and the objective function of a preselected priority mode. Here, the processing of the priority determination unit 63 will be described in detail.
[0040] First, there are three priority modes as follows:
[0041] (First Priority Mode) The consumer D adjusts supply and demand with an eye toward maximizing the renewable energy utilization rate. For example, the objective is to prioritize charging or discharging electricity generated by renewable energy to or from each power storage resource. In this case, an objective function aimed at maximizing the renewable energy utilization rate is used. Furthermore, the priority determination unit 63 determines priorities indicating the order in which electricity generated by renewable energy is preferentially charged and the order in which each charge amount or discharge amount is preferentially charged or discharged from each power storage resource based on the amount of electricity generated by renewable energy stored in each power storage resource, the environmental load caused by operating each power storage resource, and the expected value of electricity that can be charged by the power generation device 91 in a predetermined time.
[0042] (Second Priority Mode) The consumer D adjusts supply and demand with an eye toward maximizing reductions in electricity costs. For example, when the cost of electricity varies depending on the season or time of day, the objective is to maximize reductions in electricity costs. In this case, an objective function aimed at maximizing reductions in electricity costs is used. Furthermore, the priority determination unit 63 determines priorities indicating the order in which electricity is charged and the respective amounts charged or discharged for each storage resource in order to prioritize maximizing reductions in electricity costs, based on the operating costs of the equipment that generates electricity using renewable energy, the latest purchase costs of electricity, and a predicted value of the electricity that can be charged by the power generation device 91 in a specified time.
[0043] (Third Priority Mode) The consumer D adjusts supply and demand with an eye toward the prioritized use of a specific power storage resource. For example, the objective is to use the newest power storage resource possible to avoid breakdowns. In this case, an objective function is used that aims to prioritize the use of a specific power storage resource. Furthermore, the priority determination unit 63 determines priorities indicating the order in which power is charged and the order in which each charge amount or discharge amount is charged and each discharge amount for a charging resource to be prioritized among the power storage resources, based on a fixed priority for using each power storage resource, an allowable value for purchasing power when use according to this fixed priority is not possible, and a predicted value of power that can be charged by the power generation device 91 in a given time. The priority determination unit 63 determines the priority for using power storage resources in a preset priority mode as follows. Note that the following describes the first priority mode, but the basic concept is the same for all priority modes.
[0044] (1) Calculation of Contribution Rate of Each Resource According to the Objective Function The priority determination unit 63 calculates the contribution rate of each power storage resource when the goal is to improve the renewable energy utilization rate. The priority determination unit 63 then determines priorities indicating the order in which the power storage resource is charged and the amount of charge or discharged generated by the renewable energy, so that the higher the contribution rate, the earlier the power storage resource is used. Specifically, the priority determination unit 63 calculates the percentage (amount of power) of the state of charge (SoC) (remaining storage capacity) of the stationary storage battery 92 and the battery of the electric vehicle 93 that can be used to improve the renewable energy utilization rate as the "contribution rate C." As shown in the following (Equation 1), the contribution rate C is determined by multiplying multiple coefficients. It is also possible to add unique coefficients depending on the type of power storage resource.
[0045] C = α * β * γ (Equation 1) For example, in the stationary storage battery 92, the priority determination unit 63 calculates the contribution rate C by defining α as the proportion (amount of power) of power charged from renewable energy, β as the score of the environmental load caused by operating each power storage resource (initial value for each power storage resource), and γ as the expected value of power that can be charged by the power generation device in a predetermined time. In this case, the priority determination unit 63 calculates the predicted power generation value P_re(t) from renewable energy based on the weather forecast information acquired by the acquisition unit 61 (predicted solar radiation information indicating the predicted solar radiation for each hour in the region of the consumer D), and calculates the expected value γ based on this predicted power generation value P_re(t). The contribution rate C may be calculated using at least one of three coefficients (α, β, γ). Alternatively, the contribution rate C may be calculated using four or more coefficients.
[0046] (2) Setting of Restrictions on Use of Power Storage Resources (2-1) Restriction on Discharge of Electric Vehicle 93 When discharging from the battery of the electric vehicle 93 (the discharge amount SoC_P_EV of the electric vehicle 93 used for supply and demand adjustment), the priority determination unit 63 determines the current remaining battery capacity (SoC_EV) of the electric vehicle 93 at each use date and time (time) required by the power consumption amount SoC_EV(t) according to the planned driving distance of the electric vehicle 93. *) is not lowered, a limit is set as shown in the following (Equation 2).
[0047] SoC_P_EV > SoC_EV * −SoC_EV(t) (Equation 2) This is to ensure that the amount of power consumed by the electric vehicle while traveling within a predetermined time period is at least the remaining stored amount, thereby allowing the electric vehicle to travel as planned.
[0048] (2-2) Discharge Limitation of Stationary Storage Battery 92 When discharging from the stationary storage battery 92 (charge / discharge amount SoC_P_S of the stationary storage battery 92 used for supply / demand adjustment), the priority determination unit 63 determines the current (latest) remaining amount of stored power (current remaining amount of stationary storage battery SoC_S * ) is not exceeded, the limit is set as shown in the following (Equation 3). * > SoC_P_S (Equation 3) This is because the amount of discharge is set to a value that does not exceed the most recent remaining amount of power stored in each power storage resource, since it is not possible to discharge power that exceeds the power value stored in the stationary storage battery 92. This concept also applies to the battery of the electric vehicle 93.
[0049] (2-3) Charging Restriction of Stationary Storage Battery 92 When charging the stationary storage battery 92 (charging / discharging amount SoC_P_S of the stationary storage battery used for supply and demand adjustment), the priority determination unit 63 calculates the current (latest) remaining amount of stored power (current remaining amount of stationary storage battery SoC_S) from the rated capacity of the stationary storage battery 92 acquired from the acquisition unit 61. * In order to ensure that the charge amount does not exceed the value obtained by subtracting (a) from (b), the limit is set as shown in the following (Equation 4).
[0050] SoC_P_S ≦ 1 - SoC_S * ... (Equation 4) This is because the stationary storage battery 92 cannot be charged beyond its rated capacity, and therefore the charging amount is limited to no more than the value obtained by subtracting the latest remaining amount of stored power from the rated capacity of each power storage resource. Note that this concept also applies to the battery of the electric vehicle 93.
[0051] (3) Output of Priority for Using Each Power Storage Resource (3-1) Based on (1) and (2) above, the priority determination unit 63 determines which power storage resource should be given priority for charging or discharging in order to determine the discharge amounts (SoC_P_EV, SoC_P_S) of the power storage resources that satisfy the following (Equation 5). Note that in this example, the stationary storage battery 92 and the battery of the electric vehicle 93 are subject to supply and demand adjustment, and a case where discharging is shown. P indicates the amount of power discharged for supply and demand adjustment. A_S indicates the rated capacity of the stationary storage battery, and A_EV indicates the rated capacity of the battery of the electric vehicle 93. Note that in the case of charging, the charge amounts (SoC_P_EV, SoC_P_S) are determined. P = (A_S × SoC_P_S) + (A_EV × SoC_P_EV) (Equation 5) Here, the priority is generally determined in descending order of the contribution rate C in (1) above.
[0052] (3-2) The priority determination unit 63 changes each of the discharge amounts (SoC_P_EV and SoC_P_S) of the power storage resources within the limits of (1) and (2) above, and calculates the rate at which the charge or discharge is maximized for each power storage resource in descending order of priority. The priority determination unit 63 outputs priority information indicating the priority of each charging resource and the rate at which the charge or discharge amount (charge amount or discharge amount) of each charging resource is maximized.
[0053] In the second priority mode, in the above formula 1, α is the operating cost of the facility that generates electricity from renewable energy, and β is the most recent purchase cost of the electricity. In the third priority mode, in the above formula 1, α is the fixed priority for using each power storage resource, and β is the allowable value of power to be purchased when use according to the fixed priority is not possible.
[0054] (Output Unit) The output unit 65 outputs priority information indicating the priority determined by the priority determination unit 63 to the charge / discharge control device 80. As a result, the charge / discharge control device 80 controls the charge / discharge of each power storage resource in accordance with the priority and the rate of charge / discharge.
[0055] Here, for example, a case will be described in which consumer D receives a supply and demand adjustment request from resource aggregator C because it has 20 kWh of excess power. Even if consumer D's stationary storage battery 92 can be charged with 50 kWh of power up to its rated capacity, assuming that the renewable energy utilization rate of the entire stationary storage battery 92 is 50% or more, and only 15 kWh of non-renewable energy-derived power supplied by power company A can be charged. In this case, charge / discharge control device 80 charges 15 kWh of power to stationary storage battery 92 and charges the remaining 5 kWh of power to the battery of electric vehicle 93.
[0056] Next, for example, a case will be described in which consumer D makes a supply and demand adjustment request because there is a 20 kWh shortage of power from resource aggregator C. Even if the remaining power in the battery of consumer D's electric vehicle 93 is 50 kWh, if it is predicted that consumer D will use electric vehicle 93 and consume 40 kWh of power in the future, charge / discharge control device 80 will discharge only up to 10 kWh from the battery of electric vehicle 93, and the remaining 5 kWh of power will be discharged from stationary storage battery 92.
[0057] [Processing or Operation of Communication Terminal] Next, processing or operation of the embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. Fig. 4 is a sequence diagram showing transmission and reception of a supply and demand adjustment request in the power system.
[0058] S11: The communication terminal 20 transmits a supply and demand adjustment request to the communication terminal 30. The supply and demand adjustment request includes information indicating, for example, that there is a shortage of 500 kWh of supplied power during a predetermined time period (every 30 minutes), or that there is a surplus of 5,000 kWh of supplied power. As a result, the communication terminal 30 receives the supply and demand adjustment request.
[0059] S12: The communication terminal 30 transmits a supply and demand adjustment request to the communication terminal 40. For example, if five resource aggregators C belong to an aggregation coordinator B, the supply and demand adjustment request includes information indicating that there is a 100 kWh shortage of power to be supplied during a predetermined time period (every 30 minutes), or that there is a 100 kWh surplus of power to be supplied. As a result, the communication terminal 40 receives the supply and demand adjustment request.
[0060] S13: The communication terminal 40 transmits a supply and demand adjustment request to the communication terminal 60. For example, if five consumers D belong to the resource aggregator C, the supply and demand adjustment request includes information indicating, for example, that there is a 20 kWh shortage of supplied power during a predetermined time period (every 30 minutes), or that there is a 20 kWh surplus of supplied power. As a result, the communication terminal 60 receives the supply and demand adjustment request.
[0061] Next, the process or operation executed by the communication terminal of the consumer D will be described with reference to Fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing the process or operation executed by the communication terminal of the consumer D.
[0062] S31: The acquisition unit 61 acquires electric vehicle usage schedule information from the schedule management server 70. S32: The acquisition unit 61 acquires state of charge (SoC) information of each power storage resource from the charge / discharge control device 80.
[0063] S33: The acquisition unit 61 acquires weather forecast information from an external source.
[0064] S34: The acquisition unit 61 acquires each parameter from the parameter DB 69.
[0065] S35: The priority determination unit 63 determines the priority of each storage resource based on the information (including each parameter) acquired by the acquisition unit 61 and an objective function related to one of the first to third priority modes selected in advance.
[0066] S36: The output unit 65 outputs priority information indicating the priorities determined by the priority determination unit 63 to the charge / discharge control device 80. As a result, the charge / discharge control device 80 controls the charging / discharging of each power storage resource based on the order according to the priorities in the priority information and the rate of charging / discharging of each charging resource.
[0067] [Effects of the embodiment] As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to flexibly determine the priority of using multiple energy storage resources based on the objective function related to any one of the first to third priority modes in (1) above.
[0068] Furthermore, the restriction (2) above provides the advantage of being able to flexibly determine the priority for using a plurality of power storage resources in accordance with actual operations.
[0069] [Supplementary Information] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may have the following configurations or processes (operations). However, the communication terminal 40 may have these components instead of the communication terminal 60. In this case, the communication terminal 40 of the resource aggregator C transmits priority information to the charge / discharge control device 80 via the communication terminal 60 of the consumer D, or directly to the charge / discharge control device 80. (2) The communication terminal 60 can be realized by a computer and a program. However, this program can be recorded on a (non-temporary) recording medium or provided via a communication network. 6. A communications terminal as described in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the priority determination unit determines the order in which power is charged and priorities indicating each discharge amount, including setting the charging amount to not exceed a value obtained by subtracting the latest remaining amount of stored power from the rated capacity of each storage resource.
7. A determination method executed by a communications terminal which issues instructions to a charging / discharging control device which controls the charging / discharging of each storage resource, the determination method executing a priority determination process which determines, based on the amount of power generated by renewable energy stored in each storage resource, the environmental load caused by operating each storage resource, and the expected value of power which can be charged by a power generation device in a specified time, an order for preferentially charging and each charging amount or an order for preferentially discharging and each discharging amount of power produced by renewable energy among each of the storage resources, and an output process which outputs priority information indicating the results determined by the priority determination process to the charging / discharging control device.
8. A determination method executed by a communications terminal which issues instructions to a charging / discharging control device which controls the charging / discharging of each storage resource, the determination method comprising: a priority determination process which determines priorities indicating the order in which electricity is charged and the amount of each charge or the order in which electricity is discharged and the amount of each discharge, among the storage resources, in order to prioritize maximizing reduction in electricity costs, based on the operating costs of equipment which generates electricity from renewable energy, the latest purchasing costs of electricity, and a predicted value of the amount of electricity which can be charged by the power generation device in a specified time; and an output process which outputs priority information indicating the results determined by the priority determination process to the charging / discharging control device.
9. A determination method executed by a communications terminal which issues instructions to a charging / discharging control device which controls the charging and discharging of each storage resource, the determination method comprising: a priority determination process which determines priorities indicating the order in which power is charged and each charging amount or the order in which power is discharged and each discharging amount for a charging resource which is to be preferentially used among the storage resources, based on a fixed priority of using each storage resource, an allowable value of power to be purchased when the resource cannot be used in accordance with the fixed priority, and a predicted value of power which can be charged in a specified time by a power generation device; and an output process which outputs priority information indicating the results determined by the priority determination process to the charging / discharging control device.
10. A program for causing a computer to execute the method according to any one of claims 7 to 9.
