Description

Power Supply System

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a power supply system.

[0002] Patent Document 1 describes a power supply system that includes a solar power generation device and a fuel-powered power generation device.

[0003] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-186935

[0004] In the prior art, it is desirable to reduce the possibility of malfunctions caused by strong winds such as those caused by typhoons.

[0005] The power supply system of the present disclosure comprises: a solar power generation facility having a plurality of solar power generation modules arranged in a solar power generation area; a fuel cell facility having a plurality of fuel cell units arranged in a fuel cell area and a hydrogen storage tank arranged in the fuel cell area; and a wall arranged between the solar power generation area and the fuel cell area, extending vertically to separate the solar power generation area and the fuel cell area.

[0006] According to the present disclosure, the possibility of malfunctions caused by strong winds such as those caused by typhoons can be reduced.

[0007] A configuration diagram of a power supply system according to an embodiment. A cross-sectional view of FIG. 1A along the line IB-IB. A functional configuration diagram of a power supply system according to an embodiment. A sequence diagram for explaining a normal mode of a power supply system according to an embodiment. A chart for explaining a normal mode of a power supply system according to an embodiment.

[0008] (Knowledge, etc. that Forms the Basis of the Present Disclosure) At the time the present inventors arrived at the present disclosure, a power supply system linking a solar power generation facility and a fuel cell facility was under study. For example, in the power supply system described in Patent Document 1, when the power load is less than or equal to the power output of the solar power generation facility, the fuel-burning power generation facility stops operating. The power of the solar power generation facility is supplied to the power load, and when the power of the solar power generation facility is in excess, a reverse power flow is provided to the commercial power source. When the power output of the solar power generation facility < power load < the power output of the solar power generation facility + the minimum power output of the fuel-burning power generation facility, the fuel-burning power generation facility stops operating, and power from the solar power generation facility and the commercial power source is supplied to the power load. When the power load is greater than or equal to the power output of the solar power generation facility + the minimum power output of the fuel-burning power generation facility, the fuel-burning power generation facility operates, the commercial power source is disconnected, and the power of the fuel-burning power generation facility and the solar power generation facility is supplied to the power load.

[0009] On the other hand, the power supply system described in Patent Document 1 does not consider the impact on the fuel cell equipment of damage to the solar power generation equipment caused by strong winds such as those caused by typhoons. For example, if a solar power generation module of the solar power generation equipment becomes detached from its mounting frame due to strong winds, it is expected that the detached solar power generation module will damage the adjacent fuel cell equipment. If flammable fuel gas such as hydrogen-containing gas leaks due to damage to the fuel cell equipment and comes into contact with the power conversion device of the solar power generation equipment, which operates at high voltage, problems such as fire may occur.

[0010] Therefore, the present inventors have come up with the subject matter of the present disclosure in order to reduce the possibility of malfunctions caused by strong winds such as those caused by typhoons.

[0011] The present disclosure provides a power supply system suitable for reducing the possibility of malfunctions caused by strong winds such as those caused by typhoons.

[0012] Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, unnecessary detailed descriptions may be omitted. For example, detailed descriptions of well-known matters or redundant descriptions of substantially identical configurations may be omitted. This is to avoid unnecessary redundancy in the following description and to facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art.

[0013] The accompanying drawings and the following description are provided to enable those skilled in the art to fully understand the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the subject matter recited in the claims.

[0014] (Embodiment) Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 1A to 4 .

[0015] [1-1. Configuration] First, the system configuration of the power supply system in the embodiment will be described, and then the functional configuration of the power supply system will be described.

[0016] FIG. 1A is a configuration diagram of a power supply system 1a. FIG. 1A is a view of the power supply system 1a as seen from above. FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view taken along line IB-IB of FIG. 1A. The power supply system 1a includes a solar power generation facility 10 and a fuel cell facility 20. The solar power generation facility 10 has a plurality of solar power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c arranged in a solar power generation area 100. The fuel cell facility 20 has a plurality of fuel cell units 21a and 21b arranged in a fuel cell area 200, and hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b disposed in the fuel cell area 200. In this specification, the term "region" means a divided area, and does not necessarily mean that the area must be separated by walls.

[0017] The fuel cell area 200 is adjacent to the solar power generation area 100. As used herein, "adjacent" means that the two areas are next to each other, and does not necessarily mean that the two areas must be in contact.

[0018] In the power supply system 1a, the fuel cell equipment 20 is a pure hydrogen type that uses pure hydrogen gas as fuel gas. The fuel cell equipment 20 generates power by receiving pure hydrogen gas from hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b. The pure hydrogen gas is a gas that is substantially composed of hydrogen (H2), and may contain unavoidable impurities.

[0019] The solar power generation facility 10 further includes a plurality of power conversion devices 12 a, 12 b, and 12 c. The plurality of power conversion devices 12 a, 12 b, and 12 c are arranged in a solar power generation area 100. Each of the power conversion devices 12 a, 12 b, and 12 c includes a DC-DC converter and a DC-AC inverter.

[0020] The power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c are mounted on installation stands 15a, 15b, and 15c, respectively. The circuits of the power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c may short-circuit due to moisture. By mounting the power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c on the installation stands 15a, 15b, and 15c, respectively, it is possible to prevent the circuits of the power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c from coming into contact with moisture even if the solar power generation area 100 is flooded due to heavy rain or the like.

[0021] In the fuel cell equipment 20, the fuel cell unit 21a further includes a fuel cell stack 22a and a power conversion device 23a. The fuel cell unit 21b further includes a fuel cell stack 22b and a power conversion device 23b. Each of the power conversion devices 23a and 23b includes a DC-DC converter and a DC-AC inverter.

[0022] 1A and 1B , the power supply system 1a of the present embodiment is disposed between the photovoltaic power generation area 100 and the fuel cell area 200 and includes a wall 80 extending vertically to separate the photovoltaic power generation area 100 and the fuel cell area 200. For example, if a photovoltaic power generation module of the photovoltaic power generation facility becomes detached from its mounting base due to strong winds, the fuel cell units and / or hydrogen storage tanks of the fuel cell facility may be damaged. In the power supply system 1a of the present embodiment, even if some of the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c of the photovoltaic power generation facility 10 become detached from their mounting bases due to strong winds, the wall 80 can prevent damage to the fuel cell units 21a and 21b and / or the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b of the fuel cell facility 20.

[0023] The wall 80 may be made up of a single continuously arranged wall 80, or may be made up of a plurality of discontinuously arranged wall bodies 80. A single continuously arranged wall body 80 is more effective than a plurality of discontinuously arranged wall bodies 80 in preventing damage to the fuel cell units 21 a and 21 b and / or the hydrogen storage tanks 26 a and 26 b of the fuel cell equipment 20.

[0024] The difference in height between the installation surface of the solar power generation area 100 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200 may be less than the height of the wall 80. The difference in height between the installation surface of the solar power generation area 100 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200 may be ¾ or less, ½ or less, or even ¼ or less of the height of the wall 80. As shown in FIG. 1B , the installation surface of the solar power generation area 100 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200 may be at the same height.

[0025] The wall 80 may be solid. If the wall 80 is solid, pure hydrogen gas is prevented from passing through the wall 80. Therefore, even if some of the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c become detached from the mounting frame due to strong wind and damage the fuel cell units 21a and 21b and / or the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b of the fuel cell equipment 20, causing pure hydrogen gas to leak, the wall 80 can prevent the pure hydrogen gas from entering the photovoltaic power generation area 100.

[0026] Specifically, the wall 80 may have a structure that does not have gaps or holes in the thickness direction through which pure hydrogen gas can pass. Note that examples of a structure that has gaps or holes in the thickness direction through which pure hydrogen gas can pass include a mesh structure, a fence structure, a lattice structure, a perforated block wall structure, and the like.

[0027] When the wall 80 is solid, examples of the material for the wall 80 include concrete, mortar, and the like. The wall 80 may be formed by pouring mortar into the gaps between concrete blocks and reinforcing bars, and integrating the concrete blocks with the reinforcing bars as the mortar hardens. A wall 80 having such a structure is highly effective in preventing the intrusion of pure hydrogen gas into the solar power generation area 100.

[0028] 1B , the vertical highest point 80h of the wall 80 may be located at a position higher than the vertical highest points 12h of the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10. This improves the effect of preventing the intrusion of pure hydrogen gas into the solar power generation area 100. Furthermore, even if pure hydrogen gas intrudes into the solar power generation area 100 beyond the wall 80, pure hydrogen gas is lighter than air and therefore is unlikely to spread below the vertical highest point 80h of the wall 80 and is unlikely to reach the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10.

[0029] Note that the fact that the vertical highest point 80h of the wall 80 is located higher than the vertical highest points 12h of the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10 does not prevent the vertical height of the wall 80 from being lower than the vertical height of the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10. For example, if there is a difference in elevation between the installation surface of the solar power generation area 100 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200, it is possible that the vertical height of the wall 80 is lower than the vertical height of the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c, even though the vertical highest point 80h is located higher than the vertical highest point 12h.

[0030] The vertical highest point 80h of the wall 80 may be located at a position higher than the vertical highest points of the multiple DC-DC converters of the solar power generation facility 10. The vertical highest point 80h of the wall 80 may be located at a position higher than the vertical highest points of the multiple DC-AC inverters of the solar power generation facility 10.

[0031] The vertical height of the wall body 80 is not particularly limited, but is preferably set so as not to block sunlight reaching the photovoltaic power generation modules 11 a , 11 b , and 11 c of the photovoltaic power generation facility 10 .

[0032] The wall 80 may be positioned to shield the solar power generation area 100 from the fuel cell area 200 .

[0033] The wall 80 is disposed along an arbitrary line that passes at least between the photovoltaic power generation area 100 and the fuel cell area 200. In this specification, the "arbitrary line" is not limited to a straight line, but may also be a curved line, a bent line, or a closed curve such as a circle, an ellipse, or a parallelogram.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 1A, the wall 80 may be arranged to form a U-shape when viewed from above.

[0035] The wall 80 may include a first portion 81 disposed along any line passing between the solar power generation area 100 and the fuel cell area 200. In the example shown in FIG. 1A , the wall 80 includes a first portion 81 disposed along a straight line passing between the solar power generation area 100 and the fuel cell area 200.

[0036] 1A , when the multiple power conversion devices 12 a, 12 b, and 12 c arranged in the solar power generation area 100 form an array, the first portion 81 of the wall body 80 may be arranged to shield the array along the direction in which the array extends. When viewed from the hydrogen storage tanks 26 a and 26 b of the fuel cell equipment 20, the array of the multiple power conversion devices 12 a, 12 b, and 12 c arranged in the solar power generation area 100 may be shielded by the first portion 81.

[0037] When the multiple DC-DC converters arranged in the solar power generation area 100 form an array, the first portion 81 of the wall 80 may be arranged to shield the array along the direction in which the array extends. When viewed from the hydrogen storage tanks 26 a and 26 b of the fuel cell equipment 20, the array of the multiple DC-DC converters arranged in the solar power generation area 100 may be shielded by the first portion 81. When the multiple DC-AC inverters arranged in the solar power generation area 100 form an array, the first portion 81 of the wall 80 may be arranged to shield the array along the direction in which the array extends. When viewed from the hydrogen storage tanks 26 a and 26 b of the fuel cell equipment 20, the array of the multiple DC-AC inverters arranged in the solar power generation area 100 may be shielded by the first portion 81.

[0038] The wall 80 is arranged along the periphery of the solar power generation area 100 and may include a second portion 82 different from the first portion 81. The second portion 82 can prevent pure hydrogen gas from going around the first portion 81 due to wind or the like and entering the solar power generation area 100. This improves the effectiveness of preventing pure hydrogen gas from entering the solar power generation area 100. In the example shown in FIG. 1A , the wall 80 is arranged along a straight line other than the straight line opposite to the straight line passing between the solar power generation area 100 and the fuel cell area 200, and includes the second portion 82 different from the first portion 81.

[0039] The area around the solar power generation area 100 where the wall 80 is disposed may be larger than the area where the wall 80 is not disposed. This further improves the effect of preventing the intrusion of pure hydrogen gas into the solar power generation area 100.

[0040] 1A , when the photovoltaic power generation area 100 is rectangular when viewed from above, the first portion 81 of the wall body 80 may be arranged along one of the four sides of the rectangle that passes between the photovoltaic power generation area 100 and the fuel cell area 200. In this case, the second portion 82 may be arranged along two sides other than the side opposite to the side along which the first portion 81 is arranged.

[0041] The vertical height of the first portion 81 may be the same as or different from the vertical height of the second portion 82. The vertical heights of the first portion 81 and the second portion 82 are desirably set so as not to block solar radiation on the photovoltaic power generation modules 11 a, 11 b, and 11 c of the photovoltaic power generation facility 10.

[0042] Although not shown in the drawings, the wall 80 may include a third portion that is disposed along the periphery of the fuel cell area 200 and is different from the first portion 81. The third portion can also prevent pure hydrogen gas from being blown around the first portion 81 by wind or the like and entering the solar power generation area 100.

[0043] The shortest distance from the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b to the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10 may be longer than the shortest distance from the multiple fuel cell units 21a and 21b to the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10. If the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b are damaged by parts of the solar power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c that have become detached from their mountings due to strong winds, it is expected that more pure hydrogen gas will leak than if the fuel cell units 21a and 21b are damaged. By locating the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b as far away as possible from the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10, it is possible to further prevent pure hydrogen gas from reaching the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10.

[0044] The shortest distance L26 from the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b to the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10 may be longer than the shortest distance L22 from the multiple fuel cell stacks 22a and 22b to the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10.

[0045] 1A , the shortest distance from the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b to the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10 may also mean the shortest distance from the central axis X26 of the hydrogen storage tank 26a (or 26b) to the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10. The shortest distance from the multiple fuel cell units 21a and 21b to the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10 may also mean the shortest distance from the center of gravity X22 of the fuel cell stack 22a (or 22b) to the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10.

[0046] 1A, the fuel cell units 21a and 21b and the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b may be located north of the multiple photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c. With such an arrangement, for example, it is easy to prevent the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b from blocking sunlight on the multiple photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c.

[0047] When the fuel cell units 21a and 21b and the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b are located north of the multiple photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c, it is desirable that the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b be located north of the multiple fuel cell stacks 22a and 22b. This allows the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c, the fuel cell units 21a and 21b, and the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b to be located in this order from south to north, thereby positioning the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c farthest from the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b. Therefore, even if strong winds cause some of the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c to detach from the mounting frame, damage to the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b is more likely to be avoided. Even if parts of the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c damage the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b, causing a leak of pure hydrogen gas, the possibility of the pure hydrogen gas reaching the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c can be reduced. Fuel cell stacks are equipped with a safety device that cuts off power when a leak of pure hydrogen gas is detected, but photovoltaic power generation modules are not normally equipped with such a safety device because leaks of pure hydrogen gas are not anticipated. Therefore, it is desirable to locate the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c as far away as possible from the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b.

[0048] 1A, the power supply system 1a according to the present embodiment may further include a storage battery facility 30. The storage battery facility 30 includes a plurality of storage battery modules 31a and 31b arranged in a storage battery area 300.

[0049] The battery section 300 is adjacent to the fuel cell section 200 .

[0050] The battery equipment 30 further includes a plurality of power conversion devices 32. The plurality of power conversion devices 32 are arranged in the battery area 300. The plurality of power conversion devices 32 include a plurality of bidirectional DC-DC converters 33a and 33b and a DC-AC inverter 34.

[0051] The plurality of power conversion devices 32 are placed on an installation stand 35. By placing these power conversion devices 32 on the installation stand 35, even if the battery area 300 is flooded due to heavy rain or the like, it is possible to prevent the circuits of the power conversion devices 32 from coming into contact with water.

[0052] 1A , the power supply system 1a may include another wall 90 disposed between the battery area 300 and the fuel cell area 200 and extending in the vertical direction to separate the battery area 300 and the fuel cell area 200. Even if some of the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c become detached from their mounts due to strong winds and damage the fuel cell units 21a and 21b and / or the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b of the fuel cell equipment 20, causing a leak of pure hydrogen gas, the wall 90 can prevent the pure hydrogen gas from entering the battery area 300.

[0053] The wall 90 may be made up of a single wall 90 arranged continuously, or may be made up of a plurality of intermittently arranged walls 90. A single wall 90 arranged continuously is more effective at preventing the intrusion of pure hydrogen gas into the battery section 300 than a plurality of intermittently arranged walls 90.

[0054] The difference in height between the installation surface of the storage battery area 300 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200 may be less than the height of the wall 90. The difference in height between the installation surface of the storage battery area 300 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200 may be ¾ or less, ½ or less, or even ¼ or less of the height of the wall 90. The installation surface of the storage battery area 300 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200 may be at the same height.

[0055] The wall 90 may be solid. If the wall 90 is solid, pure hydrogen gas is prevented from passing through the wall 90. Therefore, even if some of the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c become detached from the mounting frame due to strong wind and damage the fuel cell units 21a and 21b and / or the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b of the fuel cell equipment 20, causing a leak of pure hydrogen gas, the wall 90 can prevent the pure hydrogen gas from entering the storage battery area 300.

[0056] Specifically, the wall 90 may have a structure that does not have gaps or holes in the thickness direction through which pure hydrogen gas can pass, similar to the wall 80 .

[0057] When the wall body 90 is solid, the materials listed as the materials for the wall body 80 can be used as the material for the wall body 90. The wall body 90 may be formed by pouring mortar into the gap between the concrete block and the reinforcing bar, and integrating the concrete block with the reinforcing bar as the mortar hardens.

[0058] Although not shown in the drawings, the highest point of the wall 90 in the vertical direction may be higher than the highest point of the multiple power conversion devices 32 of the battery equipment 30 in the vertical direction. This improves the effect of preventing the intrusion of pure hydrogen gas into the battery area 300. Furthermore, even if pure hydrogen gas intrudes into the battery area 300 beyond the wall 90, pure hydrogen gas is lighter than air and therefore is unlikely to spread below the highest point of the wall 90 in the vertical direction, making it unlikely to reach the multiple power conversion devices 32 of the battery equipment 30.

[0059] Note that the fact that the highest point of the wall 90 in the vertical direction is higher than the highest points of the multiple power conversion devices 32 of the battery storage facility 30 does not prevent the vertical height of the wall 90 from being lower than the vertical height of the multiple power conversion devices 32 of the battery storage facility 30. For example, if there is a difference in elevation between the installation surface of the battery area 300 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200, it is possible that the highest point of the wall 90 in the vertical direction is higher than the highest points of the multiple power conversion devices 32, but the vertical height of the wall 90 is lower than the vertical height of the multiple power conversion devices 32.

[0060] The highest point of the wall 90 in the vertical direction may be higher than the highest point of the bidirectional DC-DC converters 33 a and 33 b of the storage battery equipment 30. The highest point of the wall 90 in the vertical direction may be higher than the highest point of the DC-AC inverter 34 of the storage battery equipment 30.

[0061] The vertical height of the wall body 90 is not particularly limited, but is desirably set so as not to block sunlight reaching the photovoltaic power generation modules 11 a , 11 b , and 11 c of the photovoltaic power generation facility 10 .

[0062] The vertical height of the wall 90 may be the same as or different from the vertical height of the wall 80 .

[0063] The wall 90 may be positioned to shield the battery section 300 from the fuel cell section 200 .

[0064] The wall 90 is disposed along any line passing at least between the battery section 300 and the fuel cell section 200 .

[0065] The wall body 90 may be arranged so as to form a U-shape when viewed from above.

[0066] The wall 90 may include a first portion 91 disposed along any line passing between the battery section 300 and the fuel cell section 200. In the example shown in FIG. 1A , the wall 90 includes a first portion 91 disposed along a straight line passing between the battery section 300 and the fuel cell section 200.

[0067] Although not shown, the wall 90 may include a second portion that is disposed along the periphery of the battery area 300 and is different from the first portion 91. The second portion can prevent pure hydrogen gas from being blown around the first portion 91 by wind or the like and entering the battery area 300. This improves the effectiveness of preventing pure hydrogen gas from entering the battery area 300.

[0068] The area around the battery section 300 where the wall 90 is disposed may be larger than the area where the wall 90 is not disposed, thereby further improving the effect of preventing the intrusion of pure hydrogen gas into the battery section 300.

[0069] 1A , when the storage battery section 300 has a rectangular shape when viewed from above, the first portion 91 of the wall 90 may be disposed along one of the four sides of the rectangle that passes between the storage battery section 300 and the fuel cell section 200. In this case, the second portion may be disposed along the other two sides other than the side opposite to the side along which the first portion 91 is disposed.

[0070] The vertical height of the first portion 91 may be the same as or different from the vertical height of the second portion 92. The vertical heights of the first portion 91 and the second portion 92 are preferably set so as not to block solar radiation reaching the photovoltaic power generation modules 11 a, 11 b, and 11 c of the photovoltaic power generation facility 10.

[0071] 1A, a hydrogen storage tank 26a is connected to the fuel cell stack 22a, and a hydrogen storage tank 26b is connected to the fuel cell stack 22b in the fuel cell equipment 20. [0092] Power can flow from the electric circuit 70 to the commercial power supply 2. Power can flow from the commercial power supply 2 to the electric circuit 70. The current sensor 3a detects the current flowing between the electric circuit 70 and the commercial power supply 2. The control device 50a monitors the current detection value of the current sensor 3a, thereby allowing the power flowing from the commercial power supply 2 to the power supply system 1a or the power flowing from the power supply system 1a to the commercial power supply 2 to follow a target power (e.g., 0 W).

[0093] Electric power can flow from the electric circuit 70 to the electric load 5 via the distribution board 4. The current sensor 3b detects the current flowing through the electric load 5.

[0094] The storage battery equipment 30 includes a control device 50b. The solar power generation equipment 10 includes a control device 50c. The fuel cell unit 21a and the fuel cell unit 21b each include a control device 50d. Hereinafter, the control device 50d of the fuel cell unit 21a may be referred to as a first control device 50d. The control device 50d of the fuel cell unit 21b may be referred to as a second control device 50d.

[0095] The control device 50a is connected to, for example, a network 60. The network 60 is a network including, for example, a telecommunication line such as the Internet. The network 60 may include a public line or a dedicated line. For example, in addition to the control device 50a, an EMS server 52 and various servers 53 are connected to each other via the network 60 so as to be able to communicate with each other.

[0096] The EMS server 52 may be a cloud server or an on-premise server. The EMS server 52 transmits instructions regarding the operation mode of the power supply system 1a to the control device 50a. The control device 50a receives the instructions regarding the operation mode from the EMS server 52 via the network 60. In this case, the control device 50a determines the control contents for the operation of the photovoltaic power generation facility 10, the operation of the fuel cell facility 20, the operation of the storage battery facility 30, and the reception of power from the commercial power source 2, according to the instructed operation mode. Based on the control contents, the control device 50a transmits control signals required for the operation of the photovoltaic power generation facility 10, the operation of the fuel cell facility 20, and the operation of the storage battery facility 30 to the control device 50c, the control device 50d, and the control device 50b, respectively.

[0097] The various servers 53 provide, for example, power outage information and / or disaster information to the EMS server 52 via the network 60. The various servers 53 can be operated, for example, by a power company and / or a weather company.

[0098] [1-2. Operation] The control device 50a communicates with the current sensor 3a, the current sensor 3b, the control device 50b, the control device 50c, the first control device 50d, and the second control device 50d. The control device 50a also communicates with the EMS server 52 via the network 60. Through these communications, the control device 50a generates control signals for controlling the control device 50b, the control device 50c, the first control device 50d, and the second control device 50d.

[0099] The control device 50b receives a control signal from the control device 50a. The control device 50b controls the bidirectional DC-DC converter 33a, the bidirectional DC-DC converter 33b, and the DC-AC inverter 34 based on the control signal. By controlling the bidirectional DC-DC converter 33a, it is controlled whether the storage battery module 31a is charged, in standby mode, or discharged. By controlling the bidirectional DC-DC converter 33b, it is controlled whether the storage battery module 31b is charged, in standby mode, or discharged. By controlling the DC-AC inverter 34, power conversion between direct current and alternating current is performed. Through these controls, the power flowing between the storage battery equipment 30 and the electrical circuit 70 is controlled.

[0100] Specifically, the bidirectional DC-DC converter 33a is controlled to control the charge / discharge power of the storage battery module 31a, and the bidirectional DC-DC converter 33b is controlled to control the charge / discharge power of the storage battery module 31b.

[0101] In the illustrated example, charging and discharging of the storage battery module 31a is controlled by controlling the terminal voltage V1 of the bidirectional DC-DC converter 33a relative to the terminal voltage V2 of the DC-AC inverter 34. Charging and discharging of the storage battery module 31b is controlled by controlling the terminal voltage V1 of the bidirectional DC-DC converter 33b relative to the terminal voltage V2 of the DC-AC inverter 34.

[0102] The control device 50c receives a control signal from the control device 50a. Based on the control signal, the control device 50c controls the DCDC converter 13a, the DCDC converter 13b, the DCDC converter 13c, the DC-AC inverter 14a, the DC-AC inverter 14b, and the DC-AC inverter 14c. By controlling the DCDC converters 13a, 13b, and 13c, the output voltages of the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c are adjusted. By controlling the DC-AC inverters 14a, 14b, and 14c, power conversion between direct current and alternating current is performed. Through these controls, power is extracted from the photovoltaic power generation facility 10 to the electric circuit 70.

[0103] The first control device 50d receives a control signal from the control device 50a. The first control device 50d controls the DCDC converter 24a and the DC-AC inverter 25a based on the control signal. By controlling the DCDC converter 24a, the output voltage of the fuel cell stack 22a is adjusted. By controlling the DC-AC inverter 25a, power conversion between DC and AC is performed. Through these controls, power is extracted from the fuel cell unit 21a to the electrical circuit 70.

[0104] The second control device 50d receives a control signal from the control device 50a. The second control device 50d controls the DCDC converter 24b and the DC-AC inverter 25b based on the control signal. By controlling the DCDC converter 24b, the output voltage of the fuel cell stack 22b is adjusted. By controlling the DC-AC inverter 25b, power conversion between DC and AC is performed. Through these controls, power is extracted from the fuel cell unit 21b to the electrical circuit 70.

[0105] The operation modes of the power supply system 1a include a normal mode. The operation modes of the power supply system 1a may include modes other than the normal mode, such as a power outage preparation mode.

[0106] 3 is a sequence diagram for explaining the normal mode of the power supply system 1a. As shown in FIG. 3, when the control device 50a receives an operation instruction in the normal mode from the EMS server 52 (step S1), it acquires the load current detection result from the current sensor 3b (step S2). In addition, the control device 50a acquires data indicating the current amount of stored power in the storage battery equipment 30 (step S3), and also acquires the generated power P PV The control device 50a acquires data showing the results of the normal mode (step S4). The control device 50a determines the control content in the normal mode based on the acquired data (step S5). The amount of stored electricity may be expressed as a physical quantity having a dimension such as ampere-hours or watt-hours, or may be expressed as a quantitative indication of the state of stored electricity relative to a fully charged state and a fully discharged state, such as State of Charge (SoC).

[0107] 4 is a chart for explaining the normal mode of the power supply system 1a. As shown in FIG. 4, in the normal mode, the commercial power supply 2 is in a conducting state. The control device 50a calculates the power consumption PL of the power load 5 connected to the power supply system 1a based on the detection result of the load current. The power consumption PL is calculated based on the power generation power P of the solar power generation facility 10. PV If the power consumption PL is smaller than the power generation power P, the control device 50a stops the operation of the fuel cell equipment 20. In addition, the control device 50a charges the battery equipment 30 if possible, and puts the battery equipment 30 on hold if the current amount of stored electricity has reached the maximum value. PV is larger, and the power consumption PL is smaller than the power generation P PV and the maximum power generation P of the fuel cell equipment 20 FCMAX If the power consumption PL is less than the sum of the power consumption PL and the power consumption PL, the control device 50a discharges the battery equipment 30. This discharge is adjusted to absorb short-cycle fluctuations in the power consumption PL. PV The fuel cell equipment 20 generates power to compensate for the shortage of power consumption PL. PV and the maximum power generation P of the fuel cell equipment 20 FCMAX If the power output is greater than the sum of the maximum power generation power P FCMAX In addition, the control device 50a calculates the generated power P PV and the maximum power generation P of the fuel cell equipment 20 FCMAX In these cases, the power supply system 1a can supply the necessary power to the power load 5 without power supply from the commercial power source 2. PV and the maximum power generation P of the fuel cell equipment 20 FCMAX If the stored power amount is greater than the sum of the above and the stored power amount is zero, the control device 50a allows the reception of power from the commercial power source 2, and power from the commercial power source 2 is supplied to the power load 5 in proportion to the power shortage.

[0108] The power supply system 1a can reduce the amount of power supplied from the commercial power supply 2 even when the commercial power supply 2 is energized, which is advantageous from the perspective of reducing environmental load, for example.

[0109] As shown in FIG. 3 , in normal mode, the control device 50a transmits control signals to the control devices 50b, 50c, and 50d according to the control content determined as described above (steps S6, S8, and S10). For example, when charging or discharging the battery storage equipment 30, the control device 50b controls the operation of the bidirectional DC-DC converters 33a and 33b according to the control signal received from the control device 50a (step S7). The control device 50c controls the energization of the DC-DC converters 13a, 13b, and 13c according to the control signal received from the control device 50a (step S9). The control device 50d adjusts the operating state of the fuel cell units 21a and 21b according to the control signal received from the control device 50a (step S11). As a result, for example, the outputs from the fuel cell units 21a and 21b are adjusted so that the desired power generation is obtained in the fuel cell equipment 20.

[0110] The control device 50a monitors the load current, the current amount of stored power in the battery equipment 30, and the generated power P PV and the power generation P in the fuel cell equipment 20 FCThe control device 50a acquires data indicating the actual results of the above (steps S12, S13, S14, and S15). Based on this data, the control device 50a again determines the control content in accordance with the relationship shown in FIG. 4 (step S16), and transmits control signals to the control devices 50b, 50c, and 50d in accordance with the control content. The control devices 50b, 50c, and 50d each control the operation of the storage battery equipment 30, the photovoltaic power generation equipment 10, and the fuel cell equipment 20 in accordance with the control signal received from the control device 50a. Thereafter, the control device 50 repeatedly acquires data, determines the control content, and controls the operation of the storage battery equipment 30, the photovoltaic power generation equipment 10, and the fuel cell equipment 20 in accordance with the control content. The control device 50a repeatedly determines the control content for the operation of the fuel cell equipment 20, for example, at 30-minute intervals.

[0111] [1-3. Effects, etc.] As described above, in this embodiment, the power supply system 1a includes the solar power generation facility 10 having a plurality of solar power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c arranged in the solar power generation area 100, the fuel cell facility 20 having a plurality of fuel cell units 21a and 21b arranged in the fuel cell area 200 and the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b arranged in the fuel cell area 200, and the wall 80 that is arranged between the solar power generation area 100 and the fuel cell area 200 and extends in the vertical direction so as to separate the solar power generation area 100 and the fuel cell area 200.

[0112] As a result, even if some of the solar power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c of the solar power generation equipment 10 are detached from the mounting frame due to strong winds, the wall body 80 can prevent damage to the fuel cell units 21a and 21b and / or hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b of the fuel cell equipment 20.

[0113] In this embodiment, the difference in height between the installation surface of the photovoltaic power generation area 100 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200 may be less than the height of the wall body 80 .

[0114] This allows the wall body 80 to fully exhibit the above-described effects.

[0115] In this embodiment, the wall 80 may be solid.

[0124] By locating the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b as far away as possible from the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10, pure hydrogen gas can be more effectively prevented from reaching the multiple power conversion devices 12a, 12b, and 12c of the solar power generation facility 10.

[0125] In this embodiment, the fuel cell units 21a and 21b and the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b may be located north of the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c.

[0126] This makes it possible to easily prevent the hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b from blocking sunlight onto the photovoltaic power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c, for example.

[0127] In addition, in this embodiment, the power supply system 1a may further include a battery equipment 30 having a plurality of battery modules 31a and 31b arranged in a battery area 300, and another wall 90 arranged between the battery area 300 and the fuel cell area 200 and extending vertically to separate the battery area 300 and the fuel cell area 200.

[0128] As a result, even if some of the solar power generation modules 11a, 11b, and 11c become detached from the mounting frame due to strong winds and damage the fuel cell units 21a and 21b and / or hydrogen storage tanks 26a and 26b of the fuel cell equipment 20, causing pure hydrogen gas to leak, the wall 90 can prevent the pure hydrogen gas from entering the battery area 300.

[0129] In this embodiment, the difference in height between the installation surface of the storage battery area 300 and the installation surface of the fuel cell area 200 may be less than the height of the other wall body 90 .

[0130] This allows the wall body 90 to fully exhibit the above-described effects.

[0131] In this embodiment, the further wall 90 may be solid.

[0132] This may prevent the ingress of pure hydrogen gas into the battery section 300 .

[0133] In addition, in this embodiment, the battery equipment 30 further has a plurality of power conversion devices 32 arranged in the battery area 300, and the vertical highest point of the other wall body 90 may be higher than the vertical highest point of the plurality of power conversion devices 32 of the battery equipment 30.

[0134] This improves the effectiveness of preventing the intrusion of pure hydrogen gas into the battery section 300 .
