Description

Cylindrical rotor for a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator and its manufacturing method, and a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator equipped with the same and its manufacturing method

[0001] This invention relates to a cylindrical rotor for a centrifugal dehydrator, and more particularly, to a cylindrical rotor for a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator that can maintain strength and rigidity while reducing weight by configuring it with stainless steel, composite materials, and reinforcing members, and a method for manufacturing the same. In addition, this invention also relates to a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator that can maintain strength and rigidity while reducing weight by configuring the cylindrical rotor as described above and configuring the screw conveyor as a hollow type with a reinforcing structure, and a method for manufacturing the same.

[0002] Currently, wastewater from homes and factories is transported to sewage treatment plants for treatment. The sewage treatment process involves water purification and sludge treatment. In the water purification process, sewage is purified to a level that allows the river's self-purification process to take effect before being discharged into public waters such as rivers. In the sludge treatment process, the sludge generated during the water purification process is processed through processes such as concentration and dehydration.

[0003] Dehydrators, one of the devices used in the sludge treatment process, separate the filtrate from the sludge. Depending on their operating principles, they are classified into belt presses, filter presses, screw presses, centrifugal dehydrators, and electroosmotic dehydrators. Here, a centrifugal dehydrator is a device that separates the filtrate from the sludge by injecting sludge into a rotating body and utilizing centrifugal force.

[0004] To explain the centrifugal dehydrator in more detail, the rotor (outer cylinder) has a uniform diameter portion extending in the front-back direction with a uniform diameter, and a conical portion extending from the front end of the uniform diameter portion so that its diameter gradually decreases. A sludge discharge hole is provided at the front end of the conical portion through which the sludge separated from the filtrate, i.e., the sludge cake, is discharged, and a water outlet hole is provided at the rear end of the uniform diameter portion through which the filtrate is discharged.

[0005] In addition, a screw conveyor is installed inside the rotor, which rotates in the same direction as the rotor but has a rotation speed lower than that of the rotor. Sludge to be dehydrated is supplied to the central axis of this screw conveyor, and this sludge moves inside the rotor. The sludge that has moved inside the rotor adheres to the inner surface of the rotor by centrifugal force, and at this time, the filtrate having a relatively low density is separated from the sludge adhered to the inner surface of the rotor. The sludge adhered to the inner surface of the rotor is drawn forward by the screw blades of the screw conveyor and is discharged to the outside of the rotor through the sludge discharge hole, and the filtrate moves backward along the surface of the screw blades and is discharged to the outside of the rotor through the discharge hole.

[0006] These centrifugal dehydrators are disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-0877880 (solid-liquid separation centrifugal dehydrator), Korean Patent No. 10-1428762 (sludge centrifugal dehydrator), Korean Patent No. 10-1490746 (centrifugal dehydrator with improved dewatering performance), Korean Patent No. 10-0740608 (coagulation, concentration and centrifugal dewatering device), etc.

[0007] Meanwhile, the rotor is made of stainless steel, which boasts excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and rigidity. To manufacture the rotor using this stainless steel, the stainless steel is centrifugally cast, but the casting is performed in a size thicker than the rotor itself. For example, if a 2cm thick rotor is to be manufactured, centrifugal casting is performed to produce a rotor with a thickness of approximately 4cm. The remaining thickness is then precisely machined through a semi-automated process, with workers regularly checking and adjusting it. In other words, precision machining ensures uniform thickness across all areas.

[0008] Furthermore, the rotor must be thick enough to provide sufficient strength and rigidity to perform its function without deformation due to external forces applied during operation. However, manufacturing a rotor with the above-mentioned conditions from stainless steel requires significant manufacturing costs, including raw material costs. Furthermore, since the rotor is composed of heavy stainless steel, significant power consumption during dehydration increases operating costs.

[0009] The rise in global average temperature since the mid-20th century is primarily attributed to the rapid increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations caused by human industrial activities. Methods for reducing atmospheric CO2 can be broadly divided into reducing CO2 emissions and removing emitted CO2. Methods for reducing CO2 emissions include utilizing renewable energy sources, nuclear energy, and energy efficiency technologies.

[0010] Meanwhile, when dehydrating using a centrifugal dehydrator, the rotor usually rotates at 3,000 to 4,000 rpm, and the centrifugal gravitational field at that time has 2,000 to 3,000 G, which is approximately 2,000 to 3,000 times the Earth's gravity (G). Since the G value in a centrifugal dehydrator is affected by weight, reducing the weight of the rotor and / or screw conveyor that constitutes the centrifugal dehydrator can reduce the centrifugal gravitational field, thereby reducing the fatigue applied to the product, which can extend the service life of the product, and also contribute to reducing CO2 emissions by reducing power consumption. Therefore, a technology is needed that can maintain strength and rigidity while reducing the weight of the rotor and / or screw conveyor that constitutes the centrifugal dehydrator.

[0011] Accordingly, the present invention has been developed to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a cylindrical rotor for a centrifugal dehydrator that can maintain strength and rigidity while reducing power consumption and CO2 emissions through an overall weight reduction by configuring a structure having a plurality of reinforcing members that are tightly fixed and tensioned inside the outer member while integrating an outer member made of a composite material along the outer surface of an inner member made of stainless steel, and a method for manufacturing the same.

[0012] In addition, the present invention provides a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator and a manufacturing method thereof that can maintain strength and rigidity while reducing power consumption and CO2 emissions by configuring a cylindrical rotor as described above, and configuring the inner member so that the outer side has a straight cylindrical shape in the longitudinal direction and the inner side of the inner member has a tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually decreases from a certain point to a point where sludge is discharged, thereby reducing the weight of the cylindrical rotor and thereby reducing the weight of the cylindrical rotor.

[0013] In addition, another purpose of this invention is to provide a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator and a manufacturing method thereof that can maintain strength and rigidity while reducing CO2 emissions by reducing power consumption through weight reduction of the screw conveyor by configuring the central axis of the screw conveyor as a hollow type and reinforcing it with a plurality of support members that divide the interior of the hollow type in the longitudinal direction to form a partition wall.

[0014] In addition, another purpose of this invention is to provide a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator and a manufacturing method thereof that can maintain strength and rigidity while reducing power consumption and CO2 emissions by configuring the central axis of the screw conveyor with a first central axis made of a composite material and a second central axis made of a plastic material that is formed integrally with the screw blades and is arranged in a manner that wraps around the outside of the first central axis, thereby reducing the weight of the screw conveyor.

[0015] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a centrifugal dehydrator that dehydrates sludge injected into the inside by using centrifugal force, and a cylindrical rotor for a centrifugal dehydrator that rotates faster in the same direction as a screw conveyor installed inside and dehydrates sludge by using a difference in rotation speed with the screw conveyor, the cylindrical rotor comprises an inner member made of stainless steel, a pair of fixing members that extend in a form protruding along the edge of the inner member at both ends of the inner member, a first outer member that is integrally formed along the outer surface of the inner member and made of a composite material, a plurality of reinforcing members that are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction and in the longitudinal direction on the outer surface of the first outer member and that are fixed at both ends in a taut form to the pair of fixing members, and a second outer member that is integrally formed along the outer surface of the first outer member and made of a composite material in a form that covers the plurality of reinforcing members. The first and second outer members are It is characterized in that the plurality of reinforcing members are arranged inside and integrated with each other.

[0016] In addition, the method for manufacturing a cylindrical rotor for a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose comprises the steps of: laminating a composite material constituting the first outer member along the outer surface of the inner member to which the fixing members are respectively fixed at both ends; inserting both ends of the plurality of reinforcing members into the holes of the pair of fixing members, respectively, and fastening and fixing them with nuts to place the plurality of reinforcing members in a taut and tensioned state on the outer surface of the composite material constituting the first outer member; laminating the composite material constituting the second outer member along the outer surface of the composite material constituting the first outer member in a form that covers the plurality of reinforcing members; And it is characterized by including a step of manufacturing a cylindrical rotor in which the first outer member, the plurality of reinforcing members, and the second outer member are sequentially laminated on the outer surface of the inner member by wrapping the inner member sequentially laminated with a vacuum bag, placing it in an autoclave while applying a vacuum, curing it for a certain period of time, then taking it out and removing the vacuum bag.

[0017] In addition, the weight reduction centrifugal dehydrator of the present invention for achieving the above purpose is characterized in that it has a cylindrical rotor that dehydrates sludge injected into the interior by using centrifugal force, and rotates faster in the same direction as a screw conveyor installed inside to dehydrate sludge by using a difference in rotation speed with the screw conveyor, and the cylindrical rotor is a cylindrical rotor for a weight reduction centrifugal dehydrator configured as described above.

[0018] In addition, the method for manufacturing a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose comprises the steps of: laminating a composite material constituting the first outer member along the outer surface of the inner member to which the fixing members are respectively fixed at both ends; inserting both ends of the plurality of reinforcing members into the holes of the pair of fixing members, respectively, and fastening and fixing them with nuts to place the plurality of reinforcing members in a taut and tensioned state on the outer surface of the composite material constituting the first outer member; laminating the composite material constituting the second outer member along the outer surface of the composite material constituting the first outer member in a form that covers the plurality of reinforcing members; The method is characterized by comprising: a step of manufacturing a cylindrical rotor in which the first outer member, the plurality of reinforcing members, and the second outer member are sequentially laminated on the outer surface of the inner member by wrapping the inner member in a vacuum bag, applying a vacuum, and placing it in an autoclave to cure for a predetermined period of time, then taking it out and removing the vacuum bag; a step of assembling the screw conveyor so that it is positioned inside the cylindrical rotor; and a step of arranging and assembling the screw conveyor and the cylindrical rotor so that sludge injected inside can be dewatered using centrifugal force.

[0019] This invention has the advantage of maintaining strength and rigidity while reducing power consumption and CO2 emissions by configuring a cylindrical rotor with a structure in which an outer member made of a composite material is integrated along the outer surface of an inner member made of stainless steel and a plurality of reinforcing members are fixedly arranged in a taut and tense form inside the outer member, thereby reducing the weight of the cylindrical rotor.

[0020] In addition, this invention has the advantage of reducing the weight of the cylindrical rotor by reducing power consumption and CO2 emissions while maintaining strength and rigidity by configuring the cylindrical rotor as described above, and configuring the outer side of the inner member to have a straight cylindrical shape in the longitudinal direction, and the inner side of the inner member to have a tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually decreases from a certain point to a point where sludge is discharged.

[0021] In addition, this invention has the advantage of maintaining strength and rigidity while reducing CO2 emissions by reducing power consumption through weight reduction of the screw conveyor by configuring the central axis of the screw conveyor as a hollow type and reinforcing it with a plurality of support members that divide the interior of the hollow type in the longitudinal direction to form a partition wall.

[0022] In addition, this invention has the advantage of maintaining strength and rigidity while reducing CO2 emissions by reducing power consumption through weight reduction of the screw conveyor by configuring the central axis of the screw conveyor with a first central axis made of a composite material and a second central axis made of a plastic material that is formed integrally with the screw blades and is arranged to wrap around the outside of the first central axis.

[0030] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a cylindrical rotor for a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator according to the present invention, a method for manufacturing the same, and a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator equipped with the same and a method for manufacturing the same will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. This invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below, but may be implemented in various different forms. These embodiments are provided only to ensure that the disclosure of this invention is complete and to fully inform those skilled in the art of the scope of the invention.

[0031] FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the configuration of a weight reduction centrifugal dehydrator according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the configuration of a cylindrical rotor and a screw conveyor shown in FIG. 1. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the weight reduction centrifugal dehydrator according to one embodiment of the present invention dehydrates sludge injected into the interior by using centrifugal force, and is configured to include a cylindrical rotor (100, hereinafter referred to as “cylindrical rotor”) for a weight reduction centrifugal dehydrator, a case (200), a screw conveyor (300), and a sludge guide path (400).

[0032] The above cylindrical rotating body (100, outer cylinder) is accommodated inside the case (200), and has a first cylindrical rotating body (100a) having a cylindrical shape and an inner and outer side having a uniform diameter in a straight longitudinal direction, and a second cylindrical rotating body (100b) having a tapered shape in which the outer side is straight in the longitudinal direction and the inner side has a straight shape, and the inner diameter gradually decreases from a certain point to a point where sludge is discharged. It is preferable that these first and second cylindrical rotating bodies (100a, 100b) be manufactured and configured as an integral body.

[0033] The first cylindrical rotating body (100a) has a uniform inner and outer diameter and extends in the front-back direction, and its rear end is rotatably coupled to the case (200). In addition, on the rear surface of the first cylindrical rotating body (100a), outlet holes (110) are provided for discharging the filtrate separated from the sludge. The filtrate discharged to the outside of the first cylindrical rotating body (100a) through the outlet holes (110) is discharged to the outside of the case (200) through the filtrate discharge port (210) provided in the case (200).

[0034] The second cylindrical rotor (100b) extends forward from the front end of the first cylindrical rotor (100a), and as shown, has a tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually decreases from a certain point to a point where the sludge is discharged. By having an inwardly tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually decreases, a force pushing inward can be applied to the sludge, thereby reducing the moisture content. The front end of the second cylindrical rotor (100b) is rotatably coupled to the case (200) and has sludge discharge holes (120) through which dehydrated sludge (sludge cake) is discharged. The sludge cake discharged to the outside of the second cylindrical rotor (100b) through the sludge discharge holes (120) is discharged to the outside of the case (200) through the sludge discharge ports (220) provided in the case (200).

[0035] The front end of the cylindrical rotor (100) configured as described above is connected to the rotor motor (130), and when the rotor motor (130) operates, the cylindrical rotor (100) rotates at high speed, and then a strong centrifugal force is applied to the sludge located inside the cylindrical rotor (100). In addition, due to this centrifugal force, the solid matter with a relatively high density adheres to the inner surface of the cylindrical rotor (100), and the filtrate with a relatively low density forms a layer different from the solid matter inside the solid matter and is physically separated from the solid matter.

[0036] The above screw conveyor (300) is installed inside the cylindrical rotor (100) to move sludge adhered to the inner surface of the cylindrical rotor (100) forward (in the direction in which the sludge discharge hole is located), and is configured to include a central shaft (320) and a screw blade (310). The rear end of the central shaft (320) is rotatably coupled to the cylindrical rotor (100), and the front end of the central shaft (320) is also rotatably coupled to the cylindrical rotor (100). The screw blade (310) has a root and a tip, wherein the root is an inner end fixed to the central shaft (320), and the tip is an outer end positioned slightly apart from the inner surface of the cylindrical rotor (100).

[0037] The rear end of the screw conveyor (300) is connected to the conveyor motor (330), so that when the conveyor motor (330) operates, the screw conveyor (300) rotates at high speed in the same direction as the cylindrical rotor (100), but rotates more slowly than the cylindrical rotor (100). Therefore, a difference in rotational speed occurs between the screw conveyor (300) and the cylindrical rotor (100), and because of this, the solid matter adhered to the inner surface of the cylindrical rotor (100) can be drawn to the screw blade (310) and moved forward. At this time, a space is secured between the solid matter drawn by the screw blade (310) and the central axis (320), and due to this space, the filtrate moves backward along the surface of the screw blade (310) and is discharged to the outside of the first cylindrical rotor (100a) through the discharge hole (110).

[0038] The above sludge guide (400) is provided inside the central axis (320) so as to extend in the front-back direction along the center of the central axis (320). A sludge supply pipe (410) for supplying sludge to be dehydrated is coupled to the front end of the central axis (320) so as to allow rotation of the central axis (320), and this sludge supply pipe (410) is in communication with the front end of the sludge guide (400). In addition, the rear end of the sludge guide (400) is in communication with the interior of the first cylindrical rotor (100a). Therefore, the sludge supplied from the sludge supply pipe (410) moves rearward along the sludge guide (400) and then moves into the interior of the first cylindrical rotor (100a).

[0039] As described above, in a weight reduction type centrifugal dehydrator, sludge from the first cylindrical rotor (100a) is drawn forward by the screw blade (310) and then enters the second cylindrical rotor (100b). After that, the sludge gathers toward the central axis (320) due to the diameter of the second cylindrical rotor (100b) gradually decreasing, and is discharged through the sludge discharge hole (120).

[0040] Fig. 3 is a schematic perspective view showing the configuration of the cylindrical rotor illustrated in Fig. 2, and Figs. 4 and 5 are cross-sectional views of the cylindrical rotor illustrated in Fig. 3 taken along lines AA and BB, respectively. As illustrated in Figs. 3 and 5, the cylindrical rotor (100) of this embodiment is formed by integrally manufacturing first and second cylindrical rotors (100a, 100b). This cylindrical rotor (100) is configured to include an inner member (140) made of stainless steel, a pair of fixing members (150) extending in a protruding manner along the edge of the inner member (140) at both ends of the inner member (140), a first outer member (160) formed of a composite material and integrally formed along the outer surface of the inner member (140), a plurality of reinforcing members (170) arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction and in the longitudinal direction on the outer surface of the first outer member (160) and having both ends tautly fixed to the pair of fixing members (150), and a second outer member (180) formed of a composite material and integrally formed along the outer surface of the first outer member (160) in a manner that covers the plurality of reinforcing members (170). Here, the first and second outer members (160, 180) are integrated with each other in a form in which a plurality of reinforcing members (170) are arranged inside them. Meanwhile, since the inner member (140) and the first outer member (160) are composed of different materials such as stainless steel and a composite material, a separate adhesive member may be positioned between the inner member (140) and the first outer member (160) to improve adhesive strength between them.

[0041] The inner member (140) has a straight cylindrical shape on the outside in the longitudinal direction, and a tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually decreases from a certain point to a point where sludge is discharged. This inner member (140) is made of stainless steel, and when manufacturing the inner member (140) using this stainless steel, the stainless steel is manufactured by centrifugal casting, and the centrifugal casting is performed to a size thicker than the thickest part of the inner member (140). Then, the excess thickness is checked and adjusted by a semi-automated process, and the manufacturing is carried out through precision processing. That is, the outer side of the inner member (140) has a straight cylindrical shape in the longitudinal direction, and the inner side of the inner member (140) has a straight cylindrical shape and then has a tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually decreases from a certain point to the point where the sludge is discharged, by precisely processing the extra thickness on the inner side to manufacture it. In this way, by having the inner side of the inner member (140) have a straight cylindrical shape and then has an inwardly tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually decreases from a certain point, it is possible to apply a force pushing inward to the sludge, thereby lowering the moisture content.

[0042] The above pair of fixing members (150) are respectively fixed to both ends of the inner member (140), and fix the respective ends of the respective reinforcing members (170) in a taut and tense manner, and also extend in a protruding manner along the edge of the inner member (140), and also serve as a catch to prevent the first and second outer members (160, 180) from being separated to the outside of the inner member (140). The pair of fixing members (150) may be formed of a circular plate of a certain thickness having an inner diameter equal to the inner diameter of both ends of the inner member (140) and an outer diameter protruding at a certain height along the edge of the inner member (140). These pair of fixing members (150) can be fixed to each end of the inner member (140) by a bolt (156) fixing method, a bolt / nut fastening method, or welding. Meanwhile, the pair of fixing members (150) can also be configured to have a plurality of holes (152) for fixing the both ends of a plurality of reinforcing members (170) by a nut fastening method. At this time, the plurality of holes (152) are formed at equal intervals (see Fig. 6).

[0043] The above first outer member (160) is made of a composite material and is integrated along the outer surface of the inner member (140). The specific composition relationship will be described later.

[0044] The above-described plurality of reinforcing members (170) are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction and in the longitudinal direction on the outer side of the first outer member (160), and both ends are fixed to a pair of fixing members (150) in a taut and tense manner, and may be formed of a steel wire having a certain diameter. At this time, both ends of the reinforcing members (170) may be configured to have screw threads (not shown) that can be fastened to the pair of fixing members (150) with nuts (154). That is, by inserting the screw thread portions of the reinforcing members (170) into the holes (152) of the pair of fixing members (150) respectively and fastening them with nuts (154) to fix them to the pair of fixing members (150), the plurality of reinforcing members (170) can be arranged on the outer side of the first outer member (160) in a taut and tense manner. These multiple reinforcing members (170) serve to reinforce the strength and rigidity of the inner member (140) and reduce the thickness of the inner member (140) to reduce the weight.

[0045] The above second outer member (180) is made of a composite material and is integrated along the outer surface of the first outer member (160) in a form that covers a plurality of reinforcing members (170).

[0046] The above first and second outer members (160, 180) are composed of a composite material. A composite material refers to a material having an effective function by combining two or more types of materials with different components or shapes. Components of a composite material include fibers, particles, layers, and matrices, and a composite material composed of these elements can generally be classified into a layered composite material, a particle-reinforced composite material, and a fiber-reinforced composite material (FRC). FRC is also called fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP).

[0047] The first outer member (160) is integrally formed along the outer surface of the inner member (140), and the second outer member (180) is integrally formed along the outer surface of the first outer member (160) in a form that covers a plurality of reinforcing members (170), and is basically composed of reinforcing fibers and a matrix. Here, the reinforcing fibers may include glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, polyester fiber, polyvinyl acrylic fiber, etc. As the aramid fiber, Kevlar fiber (trade name, DuPont, USA), Spectra fiber (trade name, Honeywell, USA), Dyneema fiber (trade name, DSM, Netherlands), etc. may be used.

[0048] And, epoxy resin, polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, polyurethane resin, etc. can be used as the matrix.

[0049] Figures 6 and 7 are process diagrams each showing the manufacturing process of the cylindrical rotor illustrated in Figures 3 to 5, and are process diagrams showing the process of manufacturing the cylindrical rotor using a simultaneous hardening method. As illustrated in Figures 6 and 7, the cylindrical rotor (100) of this embodiment can be manufactured using a simultaneous hardening method.

[0050] As illustrated in Fig. 6, a composite prepreg (162) having an appropriate lamination angle (0°, 45°, 90°, etc.) is wound and laminated along the outer surface of an inner member (140) to which fixing members (150) are fixed at each end to form a first outer member (160). At this time, the composite prepreg (162) for forming the first outer member (160) may be wound and laminated while a separate adhesive member is applied to the outer surface of the inner member (140) to improve adhesive strength.

[0051] Then, by inserting both ends of a plurality of reinforcing members (170) composed of steel wires having threads at both ends into the holes (152) of a pair of fixing members (150) and tightening them with nuts (154) to fix them to the pair of fixing members (150), the plurality of reinforcing members (170) are arranged and fixed on the outer side of the composite prepreg (162) constituting the first outer member (160) in a taut and tensioned manner. Thereafter, in order to form a second outer member (180), a composite prepreg (182) having an appropriate lamination angle (0°, 45°, 90°, etc.) is wrapped around the outer surface of the composite prepreg (162) constituting the first outer member (160) and laminated in a manner that covers the plurality of reinforcing members (170).

[0052] Then, the inner member (140) on which the composite prepregs (162, 182) are sequentially laminated is wrapped with a vacuum bag (190). At this time, the vacuum bag (190) is wrapped so that it can be in close contact with the outer surface of the composite prepreg (182). Then, a vacuum is applied to the vacuum bag (190) so that the composite prepreg is in close contact with the outer surface of the inner member (140) by the vacuum bag (190). The inner member (140) in this state is put into an autoclave, cured for a certain period of time, taken out, and the vacuum bag (190) is removed, thereby manufacturing a cylindrical rotor (100) of this embodiment in which the first outer member (160), a plurality of reinforcing members (170), and the second outer member (180) are sequentially laminated on the outer surface of the inner member (140). At this time, the first and second outer members (160, 180) are integrated with each other in a form in which a plurality of reinforcing members (170) are arranged inside.

[0053] Alternatively, as illustrated in FIG. 7, a plurality of reinforcing fibers (164) of the same type are wound along the outer surface of an inner member (140) to which fixing members (150) are respectively fixed at both ends to form a first outer member (160). At this time, the reinforcing fibers (164) are wound in various directions and in multiple layers along the outer surface of the inner member (140) as described above in accordance with the specifications to be manufactured. Then, the outer surface of the inner member (140) on which the reinforcing fibers (164) are wound is coated with a resin (166) of the same type as described above. If necessary, the process of winding the reinforcing fibers (164) and the process of applying the resin (166) may be repeatedly performed multiple times. Through this process, the process for forming the first outer member (160) is completed.

[0054] Then, by inserting both ends of a plurality of reinforcing members (170) composed of steel wires having threads at both ends into the holes (152) of a pair of fixing members (150) and fastening them with nuts (154) to fix them to the pair of fixing members (150), the plurality of reinforcing members (170) are arranged and fixed on the outer side of the resin (166) constituting the first outer member (160) in a taut and tense manner. Thereafter, in order to form a second outer member (180), the process for forming the first outer member (160) is the same, except that reinforcing fibers (184) and resin (186) are wrapped and applied along the outer surface of the resin (166) constituting the first outer member (160) in a manner that covers the plurality of reinforcing members (170). If necessary, the process of winding the reinforcing fiber (184) and applying the resin (186) as described above may be repeated multiple times. Through this process, the process for forming the second outer member (180) is completed.

[0055] Then, the inner member (140) on which reinforcing fibers (164, 184) and resins (166, 186) are sequentially wound and applied is wrapped with a vacuum bag (190). At this time, the vacuum bag (190) is wrapped so that it can adhere to the outer surface of the resin (186). Then, a vacuum is applied to the vacuum bag (190) so that the resins (166, 186) are filled between the reinforcing fibers (164, 184) and the plurality of reinforcing members (170) by the vacuum bag (190). By placing the inner member (140) in this state into an autoclave, hardening it for a certain period of time, and then taking it out and removing the vacuum bag (190), a cylindrical rotor (100) of this embodiment is manufactured in which a first outer member (160), a plurality of reinforcing members (170), and a second outer member (180) are sequentially laminated on the outer surface of the inner member (140). At this time, the first and second outer members (160, 180) are integrated with each other in a form in which a plurality of reinforcing members (170) are arranged inside them.

[0056] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration relationship of the central axis and screw blades constituting the screw conveyor illustrated in FIG. 2. As illustrated in FIG. 8, the screw conveyor (300) is configured to include a central axis (320) and screw blades (310), and it is preferable that the central axis (320) be configured of hollow stainless steel to reduce weight. It is more preferable that the central axis (320) further include a plurality of support members (322) that divide the interior of the hollow axis in the longitudinal direction to form partition walls. That is, in order to reinforce the strength and rigidity of the central axis (320) by forming it hollow for weight reduction, a pillar of the partition wall that divides the interior of the hollow axis in the longitudinal direction is formed through a plurality of support members (322). This central axis (320) is manufactured by welding a plurality of cylinders, each having a support member (322) on one side. At this time, the part where the sludge guide (400) is located can be manufactured using a cylinder having a support member (322) in a shape in which the sludge guide (400) can be placed.

[0057] FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a modified example of the central axis and screw blades illustrated in FIG. 8. As illustrated in FIG. 9, the screw conveyor (300) of this embodiment is configured to include a central axis (320) and screw blades (310). Preferably, the central axis (320) is configured to include a hollow first central axis (324) made of a composite material, and a second central axis (326) made of a plastic material that is arranged to surround the outside of the first central axis (324) and is configured as an integral part with the screw blades (310). Here, the first central axis (324) may be manufactured and integrated using a general method of manufacturing a cylinder or a partially modified cylinder shape using a composite material. In addition, the second central axis (326) and the screw blades (310) may be manufactured by casting a plastic material such as polyurethane. Meanwhile, considering the large load and friction between the inner surface of the cylindrical rotor (100) when transporting the dehydrated sludge to the sludge discharge hole (120), it is preferable to form a reinforcing layer by wrapping a portion of the surface of the screw blade (310) with a steel plate or coating it with a separate thin film.

[0058] Meanwhile, in manufacturing a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator according to this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a process of assembling a screw conveyor (300) so that it is positioned inside a cylindrical rotor (100) manufactured by a simultaneous curing method is performed, and a process of arranging and assembling the screw conveyor (300) and the cylindrical rotor (100) inside a case (200) so that sludge injected inside can be dehydrated using centrifugal force is performed.

[0059] Below, the operation process of the weight reduction centrifugal dehydrator of this embodiment configured as above is described.

[0060] When the motor for the rotating body (130) and the motor for the conveyor (330) operate, the cylindrical rotating body (100) and the screw conveyor (300) rotate at high speed in the same direction, and at this time, the cylindrical rotating body (100) rotates faster than the screw conveyor (300).

[0061] In this state, sludge is supplied from the sludge supply pipe (410). The supplied sludge moves into the interior of the cylindrical rotor (100) along the sludge guide (400), adheres to the inner surface of the cylindrical rotor (100) by centrifugal force, and is separated from the filtrate to form a different layer. The sludge separated from the filtrate is guided by the screw blade (310) to move forward and is discharged through the sludge discharge hole (120) at the front end of the second cylindrical rotor (100b), and the filtrate flows backward along the surface of the screw blade (310) and is discharged through the discharge hole (110).

[0062] As described above, in a weight reduction type centrifugal dehydrator, sludge from the first cylindrical rotor (100a) is drawn forward by the screw blade (310) and then enters the second cylindrical rotor (100b). After that, the sludge gathers toward the central axis (320) due to the diameter of the second cylindrical rotor (100b) gradually decreasing, and is discharged through the sludge discharge hole (120).

[0063] In the embodiment described above, the inner side of the inner member (140) constituting the cylindrical rotor (100) is configured to have a tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually decreases from a certain point to a point where sludge is discharged, but it is also possible to deform the inner member (140) into a cylinder in which the outer and inner sides of the inner member (140) continuously have a straight cylindrical shape. In this case, the screw conveyor (300) located inside the inner member (140) may be configured by partially modifying the size of the central axis (320) and / or the screw blades (310) to suit the deformed inner member (140).

[0064] A cylindrical rotor (100) for a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator according to this embodiment is configured by integrating first and second outer members (160, 180) made of a composite material along the outer surface of an inner member (140) made of stainless steel, and having a structure having a plurality of reinforcing members (170) that are fixedly arranged in a taut and tense form inside the first and second outer members (160, 180), thereby reducing power consumption through an overall weight reduction, thereby reducing CO2 emissions while maintaining strength and rigidity.

[0065] A weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator according to this embodiment is configured such that a cylindrical rotor (100) is configured as described above, and the outer side of the inner member (140) has a straight cylindrical shape in the longitudinal direction, and the inner side of the inner member (140) has a straight cylindrical shape and a tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually decreases from a certain point to a point where sludge is discharged, thereby reducing power consumption through weight reduction of the cylindrical rotor (100), thereby reducing CO2 emissions while maintaining strength and rigidity.

[0066] In addition, the weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator according to this embodiment is configured with a central axis (320) of a screw conveyor (300) made of hollow stainless steel, and reinforced with a plurality of support members (322) that divide the interior of the hollow into longitudinal sections to form partitions, thereby reducing power consumption through weight reduction of the screw conveyor (300), thereby reducing CO2 emissions while maintaining strength and rigidity.

[0067] In addition, the weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator according to this embodiment is configured with a first central axis (324) made of a hollow composite material and a second central axis (326) made of a plastic material and formed integrally with the screw blade (310) while being arranged to surround the outside of the first central axis (324), thereby reducing the weight of the screw conveyor (300), thereby reducing power consumption and CO2 emissions while maintaining strength and rigidity.

[0068] Although the technical details of the cylindrical rotor for a weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator of the present invention and the manufacturing method thereof, as well as the weight-reducing centrifugal dehydrator equipped with the same and the manufacturing method thereof, have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, this is merely an example of the best embodiment of the present invention. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, such modifications or variations are also included in the claims of the present invention.
