Description

Parking lock device for vehicle

[0001] The present invention relates to a parking lock device for a vehicle.

[0002] A vehicle's electronic brake system, which brakes the vehicle by operating the vehicle's parking lock and reduction gear, offers the advantages of being lighter, more responsive, and requiring less installation space than mechanical brakes. Furthermore, a vehicle's electric parking brake operates automatically using an actuator based on the vehicle's operating conditions, without the driver having to manually operate it.

[0003] These electric parking brakes can be implemented in a configuration that secures braking power by expanding the shoe inside the DIH (Drum In Hat) of the wheel with tension generated by pulling the parking cable through the rotation of the vehicle parking lock device, or by pushing the pad by advancing the piston of the spindle through the rotation of the vehicle parking lock device, thereby bringing the disc and pad into close contact and securing braking power.

[0004] In order to implement an electric parking brake function, an electric parking brake configuration must be added to the electronic braking device, which requires a lot of installation space and complicates the configuration of related parts such as a reducer.

[0005] Accordingly, the present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problem, and its purpose is to provide a parking lock device for a vehicle in which a parking brake function is added to an electronic braking device, thereby simplifying the configuration of the entire braking device.

[0006] The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned herein will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0007] An embodiment may provide a parking lock device for a vehicle, comprising: a braking motor including a first tooth; and a locking part disposed on the braking motor, wherein the locking part includes a second tooth and a stopper that moves in an axial direction, and when a signal is applied to the locking part, the second tooth engages with the first tooth to restrict rotation of the braking motor, the stopper includes a first hole aligned with the rotating member, and the second tooth is disposed in the first hole.

[0008] The first tooth and the second tooth may be arranged to overlap each other in either the axial direction or the direction parallel to the axial direction.

[0009] At least a portion of the above stopper may be arranged to overlap axially with the above braking motor.

[0010] The above braking motor may further include a driving unit connected to the stopper.

[0011] In the parking state, when a signal is applied to the driving unit, the stopper moves to restrict rotation of the braking motor, so that the first tooth and the second tooth can engage.

[0012] The driving unit includes a driving motor unit, a first gear connected to the driving motor unit, a second gear meshed with the first gear, and a screw coupled to the second gear and rotatably arranged on the braking motor, and the stopper is rotatably connected to the screw and can overlap with the screw in the axial direction.

[0013] The above driving unit includes a guide arranged in a direction parallel to the axial direction and coupled to the braking motor, the guide is arranged spaced apart from the screw, and the stopper can be slidably coupled to the guide.

[0014] The first tooth may be arranged on the outer surface of the rotating member, and the second tooth may be arranged on the inner wall of the first hole.

[0015] The first tooth includes a first inclined surface arranged at the bottom in the axial direction, the second tooth includes a second inclined surface and a third inclined surface arranged at the top in the axial direction, the first inclined surface is in contact with the second inclined surface or the third inclined surface, and the inclined direction of the second inclined surface and the inclined direction of the third inclined surface may be different from each other.

[0016] The sizes of the second slope and the third slope may be different from each other.

[0017] The size of the first slope may be larger than the size of the second slope.

[0018] The above braking motor includes a shaft, a rotor coupled to the shaft, a stator arranged to correspond to the rotor, a rotating member coupled to the shaft and including a first tooth, and a housing arranged on the outside of the stator, wherein the housing includes a first part and a second part coupled to the first part, the first part accommodating the shaft, the rotor, and the stator, and the second part accommodating the rotating member, the stopper, and the driving unit.

[0019] The above stopper can be arranged to overlap the stator in the axial direction.

[0020] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a parking brake function is added to an electronic braking device, which has the advantage of simplifying the configuration of the entire braking device.

[0021] According to one embodiment of the present invention, by directly restraining the shaft of a vehicle parking lock device of an electronic braking device, there is no need to provide a separate parking brake configuration, thereby reducing the installation space and the number of parts.

[0056] The second gear (623) is connected to the screw (624). The first gear (622) and the second gear (623) mesh with each other. The axial direction of the first gear (622), the axial direction of the second gear (623), and the axial direction of the driving motor unit (621) may be parallel to each other.

[0057] The outer diameter of the second gear (623) may be larger than the outer diameter of the first gear (622). The number of teeth of the second gear (623) may be larger than the number of teeth of the first gear (622).

[0058] The guide (625) is slidably connected to the stopper (610). The longitudinal direction of the guide (625) is the same as the longitudinal direction of the stopper (610).

[0059] Figure 5 is a drawing illustrating a rotating member (400).

[0060] Referring to FIG. 5, the rotary member (400) includes a first tooth (410). The first tooth (410) may be arranged on the outer surface of the rotary member (400). The first tooth (410) may include a first inclined surface (CL1). The first inclined surface (CL1) may be arranged at the lower end of the first tooth (410). The rotary member (400) includes a hole (401) in the center thereof that is coupled to a shaft (100).

[0061] Figure 6 is a drawing showing a stopper (610).

[0062] Referring to FIG. 6, the stopper (610) includes a first hole (H1) and a second tooth (611). The second tooth (611) is arranged along the inner wall of the first hole (H1). The second tooth (611) may include a second inclined surface (CL2) and a third inclined surface (CL3). The second inclined surface (CL2) and the third inclined surface (CL3) may each be arranged at an upper end of the second tooth (611). The second inclined surface (CL2) and the third inclined surface (CL3) may each be in contact with the first inclined surface (CL1) of the first tooth (410).

[0063] The slope direction of the second slope (CL2) and the slope direction of the third slope (CL3) are different from each other. The size of the second slope (CL2) and the size of the third slope (CL3) may be different from each other.

[0064] The stopper (610) may include a second hole (H2) and a third hole (H3).

[0065] The second hole (H2) is arranged spaced apart from the first hole (H1). The second hole (H2) can be arranged between the first hole (H1) and the third hole (H3). The second hole (H2) is where the screw (624) is rotated. When the screw (624) rotates, the stopper (610) moves along the screw (624).

[0066] The third hole (H3) can be positioned apart from the second hole (H2). The third hole (H3) is where the guide (625) is slidably coupled.

[0067] The stopper (610) can be arranged to overlap the stator (300) in the axial direction.

[0068] Figures 7 and 8 are drawings each showing the process of interlocking the first tooth (410) and the second tooth (611).

[0069] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, as the stopper (610) moves toward the first tooth (410), the second tooth (611) engages the first tooth (410) in the axial direction of the shaft (100).

[0070] The straight line passing through the intersection point where the second inclined plane (CL2) and the third inclined plane (CL3) meet in the axial direction of the shaft (100) is called the reference line (L).

[0071] As illustrated in FIG. 7, when the lower edge of the first tooth (410) is positioned toward the second inclined surface (CL2) with respect to the reference line (L), in the process of engaging the first tooth (410) and the second tooth (611), the first inclined surface (CL1) comes into contact with the second inclined surface (CL2), and the first tooth (410) moves along the second inclined surface (CL2) of the second tooth (611).

[0072] As illustrated in FIG. 8, when the lower edge of the first tooth (410) is positioned toward the third inclined surface (CL3) with respect to the reference line (L), in the process of engaging the first tooth (410) and the second tooth (611), the first inclined surface (CL1) comes into contact with the third inclined surface (CL3), and the first tooth (410) moves along the third inclined surface (CL3) of the second tooth (611).

[0073] When the size of the second slope (CL2) is larger than the size of the third slope (CL3), during the process of engaging the first tooth (410) and the second tooth (611), the first tooth (410) has a high probability of moving along the second slope (CL2).

[0074] In this way, since the first tooth (410) moves along the second inclined surface (CL2) or the third inclined surface (CL3) of the second tooth (611) depending on the position of the first tooth (410), there is an advantage in that the first tooth (410) and the second tooth (611) are easily engaged.

[0075] Figure 9 is a drawing showing a state in which the restraint on the shaft (100) is released.

[0076] Referring to FIG. 9, in a state where the restraint on the shaft (100) is released, the rotating member (400) is positioned at a first point (P1) based on the axial direction of the shaft (100), and the stopper (610) is positioned at a second point (P2) spaced apart from the rotating member (400) based on the axial direction of the shaft (100).

[0077] The first point (P1) and the second point (P2) are located within the stroke range of the stopper (610).

[0078] Fig. 10 is a side view showing a state in which the shaft (100) is restrained, and Fig. 11 is a plan view showing a state in which the shaft (100) is restrained.

[0079] Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, when the vehicle is in a parked state and a signal related to the parking brake is input to the drive unit (620), the drive motor unit (621) operates.

[0080] When the driving motor (621) operates, the first gear (622) rotates. When the first gear (622) rotates, the second gear (623) engaged with the first gear (622) rotates. When the second gear (623) rotates, the screw (624) rotates. When the screw (624) rotates, the stopper (610) does not rotate because it is supported by the guide (625), but moves along the screw (624) toward the rotating member (400).

[0081] The stopper (610) moves to the first point (P1), and the second tooth (611) of the stopper (610) engages with the first tooth (410). When the second tooth (611) engages with the first tooth (410), the shaft (100) is restrained.

[0082] When the second tooth (611) of the stopper (610) engages with the first tooth (410) of the rotary member (400), the shaft (100) is restrained together with the rotary member (400) to perform a parking brake function.

[0083] Since the parking lock device for a vehicle according to the embodiment includes a locking part (600) in this way, there is no need to provide a separate parking brake configuration, thereby reducing the installation space and the number of parts.

[0084] Above, a parking lock device for a vehicle according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention has been specifically examined with reference to the attached drawings.

[0085] It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
